Cheers

Wednesday

I got up at 7:30 to prep for coffee morning. tapping and meditation, recharged headphones, cleaned the bathrooms, put on episode 11 of Covid Secrets while I cleaned the kitchen. Chris came home for lunch. No non-junk mail. He was on the phone trying to get a chaplain to have some office hours here during the week.

I vacuumed here and there. I took a shower and got dressed. I went walking with the ladies. Afterward, we stood and talked. Michelle spoke at length about the need for someone who can see the big picture and identify areas of concern.

I went home while trumpet played Retreat. I got the old DVD and went to the library. I wanted to get a Night Court DVD, but they didn't have that, so I chose one Cheers and one Gomer Pyle. When I got home, I dug up gopher mounds because it was too nice to be inside.

Chris came home, changed his clothes, and went to Mass. I read e-mail, then put on Covid Secrets QnA. Chris came home and made his supper. I paused it to write my blog. Then I made tea and we watched four episodes of Cheers. Chris went to bed while I stayed up to finish the QnA.

Unexpected news

Tuesday

I got up at 7:30, hearing my alarm go off in the other room. After the usual preps for the day, I turned on the router. I vacuumed behind the plants in the den. I finalized a list of hymns to submit to the chaplain's assistant. I put it on a thumb drive. Some of the additives in vaccines would not be allowed in other drugs. Safety bar is lower.

I made and ate breakfast. I went by the post office and picked up a package of bone broth. Then I continued on to Saronna's house. We played show tunes in her living room, followed by some classical pieces. Her daughters came home from school.

I packed up and headed to the gym, but saw Diane's car at the school. I parked and caught up with the ladies who were walking the school block. When we finished, Diane went back to work. I talked to Jenni for awhile, then went home.

I read e-mail and made a salad for supper. I started listening to a podcast. I got a text from Beverly so I called her. She was in the hospital with congestive heart failure. I had to look it up. We talked for a long time. I hope she gets to go home tomorrow.

I posted to my blog. I watched a presentation by Dr. Berg on 23 signs of nutritional deficiency. I jotted down that nutritional yeast before bed is for excessive thinking, take iodine in the form of sea kelp, vit D right before bed is for sleep and back pain.

I made tea and we watched “To Have and to have not” with Bogart and Bacall. I didn't care for it because the two kept giving each other mixed messages. And then there was Eddie. We looked it up on IMDB. The piano player in the movie had composed and performed a song in an episode of The Flintstones.

Chris went to bed and I stayed up to listen to as much of episode 11 of Covid Secrets as I could. But at midnight, I paused it and went to bed.

Still not egg-zactly what I had in mind

Monday

I had a long and painful night but I didn't know what caused my back to be so finicky. Was it sitting for the game? Was it the NAD patch? Finally I took an anti-inflammatory, which seemed to help and I fell asleep.

Chris was gone when I got up. I washed up and got dressed. I rinsed my sinuses and brushed my teeth. I trimmed my hair, and went for a walk to sort out my back. I cut it short because it was windy.

I turned on the router and watched some accordion tutorials. I tried to mimic the bellows action, but I kept running out of air before they did. I watered the soil in the now-empty carrot sack. I spaced out carrot seeds on a circle of paper towel and covered it with another circle. I placed it on top of the soil. Michelle came by with a bag of organic apples.

I took the egg yolks out of their salt container, but they were not quite dry enough. I put them back and placed the container in the garage. Now that the mini-muffin pan was empty, I filled the little spaces with the egg white and coconut mixture. I had two jars of it and after spooning out the first one, I had to rush off to the inspection of the apartment. It went well, though.

Then I spooned out the second jar. It didn't all quite fit in the muffin pan. I popped the whole thing in the oven at 210 for 90 minutes. I went back to reading e-mail. Then I drove to the gym at 3:30 to walk with Diane, Michelle, and Jenni. I came home right after that to check on the little egg white muffins. I left them in while I went to Housing to return the key to the apartment. I also picked up the mail. Afterwards I read e-mail for awhile, then tested one muffin and it was fine, so I turned off the oven.

I ordered worms, but a different kind from last spring. I read more e-mail. I whipped up a batch of seed crackers. I wrote my blog post and downloaded pics from my phone. I hadn't done it for several days so there were a lot and all needed cropping.

I made tea, and we watched the last four episodes of BBT season 6. I put away the seed crackers and two egg white muffins. I read the latest e-mail, then went to bed.

Dominoes

Sunday

I got up around 8. Chris had said we were going walking with the Colonel at 10:30. So I took a shower and read e-mail for a couple hours. Then at 10, he told me the walk was canceled. So I put on my shoes and walked to the post office. There was one piece of mail and it was for Chris.

I put on a podcast and parsed supplements for two weeks. Then I made breakfast. After eating, I changed my clothes, and went to church with cheese snacks. I handed them around, but the chaplain's assistant said he couldn't have pork. We sang songs and the supply minister gave a sermon based on the first part of John chapter 3. After the service, we talked and had more cheese and bacon snack.

I went home, and changed my clothes. I read e-mail, then at 3:30 went to the school to walk with Diane and Jenni. I forgot it was workout day. When I got home, I asked Chris what he wanted from the commissary. It is normally closed on Sunday so Chris wanted to support it being open. We have extra people here for some reason. So I shopped for bacon, grapefruit, etc.

I heated leftovers for supper. Chris steamed beets for me. Later we went to Michelle's house. Diane was there. We played a train game with dominoes. Diane won most of the games. Finally she and her son went home. After one more round, Chris and I went home.

I made tea and we watched four episodes of BBT. Chris went to bed soon after. I stayed up to read articles, but called it quits at 11.

Burnt bacon bits

Saturday

I woke up in the middle of the night, my ears ringing so loudly that I could not get back to sleep nor even relax. I checked the router and found it on. I turned it off, but that didn't seem to help. I tossed and turned for the rest of the night. I got up around 8. I wanted more sleep but only getting up would allow me to think about something other than the ringing.

I rinsed my nasal passages, brushed my teeth, etc. While Chris slow-roasted bacon, I watched a presentation on soil:

All extinct civilizations destroyed their soils by not understanding the effect of their agricultural processes. Tilling destroys the organisms in the food web needed for plants to uptake nutrients. Every soil on earth has enough nutrients to grow plants, but without the living parts of the food web, those nutrients are not available to the plants. Before and After pics show the amazing difference that compost and compost tea can make.

Chris pulled apart the bacon with two wooden spoons. I whipped up a batch of cheese sticks with bits of the bacon and popped them in the oven. Chris gave me a massage, then took a shower. I got up to rescue the cheese from the oven. It was a little overdone in my opinion, but Chris liked it. I put the rest of the bacon in a small pot to render out the fat. But in the end, the bits burned.

