Hurting for Hymns

We got up at 8:30. I made and drank hydrogen water, then read by the Happylight. I checked e-mail, then washed up and got dressed for church, but with walking shoes on. We walked to the chapel, not far behind Johnnie.

When we got there, I talked to Eileen, but all too soon it was time for the service. We sang songs which were a little hard to follow. The chaplain gave the sermon and we sang one more song. Eileen said the guitar player sent a message at 1am that he couldn't do the songs requested. So we were singing the emergency fill-in songs. I said I might have some hymns on CD.

We walked home, stopping at the post office for me to take a pic of the poster about the community garden. I made and ate breakfast, then watched the Huntsville service. It was especially good, but it was the pastor's last Sunday. Starting next week, they will have a new pastor.

I read e-mail, and listened to interviews. I looked up free hymns and found a file of 200. I burned them to a CD which already had something old on it. Chris sent me his comments on the swap shop proposal. I made the changes and sent it back to him so he could send it to the medic for his approval. I also put the next track on the headphones. I put on a coat and went outside to rake up leaves to make into compost. Mostly the leaves were stuck in the grass, but I got a few.

I made a salad for supper. Chris browned some ground beef for me so I put some on the salad. I found the interviews from Day 6: the first one was on mistreatment of food animals so go vegan. Another was on covid vaccines: not well tested, not shown to stop transmission or to keep you from getting asymptomatic infection. Once vaccinated, you can't get unvaccinated. If you have a reaction, the medical staff may not know how to treat you because they don't understand how the new vaccines work. No one in the process has liability.

I made my evening drink. We watched several episodes of Community, stopping to look up familiar actors and actresses. Then I wrote up my blog and got ready for bed.

Intentional Communities

We got up at 9. I forgot to buy lemons when we were in Tooele, so I used the alternate protocol, and made hydrogen water. It seemed to take forever for the tablets to dissolve. I read a little beside the Happylight.

I looked for The Greater Reset Day 5, but could not find it anywhere. I searched my laptop and the desktop for a site a friend had told me about years ago, but with no luck. I listened to a talk about food shortages coming because Biden decreed that 30% of farm land should lie fallow, and the US is selling massive amounts of food to China. Other countries are restricting their exports to save food for their people. He also said there is a fertilizer shortage. I was glad I started a food waste container right outside the back door.

Chris gave me a massage, then he took a shower. I was hungry so I made and ate breakfast, then took a shower. By then he was doing the laundry. I read a quote attributed to Oliver Wendell Holmes and I wanted to post it on my Facebook page, but when I double-checked it, there was no evidence of him saying it or writing it. I was reading online, when Chris brought me a mask that he got at work. He didn't like the metal nose piece and wanted me to zigzag a twist tie in its place. So I did, and it turned out ok.

An e-mail informed me that there was a package at the post office, so I took my large tote and walked down there. I found two boxes waiting, and I just barely managed to get both in the tote. When I got home, I opened them and put the items away. I read an article on the possibility of the mRNA protein misfolding and becoming a prion. Mad cow disease comes from prions.

I found the Day 5 replay. It was about starting intentional communities. www.ic.org, Harnessing wind and sun for power we mentioned. Try an air bnb of ecovillages to see if you like them. Certain structures of interlocking circles can be used for governance. One speaker sopke passionately about one in Costa Rica.

I made a big salad for supper. Around 9 I made evening drink. We dressed the bed in clean sheets and watched episode 10 of Voyagers, then one episode of Community. I finished listening to the day 5 replay, then wrote my blog post.

Open source alternatives to Fbook, Ggl, etc

I loaded the mp3 on my headphones last night and listened to it and the regular track. Then I took off the headphones and went to sleep. I slept through the night and woke around 7. (No trumpet playing!) I stayed in bed until Chris got up.

I asked Chris to squeeze my lemon for me. I started that process, read by the Happylight, then checked e-mail to find a heart project. I didn't find the one I had seen before, so I searched the net and found a similar one. I read the instructions, then went to my sewing room to pull fabric and make the project. I took a pic of it, then went to Facebook to announce the project to the Dugway community for next Saturday. That part took a while because Facebook kept finding ways to distract me.

I ironed and cut white fabric strips for the border of the row I made yesterday. I made and ate breakfast, then watched part of Day 4 of The Greater Reset: They talked about decentralized social platforms that big tech can't sink. Dweb, FLOTE, LBRY/Odessey. LBRY gives out tokens for watching a video a day.

I pause it and walked to the post office to pick up some packages. I chatted with the lady at the counter, then walked home again. We checked the list, then went to Tooele, shopped at the usual places, and came home. We put away the food, and I listened to more of the Day 4 presentation:

I learned about dWeb, which stands for decentralized webb. Using Signal, or Threma instead of Messenger 'cause Messenger collects a lot of personal data. Use Proton or Nord VPN. Search engines: Duck Duck Go, brave, Presearch, DAO=decentralized autonomous organization. Can be used for voting. OS: linux, whonix, Qubes. Browser: ubuntu, crypttab. Email: Ctemplar has 24/48 encryption. Phone: Librem 5 phone has kill switch for camera. It is neither Android nor ios. On most smart phones, you cannot make certain the camera is off when you are not using it.

I made more green mix and more spice mix. Then I put supper in the toaster oven to heat. I listened to a panel discussion on the health effects of 5G. I paused it at 9 to make my evening drink. Then Chris and I watched two episodes of Voyagers. We stopped in between to look up some of the actors. After the second one, I moved to my laptop to write this blog post. I tried out the url for stealingurfeelin.gs. I had to turn on my camera for it to work. At the end of the 6 minute video, it gave me a list of things I like, a guess at my IQ and a guess at my income - all from watching my face during the video. Then I got ready for bed.

He got the shot

I listened to a sleep hypnosis track last night before I went to bed. It might have helped because I think I slept through the night. I got up about 7:45. I squeezed a lemon. I read by the Happylight. I wanted to download the Youtube sleep hypnosis track so I could load it to my headphones. But that turned out to be quite a project.

I noticed the recycling was still inside, so I got dressed and took it out. There was a maintenance truck in the street, just sitting there. I decided there wasn't enough recycling to be worth rolling the bin through the snow. Then I read e-mail until two men came to strap down the fridge so it can't fall forward (which also keeps me from being able to clean underneath it.)

After half an hour, they were done. I listened to Day 3 of the Greater Reset:

Grow your own food. Some cities will give you money to start a flock of chickens because it lowers the amount of food waste that goes into the trash. Growing rabbits is better than growing pigs or cows. Seed suggestions: sweet potatoes (Murasaki), eggplant (Pingtung), tomatoes, peppers, Three Sisters Garden (corn, beans, squash (tromboncino) grow well together). Save seeds for trading and replanting.

I made and ate breakfast. I put on The Highwire. Lee Merrit, MD, was saying that she reviewed old literature on HCQ and it showed great efficacy against all viruses, which means flu vaccines might not be needed any more. Michele called with a question about carrot cake, which I was able to answer. Then, while we were chatting, Cecily called. She thanked me for praying for them because their trip to get innoculated was so easy.

I walked to the post office, and picked up a bunch of packages. Thankfully I knew about two of them so I had brought a large tote bag. I chatted with the lady at the desk. She remarked that the parking lot for the coin seller was full of people waiting for their turn to go in and buy coins. Then she had to go, so I hoisted the tote bag to my back and headed home.

I started reading e-mail, then realized it was almost time for the sew-along. I set up my machine at the den countertop. I got out the pieces and threaded the machine. I logged into Zoom and was let in by the moderator. They were waiting for a few more people so I putzed around for a bit. Then Kerry explained what we should do with our pieces, one step at a time. I worked a little ahead since it was so simple. But I was not the first one finished, because I had done a three-part strip wrong. I had to take it apart and recut some of the pieces.

