Is gaba the answer?

Monday

Even in a state of extreme sleepiness, it took some time to fall asleep. I guess the TV made it easier somehow. Then I woke in the middle of the night with RLS. I had read earlier in the day that it was associated with too much acetycholine or too little gaba. So I got up and took some gaba, did the usual before-bed stretches, and went back to bed. It took awhile to go back to sleep because of the hot flashes. Sigh.

I got up before 7:30. Chris was gone and I don't remember hearing him take his shower. I did the usual stuff. Then I made up three days worth of morning, breakfast, supper, bedtime supplements. The Parasmart should run out today and the Liver Sauce, soon.

I rinsed the seeds (still not sprouting). I got dressed and read my book for awhile sitting next to the HappyLight. Then I tried to sleep, but it didn't work. I read e-mail until breakfast time.

Chris came home and made his lunch. Then I made and ate my breakfast. I spent time looking for a good St. Patrick's Day sewing project. Then I took the last dose of Parasmart. I took out the compost and found another gopher in the trap. I released the frozen varmint and reset the trap.

I picked up Tonja and went to the gym. As I signed in, Mickie and I talked about microgreens. Michelle showed up and we went upstairs to walk. She had just gotten bad news from the hairdresser she asked to come to the base on Friday. She railed for half an hour as we walked. Later, we left the track. I took Tonja home.

Then I picked up Sophia and brought her to my house. We worked out of her math books for over an hour, then turned to organizing the cleaners. But she spent all her time looking for empty spots in my house. Ha!

At 6 I took her home, and stopped by Steve's apartment. He paid me for cleaning and gave me a quart of chicken broth. He walked me out to my car since he was on his way to the commissary. I went home. I put together some leftovers for supper and made a salad. I looked at more sewing videos. I worked on my blog and made tea. Chris and I watched 4 episodes of something called Have Gun Will Travel, from the 60's. Feeling some pressure on the right side of my mouth, I rubbed some Gum Drops on the upper gum and rinsed out the right sinus and swabbed both ears with hydrogen peroxide. Chris went to bed, but I stayed up to listen to Day 1 of the Tapping World Summit.

Battling zombies for 2.5 hours is not what I had in mind

Sunday

I got up about 8:30. I did the usual first things. Then I read e-mail, and watered the plants. Chris helped me fold all the sheets and towels from the company house. We took them over there and dressed the beds. I put the extras in the closet. I grabbed the trash and finished the dishes in the sink. Then we went back home. I whipped up a batch of seed crackers and put them in the oven. I refilled the spice bottle. I made breakfast and ate it while listening to a podcast. I got dressed, grabbed the remaining cheese squares and my trombone, and went to the chapel.

I played hymns on the piano until Saronna arrived with her string bass which she named Jonah. We talked and then Michelle arrived with her daughter and therapy dog. We talked some more, then played two hymns. I started the discussion with the verse about us being made of dust and returning to dust. That lasted for close to an hour. Michelle and Isadora had to leave. Saronna and I played the same hymns over again since they sounded so good on bass and trombone. Then we packed up and walked out together.

When I got home, Chris was gaming with the voices. I read Telegram messages for awhile, then changed my clothes. I cut the leaves off of a head of butter lettuce and planted the root part. When Chris' game was over, he put a roast in the oven. I looked up how to read a character sheet.

The players for the evening game got online and we discussed our position and how to proceed once we went back to the prison. However, on our way we heard zombies and skeletons converging on a little girl. So we fought to protect her. We succeeded, but got really banged up in the process. Then we women were all for taking her home, but the men in our group wanted to prowl the town looking for any stray zombies.

When the game was over, I started working on my blog. We had eaten part of the roast during the game. I had also drawn sketches of an idea for the pillow tops that Cecily asked for last October.

I made tea and we watched several episodes of SG1. I fell asleep during the second one, though I tried to stay awake. When it was over, I walked quietly to bed, keeping my eyes as closed as possible, not wanting to waste a good somnolence.

More cleaning than anticipated

Saturday

I did not sleep well last night. I blame it on eating that bit of bread. I got up about 8, I think. I did the usual first things, then read e-mail. Around 11, Chris gave me a coconut oil massage. It was probably the best he has every done. Then he showered and made his lunch. I showered and made and ate breakfast.

I made cheese squares and listened to something online. Later I went to Heather's house to clean and pick up my supplies. I was up to 9 hours at that point. I dusted the walls, and swept and steam mopped floors for two hours. She had gone on a trip with her girls to visit people so I figured getting the house cleaned was not a priority.

Then I went to the company house, thinking a little light dusting was all it needed. But no, all the sheets and and 2x towels were on the floor by the washer. And the washer and dryer didn't work. I checked the circuit box. I flipped all the breakers. Still no power. I plugged the vacuum in behind the washer and it started so.... I took the sheets home and put them in my washer. I went back and did a quick wipe of kitchen and bathroom surfaces. I washed some dirty dishes in the sink. I found some clean sheets and made one of the three beds. I quickly dustmopped the floors, then took more sheets and towels home.

Chris had put the first sheets in the dryer so I put towels in the washer. Then I hunted for games in the garage and picked Scrabble. I cut the egg/cheese mixture into squares and put half in a container. Then we took the game and the snack and went to the LDS church just off post.

We walked in and chatted a bit. I put the cheese on the snack table. There was nothing I could eat. I sat at a table with Rebecca and talked with her, then unpacked the game. Her husband and Christina joined in. The four of us played Scrabble until all the pieces were on the board. We did not keep score. Chris sat in the music room, looking at his phone. Later Michelle showed up and sat in there talking to him. Christina left, so the three of us played another round of Scrabble. Tiffany tried to entice us to dance or play a different game. But we just finished ours.

Later, we packed up the game. Rebecca and her family went home. I talked to Chris and Michelle. She was tired and wanted to go home, as did I. After a chatting with Tiffany's husband, the three of us walked out. We drove back to base.

The sheets weren't dry so I started the dryer again. My fuzzy socks got wet because the washer leaked. I put away the cheese squares. I rinsed the sprouting seeds. Chris and I worked on leveling up my character. Then I pulled out the sheets and put the towels in the dryer, and added more sheets to the washer. I worked on my blog and then moved the last load to the dryer. I wanted to finish the beds at the house today so I won't have to work on Sunday, but it got too late. I took supplements and read more articles. Finally I shut down and went to bed.

Game Night

Friday

I woke up Chris and we snuggled. I had slept well the previous night. Then we got up about 8. After taking supplements and drinking hydrogen water, I brushed, and made up three more days of supplements. I rinsed the sprouting seeds. I read Telegram messages and e-mail for a bit.

I went to Heather's house to clean. No one else was there. I went upstairs to clean walls and baseboards and steam mop the floors. It was a lot of work, and I only finished one room.

At noon I quit and went home. I made and ate breakfast while reading e-mail. Chris came home after one. He prepared the cooler and we hit the road.