I made and ate breakfast. I washed up and put on a bathing suit. I sunbathed outside barefoot. Then I filled two water bottles and packed a sauna bag. I went to the gym where Diane was waiting. We went to the girl's locker room and turned on the sauna. We walked in with our towels and water. It took 30 minutes for the temp to rise to 135, which is about when the sweating started.

After an hour, we changed and went walking. On the way back, we met Jenni, who had just come back in her new rental car. Diane had to go home, but I walked with Jenni around a different block. When we got back to her house, Jamie came by and we all had a chat. Then Jenni drove me to the gym in her new rental car. I drove home.

I ate raw veggies for supper, and a pickled egg. I listened to podcasts, and watched a vortex math video. After clearing more e-mail, I wrote up two blog posts and published one of them. I made tea and we watched four episodes of BBT. We made the bed. I read e-mail, then got ready for slumber.

Good news and bad news

Friday

After the usual morning preps, I read e-mail, and looked at potential sewing projects online. I also looked at supplements. I made breakfast and ate it outside, barefoot. Later, I tapped with a long video from Brad's tapping challenge. I ate a pickled egg from last summer. I guess I need to make them a priority before they get too old.

Chris came back from work around 2. He put freezee packs in the cooler and drove us to Tooele. My back was a little uncomfortable riding in the car. We walked into Luckey's and shopped. While he checked out, I walked to Melanie's. I shopped there and set up an appointment for an iridology consult for next week. Then we went to Macey's to get the last of our groceries. On the way home, Faye called to give me the results of her mammogram.

We brought the groceries in from the car. I texted Diane, then put on my walking shoes and went to the school. We walked around the mile-long block, stopping at the garden to check out the greenhouse and two sheds. She wanted to see what gardening stuff was available.

After we parted, I drove to the gym to ask about the sauna. I was told it was open again. Sadly it was too late to use it, but I texted the info to Diane, who was clearly pleased.

I went home for supper. I listened to podcasts, then wrote my blog post for yesterday. I made tea, and we watched four episodes of BBT. I let Chris know how happy I was that the sauna was open. We turned off the lights and went straight to bed.

* Actually, 'bio-fortified' can refer to both genetically modified and otherwise modified foods. *

Glorious weather!

Thursday

I woke up hearing Reveille. I stayed in bed until Chris left. I did the usual first things. I had trouble sitting, so I put on the rest of podcast from last night while organizing and cleaning the back countertop. I put some tiny seeds on a wet paper towel to see if they will stick. I finished reading the Fauci book.

I watched several long tapping videos. I made breakfast. Chris came home with packages from the post office. I watched The Highwire for two hours, then sat in the entrance to the shed, barefoot, enjoying the sun. It was a perfectly warm day. I read a new book on uric acid.

Then I put on my walking shoes and met Diane and Jenni at the school. I gave the Fauci book to Jenni. We walked around the school block. Afterward, I went by Housing to set up a time for an inspection of the apartment.

When I got home, I heated leftovers for supper. I called Steve to see if we were cleaning tomorrow. I texted with Michelle. She invited us to come over Sunday evening. I texted Jamie. I listened to podcasts, and did puzzles. I made tea. We watched four episodes of BBT.

Chris went to bed and I listened to Dr. David Martin talk about how the new variants will be coming from injected people, premeditated acts of ...genicity, we are allowing the human organism to become a bioweapon itself. He filed a case in Utah around the definition of vaccine vs gene therapy.

Private lesson

Wednesday

I heard Chris leave for work and wondered why he didn't ask if I needed help. Using the inverted trashcan, I lowered my feet to the floor. I felt pretty good walking around, but sitting did not go well. I prepared for coffee morning. I filled the bread machine and started it. I modified my exercise routine and drybrushed. I made coffee. I meditated and tapped, mostly standing up.

I sprayed down the bathrooms and cleaned the kitchen. Chris came home for lunch. I wiped down the bathrooms and took a shower, then vacuumed. He went back to work. I read e-mail, noticing one from Dugway saying Season 2 of BBT was a month overdue. I put on my walking shoes and drove to the library. I pulled seasons 2 and 6 off the shelf. I explained my problem to the librarian and he made sure season 2 showed as returned. I checked out season 6.

Then I went to Diane's office. She introduced me to Greg. We went outside to wait for Michelle. She walked up from the direction of the commissary. We walked around the block and had to add an extra block to make half an hour. They continued to talk, but I went to Saronna's house to pick up her older daughter.

I brought her to my house to sew some slippers. She commented on things around the house, noting that all my closets had fabric in them. Mostly we worked in my sewing room. She did the cutting and sewed small parts. I did the stitching all around and top-stitching. She stitched the felt feet to the insides.

I took her home. Her father invited me to stay for supper, but it is my fasting day. Chris was just getting out of Mass and followed me home. He made supper while I listened to Covid Secrets episode 9. I posted to my blog and made tea. We watched four episodes for season 6. Later Chris went to bed while I stayed up to listen to the rest of episode 9.

Not egg-zactly what I had in mind.

Tuesday

Chris got me out of bed, helped me don socks and pants, then went to work. I took some pineneedle capsules, then bundled up and went for a walk. When I came back, I rinsed the pea seeds, brushed my teeth, and put on the latest episode of Covid Secrets:

Dr. Nusum said the pharma people that he has talked to say the mRNA vaccines are dirtiest vaccines they have ever seen. The mRNA turns off toll-like receptors so that the 'program' which produces the spike protein won't get eliminated by the immune system. However, the receptors don't get turned back on, leaving the immune system more vulnerable. The childhood vaccine schedule is so saturated that to add vaccines they have moved to the adult population. There is no medical diagnostic test that can differentiate between acute flaccid myelitis and Gillian barre syndrome.

I made and ate breakfast. I hardboiled 14 eggs. I listened to interviews, and then peeled the eggs and put them in a jar, covered in vinegar and red beet juice. At 2:30, I went over to Saronna's house and found it empty. I texted her and we decided to go for 3pm instead. So I went by the post office and the gas station. When I went back, I passed her kids carrying a plastic basketball goal home. They declined my help. Inside, Saronna was getting the little kids settled. Playing music seemed unlikely so I asked if there was anything I could do to help. She suggested washing the dishes and both sinks were piled high. So I dug in and started washing. She was busy with the baby and keeping the kids on task. Sophia asked if she could have the pattern and materials to make slippers. I suggested that she come to my house one day and I would help her. She suggested tomorrow so I made a mental note.