Chris came home and made himself supper. When I finished sewing the pieces together, I left the Zoom group, which was almost done anyway. I heated up supper for myself. I heard Chris get a phone call, and he said he'd be right there. So I asked him where he was going and he said to get the shot. It seemed so sudden and I had a bad feeling about it. He showed me a pic he took of his car stuck in a snow drift this morning. I offered to drive him, but he declined and headed out. I started praying very hard.

When he came back, he seemed fine. We had a discussion about reported side effects. He hadn't heard about the physician in Florida that got thrombocytopenia and died. I unpacked the tote and opened the packages. There was a DVD from Netflix and we watched two episodes from it. It was the second disc of Voyagers. Then I wrote up this blog post and got ready for bed.

Weapons of mass instruction

I did not fall asleep while wearing the headphones last night. And in the middle of the night I woke up with RLS. Since I had taken all my supplements that day, I didn't know why. When the alarm rang at 7:30, I was not ready to get up. So I rested for another 15 minutes.

I got up and prepared for meditation and detox morning. However, I had to cut it short due to back problems. I rubbed some arnica cream on my back, then cleaned the bathrooms as best I could. I washed dishes and cleaned the kitchen counter tops. Chris came home for lunch. He said there was no mail for us today. I took a shower and got dressed. My back was feeling a little better.

I listened to The Greater Reset, day 2. One lady talked about weapons of mass instruction. Corporations and philanthropists will take parents out of the loop through the use of education impact bonds, which only pay if students achieve certain scores. So those people will 'educate' the children however they think will achieve the goals specified on the bonds.

I pulled some white-on-white fabrics from my stash and cut a bunch of white strips according to the list put out by the RCMQG. I put on an intervew that a doctor that I listen to did with a senior executive in the biotech industry. This guy claimed that masks did a great job of lowering the infection rate, and that the gene-therapy injections are perfectly safe and necessary, that they will not stop infection or transmission so we'll have to keep masking and distancing for years, and we'll need weekly antibody tests for the entire population. When the score is low, that person gets a booster shot.

I made and ate breakfast at supper time. I laid out the purple and white pieces to make the design. I ironed all the pieces flat (which I should have done before I cut them).

After watching another interview, I made my evening drink and we watched four episodes of Community. It is a series about an ecletic group of students at a community college. Then we discussed the playing of Retreat. Chris had me watch the one from Fort Sill, which was on Youtube. Then I posted to my blog and got ready for sleep.

Fake News

I forgot to use the headphones last night. I fell asleep on my own. The trumpet woke me up but I think I dozed off again. When my alarm rang at 7:30, I got up. I made a bottle of hydrogen water and drank it. I juiced a lemon, and added 450 ml of water. I brushed my teeth and read The Power of Now by the Happylight. I drank 50ml of lemon juice and turned on the router. I read some e-mail and listened to talks from The Greater Reset. The talk about survival currency was particularly interesting.

Chris came home for lunch at noon with packages from the post office. One held the pants I ordered. I tried them on to see how they fit. I checked my lentils and noticed that one had sprouted. That means there is hope for the rest. I made and ate breakfast. I hung up the quilt calendar that also came in the mail. Chris went back to work.

I listened to a number of interivews and sorted scraps, picking out the purple ones. Late in the afternoon, I took a walk around the block for fresh air. When I got back, I heated supper, and listened to an interview with Knut Wittkowski, epidemiologist. He says you can't stop a virus, merely direct it either to the young and healthy or to the old and infirm. So locking down the young and healthy was a mistake.

I listened to part of the Fake News awards of 2020, then made my evening drink and sat with Chris to watch a movie called Time Trap. Afterward, I brushed my teeth and went back to the Fake News video. Among the short video clips, was one of Kary Mullis (inventor of PCR test) calling Fauci a liar, incompetent, and didn't know what he was talking about. Mullis died in Fall of 2019 so he wasn't refering to Fauci's views on Covid. A peer-reviewed paper came out later that Fauci must have confused the ifr with the cfr in order to claim that the virus was 10x deadlier than the flu. But none of the mainstream news outlets would report it.

Time to post my write-up and get ready for bed.

Hot water

I did not take melatonin last night, and did not fall asleep while listening to the Holosync track. I took the headphones off when the track was finished and turned them off. I had to fall asleep with no help. But eventually I did.

I missed Chris' alarm, I heard the trumpet play, I listened for Chris taking his shower, but the next thing I heard was the 7:30 alarm. I got up soon after. I beat up a lemon and poked it with a chopstick, then squeezed it. But to get all the juice out I had to cut it in half and press the flesh with a fork, which worked pretty well. I added 225 ml of distilled water, and drank 50ml. I read by the Happylight until time for the next drink. I chewed up a basil leaf and bound it to the rash on my wrist. I turned on the router and searched the house for my computer glasses, with no success. Then I decided to look for places they could have fallen and found them hidden in the couch.

I got an e-mail from Chris that Maintenance was coming by at 1. I worked on catching up with tapping videos. I called Michele, but she didn't answer. At 11, I tapped with C, and she really liked the way I did it. Then Chris came home for lunch. I made and ate breakfast. At 1, I sat down to tap with G, but she didn't answer. Maintenance wasn't here either. I called Michele again and we had a short chat. I had to cut it short because the maintenance trucks arrived outside. Then they knocked on the door. They checked the hot water, said the water was too hot and that might lead to the milkiness. They turned it down and flushed some of the water out, and checked the softner. But the water was still too hot. And the pressure in the master bath was too low. So they went to get a new aerator for the kitchen and a new cartridge for the hot faucet.

After they left, I read articles. I boiled water and poured it down the drains in the sink. I walked to the post office. There was no mail. I opened the swap shop to check out the tables that the chapel dropped off. Then I went home.

I listened to a set of health interviews. I searched for purple scraps for Thursday night. Chris came home, and found me in the sewing room. My timer rang, indicating supper was hot. I abandoned my search and ate supper. I watched part of The Greater Reset. I paused it to make my evening drink. Then we sat in front of the TV. Chris scanned through the Netflix offerings and picked one called Groods. It was an animated movie about a cave family. And pretty funny, too. Then I posted to my blog and got ready for bed.

Walking to church in the snow

I got up about 8:30. I sat up in bed to see if Chris was up yet. I heard a crackling sound in my back and felt pain. However, I was able to get out of bed. I went to the kitchen to wash a bunch of glass pebbles. I put 12 oz of water in a bottle, then added the pebbles until the water reached the top. I put three hydrogen tablets in and screwed the cap on really tightly. I took some protein tablets and vitamins. When the hydrogen tablets were dissolved, I unscrewed the top and drank the water. I was afraid the water would spray out, but I untwisted slowly, it went fine.

I listened to an interview, then got dressed for church. I suggested to Chris that we walk to church and he agreed. So off we went, walking in the snow. When I slipped on the sidewalk, I questioned my sanity. But we made it to church in time to have a bit of conversation.

All the songs seemed new so I didn't sing. After the service, I talked to Johnnie and Eileen and I thanked the chaplain for the tables. Then Chris and I walked home. We stopped to talk to a neighbor who was out shoveling her driveway.

I made and ate breakfast. I put ingredients in bread machine. I listened to interview on digital vaccines and behaviour modifications. Chris looked in the bread machine and discovered that it had no liquid in it. So he unplugged it and let it cool. Later I added yeast and mild and re-started it.

I scrubbed my rash with the sugar scrub that Beverly gave me last year. Chris went to the office for some reason. I called Faye and talked to her and Dad at length. I made and ate supper. Chris came home and steamed vegetables. I put them away for tomorrow since I had already eaten. After watching part of another interview with Catherine Austin Fitts, I made my evening drink and sat down to watch TV with Chris. We watched the last episode of Republic of Doyle. Then I suggested Westworld, since Faye had mentioned it. But Chris said he'd already seen it and I wouldn't like it. So then I suggested Black Mirror because it got mentioned in one of the interviews. So we watched an episode of that, figuring it was the pilot. It was definitely NOT my cup of tea. But then Chris looked it up and said it was the first episode of season 5. So Idk, but we'll have to find something else for tomorrow.

