Fixing the hole

Wednesday

I got up around 8, not having slept well. I just couldn't get comfortable. I rinsed the sprouts. I prepared for coffee morning. Like last week, I sifted the grounds, then blew on them to get rid of the plastic pieces. When this bag is finished and I open the next one, I am going to save it in a different container.

I put on the CD line-up, then meditated and tapped for several hours. I started a regimen of 3 drops of MMS per hour. I cleaned the bathrooms and the kitchen. As usual, washing the dishes took the longest. I vacuumed floors, then took a break to read e-mail. I took my shower and got dressed. I folded most of the laundry from Saturday.

I read e-mail, listening to the wind howl. I jotted notes for my blog. I got a needle and thread to sew up a hole in my sock. I searched for a podcast to listen to, then remembered to feed the plants and change the water.

I met Michelle at the gym. We walked the track for half an hour then worked out in the weight room. We chatted and then went home. I listened to a podcast while sewing the heel of my sock. I went on to read e-mail.

Chris came home from work and changed clothes and made his supper. I thought about eating since I haven't eaten normally since Sunday morning. But I didn't. I posted to my blog and made tea. We watched episodes of SG1. Later he went to bed. My stomach began to cramp. I did my yoga stretches and hit the hay.

Relaxing in the sauna

Tuesday

I got up about 8. My head still hurt just a little and my stomach wasn't quite settled. I got ready for the day. I put water in the sprouting containers. I took some MMS. I got a message asking me to open the swap shop because the key owner had stomach flu. I read e-mail for awhile.

Around 10, I drove to the post office to open the swap shop and bring home the mail. There was a package of supplements, which I opened and put away. I e-mailed Chris to let him know that I got the mail.

I ate what was left of breakfast from yesterday and a grapefruit. Chris came home for lunch, and later went back to work. Michelle texted me inviting me to the sauna. We agreed on 2:30. I got a call for cleaning a house and made the quote appt for Thursday. I texted Jamie.

Saronna canceled our session because she was sick. I fell asleep in the lounger and woke up at 2:35. I threw on my bathing suit and grabbed a towel. I went to the gym to meet Michelle. I had trouble finding an unlocked locker. But then I shoved my coat and purse into it.

I listened to her for the better part of an hour. She had heard things about MWR that bothered her. Then we dried off and got dressed. Tonja was waiting out front. We went upstairs to walk (even though it looked lovely outside). Jenni joined us late and left early. We talked about other stuff.

.

. It was after 4 when we went downstairs. Tonja left and Michelle continued to talk. Eventually I told her I needed to go home and nap. So I went home, stopping to lock the swap shop. I put on a podcast and settled back in the lounger. But sleep never came.

Chris came home and made rice. I told him some of the things Michelle said and he explained what was true from what wasn't. I texted her so she wouldn't worry. I ate some rice with broth on it. I tried to nap again, but no.

I worked on my blog and made tea. We watched two episodes of SG1 and one of Have Gun Will Travel. Later Chris went to bed and I stayed up until 10:50, then went to bed. It still took me a long time to fall asleep.

The catnip plant

Monday

I felt like I hadn't slept during the night, but later Chris told me that I was sleeping soundly when he took his shower. I got up around 7:45. I still had a headache and my stomach was not back to normal.

I did the usual upon-waking things, then sat down to read e-mail. I read until noon, then made breakfast. I was not able to eat it all. I had a grapefruit as well. I went back to reading. Later I had some pistachios.

At 3:30 I went to the gym. I met Tonja and Diane there. We decided to walk outside because it was sunny. Tonja gave me her catnip plant, which I put in my car. Then we walked around the neighborhood for half an hour.

When I got home, I remembered I was supposed to pick up Sophia. So I headed back, but then went home again to drop off the plant. Then I picked up Sophia and chatted with her parents. I brought her back to my house. She had forgotten her math book so we worked out of some of mine. Then we dusted, and she helped me move the book case across the hall and load the cleaning supplies on it.

I took her home, then came back. Chris was home and made his supper. I didn't feel like eating, so I took some charcoal and went back to reading and listening. It was almost 8 when I decided to try a salad. I made it and ate while working on my blog.

Then I made tea and we watched one episode of SG1, and one episode of Have Gun Will Travel. Chris went to bed around 10:30 and I got ready at 11.

Pot-luck

Sunday

I got up just after 8. I followed the usual routine, including rinsing the sprouts. It is not going as well as last time. I made a batch of egg-flax muffins. I read e-mail and listened to short videos at the same time.

John texted to say he wasn't feeling well enough to run the game tonight. So I tapped for him. Then, mid-morning, my stomach started to feel a little off. I hadn't eaten yet, and the only thing I drank was water with a lemon squeezed into it. So I ignored it.

At 11:15 I took some activated charcoal. Later I made and ate breakfast. I got ready for church. I took muffins and honey and avocado dip with me to the chapel. I found the visiting pastor sitting in his car. I waved to him and walked up to the door, unlocking it, and going inside. I put my trombone up front, then moved the food to the fellowship hall. I went to the bathroom, and when I got out, Jenni and Diane were there. And John.

So we had our service, sans Sgt King who was with his wife at the hospital having a baby. I played two hymns at the end. Then we placed the food on a table in the narthex. Pastor Chris said a prayer, and we filled our plates and sat in padded chairs to eat and talk. My stomach was iffy.

At three, we broke up and I locked the door as everyone left. I went home and changed clothes. I did numerous internet searches for initials left behind in a stone on my brother's property.

After several hours, it became clearer that my stomach wasn't going to digest the food. I took more charcoal tablets, but it didn't help. As much as I hate throwing up, there was no other way out of feeling queasy. Finally I did it, and it was as bad as I thought it would be. But when it was over, I felt better. I asked Chris to read to me for a bit, then I washed up and read to myself for hours. I never did feel like eating.

After 8, I put the book down and worked on my blog. I made tea and we watched two episodes of SG1. Chris went to bed not long after. I was tired, but I stayed up to read e-mail until 11, then went to bed.

Peacefully piecing a puzzle

Saturday

I got up about 9. After the usual stuff, including rinsing the seeds and watering plants, I sat down to read e-mail. After a while, the sound stopped working and I had to reboot my computer. Then Chris gave me a coconut oil massage. Then we took our showers.

