Cleaning the apartment

I was up by 7:30 with no RLS. I prepared for coffee morning with exercise and supplements and my PEMF mat. After meditation and tapping, I began cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen. I did some vacuuming. Then I read outside in the fickle sun.

Afterward, I checked e-mail, and then used the steam sauna at the 2.5 hour mark after taking niacin. I ate yogurt and egg salad.

I put cleaners in a bucket and went to Housing to get a key. I went to the apartment to get greasy things soaking and the toilet ring covered in vinegar. Then I went home for a vacuum and the stepstool. I went back to clean. Isadora came at 6 to clean the bathroom. It took her almost two hours. I went home to get her a mop and electric scrubber. I broke a glass shelf from the fridge trying to separate it from the frame. I tried to clean it up, but lots of little pieces went down the drains. I left the sink and worked on other things while Isadora finished up.

We left at 8. She did not want a ride home. I went home and saw Rod and Dale were still there, talking to Chris about Rod getting fired for little or no reason. I got caught in the conversation. It went till after 9.

After they left, I asked Chris to go over my arms with tape to pick out any tiny pieces of glass. He made supper and I worked on my blog. Later I made tea and we watched Criminal Minds. Then I got dressed for bed. I read through most Telegram messages, ate a bite of yogurt and went to bed.
