The tour

Sunday

I slept well, then woke up with my fingers numb again. However, this time I had been sleeping on them and circulation returned in less than a minute. Chris was gone. I wrote up my blog post about yesterday.

Chris came back from the gym, and laid on the floor. I read that two militaries that are not making their troops get jabbed are Russia and China. Military pilots are not given experimental drugs. If they need a drug short term, they are given approved drugs that have been around for at least 5 years with a good safety record. I read an article from a friend written by a doctor who could detect bluetooth signals from 86% of his vaccinated patients. I looked into how to use my phone to detect blue tooth signals, but apparently you need a special app.

At 10:35 I washed up and got dressed for church. Then Chris took his shower. We drove to the chapel and arrived just as they were singing the first hymn. We took our places in the front. After the singing, chaplain gave his last sermon. We sang one more song and then the commander said some very nice things about the chaplain and his wife. After the service, we stood around talking. Eileen said I could come by for a tour of her house later. (It is the house we may be moving into).

So we went home for lunch. Actually I made breakfast. Chris ate pizza and started gaming with the crowd. I called Eileen, then went up to the hill to meet her. She showed me all around her house. It is quite big with 4 bedrooms and a sunroom. We talked for a bit outside, then I went home.

I read articles until 4:30, then met Jenni for our usual mile walk around the block. Then she took me inside to show me her collection of card stock. I selected some for our next project. She and her husband and I discussed moving. Her house might be one of the next to get torn down.

When I got home, I watched a video by a human rights attorney. She said DoD tracks ICD10 codes for the military. The five year average of all disease categories combined through 2020 was 1.7 million incidences of disease and injury. In the first 10 months of 2021, it shot up to almost 22 million.

I made cheese sticks and seed crackers. Chris heated tea for me while I finished another video. Then we watched an episode of Columbo. Later Chris went to bed and I stayed up to blog and watch the short video clips from Ottawa. So proud of the Canadian truckers.

Cleaning the apartment, finally

Saturday

In the middle of the night, the fire alarm started beeping again. My headphones muted it, but then they shut off due to low battery power. Just as I decided it was pinata time, Chris got up and did something to shut it off. We went to sleep. Later I woke up because my thumb and first two fingers were numb. I rubbed and rubbed but circulation would not come back. I thwacked them and rubbed my forearm. All of a sudden the warmth flooded back. I wondered if I had been exposed to someone recently jabbed. Eventually I went back to sleep, but it happened again. Again, I had trouble restoring circulation. I got up and looked for niacin to induce a flush, but all I had was niacinamide. I put beet powder in water and drank that. I hunted down my blood oxygen meter and checked each finger. The middle finger was low. Actually that hand was low. I was surprised that each finger was different. I tried breathing aviator's oxygen and looked at videos about it online. I jumped on my rebounder.

I listened to more of the QnA with Dr. Ealy: Glutathione, egg yolks, nac, l-argenine, and phosphatidylcholine to reduce inflammation of spike protein. NAC or liposomal glutathione to raise glutathione in the body. Serropeptase breaks down spike proteins. Biffidobacterium deficiency among those who had the worst symptoms of covid. No injection or nutraceutical can confer immunity. It comes from within.

Sources of Omega 3: mackerel, salmon, cod liver oil, herring, oysters, sardines, anchovies, caviar, flaxseeds, chiaseeds, walnuts, eggs, grassfed meats, hemps seeds, spinach, brussels sprouts.

Chris went to gym. I was waiting for the temp to get above freezing. But Jamie called. She was at Johnnie's house. We talked and agreed to go to the next house and check it out. I got dressed and met her at there. It was in really good shape and I felt bad having charged him so much, but it was sight-unseen. We went back to Johnnie's house. We loaded up most of the stuff into our cars. Some of it went to my house. We looked around yard, noting drip systems that Brian must have put in. I removed the cable in the dining room. Then I left it to Jamie to do a walk-through and see if we left anything or forgot anything.

I went home for breakfast. Chris had fallen asleep after coming home from the gym. At 2:30, I went to the company apartment. I started cleaning the bathroom. I put the sheets in a communal washing machine, then cleaned in the kitchen. I soaked the hood filters and burner bowls (all of which were caked in grease) in hot water with ammonia. I kept ducking out to check the washer but it just wouldn't finish. I wiped the top of the machine. Finally at 4:15 it finished and I put the sheets in the dryer. I cleaned until 4:25, then called Jenni. She didn't answer, but I drove over there anyway. She was standing with Evelyn and we walked around the block.

I went back to rescue the sheets, which dried in less than an hour. But the towels weren't quite dry. So I finished up the kitchen and vacuumed the bedroom (only room) and dressed the bed. I hung the dry towels and cleared the apartment, another 40 minutes.

I went home for supper. Chris put fish in the oven and gave me a coconut oil massage. We showered, then I ate supper, while he washed the sheets. I read articles till 8. I made tea and we watched an episode of Columbo. Afterward, we dressed the bed with clean sheets. I read articles about the convoy of trucks going to Ottawa. I drew up an invoice for all the cleaning I did for the company in January, then went to bed.

Saying a cool goodbye

Friday

I got up at 7:30. Chris was long gone on his trip to SLC. I did the usual, then turned on the router. I did a meditation from Dawson Church. I went to the company house. I washed sheets and towels and cleaned for two hours. I came home at noon to make breakfast. I watched New World Next Week, then part of a QnA with Dr. Ealy.

Chris came home from work after 1. The smoke alarm was beeping and had been all morning. He got a ladder and wrestled it from the ceiling. He took the battery out and I tested it. It was fine but he wanted a new battery anyway. I gave him one and he put it back up, leaving the ladder there just in case.

He changed his clothes and packed the cooler. We went to Tooele, listening to a book on tape. When we got back, we stopped at the post office where we got a DVD from Netflix called Refifi, or something like that. After we put the food away, I went back to the company house for 30 minutes, putting sheets on beds and sweeping the kitchen.