Snowed In

Last night I fell asleep with the headphones, but woke up afterward. I am not sure why I woke up, maybe overheated? When I got up, it was after 8. I looked outside to see our heaviest snowfall yet, and it was still snowing. We decided not to try driving to Toole today.

I was out of lemons, so Chris gave me one of his limes. I only got half as much juice as from a lemon. I diluted it to the same ratio and started drinking. I finished reading all of the reports of side effects from the shots. One mentioned that the Pfizer vaccine is reported to cause 3x - 4x higher risk of appendicitis. I read a book by the Happylight until time for the next drink. Then I read articles until Chris was ready to give me a massage. Afterward, I took a shower and got dressed. I parsed two weeks worth of supplements. Then I made and ate breakfast.

I watched an interview on the state of our currency. She mentioned the 'going direct' reset. That means when the people are all hooked to the cloud, 'they' won't need state and federal regulators. They can control the population themselves. They want to create CBDC, central bank digital currency. That will mean no cash, so all transactions go through the central bank, which can turn off a person's money, or make it not good in certain stores, or for certain items. It's like having credit at the company store. Technocracy and central control are the most wasteful systems that the interviewee has seen. Far more wealth would be created if the control was at the local level. The wealth on this planet could be 10x what it is now. One solution is to stockpile your gold and silver coins and trade them on the local level for what you need. She recommended reading “The Edge of the World”, a book on history of money and plagues, which allowed more centralization of control each time one happened.

We heard the snowplow go by. So we bundled up and cleaned snow off of Chris' car. Then we drove to the commissary to get a few things. We stopped at the post office for junk mail. When we got back and put away the food, I mixed up a batch of seed crackers. While they baked, I made my supper. I put on another interview and relaxed in the recliner, almost falling asleep. When it was over, I watched a video on the making of the Wizard of Oz. Apparently the costumes were dangerous. And asbestos was used on set to simulate snow.

I made my evening drink. I put away my laundry. We made the bed with clean sheets. Then we watched two episodes of Republic of Doyle. I brushed my teeth and spead some coconut oil on the rash. It looks redder than ever, but Chris thinks it is drying out.

Going in circles to find a ring

I watched a video last night after posting to my blog, but then the electricity went out. So I shut down my laptop and went to bed. Chris stayed up playing his game (on battery power), and then the home power came back on. I fell asleep, but he woke me up when he came to bed and was surprised to find me there. I put on the mp3 headphones and went to sleep. I wish I could say I slept through the night. But I must have rolled over the wrong way, because my back spasmed and woke me up.

I got up close to 8:30 and was able to get out of bed. I rolled a lemon, stuck a chopstick in the end, then squeezed the juice out. Only one seed came out, so that was good, but the squeezing wasn't any easier then if I had cut it in half. Seems like since I started drinking the lemon water, the brown spots on my wrists have mostly faded.

I finished watching the video from last night. They said Bill Gates is now the top owner of farmland in the US. Scary. I looked online for a storage jar clamp ring. I didn't want to buy from Amazon or Ebay, and didn't see much else, or I couldn't tell if it would fit my jar. The current one is disintegrating and I might be unknowingly ingesting a little bit each day. I put my fermented coconut milk in a different jar, but I really like the clamp jar with the rubber ring.

I made and ate breakfast. I told Chris I was ready to go shopping, but he decided to put off our Tooele trip to tomorrow because of my back (which seems to be doing much better today).

I read e-mail, then went to the post office. There was one piece for Chris. When I got back, I researched and ordered a mix of seaweed flakes. I unwrapped the wool pressing mat that was part of the prize for RCMQG. Although initially I thought I didn't need a second one, I realized that this one was thick enough that I could place it on top of my cutting mat and iron without damage.

I watched part of a video series on history told from a different view point. I had ground beef and steamed veggies for supper. I read an article about Hank Aaron, who died at 86, 16 days after being injected on TV. I came across a link to a website that is collecting reports of side effects and death after innoculation reported in social media, in the news, and on VAERS. I was surprised to hear that a number of people got swollen lymph nodes, and tachycardia. The fever, chills and twitching I had heard of before.

Then Chris told me it was 8:50, so I made my evening drink and we watched two episodes of RoD. Then I typed up my blog post and got ready for bed.

How many ways can you squeeze a lemon?

I fell asleep wearing the mp3 headphones but I did not stay asleep. A spasm woke me up. Then I did a lot of tapping and visualization to relax it. I don't think I slept again. I may have dozed off, but not for long enough to complete an entire sleep cycle.

I got up about 8:30, pleased that I could get out of bed. I squeezed a lemon, brushed my teeth, and finished a book called Monumental Myths. I had read about the cover-up of how bad Fukishima was (and is), and today I read about operation “Fast and Furious”, where the Obama administration put guns in the hands of Mexican drug cartels so the resulting deaths could be used to convince our population that tougher gun laws were needed (as if those laws would affect how many guns the criminals have).

I rinsed the lentils and set them to drip. I looked up different ways to squeeze a lemon and decided to try a new one tomorrow. I chewed up some plantain leaves and applied them to my rash, along with more bentonite. I wrapped up my arm with a plastic bag and tied it with a theraband.

Dr. Sucharit Bhakdi said people who are infected but without symptoms are not giving off enough viral particles to infect other healthy people. Anyone with symptoms should stay away from sick and elderly people. Masking is not good for elderly people. He is elderly and his breathing is compromised by a mask.

I paused the video to call a tapping buddy. We spent about 45 minutes tapping surrogately. Then Chris came home for lunch. I made breakfast and ate it while listening to The Highwire. I also ate a pomegranate.

Later the internet went down, so I grabbed a piece of purple quilt backing, cut it into two pieces and straightenend the long edges. I sewed the edges together to make a backing to fit a quilt top that I made last Spring. I spent some time ironing the fold lines out, with imperfect success.

The doorbell rang, and it was Johnnie bringing me some geode pieces. We had a bit of a chat, and then she left to finish her walk. I finished ironing the backing, then watched the next installment of the 5-day winter garden challenge. I put on a light coat and walked to the post office. There was nothing of note in our box. Then I went home by another route. The trumpet played before I got back to the house. I had to put my fingers in my ears because it was so loud.

Inside the house, I turned on the toaster oven and then filled the Korean bowl with fish, veggies, and seaweed. Then I put that in the oven and read for a while until the timer rang. I listened to an interview with Catherine Fitts while I ate. Chris came home from Mass. I watched some other videos, then made my evening drink. We watched two episodes, then typed up my blog so I could go bed.

Back in trouble

The mp3 headphones did their magic and I fell asleep. I woke up in the night to visit the bathroom, then went back to sleep. I got up around 8. I made coffee and did my meditation morning exercises. I turned on the CD line-up. I meditated and tapped. I cleaned the bathrooms, then took a shower.

It was good that I cleaned first, because I put my back out reaching for the soap. That limited what I could do for the rest of the day. I finished my shower with ramrod straight posture. I called Chris to come help me get dressed. He was in a meeting, but when it was over, he came home for lunch and helped me put on clothes (something he claims is an unnatural act). I started cleaning the kitchen and washing dishes. Just as Chris was leaving for work, two women and two men came by. The women were checking for appliance numbers. The men said they might not be able to order another filter for the fridge, also said hot water pressure in the master bath was still low and they would call it in.

I finished listening to a short video of Ms. Fitts while I peeled jackfruit seeds. I took the morning supplement regimen in the afternoon. I walked to the post office, and came home with supplements.

Then I sat with a heating pad and listened to an interview with Jay Richards: Lockdowns were imposed even though there is no evidence that lockdowns stop viral infection, (because we never had lockdowns like this before). Now studies show that lockdowns do not work. He told a story about Fauci promoting AZT, which killed the people who took it, but he used it in a study on pregnant women anyway.

I watched the second video in a 5-day series on sprouting. I found some lentils in my sprout box, and followed the video. I talked to Xylana on the phone. I made and ate breakfast for supper. I also ate the jackfruit seeds. I watched a 2-hour long video of people talking about current events. I looked up poltices for rashes and came across bentonite clay. So I mixed some clay with castor oil and applied it to my arm. It was difficult to keep it from getting on my clothes or the chair, etc.

