Demonstrating the cheese square process

 

Saturday

I got up at 8:30 when Chris left for Mass. I made fiber gel, etc. I did my squats and practiced. I washed dishes and utensils from last night. I finished my Facebook announcement for Project Night. I reviewed the game video to see where I got stuck and what I needed to do.

I realized I hadn't posted to my blog last night, so I had some catching up to do. While I was recreating yesterday, Chris came home from Mass and prepared a duck and put it in the oven. Then he gave me a coconut oil massage, and I took a shower.

I peeled all the hard boiled eggs and put them in a beet pickling brine. I steamed 3 more batches of eggs in prep for International Food night. I made and ate breakfast. I read e-mail and messages.

Before 2, I took some dusting cloths and drove off to Tina's house. We talked for a bit, then I finished dusting the books and bookcases on the right side of her hallway. I started on the left side. When 4pm came, I vacuumed the carpet of all the freed up dust.

She paid me and I went back to base. I dropped some brooms off at the swap shop, then delivered an envelop to Davis. I went home and listened to some of Day 4 Tapping audios, but they were taken down at 5:55. So I started on Day 5.

Michele and John came over for dinner after 6. We ate duck and onions and rice. Then I ran to the chapel for Project Night. Jenni followed me in. She got out a sewing machine to use. Anca came and we talked for awhile in case anyone else might come. Casey and Cedric came.

Then I instructed Anca in how to make cheese squares in the kitchen. She had all the ingredients and she did the work. We talked while they baked. Then we joined the others while the cheese cooled. Michele and John had arrived. And Jenni had six machines out. After chatting, Anca cut up the cheese squares and offered them to us. She and her daughter took the rest home.

I worked on removing an embroidered logo from a shirt that Jenni brought it. It was much harded than I expected. John and Michele left. Later Casey and Cedric left. Jenni and Michelle helped me clean up all the machines that Jenni got out in order to find one she could work with. Then we turned off the lights, locked the doors and went home.

I made tea and Chris watched Criminal Minds with me. Then we retired to our laptops. I listened to a podcast. Chris went to bed. I finished the podcast, then typed up today. I went to bed.
