Thursday
I got up at 7:35. I took supplements, drank hydrogen water, and went out to start the sprinklers. I watered all the potted plants. I moved the sprinklers. I checked messages. I moved the sprinklers again.
I went to the ACS birthday celebration. At Summer's suggestion, I took flyers for my events to put on the FRG table. I talked to people here and there. I picked up a few things from the tables of organizations handing out swag and info. I sat with Jenni in the grass outside. I played in the bouncy house when I found out there was no age limit. I went inside to witness the cake-cutting.
On the way home, I stopped at the post office. I picked up a package and took it home. I ate fiber gel, then worked on a new batch of breakfast mix. Then at noon, the doctor called to go over my bloodwork results. I was surprised because the appointment is scheduled for tomorrow. But he insisted that his staff contacted me to change the appointment for today. So I put down what I was doing and we talked about the results. It was nothing important so I didn't understand why his staff insisted that I talk to the doctor.
I made breakfast and ate it while watching The Highwire. I put on the Kaatsu bands and did two sessions with arms and then with legs. I put on my suit and laid out in the sun for 15 minutes. Then I worked on dividing up payments for cleaning. I made up an envelop for John and one for Jamie.
Steve came over with coffee grounds that he picked up in Tooele. I put them by the iris bed. I went to the library to check out videos to watch. I stayed to talk to Melissa. When I got home, I found a dozen eggs on the front porch.
I read messages, and watched videos posted on Telegram. I ate fiber gel then worked on my blog. I re-posted for Paint Night and Project Night. I made and ate a salad. Then I made tea. We watched two episodes of A Fine Romance. We read a chapter from the devotional book and answered the questions at the end as best we could. He went to bed, but I stayed up to order supplements.
** It would have been Dad's 88th birthday **