\At noon, I made breakfast. Chris pulled a roast out of the oven. So I ate some of that instead of fruit.

Tonja texted me to come over and do a puzzle. So when I finished eating, I went to her house. She introduced me to her three cats. We took a walk around the block to get some sunshine. She made us some hot tea. Then we sat at her round table to work on a puzzle version of Starry Night. It was very difficult.

When the light began to fade from the sliding glass window, I got up to leave. She gave me a bag of headbands for the next sewing class. She also meant to give me her catnip plant to revive, but we both forgot about it.

I went home and made a salad for supper. I also ate some seed crackers and cheese squares. Then I read e-mail for awhile. Afterward, I worked on my blog. I added a picture to yesterday's blog.

I made tea and we watched TV. We dressed the bed in clean sheets. I read e-mail and listened to a podcast on copper in the diet. Then I rinsed the seeds and went to bed.

Cleaning around the resident

Friday

I woke up about 8. I laid in bed for awhile, then got up around 8:30. I prepped for the day, then read e-mail, waiting for the roads to get plowed so I could get the laundry started at the company house.

At 10:20 the plow went through. Chris went to the office. I went by the company house, but there was a car in the driveway. So I went home and waited. Actually I read e-mail, then made breakfast a little early.

I went over again around noon. I rang the doorbell and the man who answered looked like he had just gotten out of bed. I told him I was there to clean the house. He let me in and said I didn't need to wash his sheets. The other sheets were on the floor by the washer. I threw them in, added soap, and turned it on and left.

I went home and finished breakfast. I continued reading, then paused at 2. I texted Chris to call me when he got home. However he pulled up just as I was getting in my car. I told him where I was going, then went to the company house to throw the sheets in the dryer.

I went home to Chris. We prepared for our trip and went to Tooele, listening to the book on CD. There was snow everywhere, but the roads were good. We shopped in the usual three places, then went back to base.

I was really tired so I sat and drank tea after putting the food away. Then I went to the company house to clean. The sheets were dry but the one towel was not, so I threw it back in while I made the beds. The resident was watching TV. I cleaned the bathrooms, then the kitchen. I swept the floors with a dustmop. The dryer wasn't done, but the towel was dry so I took it out and hung it. Then I packed up and left.

When I got home, I put the leftover beef in the toaster oven. I made and ate a salad while listening to Mike Adams interview someone about the state of our southern border. Lots of military-age men coming through.

Michelle came over to talk to Chris about her resume and a job she applied for. I worked on my blog while they talked. She made sure I was coming to her house for game night.

After posting, I washed up and took my 2.5 gallon water container and went to her house. With a little help, I finished the last game and started over with the easy ones because I am certain I missed one.

It was after 11 when I left. But Chris was still up when I got home. I finished my blog, then went to bed. Chris got there before I finished my stretches. Then we both went to sleep.

Rabbit Stew

Thursday

I got up at 8:30. After the usual preliminaries, I rinsed the seeds and sat to read e-mail. I listened to a talk on CBDC's and the plan to make them legal tender, which means they have to be accepted to erase debt even if the proprietor would rather have some other form of payment. At noon, I made breakfast and ate it while watching The Highwire. There was a lot of talk about the banking industry and then autism. Jenny McCarthy is building a home for autistic children to go when their parents are too old to care for them.

After the show, I got ready for walking. By then it was raining. I went to the gym and met Jenni. She signed up for the Bushcraft cooking class, then we walked around the track for almost half an hour. We went downstairs and asked where the class would be and they indicated a blue tarp/tent structure out by the parking lot.

We walked over and hung out for a bit, asking questions. Then we left. I went home to get a folding chair and a puzzle for game night. I searched through boxes in the shed, hoping to find a puzzle, but no. There were boxes in the garage, but they were up high where I couldn't really reach them. I tried the Big Bang Theory, and set it up and read the directions. But there was too much Rock-paper-scissors-lizard-Spock in it. So I took Scrabble instead.

I went back to the gym. The chair wasn't needed because there was space on the benches. There was a fire pit which had burned down so there were embers. There were several other coal containers and a gas stove set up. The kids roasted marshmallows on sticks and made smores. Men demonstrated cooking a freshly skinned rabbit on a stick over the fire. Bacon was cooked in a dutch oven, then rabbit meat was added, and vegetables. It made a stew. Another man cooked bison and vegetables from the commissary using coals and the gas stove. Jenni and I each had some. We had some rabbit, too.

It went longer than expected, especially the rabbit stew. So I got to Game Night an hour late and smelling like wood smoke (which I like). I sat with Tonja and Jeff. Jenni and Michelle came over and we played Scrabble. Michelle left early. After the game, Jenni went to help with a puzzle. I talked to Tonja for awhile. Steve came over to say hi, then Jamie dropped by. She ended up at the puzzle table. Finally Jerry came over as I was about to get up. We discussed ways of killing gophers. And then I big all a goodbye and went home.

Chris wasn't feeling great so he went to bed early. I rinsed my sprouts and sat down to read e-mail. Then I remembered my blog and spent some time on it. I listened to “You're so Vain” and some other Carly Simon songs. It really took me back.

"Clouds in my coffee"

Wednesday

I thought I heard my 7:35 alarm go off just before Chris came back to take his shower. But actually it was the 8am alarm. He was running later than usual because the base was opening two hours late due to weather. I looked outside to see it raining, which would later turn to snow.

I got up and started on coffee morning. I rinsed the seeds. He went to work. I boiled water and then scooped out the coffee. But it had little flecks in it. So I spent some time trying to separate them from the coffee. First I filtered the larger pieces out with a sieve. Then I blew on what was left and the pieces mostly flew out while the coffee particles stayed in the bowl.

I made coffee, tapped and meditated. I finished later than usual, so I started my MMS routine before the coffee was gone. Every hour I took two drops. I cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen. I emptied the vacuum cup, which was full of dirt from the swap shop. I vacuumed most of the floors. Then I took a shower and got dressed. I finished vacuuming and fed the plants.

At 3:20 I went to the post office to pick up the mail and a package. Then I went to the gym to walk. I started by myself, then Diane joined me. Later Michelle arrived, and still later, Jenni. Diane was the first to leave because he had to go back to work. We walked a couple more rounds, then Jenni left.

