The cat comes home

Sunday

I got up about 8. I took charcoal and brushed my teeth. I read a chapter or so from Kennedy's book. I listened to Pastor Chris preach from Revelations 12. The recording was so faint that I had to use earphones to hear it, even with the sound turned all the way up. As it played, I sipped C water at 1 minute intervals.

I got some ruffle yarn and watched a video on how to crochet with a hook or your fingers. But my fingers did not fit the yarn so I had to opt for the hook. I only found one in my sewing room. (I'll bet Jenni has more.) It was much easier that way. I made another batch of C water with lemon juice and drank again at intervals.

I made breakfast. I watched videos about tinnitus. One cause is clenching of the jaw. I did not pass the 'ah' test for the palantini muscle - which is a sign of upper cervical instability and can cause tinnitis.

I changed my clothes and shoes. I went to the gym to meet Diane. We worked out on the machines. When I got home, I moved the stuff in front of the garage door to the inside. I cleaned up in the kitchen. I swept up dried carrot fronds, and listened to several videos.

I had leftovers for supper. I downloaded pics from my phone. It took me a while to crop them all. I posted to my blog, and made tea. I watched Columbo, and looked up some of the actors. I put the bedroom back the way it was, then read articles until Chris came home. It was almost midnight. Soon after we retired for the night.

Finishing up the mending

Saturday

I went to bed quite late, woke up early but went back to sleep. I got up around 8. I read from the book about Fauci. After a while, I switched to reading e-mail. I took a shower, dressed, and started laundry.

I made breakfast. I listened to Dr. Ruby say there are studies of tumor suppression in mice with ivermectin. Ukraine ports shutting down makes supply chain shortages worse. Missiles were fired on grain ships coming out of the ports.

I opened my new phone and turned it on. I wanted to use it to take pics, but first I had to agree to all sorts of privacy invasions and data collection procedures - including their right to send things like my signature and bank account numbers to third party participants for business purposes. (And that is why I will never enter a bank or credit card number on my phone.)

I watched a video of a man who took two identical phones, one on airplane mode, on a trip around the city and to historical locations. Neither phone had a sim card or was connected to an account. Yet once he hooked them to a network, both sent a lot of info straight to Google, telling them where the phone had been and whether the person was in a car or walking. Probably other stuff, too. But that was alarming enough. An article on biometric data stressed the importance of protecting it because you cannot change your fingerprint if stolen like you would change your password. Run your computer as a non-admin user. Enable Windows Defender. Regularly do a factory reset to get rid of malware.

Bondsforthewin.com shows how to file a claim against a gov't officials surety bond if they violate the constitution, oath of office, etc. When I took the white laundry out, it was very dingy. In fact, it was less white than before I washed it. Perplexing. I soaked the whites in a bowl of water and hydrogen peroxide.

I met Diane in front of the school. We walked around the block and talked. As we were completing the loop, Jenni arrived. Diane went home. Jenni and I went to look at the gardens and discussed plans.

When I got home, I made a batch of seed crackers. I finished sewing the patch on Chris' suit pants. I patched his socks and sweat pants (at least enough to keep him from being arrested for indecent exposure).

I heated supper in the toaster oven. Chris called for our usual chat. I ate supper, then checked on the laundry. I put the whites in the washing machine for a good rinse. I read e-mail, and wrote a blog post. I made tea, and watched Columbo.

I listened to several podcasts. Ukraine stuff. I did my bedtime routine and then checked all possible hiding places in the bedroom for rodents etc. It was not relaxing, but eventually I calmed down and went to sleep.

Help with cleaning

Friday

After I laid down last night, with the lights out, I heard a sound like something moving around in the bedroom. Well, my cortisol shot sky high and I sat up. But I didn't see anything. Eventually I laid back down, the sound was gone, and I went to sleep.

I slept really well, not waking at all until almost 7:30. I sewed over half of the patch on Chris' pants, but ran into a problem so I laid it aside. I read e-mail, and turned on my phone to check for messages. I soaked a batch of seeds for sprouting. I boiled water in a pan and added drops of oregano oil. I breathed it in as best I could. I took a sip of ascorbic acid water every minute for over an hour. By 11:15 I was breathing easily through my nose.

Around noon I made breakfast and ate it. I read articles from e-mail and telegram, then washed up and got dressed. I stopped at the post office for a Swanson's box, then went to company house.

I threw the dirty sheets in the washer. I cleaned the kitchen and washed all the trash cans. I boiled ammonia water on the stove, hoping the fumes would cut the grease on the range hood. I put the sheets in the dryer and threw the bathroom rugs in the washer, then cleaned the bathrooms.

I walked to the school to meet Diane, but then remembered the boiling water. I ran back to shut it off, then walked back. Diane was walking up just then. We walked around the block having a nice chat. Then I went back to the company house. I called Chris and we chatted. Then I cleaned some more.

I walked to the school at 6 to meet the girl Jenni recommended. I got cold and was about to walk back, when she and her mom pulled up. We chatted a bit, then her mom left. She and I walked to the company house, talked a bit more, then dressed the beds. We mopped from opposite ends of the house, meeting in the middle. I packed up and we left. I paid her and gave her a ride to Saronna's house where her mother was.

Went I got home, I opened the box from the post office and put the contents away. I heated supper, and watched a video with lawyer Thomas Renz. I typed up my post for yesterday I made tea, and watched Columbo. I was watching a long interview and was surprised to see it was after midnight. I shut down the computer and went to bed.

No Columbo

Thursday

I woke up early and irrigated my sinuses again. Nose breathing was marginal. I went back to bed, but am not sure I ever dozed off. I got up around 7:30. I washed my Berkey filter components and sprayed them with hydrogen peroxide to kill whatever keeps trying to grow on the filters. I read pages of “The Real Anthony Fauci”. This chapter is mostly about Bill Gates experimenting on Africans. I queued up a video that beeps once a minute and took a swig of vitamin C water each time. Later I switched to magnesium ascorbate.

I was making breakfast when Jenni called. She said she gave my number to a girl looking for work cleaning. Then Beverly called. We chatted about her visit to the hospital. Afterward, I sat down to watch The Highwire. I also read articles from e-mail.

I stopped at post office, but instead of a key to a box, there was a yellow slip and they were closed. I went to the gym and walked with Diane. Then I went to the commissary for salad fixings. I stopped by the library to get the next season of Columbo. I went home. I worked on Chris' pants, basting a patch on. I called the girl who wants to clean and made arrangements for tomorrow.

