Cleaning hard water spots, or not

Tuesday

Tuesday

I got up around 8, having slept ok. I juiced the onion stems that I cooked yesterday. I completed the morning list by watering the outdoor plants.

I cleaned for 1.5 hours, then went home for fiber gel. I made up more supplements, then made and ate breakfast. A guy came to treat for gophers. I read e-mail, then read a book outside.

At 2:15 I went back to finish cleaning. The gopher guy happened to be there to spray the weeds growing in the rocks. It took me 45 minutes to finish the house and a bit of the yard. The trimmer stopped working.

I went to Housing to schedule an inspection but no one was available. So I went to 206 to clean floors. Steve came over and insisted I take another $10 for cleaning his toilet ring. He also wanted me to stop by the gym. Then Housing called me and I was able to schedule the inspection for 15 minutes from then. I mopped the floors, then headed up the hill. They were already there and taking pics. But they were not happy with the hard water marks on the shower door. We discussed CLR. I promised to clean the door and we signed the papers.

Jack and Bobby met me at 206. I pulled the glass shelf out of that fridge and we walked over to 212. However, it was now occupied. So Bobby figured out who it was and texted him to see if we could go in. He texted yes, so she opened the door. Jack pulled out the damaged shelf and I slid in the newly cleaned one. We transferred the food from the old meat drawer to the new one, and left.

I went back to 206 to get my bottle of CLR. I went up the hill to clean the shower door. After 3 applications, I didn't think it was going to work. Michelle called me from Germany. She had a question for Chris and I told her he was in Florida. She offered to let me use her Pink Stuff to clean the shower door. She hung up to call Chris. I went home to get a bottle of something called Porcelain Brite. I tried that twice. The door was better, but the water spots could still be seen.

I went home to heat and eat leftovers for supper. Then I went to the gym to pick up money from Steve. I hurried to the chapel to unlock the door for Bible Study. We sat and chatted in case others were coming. Then we read through chapter 29 and started discussing it. Eryne showed up and we continued to discuss. We also wrote a prayer list and prayed for everyone on it. Chris called during the study, but hung up when I told him where I was.

After the study, I left and went home. I made a bottle of tea and went to Casey's house to play Indiana Jones. Casey was not happy because of some online class they were making him take. He started the computer and I loaded the game. We chatted a bit as I completed the three things I had set out to do. Happily, I was able to complete a 4th thing by jumping on a truck and getting into the compound. I was able to save it just before Indiana got shot dead.

It was 10pm, so I thanked Casey and went home. I checked e-mail and messages. I finished a video of a French biostatistician who went through the trial data for Pfizer and said it proved neither safety nor efficacy for the vaccine.

I posted to my blog and Michelle texted me some more. Then I jotted notes about today and got ready for bed.