There was snow piled up on both sides of the road. But we had no trouble getting to Tooele. We shopped in Luckey's, then I walked to Melanies. But Melanie and her husband were not there. I talked to the lady who sells magnesium and does Reiki. Then I shopped, but all I found was coconut flakes. Then we shopped at Macey's for organic produce, and then went home.

When we got back, we unpacked the food. I refilled the ginger bottle and the coconut flake bag. I heated leftover for supper and made a salad. After eating, I read e-mail while waiting for a text from Michelle. When she texted about game night, I grabbed the water container and a bottle of tea. I drove over to her house.

Casey had the game up on the screen. Cedric wanted to watch me play. But they sent him to bed. Michelle talked to me as I played. Sometimes she had to read me parts of the solution. It was always really close to what I had. Even the last one. Except their solution didn't quite work. I took a pic to work on it later. Casey had made three-ingredient bread and wanted my opinion. So I ate a bit and said the crust was really good, but the inside was a little underdone. I recommended slicing and toasting. I got home at 11. I took the third dose of Parasmart. Then I ignored my laptop and we went to bed. I figured I would sleep well since I had not just been reading the scary news of the day.

Slip-sliding in Dugway

Thursday

After the usual morning activities, I soaked some seeds for sprouting. I read e-mail and Telegram messages. I made breakfast, and watched The Highwire. Chris came home for lunch, then shoveled out my car and went back to work.

After The Hightwire, I read e-mail, and worked on my Azure Standard order. If they don't get a big enough order from Melanie's customers, they will put the delivery off again another month.

I took Parasmart, and put floor cleaners in the car. I stopped by the swap shop to put in a bag that someone left by the door. I went to the gym to walk the track, but it was locked. I could have called Dispatch to open the door, but did not want to wait 15 minutes. So I walked outside, around the block.

Then I went to Heather's house. She arrived just after I did. I worked on walls and baseboards downstairs, and then upstairs. She worked in the kitchen. I swept one floor and used the steam mop on it. Then I wiped the doors in another room and swept it.

It was getting late so Heather and I left. I went home, sliding in the snow on the roads. I put leftovers in the toaster oven. I made a salad and smashed garlic. I read e-mail as I ate and listened to an interview with a holistic dentist. Then I worked on my blog post for yesterday.

I made tea and played my trombone. When Chris was ready, we watched several episodes of SG1. Later he went to bed, and I stayed up to read and to take the 11pm dose of Parasmart.

Making medicine

Wednesday

The base was closed due to snow. Because I requested solitude for coffee morning, Chris went to work. He walked because the snow plows hadn't gone through yet. I made bread for him, then resumed the usual schedule. Afterward, I cleaned kitchen and bathrooms. I fed the plants and changed water. I vacuumed and mopped.

Then Michelle picked me up at 3:35 and took me to the gym. She brought her daughter and the dog, which had been gone 6 weeks for training. We started walking the track. The dog would not sit and watch so Isodora took her downstairs where the weighted sleds were. They were on turf and the dog took it to be grass, so ..... They cleaned it up and Isadora took the dog home.

Michelle and I finished walking then worked out in the weight rooms. We talked to Anca, who agreed to let Michelle show her how to use the machines. She invited me to come as well.

She took me by her house to get papaya seeds that she had freeze-dried for me. Then she took me home. I found my keys in the snow. I went in as Chris came out to shovel the driveway. While he did that, I ground up papaya seeds and filled capsules with it.

Chris came in and asked if I was going to the short imposition of ashes service. I was surprised because it had come up at the last minute. We went to the chapel. We talked to the visiting chaplain and the assistant. Others came, including Saronna and her family and Michelle and her daughter. The service started late, but only took maybe 15 minutes, including the line of people getting ashes on their forehead. Then we all stood around talking. No one seemed to leave right away.

We went home, I listened to a bonus episode from some health summit. Chris changed clothes and worked on his laptop. I worked on my blog. I made tea and played my trombone. Chris cued up the next episode and we watched two of them. He went to bed and I stayed up to listen to a podcast and take the 11pm dose of Parasmart.

Big Storm a'coming

Tuesday

I got up after 8. I had slept well enough between hot flashes. I did the usual ablutions, and watered the plants. I washed up and got dressed. I rewrote my new supplement regimen, then made up three days worth. I sat down to read e-mail.

At 10 I went to the apartment to clean. I finished the kitchen and the tub and toilet. I had to scrape the soap scum off the tub with a razor blade. But it didn't take long. I went home and got a mop and did the floors. Then I took all my cleaning stuff and went home.

I made breakfast and ate while reading e-mail. I had some fruit, then got ready for playing with Saronna. I stopped by the post office and found three packages. But then she called me and said she couldn't play after all. So I turned around and went home.

I opened the three boxes and put the supplements away. I went back to reading e-mail. I took Parasmart at 3:15. A little later, I went to the gym to walk with Michelle. The gym was closed because of a storm warning, but someone opened the door for Michelle and she let me in.

We walked the track for close to 45 minutes. She told me about ideas she had for MWR, in case she got the job. Then we went downstairs and talked by the front door, and again outside.

I went home and covered my windshield just as Chris drove up. We chatted a bit, but then I had to go into Zoom for the quilt guild meeting. It was a small showing because some people were getting ready or had already left for the major quilt show. The president gave a talk on photographing quilts from a class she had taken. Then we had the usual business items. After that, Danica showed pictures from her hotel and talked about parking and such. I left the meeting.

I read e-mail for a bit, then heated leftovers for supper and made a salad. I listened to more of a video called HyperNormalizaton: Documentary of a Fake World. It was 3 hours long so I couldn't finish it.

I wrote my blog post for today and cleaned up the one from yesterday. I made tea and played my trombone until Chris was ready. Then we watched two episodes of SG1. Chris looked out of the front door and said everything was white. I went back to my laptop and saw it had rebooted. The documentary had reset. But I was able to come close to the original stopping point and listen some more before my alarm rang to tell me it was 11, and time for another dose. Then I went to bed.

* I looked at this block for quite awhile, thinking it was a kind of star block, but then realized it was a circle of women holding hands. *

No rest for the weary

Monday

I got up after 9, not have slept well at all. I had had a bad case of RLS. I also had an epiphany: RLS and hot flashes never come at the same time. In fact, I had wrapped myself in blankets trying to trigger a hot flash and could not. I tried everything else as well,: stretching, drinking water, salt, tapping, massage, magnesium oil.

So, after the usual morning stuff, I looked up hormonal causes online. Low estrogen is associated with hot flashes and higher estrogen with RLS. ARRGH! I can't win! But given a choice, I'll take the hot flashes.

I put together a kit of cleaning supplies and went to Steve's apartment. I put vinegar-soaked paper towels in the toilet, then I cleaned the inside of the fridge. I could not reach much of the top.

I went home and made breakfast. I ate while reading, then went to Heather's house. She wasn't there but the front door was unlocked. I went in and put my cleaning supplies in the kitchen. I went upstairs to see what the bedrooms looked like. Then I went back down and got started behind the stove. Heather arrived and worked on the fridge. I also cleaned cupboards and the kitchen window and blinds. We chatted. Other people arrived and cleaned upstairs.