I drank water with ascorbic acid every minute until 2 cups were gone. Chris called, and we chatted. I made and ate supper. I tried to order noble shungite, but neither credit card went through. Then BoA texted me and said ok, but by then the site had deleted my order. Later the company sent a message saying it did go through, through Paypal (which I never mentioned to them!).

I heated tea and went to post to my blog, just then realizing that I hadn't finished posting for the day before. So I downloaded all the latest pics and cropped them. I finished the post from yesterday and worked on the one for today. By then it was almost 10 and too late to watch Columbo. And my tea was cold. I read articles for while longer, then went to bed.

The sniffles

Wednesday

I woke up in the middle of the night to pee. I went back to bed but kept hearing sounds like Chris was home. So I got up and looked out in the main area. It was quiet and dark. I decided it must be the wind. I rinsed my nasal passages and went back to bed, but could not sleep. Eventually I heard Reveille (first time this week), and then my phone alarm. I got up to start my day.

I nebulized a saline solution with some silver in it. I made coffee, drybrushed and did lymph-moving exercises. I read a chapter from The Real Anthony Fauci. I tapped and meditated. I watered the plants, and washed dishes.

My phone said I missed two phone calls, but it never rang. I tried to call back but could not connect. Did the 3g network go down early, or was it due to snow? I sang with the Phantom of the Opera as I cleaned in the kitchen. For some reason I did not finish it, just went to take a shower and get dressed.

I read e-mail. I drank vitamin C water at regular intervals. I broke down our collection of shipping boxes. I put recycling and garbage out at the street. I added to the compost. I was finally able to connect with Diane and then Jenni. I decided it was too cold to walk. I went to post office, but only found a quilting catalogue. There was a large package sitting outside my door. It was marked “Heavy”, but I was able to bring it in. I ironed the fabric that got washed over the weekend. I pinned a patch of black fabric to Chris' suit pants. I took supplements usually taken with breakfast, and broke out in massive niacin flush.

I published my blog post for yesterday (or thought I did). I made tea and watched an episodes of Columbo. Afterward I listened to a man talking about tech privacy issues: Apple device has constant location telemetry that can never be turned off. (I am so glad I did not order an iphone.) Iphones can talk to each other just as they can talk to any airtag. Iphones can pass messages one to another until one is found to be connected to the internet and will forward the info to Apple. Amazon devices do the same thing.

The parent company can see the location of anyone with a 5g phone because of beamforming and Mimo. Every 5G phone will still need LTE to pick up the slack in all the situations where 5G falls down. As of the video in Sept 2021, 5g is nothing more than multiple LTE signals banded together.

I had trouble breathing through my nose last night. I tried nebulizing, sniffing essential oils, inhaling steam, irrigation of sinuses, lymphatic massages, propping myself up on a pillow, but eventually I had to go to sleep breathing through my mouth.

Bass trio?

Tuesday

I woke up in the middle of the night. My throat had a dry spot. Every breath through my nose seemed to irritate it. I got up and irrigated my nasal passages and gargled. I went back to bed and slept.

When I got up, I brushed and swished while reading articles. My left hand developed a problem that made it difficult to use. A tendon maybe? I rested it on a bag of frozen peas. Later I made and ate breakfast.

At 1:30 I went over to Saronna's place. Since there is no school today, she had all four kids at home. Also, a kid who lives nearby was able to come with his trombone. He was late, and then he had a negative attitude. I had a book of trios, but he didn't seem interested so we played from the band book he brought. When I found out he just started playing trombone this year, it explained a lot. When he spied his dad driving down the street, he packed up and ran off.

I stayed to talk to Saronna, then went home, stopping at the post office. I picked up mail and and unlocked the swap shop. I brought home a box stained linens. I read e-mail for awhile, then walked with Jenni at the gym. At 6:34 Karen came by to pick up the key to the swap shop so she could open it twice a month.

While I was making supper (ground beef, leftover bean soup, diced tomatoes), the CSM called to say there was free food in the ACS building. She wanted to know who to call. I offered to announce it on Facebook. I submitted an announcement on three pages associated with Dugway. The building closes at 7 so I posted as fast as possible. I finished cooking supper and ate some. At the last minute I went to the ACS building. It was snowing. The big room was dark so I went to the library to ask. Another couple was behind me. Patrick turned on the lights to the big room and we saw several tables of giant squash. In the kitchen were bags of apples (only about 6 in each) and dozens of gallons of milk in the fridge. I thought we were the last so I got two gallons of milk, a bag of apples, a squash and a bag of potatoes. The man carried the potatoes for me. As we left, more people were coming in.

I wondered if I shouldn't have taken the potatoes since it might be the last bag. Anyway, I took the food home. I left the milk in the car to freeze and brought in the apples and the squash. I called Jamie to lift the potatoes.

Chris called and I emoted. Later Jamie came over. She took a gallon of milk and the potatoes so they wouldn't freeze. I made tea and wrote a blog post. I iced my arm on a bag of peas while watching Columbo. Then I published the blog post for the day before. I read articles for while, then went to bed.

Finger-knitting

Monday

I wore my headphones and had trouble falling asleep. I discovered I had no top sheet. Once I fell asleep, I slept well. I got up before 8:30. I did the usual. I put on my new slippers. I queued up a podcast and washed dishes. He talked about the importance of eating seasonally. I cleaned the bottom of the fridge.

It started to snow. I hand-sewed underwear while listening to a podcast. I made cheese rounds and ham-n-cheese sticks. I parsed two week's worth of supplements, then made breakfast. I listened to more podcasts, and ordered more supplements.

Chris called. He sent pics of a 5 acre place and we looked at the pics. I hung up and went walking with Jenni. It was windier than I expected. I composed a letter to support HB60. I heated bean soup for supper. I watched a video on finger-knitting with ruffle yarn. It seemed to be a good bet for the next sewing day. I tweaked the letter and sent it to all the state house representatives.

I made tea, and watched Columbo. I dozed off and had to watch the end again. I looked up the actors. Arlene Martel (T'Pring) was in it, but I must have missed her. I posted to my blog, then watched The War Room with Steve Bannon intervew Tom Renz. And finally I put the top sheet on the bed and got ready for sleep.