At four I met Diane in front of the school. We walked and talked and agreed to meet tomorrow and walk at her work place. I went home. I watched videos of salt-cured yolks. Just as Chris came home, I got up to try it. I had a box of salt but it was mostly hardened. I had to break it up with a knife. I spread it in a rectangular tupperware container, but it wasn't big enough for 12 egg yolks. So I put the salt in 12 parts of my mini-muffin pan. I cracked the smaller eggs and slipped those yolks into the salt, but they barely fit. So I put the larger egg yolks in the tupperware.

Then I looked up recipes for egg whites. I decided on honey coconut macaroons. I put all 12 in the small bowl of the mixer and started whipping. But it rose too much and I had to spoon a bunch out. It whipped up, but when I put the honey and coconut in, it deflated permanently. I wanted to bake the liquid in the mini-muffin pan but it had egg yolks in it which need to sit for 5 days. So I put it in a jar and turned my attention to what was spooned out. It was whipped up, but again, when I put the honey and coconut in, it deflated. So that went in another jar.

I ate raw green beans and carrots for supper while listening to the next episode of Covid Secrets. Then I made tea and we watched the last four episodes of BBT season 5. Chris went to bed and I stayed up to finish my blog and continue listening.

More dirt than we thought

Monday

I slept ok until I got up to pee. I was able to do it with an inverted trash can by the bed to shorten the distance between my feet and the ground. I went back to sleep and woke when Chris came in to take his shower after jogging. I didn't feel like getting up but he had to go to work. So he levered me out of bed with the back board, and helped me get dressed.

After he went to work, I did the usual morning ablutions. I called Jamie to set up a time for the apartment. I called Steve to see when he needed someone to clean. He said not until Friday and then only if he can get a dog walker. I readied an payment envelop for Jamie for the previous apartment.

I listened to the bonus episode: Remdesivir causes acute kidney, heart and liver failure in adults but is now the one and only drug authorized under EUA by FDA to treat pediatric patients over 7 lbs who test positive for covid. A 3-day treatment in hospital. Newborns are being tested automatically for covid. Under EUA, by law, parents and guardians have the right to refuse the drug, also called Veklury. Adverse events must be reported so make sure the doctor follows through. Remdesivir killed 53% of everyone it was given to in the ebola trial.

I met Jamie at the apartment. We tried out the pink stuff. We put some in a spray bottle and some in a squirt bottle. We tried it in the toilet, on the bathroom sink, in the shower, and on the kitchen faucet. It was ok, but not as good as CLR. I vacuumed the drawers of the furniture and wiped the dust off. I washed the window and it was dirty. How did the inspectors pass any of this?

I went home. Chris had left a package on my laptop. I made breakfast and ate it while reading e-mail. I put on my walking shoes and went to the school. I met Diane and Michelle. We walked around the block discussing possible events to get the community involved. Afterward, we stood talking. Diane finally went back to work. I talked with Michelle, then gave her a ride home. We kept talking until her husband got home and then included him. She put cypress oil on my head to combat the itch.

I went home. Chris was there making rice and beans. I had leftovers for supper. I listened to the next episode of Covid Revealed. I posted to my blog and heated tea. We watched four episodes of BBT. Then we got ready for bed early.

Snow and go

Sunday

I slept ok for the first part of the night. At some point I got up, slowly lowering each leg to the floor with my hands, to use the bathroom. I went back to sleep, but when I woke again, my back was uncomfortable in every position. So when Chris woke up, I asked him to get me a stepladder so I didn't have so far to lower my legs.

I did the usual to get ready for the day. I peeled some pineapple stems to expose the root buds and put them in water. I crushed my remaining dried carrot and mint greens to make a powder that I put on my salads. I washed some dishes in the sink. I listened to the the current bonus episode of Covid Revealed, jotting notes on the protocols for vaccine injury and shedding.

Snow had been falling in heavy winds. But there was no hint of canceling church. Chris helped me change clothes, then dug out my car. I drove to church in the blowing snow with seed cracker snacks. We sang songs, then heard a sermon on the second chapter of John. My back stiffened up and it was hard to get up for last song. On my way out, I offered more snack to those walking out. The snow had completely stopped and I drove home.

I checked e-mail, then ironed the Jinny Beyer fabric while Chris gamed with the voices. I listened to part of an interview on the carnivore diet. At 4:30, I went walking with Diane in my nieghborhood and picked up trash along the way. Later, I looked at egg preservation techniques, including salted egg yolks and macaroons.

Chris heated up the corned beef and the squash for supper. Later I heated tea and posted to my blog. We watched four episodes of Big Bang Theory. I played Taps. Chris went to bed and I stayed up to blog and listen to the next Covid Revealed episode.

What 'hand'some mittens!

Saturday

Finally around 6:30, I needed more than a towel, so Chris got out the backboard and raised me from the bed. I headed (slowly) straight to the bathroom. Then there was no point in going back to bed. So Chris set me up in the green chair with the Chillow. He made tea and I drank that while jotting notes for my blog.

I read some e-mail. I was so tired that I looked for ways to lie down that didn't hurt. I tried laying forward but that wasn't quite right. I did an internet search. A Bob and Brad video suggested rolling up a towel and tying it around my waist, then lying on my side. So I tried that. That was acceptable until I had to pee. Then Chris got the backboard and levered me up. Afterward, he helped me take a shower.

I made and ate breakfast. By 1:30 I had put together the stuff needed for the mitten class. Chris put them in his car and drove me to the chapel. I had a little trouble sitting in the car but not too bad. As we drove up, the lady from the commissary was there with her machine. She was early, but I got her started on today's mitten project.

At 2, Saronna came with her two girls. One made mittens while the other made slippers. Their 3 yo brother cut up some fabric from the cardigan we were using for mitten material. By placing the mitten pattern along the edge, we were able to get ribbed cuffs. Kem swept up when she was done, catching the pins and strings and such. They all left about the same time. I called Chris and he picked up my stuff and me, too.

When I got home, I helped Chris fold laundry. Then I took a walk and picked up litter. I read e-mail, and then had leftovers for supper. I listened to the next episode of Covid Revealed. A lot of it was covered yesterday. I dozed on and off. I posted to my blog for yesterday. I watched a 15 minute video made by a man who flew to Ukraine to see for himself what was going on. He could not find signs of actual war, just places set up like movie sets, with photographers posing people for the proper shots. Hotels were full of media, not refugees. After dark, air sirens could be heard, but never any bomb blasts.

I made tea and we watched BBT. We made the bed with clean sheets, then retired for the evening.