Michelle's daughter arrived with her therapy dog. Michelle had us do free weights in the last room, and then we did some machines. Then I went into another room to use the oblique machines. Michelle talked to me the whole time.

I went home and took the next dose of MMS. Chris was already home. He had been texting with Faye over an bank account mystery. I opened the postal box and pulled out supplements. I made up doses for the next week. Then I sat down to read e-mail and listen to a few podcasts, etc. I worked on my blog, then made tea. We watched two episodes of SG1. Chris went to bed and I stayed up to read through a few more articles.

A long guild meeting

Tuesday

I got up about 8. I got ready for the day. I rinsed seeds and sprouts. I made seed crackers and read e-mail while they baked. Later I made breakfast. Chris did not come home for lunch.

At 1:50, I went to the library to return a season of SG1, and then to the post office to pick up the mail. Then I went to Saronna's house to play music. But we ended up talking the whole time. So when her alarm went off, we quickly played a hymn, then packed up. She walked to the school to get her kids.

I went home and checked my phone. There was a message from the ladies who were walking early. So I ate an apple, then went to the gym to walk with Michelle and Tonja. Afterward, I went home and had some beef.

I read e-mail for a bit, then signed into Zoom for the quilt guild meeting in Huntsville. I got sleepy as it ran for 2 hours. For the first time in years, some people were online but the others were in a conference room at Publix, the new meeting space. I am envious that they get to meet in person now. Part of the problem of having show-n-tell in person but through Zoom, is that taking pics is hard. As soon as they hold it up, someone comments and Zoom replaces the quilt's frame with the speaker's frame.

Chris came home from work and made his supper. After the meeting, I made and ate a salad. Then I worked on my blog. I made tea and we watched two episodes of SG1. Chris went to bed soon afterward. I stayed up till 11 and did some tapping. Then I did my stretches and went to bed. However, in the middle of the night I woke up with my left ear ringing especially loudly. I got up, turned off my phone and put it in the diningroom, then went back to bed.

Cleaning the swap shop

Monday

I got up after 8. I did the usual first things. I rinsed the soaked sunflower seeds and left them to drip dry. I deleted e-mail, and listened to podcasts. I watched more microgreen videos.

Chris came home early for lunch. He sliced up the loaf from yesterday. It looked like something you would crumble in a bowl of milk. After he went back to work, I started another loaf. I read e-mail all afternoon. I sliced up fruit rinds for the compost. I sewed through the toe of my sock, closing the hole, but making the sock slightly shorter.

At 3:30, I went to the gym. I discussed microgreens with Mickie, then walked the track with Michelle. Then I went to pick up Sophia and brought her to my house. But she wanted to work first and do math later. So I took her to the swap shop to clean. But the little vacuum there was not very effecting. There was a dustmop, but it was pretty awful, too. So we gave up and went back to my house. We worked on problems from books on my shelf.

At 6, I put my vacuum in the car and took her home. Then I stopped at the swap shop and vacuumed the floor and the carpet. When I got back, Chris was home. I made supper and ate it in front of my laptop. I checked on my

Swanson's order which hasn't come yet. Then I worked on my blog.

We watched two episodes of SG1, then he went to bed and I stayed up till 11. I did my stretches and went to bed. Later, I remembered to start some seeds, so I got up, went to the kitchen and put some seeds in to soak, then went back to bed.

No games, just boxes at the swap shop

Sunday

I had a hard time going to sleep after staying up so late reading. So naturally, I got up late. I got ready for the day, and put out some supplements for the week, hoping that the ones I ran out of will arrive tomorrow.

I created an album for the sewing class. I went through my pics from the last two years and added almost 90 pics. I thought there were more, but apparently I didn't take pics at every class.

Then I read e-mail. Chris came home from his trip. He threw the laundry in the washer and laid down for a nap. I made and ate breakfast, then went in the bedroom to quietly get dressed for church.

I put some seed crackers in a container and took my trombone to the chapel. When I got there, I put the seed crackers on the back table and went up front to assemble my trombone. I went to the bathroom to shorten my slip straps. I came back out and spoke to John as people arrived. Pastor Chris said a few words of introduction which spread to be almost a sermon in itself. Then we sang a song and he preached from John chapter 13. Afterward, Saronna and I played two hymns.

While people chatted, I went to the swap shop to open it as requested yesterday. But where was she? I went back to the chapel, which was now deserted, to get my remaining seed crackers. Then I went back to the swap shop. Still no one, so I locked it and went home. Then I got a Facebook message from her, so I told her to meet me in the back and I drove back over. I showed her the boxes and she picked out what she needed. She wanted to stay and look so I told her to go ahead and I would come back to lock it.

I went home and changed. I asked Chris to put gas in my car. Just then, she texted that she was finished. So Chris and I stopped at the post office and I locked the door. Then we went to the gas station. I filled out the book while he pumped gas and bought beer. And we came home.

Chris didn't run his game, and neither did John. Apparently he has covid. I put a block of frozen whey in some milk to thaw. I read e-mail and looked at videos of microgreens and electroculture. I threw the liquid in the bread machine with the other ingredients and started the machine. Chris made his supper and I had some of the roast. Later I made a salad. The bread did not come out well and I wondered if it didn't have enough liquid in it.

I worked on my blog, then made tea. We watched two episodes of SG1, then dressed the bed with clean sheets. Chris went to bed and I stayed up to watch electroculture gardening videos.

Struggling with the machines

Saturday

I had trouble sleeping and got up really late. I did the usual things, then rinsed the sprouts and jotted notes for last night. I read e-mail, and drank lemon water. I learned about the advantages of small local banks. Credit unions are insured by a different entity than FDIC.

I read e-mail. At noon I made and ate breakfast. I took a shower and threw some fabric together, I straightened the edges of the fabrics I chose, and cut 8” strips. I packed the machines, fabric and notions into my car. I headed out, stopping at the post office for mail. But the box of supplements was not there. :(

I arrived at the chapel and Tonja was waiting. I unlocked the door and we went in and set up in the fellowship hall. I went back to my car for two more machines. Saronna's girls ran up to me and each took a sewing machine and carried it in.