Fun with the table saw

Sunday

I finished listening to a sermon on Revelations 12 that the pastor Chris recorded from his church. One thing he mentioned was something about the military being controlled by the anti-christ. I guess he isn't going to say that here, so he is preaching on the book of John when he comes to the chapel.

I read the latest articles. I made and ate breakfast. I washed up and got dressed for church. I made sure to arrive at least 5 minutes early. I was the first congregant. I asked the chaplain assistant about his new baby. Jenni and Rick showed up at 12:59. We waited five more minutes and Saronna came with her family. This week's pastor was Josh. He preached from Philippians.

I spoke to Saronna on the way out. We set plans for Tuesday. I went home. I ate some seed crackers. I changed clothes. Jamie came over at 3. We marked and cut shelves from a piece of crate. We took the two shelves and the leftover strip to the swap shop to see how they fit. Then we brought the shelves back to trim. We also cut the strip into 3 supports. I was covered in sawdust.

She took the shelves home to spray with some kind of coating to cover the splinters. I went to the swap shop to lock up, then went to Jenni's house. We walked around the block. It was overcast, unlike yesterday, when the sky was so blue and cloudless.

I went home and back to reading. I heated bean soup and quinoa for supper. I mixed in an egg. I also made salad. I posted to my blog for yesterday. It was after 8 when I made tea. I called Chris but he didn't answer. I watched Columbo. I went back to reading and Chris called. He had sent me a text an hour ago asking if I wanted to talk. I told him to just call me because I don't hear the text sound. I read a few last articles and went to bed.

Sewing slippers

Saturday

I slept well, even without headphones. I woke up early to pee, and went back to sleep. I woke up later and suddenly remembered the box of fish eggs that were still in the insulated box in the den. I rescued them and found they were still frozen. I put them in the fridge. I stripped the bed, and started a load of laundry. I puttered around on the internet. I clipped strings from damp fabric. I put the laundry in the dryer. I took a shower, and dressed. I stripped the mattress pad and put it in the laundry. I took the fish eggs out of their boxes so they would fit in the freezer better. I divided one box into three baggies. I vacuumed the lint trap, then put the second load in the dryer.

I made and ate breakfast. I listened to podcasts about the hidden abilities of hair. I threw things together for today's sewing project and moved them out to my car, along with two sewing machines. I drove to the chapel and unloaded everything.

I turned on the heat and set up the machines as Miss Grace came in. Jenni came too. Jamie stopped by long enough to say she wasn't coming. I helped the two ladies cut out a foot pattern and pick out the right size slipper pattern. I made a left foot slipper for me as an example for them. The project seemed to be going long, so I did some of the cutting and pinning for them. I am sorry the girls didn't come, but it would have been too many people for two sewing machines.

We finished just in time to go walking. They helped me carry stuff to my car. Then the three of us walked around the school block and back to the chapel. I went to commissary for fresh foods. Then I walked to the post office for mail. I dressed my bed halfway, waiting for Jamie. I ate leftovers, then unloaded my car. It got dark so I texted her and said come tomorrow instead.

I read e-mail, then made tea. I started watching Columbo, then got a text from Chris so I called him. We spoke but he was tired, so I bid him a good night. I finished watching Columbo and looked up some of the actors. I posted to my blog. I read a few more articles, then made the bed and retired for the night.

The skype that almost wasn't

Friday I got up just before 8. I cut out the pieces for the left foot of the slippers. I wore the right one. I looked through my blog posts to figure out how many hours I worked on Johnnie's house. I made sure all my cleaning records had the total hours listed, which should help with future quotes. I started signing into Skype at noon. It would not accept my password so I had to reset the password, then it acted like I was making a new account. I had no contact list or call history. Faye was having trouble, too. 43 minutes later we finally connected. She showed me things from Dad's attic to see if I wanted them. It was mostly old school projects. The doorbell interrupted. I went out to find a box of fish eggs had been delivered, packed in dry ice. After we finished looking at papers and projects, she got out her lunch and I made my breakfast. We ate together. Then she had to go pick up medication. I top-stitched the first slipper and checked e-mail. I stopped at the post office. There was a key to a large postal box. But the fat envelope inside did not warrant the large box it was in. I parked in front of Jenni's house. She was still in Tooele, so I met Diane and we walked twice around the block. Afterward, I returned Columbo season 2 to the library. Then I went to the swap shop to place the mirror. When I got home, I found a package on the porch. I put it inside. I took a small bucket of water and washed the back end of my car. For some reason it was very dirty and the rest of the car wasn't. Afterward, I cut corners off of some fabric I bought weeks ago and put it in the washer. Chris called. He said he e-mailed pics of a property he saw today in Costa Rica. I looked at the pics and we discussed them. There was a short video sweep. It is a beautiful property, but there is no house. I checked Telegram messages and heated bean soup for supper. I also made a salad that was at least half spinach. I typed up and posted for yesterday, then worked on today's post. I made tea and watched an episode of Columbo. My stomach felt fine. I listened to New World Next Week and The Corbett Report discussing all-cause mortality. The graphs of different countries, states, genders and age groups are not representative of a respiratory pandemic. Then I went to bed.

The big decision

Thursday

Since I went to bed late, I got up late. I spent hours printing out and tweaking a slipper pattern for this weekend. I made a mock-up and added a felt pad to the inside. It had a good feel to it, but it was too small. I wrote up yesterday's blog post. Then I got a phone call for cleaning an apartment. I jotted the inspection date on my calendar. I texted Jamie to let her know.

I made and ate breakfast while watching The Highwire: Pharma can't advertise EUA vaccines, but apparently the CDC can and does. Then I watched This Week with Mary and Polly. They went through the news articles of the week.

At 4:30 I stopped at the post office, then went walking with Jenni and Diane. We had a nice chat. I went in Jenni's house to see a new supplement she was taking. She gave me a long mirror to take to the swap shop so people could try on clothes and see how they fit.

When I got home, I started collating info on different models of phones. I heated bean soup and quinoa for supper. Faye called to set up a time to Skype tomorrow. I posted to my blog, then made tea. I watched the last episode of season 2 of Columbo.

I chose the model of phone I wanted, but had trouble finding a new one. I looked at an ebay seller who claimed to be selling new phones. Most of his customers agreed, but a few did not. I also text-chatted with an agent from Samsung. I ended up ordering a refurbished phone with a one-year warranty. Then I posted the slipper sewing class to the Dugway Facebook page and went to bed.

