Making yogurt fresh from the package

Wednesday

I got up after 8, trying to sleep late because I woke up early. Actually, I didn't get much sleep at all due to an unusually persistent case of RLS. And the CD got stuck again.

After the usual coffee morning, I put laundry in the washer.  I cleaned both bathrooms and the kitchen.  I washed dishes, vacuumed and mopped floors. I had planded on mowing, but then it rained.

I read e-mail and messages, then sat in the steam sauna for 20 minutes.  I took a shower, made a vit C cream and applied it to my face.  While it dried, I checked Facebook.  I got dressed, mixed some yogurts and added leucine and pumpkin seeds.  Later I folded laundry and put it away.

I went to the library to get more copies of music for bells, and to return the book which was falling apart. Melissa thought she could fix it.  When I got home, I researched supplements and put together an order. I mixed up a new batch of reuteri yogurt, put it in the yogurt maker. I called Chris and we talked for a few minutes, then he went to bed.

I made tea and listened to a podcast on think tanks. I worked on my blog. I watched an episode of Call the Midwife. I got ready for bed and removed the mirrors from the bedroom. I put on the next CD. This time the player was in the bathroom so it was a little quieter. Then I went to bed and slept rather well between visits to the bathroom.