Life comes to a 'stand' still

Friday

I got up around 8, I washed the Berkey and filters. I read e-mail, then washed up and got dressed. I started cleaning out my back seat so I would have room for the vacuum and carpet cleaner. I took a set of 10lb weights out and was putting them with other athletic stuff when my back spasmed. I screamed and sat down. Chris came running. He didn't know what to do and at first neither did I. I asked for the blue yoga blocks and he wedged them under my hands so I could pull myself up to a crouch and then I stood up. The pain was strong and the threat of spasm near. He put a lidocaine patch on my back and I tried to sit against a heating pad, but that hurt, too. I took a muscle relaxer, an antiinflammatory and a painkiller.

I called the man whose office carpet I was going to clean. I told him my back was out and he said it was fine to stay home and recover (I wish I had a choice). I went for a slow walk to the post office. There was a package of fabric in the box and a yellow slip. I waited in line (1), but it hurt to stand so I walked home and gave the yellow slip to Chris. I sat in a chair and he gave me a book to read while he took a shower. But the book was too heavy. After the shower, he brought my computer table over, but I could not look down at it. Plus, sitting was still painful. Eventually I worked out that sitting with a pool noodle right in front of my sitz bones was about as good as it was going to get. I put on a back brace, which helped.

I put the fabric (from the Jinny Beyer sale) in the washing machine. I drank vit C water while reading e-mail. I nearly laughed when I read that Pelosi said gov't spending reduces the national debt. Chris went to the post office and brought back a package of shungite which I ordered from Russia. He said he had to keep the bag to show the security people in case it was a problem.

I got up to make breakfast and later, snacks. I cooked the seed crackers a little longer so they would be crispier. Chris cooked jackfruit seeds for me. I listened to podcasts standing up with the laptop on the bar. Diane came over around 4:30 and we walked around my neighborhood. It went well.

I read e-mail, still standing up. Chris cooked the rest of the mushrooms for me. I made a big salad and put the mushrooms on top. After that, Chris got out the big black pot of corned beef and cabbage. I had a small bowl of that. I listened to some of the next episode of Covid Revealed. I skipped through the parts of interviews that they played yesterday. I made tea and we watched four episodes of Big Bang Theory. During that time, I tried sitting on the couch with the pool noodle, then sitting on a hard back chair. I spent most of the time standing until I tried sitting on the piano bench and leaning against the back of the couch. I was able to sit for longer periods of time.

I finished the episode of interviews, then put my computer to sleep and headed to bed. I was not able to do the 5 minutes of yoga, but just a little stretching before I laid down. BUT, I did not realize that lying down would be so painful and uncomfortable. I was exhausted and it seemed so unfair. I could only make tiny adjustments and each one seemed to trigger a spasm. Chris wanted me to take meds again so I agreed to the anti-inflammatory. He went to sleep and I stayed awake, tapping mentally. The Naproxen must have diuretic properties because I had to wake him up twice in the night to bring me a towel. And I hadn't even finished my tea! It was a very long night.

Sunny day

Thursday

I got up late and did the usual. I watched the rest of the episode of Covid Revealed, and then Endgame.

LNP's look like cholesterol to the body so the body circulates them throughout. Invest in water sources at continental divides. Civilization starts with sanitation and water. Since 1934 we have not had democracy in this country. We have been relying too much on the govt. if we surrogate to a fed govt our ability to control our destiny, exercise our rights and liberties, have financial, physical and bodily autonomy, then we don't have freedom.

I made breakfast. Steve called to confirm cleaning tomorrow I watched The HighWire. They showed the movie VAXXED. Risk of autism is related to age of exposure to MMR.

I ordered more charcoal filters for Berkey only to find they've gone up 55%! I took pics of green slime growing on the old ones. I read outside barefoot. I went walking with Diane. I made a mitten from the cardigan I got at the swap shop. I posted a mitten class to Facebook.

I watched Endgame while I whipped up seed crackers. While they baked, I picked up Chris' pizza and left it on the stove. I took out compost, and listened to next episode of Covid Revealed while sewing a rubber strip onto my rake handle.

Chris came home from his monthly meeting in Tooele. He ate his pizza. I posted to my blog. I made tea. We watched four episodes of BBT. Chris went to bed and I stayed up to listen to Covid Revealed.

New cleaning ideas

Wednesday

I woke up in the night to use the bathroom. My ears were quiet. But less than a minute later, Chris' alarm went off (4:45). He got up and soon my head was full of sound. I tried to figure out what it could be and resolved to notice when the sound goes away. Chris read e-mail for a bit then got dressed for the gym and left. I continued to ruminate. He came back after 7 and climbed in bed. He fell asleep.

I heard my 8:30 alarm go off. I got up and so did Chris. As I got ready for coffee morning, he got in my way but soon left. I heated water and made coffee. I put the old shower curtain in a tub of hot water. After oil-pulling, I exercised, rebounded and drybrushed. I took special detox supplements. I tapped and meditated.

Afterward I cleaned the bathrooms, then turned my attention to the kitchen. I put on the remaining part of Covid Revealed and cleaned in the fridge while it played. All of a sudden I realized how late it was. I jumped in the shower, washed, then got dressed. I went to the previous apartment fo the inspection. I forgot my key so I called Jamie. While she was on her way, the inspection people came and they had a key. Two people took pics and we all conversed. Of course it passed.

I went to the post office and picked up a package. Then I went to the school. Michelle was waiting, but Diane and Jenni were nowhere to be found. We walked around the school block. She told me that vinegar is good for your hair and might stop the incessant itching I have. Afterward, we went to her car to get a big bottle of pink cleaner for hard water.

I went home to find the apartment keys, then went to Housing to officially turn them in. When I got home, I continued Covid Revealed until Jamie knocked. We went to the apartment to try the new cleaner. But there was not a good way to apply it. She said she had a squeeze bottle at home. We both left, excited for that and a sprayer that attaches to any faucet.

When I got home, I made a Swanson's order and read Telegram messages. I tuned into episode two of Covid Revealed. Chris came home around 7. I forgot he had Mass. I wrote up my blog notes for yesterday and today. We watched the last episode of BBT and one of Columbo. Chris went to bed and I stayed up to listen to Covid Revealed.

Such a nice day to be outside

Tuesday

It was almost 8:30 when I got up. I did the usual things. I drank extra water and read e-mail. I read from the book about Fauci but could not take pics because I couldn't find my phone. I listened to Dr. David Martin (who is also a patent lawyer) about the case he filed against Biden. None of the state's attorney generals would file.

I got a request for cleaning an office carpet. I called Chris to find out where the office was. He said to hold off because my cleaning offices would be problematic. Then I made breakfast, but it was cut short due to meeting with Jamie. We went to the apartment to see how things were. She moved the fridge and we saw a big carpet stain under it. She asked for the occupant's phone number and I ran the carpet cleaner over the stain.

