Tuesday
I got up soon after 7:30. I got ready for the day. I watered the plants and checked the ferments. I started one for Saronna. I exercised, and put stuff away. I prepared yarrow tea and used the sauna. Then I took a shower. I checked e-mail and ate fiber gel. I watched sewing videos.
I got a call for a quote so I ran over there to meet her on Mustang. While I was examining the house, my phone rang. Someone else wanted a quote too, so I told them I'd be there in a few minutes. I gave the first quote and said I'd like to clean it before she left so she could take it to inspection. She said she'd call me tomorrow.
Then I went to the other house. They were in the process of moving out. I walked around and noticed lots of dirty things. I quoted them $550 including the yard. They thought that was a good price.
When I got home, I laid in the sun for awhile, then made and ate breakfast. Saronna texted that she was unable to play. So I kept reading e-mail and articles. Then I delivered some yogurt to her on my way to the library. I found a book by Dean Koontz, but not the one I was looking for. Still, I checked it out.
When I got home, I made some mango ice cream (frozen mango and coconut milk). After I ate it, I made some more to keep in the freezer. I put frozen watermelon on my arm. I read online for awhile. I rubbed DMSO on my arm and continued to read.
Chris came home from work. He pulled oxtails from the oven (they had been slow-roasting all day). I ate that for supper. At 7, I went to Rod's house to take pics of stuff he wants to sell. We talked for an hour. On my way home, I went by Jenni's house to see if she wanted to walk, but she wasn't home.
When I got home, Chris apologized for the oxtails being so blackened. But I thought they were ok. I checked messages and worked on my blog. My wrist was hurting so I put on the wrist guard. We watched an episode of Criminal Minds, then I watched an episode of Call the Midwife, season 13. After that, I got ready for bed, still wearing wrist guard.