Tonja helped me set up the machines. Saronna wrote the instructions on the board while I narrated the steps. I unpacked the fabrics and got people started. Tonja helped them cut the fabrics of their choice into the appropriate size strips. Isadora and Avry came late, but that was good, meaning we didn't have as much of a run on the machines at one time.

Wilhelm wanted to sew and he is 5, so I spent more time with him than the others. I tried to keep an eye on all participants to avoid mistakes before they got sewn in. I did catch a few. And Tonja caught a few. Then at the end, she and I needed to help Isadora and Avry with the last step of their projects, but the machines (both Singers) would not cooperate. I think we spent over an hour trying to figure out why we were getting thread nests on the back. Usually it means the foot wasn't down, but that wasn't it. The thread had jumped out of the take-up lever, but fixing that did not fix the problem. We re-threaded and got new bobbins. I finished one by hand. I finished Avery's with the machine. Then they left and the new couple helped us pack up and tote our stuff back to our cars.

I went home and brought all my stuff back in the house. I made a mental note to refill all the empty bobbins. I listened to podcasts for 3 hours, making supper and eating it. Then I worked on my blog. Chris wasn't here to watch TV with, so I sat in a chair and read a book for three hours. I went to bed after midnight.

Doing laundry in stages

Friday

I got up around 8, having gone to bed early. I got ready for the day. Chris had put a roast in the oven before he left at 6.

I went online to order some silver. Picking something was easy, but paying for it was hard. There were lots of payment options but some were more expensive. I tried ACH, but they insist on using Plaid. I looked it up and was not impressed with their 'We don't share your info, except …'. So I tried by wire. After a few phone calls, it turns out my bank only does wire transfers if I show in person. Not feasible for an out-of-state bank. Needless to say, it took most of the morning.

So around 11, I picked up the mail at the post office, then went to the company house. I put in a load of laundry. Then I went to the house on Mustang to pick up more potting soil. But it was cold and my fingers got stiff. So I went home to get a trowel.

I read e-mail for a bit, then made and ate breakfast. I went back to the company house to throw the sheets in the dryer and the towels and bath mats in the washer. I came back and ate some fruit. Then I pulled the roast from the oven. I let it cool a bit on the stove, then put some in a bowl to eat. Later I put it in the fridge.

I went back to the company house to throw the towels in the dryer and the sheets on the beds. Then I went to the commissary for what groceries they had. They never have sprouts, but I am growing some in a jar. They also didn't have corned beef, something I look forward to once a year. I went home and put the groceries away. I cut off the leaves of Pete's Butter Lettuce, and planted the roots in the tower garden.

I went back to the company house to put the towels away and quickly sweep the floors. Then I went to the other house to sweep up the remaining potting soil. When I got back, I dumped the collection into a large green tub in the garage.

I listened to a documentary while reading e-mail. Then I made a salad and ate supper. I listened to various speakers, then worked on my blog. Michelle texted that they were ready for game night. So I finished my blog and put on shoes. I emptied the water container and took it with me. I drove to her house. The kids were still up. I gave her some cheese squares. She gave me a mixture with faux crab that she made for the kids. It was good. Her husband queued up the game.

As I spoke to them, her husband told me his father had died. So we discussed that for a while. Then I started the game. The kids would make suggestions. But this was a hard one because the balls were already placed on the board and the directions were fixed. The only thing I could change were the placements of the corners. The balls were arranged in 'trains' of metal ball, rubber ball, and bomb. The 'exit' was nearly surrounded by magnets. So when the train got close to the exit, the metal ball stuck to the magnet which stopped the rubber ball and the bomb ran into the rubber ball, blowing it up. To win the game, all 4 rubber balls had to drop through the exit. So hard! Michelle looked up the solutions and gave me hints when I asked for them.

She put the kids to bed and we played through two more games. Finally I called it quits at 10:55. But then she wanted to talk about her plans if she gets the job as the new MWR director. 45 minutes later, I got to leave, with a full water container.

As I drove home, a police truck pulled in behind me. I got a little worried, but he didn't follow my turn onto Carr Circle. However, as I pulled into my driveway, he came down my street and passed the house, but didn't stop. Maybe Chris asked the police to keep an eye on me? Anyway, I put the water in the kitchen, shut off my phone, did my stretches and went to bed.

Building shelves

Thursday

I got up around 8. After the usual things, I went looking online for the pattern for the potholders. I worked on making the potholder, then took a pic of it and posted to the Facebook pages. I also sent the write-up to Chris to put it out on the Housing news feed.

I made and ate breakfast while watching The Highwire. Chris came home for lunch, stayed through a meeting that he listening to on his phone, then went back to work. Jamie came by for her share of the cleaning money, then went to Tooele to deposit it.

I finished The Highwire, and read e-mail. At 3 I went to the library to return season 2 and check out Season 4 of SG1. At 3:30 I went to the gym to walk with Jenni. But just then, Jamie texted that she was ready to help me build the shelving. So Jenni and I met Jamie at my house. The cinder blocks and strips of wood were piled in a corner of my garage.

They put it together and needed two more cinder blocks. So we all piled in Jamie's car and went to the landfill. We picked up three cinder blocks, visited the pit, and on the way out, picked up three ammo cases.

We went back to my house and finished the make-shift shelving. They went home. I spent some time moving things around in the garage and finding things to go on the shelves. Chris came home from work.

He cooked mushrooms for me. I came inside, very tired. He put the remaining beef ribs in the mushrooms to heat up.

I sat and read a book until he brought me a bowl of supper. I ate it and continued to read. Then I made a salad, and ate that as I read. Then I put the book down so I could work on my blog. I made tea and we watched the last two episodes of Season 3. I was so very tired that I turned off my phone and went to bed. Ironically, Chris stayed up later.

Another house successfully turned over

Wednesday

I got up late, having had pain in my back all night. I prepared for coffee morning. I had to turn up the music in order to hear it over the rain. After the meditation and tapping, I started taking MMS on an hourly basis at 1 drop.

I cleaned the bathrooms, then moved to the kitchen. Chris came home for lunch. He was going to hardboil eggs on the stove, but I said I needed the stovetop for drying dishes, so he said he'd do it later. We talked about the difficulties of having an Apple phone.

