Tuesday
I got up at 7:30. I got ready for the day. I checked my ferments and rinsed the sprouts. I did squats, practiced, etc. I took the dishes out of the dishwasher, and folded little steam towels from the dryer. I steamed in the sauna for 20 minutes while drinking hot water. Then I cleaned up and took a shower.
I steamed two batches of eggs. I made and ate breakfast. I finished the days tapping videos. I tasted most of the ferments.
At 2, I went to Saronna's house to practice. I took her some whey and the pepper stem yogurt. We played and both her sons wanted to drum along. So they did, although not necessarily on beat.
Afterward, I stopped at post office, then went home. I took a 5 gallon bucket and a rake to the garden. I raked up some wet leaves for my compost pile. I also raked leaves from the pathway over my garden. I could see hay and piles of dirt in each plot (except the 4 at the end). I went to the gym to ask about that and nobody knew what the dirt was. But Steve said Trevor got the bale of hay. Steve talked about other things too and finally I left.
I went home and ate fiber gel. I read online. Chris came home from work. I went to the chapel for bells practice and sat in my car till Michele and John arrived. Elizabeth didn't come so I call Saronna and she was able to run over to help. The four of us practiced Lord of the Dance.
Later we packed up and John put the bell cases away. They left and I stayed to put everything else away. Then I went home. I talked to Chris. I put supper in the toaster oven. I watched a video on making vinegar and one on growing mushrooms in boxes. I ate supper.
I listened to the first video of Day 9. I worked on my blog. I made tea, which smelled like roses. (I couldn't find loose leaf chamomile tea, so I got a blend that has chamomile in it. Not a fan of drinking what smells like potpourri). We watched an episode of Criminal Minds. I watched another Day 9 video and went to bed.

While
I was reading, Michelle called, saying she wanted to get into the
Keetch room to set up her version of a charcuterie board –
individual cups with a small bowl on top of each. It wouldn't be
transportable so she wanted to assemble it on site. I borrowed a key
and let her in. We chatted just a bit in the kitchen and then her
husband shouted boo from the room. I about hit the ceiling. They
laughed so hard. So after that I had to go home and change.
