Writing up rules

Wednesday

When I got up, I brushed my teeth. I harvested yogurt for starters and put them in the fridge. I prepared for coffee morning with exercises and supplements. After meditating and tapping, I cleaned the bathrooms and mopped their floors. I took some niacin and cleaned the kitchen and washed dishes. I mopped and vacuumed. I checked messages.

At 2:30, I prepared the sauna and hot yarrow tea. I steamed for 20 minutes, then cleaned up and took a shower. As the water flowed over my head, I thought about all the things that should go into the garden rules. So when I got out, I wrote them down.

I made egg salad, then went to Housing to track down the guy who wanted a quote. I ate yogurt with frozen blueberries. I wondered if the coldness froze the microbes. Chris came home from work. He said they were finalizing their document on garden rules and to send mine to his deputy. So I did.

Steve called about picking up compost this weekend. I thought he said he would lend me a truck so I went to the gym to make sure he understood that I can't drive a big truck safely. We talked about the readiness of the compost and other garden issues.

Then I went home to hydrate. I talked to Chris about the EMS vehicles I saw by the school, but he didn't know what was up. So I called Michelle and she overheard that they were checking out a gas leak.

I went to the school. I walked with the ladies and we ran in to John and Michele. So they walked with us. After the post-walk chat, I came home and worked on my blog. Then I made tea and we watched TV. After that, I spent some time online looking up stuff and finally went to bed after 11.