Michele called or Chris called her. Anyway, the conversation turned depressive because she was feeling badly about herself for not being able to find a job. Chris was feeling badly because he couldn't help her. Finally we changed the subject and she seemed better. They are discussing gaming even as I type this. It must be 1am EST, but she isn't tired. I am so when I am done here, I will go to bed.

Guild meeting

My mp3 headphones stopped in the middle of the track and a perky voice said “low battery”. I took them off and had to fall asleep unassisted.

I got up about 8. I made the proper lemon juice concoction. I called Housing to come bait the gophers before they breed. I researched and ordered several pounds of seeds for sprouting. I searched shower filters online and ordered one at the best price.

I read articles. Chris came home for lunch. I watched an episode of TQS, then made and ate breakfast. A man came to bait the gophers. He said the ground was still hard so I might have to call again in a month or two. Myra called and we had a long chat. I cut off a branch of aloe, placed a piece on the rash on my arm and tied a towel around it to hold it.

I continued reading e-mail and articles. I took a walk, braving the cold. Chris had brought in the mail at lunchtime, so I did not go to the post office. When I got back, I put supper in the oven. I started watching a video on planting seeds for a winter garden. When the timer rang, I pulled out supper and started eating. Before I finished, it was time for the guild meeting to start on Zoom. So I left my video feed off until I finished eating. The meeting ran long; about 2 hours. Then I resumed watching the seed video. Afterward, I finished another audio from earlier in the day.

Then I made my evening drink. I kissed Chris on the head and sat in the living room to wait. When he did not come in, I told him I was ready to watch TV whenever he was. He got upset because I hadn't said anything earlier. But we watched two episodes anyway. Then we had an argument which turned into a discussion. I am not certain we settled anything. But it got late and we had to finish up at our laptops and then get ready for bed.

Too many open windows

I used the mp3 headphones with the next track loaded on. I think it did put me to sleep, though I woke up to take the headphones off. I woke again in the morning, with light coming through the red film on the windows. I made lemon juice and drank it every hour. I read about the murder of Vince Foster by the Happylight. It was ruled suicide, but how many people can shoot themselves in the head twice? And not spill a drop of blood?

I found the website for the leggings I like so much and scrolled through the selections. It was hard to decide because of the ones I liked, most were sold out in my size. I wanted something I could wear with a green shirt, but they didn't have any nice shades of green. I also looked through the capris because they just might be full-length on me.

I listened to Dennis Praeger talk about leftists vs liberals. In response to those who say Twitter has the right to cancel Trump's account, ask if the airline has a right to refuse to let you fly if they disagree with what you have to say. Then I saw a video on anti-racistism (which is not the same as non-racist).

I looked into buying seeds for sprouting. But before I finished deciding which ones to get, the timer rang and it was time to make breakfast. So I made breakfast and ate it while checking e-mail. I should have gone back to the seed site. Chris put fish in the oven. Michele called. She wanted to talk to Chris, but after that she and I had a discussion of politics. After the call, I started reading some of my open windows so I could close them. But it was slow going. About the time the fish were done, he browned a package of organic ground beef.

I took a quick walk around the neighborhood. It was windy and cold so I hurried as much as I could. The sky looked threatning to the north. I was glad my name isn't Dorothy. Then again, I already feel like I am in Oz. When I got back, I fixed a plate of veggies and meat, including sliced tomatoes covered with cheese and then broiled. He added fresh basil from a plant we bought at the grocery store.

I read parts of a very long article. It was about the intelligence agencies entering cyber space and needing to control 'bad actors' without knowing who they are. They hired a propaganda firm and gave it their most classified information.

I had Chris carry in the rug steamer from the garage so I could clean the carpet which smelled like tuna. Afterward, I decided to let it dry and see what it looks like tomorrow. I made my evening drink. We watched two episodes of Republic of Doyle, moving into season 6. I wrote my blog post and got ready for bed.

It's a sunny day

We got up around 8:30. I started the regular supplement routine. I read chapters from Genesis by the Happylight. At 10:30 I washed up and got dressed for church. Driving to the chapel, we saw Johnnie walking. When we got to church, we talked to the chaplain. Johnnie asked me how it went yesterday and I told her. Then the service started. The songs were unfamiliar except for one, but the arrangement made it hard to sing anything other than the verses. The sermon was about Joseph and Jacob. Later I thought about Leah and Rachel and wondered how they got along, since their sons didn't.

When we got home, I made and ate breakfast. I read e-mail as I ate. It was such a nice day, that I drove to the other side of post and took a walk that let me cross off some streets on my list. While walking, I saw kids playing in the cut-de-sac. It was nice to see kids playing together and having a good time. I wasn't ready to be couped up inside, so I put some soapy water in a basin and washed the front doorway area and hosed down the siding. I had to use a stepstool to reach high enough. The spots came off a lot easier than I expected.

I called Faye and we chatted. Dad declined to talk to me several times when offered. While talking to Faye, I put veggies and tuna in a bowl, added beet juice and slipped it into the toaster oven. After our conversation, I watched the sermon from Faye's church and then the sermon from the Huntsville church service. The timer rang in the middle and I pulled the food out. I ate as I listened. I put the bowl down to sing, and it fell on the floor, soaking the carpet in tuna and beet juice. I spent some time sopping it up with towels, wringing them out, and hanging them up to dry. Even so, I think we'll have to break out the Bissell carpet cleaner.

After more reading, I made my evening drink. We watched two episodes of RoD. I downloaded a new track to my mp3 headphones, then I wrote to my blog and got ready for bed.

* The 'before' pic didn't turn out, but here is the 'after' pic. *

Finally, someone who knows what's going on

Last night my mp3 headphones still did not stop at the end, but circled around to play again, waking me up. I took them off and eventually went to sleep. I woke up before the sun and didn't go back to sleep. It occurred to me how much I missed waking up to bird song. Ironically, in Huntsville, the birds sang at midnight and I wasn't feeling the love, as they say. I stayed in bed until after the 7:30 alarm went off, then got up to follow my previous supplement regimen in case the lemon water protocol is causing the rash on my arm. I tried making H2 in the empty beet juice jar, but the cap wasn't tight enough to hold the hydrogen in.

I pulled up a youtube video of birds singing. The video was aimed at a tree stump with seeds on it and a quite colorful array of birds came to eat. Some flitted in just long enough to grab one seed. Others came at length and ate their fill. After all the seeds were gone, another pile seemed to materialize. Not popped into view, but faded into existence to attract more birds.

I read articles, then made and ate breakfast. Chris took my sewing machine over to the chapel. We set up in the fellowship hall, which was full of new tables and chairs in boxes. We don't know what the previous chaplain had in mind when he ordered all this stuff. There certainly isn't much call for it now.

Chris went home and I stayed. I worked on a shuttle block, adding the body and the nose cone. Eileen came with her quilt that she wanted to have the stuffing re-done. Jenni came to chat. We laid out Eileen's quilt and decided it didn't really need batting because it was made of denim. So Jenni took the bunched up batting out. We chatted for awhile, and then she took her quilt home to tie. Jenni made a breathe jar and liked it so much that she wrote down the list of essential oils so she could make several for her home.

I worked on the block a little longer, then packed up and came home. Chris came out to the car to carry the machine inside. I went for a walk around the dense housing area since everyone seems to be gone. It's like a ghost town. Then I headed to the post office and picked up some mail and a package from Swansons.

When I got home, I resumed listening to an interview with a lady who used to be against glyphosate and GMO;s but now she is a farmer and she likes them. But the video got interrupted and I didn't want to start it all over again. So I moved to another interview, with Catherine Austin Fitts. She was in the financial industry and one time assistant Housing secretary. She very calmly explained how the technocrats are executing their plan to blame the virus for ruining the current financial system so they can institute their own, one which no one would want if they understood its ramifications. It was a fascinating and informative interview.