Passing Inspection

Wednesday

I got up about 7:30. I made coffee, and exercised. While rebounding in the garage, I noticed the water softener and decided to check the salt level. It was completely empty. There were three unopened bags, right where Chris put them. At 40 pounds, they were too much for me to lift. So I opened one and scooped enough out with my hands so I could lift it. The whole bagful did not fill it up even halfway, but the prospect of hurting my back and lying on the cold concrete until Chris came back from Costa Rica had me conclude that it was good enough.

I read pages from “The Real Anthony Fauci”. I am trying to finish it because Jenni wants to read it. I noticed it started to snow, and that we have a pepper! I turned on a salt lamp for meditation and tapping. Afterward, I heated the tub with the hottest water from the faucet. I sat on a shower chair, trying to induce a sweat. It was like being in a wet sauna, but it didn't work. I quickly cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms, then put epsom salt in the water (which had cooled down to tolerable) and soaked.

After I washed, got out and dressed, I typed up my blog post for yesterday. I spread soapy water on the kitchen floor to soak the grout. I vacuumed and read e-mail for while, then scrubbed the floor with a broom with hard plastic bristles. I continued to read e-mail until time to go.

I arrived early for the inspection, expecting to run the trash out to the curb. But the cans were empty. The gov't housing guy was right behind me. I could not find the key, so I gave him the garage punch code. We went in and waited for the others. It looked good, even the window looked cleaner than I left it. The lady who came to take pics had trouble with her camera. We talked and signed papers. The contractor guy mentioned working on a house in SLC that Ted Bundy lived in for 6 months. He said it had creepy feel to it.

After that, I went to the post office for mail, then home to find the key. It was in my purse the whole time. I went to Housing to return it. At 4:30, I went to the gym to meet Diane and Jenni. We walked around the upper level for over 30 minutes. I went home.

I did research, both for DIY slippers and EMF's from phones. Chris called. He hadn't done much but go out to eat with Herberth. He sounded tired so we hung up. I made tea and posted to my blog. I watched an episode of Columbo and looked up the actors, but none were in anything I would remember them from. Actually, the stuff they were in was so old I probably never saw it.

Nimoy makes a scary bad guy

Tuesday

I got up before 7:30. After the usual morning routine, I made more green mix while listening to an interview. Project Veritas had an undercover video of a man from the FDA saying they are going to require annual covid shots, but aren't announcing it yet because it won't be well received.

I made tea from the leftover jackfruit rags. I listened to Dr. Charles Morgan talk about psycho-neurology. One man sends brain impulses to a man in another room to play a computer game with the second man's hand. He didn't say if the second man could stop his hand from playing the game. Brain-to-brain transfer was mentioned. A neuroprosthetic device was used to enable a rat to detect infrared light. I did not finish the presentation because it was too alarming to hear what has been done successfully in experiments.

I made and ate breakfast. I listened to a podcast on detoxing from glyphosate. The doctor mentioned taking, glutathione, glycine, and collagen before bed. He also mentioned micronized chlorella, and modified citrus pectin. Silicic acid detoxes aluminum.

I placed orders for canned fish and fish eggs, and supplements. I stopped by the post office to get the mail. I met Jenni at the gym for walking. It was too cold and windy to walk outside. She quit early however. I went home and mixed up a batch of seed crackers. I threw them in the oven, then went to the library to get another season of Columbo and give a solar lantern to Melissa. She wasn't there so I left it on her desk. Later I realized I could have just gone next door to deliver it. I thought there was supposed to be a quilt guild meeting on the third Tuesday of each month, but no e-mails came out about it. So I did not sign in. I heated bean soup and quinoa for supper. I 'chatted' with a Samsung rep about the Galaxy s20. I was not sure if I was communicating with a live person or not. Chris called. He had not had internet all day so could not call or get calls.

I pulled seed crackers out of the oven. I heated tea, and posted to my blog. Then I watched an episode of Columbo with Leonard Nimoy as the bad guy. He makes a scary bad guy. Then I went back to comparing different models of phones. Finally I went to bed.

I couldn't take the pressure

Monday

I got up at 7. My stomach, which left hard and tight when I went to bed, still felt that way. I washed and dressed. I drank water and checked e-mail. I rescued the cookie sheet from the tub and let the ammonia water out.

When I was ready, I sat in my car to wait. Diane picked me up at 8. We went to a place called Revive, about an hour and a half away. I tried the hyperbaric oxygen tank, but my ears couldn't take it. The man gave me a bottle of water, but my ears still wouldn't pop. So we both did an infrared sauna session. Then I tried the vibration plate. When Diane came out, we paid and left.

We went to Tooele to VASA Fitness. CJ was there, selling Valentine gifts in a large trailer. We each bought two dozen eggs from her. Mine had duck eggs in it. We drove back to base. I made and ate breakfast and read e-mail.

At 4:30 I went to the gym, stopping by the post office for mail. Jenni and Diane were waiting for me. We went to the last room and did bodyweight exercises for 40 minutes. Then I went home. I opened the mail and there was another letter from Consumer Cellular saying my phone would be useless by the beginning of March. I called them and got some questions answered. I went to the site to look at other phones available from Consumer Cellular.

I made a salad and took all the spinach out of the mix. I looked into the best smartphones, lowest SAR ratings, best camera, etc. on the market. I posted to my blog. I loaded up the next episode of Columbo, then made tea. I watched the episode, then returned to the internet. After 11, I went to bed. Unlike yesterday, my stomach did not feel uncomfortable.

The Greenstalk

Sunday

I woke up early but got up late. After the usual ablutions, I looked up Calvary chapel and listened to the pastor give his sermon on Revelations. I looked up vertical gardens on Amazon to read the reviews, then ordered the Greenstalk from the original website. I read stories of interest on the internet.

I made and ate breakfast, then got dressed for church. I drove to the chapel. Only the Calvary pastor and the assistant were there. Sgt King explained that his computer wasn't working, and the pastor alerted me to the fact that it meant no music for the service. Jenni arrived with her husband and then Diane came. The pastor talked with us for some time, then Sgt King turned on the phone to record it for Facebook. The pastor expounded upon verses in the first chapter of John. After the service, Rick and Jenni invited me to go out to eat with them in Tooele, but I declined.

When I got home, I read messages on the internet. I walked around the neighborhood and then to the swap shop to take a measurement. I came home, and jotted the number down. I added to the compost, and watered plants. I put a salt lamp in the master bedroom and turned it on. I plugged my laptop further from the bedroom wall, trying a new position.

