Thursday
I woke up before 7:30 hearing Chris get ready for work. I'd thought he'd left, but then he came back to change his suit because his pants split while he was scraping the windshield. He dismissed the idea that he needs bigger pants.
I got ready for the day, practiced, etc. I went to Bible study at 9. It went long and there was lots of chatting afterward. I told them about the best two nights of sleep I got from the b.l.1714 supplement.
When I got home, ate some of each ferment. I read e-mail for awhile. I ate half of the fiber gel, then read more e-mail till noon. I made breakfast and put on the Highwire.
Afterward, I looked for a sewing project and made a stuffed shamrock. I took pictures and posted them. I walked to the post office to pick up the mail. I finished the last tapping meditations.
Chris came home from work with a pizza. I heated supper in toaster oven. I found small cups to freeze yogurt starter, and I ordered them. I also looked at disposable 2oz cups but didn't order any. I worked on blog, then made tea. We watched TV. I read messages, then got ready for bed.