Chris put veggies in the steamer, while I heated fish and seaweed in the toaster oven. I ate my supper while reading e-mail. When the veggies were done, Chris took them out and put jackfruit seeds in. They stayed in until time to watch TV. I listened to an interview about Kennedy's head wounds, I made my evening drink and sat with Chris. We watched a Sherlock Holmes DVD that Chris found in our collection. Afterward, we made the bed with freshly washed sheets. Then I sat down to write up my blog post.

Interview with Catherine Austin Fitts :

Invisible enemies are being used to scare people into allowing a new system of exchange that they wouldn't want if they understood it. They create divisiveness in the population, get all interactions online where they can be tracked. Each bank will have its own central digital currency, so they can turn it on or off at will. PREP act added to corporate freedom from liability. Patriot Act is the concentration and control cashflow act. They want to dramatically centralize economic and political control. Destroying independent income sources keeps people from financing a populist candidate. Global billionaires have increased their wealth by 27%. Covid 19 is the institution of controls necessary to convert the world from a democratic process to technocracy. Thanks to the magic virus, there is no money in Social Security, or the treasury, pension funds, etc. Just as Microsoft can get your computer to download software that gives them a backdoor into your computer and it need updates every so often, now injections will do the same for your body, installing a kind of operating system in the body so they can hook everyone to the cloud. In a world of zero privacy, every bank can shut you off from transactions if they don't like the way you are behaving. It's much like the social credit system in China, including mind control.

This is a trap, but the door hasn't been shut yet. Transparency can still disrupt their plan. This virus is an excuse to inject your body with an operating system and update it as needed. Amazon supplies the cloud for the CIA and other alphabet agencies. They shut down small businesses and put everyone on UBI, which is a control system run through the military clouds. With space weaponry they can put down any rebellion. Slavery is the most profitable enterprise - more than addiction. Technology makes it easier for a small group of people to be in power. The more powerful the tech, the more crazy people can weaponize it. They are very afraid of the general population. It makes sense for them to downsize the population and use robotics and AI. Back when you couldn't go to church, but you could go to riots, 34 of 37 FED bank branch locations had riots. 'Opportunity Zones' are places that big tech could invest their profits so they could avoid capital gains tax. Declare businesses in the zone non-essential and shut them down. Have riots there to burn and damage those businesses. It is now cheaper to buy up all those buildings - that is called disaster capitalism. That makes building out the smart grid around FED branches cheaper. With humans hooked to the cloud, their data will be used to teach robots how to do their jobs. To Mr. Global, humans are just natural resources to be used or discarded as such. As the unseen governance group called Mr. Global, becomes more technologically advanced than the rest of us, there is a growing division. He sees himself as a higher species, and the rest of us like chattel.

Solution: We the population are unwittingly building and financing the prison we will be living in. If everybody stopped banking with JPMorgan/Chase and put their money in community banks, it would be a revolution. Don't help with Operation Warpspeed, don't help the tech guys figure out how to inject nanoparticles into your body and hook them up to the cloud. Don't help big pharma make injections that are poisoning children, don't help big Ag grow GMO food, don't help the gov't institute corrupt health crisis regulations that are really disaster capitalism.

Grocery Shopping

Last night the mp3 headphones did not put me to sleep at all. Then I remembered that I forgot to take melatonin. I slept fitfully after taking off the headphones. I heard the 7:30 alarm ring from down the hall. I got up about 8. I squeezed a a big lemon and started that protocol. I used filtered water because the distilled water was gone. I read by the Happylight, learning about the inconsistencies in the Newtown Ct story.

After almost an hour of that, I turned my attention to e-mail and articles therein. One stated that the democrats are making a bigger deal of the Capitol event so they can justify more lockdowns and restrictions. Another suggested looking into alternative blockchain-based social media sites. A third said grocery stores are going contactless with curbside service as their only service.

While I made and ate breakfast, Chris went to the commissary to get whatever they had that was on our list. When I finished breakfast, we loaded up the cooler and drove to Toole. We stopped at Luckeys, Melanie's and Macey's. I dropped in at the dollar store for some glass marbles, the kind that go in a vase. On the way back, we were stopped by a train. Most of the cars had graffiti, but I couldn't read it. When we got home, we put away the groceries.

I walked to the post office and picked up the mail. I left the one for Chris by his laptop. I read e-mail, and then was surprised when I got a tapping call that I was expecting at 7. I sent Melissa a message, then settled down for the call. When we were finished, I sent another message, then hopped in the car and drove to the swap shop. Melissa brought her granddaughter. I opened the shop so she could pick up a sewing machine that was in there. We had a nice chat in the parking lot and then we went home.

I went back to reading. I saw several articles about the lack of proper testing of the new vaccines. And an article on resisting vaccination. It had a form for the vaccine administrator to sign accepting responsibility if you are harmed. If they refuse to sign it, then you can refuse the vaccine.

At 8:30, I made my evening drink and we watched two episodes of RoD. I brushed my teeth and wrote up my blog post for today. Then I did my stretches and got ready for bed.

The start of a long weekend

I fell asleep listening to the headphones, but when the track restarted, it woke me up. Sigh. I slept fitfully thereafter. I got up after 8, not feeling well-rested. I squeezed a lemon and started the drinking routine. I finished reading the “World of Tiers” with the Happylight.

I read e-mail, responding to some of Kurt's. I listened to a video on the military intelligence contributions to the origins of Facebook and Google. I guess Hollywood got it wrong when they portrayed Zuckerberg creating it on his own in his dorm room.

When Chris came home for lunch, I finished the lemon water and made breakfast. I ate it while watching The Highwire: Chris Shaw, Phd, from U of BC said that in prior studies of mRNA vaccines (like for Sars), the lipid construct of the mRNA vaccine was found in animal brains, and over a dozen other places in the body. It did not stay contained in the muscle it was injected in. That could lead to immune reaction in the brain (and other organs). Many different symptoms are possible, depending on what type of cell the immune system targets. Some patients develop a shake that is also seen in HPV damaged girls.

Afterward, I read more e-mail. I walked to the post office. I submitted the yellow slip, wondering what I ordered that was too large for the postal box. But the yellow slip was an error. I came home, and resumed reading and watched the video of a 92 year old man that was hauled off by police from a demonstration. He gave an interview and was remarkably well spoken.

I gathered items for the sewing craft group on Saturday, and pulled some fabric for the projects. It was easier and faster then I thought it would be.

Chris came home early, at 5, because of the holiday weekend. After he made his supper, I made mine and put it in the toaster oven to heat while I continued to read articles. I listened to an interview with doctors who have treated their patients with ivermectin and budesonide and have not lost a single patient. In a different interview, the speaker talked about partnerships between public officials and philanthropic groups with laudable sounding goals but the plans don't include choice for individuals. There are surveillance playtables in day care so they can determine which kids are easiest to adapt to certain lines of work.

At 8:30 I made my evening drink. We watched two episodes of RoD. Then I cropped a bunch of pics I took today, and typed up my blog.

A picture is worth a thousand words...

Last night I tried to reassemble the CD line-up for meditation morning, but could not find all 6 discs. After making my choices, I went to bed and listened to the mp3 headphones. I fell asleep while the Holosync track was playing, but when it ended and started over, it woke me up. I was not happy about that. I did sleep again later, but then the hot flashes woke me up. I was awake when Chris' alarm went off, when the trumpet played, when he showered and left for work, and when my 7:30 alarm went off.

I got up around 8. I read a book by the Happylight. I prepared for meditation morning. In the middle of it, the doorbell rang. I threw on a housecoat and answered the door. It was the water expert dropping off test results showing negative for 2 kinds of bacteria. I finished my meditation, and took a shower.

While my hair was still wet, I opened a package of clips: one long and curved for the back of the head, and one short and straight for the front. They are about 1.5 inches deep. I used them to cut my hair to that length. Then I cleaned up all the hair and saved it for gophers later.

I got a text from Chris saying I should turn on the router and check my messages. So I did. To complete a periodic maintenance schedule, Housing wanted a time they could come by in the next week or so. So I chose 1 pm. Since Chris also said he would not be home for lunch today, I mopped the kitchen floor and parts of the diningroom and front hall.