I finished the kitchen and he went back to work. I changed the water for all the rootings. I mopped the kitchen floor. I took a shower and went to the house we cleaned. They came early as usual. But they had forgotten stuff so I walked around looking for any remaining gopher stakes until they got back. I thought the potting soil in the back yard would have been dispersed by the rain, but it looked ok. They seemed pleased with the house and I signed off, then went to Housing to return the key.

I went home and finished vacuuming. Then I went to the gym, but none of the ladies showed up. Tiffany, who works at the gym, moved the heavy weights from the machines I like to use. I did a full workout with three circuits. Then I walked the track upstairs. Tiffany joined me on her break. We had a nice chat.

Then I went home and got on my laptop. As I listened to short interviews, I read e-mail. Chris came home from work and hardboiled eggs. It smelled like something was burning. I used EQ to color blocks for pillow tops. I arranged the choices in a quilt setting and took a pic. I sent it to Cecily.

I listened to a documentary called “Utah:Safe and Effective?” I paused it at 7:30 to work on my blog. Then I spent some time looking for a pic to go with it. I made tea and played my trombone. Then we watched two episodes of SG1. Chris laid out his clothes and went to bed. I stayed up to finish something and do some tapping so I could clear old e-mails. I also replied to Cecily's reply to my reply.

** I'd love to know the rest of the story. **

It's not just dirt

Tuesday

I got up before 8. After the usual stuff, I sat at my laptop to type up a cleaning invoice for February. I sent it off, and deleted some e-mail. Then I re-drew the quilt block in EQ4 and experimented with other colorings. I printed out the templates.

At 10 I went to unlock the swap shop for Shiloh, then parked at the Mustang Road house. I took off my shoes and went upstairs to look for anything we missed. I found some dirt in the window tracks and cleaned it out. Then I went downstairs and cleaned the tracks for the sliding glass window. I brought in my vacuum to help. It took about an hour, then I moved my cleaning supplies to my car. Jamie left the hose winder for me, but I could not fit it in my car.

I took my stuff home, and put it in the house. Then I picked up buckets and put them in the trunk so I could pick up what I had just realized was potting soil dumped in the backyard of the house. However, my back started to hurt, so I delayed.

I read e-mail for a bit, then made and ate breakfast. Saronna messaged me that she was home with two sick kids, so we weren't going to play today. Jamie came by with the hose winder. We talked about setting up shelving in the garage.

I looked at sewing projects online and picked an easy pieced potholder for Saturday. At three I whipped up a batch of seed crackers and put them in the oven. I filled all the smaller containers from larger ones. At 3:30 I went to the gym. Only Tonja was waiting for me. We walked around the track and talked. She knows a lot about wine. Afterward, we went home. I turned off the oven but left the crackers in to crisp up. Then I went to lock the swap shop, but it was already locked.

I parked behind the Mustang Road house and got out the buckets. I filled the 5 gallon bucket and two regular buckets and a 8 inch pot. It was starting to rain, so I went home. I took the buckets out of my car. I went out back to push two more gopher stakes in the ground. I raked leaves off the back porch and put them in the compost. I emptied water that collected in containers outside.

I ate a banana and went back to reading e-mail. Around 6, Chris came home from work. He made his supper and I heated ribs and quinoa in the toaster oven. Later, I made a salad. I listened to an interview with Gen Flynn. I worked on my blog.

I made tea and we watched two episodes of SG1. Later, I replaced the filter on the Air Doctor. But the Replace Filter light did not go out. Chris laid out his clothes for tomorrow and went to bed. I stayed up to listen to a summit episode, then did some tapping and went to bed.

Beef ribs and cleaning contracts

Monday

It was almost 9 when I got up, having been awake for awhile. After the usual, I I read e-mail and messages on Telegram. I could smell the ribs cooking in the oven.

At noon, I made and ate breakfast. Chris came home for lunch. He took the beef ribs out of the oven. I ate some even though it interrupted the schedule. I talked to Jamie on the phone. Then I called Diane and she told me that she is resigning to move to Virginia with her family. Chris went back to work.

When my call ended, I went to the Mustang road house to meet Jamie. We divided up the cleaners and the sonic gopher stakes left behind. We put stuff for the swap shop in my trunk. She wanted to finish the house, so I told her I would come by in the morning to do a last look and pick up my cleaning supplies.

I went to Housing to schedule the final inspection and get more cleaning contracts. Then I went directly to the gym where Tonja was waiting. We decided to walk outside. As we left the parking lot, Michelle drove up. We walked by Jenni's house and she came with us, too. We walked all the way around the old school and back to the gym. Michelle gave me some stuff for the swap shop and left. I chatted with Tonja about having a thrift shop day, then I went to the swap shop to drop stuff off.

When I got home, I went back to reading e-mail and eating fruit. I got the unread email down to under 1000. Chris came home and cooked squash. I ate half of one. I shoved the new gopher stakes into the ground in the back yard. I worked on my blog, then made tea.

We watched two episodes of SG1. Chris got ready for bed and let me know that the air purifier needed a new filter. I stayed up to read e-mail. Then at 11, I read a book, thinking it would put me to sleep. But after an hour and a half, I quit and went to bed, where I laid awake for some time.

No games today

Sunday

I got up at 8. Chris was already up. He got up at 7 when my 8am alarm rang. I was surprised that it knew the time changed because it hasn't been connected to the outside world for 10 months.

I took the morning supplements, then made up 6 days worth. However, I ran out of some, which may be sitting at the post office as I write this. I deleted a bunch of e-mail. I made up 2 gallons of laundry soap. I washed dishes.

I read e-mail, listened to a podcast on the benefits of bee pollen for deficiencies. I made breakfast, and got nicely dressed. I went to the chapel with Chris, whose game was cancelled. I said hello to the assistant, then went to the bathroom and turned my dress around. We waited for others to show. Pastor Josh came with an assistant who played guitar. Finally, Diane, Saronna and kids, Jenni's husband came.

After a prayer, the assistant played a song on guitar and the words were on the overhead screen. Then Josh talked about parables in Luke. He said a prayer and then Saronna and I played two hymns, including the one we did so badly at last week. We skipped the 7-fold amen.

I put out the container of seed crackers and put them on the back table. We stood around talking. People left a few at a time. Then Chris and I went home. I changed clothes, and made cheese squares. I got a message that our cleaning quote was not accepted. Totally understandable.