When I got home, I changed my clothes. We went to the colonel's house for a going-away party for the chaplain and his wife. Silly me, I thought a party in the dead of winter would be indoors. It was in an open garage. They had some heaters, but it was still freezing. I was wearing my indoor shoes. His wife made two pots of chili. I ate some to keep me warm. I talked with the ladies. Finally the chaplain and his wife walked home (next door). A few other people left and the colonel closed the garage door. I stood by one of the heaters while the rest chatted. Then we walked out to the car. Chris opened the door for me, then he disappeared. I waited in the cold and dark for him to come back. The doctor came too and we gave him a ride home.

When we got home, I made tea. I stuck a foot on the stove to warm it up. I put really thick socks over my regular socks and we watched the movie from Netflix, but it was disturbing (and in French) so we quit it and watched Columbo instead. Chris went to bed rather soon after that. I stayed up to finish some videos, then posted to my blog and headed off to bed.

Finishing Johnnie's house

Thursday

I got up about 8. I did the usual, and checked e-mail. At 10 I cleaned a few last things in Johnnie's kitchen. I went home at noon for breakfast and to watch The Highwire. The virus becomes replication incompetent after 5 days. The chance of a healthy child dying of covid is statiscally zero.

Afterward, I went back to her house. I cleaned the front door, then steam mopped the main hallway floors. At 4:30 I went to Jenni's house, but she did not respond to knocking or the door bell. I walked up and down her street, then went back to Johnnie's house. I cleaned the kitchen floor, and went out through the garage. I packed some cleaners in my trunk for tomorrow.

I finished listening to a bonus episode. I rebooted Waterfox, again. It has become a daily thing. Chris came home from work. We discussed moving up to the hill, which I am not in favor of. He said we had to do it because it was expected. He said hired people would move us. I remained upset. Even if other people do the moving, it is still a great and time-consuming effort and for what? Not to mention, I would have to clean this place as thoroughly as I just did Johnnie's house.

He put fish in the oven. I ate that with salad as I watched This Week with Polly and Mary. I finished up my blog post for yesterday. I made tea and we watched one episode of Columbo. Chris went to bed early because he has to get up early and drive into SLC for a breakfast. I read articles and went to bed late.

New attachment for an old Kirby

Wednesday

I got up before 8. I brushed and swished. I made coffee. I did tapping and meditation. I cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen. Jamie texted me that she started cleaning before 10. It sounded like she was nearly done. Chris came home early for lunch. He left the bread machine out for me to make him another loaf.

I vaccumed with my Kirby since the Hoover was at Johnnie's house. I put on the new miracle head I got on Ebay to see if it would clean the grout. And it did but then the belt broke. It looked to be in perfect condition, but was probably old. I looked up videos to see how to get the brush off to replace the belt. But after a long search and not finding anything, I had to figure it out myself. Then I had to search the closet to find a new belt. I listened to more of episode 11 as I worked. I sprayed hydrogen peroxide on the grout, then ran the Kirby over it. It seemed to help.

I went to Johnnies' house. I spoke to Jamie. We went up in the attic just to see. It was empty except for the wood someone used to make a floor. I guess my attic looks like that but without a floor.

I mopped the floor in the dining room. At 4:30 I went walking with Jenni. Afterward, I went to Housing to schedule a cleaning inspection for Monday. Self-help was next door so I picked up 3 bags of salt for the water softner. When I got home, I walked to the post office to lock up the swap shop. When I got back, I listened to episode 11 while looking through messages. Chris came home and started rice, then went to Mass. Episode 11cut off and I called up episode 12. I started listening to that. I unplugged the rice maker because it was done. Chris came home and said the rice was perfect. He ate supper.

I posted to my blog, then made tea. We watched one episode of Columbo. Then Chris went to bed because he had to get up early to go somewhere. I read messages and listened to short videos, then went to bed myself.

One more house to clean

Tuesday

I got up just before 8. I washed up and get dressed. I wrote my blog post for yesterday. I checked e-mail then went to Johnnie's house at 10.

While I was cleaning in the kitchen, I got a call from a man who wanted to sign over his house to be cleaned so he could move out immediately - due to family emergency. Well, I had to say no because we cleaners only get 10 working days after signing a contract and we weren't done with the current house. He called Housing and got an exception. He wanted to pay by Venmo and only Jamie could do it, so she and I went over to Housing to sign the contracts. But the man was able to get the full amount in cash from the ATM. He gave me his garage code. Housing asked me for a cleaning contract, but I hadn't been home to get one. So the clerk printed one off. I filled it out and we all signed it. Someone took a pic of the money. Jamie and the man left. I chatted with the Housing rep, then went home to put the money and the key in an envelope with the house number on it.

I went back to Johnnie's house to clean. Jamie arrived later. At noon I went home for breakfast. At 1:30 I met Saronna and we played from the new duet book and the old duet book. I left at 3, before school let out. I went out the gate and came back through the visitor's center. I applied and received a new ID, which everyone has to get now. On the way home, I stopped to get gasoline.

I checked out the phone Consumer Cellular is offering me for free because they say mine won't work soon. It was not as good as my old phone and both are rated for 2G/3G/4G. I called the number in the e-mail to find out why their phone will work with the new system and mine won't. But the man who answered had such a strong accent that I could not understand him.

Jenni called, so I hung up with the man talked to her. She wanted to walk, so I jumped in the car and met her. We walked around the block, talking. Then I went by the swap shop to unlock the door, then to Johnnie's house to finish the small bedroom so I could shut that door.

I went home for supper. Chris was home, listening to Michele play online with her friends. I heated up the last of the beef and quinoa. I made a salad. The lady who was supposed to open the swap shop tonight posted on Facebook that she wouldn't be able to make it. I didn't want to interrupt my supper to go there in her place. I listened to a presentation on detoxing while going through Telegram messages. I had to reboot Waterfox because it kept hanging up every few seconds. This has become a regular thing since Microsoft updated my laptop.

I made tea and we watched one episode of Columbo. These episodes are roughly 90 minutes long, without commercials. Afterward, I watched part of a surprise episode 11 of Covid Vaccine Secrets, then went to bed.