I ran hot water in the tub, added ammonia, and put the stained cookie sheet in to soak. The ammonia fumes kept me out of that bathroom till the next day. I read “The Real Anthony Fauci” outside, then came inside as it got dark. I read articles on the internet. Chris called and we discussed our day. I posted to my blog, and made tea. I watched an episode of Columbo. I read more e-mail, set my alarm to ring at 7, then went to bed.

Soup and swap shop

Saturday

I woke up with my left ear ringing. I guess turning off the modem last night did not help. I swallowed charcoal, brushed my teeth, etc. I rinsed the beans again and left them soaking in clean water. I read a message entreating people to submit political memes. Some were quite funny, others not so much. Some I just didn't get. I listened to an interview with Dr. Perlmutter on the dangers of high uric acid. Most commonly it comes from fructose.

I made more seed mixes for the seed cracker box. I put away the seed crackers from last night. I refilled spice bottles. After more listening, I showered and got dressed. I put the beans in a large, heavy pot. I could only get four cups of water from the Berkey, so I refilled it. I grabbed up the laundry and got it started. I turned on the gas under the beans while waiting for more water from the Berkey.

I made and ate breakfast. The bean soup boiled so I turned the flame down. I put the laundry in the dryer, then read e-mail. Later I folded the laundry. I looked for diced tomatoes and onions for the soup, but we were all out. I went to the commissary to pick some up. I added the tomatoes to the soup, then chopped up the onions and diced some ham.

I ran to open the swap shop. I got my postal package and put it in the car. I started putting stuff away, and hanging clothes. Finally people showed up, bringing more stuff. Jamie came for a few minutes, helping. Then she went to clean the apartment. My left foot started cramping. After I got it quieted down, Chris called and we talked. I asked him what spices to put in the bean soup. He said all of them. Ha, ha.

Around 4pm the people left. I hung up childrens clothes, and vacuumed the floor. At 4:30 I locked the door, and went to walk with Diane and Jenni. When we completed the circle, I gave Jenni some lightbulbs from my car.

I returned home. I added lemon juice and spices to the bean soup. I ate several bowls, then continued reading articles. I pulled up some carrots, washed them and ate them. They were small. I listened to a gardening podcaster talk about gardening in clay soil. I put the soup away and made tea. I posted to my blog, then watched an episode of Columbo. I jotted notes, then went through more messages and went to bed.

A so-so massage

Friday

I woke up too early. I don't know why because there was no Reveille or Chris showering. I stayed in bed until almost 8. My left ear was ringing even more loudly then usual. I did the usual morning stuff. I didn't have to turn on the router because the laptop was connected to the modem which I did not turn off.

I read e-mail until after 9:30. I paused New World Next Week to get ready for cleaning. I also put the grocery list in my purse. When I got to the company house, I stripped the beds and threw the sheets and towels into the dryer. I cleaned in the kitchen and bathrooms. I pulled out the light bulb and cover from above the stove. I soaked them in hot ammonia water to get the stickiness off. I poured baking soda down the tub drain. After a bit, I followed it with vinegar.

Jenni sent me a text asking if we could leave at 11 instead of 11:30. I went back to cleaning in the kitchen, waiting for the washer to finish. But it just kept filling, draining and spinning, then filling again. At 11:15 I left the house to walk to Jenni's house. She was just leaving. I got in her car and we went to Tooele. First stop was the drycleaners, then we went to WalMart. They had so much produce, but no pomegranates. She bought a bunch of stuff, including water to have on hand in case of emergencies.

Then we went to Millpond. We had to sign forms, then were shown to bathrooms where we could change into a robe. We were given citrus water to drink. My massage person took me back to a room where I laid on the table face-down. She massaged from my toes to the top of my neck. Then I rolled over and she did my head. Then the hour was up. She left and I got dressed. I waited for Jenni, rubbing my neck. Then we went out front where the owner let us choose snacks. Jenni looked around at everything on display. Finally we paid and left.

Our next stop was Luckey's. It was my idea, but Jenni found lots to buy there. We kept losing each other. We each called the other's phone, but neither of us heard our phone ring. I found about half of what I wanted. We checked out, bagged our own groceries, and went to her car. I noticed that it was quarter of 4 and she wanted to be back by 4. So I did not suggest going to Melanie's.

On the drive back, I texted Diane that I would be late for walking. Jenni called her husband to have him get ready to get the groceries out of the car while she took their van to the commissary to bag for an hour. When we got to the base, she dropped me off at my car. I grabbed my groceries from her back seat and put them in my trunk. I went into the house and put the sheets in the dryer. Then I went home to put groceries away and change my shoes. I went back to the school to walk with Diane. Chris contacted me to see how reception was from wherever he was.

After walking with Diane, I went back to the company house and pulled out the sheets. I made the beds and mopped the floor. I put the light bulb back but it didn't work. I got another one from my car to replace it. I mopped the kitchen floor and left because it was too dark to clean any more. On the way home, I went by the post office to get the mail.

At home, I heated the last of the ground beef and made a salad for supper. I also ate some of the ham I bought today and I washed and soaked a package of 15 bean soup. I looked at the sale prices on Greenstalk Vertical planters. It was a good price, but will I use it? I also looked at sale prices on the Vital Choice website. So many choices.

I whipped up a batch of seed crackers and put them in the oven. I made tea and watched an episode of Columbo. I jotted notes for my blog and posted for yesterday. I crossed things off my grocery list and made a new list - one of items I did not find at Luckey's. I watched videos of a man assembling and planting a Greenstalk vertical garden. It was almost midnight when I went to bed.

Ceremony for the chaplain

Thursday

I had a hard time getting to sleep last night. I got up about 7:30. I discovered that my stereo was still powered on. I turned it off. I took charcoal and brushed and swished. I checked e-mail.

Myra called. I made breakfast while talking to her. Chris came home for a few minutes and said hello to her. I finished breakfast, started watching The Highwire, then got dressed.

I drove to Chris' work, then went to the conference room across the hall where they were having a drop-in for the chaplain and his wife. It was a small room. For the little ceremony we all went into Chris' office, which is bigger than the conference room. Chris and the Sargent Major presented awards to the chaplain. The CSM gave a large wreath to his wife. People said nice things. There was a cake. CSM told me she would like to give a wreath-making class.

