Friday
I got up about 7:45. Chris was getting ready to go to the office. I did the usual first of the morning things. I made yarrow tea. Then I got dressed and went to Math Morning.
I unlocked the chapel. The kids came without any math books, but they had two math games. One was like scrabble but you have to make equations rather than words. I thought it was fun but I am not sure they did.
When I got home, I drank the yarrow tea and went in the sauna for 20 minutes. I took a shower and cleaned up. I ate fiber gel then laid in the sun – it felt so good I nearly fell asleep!
I made and ate breakfast. I made a grocery list. We went to the commissary for most of it. But they didn't have corned beef. So then we went to Tooele. Chris shopped for the beef while I went to Melanie's. They were having a detox special. I got an ionic foot soak for 30minutes. Then I made a detox tea mix from a selection they had laid out. Then I got 10 minutes with Melanie who is a master herbalist. She told me about a spike protein antibody test and also an eye wash with cayenne in it that helps vision by increasing circulation.
When we got home, I laid down. Later, I checked e-mail. I put supper in the oven. While I was eating, Angelina texted me about opening the swap shop. So I went there and cleaned it up a little. Then she showed up and looked through clothing. We talked. She left with a pile of clothes and I went home.
I made two more jars of yogurt and put them in the dehydrator to cure. I ate some yogurt and had to run to the bathroom. I got ready for Game Night and jotted notes for my blog. I prepared a yogurt starter to bring along.
When I got there, Casey was still at work. So Cedric put the game up. I had notes from watching gameplay, but doing what they did didn't work. Michelle called up a walkthrough on her phone. I watched it, then did the same thing. But it still didn't work. We chatted and I got frustrated. Finally I felt I had tried everything, so I quit that game and started one called Dr. Brain's Castle. I had played it before so I knew I could do it, even if it was hard. Michelle seemed to like it too. But it was after 11, so I saved it. She showed me her back yard. She gave me some kombucha that was too vinegary for her, but I thought it was great.
I went home and found Chris asleep. So I got ready for bed and joined him.