Defeat the Mandates rally

Monday

I got up around 8, having woken up much earlier and tried to go back to sleep. I took charcoal, washed up and got dressed, brushed my teeth. I listened to a dialogue about circulation. A scoop of beet powder and vit C and rebounding increased circulation and produced sweat.

I tuned into the live roundtable discussion of Covid-19 led by Ron Johnson and leading doctors and scientists. There were also nurses who got to tell what they are seeing in their hospitals. Vaccines don't stimulate production of secretory IGA which is what protects one from an incoming virus. Those with natural immunity do have those Iga and rarely if ever get reinfected. Iodine nasal spray kills the virus in the nose where it replicates. Omicron acts like a live attenuated viral vaccine. The N in N95 means non-oil resistant, but viruses have an oil capsule so the mask doesn't work for them. There are zero RCT showing masks stop transmission of respiratory disease. Covid is a treatable disease. If caught early, outpatient treatments keep people out of the hospital. Myfreedoctor.com has a 99.99 percent survival rate for 150,000 patients. C19early.com lists treatments available. The difference is not which treatment you get, but that you get it early. If we had the proper data safety monitoring boards, the vaccine program would have been shut down in February 2021 for excess deaths. Doctors have been told that if they write an inappropriate exemption, their license is at risk. But 'inappropriate' is not defined. There is no greater contraindication than to have been harmed by a previous dose. To mandate another dose is criminal.

I looked up the document that I had to sign before signing for Johnnie's house. It specified a completion date of February 1st. That made me feel a little better. I made more all-purpose spray, using my tea pot. There must have been some ginger debris in there, because the sprayer stopped working and I had to find another spray bottle.

I drove to Johnnie's house with a box. I put the left behind food in there. I cleaned out those cabinet shelves. I worked on the stove and the dishwasher. I thought dishwashers were self-cleaning. I put the burners in the dishwasher and ran it. I finished the walls and window tracks in the livingroom and diningroom.

At noon I went home for breakfast. I listened to more of the roundtable: miscarriage increased by 300% and cancer the same over 5 year average. 1000% increase in neurological problems. Cases of myocarditis in VAERS are going down, which means someone is deleting reports. Chris came home for lunch. He brought me a filled form for getting a new Dugway ID.

At 2 I went back to cleaning. I worked on the hallway and middle bedroom. Jamie called to say she would come help tomorrow and Wednesday. Also a man called to say he was inspecting all the rooms in the mall (post office complex) and he saw something at the swap shop that he wanted. I told him to take anything he wanted.

At 4:30 I went home to call Jenni. She was up for walking, so I met her and we walked the usual mile. Then I came home and listened to the first part of the roundtable that I had missed. Chris came home and made his supper. I made mine. I read other e-mail while listening.

I posted to my blog. I made tea and we watched one episode of Columbo. It was quite long. I fell asleep at the end. Chris covered me up, played on his laptop for awhile, then went to bed. Later, I got up, turned off the router and got ready for bed.

Three new pastors

Sunday

Chris got up at 7 so he could meet the commander at the gym at 8. Hot flashes woke me much earlier than that and I could not go back to sleep. While I was reading e-mail, Chris came home, saying the commander never showed up.

From an interview, I learned that tinnitus is inflammation of the nerve, often from EMF. Repairing mitochondria should help. Covid vaccine accelerates parkinsons and cancer, due to inflammation and antibodies inadvertently targeting body tissues.

I started watching the Defeat the Mandates rally in DC. I made and ate breakfast. I paused it to wash up and get dressed for church. We got there just before 1 as the ministers were arriving. Instead of a sermon, they each spoke about their path to being here (or rather at Calvary church in Tooele). They will take turns giving Sunday sermons until roughly July when a new chaplain should arrive.

I finished watching while making more breakfast mixes. I listened to something else while piecing puzzles. I whipped up a batch of seed crackers. No one was available to walk, so I asked Chris. We went walking around the block. When we got back, I had leftovers for supper.

I made tea and we watched the last 4 episodes of Big Bang Theory. It wasn't much of a season ender, which leaves room for more episodes to be made. Chris went to bed, and later so did I.

A long walk

Saturday

I got up late. I read e-mail. Chris helped me clean the Burkey. Later I asked for a massage. Afterward, he took a shower while I looked up something, then I took my shower and got dressed.

I went to Johnnie's house and cleaned the base cabinets. Jamie came and worked on the master bathroom. At 1 I went home to make and eat breakfast. At 2 we went to the hotel and parked. When the commander drove up, he suggested parking at the commissary. So we did.

From there, we walked to the helipad. Then I facetiously suggested going to the water tower (because there is a sign saying it is forbidden by order of the commander). So he said let's go. He and Chris chatted on the way, while I chatted with his wife. When we finally got there, he joked about climbing up to the top. (I think he was joking). Then he wanted to see the big 'D'. So we walked to the fence and followed it for some time, tripping over tumbleweeds and stepping on goat's heads. When we got to the other side of the base, we headed back, but then he and Chris wanted to check out the Dragon's Den and the garden. My feet started to hurt. We walked to the gym where he showed me the new astroturf. Finally we went back to the commissary. He consulted a device that told him he had walked 4.5 miles.

They went shopping and we went to the post office. Chris picked up the mail. I was astounded to see that it was 4:25. We went home. I found my phone and called Jenni. She said she understood that I didn't want to walk another mile. Afterward, I went to Johnnie's house, meeting Jamie who just got back from walking her dog. I continued cleaning in the kitchen. Then she left and I poured bleach on some grout. I went home as well.

I made a salad and had leftovers for supper. I listened to interviews. I made tea and we watched four episodes of BBT. I wanted to watch another one but Chris said he had to get up early to work out with the commander. I brushed my teeth and typed up today's activities. I posted to my blog.

I made tea and we watched four episodes of BBT. I read a few more articles, then we made the bed with clean sheets. I did my evening stretches and retired for the evening.

How can a returned item be overdue?