We put the innards back in the fridge and I left. I drove to the gym expecting to see Tonja, but she didn't come. I walked the track for half an hour by myself. It was very quiet. Then I went home. I looked up a recipe for bathroom cleaning spray.

I went back to her house to pick up my cleaning supplies. Then I picked up Sophia for her tutoring session. I brought her back to my house. I let her put peanut butter in the mouse trap. We studied a section of her book, then from one of my books. Then we made up some cleaning spray and did the master tub area. Then I took her home.

On my way back, I stopped at the apartment to spray that bathroom. I had to add more vinegar to make it spray right. Then I went home. I heated my supper in the toaster oven and made a salad. I ate while listening to something and reading e-mail. Then I worked on my blog. I made tea and we watched TV: SG1. Chris went to bed a while later, and I stayed up till 11 to take the last dose of Parasmart.

The game was short and unadventureous

Sunday

We got up around 8. After the usual scraping, supplements, drinking and brushing, I watered the plants. Then I sat down to see what new news came in overnight. There was a video titled “CBDC's and sex”. It seemed like an unlikely combination so I listened to the discussion. Basically they were saying that if spouses refused to sleep with those who are promoting CBDC's, then it would never take off. Also, they mentioned that if the US, instead of supporting the WHO, would use that money in East Palestine Ohio, it would clean up the disaster there. Personally, I don't see how any amount of money could get the dioxin out of the flora and fauna, and soil.

I made and ate breakfast, then got dressed for church. I put some cheese squares in a container, took my trombone, and went to the chapel. Alone, I went in, and assembled my trombone. I played hymns on the piano. Then the girls came in, followed by their parents. I held the door for them since Saronna had her string bass.

We played two hymns with Sophia on djimbae. Then we had a discussion, both religious and historical, for almost 90 minutes. Saronna said a prayer and we played another hymn. Then we snacked on cheese squares and went home. I changed clothes, listening to Chris play his game. I listened to a podcast with Mike Adams and fell asleep. When I woke up, Chris was still gaming, or at least talking to the gamers. It was almost 5. Then Chris told me the other game wouldn't start until 6.

I ate some fruit and pistachios. Then Chris helped me sign in to Discord. Four of us chatted while waiting for Michele and John. John was late because he was still preparing scenarios for the game.

So we did a recap, then proceeded to split up. We ladies went to the apothecary and got potions for dealing with ghosts and skeletons. Then we picked up a clue at the local watering hole and went to see a defaced statue. Berian did research at the town hall. Zoltan researched the professor's library then he joined Berian. They found info on the remaining two murderers.

Afterward we got enough experience points to level up. Then I made tea and garlic, and worked on my blog. We watched TV until around 10. Then Chris went to bed and I stayed up to read and take the late dose of Parasmart.

Neckwarmer class

Saturday

We got up around 8. I had been tossing and turning for quite a while. I did the usual first morning stuff. When I looked in the mirror, it seemed that the dark circles under my eyes are definitely lighter.

I read e-mail for awhile, then Chris gave me a coconut oil massage and we discussed current events. He took a shower and I made breakfast.

At 1:30, we took my sewing stuff to the fellowship hall of the chapel. I set up the machines, and put them on zigzag because our project uses fleece. I took a pic of the notes on the white board, then erased it and wrote new notes for today's class.

Sophia came ahead of her family. I got her started on the neckwarmer. Then the new couple came, and Jenni and the rest of Saronna's kids. I helped her 5yo son sew. But all those layers of fleece were tough to sew through. There were many skipped stitches. I got out the computerized machine, but the touch screen was not working. I got a message from Tonja that she wasn't coming because she got sick after getting her boosters.

I took pics of the kids with their neckwarmers. I switched needles with the PC 8200 and another machine and hoped that other one would sew better.

The new couple helped me pack up while Jenni finished sewing her neckwarmer. We took the machines to my car and talked in the parking lot. It got really cold and we went home.

I made cheese squares for tomorrow. Chris started cooking ground beef and onions. I listened to several episodes that are only up for 24 hours. I read e-mail at the same time.

I jotted note for my blog and made tea. I played a verse, then we sat down to watch episodes of SG1. Afterward, I helped Chris dress the bed in clean sheets. He retired and I stayed up to finish listening.

The Cleaning Party

Friday

Chris got me up at 7:30. I did the usual, and listened to more of the interview from last night.

He packed the cooler (although it was below freezing outside) and we stopped for gaas, then went to Tooele. We shopped at Luckey's and Melanies, though I didn't get much there. Then we went to Macey's and back to base, listening to the book on CD. We stopped at the commissary for a few things, and the post office, then went home. We unloaded the groceries. I made and ate breakfast while listening to the rest of the interview with Dr. Zach Bush. I finished it just before 1. I gathered a few cleaners and went to Heather's old house.

I met Michelle and Jamie there. Deb came and started on the ceiling fans. Heather came and worked in the kitchen with me. I cleaned cupboards and the stove area and took a swipe at the top of the fridge. I cleaned shelves inside the fridge. She gets the award for most stuff behind and under a stove. She thinks her daughter 'dropped' all that stuff back there while cleaning the kitchen.

It was after 4 when I left. Others were already gone and Heather needed to go home. When I got home, Chris asked for help with the squash. I rinsed the seeds and emptied the compost container. I took the afternoon dose of Parasmart. Chris roasted the squash and the seeds. I put on a QnA to listen to as I went through Telegram messages. Michelle invited me over for game night. I heated supper in the toaster oven and minced some fresh and pickled garlic cloves. I ate some roasted seeds with supper. I worked on my blog.

Then around 8, Michelle texted that it was ok to come over for game night. So I told Chris, then took the water container and drove over there. They seemed happy to see me. She took the water container and put it in the kitchen.

The game was already cued up on the screen. She and I sat on the couch and I began to play. Some games were fairly simple to solve, but two were really conundrums. So she looked up the solutions and read them to me. They were not elegant solutions and in one case, did not use all the pieces and balls given.

I quit around 10:45. Casey filled the water container from their new under-the-sink water filter. I thanked them and drove home. Chris was still up. I placed the water on the counter and took another dose of Parasmart. I listened to a little more of Mary and Polly before I went to bed.

Our next project

Thursday

I got up around 8, having awoken earlier and having done some mental programming. I took supplements and brushed and swished. I checked e-mail and listened to episode 12 of the Absolute Healing Series.

I paused it when I remembered that I need to post a sewing announcement today. I looked through my file of sewing projects and chose the neck warmer. Then I looked up the website for instructions. I searched my fabric room for fleece, thinner than what we used for the hats and scarves. I chose a green and a blue and made a neck warmer. I had to piece the green in order to have enough. Then I put it on and took several pics, with a coat and without for the announcement. I posted one to the Dugway community and the Dugway 24/7 pages.

