Rod is back!

Sunday

I got up early to use the bathroom, noticed my back tried to spasm, and went back to bed, wondering if I had slept wrong. I got up at 8, took supplements and added to my write-up of yesterday. I practiced. I peeled more eggs and made another jar of pickled eggs. I opened the jar of pickles that Jamie gave me, but when I tasted them, there was a flavor in there that I didn't want for a pickled egg, so I did not use that brine.

I made a week's worth of supplements, then prepared an order for more supplements. I watched a video on making vinegar from pineapple rind. I made breakfast and ate while listening to a tapping audio. Then I got dressed for church.

I took cheese squares and a bottle of water to the chapel. I put cheese squares in the back, then went up front to assemble my trombone. I chatted with to people, then I saw Rod walk in and welcomed him back. He sat beside me when the service started. There were three praise songs (but no Keli to sing them). Then Rod was invited up and he thanked the congregation for the card we signed last week. After that, the chaplain gave us an overview of the book of Ecclesiastes. The band played two hymns and then the chaplain held Communion. Afterward, we all talked and ate cheese squares.

I went to the gym to turn on the sauna. I went home to change clothes and listen to more of the Tapping audio for today. Then I put on my bathing suit and put hot water in some bottles. I went to the gym and got in the sauna. Jenni joined me. We talked and later Eryne came in. I think drinking hot water helped start the sweating. But it took awhile because the sauna, for some reason, wasn't very hot.

At 4:30 we called it quits. I showered, dried off and re-dressed. Eryne followed me to the swap shop where she picked up the tubs she had left and regretted. We talked about thinning out the clothing sometime, and about having a Mother's Day tea party. Then we went home.

I hung up my wet stuff. Chris had supper waiting for me. I listened to the last few minutes of the tapping audio, then signed into the game. In the game, we spent a week or so buying new spells and getting armor repaired. Then we were attacked, so we fought back. My character got hit so hard she had -30 hit points. I thought she was dead, but the GM had an NPC bring her back to life, just barely. The last bad guy died (or rather the bad ghost evaporated) and I rolled several times to heal everyone. Then we ended the game til next week.

I called Michelle back. She told me about a public toilet that wasn't working so I passed her off to Chris. Then she told me another story, but I don't remember it now. I worked on my blog. I made tea. We watched an episode of Criminal Minds. I spent an hour on VMIS logging my community volunteer hours. I put out money for milk and eggs, then went to bed.