Friday

We got up late. I read e-mail. One was a library notice saying BBT was 30 days overdue and we owe $40 and our checkout privileges will be revoked. I messaged my neighbor and she said she would take care of it.

I read e-mail and then talked to Jamie. She said she could clean tomorrow. Chris helped me get a ladder to Johnnie's house. I used it to clean the ceiling fan and shelves and walls. After an hour, I went home for breakfast. I pinned my purse organizer, and put items into it. I packed the cooler and we went to Tooele.

We listened to the book on CD. The author constantly had her characters cheating death. We shopped at the usual places. When we got back to post, we stopped at the post office. I picked up a package and we went home. We unpacked the groceries and talked. Then I met Jenni to go walking around the block.

I went back to Johnnie's house to clean. I finished the pantry, scrubbed grout with broom, pulled out stove, and worked on vent hood. At 7 I came home. Chris was making supper: beef, quinoa, cauliflower, and salad. I wrote a blog post, but it took forever to log keystrokes. After I posted, the wait time was less. Weird.

I made tea while Chris made popcorn. We watched four episodes of BBT. I went back to e-mail, but the wait time was so annoying that I asked Chris for help. He ended the task for Waterfox and I started it again. Things were much better after that. I went through a few more articles, then went to bed.

Picking up the pizza

Thursday

I got up before 8, having slept reasonably well. I brushed teeth and rinsed my sinuses. I took some detox drops. I turned on the router and started the second portion of episode 10. Dr. Margolis said she interviewed an emergency room doctor who said covid is over in their area but they get 2 or 3 patients a day complaining of side effects from the vaccine. To detox from the shot, eat clean, exercise, don't get another shot, turn off the router at night; anything to avoid causing more inflammation. Water-fasting with key nutrients can help. Early treatment includes nebulizing with a dilution of hydrogen peroxide or iodine.

I rolled out my calves, while listening to JP. Chris stopped by the house, said I probably won't see him today because he has back-to-back meetings. I continued listening to episode 10. I opened a package of NES bottles, and looked up the recommendations on how to take them. I arranged them in a box to keep track and to keep them in the dark.

I parsed supplements, and ordered more. I went cleaning for two hours, finishing the den. I delivered the modem with her name on it to the Centricom truck. I walked with Jenni, then cleaned for another hour in the pantry. I picked up Chris' pizza and went home.

I listened to The HighWire. They talked about Boris Johnson removing restrictions from Great Britain, and CDC admitting the vaccines aren't getting us out of the pandemic. Chris came home from a meeting in Tooele. I made tea, and we watched four episodes of BBT. I listened to more audios, then posted to my blog and went to bed after midnight.

Freezing fog advisory

Wednesday

I got up at 7:30. I took some coconut charcoal. I made coffee, then exercised, brushed and swished. I read a few pages from The Real Anthony Fauci: people in NIAID who investigated bad practices and reported on them did not last long there.

I meditated and tapped. I scrubbed the burner bowls again and set them to dry. I rinsed off the sugar cane pieces and renewed the water. I cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen. Chris came home for lunch. I vacuumed the den, bathrooms and hallway.

I turned on my laptop. I read about a freezing fog advisory in my area. I have never heard of a freezing fog. I finished listening to episode 9.

At 4:30, I went walking with Jenni. She told me she has no budget for the art classes she teaches at the high school, so she buys supplies out of her own pocket. Afterward, I stopped by the swap shop to lock it up.

I went home for a vacuum and then to Johnnie's house. I cleaned the freezer and some cupboards. I spread bleach on the floor where the grout was dark, then went home. Chris was already home and had the light on for me.

I finished listening to Planet Lockdown, and started episode 10 of Covid Revealed: If we had a live attenuated virus vaccine, we would do much better against the pandemic. I made tea and we watched 4 episodes of Big Bang Theory. I listened to more of episode 10, then went to bed with my mps headphones.

Guild meeting

Tuesday

I got up at 7:30. I followed the usual morning routine. I emptied the dishwasher and washed dishes in the sink. I scrubbed the burner pans that have been soaking for several weeks. Most of the black came off without much scrubbing. I let them soak again. I moved a few things out of the front hall because Maintenance is coming for a routine inspection.

I mended the three socks Chris left on my sewing machine. I turned on the router. I read e-mail and then Diane called me to tell me about her recent trip to the doctor. Maintenance came. He didn't perform maintenance. He checked all the switches and lights and garbage disposal and smoke detectors, etc.

I went back to listening. I looked up clogged drains. I made breakfast. I got a message from Saronna saying she had other things to do so no playing together this afternoon. I texted Jamie that I was free to clean this afternoon. She had a problem and Chris said he'd look for the appropriate number for her to call. He also cut the sugar cane stalks so I could put them in water.

I went to the library and picked up the next (and last) season of BBT. I went by the post office and unlocked the swap shop for someone who was coming later. I put together some cleaners and went to Johnnie's house. I looked around the house to see what needed to be done. I started with the fridge. I also sprayed liquid soap on the greasy places around the stove. I put the burners in ammonia water to soak. I scrubbed them later and soaked them again. I cleaned the stove door. I cleaned all the fridge shelves, dried them, and put them back. I called Jamie and she said she was coming soon. But I had to be home by 5 and she hadn't shown up yet. As soon as I got home, I signed into the Zoom meeting for the quilt guild in Huntsville. I left the camera off and made supper while watching presentation on Schmetz needles. Then I sat to watch the rest of the meeting, including show and tell. When it was over, I did not hang around to talk.

I started watching Planet Lockdown and episode 9: the spike protein is the part of the virus that changes the most. They should have used a part that doesn't change much. But using the spike is good if you want to sell more vaccines because you have to keep making a new one.

I made tea and played my trombone until Chris was ready. We watched four episodes of BBT. We brushed our teeth. I watched more of Planet Lockdown, and noted where I stopped. I posted to my blog and went to bed.

* I don't think this was show-n-tell. I think it was to demonstrate some future project. *

Quilts Etc

Monday

I got up around 8, having slept reasonably well. I took supplements, brushed, swished, and took detox drops. I got dressed and read some e-mail. Then at 9 it was time to go. Chris packed a cooler and we left for Salt Lake City.