When I got home, it was such a nice day that I read outside barefoot. Later I checked e-mail, then went over to Saronna's house. She decided to play outside and I seconded that. We played in her driveway while she kept an eye on her little boys. We agreed to play one more song and then Wyatt showed up. So we played a little longer and from his band book.

I left about 4. I read e-mail, then heated leftovers for supper. Chris came home. He said it isn't right for me to clean office carpet because they have a contract for that. I went back to e-mail and found a message announcing the quilt guild meeting. I got on Zoom and caught the last part of the meeting.

I put on the first episode of Covid Revealed. I noticed it was raining, so I brought in the bags of flour. Thankfully they were covered in plastic. I posted to my blog and made tea. We watched four episodes of BBT. It was almost 10 and Chris convinced me to go straight to bed with him. Nothing happened and I had a hard time falling asleep.

We got taken to the cleaners

Monday

I did the usual morning stuff. I read from the book. I drank vitamin C water while watching Endgame: our economy is addicted to stimulus, it will take more and more stimulus to have the same effect.

I went to the swap shop at 10 and started sweeping the floor. Jamie showed up to help. Then I got a call from a man who wanted his bathroom cleaned. So Jamie and I went over there to give him a quote. It was small but full of soap scum and hard water rings. We quoted him $60. The rest of his tiny apartment had passed inspection. We said we could do it by Wednesday so he could have his final inspection then. We went back to the swap shop and met Michelle who came to help. Jamie went home to get stuff to spray the hard water stains with. Michelle and I talked and picked up stuff. But then the man called back and said he wanted to sign the apt over to us in 15 minutes. Sigh. I went over to Housing and scheduled an inspection for Wed for the previous apartment. Then Housing gave me a cleaning contract and I filled it out. The man paid me the $60 I quoted him. But after he left, I wished I had charged extra for the signing, because now we are responsible for everything and the rest of the apartment isn't very clean.

I went back to the swap shop and cleaned the floors. Jamie vacuumed and I mopped. We left about 1. I made breakfast and read e-mail. At 3:30 I went walking with Diane and Jenni. Michelle came along as well. We had quite the chat.

Then Diane had to go back to work, but the rest of us continued to talk. Michelle said she could get me a commercial hard water cleaner. Yes! Then I went home to call Jamie. She was at the new apartment. I went over there to help clean. We were kind of in each others way because the bathroom was so small.

She had to go do something for her family. I stayed to work on the shower. It was frustrating so I took breaks to run the carpet cleaner. It took a lot of scrubbing to get the stains out. I left about 6:30.

I went home for supper. I read e-mail and washed the shower curtain that was left behind. I posted to my blog. I made tea and we watched a DVD called A Touch of Mink with Carey Grant. Chris went to bed and I stayed up to read.

Visiting new friends

Sunday

I got up late (plus the time change). I read e-mail and pages of the book on Fauci. I made breakfast, then got dressed for church. I took a carton of cheese snacks to church. I handed them out, then left the rest on the table just inside the door. The guest pastor said a prayer, we sang praise songs which I did not know. Then he preached on verses of John chapter 2. We sang one more hymn then hung around talking. I picked up my empty container and went home.

I read articles and downloaded pics from my phone and cropped them. Then I changed clothes, and went to the gym. I worked out with the ladies, then went to open the swap shop for a guy who wanted some shirts. The ladies came with me and found a few things themselves. He left, they left, and I went home.

I changed clothes, and we went to Michelle's house for dinner. We had a good time talking to her and her family. She served crustless pizza, gluten-free pizza, regular pizza and a cheesy dish. For dessert there was a giant baked cookie. I noticed her son's zipper pouch, which appeared to be make entirely from zipper tape. She noticed my interest and insisted that I borrow it. Afterward we continued talking until the kids got tired. We left about 8:30.

We came home. I wrote my blog post, and made tea. We watched four episodes of BBT. Chris went to bed soon after and I stayed up to catch up on the news of the day.

No house to clean

Saturday

I stayed in bed late with Chris. I got up to take charcoal, brush, etc. and read e-mail. Later I asked for a coconut oil massage. He agreed and afterward, he took his shower. Then I took mine and finally got all the oil and honey out of my hair.

I made breakfast, and looked at mylar blankets online. Then I packed up cleaning stuff and went to the company house. I was surprised to see that no one had been there. There was no garbage, and the towels were still folded, etc.

I called Jamie to meet me at the chapel instead. I sat there for awhile, then played around on the the piano. When I saw her outside, I realized I had forgotten to unlock the door so I ran to let her in. We talked about cleaning and then about tapping and she told me her life story. We went outside to continue talking. She left sometime before 4.

I went home. I cut up the last of the corned beef and stirred it into the cheese stick recipe. Diane texted to go walking. I put the cheese in the oven to bake and asked Chris to take it out. I jotted notes for my blog, then left.

Diane and I walked around the school block. When we got back, we talked for a little bit and Jenni came home. But Diane had to leave, so we three set a time for tomorrow to meet at the gym.

When I got home, I ate an apple and some of the cheese that Chris took out of the oven. It was really good, even though I had forgotten to put in the garlic powder. I read e-mail while Chris cooked up mushrooms and heated leftovers for me. I made a salad.

I ordered space blankets and read e-mail until 8. I posted to my blog for Friday. I looked up which apps I could delete from my laptop. There are a lot of them that I don't know what they do, especially from Microsoft and HP. I made tea and we watched four episodes of BBT. I went back to investigating apps and deleting them. Long after Chris went to bed, I followed.

No tweezers:(

Friday

I got up before the 8:30 alarm. After the usual ablutions, I read e-mail. Then I went to the apartment at 10 to clean. I finished up the kitchen, cleaned the carpet in the bedroom and rinsed the tub. Jamie came around 11. My rug cleaner did not pick up water in the bedroom, but used up most of the water I put in. The carpet started to buckle. Jamie moved the furniture in the living room to one side. She vacuumed it, too. I ran the carpet cleaner over that half, and it picked up lots of dirty water.

At noon I went home to make and eat breakfast. I wrote out a grocery list. It was almost 2 when Chris came home. He packed the cooler and we headed to Tooele. We shopped at Luckey's, then Melanie's. I got some pine needle capsules there. Then we went to Macey's. I could not find the kind of tweezers that I wanted so I went to the $ store. They didn't have any of any kind. Strange.

We went back to Dugway, listening to the book on tape. There is some really violent stuff in it, so I wonder how it got in the Young Adult section of the library. We stopped at the commissary to check for tweezers. A lady stocking shelves there said I inspired her to buy a sewing machine and attachments, and she is going to come to the next sewing class.