I made and ate breakfast while watching The Highwire. Then I cleaned up my picture file for February, grouping sewing pics by project. I took Parasmart, then went walking at the gym. It was quiet, then Michelle joined me. Afterward, I went home. I started listening to one of the episodes, then my eyes got tired so I sat in the recliner and read some from a book, then took a nap, leaving the video playing.

Chris came home, then left again for a meeting in Tooele. I kept listening, and made supper: ground beef and my leftover baked potato. I read about spices for parasites, then made up more spice mix and green mix, skewing toward spices that parasites don't like.

I started the next episode of Vrevealed, listening as I cleaned up in the kitchen. Then I started two other videos. Chris came home with a pizza. I worked on my blog. I made tea and we watched episodes of SG1. Later he went to bed, and I stayed up to finish a series of interviews that are only available for 24 hours.

A second gopher caught

Wednesday

I got up before 8 for the usual coffee morning routine. I watered the plants and changed the water for cuttings. Then I cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen. I took a shower, and did some vacuuming. I looked up versions of supplements that might match what the kinesiologist recommended.

I took Parasmart. I found 2 packages on the front porch. I stopped at the post office for the mail, then went walking at the gym with Michelle. No one else showed up. After walking, we worked out in the weight rooms and did a little yoga.

I went home, and listened to various interviews. Chris came home briefly, got the next trapped gopher out of the tunnel, and went to Mass. I reset the trap and left the bodies there in case any birds want a gopher popsicle.

He came back about 8, just as I was working on my blog. He said the colonel had asked him to go to the bar and chat. We watched episodes of SG1, finishing the first season. I made a note to go to the library tomorrow.

Afterward, Chris went to bed (because he is getting up early to work out with the colonel), and I stayed up to watch some videos that are only up for 24 hours. I made a Dugway recruitment poster with a pic of a gopher and sent it to Michelle. I took a final dose of Parasmart just before I got ready for bed.

Valentine's Dinner at the club

Tuesday

I got up about 8:30, having not been as awake as yesterday. I did the usual first stuff, then made up three days of new supplements. I sat down to read and listen to tappings, binaural beats, etc. I reset the gopher trap in the compost pile.

Michelle called and wanted me to go to the Ditto Diner and hand out chocolates for Valentine's Day. I couldn't talk her out of it, so I dressed up a little and did some tapping until she arrived.

I followed her to the Ditto Diner. It seemed oddly quiet at 11:15. We set up a whiteboard saying we were residents thanking the workforce. We sat there for almost an hour, chatting on and off. Michelle handed out chocolates with a note to those who came in.

At noon, we packed up and headed back to English Village, which is where the housing is. I went home and made breakfast. I listened to a podcast as I ate. Over 1000 trains derailed last year, most of them carrying hazardous materials. People who derail them using shunts, are usually not caught or are lightly punished. At 2, I took my trombone to Saronna's house. Her kids were back at school. We played some songs and some hymns. Veronica came by with a bag of something. I thanked her for being willing to pass out chocolates at 6am with Michelle at the front gate. Then we played some more and I went home.

I had a few minutes, then took Parasmart, and got ready to walk. I picked up Tonja and we went to the gym. Michelle and Jenni met us. We talked to the staff. They handed out bottles of perfume. I didn't take one because scented things don't agree with me. Then we walked the track. Jenni left early. Later the rest of us went to the command building to pass out more chocolates. Michelle was bound and determined to get rid of her chocolates.

Our last stop was Chris' office. We talked to his assistant for some time. Finally Michelle had to leave. Later Chris stopped by. Then we wrapped it up and went out the front door. I took Tonja home. She had ginger chews and tea to share, but they both had sugar as the first ingredient.

I went to my side of the housing area, and picked up some stones from behind a house that had been torn down. I dropped them off at Ravonna's house, then went home. Chris was waiting at his laptop. I checked the trap in the compost and it had done it's job. I couldn't pull it up, but Chris went out there and got it out of the hole. He said the dead gopher looked well-fed. I put on some make-up and combed my hair. In a few minutes, we headed to the Community Club.

We arrived at our seating time of 6:15, but the 5:30 seating hadn't finished yet. So we walked around and talked to people coming out. Finally we went back in and stood there. We chatted with someone, then were guided to a table right in front of 'Doug', the alien. He was behind a red cloth, hung for that purpose. It was a little drafty. There were spots of light scattered around the room.

Chris poured us some water. The lady asked what drinks we wanted, then remembered to get us a drink menu. When she came to ask how we wanted our steak cooked, I had to remind her of the drinks. A man brought us our meals: steak and shrimp, baked potato and broccoli. He said condiments were coming, but they didn't and I had to ask for them. Waitressing was not her day job, but at least she was well dressed.

Anyway, we enjoyed our meal. It was very tasty. The lady asked what dessert we wanted even before we had made dents in our meals. When we had finished, Chris got his dessert in a to-go box. Jamie came over to give me a hug and we chatted. I talked to Tonja on the way out and Chris chatted with people at another table. Then we took our leftovers and went home.

When we got home, we changed clothes. I worked on my blog and started watching Vrevealed. Then I made tea and we watched episodes of SG1. Later he went to bed, and I stayed up to finish Vrevealed. Then I got ready for bed, doing stretches and a few pelvic floor exercises.

Cleaning the office

Monday

I woke up in the middle of the night. Probably during the liver's repair phase. I couldn't go back to sleep for some time, then I drifted off and slept deeply until 8. Sunlight was streaming into my room and I got up without resisting the cooler air.

I did all the usual things. I clipped the basil, which seems to be wilting now that it is planted in the tower garden. But it isn't dry. I put the stems in water to root. I threw out one of the sugar cane pieces that looked completely dead.

I got online and saw a message from Saronna that she was accepting my offer to use my nebulizer for her two sick kids. So I took it and a bottle of nanosilver over there. The kids were watching TV. We had a nice chat, then I went home again. I swabbed out my ears with hydrogen peroxide just in case I picked up any germs. She really needed her own nebulizer so I looked at nebulizers for sale. I ordered one and an aerosol mask to go with it.

Then it was time for breakfast, so I made that, thinking Chris would be home for lunch any time. I ate while listening to something. I also ate seed crackers and fruit. I got a call about doing a simple clean on a kitchen and bathroom. I agreed to meet the occupant after work.

At 3:15, I took Parasmart and got ready. I drove over to Tonja's house to pick her up for walking. We met Michelle at the gym and walked for the usual half hour. Michelle asked me to help her pass out chocolates at the front gate tomorrow at 6. I told her she had the wrong person. But she called around and was able to find someone to agree. Then Michelle went to talk to the staff and I talked to Tonja for a bit before we went down. Michelle met us there.

She wanted to go to the swap shop to look for a whiteboard to make a sign for tomorrow morning. So the three of us went. We found two bags of stuff someone left outside the swap shop door and brought it in. Michelle got the whiteboard and we left. I took Tonja home.