Following WAZE, we had trouble finding the office for TSA pre-check. Then as it turned out, we were 24 hours early. Chris was not amused. But the clerk said we could come back at 4:10. So we went to the Asian market for lunch, then shopped for kimchi and persimmons. But they had no persimmons, dried or otherwise. On the way back to the car, we stopped to buy a package of kimbap.

I told Chris about a quilt shop named Quilts on the Corner, that someone had recommended to me. He looked it up on his phone, got an address and drove us there. He parked and settled in with his phone while I went inside. I was disappointed to see that it was full of longarms. They sold thread, notions and quilt backings. We had passed Quilts Etc and Quilts Etc Etc on the way, so we backtracked to that. It was a store in two parts, one on each side of the road. Both were filled with fabric and etc. I looked through the etc etc first and found two fabrics. When I went to the checkout, she suggested I take it across the street and look at those fabrics before checking out. So I did. There was even more fabric at the other place. Seemingly they had everything, but I could not find water fabric. Nor did I get excited over what I saw, which seemed odd to me. When I got back to the car with my purchases, I had Chris feel my forehead in case I was sick. But, no. Chris stopped at a gas station to fuel up. I went inside for a drink. I came back with two bottles of mineral water and one of coconut water. I drank the coconut water and part of the other. Chris drove us back to the office. We were still hours early. We sat for awhile, then walked around the office park, noting a shop named Renegade Goat Vapors. Chris looked it up to see what it was. After our walk, we sat in the car and listened to the book on CD. About 4, we went inside and sat. Other people were there and more people came in. But no one seemed to be coming out.

After half an hour, someone came out and the man ahead of me went in. I leaned my head back and nearly fell asleep. Finally it was my turn. I went back. He called up my name on his computer, asked me a few questions and had me confirm information he already had. He took my fingerprints and my picture. A few words later and we were done.

Chris and I got in the car. He got us on the road out of SLC, and I broke out the kimbap and shared it with him. Then we listened to the book on CD until we got to Dugway, a little after 6. I jotted notes for my blog, then cut up a giant apple from the Asian market. I checked e-mail and telegram messages. Then I put on episode 8 of Covid Revealed.

It was late when I finished it and made tea. We watched four episodes of BBT. Chris went to bed, and later, so did I.

Church was canceled - due to Omicron and lack of a chaplain

Sunday

I got up at 8:30. I took bromelain, then rinsed my sinuses and brushed my teeth. I made lemon water. I listened to the rest of episode 6 of Covid Revealed. I crunched up the dried herbs from last summer and removed the stems. I put the green powder in a spice jar for adding to salads. I read e-mail and articles in open windows. I tried to put lemon peels down the insinkerator to freshen it. But the peels just spun around and around. I had to pull them out.

At 1:30 I made breakfast. I watched an interview on how to treat covid at home - early treatment is essential. I looked up how to make a purse organizer. I whipped up a batch of seed crackers and put them in the oven. I refilled the mixes I used to make them. At 4:15 Jenni called to ask about walking. So I put on my shoes and drove over there. We talked as we walked our usual route. Then I came home. 10 minutes later the crackers were done. I turned off the oven and let them crisp up.

I watched a video until 6, then tuned into episode 7 of the covid documentary. I ate supper as I watched. I put the seed crackers away. I made tea. I played my trombone while Chris got ready to watch. Then we watched 4 episodes of The Big Bang Theory. Afterward, I brushed my teeth and read Telegram messages. I posted to my blog and went to bed.

The sewing class that nearly wasn't

Saturday

I slept ok for awhile, then kept waking up because my ear was ringing so loudly. I got up after 8. I took bromelain. I rinsed my sinuses and made more rinse, adding iodine. I brushed my teeth. I made lemon water. I collected materials and ingredients for today's project. Then I posted to my blog and jotted notes for the next one.

Chris gave me a massage, then we took our showers. I made breakfast and ate it while watching episode 5: the spike protein is what causes covid the disease. Th e vaccines cross-react with 28 tissues of the body including ovaries. This affects fertility in women. Their stories are collected at Mycyclestory.com. Some children show symptoms after being with vaccinated parents or grandparents. The childhood vaccine schedule has not been studied. Flu vaccine doesn't work well in the elderly. It was tested against Tdap vaccine to determine efficacy. Study to prove vaccinated kids are healthier would be easy to do with the data they have, so why aren't they doing it?

I went to the company house to do the floors. I also plunged the tub drain, but all that did was make a mess for me to clean up. 45 minutes later I was out the door, and on my way home. I got a short rest before I moved my sewing stuff to the car. Chris put the machines in my trunk. We drove to the chapel and unloaded the stuff. He went to the commissary and post office while I set up the machines and the projects.

I rested while waiting, but no one came. I played the piano for awhile, and even sang. But no one came. I sent a few texts. Finally I grabbed my keys and purse. As I was heading out, I saw Saronna and her kids drive up. So I stayed. Her son went to the playroom while the girls made tissue covers. Moira finished her apron, too. Saronna made a breathe jar and we chatted until time to pack up.

When I got all my stuff to the car, I realized I needed to change shoes. So I went home, changed into walking shoes, and headed back to the school where Diane and Jenni were waiting. We walked around the block and agreed to meet again tomorrow.

I went home. Chris was steaming cauliflower. We folded laundry together. I made a salad and ate leftover ground beef. I listened to episode 6 for over an hour. Ebay sent a message about some Kirby parts that I looked at earlier. I looked through them, comparing the attaching part to my own Kirby head. I saw some possibilities.

I made tea and we watched four episodes of BBT. The first one took a long time because it kept pausing. Chris made a bowl of popcorn and the pausing became less irritating. After watching, I went back to my laptop. Eventually Chris went to bed. I caught up on e-mail and telegram messages. I made an offer on a Kirby part and it was accepted. And then it was time for bed.