When we got home, we unloaded the groceries. Jamie texted that she finished the apartment. I figured out the cleaning hours, then went walking with Diane. Later Jamie called and wanted to meet tomorrow at the company house.

I made supper, and listened to an episode of Endgame. I wrote my blog post for yesterday. I made tea, and we watched four episodes of BBT. I listened to the bonus interview of the episode of Endgame. It reminded me that all the flour I bought isn't much good if I don't stock up on yeast. I texted Michelle and she invited us to dinner on Sunday. I went to bed.

Cleaning the apartment

Thursday

I got up after the alarm went off. I rinsed my sinuses, swallowed charcoal, and brushed my teeth. When I walked to the kitchen, I found Chris had left the wi-fi on. I did the last meditation for Day 10 and read e-mail.

At 10 I went to the apartment to clean. I worked in the kitchen. Jamie showed up about 11. She worked in the bathroom. I went home at noon to make breakfast and watch The Highwire: The spike protein is the killer in covid infection, but we used it for the vaccines. This is the first vaccine that goes to the brain. We cannot control where it goes in the body, how much it replicates, or for how long. Spike proteins have been found up to 15 months later. Every study shows spike protein causes blood clots. Injection causes more spike proteins to be produced than the actual infection does.

I paused The Highwire when a man came to fix the disposal. After he left, I finished watching it, then went back to the apartment. Jamie was there. I cleaned for about an hour. I took a break to go walking with Diane and Jenni at the gym, then went back to the apartment. Jamie showed me how the rug had bubbled up after she shampooed the carpet. We talked for quite a while, then she left. I reassembled the bins into the fridge, then headed out.

I went to the post office to pick up the mail. There was a box from Swansons. Then I went home. I ate some fruit and watched the beginning of The Highwire. I watched other videos. Chris came home with a pizza. I posted to my blog, then made tea. We watched four episodes of Big Bang Theory. I checked e-mail and listened to a bunch of interviews. It was almost midnight when I went to bed.

Signing the next cleaning contract

Wednesday

Chris was still at home when I got up. The post was opening an hour late due to snow. I started making coffee and doing the special exercises. He left at 8, just as I was reaching a good stopping point. I got dressed and read from the book about Fauci.

At quarter of nine, I bundled up and dug out my car. I went to the apartment, and met Jamie and the occupant and the housing people. Jamie inspected the apartment. I suggested we only charge $300 and she reluctantly agreed. I signed a contract with all parties. They left.

I sprayed down the bathtub and toilet, then went home. I finished my coffee morning, and cleaned the kitchen. Chris came home for lunch. He pulled out the beef from the oven, ate some and put it in the fridge.

I cleaned the bathrooms. I put a mixture of oil and honey in my hair to stop the itching. I laid on a PEMF mat while listening to tapping audios. Later I took a shower to wash all the mess from my hair. Not sure I succeeded. I got dressed. My phone rang. A man called for the swap shop, but did not make a definite appointment to shop. Then a woman called and wanted to drop stuff off today. Then snow was mostly melted, so I agreed to meet her at 4:30.

I listened to another tapping audio, and read e-mail I got ready to walk and suddenly noticed everything was covered in snow again. Where did all this snow come from? I went to the gym, and walked with Diane. I came home and washed my blue slippers in the sink. At 4:30 I went to open the swap shop. A family of three was there to drop off some toys and clothes.

I finished watching the Endgame interviews while deleting e-mail. “Never in history has fiat currency survived.” Then I started the Day 10 videos of the tapping world summit. I typed up my blog. I made tea and we watched four episodes of ...you guessed it...Big Bang Theory. Not long after, Chris went to bed. I stayed up watching the next Endgame interviews and went to bed after midnight.

Hauling off the bookcases

Tuesday

I rinsed my sinuses, and brushed my teeth, then washed up and got dressed. The oven was on with the giant squash inside. I turned on the wi-fi and looked into roasting squash seeds with a popcorn popper. What I found was how to roast coffee beans that way. I found a recipe. I washed the squash seeds and put them out to drain.

I took out the compost, I downloaded a bunch of pics from my camera and cropped them. I parsed supplements for the next two weeks. I made breakfast, and ordered more supplements.

Chris came home for lunch, and took the squash out of the oven. It tasted kind of sweet. I coated the seeds with olive oil and salt. I put the squash seeds in to roast. I started a loaf of bread in the bread machine.

I took my trombone to Saronna's house. We played while her husband took care of the kids. After school, he took them to swim lessons. Wyatt came over with his trombone. The three of us tried to play a few things from his book, then he went home. Saronna and I played one more thing, then I packed up. But we kept talking. Her husband had cooked a bunch of chicken and she put one in a tupperware container for me. It was after 5 when I left. I went home. I ate the chicken which was very tasty. I listened to more of Day 6 of Reiner Fulmich's grand jury. I ate handfulls of squash seeds.

I checked my phone for messages and found one from the CSM about bookshelves sitting out by the dumpster. So I drove over there and saw that they were nice ones. It was snowing on them. I called Jamie and she came over with her son in their SUV. We put the tallest one in first and it was really heavy. Then we put the half height one in. We went to my house and put that one in my dining room under the window. Then we took the other one to the swap shop. It was too heavy so I went home to get a trolley while she picked up the third one. We rolled the big one into the swap shop and found a place for it. Then we locked up. She and I talked about tomorrow and we each went home. I made a salad and finished Day 6. I jotted notes for today and wrote up yesterday. I listened to some short audios. I made tea and soaked seeds (which still haven't sprouted). I prepared a cleaning contract for tomorrow while Chris put away the toasted squash seeds that I was eating like popcorn.

We watched four episodes of BBT and Chris asked me to go to the library tomorrow. I read e-mail, then started a Day 9 tapping audio. It was late when I went to bed.

The flare-up

I got up after 8. I rinsed my sinuses and got dressed. I swallowed some charcoal powder in water. I vacuumed up spider eggs behind furniture in the bedroom and hair clippings in the bathroom. I cut up fruit peels for the compost. I made and submitted an invoice for cleaning the company house. I wrote my blog post for yesterday. I read messages, then played a podcast while I packaged up 5 pounds of cacao nibs. I put the 10lb bags of flour in the plastic bag that the cacao nibs were in. I put it outside to freeze any moths they might have. I swept the snow off the outdoor thermometer.

I looked into molecular hydrogen and its benefit and uses. I made and ate breakfast. I watched an interview with Dr. Shallenberger about mitochondria. And something about peptide ss31?