I almost sat down at my laptop when I remembered Chris' office being dusty. So I took some microfiber cloths and went over there. I dusted the book shelves and the sides of his desk and the chairs and couch. I cleaned the countertop and the sink and faucet. I asked if he wanted me to vacuum and he said no because he wanted his boss to see the effects of cutting back on custodial services. REALLY? NOW he tells me?!

We went home and I sat down for just a few minutes, then got up and went to Steve's apartment. We talked about what he wanted cleaned in the kitchen and bathroom while he was gone. He gave me a key and we chatted. Then I went home.

Chris was making supper so I put something in the microwave for me. I also made a salad and minced fresh garlic. While I ate, I read e-mail. Later I worked on my blog. I made tea, and we watched episodes of SG1. Later Chris went to bed, and I stayed up till 11 to take the third dose of Parasmart, then got ready for bed.

Only the big game today

Sunday

I got up at 8:30, not having slept well. I took the parasite supplement and went back to bed. I got up later to do the usual first things, then sat at my laptop to read e-mail. I listened to a long interview with a man who talked about the history of the WEF, Blackrock, Ukraine, etc. He said giving Ukraine modern tanks will not help them since they don't have the supply chains in place to keep them running. Also China prefers peace to war but anti-China forces want a belligerent China in order to justify their coming attack on China.

I made breakfast and ate it. I washed up and got dressed for church. I put seed crackers in a container and collected my trombone, then went to the chapel. I unlocked the door and went in. I shook out the tablecloth on the snack table to get rid of the crumbs, then put the seed crackers there. I went up front and assembled my trombone. Then I played a hymn on the piano with just the right hand. That's when Michelle and Casey arrived.

We chatted until Diane came. Then I played two hymns on my trombone while the others sang. We talked about submitting to authority for an hour. Then Michelle suggested we say a prayer and go home. So she prayed, then we snacked and went home.

I changed clothes, noting that Chris was in the shower. I read e-mail while he tinkered on his laptop, then went to the gym for the Big Game. For some reason, they couldn't call it the Super Bowl. While he was gone, I watched videos on growing microgreens. Oh, and I watered the plants.

Chris came back before 5. But John had already called the game off. Sigh. We talked to James and Becca who hadn't heard the game was off. Chris made his supper and I heated mine in the toaster oven. Also made a salad. I ate while listening to episode 6 on detoxing.

I worked on my blog then made tea. We watched several episodes of SG1. Chris went to bed, though not immediately. I stayed up to listen to a frequency and some audios.

Hanging pictures in the office

Saturday

I got up around 8. I did the usual first things and took a dose of ParaSmart. I submitted a Swanson's order for stuff the kinesiologist recommended, then did an online chat to add something else.

I read e-mail, then asked Chris for a coconut oil massage. I took a shower and got dressed. He started a load of laundry and went to the office to clean up. I parsed new supplements for the next 3 days, because that's all I had room for in my pill minder.

I made and ate breakfast. I was reading e-mail when I heard the washer beep. I found the whites were really dingy. So I put the not-dingy stuff in the dryer, and re-started the rest with Oxyclean.

Chris called and wanted my help, so I put picture-hanging stuff in a bag and went to his office. I texted Michelle, because she loves this type of stuff. She came over and helped us arrange Chris' award plaques on the wall in anticipation of his boss coming next week. We also did some wiping of surfaces that Chris neglected when he wiped his desk.

She had to leave and we left, too. I took another dose of Parasmart, Chris put sweet potatoes in the oven. I heated some ground beef and potatoes and started a salad. Michelle came over with some screws for hanging a round thing that had no hanger.

Still consuming info through reading and listening, I ate supper, and took notes. Then I worked on blog post for Friday. Chris finished the laundry and put towels in the kitchen. We watched several episodes of SG1. Then Chris warmed up the sheets in the dryer and we dressed the bed. I put my clean clothes away, did my stretches, and went to bed.

Coupons at the company store

Friday

I got up at 8:30. I did the usual ending with brushing and swishing. Chris took a shower and went to the office for a meeting. I listened to This week with Mary and Polly while writing a new supplement schedule. They likened CBDC's to credit at the company store: the company tells you what you can spend it on and when. Kinda like a coupon, there are restrictions.

I worked on the new schedule until noon, then made breakfast. I ate it by the time Chris got back from work. I think he had a bite to eat and then we packed up and went to Tooele.

We shopped at Luckey's, then I walked to Melanie's while Chris checked out. I talked to Melanie and another lady about coming to Dugway to share their talents. Then I talked to a third lady about finding supplements to match the ones the kinesiologist suggested. Some weren't possible. Finally I checked out, paid cash, and went out to find Chris. Then we went to Macey's to shop. They did not have bleach pens so I tried the dollar store, but they didn't have them either.

We went back to the base, discussing in great detail a small mis-communication we had in the store. We stopped at the commissary, then took our food home. Chris put the food away. I made a batch of seed crackers, then heated ground beef and potatoes for supper.

After supper, I went to Michelle's house to play the rubik game. We chatted as she made mushroom soup for freeze-drying. Then I played the game while she and Casey watched and made suggestions. I did well, considering I was up to the HARD category.

Around 11, I won game #15 and quit. But she kept talking. I started falling asleep, so she let me go. I got home just before midnight, and made a hasty blog post for yesterday and went to bed. Chris was still awake, so we didn't exactly fall asleep right away.

Learning from a kinesiologist

Thursday

I slept ok, but was awakened too early but Reveille. Then Chris took a shower and kept blowing his nose. I finally got up after the 7:30 alarm. I did the usual routine, then pulled out my boxes of supplements.

I texted Michelle for advice and she recommended pen and paper. I looked online for a way to record a phone call. Nothing without Google in it. So I decided to use the recorder from Neuroprogrammer. But I could not find N on my laptop. I downloaded a new version, but could not get it to run.

At 9:29 I called the number of the health practitioner. I had to give my credit card number to the receptionist and then wait a few minutes for Ms. Sorensen. I said prayers for a good and informative call. When she answered, she explained that she was doing kinesiology. She went through my body and gave me reports on how each organ was doing. Many got 100%, a few 90%, but liver was 70%. She recommended a few supplements and told me not to take more than that. That will save a bunch of money! She said to check back in 3 months.

I went through her recommendations to weed out what doesn't fit from the breakfast boxes. There were some unaddressed items. I also read some Telegram messages. Then I put on an interview with Dr. Ruby and started making breakfast. It was after 12 when I finished, so I put on The Highwire while I ate. Del interviewed a cardiologist who explained about myocarditiis. Later, he interview two guys with a weight-loss plan. They said it isn't about eating or exercise. It's about how well your metabolism is working.

Later I went walking with Diane and Michelle. After I got home, Michelle came by with a filled jug of water from her water filter. I thanked her and she left. I listened to interviews. Chris came home and made supper, then started a discussion based on snippets he heard from The Highwire during lunch.

I finished supper and he kept at it, then I told him about problems Diane had spending the funds her department was given. We discussed that. I worked on my blog, then made tea. We watched a long movie called something Only the Brave. It was about a team of firefighters that ended up dead, all but one.