Curds and whey

Friday

I got up at 8, took some bromelain, went back to bed, then got up again at 8:30. I made lemon water and gathered some cleaners together. I listened to more of episode 4: phase 3 clinical trials for Moderna, Pfizer and JJ don't end until late 2022 or mid 2023. Still no long term data. Safe and effective treatments were suppressed in order to justify EUA for experimental injections.

At 10 I went to the company house. I put sheets and towels in the washer. There was a pile of sheets and towels on the dryer. They smelled clean and were twisted together like a dryer would so, so I put them on the bed in the master bedroom. For the next two hours I deep-cleaned the two smaller bedrooms, moving furniture and tilting in the windows to wipe.

I came home at noon, and ate breakfast. Chris came home with groceries from the commissary. Michelle's husband came by with a jar of goat milk that the farmer said had to be used up today. Then we went to Tooele for food the commissary didn't have.. We played the new book on CD and it was not as good as the last book. We stopped to pick up a prescription for Jenni. I had trouble because they asked questions I could not answer. We skipped Luckey's, and went to Melanie's and then Macey's. Great Clips was nearby so I got a haircut, and we went home.

I listened to New World Next Week, then went to Jennie's house. I gave her her medicine, then we walked around a smaller block (since she wasn't feeling 100%). Afterward, I went back to the company house, finished the bedrooms and cleaned the bathrooms and made the beds. It was too dark to clean the floors.

I came home at 6:45. Chris had supper waiting. I ate ground beef and salad. I started watching episode 5 of Covid Revealed. I heated the goat milk and made cheese and why. I also made tea. We watched four episodes of Big Bang Theory. The last one was pixelated and kept messing up.

Afterwards, I went back to episode 5. Chris went to bed. I stayed up till 11:30, then went to bed, forgetting to post to my blog.

Signing to clean a friend's house

Thursday

I had trouble falling asleep. My left ear was ringing louder than normal. So I slept in and got up late. I turned on the router, brushed, swished, etc. I finished episode 3 from last night:

CDC says it's ok to get the second shot even if you reacted to the polyethylene glycol in the first one. Combination shots (covid and flu) were approved without any safety studies because they say they have a 40 year history of safely combining vaccines. More deaths after vaccination have been reported for the covid shot than for all other vaccines combined in the last 30 years. BBC started the Trusted News Initiative, a collaboration of news and big tech companies to censor any articles that they deem disinformation.

I listened to Polly and Mary. Housing called to say I needed to sign a document that was sent out to cleaners. I hadn't done it because it was e-mailed to me and then followed by a retraction e-mail. I went to Housing and signed the contract between me and DPG. Basically it said I have 10 business days to clean a house or pay $62/day for every day over that. She also gave me copies of the new cleaner-to-occupant contract.

When I got home, I filled out a new cleaning contract for this afternoon. I prepared a posting to our Facebook group for sewing on Saturday. I made breakfast and ate it while watching The Highwire. I paused it at 2:55 and walked to Brian and Johnnie's house. The inspection team was there. They were new, so I was the person with the most experience. Scary. Since the contract required payment in cash or money order, Brian put a dollar down. We all signed and the team took pics of the contract. They left. I said goodbye to Johnnie and she went to run errands. I watched Brian try Zud and then Clorox on the floor to clean the grout. I went home to get my car. I put two of her plants in my trunk. Brian helped me get another unpotted one in a box on the back seat. Then we hugged goodbye.

I went home and took the plants out of the trunk. I finished watching The Highwire. Chris came home from work with a pizza. He took the box out of my car. After he changed his clothes, he went to say goodbye to Brian.

I watched episode 4 of Covid Revealed. I paused it to make tea and we watched four episodes of BBT. Then I continued episode 4 until I retired for the evening.

Facilities Maintenance Manager

Wednesday

I did not hear Reveille. Either I slept through it, or had my earbuds in. I got up just before the 7:30 alarm went off. I prepared for a coffee and meditation morning. I put on the CD lineup. I read a few pages of The Real Anthony Fauci. After all the tapping, I cleaned the bathrooms and started on the kitchen.

Chris came home for lunch and had a package from the post office. He wanted to know when I became the facilities maintenance manager. There was a catalog addressed to me as the FMM. I thought about and decided that that description was rather apt for what I do around here. I finished the kitchen, vacuumed the den, livingroom, hallway and bedroom. Then I cleaned out the dust cup and washed all the parts except for the big filter.

I took a shower and got dressed. I walked to the post office to leave some things in the swap shop and lock it back up. I set my timer for an hour. I jotted notes for my blog and read e-mail. When the timer rang, I went to the library to return BBT season 10 and get season 11. I also picked out a book on CD for our Friday trips. I had a nice chat with Melissa.

I came home and listened to the second part of episode 2. But it ended abruptly at 6. So I clicked the link for episode 3. I listened to most of the first part of that. I got an e-mail saying the company house is going to be inspected next week and that I should clean it to inspection standards. I replied that I didn't have enough time, but I would do my best. Then I made tea and we watched four episodes of BBT. I brushed my teeth and went back to Telegram messages and episode 3.

Take Bifidobacterium to prepare for vaccination. WHO said in June to stop asymptomatic testing. It generates false positive case counts. Covid-19 is the singular cause of death in only 10% of cases.

Around 11:30 I paused it and got ready for bed.

Delivering baked goods

Tuesday

I got up late, not sure why because I slept ok, at least until Reveille. I washed dishes in sink. I pruned the carrots and discovered that almost half the bag has no carrots growing in it. I turned on the router. I checked e-mail, and looked into saffron extract and MCT oil. I took a break to make a batch of fudge balls and put them in the fridge.

I came across an article saying his rapid test kit proclaimed that the potential cross-reactivity of the rapid test with covid vaccines has not been evaluated. So he concluded that he might get a positive result just from having been vaccinated.

I made and ate breakfast. Chris came home for lunch and told me the maintenance people want to come do regular stuff. I put the bread wreaths in bags, then went to chapel but no one there. I went to the swap shop and unlocked the door. Then I went to Saronna's house to play. We used a duet book from my father's collection. Afterward, I went to chapel to drop off bread wreaths. The chaplain asst not there, so I gave both to the chaplain.