I adjusted the CD line-up. I read e-mail until the trumpet played. Then I headed out to the post office. The view of the mountains was so striking that I had to go back and get my camera. After taking a pic, I proceeded to the post office to put up the mail.

When I got back, I read e-mail for a few minutes, then started making breakfast. I ate and read e-mail, finding old messages from Kurt. I made my evening drink and we watched two episodes of RoD. I asked Chris to look at the instructions to my mp3 player to see if he could figure out how to stop the replay. I brushed my teeth and wrote my blog post.

A better way to water

I got up at 8. I read a book beside the HappyLight. The phone rang. It was from Maintenance and he wanted to come over at 1. Ok.

I put some Christmas stuff away. I threaded an angel ornament with a hanging string. That's when I realized it was quilled. It was very nice and I wondered if the person who sent it to me quilled it herself.

I read about the outrage of foreign countries over Twitter banning Trump. JFK Jr wrote that Gates is the world's largest maker, distributor and promoter of vaccines. Under his direction, the WHO declared that the questioning of vaccines was among the greatest threats to global health.

I deleted a bunch of e-mail. Chris came home for lunch. He put fish in the oven to slow cook. He wanted to know if I could watch a kid while their parents went to the post office. I said yes.

After Chris left, the man came at 1 to fix the electrical outlet and the wobbly faucet. I finished making breakfast and ate it. I read articles on current events. There was no phone call yet about watching the child, so I walked to the post office, and brought home a package containing an elephant-shaped watering can. I opened a window because of fish smell.

I read an AQ magazine, and then some funny political videos. I sent one to Kurt. I had some fish for supper with steamed veggies. I went back to reading e-mail. Around 8:30, I put away the fish and made my evening drink. Then we watched two episodes of RoD. I wrote my blog post and got ready for bed.

The proposal

I skipped the Holosync track and went to sleep. It took a while, but less than an hour. I awoke several times during the night to throw off the covers, only to pull them up again when I got chilly. I must have slept through Reveille, but I heard Chris get ready for work. I put on the headphones and listened to the nap track. Then the 7:30 alarm went off.

I got up, washed up, and got dressed. I squeezed the juice from two halves of a lemon, wondering if the lemon, or its parent tree, felt any pain. I brushed my teeth and sat by the Happylight, reading about the OKC bombing, which turns out to be another official story that doesn't add up. There was a knock at the door, and the water specialist came to get the water sample Chris captured this morning and to take another one.

I wrote up a proposal for reorganizing and running the Swap Shop. I e-mailed it to Chris for his comments. I slapped the rash on my arm (which showed up around Christmas) to bring blood to the surface to heal it. It doesn't seem to be healing on its own, or with any ointments I have used. It looks like poison ivy and it is possible that it came from some old work gloves I came across in the garage while looking for ornaments. I only opened the box, saw it was full of gloves, then shut it again. Could that be enough?

I read an article from ScienceNews on how mRNA vaccines work. There are a lot of up-sides, but also grave risks if any part of the process doesn't go as planned. They haven't had time to be tested for systemic effects which take longer to manifest. The article points out that your immune system already possesses mRNA nanotechnology which works quite well when fueled by proper nutrition. A lack of vitamin D causes immune suppression, so the system likely won't respond well to either the wild virus or to the mRNA vaccine. I posted the link to Facebook, but Facebook declined it. I had to break the link into two parts in order to get Facebook to allow it.

At 11:30 I connected with a lovely lady and we tapped together. Chris came home at noon for lunch. I heard him call his mom to wish her a happy birthday. When I was finished tapping, I greeted him, then started making breakfast. I read articles and their comments.

At 5 I put on my coat and went to the post office to get the mail, and to send back the Netflix DVD. When I got back, I put steamed veggies, tuna and soup in a bowl to heat up. I also topped it with two sheets of seaweed. The seaweed got extra-crispy, which is not what I had in mind. While waiting, I took several plants out of the windowbox and checked it for leaks, but found none. So I covered the books below it with plastic to protect them from the water that inevitably drips on them. I read e-mail until 8. I rolled out my calves. Then I made my evening drink. We watched two episodes of Republic of Doyle. I posted to my blog and got ready for bed.

* I didn't take any pics today so here is a random one from a week ago. *

Exploring options for the Swap Shop

I slept well after taking off the mp3 headphones. In fact, I slept through both of my alarms, waking at 8:45 and getting up right away. I think I did awaken briefly for a few hot flashes, but I felt well-rested in the morning.

Because of schedule contraints, I went back to the supplement routine instead of the lemon water routine. I read about what happened to the Branch Davidians while sitting next to the Happylight. Later I got dressed and we went to church at 11. I spoke to Eileen for a few minutes. She asked what I would charge for fixing a tied quilt that the batting had bunched up on. But then the service started, so I quickly sat down with Chris. After the service, I rushed over to talk to Rusty about the swap shop. Chris joined us and then Eileen and Jenni came over. We decided to go over to the swap shop together at 2 to see what conditions were.

When Chris and I got home, we changed our clothes, then I made and ate breakfast while Chris made and ate lunch. I read e-mail until almost 2, then we drove over to the swap shop. Chris brought some boxes of stuff from the garage. We let ourselves in and soon Eileen joined us. As we explored the place, including the stacks of books, Jenni arrived. We discussed how to fix it up, and make it covid-safe, and how it could be run. It will be my job to write up a proposal which has to be signed by the chief medic.

Jenni needed some ties for an art project at the school, so I invited her over. She followed us home and we went into the garage to get the ties. Then we talked about stones, and she left. I went back to reading a very long article about the FED. Chris put vegetables in the steamer and cooked them soft. I called Faye and talked to both her and Dad. He was quite talkative, though I could not make out everything he said.

I put some steamed vegetables in a bowl with a packet of tuna for supper. Chris watched American Werewolf in London in the living room while I continued to read. I loaded another sleep track on my mp3 headphones.

Then around 8, I made my evening drink. Chris stopped his movie and we watched the 5th episode of Voyagers, which was the last one on the disc. Then he suggested we watch a DVD he picked up at the swap shop. It was called Ultra-man and he used to watch it as a child. I had never seen it, so we watched one episode. The FX were crude by today's standards, and the Asians were mouthing in Japanese while their words came out in English. I was underwhelmed, but Chris seemed to like it.

I went back to my laptop to write my blog post for the day, and then get ready for bed.

* I don't have any pics from the swap shop, so here is one of my magnesium drink under pressure. *

RLS does not stand for Really Long Sleep

I listened to the mp3 headphones in bed. When the track finished, I turned off the headphones and rolled over to sleep. It didn't happen right away. But I did sleep, and then was awakened by the worst rls I have had since Alabama. I got up and stretched, but it didn't stop the sensation. I did Child's Pose in bed until the sensation stopped.

I slept late this morning and did not get up until 9. I started the lemon detox. Then Chris gave me a coconut oil massage. Later I took a shower. The water from the faucet was clear, but when I pulled on the diverter, the water from the shower head was dark yellow. But it cleared quickly and I took my shower and got dressed.

I continued drinking lemon water and checked e-mails. Then I remembered I was out of breakfast supplements, so I got out the box and lined up the little bottles so I could dispense two weeks worth of doses. I stopped at noon to tap with a new lady. We tapped on sleep issues. Afterward, I finished doing the supplements and made breakfast. Chris made rice in the rice cooker. He also cooked bacon in the oven, then mixed it with veggies and baked it again.

I bundled up and walked to the post office. It was windy and turned out that I went for nothing. When I got back, I read more e-mail, getting the count below 600. I watched some unremarkable videos. Chris cooked the last of the mushrooms for me. I ate supper, then read e-mail.

I also started looking into the Chappaquiddick incident. A lot of questions about what happened are still unanswered. Chris came to tell me it was after 9. So I poured my evening drink and we watched two more episodes of Voyagers. Then I resumed reading Chappaquiddick articles before writing my blog and getting ready for bed.

