New craft project - stands

Tuesday

I got up at 8:30. I did all the things I have decided to start each day with. I stirred the pineapple vinegar and checked my ferments. I added more milk to some and put some in the fridge. I read e-mail and messages. I started a ferment of l. reuteri in coconut milk for Michelle.

I tried on a pair of pants from last night. I decided to baste it even smaller. I made two bottles of yarrow tea, then drank one. I got in the sauna for 20 minutes. I think I did sweat more this time. When I got out, I cleaned up and took a shower and hung up the wet wash cloths.

I ate fiber gel, then read outside in the sun. I made and ate breakfast. I checked e-mail. Saronna messaged me that she wasn't feeling well. I peeled more eggs for pickling. Chris said he wanted to make quiche for same event.

I walked to the post office to get the mail, then walked home. I tasted some of the SBO ferment. It smelled bad, but tasted ok.

I listened to several audios by James Corbett, and nearly fell asleep. Chris came home, heated soup on the stove for me. I placed a mirror on the shelf in front of me so I can look out the window easily to rest my eyes. I ate supper, then put on an episode of Beyond the Diagnosis. As I listened, I read posts of OneGoodThing and played the Wordle game at the end of each.

I worked on a wish list of items for chapel to buy. I looked into making table top stands for bells music and decided a black display board would make 4 nice ones. I had to order it from WalMart. Sigh.

I worked on my blog. I made tea. We watched the last episode of Season 7. It went twice as long as normal. Then I watered the tower garden and we got ready for bed.  I did not sleep well.
