Labor Day pool party

Monday

I got up at 8. I got dressed and drank water. I watered the plants outside. I leveled some gopher mounds. Chris went to the commissary to buy chicken. I checked e-mail while Chris prepared the chicken and put it in the oven.

I went to 48 and cleaned for 2 hr. Then I went home. I helped Chris get food in the car. Then we went to the pavillion by the gym. Only the Sorensons were there, talking to John and Michele. Michele brought a pumpkin pie and the Sorensons brought a box of raw burgers. So Chris went to the office to get paper products, then to the AAFES to get a cannister of gas for the grill. I walked with John and Michele to the commissary. We got hamburger buns, kimchi and cheese. John and Chris cooked the burgers. The colonel and his wife came with a Greek salad. Eryne brought a cantaloupe. Summer came with her kids but I don't remember what she brought.

Anyway, we sat and ate and talked. The kids went to the pool. After John and Michele went home, we all packed up the leftover food and went home. Chris left the paper products in his car to take back to the office.

After the Labor Day party, I went back to 48 to clean for 1.5hr. When I got home, I made breakfast for supper. After supper, I went to band at the chapel. We worked on two hymns for Sunday. We also practiced pieces for Talent Night on Thursday. I asked them to show up half an hour early to get ready. I talked to Keli about picking up the amp and keyboard from the chapel that day.

I talked to Jamie and Jenni. I finished a round of tapping, then went walking with Jenni. When I got back, I worked on my blog. We watched one episode of Criminal Minds. I finished the tapping presentations, and went to bed.