Shopping day

Last night I slept periodically. I got up sometime after the 8:30 alarm. I squeezed the juice out of a lemon to start the lemon detox for today. I read a book by the Happylight: WTC7 came down in exactly the same way as the twin towers, but no plane hit it. A broadcaster in London reported the catastrophe so early that you could see the towers still untouched in the live-feed background. There were other things in the official narrative that didn't make sense.

I listened to a talk by Jeffrey Smith: Govt approved a GMO pig in Iowa with an antibiotic resistant gene. A gene-edited cow was found to have an antibiotic resistant gene in it, and they killed the herd, but the pig is allowed? The grandchildren and greatgrandchildren of pregnant mice injected with Roundup had the worst outcomes due to epigenetic effects. GMO corn, cotton and soy are registered pesticides because they have BT genes. The crops have enzymes that keep the BT toxin from breaking down during digestion, making it up to 20x more toxic.

I watched “Focus on Fauci”. Lawyer David Martin said the mRNA injection is not a vaccine by the legal definition of vaccines. A vaccine must provoke an immune response and stop transmission. Calling it a vaccine puts it under the assumption of 'safe and effective', but it isn't. Moderna was started as a chemotherapy company. MRNA injection stimulates the cell to become a pathogen-manufacturing site. Fauci owns vaccine patents and stands to make millions.

After I ate breakfast, we went to Tooele. I couldn't think of anything we needed that could only come from Luckey's so we went to Melanie's first. I got nuts and dandelion tea and a seaweed snack. With my reward points I got a cinnamon seed snack. Then we went to Macey's for the rest of our groceries. We listened to the book on CD on the way back.

When we got home, we put away the food. Chris found a package at the front door. It was my new mp3 headphones. I went for a walk around the block for a little daylight. The sun was beginning to set.

I read e-mail, then heated supper. I watched a Dennis Praeger video. He said one contributor to the riot on Wednesday was censorship. People are not allowed to speak their minds on the internet and release the pressure, so they went to the Capitol to be heard. I scrolled through Volunteermatch.org. I snacked on seaweed while watching a bit of a movie that Chris was watching.

I read through more e-mail, then made my evening drink. Chris was watching Avatar. I came in at the tail end. When it was over, we watched two episodes of some 1980's show called Voyagers. It was about time travel and fixing history. Then I brushed my teeth and posted to my blog. If I can get Holosync loaded on the player, then I listen in bed.

* I got Holosync loaded, but it isn't playing. *

An informative day

Last night I nearly went to sleep with Holosync. When it started playing over again, I got up to go to bed. I woke again in the middle of the night with RLS. When I fell asleep again, I had a dream that I was going to see a chiropractor for a dental surgery. I was awakened several other times - as usual.

I got up around 8:30. As I was contemplating what to do first, a man knocked on the door. I was wearing my nightgown, but I answered the door anyway. He wanted to examine the hot water. I showed him the cloudiness and he said he'd be back with a sample bottle. I washed some glass beads and put them in a bottle, hoping to change the volume from 16 oz to 12 oz. But there weren't enough beads. I filled the bottle anyway and added 3 H2 tablets. The man came back with a sample bottle and filled it from the hot water. He also wanted a sample from first thing in the morning. I suggested he leave a bottle with us and we'd fill it. So he left to get another sample bottle. The H2 was making the bottle cap bulge. I was nervous about opening the cap to drink it. So I went outside to comsume the water.

I sqeezed two halves of a lemon and added distilled water. I swished and read with Happylight. Then I checked e-mail: A video talked about events in 2020, and the rise of alternative platforms to get around the rising tide of censorship on Facebook, Twitter, Google, etc. The internet is being scrubbed of opinions that disagree with the mainstream narrative. Archive-org is going back to 'fact-check' older articles. Driverless cars play into the 2030 promise of WEF that “you'll own nothing and you'll be happy about it”.

I listened to an interview with a nurse in England who was saying that in spite of the news of soaring cases, the hospitals and test centers were actually practically empty. Another article said there were over a million peaceful people in DC yesterday, but that was not getting covereage. Chris came home for lunch. He put a package of ground beef in the oven and went back to work.

I listened to Del Bigtree. I unpacked a box of thread in my sewing room and arranged it on the rack by color. I put on a coat and walked to the post office, but there was nothing in our box. The weather was nice, so I put some water in a bucket and washed the lower parts of my car to get the salt off. I had to change water to rinse residue off. Then I washed the windows in the storm door.

I read e-mail. I took pics of projects to announce the next sewing day. The ground beef was done, so I ate 1/3 and put the rest in the fridge. I added some kimchi and stewed tomatoes. I listened to an audio that pointed out Moderna's website says their vaccine works a lot like an operating system. So I had to check it for myself and yes, it does.

I made my evening drink and joined Chris on the couch to watch two episodes of RoD. Then I wrote my blog post, with plans to listen to Holosync and go to bed.

* One more reason not to trust the Pfizer numbers. *

Cloudy water

I stayed up too late watching the missing the part of the video. I skipped Holosync, and went to bed. I went to sleep, but the trumpet player woke me. Later my 7:30 alarm woke me, and then the 8:30 alarm. I tapped for wanting to stay in bed, then got up.

I prepared for meditation morning. I made coffee, exercised, drybrushed, etc. I meditated and tapped. I used the new detox protocol, and the Christmas CD line-up. I cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen. Chris came home for lunch, bringing me a package from the post office. He wanted bread, so I filled the bread machine with ingredients. I made lemon water. I vaccummed and took a shower. I sat down to check e-mail and jot notes for my blog.

I started watching live feed from the capitol, then stopped to connect with a tapping practitioner candidate. We tried Facetiming under two browsers, and then Zoom. I had to reboot my laptop, and then Zoom worked. But our time was short. We tapped for a bit on sleep and menopause, then signed off. The live recording from the capitol was now a 4 hour video. I started it at the beginning.

I called Housing to report the cloudy hot water. I watched part of the video. Housing called back, trying to get a tech to test the water. I watched more of the video, and then two guys knocked on the door. One ran the hot water and looked at the cloudiness. But since it cleared up right away, he checked the aerator and replaced it. He thought it was ok but said he could send a tech to test it tomorrow. He explained how the hot water and the water softner worked. The softner recallibrates itself sometimes and it might explain the cloudiness.

I decided I needed to go to the commissary but waited until after the trumpet player sounded. Then I jumped in the car and went. I called Chris from the commissary to see if he needed anything. Milk. Ok, so I got the jug of milk, a jug of distilled water, and three lemons. At the checkout, I tipped the bagger for a service I neither need nor want, but what else could I do? Considering my bill was just over $5, it was a 20% tip.

When I got home, I made and ate breakfast. Chris called Michele and we talked for some time. She asked me to send her an article that I had in an open tab, but rebooted my laptop yesterday had closed it and I could not get it back. So I spent our conversation time looking for it online. Finally, at almost 9, we concluded our chat and hung up.

I heated some water to make chamomile tea. Chris queued up Republic of Doyle. We watched two episodes, or at least I did. Chris had his nose stuck in a book most of the time. Afterward, I brushed my teeth and wrote my blog post, hoping there would be time for Holosync tonight.

Internet of Bodies

Last night I listened to the Holosync track and fell asleep in the recliner. When it ended, I got up and went to bed. I didn't sleep well after that because of hot flashes (or night sweats). Chris' alarm at 5:30 woke me up. And the trumpet player was an unwelcome sound at 6:30.

I got up a little after 8. I washed up and got dressed. I squeezed a lemon for lemon water. I brushed my teeth and swished while reading a book beside the Happylight. After drinking the half cup of distilled water, I turned on the router to check e-mail. I listened to a meditation.