I read e-mail and listened to interviews. It got late fast. I heated the last of the ground beef in the toaster oven. There was no more rice, but Chris had cooked a mix of tomatoes, onions and peppers so I added that. I also made a salad. Chris went to Ravonna's house to give her the irises. She gave him eggs.

I watched sewing videos, then worked on my blog. I made tea and we watched two episodes of SG1. Then Chris went to bed and I stayed up. I made more chia/flax mix. I watered my plants. I watched some tapping videos, and went to bed.

An afternoon of cleaning

Saturday

I got up before 8:30. I did the usual things to get ready. I played with my EQ software to draw the block for the pillows. I had to look online for the trig to get the measurements that I needed. I was bothered by the amount of time it took to parse the information. Has it been too long since I did trig?

I finished the drawing. It wasn't quite to scale since the program insisted on 'snap to grid'. Then I printed out the pattern pieces. I contacted Jamie about a quote for Monday and sent a message to the occupant. Then Chris gave me a coconut oil massage. Afterward, he took his shower and I took mine.

I read e-mail for a bit, then made breakfast. I ate that and pistachios and a grapefruit. Around 2, I got some cleaners together and my vacuum and went to the company house. I made the beds and put the duvets back in their covers. Even though I used binder clips in the corners, it was a struggle and there must be an easier way, because the whole process took an hour for three beds.

That and hanging the towels.

Then I picked up all my cleaners and went to the house on Mustang. I finished cleaning the cupboards and the fridge, and the kitchen window plus the window in the livingroom and the fan blades. That took 3 hours, much of it spent scrubbing black paint flecks off of the Venetian blinds.

I went home and heated ground beef and rice in the toaster oven. I made a salad. Michelle came over to borrow some ammonia to clean her stove grates. She stayed to chat and finally I had to indicate that I wanted to finish my supper. She left and I ate while listening to Dr. Jane. Then I worked on my blog.

I made tea and we watched two episodes of SG1. He tumbled the sheets for a few minutes while I put my laundry away. Then we dressed the bed and I laid out a nightgown. He went to bed and I stayed up to read e-mail.

The long-awaited Azure Standard order

Friday

I got up at 8, not having slept well because something my stomach had trouble digesting. I prepared for the day, watered the plants, then read e-mail for a while. I went to the company house to spray the tubs and squirt cleaner in the toilets. They had obligingly stripped their beds and left the sheets in a pile. But they ALSO took the covers off of the duvets. My heart sank, knowing how much work it is to get them back in those covers. So there were three loads of laundry. I put one load in the washer, left one on the floor and took the last one home.

I went home and listened to an interview:

Take proteolytic enzymes at first sign of flu to digest the protein coating on virus. Food allergies often come from foreign proteins. Partially digested protein is treated like foreign protein. Taking protein enzymes can help. He takes Flora Advanced Adult enzyme blend: UDO's choice

Just after 10:30, I threw the laundry in the dryer and went to the company house to throw the sheets in the dryer and put the towels in the washer. I cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen. I vacuumed the floors. I took the sheets from the dryer and started putting them on beds.

But it got late, so I went home for breakfast. There was a towel that wasn't dry so I put it back in the dryer and made breakfast. Chris came back from the office and doing his sit-rep. When I finished eating, we went to Tooele for groceries. I picked up my Azure Standard order at Melanie's, and chatted with the lady there. Then we shopped at Macey's, went back to post, and shopped at the commissary.

When we got home, we put away the food. Michelle texted me that a lady had lost her necklace in front of a building in Ditto. So she picked me up to go look for it. We paced back and forth all around the building, but found everything but a necklace. She dropped me off at home.

I made supper, and a salad. I looked at articles online as I ate. Then I worked on my blog. It was almost 8, when I took my water container and went to Michelle's house for game night. It was raining. She welcomed me and then left me to start the game while she tucked in her kids. Later she came back to watch me play and give me hints. We worked through a couple of games. Then all of a sudden, it was 11. So I quit the game and thanked them, then took the full water container home.

Chris had just gone to bed so I unplugged the router and got myself ready to sleep, then turned in for the night.

Paint on my mat

Thursday

I got up around 7:30. After getting ready for the day, I read e-mail for awhile. Then I went to the house on Mustang and cleaned for an hour in the kitchen.

I tried to get home before noon so I could start making breakfast before Chris came home for lunch. I had to cut up ginger and turmeric in order to make tea, so I got started late. But he was late coming home so I finished and started listening to the Highwire. When he came home, I plugged in headphones so he could eat in peace. Del talked about the protests over mandating the HPV vaccine. Also there was a long interview with Rob Schneider.

After it was over, around 3, I called Myra. She said they had tickets to come here in June. At 3:30 I hung up with her and drove to the gym. Michelle came and we signed up for paint yoga and bushcraft cooking. Then we walked around the track and talked. At 4:30, I stopped and went home to hunt down my yoga mat. I also chopped up fruit peels and put them in the compost.

Then I went back to the gym. Mats and paper and sheets of plastic were set up on the floor. There was a place for me to lay mine. I put the paint paper on it. She gave us paints to drip on the paper. Then we covered them with plastic and proceeded to stand on them

Brittany guided us in several poses, all of which I have done before. But doing them on a slippery piece of plastic made them harder to do. When we were done, we placed our 'master pieces' on a roll of paper to dry. That's when I noticed paint on my very expensive yoga mat.

She had some yoga accessories for us to try, like the padded shoulder stand and some circles for rolling out our backs. I tried each thing, then went to the bathroom for soap and water to wash the paint off of my mat. But I could not get it all off.

I rolled up my mat and headed out. I ran into Steve and we talked about taking swap shop stuff to an Indian reservation. And he told me about a man who fell on the ice this morning.

I went home, passing Chris on his way to get his weekly pizza. I went home and heated ground beef in the toaster oven. I made a salad and chopped up some fresh garlic. I ate while reading Telegram messages. Then I worked on my blog.

I made tea. We watched two episodes of SG1. Then I watched an interview on transubstantiation. A scientist had done medical tests on a host that was turning water to blood. Testing showed it was heart tissue. And then I went to bed.

** The red arrow shows where the HPV vaccine was introduced. Doesn't look like it prevented anything. **

The flush

Wednesday

I got up at 7:30. Chris was gone to the dentist for a permanent crown. I prepared for coffee morning with exercises, etc. I meditated and tapped. Later I cleaned the bathrooms and the kitchen. I played part of Day 9 as I worked. I started an hourly regimen of MMS.