Chris went to bed and I stayed up to watch episode 10 of some health summit.

Book Club

Wednesday

I had RLS during the night. I got up to drink tonic water, but it didn't help. I did some stretches, then laid down and suffered for a while till the sensations stopped.

I got up around 8 to start coffee morning. But first I watered the plants, and changed water for the cuttings. After exercises, coffee and meditation, I cleaned the kitchen and then the bathrooms. I cleaned out the vacuum filter and then swept the house. I took a shower and got dressed.

I read e-mail until 2:40. I went to the inspection of the apartment. They found it in good shape. Colly walked with me to the assigned storage shed. The door was locked and there was a truck parked in front of it. The apt key did not fit. But he recognized the truck and said he would ask the owner later why he was parking there.

I went directly to Housing to return the key. Then I went by the post office to pick up mail. But it was all junk mail. It wasn't worth going home, so I went to the gym, arriving just a little too early to walk. I did one circuit in the weight room. Then I found Michelle coming in.

We went upstairs to walk and Diane joined us. We talked about Diane's value to the post and hoping she will stay. After she left, Michelle and I went to the weight room to finish my workout. She talked about wanting to cook food for the colonel when he has guests.

I went home and read e-mail while listening to something. Chris came home from work, then went to Mass. I put on my coat and went to Book Club. I hadn't read the book, but the announcement said you didn't have to. It was at the library. I knew three of the ladies, but not the fourth. They discussed a book on 911. Then they discussed what book to read for next month. Books I suggested got blank stares. I guess my age is showing.

When I got home, Chris was home. I finished a short video that started earlier. Then I jotted notes for my blog. I made tea and we watched an episode of SG1. Then Chris went to bed early and I stayed up to watch videos on growing microgreens, with or without soil, but not as late as usual.

Rats on Welfare

Tuesday

I got up after 8, having slept really well. I could see Chris had gone to work. I could also see that the right rear burner was on. I wondered if I had left it on after making tea last night. After the doing the usual stuff, I sliced up peels for the compost. I read e-mail and listened.

I went to the apartment to check for any remaining dirt. I found a few spots and scrubbed them. I went home for a magic sponge. But the spots I scrubbed with it did not come off. I texted Jamie. She decided to ask for a different agreement because she doesn't like keeping track of how much time she spends cleaning.

I went home and made breakfast. Chris came home for lunch. But then I found him lying on the couch, covered and sleeping. I finished my breakfast and listened to short videos. Chris got up, ate some eggs, and told me he was just tired. Then he went back to work.

At two, I dropped off a check at the post office, then went to Saronna's house with my trombone. I forgot to bring music so we played from her Disney book. Then I went home for a short bit, and sliced up the fruit peels from breakfast. Diane texted and I ran to the gym to walk. Jenni and Michelle joined us.

After the walk, I went home. Jenni followed me and gave me a piece of corrugated cardboard to cut out three monster feet. Then she left. I listened to an interview while I traced and cut out the feet. I put them in my purse for later.

I heated the last of the ground beef and added some potato, and sprouts that I cut off of a sweet potato. While that was in the toaster oven, I minced some pickled garlic (came in the mail) and some fresh garlic. I ate that while listening. Chris came home from work, ready to go to the community meeting. But I was still eating so he went by himself.

When I finished, I went to the community club. Turnout was small and we chatted. Charity went through the stuff she had and I brought up a few things. Then the meeting was over. I chatted with Charity and other people.

I came home and worked on my blog. Then I made tea and watched one episode of SG1 with Chris. He went to bed early. I stayed up to listen to a podcast: In a study, rats wee given unlimited living space and all the food and water they wanted. Their society denigrated. Future generations lost survival skills and the females became vain and asexual. The whole colony died out. People need problems to solve and and to work for survival. On another note, they showed microscope photos of cricket flour. Insect flour contains chitiin, which humans cannot digest. But parasites can use it to protect themselves inside the host.

Cleaning up tossed cookies

Monday

I got up around 8:30, thinking Chris was at work. I drank hydrogen water, brushed and swished, then took Liver Sauce. I discovered Chris sleeping in the living room. He said he could smell the vomit from the bedroom so he had to move. He also said he got up a third time and went to the other bathroom, but it was just dry heaves. I scooped up the chunks in the tub, and wiped it. I threw the bath mats in the washer and cleaned the toilet.

When I turned on my phone, I had a message from Ravonna that she wanted to pick up the gov't key. I texted back to come anytime. I read e-mail until there was a knock at the door. I brought the key and a guy named Tim accepted it and left. A text from Ravonna then told me he was coming. I put the bathmats in the dryer and threw some fabric in the washer, along with my aprons.

It was getting on towards 11. I read more e-mail, learning that many ATM's are closing, probably to transition to a cashless society. Then I started making breakfast. Chris got up for a little while. I ate breakfast while listening to an interview. I looked up videos on shaping eyebrows. Then there was one on dying eyebrows with coco powder and vegetable oil. I smeared some on my eyebrows and had a good laugh at the result. I left it on as long as I could then I had to brush it off to leave the house.

I took a package to the post office to return. Then I went to the library to drop off Jeannie season 5. Then I went to the gym to walk. Michelle was there but she didn't stay. So I walked with Diane and we talked for over half an hour. Finally she went back to work and I went to Housing to schedule an inspection for Wednesday. I went to Saronna's house to pick up Sophia. She had not brought home her math book. So when we got to my house, we decided to clean first. I had her scrub the tub and surrounds. Then I found some books on my math shelf and we flipped through those. I selected some problems of several kinds.

At 5:45 she packed up and I took her home. When I got back, I heated up some ground beef and potatoes and pea soup for supper. I offered Chris some pea soup and he decided to make oatmeal instead. I ate my supper, listening to something from one of the healing summits. I put some probiotic in a bottle of kombucha. Even with no agitation, there was a reaction and I tried to swallow the foam as quickly as I could. Then I worked on my blog.

I made tea and we watched one episode of SG1. Chris was too tired to watch more. He went to bed on the couch and I stayed up to read articles. Then I went and slept in our room.

An epidemic of 'not feeling well'

Sunday

I got up at 9:30. I drank hydrogen water, then brushed and swished. I cleaned up in the kitchen, then listened to an interview with atty Tod Callendar: Almost all injectables now contain hydrogel, including novocaine used by dentists.

I watered the plants, then checked e-mail. Chris made lunch, and I made breakfast, then washed up and got dressed. I took seed crackers and my trombone to the chapel.

I was alone as I unlocked the door and went in. I shook out the tablecloth on the snack table, then put it back on. Then Saronna came with her family and John and Michelle arrived, separately. We chatted first, then Saronna, I and Sophia played two hymns. Sophia played her djimba. Then Randy talked about questions we brought up last Sunday. I submitted something for discussion and we ended up talking about the grid going down. Afterward, we played more hymns and had a prayer and then snacks. Randy had brought some bread baked in a can, and Saronna brought zuchinni bread.