I went to the post office for mail. I came home with a package of kratom. I played around with the USAA site until I figured out how to put funds in Michele's account to pay for auto insurance. I finished watching The Highwire. Most of it was talking to Dr. Pierre Cory about ivermectin.

It was a lovely afternoon. According to my car, it was 59 degrees. I went walking with Jenni and Diane. Then Diane left and I stayed to talk to Jenni about going into Tooele for massages tomorrow.

I made quinoa and heated leftover ground beef for supper. Chris came home and made a burrito for his meal. He finished packing, kissed me, and headed out to the airport. I turned off the router and plugged my laptop into the modem. I pulled up some carrots, washed them off and ate them. I went back to listening to stuff on the internet.

I made tea and started typing my blog. Chris messaged me from the airport parking lot. I posted for yesterday. I spied a red envelop under my laptop. It was a Valentine card from Chris. I don't know how he got it under there without my seeing him. I texted him my appreciation.

I drank a tumbler of tea mixed with kratom while I watched one episode of Columbo. It tasted terrible. I nearly fell asleep by the end. I paused the DVD before the next episode started. Then I jotted some notes, caught up on e-mail, and went to bed.

It's good to have a second vacuum

Wednesday

Chris left about 7. I got up about 7:30. I took charcoal, brushed, and swished. I made coffee, and cleaned the Berkey. I exercised, meditated and tapped while listening to my CD lineup.

I cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen. I vacuumed the usual areas. The sweeper grabbed Chris' workout clothes and I shut it off as soon as I could. It smelled like the belt was burning, but after it cooled down, it was ok. I left it to cool off and got the other vacuum. I mopped the kitchen floor lightly.

I read e-mail, then went walking with Diane. Afterward, I went to the post office. I locked the swap shop while I was there. There was no mail. When I got home, I put cash in an envelop for Jamie. I read Telegram messages. Chris came home, changed his clothes, then we planted two more sugar cane pieces in pots. The fourth piece has no roots. The doorbell rang. I gave Jamie her cash for the last house we cleaned.

I made tea and took supplements. We watched four episodes of BBT. Chris folded laundry, packed his suitcase and went to bed. I finished my blog, read e-mail, and joined him.

Collecting soil for sugar cane

Tuesday

I had a hard time falling asleep last night, but then slept through Chris getting up at 4:30 and Reveille at 6:30. I heard Chris take a shower after 7. He said he and the commander were running this morning in temps below 20, in his sweats. I shook my head because his sweats are old, thin, and have holes in the butt. He left for work, and I got up. I took the usual supplements, drank water, brushed, etc. I read e-mail and finished some videos. I wrote up my blog post from yesterday. I will post it tonight, giving myself time to add anything I forgot.

After reading e-mail for awhile, I went to Housing to reschedule the inspection to Tuesday. But they said they only do inspections on Monday and Wednesdays, so I picked Wednesday afternoon. From there, I went by the house on Mustang Run. I could not find the key in my purse so I opened the garage. I left my shoes at the inner door and walked through the house, noting how good the floors looked. Jamie did a good job. It all looked clean, so I put on my shoes and went home. Later I went to the post office to mail a check.

I cleaned off a scratch on my car. Then I made breakfast, and watched videos of the truckers in Canada. I posted pics on Facebook of the people that came to my card class. I went to Saronna's house to play duets. It was a lot of fun, as usual.

When I got home, I went back to reading messages. I wrapped a rake handle with rubber shelf liner, then raked a box of leaves. I tried to stir it into the compost pile, but it was frozen. I took a five gallon bucket over to Johnnie's house and collected potting soil from her back yard. I left the bucket near my front porch and went to Jenni's house. She and I walked around the school block. It was a nice afternoon.

When I got home, I went back to reading. Chris came home, and changed clothes. We potted one of the sugarcane pieces, and brought more pots inside. I had leftovers for supper. I listened to a podcast on how to research online. It was after 8 when I made tea. We watched four episodes of BBT. I posted to my blog and went to bed.

A new opportunity

Monday

I woke early but stayed in bed, waiting for that first cortisol spike. I took charcoal, brushed, rinsed my sinuses. I read e-mail till almost 10. I drove up to the Chaplain's house to help clean. Jamie arrived soon after I did. We worked on the kitchen and den. We talked to Eileen and we left around noon.

I drove by Housing but they seemed busy. I went home for breakfast. Chris came home briefly for lunch. I listened to Dr. David Martin (who is also a lawyer) talk about patents on viruses since 1999. I fell asleep.

I woke up before 3, but waited till then, and went to the library. I got the second seasons of Columbo and BBT. I talked to Melissa. She didn't know about church now starting at 1pm. I guess only people who have been coming to church know that. I went by Housing. They had no Thursday appts so I set one up for an inspection next Monday. I watered the compost pile and our plants. I washed dishes, then jotted notes for today and wrote up yesterday. It was a warm afternoon and I wanted to collect the potting soil that Johnnie had thrown out in her back yard. But there was a work truck parked over there by the back fence. I kept an eye on it, and it moved to the driveway but didn't leave.

At 4:30 I met Diane at the gym. We worked out on machines that focused on arms, legs and obliques. Then she showed me a pic of the oxygen capsule that she used this morning at the same place that has infrared saunas. We talked about that and the sauna. We might do that next Monday.

I got home about 5:45. The truck was gone, but the temp had dropped to 39. I heated ground beef and quinoa in the toaster oven, then made a salad. I listened to some podcast. Then Chris signaled he was ready to watch TV. So I made tea. We watched four episodes of Big Bang Theory season 2. Then he went to bed because he plans to get up at 4:30 to go work out with the commander. I stayed up till after 11, then went to bed myself.

Cleaning the chaplain's kitchen

Sunday

I got up before 8:30. I brushed and swished. I wrote up my blog notes from yesterday. I read e-mail for most of the morning. At 10:45 I started parsing supplements for the next two weeks. When that was done, I made and ate breakfast, then got ready for church, which is now at 1pm.

The pastor of Calvary chapel came to give the sermon. Saronna and her kids came, as did the colonel and his wife, so we had a good turnout. After church, I went home and changed clothes. Chris was gaming with the voices. I went up to the chaplain's house. I soaked the burners and cleaned kitchen cabinets. I let them know I was coming back to scrub the burners tomorrow.