Then I took a shower and turned on my phone. I prepared a cleaning contract and went to the house on Mustang. The occupant and inspection ladies were there. He showed me the cleaners that he had left. We signed the paperwork and he gave me a key. Then Jamie arrived. He showed her the drinks he left in the fridge for us. We chatted some more, and then she left and he left. I turned off all the lights and closed the garage door. Then I left.

When I got home, I vacuumed and cleaned out the dust cup. I listened to more of Day 9. I put on shoes and went to the gym. Tonja arrived so we went upstairs to walk. Then Michelle joined us. After the walk, Michelle and I worked out pretty hard.

When we finished, I noticed it was snowing hard. I drove by the school to see if the fence was up. But it wasn't complete so we can still get in to dig up irises. But not in a snowstorm. I also stopped by the post office and picked up the mail.

I went home, and finished listening to Day 9. Chris came home and made his supper. I listened to the first part of Day 10, and another interview. I worked on my blog and made tea.

We watched several episodes of SG1. He went to bed and I stayed up to read messages and juice a grapefruit. I added oil to it and did my yoga stretches in the den. Then I sat on the bed and drank the mixture and laid down on my back. I hoped that version of a gallbladder flush would be fruitful.

Digging in the dark

Tuesday

I woke up early to pee, then went back to sleep with some trouble. I woke up again, from a dream, and went back to it. When I woke the third time, it was after 8. I felt rested.

I did the usual first things, then parsed 4 days worth of supplements. I ran out of one and had to substitute. I had meant to order more 4 days ago, but life got in the way. I wrote a check to the church in Huntsville. Then I listened to an episode of Financial Rebellion, and then one on sleep. That's when my phone rang. It was Saronna. She was at the swap shop but it wasn't open. I then remembered that I was supposed to unlock it. So, 0 to 60. I threw on clothes and a coat and ran out the door. She and Shiloh were waiting for me. I unlocked the door and apologized profusely. I chatted with Saronna, then checked my p. o. box. Mandy was there mailing something so I chatted with her. I went home and resumed whatever I was listening to. At noon I made and ate breakfast. At 2, I went to Saronna's house to play music, stopping to lock up the swap shop. We practiced hymns and Christmas songs for next year.

I went home for a little bit, then met the ladies at the gym. We walked around the neighborhood. It was a nice, but chilly day. Then I went home again. I heated ground beef and rice in the toaster oven. Later I made a salad. Myra called and we talked about her coming to visit in a few months. Chris came home from work as I scrambled to finish my salad.

We had to leave soon, so I left it on the counter. We drove to the community club for the neighborhood meeting. Chris introduced me to some people there that were on a visiting team. I chatted with them while he ordered his supper. Then I moved to the table with Charity. As other people arrived, we chatted about …? Anyway, the meeting started late. But we discussed lots of activities, including a game night later this month.

It was almost 8 when we got home. I finished my salad and worked on my blog. Ravonna had mentioned digging up the irises in front of the old school since they were going to tear it down. But the word came out today that they are fencing it off tomorrow. So I said I would help. I called Michelle because she is my partner in crime. Well, Ravonna got there first and said the snow was too deep so she went home. Michelle came to pick me up and we went over. She positioned her car so the lights illuminated the front of the school. I was able to located some irises that weren't under snow. Michelle held a flashlight while I pried up bulbs from the frozen ground. It was difficult and uncomfortable so I didn't stay at it long. Then Michelle dropped me off at home. I was almost disappointed that the police never spotted us.

I left the bulbs on the front porch. I went inside and changed pout of the wet pants. It took a while to warm up my fingers and I started to get worried. I made tea and we watched several episodes of SG1. Chris went to bed because he had to leave early for the dentist. I stayed up till 11 as usual.

Making quotes

Monday

I got up about 7:45, having slept pretty well. I noticed it had snowed again overnight. Sigh. I scraped my tongue, took supplements and drank hydrogen water, then brushed and swished.

I listened to the last interview for Day 7. I composed an e-mail to Dzynetech, I talked to Jamie about the houses we are quoting for cleaning. I read Telegram messages.

At 11:40 I started making breakfast. I ate at my laptop. Then I bundled up and went to a house on Mustang Road. The garage door was open and men were carrying out boxes. They told me the owner was upstairs so I went up. He and I chatted for a bit, then I looked around, mostly in the kitchen, while he took a phone call. I called Jamie and we agreed on $400. Then I waited while he was on the phone. He paused his call so I could tell him and price and get the date for sign-over.

Then I went to Mandi's house. It was two duplexes made into one house, so it had 6 bedrooms and 3 full baths. It made an odd living space. I looked at walls and doors. The bathrooms weren't too bad. The stove area was greasy and the filter was the greasiest I had ever seen. I mentioned using ammonia and she gave me a blank stare, like she didn't know what it was. Anyway, I said I needed to talk to Jamie who wanted to come later and look at the bathrooms. So she left the door unlocked for later.

I went home and had some fruit while I read e-mail. I put papaya seeds in the toaster oven to dry out. All too soon it was 3:30. I went to the gym to meet the ladies. We walked past Jenni's house and picked her up, then walked around the school. It did get cold and windy on the far side of the school. But I thought it was nice to walk outside.

After walking, I picked up Sophia and took her back to my house. We took the stuff out of the bathrooms, then swept and steam-mopped the floors. I think she liked the steam-mop. Then we sat with her math book and completed chapter 9 and 10. The last problem involved a recipe so we went in the kitchen and I let her whip up a batch of seed crackers. Then I took her home.

When I got back, Chris was in the kitchen. I cut up fruit rinds and put them in the compost. I put the last piece of beef with some rice in the toaster oven. He cooked some mushrooms for me. I started the Day 8 presentation, then took out the beef and ate it. Then I had the mushrooms with cilantro. I worked on my blog, then made a salad. I ate it while finishing the presentation.

I made tea early and we watched two episodes of SG1. Chris nearly fell asleep so he went straight to bed. I stayed up to finish the Day 8 presentation. I hit the hay at 11.