It was after 2 when I got home. I changed into regular clothes. Chris was not gaming because John and Michele were not feeling well. He did not elaborate. So I read e-mail. Then Jamie texted that she was at the apartment, so I went over there to get my cleaners and vacuum. We talked for a bit. Then I went home.

I continued listening to interviews and working online puzzles. I heated ground beef, squash and fingerling potatoes for supper. Jamie came over to return the key (since she finished cleaning) and I gave her her share of the money from the last two apartments. I went back to the laptop. Then around 8 I started working on my blog. I made tea and we watched SG!.

Chris went to bed afterwards and I stayed up to finish a couple of videos. I went to do my stretches about 11:45 and just as I finished, Chris got up and ran to the bathroom, retching. I stood by him for awhile. While he took a shower, I pulled up the bathmats and set them aside. I wiped stuff off the walls and cabinet and side of the toilet.

I laid down and he came back to bed. Later I awoke hearing him go at it again. Then I went back to sleep.

I sewing class

Saturday

I had a hard time sleeping due to the noise outside and the light coming in around the curtain. Then the sounds of people getting ready in the early morning kept me from falling back asleep. When we finally got up, it was after 8. I opened the curtain a little to let more light in. I turned on my phone and saw texts from the ladies who had gone down to breakfast. Chris got dressed and went down while I stayed to pack up. Then I left to go down, but he was standing in the hall talking to Michelle.

He packed, then we carried our stuff down to the lobby. He turned in the key cards and we carried our luggage the rest of the way out and to the car. He sat inside and programmed the GPS, then we were on our way to Dugway.

I ate the rest of the cheese and muffins on the way. We listened to the book on CD, We arrived after 11 and stopped at the post office. There wasn't much. Then we went home and emptied the car. I had a lot of unpacking to do.

Chris gave me a coconut oil massage. We rested, then I took a shower. After that, I made pre-breakfast and added my supplements. I ate that and checked some e-mail. Then I got my stuff together for sewing class. Chris carried the machines to my car while I carried the notions. Then he got in and I drove us to the chapel. He carried the machines in and I unlocked the chapel door and started setting up. Then I realized I had forgotten the batting, so I drove us home and got a bag of it and went back to the chapel.

I finished setting up the machines when a new lady came with her 4yo daughter. She knew something about sewing so I asked her to help her daughter. Then Saronna came with her kids, but her 5yo did not want to sew. I got the girls started with cutting out hearts. Isadora came. She called my pinking shears 'grandma scissors'. Another lady came with her 5yo son. Neither Jenni, Diane, or Tonya came. But it all worked out. Randy worked on a cloak for his wife. Saronna brought me a bag of fabric hearts from another lady, with tags that say if you find it, register it on some website. The girls made extra heart pillows, but did not use the tags. The project was short, but we talked and visited and didn't pack up until 4. They helped me carry out the machines to my car. Then they were off and I went home. Chris carried the machines back into the front hall, where they reside between classes.

I read e-mail trying fruitlessly to catch up. Chris cooked mushrooms for supper and heated up leftovers. After I ate, Terri contacted me and we tried out Skype. She wants to do Bible study together. We just needed Jenni's info.

After the call, I went to Michelle's house to play the Rubik's game. Her husband stayed to watch. Michelle figured out how to get to the site where all the answers were. So when I got really stuck, she gave me clues. I realized that some of the 'answers' were not elegant, and did not use all the pieces provided.

At 11, I quit the game. But she talked to me for another half hour. Then I bundled up and drove home. Chris was already in bed. So I worked on my blog and then joined him after midnight. * Isadora made a double heart. *

The Awards Ceremony

Friday

I got up, having slept fairly well. I checked my list, then took liver sauce, brushed and swished. I packed a carryon with underwear, jewelry, makeup, and supplements. I packed some food and water for the trip. I showered and got dressed. I searched my laptop for pics of me with a good haircut. Michelle texted me that she was here, so I quickly packed up my laptop. I carried out the dress and the carryon and water.

She was driving with her family in the back and had me sit in the passenger side seat. She talked all the way to Salt Lake City. Then she followed the GPS to the beauty academy. We waited for a parking space, then parked. We were early. She and I and her daughter went inside while Casey and Cedric drove off.

We three checked in and had to sign a waiver. Then we sat down. A lady came to get me and seated me in a barber's chair. Her instructor came over to talk about what I wanted. I showed them a pic of me at the Navy Ball, but the haircut didn't really show. So I described it as best I could remember. The instructor gave the student very specific directions and demonstrated each part. The student admitted that she liked barbaring with clippers better. I wondered if she had done female haircuts before. It took a long time, plus having the instructor verifiy the cut at regular intervals.

After the haircut, I asked if I could get a manicure. So I sat with Michelle, who was getting an elaborate hairstyle until another student was ready. Then the student washed my nails, shaped them, addressed the cuticles, massaged my hands, then applied a clear polish. I went to pay for the services, then sat and talked to Michelle who was getting her nails done.

She called Casey and he showed up later. He let me get some cheese squares out of my luggage. He talked to Michelle while I ate. Then he drove to the hotel to check in. I was able to check in as well. Later he and Cedric and I walked to Hobby Lobby. I looked at fabric. Then they left to pick up Michelle. I walked around, choosing fabrics that caught my eye, but hoping for Valentine fabric. Nope. I found some dark blue filmy stuff for a wrap. Then I had the fabrics cut. That's when Michelle arrived with Isodora. We looked for a clutch for her. Then she ran to Ross to look. As I was paying for the fabric, Chris called to say he was at the hotel and needed the key card to get into our room So she and I left the store and found her father in his car. We got in and he drove past Ross to pick up Michelle, and soon we were back at the hotel.

I met Jenni as I walked in, and said hi. Then I saw Chris. We went up to our room. He set my laptop on the desk and got his out. He asked for the password and I didn't know. So I went down to the front desk and they said it wasn't needed. So I came back up and got online. Soon Chris was on as well. I deleted a bunch of e-mail, then started reading. I worked on my blog. I took my daily supplements. I realized I didn't have any of my EMF-mitigating necklaces. Apparently I didn't put them on after the shower.

Jenni invited me to her room to give advice on ironing her dress. Then I went back to my room to iron my dress and the shimmery fabric I bought. Michelle came by and wanted to see my dress. So I put it on. She recommended the blue fabric as a wrap and we went to Jenni's room and put on make-up. When I got back, I put on the underclothes and shoes that go with the dress. Then we bundled up and headed out.

Chris drove us to the venue. We stood in a long line to sign in. All my friends were ahead of us in line. When we finally signed in, we were directed to table 4. There were name tags to tell us where to sit. Then a bunch of people stood up and spoke, giving toasts, etc. Finally we were given the go-ahead to eat. So we ate the salad in front of us. Then waiters brought a plated meal, consisting of mashed potatoes, beef, chicken, one piece of broccoli, and one cauliflower. Dessert was already on the table. Some people got cheesecake and some got big chocolate chip brownies.