While I was cleaning, the colonel and his family came over. I was the only one who heard the doorbell, so I let them in. The colonel asked me if I had moved it already. They visited with the chaplain and his wife. Then the colonel asked me questions about the cleaning contracts. I got quite animated. He said there could be a get-together with all the cleaning teams to discuss this stuff.

I went home for supper. Chris had cooked beef and mushrooms. I made a salad. I read e-mail as I ate. I ordered replacement supplements. The ones I usually order were out of stock so I had to research other options. I made tea, and put the leftovers away. We watched the last episode of BBT season 1 and one episode of Another Life. Afterward, I posted to my blog and went to bed.

Card class

Saturday

I woke up early and could not go back to sleep. I got up around 8. I turned on the router and followed the usual routine of charcoal, brushing, other detoxifiers and lemon water. I wrote up the events of yesterday. I listened to the Jerusalem Report, talking about the high rates of injuries from the jabs and boosters, how the Israeli people were sold out to Pfizer as guinea pigs.

Chris gave me a coconut massage. Just after we started, the doorbell rang. I threw on a housecoat and went to the door. It was Jenni, dropping off a bag of craft supplies for sewing class before heading into Tooele. Then we resumed our coconut ritual. Afterward, I took a shower and made breakfast.

At 1:30, I packed up my craft and sewing stuff and Jenni's bag. Chris carried it all to the car. We drove to the chapel and he unloaded it while I unlocked the church. He left and I turned on the heat and set up for class. The girls were on time this week. Sophia wanted to make both projects (stuffed heart and valentine card), but she made cards for her entire family instead. Diane did both. Even Jenni and Saronna made cards. I worked on my purse organizer.

About 3:30 we started cleaning up. I got a babywipe from Saronna and cleaned the stamps. We gathered together all the supplies. I made sure Jenni got hers back. Then we swept up a million tiny hearts which her heart punch had produced. I was able to lock the chapel and leave just after 4.

I went home and put on walking shoes. I called Eileen and she said I could come over after church tomorrow. I put on a light coat and went to the gym to walk. But they decided to walk outside and I wished I had the heavier coat. Later I came home. I read e-mail, and ate leftovers and salad for supper.

Chris was doing taxes. I had envelopes showing all the money I got for cleaning houses. I searched all e-mail for the purchase price of the Hoover Smartwash. I found a reference in the blog post for Black Friday, but nothing else. I suspected the search engine was not doing its job properly. There was no receipt in the box. I tried the website but it seemed not to know me. Chris was getting VERY hot under the collar because The IRS new Idme facial recognition login wasn't working, nor was the previous login system. I decided to stay away from him.

I looked into kratom and decided to try some. Then I went back to e-mail. I composed a message to those who are likely to be on the next VERBAC committee to vote on EUA approval for jabbing children under 5. I urged them to vote no. I looked through the fabric on Jinny Beyer's site. She is retiring at 80 and selling off her signature fabrics.

It was after 10 when Chris came to me to suggest watching an episode of BBT. I made tea and we watched the usual four. I posted to my blog and we went to bed.

Jenni has a new granddaughter

Friday

Chris got up at 7 and left at 8 to attend the opening of a USO in SLC. I got up after he left. I washed up and got dressed. I wrote a check to the church in Alabama and made a notation asking them to send more envelops. I went through my e-mail.

Jamie called and we talked. I wrote a note to the person who is parking their truck in the driveway of the new house. At 11 I went over to there to put the note on the truck. I cleaned the front door and the shelves in the garage. I packed up the cleaners I use the most and brought them homse.

I made breakfast and ate it while reading e-mail. Chris came back from SLC. We packed the cooler, then stopped to mail the check. We listened to the book on CD while traveling to Tooele. Once there, we realized we had forgotten the list. We shopped as best we could.

When we got back to base, we brought the food in and then I went to the gym to walk with Diane and Jenni. Jenni showed us pics of her new grandchild, a cute baby girl. Diane told us about a place that offers infrared saunas and an oxygen pod.

Afterward, I went to the new house to help Jamie sort cleaners, and decide which should go to the swap shop. Then I went home for supper. Chris was steaming cauliflower for me. I made a salad and had some ground beef with mushrooms.

I read articles, then made tea. We watched four episodes of BBT. I nearly fell asleep. I posted to my blog, and read about GoFundMe freezing the funds people donated to the Freedom Convoy in Canada.

Does my phone support 4G?

Thursday

I woke up in the middle of the night with numb fingers again, but this time on the other side. Rubbing my arm did not help, but rubbing my fingers did. I went back to sleep and dozed in and out until 8:30 when I got up. I took charcoal, brushed my teeth, and typed up my blog post from yesterday.

I cleared e-mail, then looked up the most secure phones. None of them were 5G and they were very expensive. So I looked up how to test my phone with 5G and found out that 5G is not replacing 4G. They will work together. It suggested looking in the owner's manual for the network specifications. So I did, but my phone manual is in Korean. I got some experience in typing Korean into a translation search bar. It did not exactly tell me what I wanted to know. More searching told me to go into Mobile Networks and activate 4G, but mine only has one option and that is Access Point Names. So, using settings recommended to me, I set up a new APN that I will try if my phone stops working when the 3G network goes down. The specifications I have found for my phone online all say it supports 4G. But my phone company keeps telling me it won't.

I made breakfast and watched The Highwire: Cases are skyrocketing most in Israel, the most vaccinated country. Countries around the world are lifting covid restrictions. Del interviewd Martin Armstrong. There was a documentary about him called The Forecaster. He built a computer program to help him forecast the stock market, but it forecasted a lot more.

The chaplain came over with a plant in a baggie. They are moving and could not take it with them. I made a valentine card, then posted pics and a description for the class on Saturday.

At 4:30 I went to the gym. I walked with Diane for over half an hour. After a nice chat, we each went home. I read e-mail, and watched videos of the trucker's convoy singing songs and giving speeches. Some truckers were making food for the homeless. Apparently American truckers are planning something similar. But several people have made videos asking them to go to the southern border to stop sex and drug trafficking instead of going to Washington DC.

I had leftovers for supper. Chris came home from work. It was after 8 when I made tea. We watched four episodes of Big Bang Theory. We chatted for awhile, then I posted to my blog.

Groundhog Day

Wednesday

I woke up in the middle of the night with numb fingers again. I had to rub my whole arm to restore circulation. I cogitated and went back to sleep. I dreamed that Chris had a needle and he was trying to stick me with it. But I knocked it out of his hand.