I whipped up a batch of seed crackers, then went walking at the gym with Diane. When I got home, I looked up my squash on the internet. It seems to be a winter squash.

I ate some seed crackers, and listened to podcasts. Jamie came by for the swap shop key. I made a salad, and listened to tapping sessions from the day 8. She brought the key back. I got up to heat tea, and the stove burst into flame. It was only for a moment, but enough to scare me. I wish the knobs were not on the front of the stove where they get bumped into. We watched a DVD from Netflix called Father Goose with Carey Grant. Later Chris went to bed. I stayed up to blog and finish the tapping videos.

We made our own service

Sunday

I got up about 8. I rinsed my sinuses, and brushed my teeth. I rinsed the seeds. I finished the second-to-last chapter of the Fauci book. I listened to the second tapping audio from last night. I listened to a sermon on Revelations ch 11. I read articles, then washed up and got dressed. Chris dug out my car from 4 inches of snow while I made breakfast. He said it wasn't bad. At noon he started gaming with the voices.

At 1, I went to church. There were no cars and no footprints in the snow on the sidewalk. I waited in my caar to see if anyone else came. Diane came by, then Jenni and her husband. Diane said there should be a sign on the door. Jenni said there was 12 inches of snow in Tooele. They left and Saronna came with her family. I suggested we could play hymns at her house So I went home for my trombone and met her at her place. She had a book of hymn duets and we played from that. She told me that Sophia had given one of her two crocheted scarves to her sister. It was after 2 when I left.

When I got home, I read e-mail and Telegram messages. I looked at the chapel's Facebook page, and there was a message about church being canceled. I wrote a message about how everyone showed up and could they please contact the GM next time they cancel church.

At 4:30 we three met at the gym for a work out. We did exercises with and without weights. We did not use the machines. We agreed to walk again tomorrow. When I got home, I rolled out my thighs to (hopefully) prevent them from getting sore. I watched videos about Korean Natural Farming, specifically the making and using of lactic acid bacteria (called LAB).

LAB lactic acid bacteria: ½ c. rice to 1 cup water, shake, remove the rice.

After 3 days, separate out the liquid in the middle. Add liquid to 10x milk. Wait 2-3 days for curds. Eat or heat curds. Save liquid (LAB). 1T LAB + 1 lt water = spray for compost, worm bed, garden, foliage

OHN: oriental herbal nutrient (extract of 5 spices for adding nutrition to plants.)

JHS: jadam herbal solution is a natural insecticide, can be made by boiling jerusalem artichoke for 5 hours.

I had the rest of the chicken for supper. I did the first tapping video for Day 7, which was on sleep. I probably should have done the second one first. I made tea and rinsed seeds. They have not started sprouting yet. We watched four episodes of Big Bang Theory. I posted to my blog and caught up on the latest messages. Then I deleted a lot of old messages. It was nearly midnight when I went to bed.

The scarf class

Saturday

I stayed in bed late, enjoying Chris' company. He prepared corned beef and put it in the slow cooker. We were surprised to see that it was raining. I read e-mail, and rolled out my calves. I soaked seeds.

Chris gave me a coconut oil massage. He took a shower, and then I took mine. I made laundry soap, and he did the laundry. I made breakfast and ate it while playing a tapping meditation.

About 1:30 I gathered the stuff together to crochet ruffled scarves. I also included a sewing machine just in case someone wanted to do a previous project. Chris put everything in my trunk. He rode with me to the chapel and carried the supplies inside. Then he walked home.

I set up the machine and laid out the choices of yarn. Then I read from the book about Fauci. It wasn't long before Wilhelm arrived. He told me all about his siblings but I did not understand. Then his mom arrived with one daughter and the baby brother. Diane came and then Jenni. I let them choose their yarn and a crochet hook. I showed them how and they caught on pretty quickly. Jenni didn't like the hook so I showed her the finger method. But that was too slow, so she went home for a circular loom. She and Diane and Sophia all finished a scarf (or two). I had forgotten my phone so I could not take pics.

Afterward we packed up to go walking. Sophia walked with us while her mom and brothers went home. We walked around the school block. Sophia went home. We went to the swap shop so Diane and Jenni could look around.

When I got home, I read messages. Jamie called to say she had shelving ready for the swap shop and would text me. I ate some of the corned beef that Chris cooked. I got an e-mail asking if I had made a certain purchase from Apple. Neither of us had so I called the supposed credit card company. I made a salad while on hold. Then they assured me that all my accounts were closed so there were no charges. I promised to send them the phony e-mail.

Jamie texted, so I ran to the swap shop. We placed the shelves she painted on top of the existing units which did not have a top shelf. When we left, it had started snowing. I came home, and ate my salad. I watched the first tapping video from Day 6. I looked up DRASTIC research and what info they have uncovered. I posted to my blog. I made tea and we watched four episodes of BBT. I sang the theme song along with each one. We made the bed. Chris went to bed and I stayed up to blog and read from the endless list of messages and memes.

Turmeric is finally back in stock

Friday

I got up about 8. I posted tomorrow's sewing class on Facebook. I put my February picture file into folders to make it easier to find things. Chris had to go to work for a short time. I made and ate breakfast. He came back with the mail, and two packages. One held a book and one had my Nuts.com order of acai berries and raw cacao nibs.

He packed the cooler and we went to Tooele for groceries. I spent a lot of time at Melanie's because I hadn't been there in a month. We went to the bank as well to deposit my check for cleaning the company house.

We came home and unloaded the groceries. I read articles and listened to interviews. Chris fixed supper consisting of chicken, mushrooms, tomatoes, and in a separate pan, asparagus. I ate quickly, then went walking with Jenni and Diane. Supper helped me keep warm. We agreed to meet at sewing class tomorrow, then go to the swap shop, and then walk.

I soaked two packages of turmeric roots, then cut them up and put them in the freezer. I listened to Day 5 of the Tapping World Summit. I posted to my blog. I made tea, We watched 4 episodes of BBT, we looked at pics of property in Costa Rica, but did not make any decisions. He went to bed. I listened to a long podcast on regenerative farming, and then I went to bed.

Calories are not created equal

Thursday

I woke up with my left ear ringing loudly. I told Chris I would do anything if he would plug his laptop into the modem so we could shut down the router.

I was excited at the thought of eating today. I wrote a check to the church in Huntsville. I took some detox supplements. I finished some tapping videos from Day 3. I listened to Ben Greenfield's interview on calories:

We don't extract all the calories from our food. In 1800' a scientist fed people certain foods and burned that amount and compared it with calories left in their poop. Protein content listed on labels is based on a flawed algorithm. The fiber in a food throws off the calorie count as well. Burning ingredients singly as opposed to in combination, will give a different result. We only absorb about 70% of protein calories. 30% is given off as heat. When we mix fat and carbs together, we have no idea how many calories we will absorb. There are downsides to combining fat with carbs. Humans should eat 15% protein, and increase fiber to 30g. Ben drinks a chia slurry for satiety plus pumpkin puree, and seamoss gel. One of his products, Kion Sleep, has gaba, tryptophan, and l-theanine.