There was a long awards ceremony where people had to come up on stage, accept a medal, and receive a paper or plaque. They had to shake hands with about 6 or 7 officials, including Chris, and get their picture taken. I tried to sit up straight and look attentive the whole time.

At the end, the line of men sat down and someone said some closing words. Then the talking and music started. Chris introduced me to folks. I talked to people at our table, then others around. Diane wanted a pic with me. I wanted a pic of all the ladies who wore ball gowns: only about 8. The rest wore various attire from nice dresses to shirt and jeans.

I invited Chris to dance and then at least one other couple did. My friends trickled out after that and I got caught in conversations. So we didn't leave until 9:30. We got back to the hotel and I changed into my bathing suit. I joined Michelle and Jenni in the hot tub. We were in for close to an hour. We got out, and I slipped on the wet tile, but wasn't hurt. I went up to our room to make tea, but there was only coffee. So I went down to the lobby and they only had black tea. So I went back to the room and looked at e-mail for awhile, and jotted notes for my blog. Then I put my computer to sleep and Chris did his as well. He went to bed and I turned off the lights and went around covering the tiny lights that show on the computers, before doing stretches and crawling under the covers.

* I forgot to mention that some people went around collecting the uneaten desserts to take home *

The day before

Thursday

I heard the 7:30 alarm and did not get up right away. The next alarm I heard was the 8:30 alarm so maybe I fell back asleep? I got up and took the Liver Sauce, then brushed and swished and got dressed. I called the beauty school, and all I got was a message to expect a text with a link to make an appointment online. The text came. I had to type it into my computer, then I was able to navigate the site. But after choosing the type of service and time, it told me to log into Vegaro (or something like that). I texted Michelle and somehow she took care of it.

I listened to a talk with Dr. Andrew Huff, whistleblower from EcoHealth Alliance. He said Moderna filed a patent in 2016 which matches the unique characteristics of the wild circulating virus from 2020.

I went through my fabric looking for scraps for sleeves for the gown I made in 2016. No sleeves and no leftover fabric. I went through my closet pulling out dresses that might work for Tiffany, and coordinating jewelry. I sent her some pics. Then I made breakfast and ate it while watching The Highwire: modern vaccines prevent symptoms, but not colonization or transmission. So you spread it because you don't know you have it.

At three, I put on my shoes. I went to Housing to turn in the apartment key. Then I went to the swap shop. I talked to Tonja for a bit then realized it was after 3:30. I jumped in my car and ran to the gym. I brought the dresses in for Tiffany to see. She took them in the bathroom and tried them on, but they didn't do anything for her. She did want to borrow the black and gold scarf.

Michelle came and she and I walked the track. At first she was on the phone with Revonna so we didn't talk. But then she hung up and talked to me the rest of the time. Just before 5, I picked up my freeze-dried pomegranate peels from her car and went home.

I intended to go to the library, but forgot in all the busyness. I whipped up cheese squares, then a batch of muffins, followed by seed crackers. Gotta have food for tomorrow.

I listened to different things as I heated ground beef, squash, and potatoes for supper. I also minced the last of the pickled garlic.

At 8 I started working on my blog. Then I made tea and we watched two episodes of SG1. Then Chris went to bed while I tried to think of everything I needed to pack for the overnight trip. I read my blog from October 2016 to see what I needed then. It did not tell me if I had cut out sleeves or not. I was reminded that I had borrowed a black wrap from Dynee so I won't find it in my closet.

A wider zipper won't help

Wednesday

I woke up early, hearing Chris take his shower. I stayed in bed until after he left. I got up to start coffee morning. I started with the new supplement. I also watered the plants. I did the exercises, etc. After tapping and meditating, I started cleaning the bathrooms. Chris came home from work for lunch. CJ came by with a dozen eggs. I cleaned the kitchen and washed dishes. Chris filled my car with gas, then went back to work.

I took a shower. I looked for what little makeup I have in preparation for the 'awards ceremony', and tried it on. I turned on my phone to check messages, I also checked messages on my laptop. Then I went to the previous apartment. I met the inspectors, and let them in. They looked around, took note of the appliance numbers. I told them what I found needed fixing, then signed the papers.

Then I went to the gym, hoping to get in an early workout. But Tiffany was there with her dress for the awards ceremony. She thought it needed a new zipper, but the problem was that there wasn't enough fabric to go around her rib cage. I had brought some zippers to try, but a wider zipper tape wasn't going to do it. We talked about other options. I told her to bring the larger size tomorrow and I would bring a dress I made but didn't wear.

Then it was time to walk. Michelle and I joined Jenni who was already walking. We talked about Pastor Chris coming on Sunday as Michelle's guest. They thought it was a good idea, but I was pretty sure my Chris wouldn't like it.

After Jenni left, Michelle and I went to work out. She had me change my routine a little. We discussed going to Salt Lake City to get our hair done before the 'awards ceremony'. Basically it is a Dugway Ball, but to get funds, we have to make it an awards ceremony.

She and I talked outside the gym until almost 5. Then I jumped in my car to go home before the music sounded. I picked up the key to my most recent apartment, and headed over. I put vinegar-soaked towels in the toilet and then worked in the kitchen. More of those #$%^ grease spots on the walls and floors! I cleaned behind the stove and the fridge and pushed them back in place. I scrubbed parts of the walls and doors, then went home.

I expected Chris to be home from Mass, but he wasn't. I read e-mail and listened to an episode from a summit series. It was after 8:30 when he got home. He had a bag of stuff from the commander for the swap shop. I told him what Michelle told me and he said it is illegal for someone to provide services to the federal government without compensation. Sigh. Unless the wife of the garrison manager does it, then it's ok.

He changed clothes and made his supper. I worked on my blog and made tea. Then we watched SG1. Chris went to bed, and I stayed up to finish listening to an episode.

Ironing fabrics

Tuesday

I got up around 8, having woken from a dream. I did the usual, and took a new supplement called Liver Sauce. 30 minutes later, I took the second part which is comprised of binders. I put fabric and towels in the washer. I worked on an order from Azure Standard. I tried to call them but could only leave a message. I made an appointment with a health care person who Michelle had gone to.

At 10 I went cleaning. I worked on the stove, then pulled it forward to clean behind it. Azure Standard called me back, and I was able to finish the order. I cleaned until noon, then went home to make breakfast.

I ate while watching the first episode of the Absolute Healing series. I also watched a short video of segments where former IRS agents explain how they had to resign when they discovered that there is no law requiring the average worker in the private sector to pay income tax. Chris sent me the weather forecast: the low tomorrow is -3

I watched Telegram videos and read the messages. I went walking with Diane and Michelle. Jenni stayed home because her husband has tested positive for covid. I went to the post office, then went home.

I listened to interviews while I ironed the fabrics. Chris came home for work and started cooking ground beef. He said his car said it was -1F this morning. I heated the last of the steak with more squash. After that, I made a salad with the remaining ingredients.

I worked on my blog, then made tea and practiced my trombone. We watched two episodes of Stargate SG1. Then Chris went to bed. I took melatonin and stayed up to listen to interviews.