I got up late,. I started the coffee morning music, and made coffee. I read a few pages of The Real Anthony Fauci. I tapped for whatever went through my mind. I cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen, singing with the Phantom of the Opera CD. The vacuum is at the other house so I did not sweep. I mopped the kitchen and hallway. Then I searched for supplies for Saturday. For some reason, I could not find scrapbook scissors. I did find valentine fabric, heart stamps, stamp pads, markers, potpourri, glue and origami paper.

I turned on the router and read e-mail until 4:30. I met Diane and Jenni at the gym. We did lunges, and other body weight exercises. When I got home, I listened to This Week with Polly and Mary. It must be groundhog day: Moderna got approval for Spikevax, which they claim is the same formulation as their EUA shot, but is legally distinct (lest someone sue them for health issues after getting it). Like Comirnaty, the fully licensed vials are not available in the U.S. Only the EUA liability-free vials are here.

I made tea and we watched four episodes of BBT season 1. I read more e-mail, then posted to my blog and went to bed.

Addicted to cleaning?

Tuesday

I went to bed late, but slept ok until the hot flashes started. I woke up just before Reveille. Chris was gone to the gym, but he came back after 7 to shower. After he left, I got up. I took charcoal, and finished typing up yesterday's notes into complete sentences.

I listened to a QnA with Dr. Ardis. For thyroid: take l-tyrosine, selenium, iodine. Dr. Ardis has a 1 hr show on improving thyroid performance. Thedrardisshow.com At 10 I went to the new house to clean until 12. Jamie texted that she'd already been there for an hour, but had to leave. I worked on the utility room and bathroom. At noon, I opened the swap shop for Diane to get the Rainbow vacuum. I left her there to look around.

I went home for breakfast. Chris was already there having lunch. I read articles until 1:30. I went to Saronna's house to play music with her, and to chat. I left about 3 to go back to cleaning. I scrubbed at the livingroom window to get the hard water off. The only thing that helped was a brillo pad, but even that would not get it all. I ran hot water in the tub to steam off the soap on the shower walls.

At 4:30, I went walking with Jenni until 5 or so. I finished in the bathroom and vacuumed, then went home. Chris was cooking ground beef and mushrooms. I made a salad, and listened to Michele gaming. I called Faye, and we talked for a long time. I made tea, and we watched the last episode of Columbo. Chris went to bed, I stayed up to read and blog.

Working on the next house

Monday

I woke up before 7 with hot flashes. I tried to go back to sleep. I must have slept through Reveille and Chris hadn't taken his shower yet. It turned out that he went to the gym, which changed his schedule and threw off my estimation of the time.

I got up around 7:30, rinsed and gargled with saline and iodine. I took charcoal and brushed my teeth. I checked my cleaning envelopes to make sure each one had a date and distribution of money. At 10 of 10, I walked down to Johnnie's house, arriving just as the inspection people did. I let them in the front door. They went around taking pics. I noticed the fridge door had smudges on the inside edge so I wiped them off. I raised the blinds on the windows that needed work. They presented me with a document to sign saying everything was fine.

I went to Housing to turn in the key and get a copy of the floor plan for the chaplain's house. I went to the new Mustang Run house to start cleaning. Jamie showed up at 11:35. We discussed cleaning the colonels house, then I worked on the kitchen while she worked on the bedrooms.

I cut myself cleaning under the element in the oven. I figured it would stop bleeding in a minute or two, but each time I used my arm, more blood came out. So I went home to wash it and rest it while having breakfast. I listened to Dr. Ealy talk about the benefits of fasting. Hunger means healing. Having the munchies is good as long as you don't eat. The shot is an artificial infection which does not confer immunity.

At 2:15, I went back to cleaning. I finished the kitchen except for the floor. I did most of the sliding glass window, tracks, and blinds. Then I met Diane and Jenni at the school. It was so windy that we decided to go to the gym and walk there.

After walking and talking, I went to the library to return DVD's and get season 1 of BBT. Melissa was there so we chatted and it went long. When I got home, Chris was there. Chris asked me to patch his suit pants, again. I laughed so hard. What is the patch supposed to hold on to?

I heated some fish and rice. I made a salad while Chris made me some salad dressing with a yogurt base. It was quite spicy! Later I made tea and we watched Columbo. I fell asleep on the couch. Chris apparently went to bed. Later I got up to post my blog entry. The computer said it was 11, but when I put my phone in airplane mode, it said 12.

The tour

Sunday

I slept well, then woke up with my fingers numb again. However, this time I had been sleeping on them and circulation returned in less than a minute. Chris was gone. I wrote up my blog post about yesterday.

Chris came back from the gym, and laid on the floor. I read that two militaries that are not making their troops get jabbed are Russia and China. Military pilots are not given experimental drugs. If they need a drug short term, they are given approved drugs that have been around for at least 5 years with a good safety record. I read an article from a friend written by a doctor who could detect bluetooth signals from 86% of his vaccinated patients. I looked into how to use my phone to detect blue tooth signals, but apparently you need a special app.

At 10:35 I washed up and got dressed for church. Then Chris took his shower. We drove to the chapel and arrived just as they were singing the first hymn. We took our places in the front. After the singing, chaplain gave his last sermon. We sang one more song and then the commander said some very nice things about the chaplain and his wife. After the service, we stood around talking. Eileen said I could come by for a tour of her house later. (It is the house we may be moving into).

So we went home for lunch. Actually I made breakfast. Chris ate pizza and started gaming with the crowd. I called Eileen, then went up to the hill to meet her. She showed me all around her house. It is quite big with 4 bedrooms and a sunroom. We talked for a bit outside, then I went home.

I read articles until 4:30, then met Jenni for our usual mile walk around the block. Then she took me inside to show me her collection of card stock. I selected some for our next project. She and her husband and I discussed moving. Her house might be one of the next to get torn down.

When I got home, I watched a video by a human rights attorney. She said DoD tracks ICD10 codes for the military. The five year average of all disease categories combined through 2020 was 1.7 million incidences of disease and injury. In the first 10 months of 2021, it shot up to almost 22 million.

I made cheese sticks and seed crackers. Chris heated tea for me while I finished another video. Then we watched an episode of Columbo. Later Chris went to bed and I stayed up to blog and watch the short video clips from Ottawa. So proud of the Canadian truckers.