Take electrolytes and sweat it out.

The electricity blipped and the internet went out. When my audio quit playing, I called Chris to ask what was up. But I could not get him at either his work or his personal number. I worked on my blog post until the internet was back up.

Chris came home at 11:30 for lunch he said masking was lifted. (That would have been nice before the town hall). He brought me a package which contained a phone case. There were no instructions, but he figured out how to take it apart to get my new phone inside. I am still using my old phone until 3g goes down.

I listened to the Highwire: They talked about the suppression of ivermectin. CDC changed the milestones for child development, relaxing them, which will hide the amount of delay children experienced during the last two years. A study from Sweden showed BNT 162b2 mRNA was transcribed into DNA in liver cells in 6 hours. It was a sunny warmish day, so I went outside to dig up gopher holes and put poison in them. I walked to the post office without a mask, but found out that they are not covered by the same mask policy. I read more e-mail, then drove over to the school to walk with Jenni. Afterward, I followed her into her house for a chat. Then I drove to the commissary and realized I had no payment options. I went home for my credit card and back to the commissary for big bags of flour, prompted by predictions of shortages in fertilizer and wheat due to the war in Ukraine. I went to the library to check out the next season of BBT and return a season of Columbo. Melissa wasn't there but I chatted with Patrick the librarian. When I got home, I read articles, then turned to the Day 4 tapping videos. Chris came home from mass with a pizza. After two tapping videos, I posted to my blog, then made tea. We watched four episodes of BBT, starting a new season. Chris went to bed. I shut down the router, put everything to sleep, then got ready for bed. It was the earliest I went to bed in a long time.

Where did the paint go?

Wednesday

I got up a little late because Chris was late leaving for work. He had gone to the gym with the colonel. I made coffee and did special exercises. I tapped and meditated. Then I cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen.

Chris came home for lunch. I vacuumed the den and the hallway. I took a shower, then cut my hair to 2 inches. It looked much better, although not as good as a tailored cut. I finished a tapping video from last night and did the second one, plus the two meditation videos.

Jamie came by to get the swap shop keys so she could get some paint. But the cans of paint she had donated months ago wasn't there. I had two cans so she took those, then went back to the swap shop for a small table that she wanted. I opened the windows for some fresh air.

I continued listening to videos and taking pics of memes on Telegram. Chris came home from work and cooked rice and beans. Jamie came by with the swap shop keys. She had swapped out the ring for a new one because the keys kept falling off.

I posted to my blog, then made tea. We watched 4 episodes of Big Bang Theory. We had to skip one because it would not play. Chris washed the disc but that didn't help. Also, the characters kept playing scenes where they were eating. Since Wednesday is my fasting day, that was not helpful.

Chris went to bed and I stayed up to read e-mail. I got very groggy and went to bed around 11.

Town hall

Tuesday

I got up after the alarm went off. I went through messages and e-mail. Jamie came over before 10 to cut shelves for the swap shop using my table saw. We went to the swap shop to see how wide the supports could be. I picked up the mail which was in the same building. When we got back, we cut enough supports for 4 shelves. She took all pieces home to spray paint blue (because that's what she had leftover from some project).

Around noon I made breakfast. At quarter till 1 I got a call reminding me of a quote. I thought it was supposed to be tomorrow, but then checked the calendar. I went over to the apartment and met the resident. We talked and I looked around. The kitchen was clean but the tub and toilet were badly stained. I gave her my quote, then went home.

I finished breakfast and after-breakfast. I went through more messages. At 2:30, I played with Saronna. Her kids got out at 3:15. She had her daughter invite the neighbor boy over to play, but I had agreed to go walking with Jenni and Diane at 3:30. Saronna decided to come with us, and bring her 4 children. So she left a note for the boy.

After we walked around the school, Diane went back to work. I talked to Jenni and Saronna. Later I went home. I looked at videos on Korean Natural Farming - making batches of microbes and fungi, particularly lactobacillis.

I read a few more articles, then I went to the school for the townhall. I found the gym locked. But Jenni came out of the auditorium (which I did not know existed) and guided me to the front where she and her husband had seats. The program had just started.

Four people, including Chris, sat at the front. They gave information and answered questions. Department heads spoke one at a time from a microphone near the general seating.

Afterward, I stayed behind to talk to Jenni, CSM Rawls and Diane. Jenni showed me a long mark on the floor in the cafeteria where one of the children in her art class had gotten a crayon stuck on their shoe. She wanted to know how to get it off because the custodian gave her a hard time about it. I mentioned Mr. Clean erasers, then pulled out a regular eraser and tried it. It took at least 50% off.

I went home to find Chris already there. I heated leftovers and had supper. I listened to a tapping meditation from yesterday. I read e-mail. I posted to my blog, then made tea. We watched 4 episodes of BBT. I started watching a video from day 2 of the tapping world summit. I also scanned through Telegram messages. I paused the tapping video and went to bed.

Key Largo

Monday

I got up at 8. I did the usual and read e-mail. I read from the Fauci book. CJ came by with eggs for me and Diane, but rushed off before I could pay her. Just before noon I started making breakfast. I ate while listening to a podcast or two. Chris came home late for lunch. He pulled out the bread machine. I made dough, let it rest, then used the 'loaf' setting.

I watched a video that my tapping buddy made and sent her feedback. I watched a video of a man walking the streets of Kiev, opining that the Ukraine president has passed out military grade weapons to all, including the criminals. This is creating warring factions, chaos and crime for the regular populace without doing anything to stop the Russians.

I went to the school to meet Diane and Jenni. It was a nice sunny afternoon and we enjoyed walking around the block. Then Diane had to go back to work. I went home. I listened to podcasts on my computer until Chris came home. He changed clothes and started fixing supper. I tuned into the first interview for the Tapping World Summit. I paused it when supper was ready. Chris fixed shrimp and quinoa. Later I finished the interview and looked at Telegram messages.

Chris made popcorn. When I was ready, I heated tea. We watched a movie from Netflix called Key Largo starring Humphrey Bogart. Chris got mighty friendly. He went to bed and I stayed up to post to my blog. I watched an abbreviated version of the Huntsville service while listening to part of the second interview from Day 1. Seeing the church people and sanctuary made me feel like I was home. Then I shut down my computer and went to bed.
