Wednesday
I got up at 7:30, no RLS. Have I finally beaten it? I got ready for meditation morning with the usual exercises and red light exposure. Then I did four rounds of meditation. I cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen. I vacuumed the carpeted rooms. I painted the end of the vacuum wire and left it to dry.
I prepared the steam tent and sweated for 20 minutes. I showered and cleaned up. I wanted to lay down for awhile, but the wind was blowing and I had to put the tumbleweeds in the dumpster that arrived this morning. So I went out and found the wind had blown the tumble weeds back where they came from. Sigh. I started picking them up and my back began to hurt a lot. So I took some curcumin and laid down for a bit, then got up and put on a back brace. I also got a reacher so I wouldn't have to bend down. In spite of the discomfort, I picked up all the tumbleweeds I could find and threw them in the dumpster. I also picked up the pile of sticks and threw them in as well. There were more sticks from the wind blowing the trees, but I'd had enough.
I got my book and read till I finished it. Then I ate 5 kinds of yogurt and made egg salad. Chris came home from work. We talked. Then I went to the post office for mail, and to the gym to return Steve's mended glove. He talked to me for half an hour, then I slipped out. I stopped at the chapel to get a sewing machine cord and I went home.
I plugged the cord into the new machine and put it through its paces. It worked well. Too bad it came without a cord.
I read through my Telegram messages, wishing the print were larger. I worked on my blog. I mowed where I had raked, plus the strip down the street and then the bit of the other side yard that was left from last time.
I made tea and we watched one episode of Criminal Minds. Michelle stopped by during for the swap shop key to drop off stuff from a neighbor. 15 minutes later, she came back with the key. After the program, I figured up what each person gets paid for cleaning and told Michelle how much goes to Isadora. I iced my arm while reading online. Chris went to bed, and later so did I.