I went home. The fudge balls were cold and hard, so I put most of them in a bag and took it to Brian and Johnnie. Brian ate a few right off. They showed me a closet of things they are leaving behind. Then I went home and read more e-mail and articles.

I ate the last of the fish for supper. I tuned it to Episode 2 of Covid Revealed. Dr. McCullogh said those who get antibodies to Omicron will be protected against Delta as well. Adding povidone iodine to a nasal wash reduces risk of hospitalization in people who use it. It is both preventative and curative. The PCR test cannot tell the difference between variants. Only genetic sequencing can do that. The CDC publishes a list. Delta made up only 5% of cases sequenced by CDC in September, but CDC said Delta made up 99% of cases in America. Delta was actually only #6 most prevalent. In Dec. when CDC said Omicron made up 72% of all covid cases, they only had one confirmed case.

I made tea and we watched four episodes of BBT, finishing season 10. That means I have to go to the library tomorrow.

Bread wreaths

Monday

I slept well, though not well enough to ignore Reveille at 6:30. I got up a little after 7:30. I took activated charcoal, brushed and swished, washed up and got dressed. I read pages from “The Real Anthony Fauci”. The chapter was about his illegal and unethical testing of toxic AIDS drugs on orphan children, mostly minority. I tried to download a kindle book to my tablet, but it wasn't working. It would not download to my laptop either. I tried to buy silver, but the site did not have my bank on their dropdown menu so I couldn't.

I went to the library, dropped off the book on CD and left quickly. I went to the post office and bought stamps. Then I went to Housing to return the key to the apartment we finished cleaning. Finally I went home to make and eat breakfast.

Chris was home. He told me that the shoppette was having reduced hours because one of their employees tested positive. Also (presumably) that employee has family members who work at the commissary and one other place on post. So more places could be on reduced hours.

I read articles all afternoon. I put ingredients in the bread machine. Then at 4:30 I met Diane at the gym. We did weighted workouts until 5:15, then went home. I took the dough out and shaped it into two braided wreaths. I let them rise in a warm oven, and listened to two nurses discuss vaccine testing. Chris came home from work and made his supper. I put the wreaths in the oven to bake. When they were done, I rubbed them with butter.

We watched four episodes of Big Bang Theory. I wrote and posted to my blog. I put the wreaths in plastic bags and put them in the fridge. I stayed up to listen to episode 1 of Covid Revealed. Then I went to bed.

No church on FB

Sunday

We slept in late. I watered the plants. I took activated charcoal and other detoxers, then read e-mail. I looked up stuff I can't remember now. I found out that Swansons sells bottles of oxygen. I listened to Pam Popper talk about suits filed in court demanding our gov't prove there is a state of emergency. But after a year and a half, no such proof has been submitted.

At 11, I visited Facebook to watch the streaming chapel service. But it did not show up. The chaplain posted a message about FB not letting him stream it so he was going to record it. But if he did, it did not post later in the day.

I watched a presentation by Dr. Michael Yeadon, formerly a VP with Pfizer: blue medical masks are spashguards, not masks. Breathing through a cloth mask increases chance of bacterial pneumonia. Asymptomatic transmission is epidemiologically irrelevant. This is a very treatable illness. It is a bad idea immunologically to choose only the spike protein for the vaccine, yet all four top vaccine-makers did that. Since spike proteins are biologically active, these v are toxic by design. Unlike previous v which have a unit dose of killed virus, these have unit doses of programming. But one body will uptake it differently than another, so there is a larger range of possible outcomes.

A true vaccine only needs one or two doses. It should prevent illness and transmission. Because of thalidomide, we don't use experimental drugs on pregnant women, but gov'ts are pushing them to get it. The assumption was that each vial had the same contents. VAERS database was parsed by batch number and certain batches are associated with the most serious adverse events. Drug companies must submit a production plan, then regulators and experts review each step of the plan. This is done with incredible levels of control. Even EUA drugs must follow GMP guidelines. If one batch produces no adverse events and another produces the worse outcomes seen, he is prepared to prove in court that those batches are not similar in content. Drug companies are extremely good at mass producing a consistent product, but clearly none of them are so it must be on purpose or at least be acceptable to them. It takes surprisingly few people to insert a bad code and mass produce it. Doctors and pharmacists should check www.howbad.info to see if the batches they are giving out are toxic, and opt for the less toxic ones. It is very difficult or impossible for third party testing to verify what code is in each batch of mRNA. A PCR test could be used if the drug companies would give out the code they are using. Vaccines have never been used to quell a pandemic before.

I bundled up and walked to the post office. I dropped off Netflix, and picked up the mail. There was a package that seemed to have nothing in it. I listened to some audio for awhile, then bundled up and went walking with Diane. I gave her an EMF pendant and we walked twice around the block. Then I went home to finish listening.

Chris made supper. I continued to read e-mail and the links Denise sent. When Chris expressed a wish to watch TV, I made tea and we saw four episodes of BBT. Later he went to bed, while I stayed up to blog and clear out messages.

The riding mower

Saturday

During the night, I stretched too hard and hurt my back. I focused on relaxing thoughts, hoping to be able to get up in the morning. Chris got up when his alarm went off, whenever that was. I got up just before 7:30. It was slow, but I did it.

I swished and sat against a heating pad, reading RFK jr's book about Anthony Fauci. Fauci suppressed research suggesting there were better culprits for AIDS than HIV, and there were cheaper, more effective treatments than AZT and its offshoot.

I mended three socks Chris left on my sewing machine. I listened to an interview with a philosopher who said the most pressing current issue isn't about a virus or a vaccine, it is about where our society is headed.

When Chris came back from working out with the colonel, he gave me a coconut oil massage. Then we had a nice relaxing conversation before taking showers and getting dressed. He stripped the bed and did laundry. I made and ate breakfast.