I watched a video on IoB, the Internet of Bodies: wearable and embedded devices to monitor activity, health, etc. They discussed the legal vs health ramifications if an embedded device company goes out of business or is convicted of patent fraud. Can someone steal your ideas from your brain? If the company goes bankrupt, can its database (including your information) be sold to pay debts? Can they sell live function feeds? If your pancreas is connected to the internet (already approved by FDA), and it needs a critical update but you don't have sufficient internet access to download it, what then? Neurostimulators have caused people (through hypomania) to do things they would normally know was unwise when the sytem malfunctioned. Should manufacturers be required to record live ffed in case of accidents? How do you know when your device is malfunctioning, esp if it can affect personal decision-making? What if your user agreement expires? What if the company changes the user agreement, but you don't like the new terms?

At noon I made and ate breakfast. At 1 I signed into Skype and tapped with a new buddy for over an hour. Then I finished watching the IoB video:

Security concerns are not always a priority in the production of IoT devices. They were concerned that pacemakers could be hacked, pacemaker data could be used in a case to show suspect was already in motion. Overheard conversations could be extracted from a cochlear implant. Is third party control of neurostimulators ethical? Cryptographic keys are too long to be stored on the tiny devices. A cryptographic catastrophe is coming. What implant procedures might we be required to undergo to get medical insurance?

About 3:45 I walked to the post office with my largest tote bag, but it wasn't big enough. There were four boxes and one was really heavy. So I carried three home and drove back for the last one.

I played Solitaire while watching a video on wi-fi dangers. Then the electricity went out. I called Chris at work. His power was out, too, but they had a generator. Then the trumpet played Retreat. Not fair! I played the piano until the power came back on. I got on my computer, but the internet itself was still off. And then the electicity went off again. I jotted notes for my blog. I prepared supper and put it in the toaster oven. Just as the internet connected again, Chris came home from work. I ate a papaya and my supper.

I started watching Everything is a Rich Man's Trick. It explained that the Nazi war machine was an American business. Rich men financed all parties in the wars. Chris let me know at 8:30 that he was ready to watch TV. I made my evening drink and then we watched two episodes of RoD. Afterward, I finished watching Everything is a Rich Man's Trick. There was much footage of the JFK event that I had not seen anywhere else. It said there were 8 shooters. It followed the President's body to Parkland, and then onto Air Force One and then to the second plane. But the video ended abruptly so I didn't hear the rest of the story. I finished up my blog post and settled in to listen to the Holosync Track.

Milk on tap

Last night I listened to the Holosync track while laying in the recliner. It was a little more comfortable because I arranged the pillows differently. But not comfortable enough to fall asleep. When it was over, I went to bed.

I should have brought my phone, but I left it by my laptop, where I thought I could hear it through the wall. But no. I slept through the 7:30 alarm and barely heard the 8:30 one. By the time I got up and out to the kitchen, it was 9.

I squeezed the juice out of a lemon and started the lemon detox. I read a book beside the Happylight. I read a few more JFK articles. I wrote the usual monthly checks. I got some envelops for them, but they were stuck shut. So I ironed them until the glue melted.

As I was finishing up, Chris came home for lunch. He called Housing about the hot water not being hot. He ate lunch and just as he was leaving, men came to fix window and heater. They said the heater needed replacing, and they got a window from the empty house down the street. I made breakfast, and watched a video of future.

I checked e-mail, then walked to the post office. Before I got back, I saw the maintenance men park in front of my house. What are the odds that they come during the only 10 minutes I am gone all day? They did not say a word, just went to work. I assumed they replaced the water heater, which is in an exterior closet so they did not have to come in the house.

I rebooted my computer to make sure Skype would work when I needed it. But a lot of my open tabs did not come back. I met a prospective tapping buddy on Skype and we talked for two hours. After the call, I used hot water from the sink to wash some dishes. I was surprised to see it was milky. I let it run for awhile but the milkiness never went away.

I fixed Chris' jeans which he left on my sewing machine. It wasn't a good job, but the belt loops are so hard to sew through. I put supper in the toaster oven. Chris came home from work. I told him about the millky hot water. I ate supper while choosing books and such to spend a gift card.

I made my evening drink, and put some blueberries in a bowl. We watched two episodes of RoD. Then I tried to get some of my tabs back. I wrote my blog post and had trouble getting my blog tab back so I could post it. Then I got ready to listen to the Holosync track again.

If a tick could talk...

Last night after finishing my blog, I sat in the recliner and listened to the next Holosync recording with an eye mask on and the lights out. I may have dozed off. I got up before it was over and went to bed. Later I woke up in darkness with RLS and had to get up and stretch. I went back to bed and slept a little but woke up before the sun, as usual.

I got up at 8:45. There wasn't time for the lemon protocol, so I used the previous supplement regimen. I read a book by the Happylight, I brushed and swished, I read e-mail, washed up, and got dressed for church. Because it was snowing, I put on pants and boots.

We got there a little ahead of time. We socialized, then church started. I did not know the songs, but Chris sang one of them. Then the chaplain gave his message about 'saint' Joseph, teaching his brothers humility in Egypt. After the sermon we had Communion, using tiny cups with a wafer packaged on top. After the service I shared with the chaplain that I didn't think Joseph was such a saint. I chatted with the chaplain's wife, too.

When we got home, I changed my footwear and top. I made and ate breakfast. As I was reading an article, I pulled a live tick out of my hair. Yikes! Chris killed it and put the body in one of the plants. I wondered how on earth I got a tick in winter! But he wasn't talking.

I called Faye. They had just gotten home from the grocery store. I spoke to Dad about events in the 60's and 70's, but he didn't remember much. Faye told me that she got the Moderna vaccine last week and she feels fine. I learned that she fainted after getting a flu vaccine once.

It was after 4:30, so I bundled up and went for a long walk. When I returned, I got to cross several streets off of my map. I heated supper and ate while reading articles on Bush, Ford, RFK, and JFK jr. and things that don't add up about the official explanations.

At 8:45, Chris asked if I knew what time it was. I jumped up to make my evening drink while he pulled up Netflix. We watched Shark Boy and Lava Girl - which seemed like a kids movie to me. But he enjoyed it. Then I brushed my teeth and posted to my blog and got ready for bed.

We're having a white start to the new year

I went to bed last night, after midnight, and realized I didn't have the mp3 headphones. Oh well. I fell asleep, but woke up in the middle of the night, frustratingly unable to go back to sleep. At least until daylight showed up and my alarm went off. Then I was all too ready to go back to sleep, but I didn't want to start a bad habit.

I got up to make lemon water, then went back to bed. Chris gave me a coconut oil massage. I got up to drink half a cup of lemon water and then took a shower and got dressed. Chris started the laundry. I tried to recharge the mp3 headphones but they were dead. Sigh. I read a book by the Happylight. The current chapter was on the assassinations of JFK, and RFK. Notes come later.

I ate a late breakfast, then read articles about Lincoln's assassination. I walked to the post office, taking the long way around to avoid walking on snow-covered sidewalks. When I got back, I looked at the mail. Then I read e-mail for bit. I looked at mp3 players online. I didn't want to buy from Amazon so I paid more somewhere else.

I heated leftovers for supper and ate them. I made my evening drink. I put my laundry away and then we made the bed, for later. Finally we sat down to watch the usual two episodes of RoD. Afteward I wrote up my blog post.

********

Our Constitution states that only Congress shall coin and regulate money. The Federal Reserve Act of 1913 established and gave that power to a privately-owned, for-profit, central banking system to control the issuance of money, called the FED. It prints Federal Reserve Notes and lends them to the US gov't at interest. The profits are supposed to go to the treasury, but much goes to the shareholders (Rothschild, Goldman, Sachs, Rockefeller etc). With Executive Order 11110, Kennedy was publishing United States Reserve Notes which are backed by silver and do not incur interest, thus undercutting the FED, and avoiding the huge national deficit we have now. After his death, the new notes were taken from circulation.

Abe Lincoln created the first national currency (called Greenbacks) to finance the war, avoiding the 20+% interest loans that the London and Wallstreet bankers insisted on. After his death, the London banks would undo the greenbacks, putting gold back as the standard, at a price which they could control.

Thomas Jefferson said "I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies...." He also said "If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all property until their children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered."