I read e-mail most of the afternoon, then he sat outside and took his shirt off. I cut his hair and left it for the birds. I wore a coat, but he seemed to be ok without his shirt. After he went inside, I cleared out space in the garage for a riding mower. Chris helped. When I realized what time it was, I jumped in the car and went to the school. Diane was there and we walked around the school block twice.

When I got home, I texted Johnnie, and she relayed to Brian that we were ready. He drove his mower over to our garage and parked it. He gave us instructions on how to operate it and mulch leaves. We chatted a bit and he walked home.

Chris cooked shrimp with onions and garlic. I ate that with rice. He also steamed cauliflower, so I ate that with a little spicy salsa. It could have used less. I read articles and signed up for the new Dugway chapel page. They are having an online service only tomorrow.

When I heard the BBT theme music, I made tea and we watched four episodes of BBT. Then I posted to my blog and got ready for bed.

Helping out a friend

Friday

We slept in late. Chris turned on the router. I noticed my laptop had the blue screen with dots spinning in a circle. I brushed and swished while waiting for it to resolve, but it didn't. I turned it off and back on again. I read e-mail. I nebulized colloidal silver.

Chris slow-roasted bacon in the oven. I made more spice mix. I had to use a folded piece of paper when I could not find our funnel. I went to the swap shop to open it for Melissa. I gave her the keys, then checked my mailbox and brought home Netflix, bone broth and vitamin patches which arrived today. I listened to part of a video. Chris needed onions for his bacon dish so I went out to the garage and picked up what I had harvested from CSM's garden.

I went back to reading e-mail, waiting for Chris to finish in the kitchen so I could make seed crackers. I whipped up a batch and put them in the oven. While they were baking, I made a new mix of large seeds. But I could not mix the small seeds because I was out of hemp. I put the box of ingredients back on the shelf. I made and ate breakfast.

Then I finished the grocery list. We packed the cooler and headed out. Before we reached the main gate, I realized my ID was in another handbag. So we went back for that, and headed to Tooele again. Before we reached the mountain pass, Jenni called asking if we would pick up some groceries for her (she is in quarantine). I said yes and she named 4 things.

Our book on CD ended before we got to town. Since I have gotten an overdue notice, that is probably a good thing. After stopping at the bank, we shopped at Lucky's first, getting two things for Jenni. Then I went to Melanie's and got a bunch of stuff, for which I paid cash. Then we went to Macey's. We did not find the other two items on her list, but we got everything on my list except for hemp seed.

We drove back to base, listening to the radio. We stopped at the commissary and called Jenni to see if she wanted anything, but she said someone else was doing that for her. So we went by her house and dropped off a bag, then went home and unloaded all our groceries.

Chris cooked mushrooms for me, and rice to go with his slow-roasted bacon dish. I read e-mail, and emptied the food waste container. I wrote up my blog post. I made tea and we watched Gigi, an old musical from Netflix. Then I read e-mail for awhile and went to bed.

Busy day

Thursday

I got up soon after 7:30 after having rested fairly well. I got dressed, then broke down the rest of the boxes stacked in the hall. I moved them to the recycle container and rolled it to the street. Then I packed up all the shipping materials (like bubble wrap, crumpled paper, foam peanuts) and put them into two larger boxes. I texted Johnnie to see if they needed any and she said no. Then I texted Eileen and she said yes. As per her request, I dropped the boxes off at the chapel. I also dropped a check into the mail on my way.

I read e-mail for a bit, then went to Johnnie's house at 10. They showed me around the house, mentioning the comments of the inspection team, and telling me what they were leaving behind. We talked about handing over the house next Thursday. He wanted to carry their leftover plants to our house but I said I had to make a space for that. He also wanted to drive his riding mower over, but again, I needed to make space.

I went home, read e-mail, then made and ate breakfast. Chris came home for lunch. I left to go to the final inspection of the apartment. I talked to the man who does the repairs. Soon the others arrived. They took pics but found nothing wrong. We all signed a piece of paper saying it passed inspection. I locked the door after them and walked out with the first guy. He told me about his family.

When I got back, I listened to The Highwire. I paused it at 2 to have a tapping session with Nell. The session went well over an hour because we were catching up on each others lives. Diane called me at 4:35, which reminded me about our perpetual appointment. I said goodbye to Nell, then put on my walking shoes and drove over to the school. Diane and I walked around the 1 mile block, then continued talking at the far intersection. She went home to make supper and I went home to finish The Highwire:

Billions of dollars are being given to school boards to mask, vaccinate, quarantine, etc in their schools. Tenn. hospitals get over $160K per covid patient ($471K in West Virginia) IF they follow the NIH protocols which call for Remdesivir and ventilators. They also get extra money per ventilator used or Remdesivir used. The US is the only country allowed to use Remdesivir. We have one of the highest death rates from Covid in the world.

I made myself supper. Chris came home from work and made his own supper. I read and listened to several other things. Then I made tea. We watched four episodes of BBT, then blogged and got ready for bed.

* I found some red beet eggs in the back of the fridge. Just look at that beautiful beet color! $

The NES consultation

Wednesday

When I woke up, my lips were much better. I credit the omega-3 patches I put on last night. My back hurt so I sat with a heating pad and read the book about Fauci. Then I made coffee and did my exercises. I did a lot of tapping, too. Then I started cleaning the kitchen and washing dishes. When Chris came home for lunch, I cleaned the bathrooms. After he left, I mopped the kitchen floor and hallway. I emptied the canister of the vacuum, then swept the den carpet.

I took a shower and got the bread machine started. I got on my computer for a consultation about the scan I did on Monday. Apparently it turned up a lot of information. I bundled up and went for a walk with Diane. We got caught by the 5pm music.

When I got home, I listened to This Week with Mary and Polly. I paused it to send Diane articles about things we talked over. I spend a lot of time looking for a video I watched yesterday, but I could not find it - not the original link, nor in my history file.

I made tea. I searched for the docking port for my headphones to recharge them. Chris helped me find it, then went back to his game. I broke down boxes until Chris was finished. We watched four episodes of Big Bang Theory, then I wrote my blog post for yesterday.