Gaming instruction

Sunday

Chris got up early. I stayed in bed until 8. It had snowed again. I did the usual first things, then Chris gave me a coconut oil massage and took a shower. I took mine later and he washed the sheets and towels. I got dressed and read e-mail and finished the Day 6 interviews.

Later I made and ate breakfast. Then I put on a dress, placed snacks in a container, and went to the chapel with my trombone and a dust brush and pan. Sgt King was there, cueing up music and talking to John. I cleaned off the sill of the stained glass window. I texted Chris and Jenni. She and her husband walked to church, arriving at the same time as the pastor. Diane and her family came, and then Saronna and three of her kids.

So the pastor gave an introduction, then said a prayer, and talked about communion for some time. Then he invited us to come up and take bread and wine while the music played. It was a pre-recorded song with the words projected onto the screen. But no one sang. Then there was a second song. But I didn't know it either.

The pastor addressed a passage from John 13. When he was done, Saronna and I got up to play. I asked for a hymn suggestion and waited. Then I suggested one fitting for the end of a service. But it didn't go well. So Jenni suggested another one and we played that. Then some stayed to talk and others left. We had snack. Saronna said she would bring snack next week. She also asked if I would teach a sewing class to the kids at the LDS church one night, maybe next month.

When I got home, Chris was gaming with the voices. I read e-mail for awhile, and ate some fruit. Then I changed back into regular clothes. I asked Chris for his 4th ed book. I put my gaming sheets in it, and headed out. I stopped at the company house to pick up my bottle of hydrogen peroxide. Then I parked in front of Jenni's house.

I sat with her husband as he explained the character sheet and options I had for my character. Jenni sat nearby, gluing tiny squares to a sticky sheet to make a picture. After almost three hours, my head was full, so I thanked them and went home.

I talked to Chris for a bit, then put beef and rice in the toaster oven. I smashed garlic and made a salad. I ate while reading articles. Then I started a Day 7 interview. I paused it to work on my blog.

I made tea and we watched two episodes of SG1. I helped Chris dress the bed, then he turned in. I stayed up to finish the interview, then went to bed around 11.

Hand-sewing: an easy project

Saturday

I got up after 8:30. I was pissed that my nose was still stuffy after all I went through yesterday to stop the cold. I got ready for the day, then we went to Tooele, listening to the book on CD. We shopped at Lucky. For some reason it seems they dropped the s. Or was it never there?

I walked to Melanie's and had a nice chat with her. I bought a few things and paid with cash. Then we went to Macey's for the rest. We headed back, passing through a herd of deer on the road. We stopped at the commissary for a few things, then went home.

I ate the rest of yesterday's breakfast and made a smaller version for today. I still had troube finishing it. I ate pistachios as I read the latest articles.

I took my sewing stuff and pillow fabric to the chapel. Tonja was waiting in her van. I opened the chapel door, we went in. I set my stuff on the tables and got out the project. I threaded some needles. Then I showed her my pillow block drawing and we discussed it.

Isadora arrived and we got her started on a shamrock. Then Jenni came and finally Saronna's husband and three kids. They each made a shamrock. I took pics as they finished and ran off to play. We talked about doing some quilting projects, maybe once a month.

After everyone left, Tonja and I went to the swap shop. I dropped off what the colonel had given me. Then her husband came and we carted out a bookcase to his truck and then to my house. I let him look through my record collection and take a few.

I read email and listened to a Day 6 presentation. Chris cooked mushrooms and beef for me. Later I made a salad and cooked an egg into the mushrooms and beef. I worked on my blog as I ate.

I wrote my blog post, then made tea. We watched several episodes of SG1. Then he went to bed and I stayed up to watch part 2 of the second episode. Then I shut down my computer and went to bed.

The cold survived, but I almost didn't

Friday

I woke early with a stuffy nose. I did the usual first stuff. I cleaned the tea pot, and boiled water. I made up supplement doses for four days. I read the MMS book while the water cooled. The book recommended a 6 and 6 solution for stopping a cold. So I made the first dose and took it. I got a slight headache. I cleaned the sinus bottle and used the boiled water to make more sinus rinse. I rinsed my sinuses. I made a grocery list and read. After an hour, I took the second dose. I went to the company house and cleaned the floors, which took 40 minutes.

When I got back, I started making breakfast. But the headache got worse and I felt nauseous. I told Chris to go to get his hair cut at Michelle's house without me. I thought he would be done in 10 minutes.

I could not eat breakfast. And in spite of my dread of vomiting, I finally did. The headache intensified but the nausea subsided. I read a book for an hour or more. I threw up again, but it didn't hurt as much. Chris came back with his hair cut. He said he had to wait in line. He convinced me to lie and down and I think I actually slept, on and off.

I got up around 4:30. I ate part of my breakfast while reading the latest news. I put on the Day 5 presentation. I read Telegram messages and ate pistachios while it played. Then I worked on my blog. I hoped my congestion would clear up so I could go to Game Night at Michelle's house. Michelle texted and convinced me to come anyway.

So I took the 2.5 gallon water container and drove over to her house. Her husband had the game up on the TV. She set up her diffuser to help me breathe. Maybe it did, because I only sneezed once and my nose did not drip much. Her daughter stayed up to watch for a while, then went to bed, taking her therapy dog with her.

I had a good time playing different levels of the game and talking to her and her husband. One round I could not figure out so she read me the solution given, but it didn't work. Not even close. I went on to the next level.

Finally it was getting towards 11. He brought me the filled water container. I thanked them and went home. Chris was waiting up for me. We shut down the computers and the router and went to bed.

This week's class - shamrocks

Thursday

I got up just after 7, having slept pretty well. I did the usual, then read e-mail for hours. I made breakfast, and ate it while watching The Highwire.

I sewed a felt shamrock, then posted it to the Facebook page as a class for Saturday. I went walking with Michelle. She was so fired up about getting to read the MWR manuals online. A new lady joined us and Michelle talked about Dugway like it was heaven on Earth. Afterward, she helped me work out in the weight room. I got really tired.

I went home. I finalized my Azure Standard order, but missed the deadline by a few minutes. I called and got that straightened out. Then I started heating supper. But I remembered that Chris asked me to go to the library, so I went and got next season of SG1.

I made a salad, and listened to something on glyphosate. I also read other articles, then put on the first interview from Day 4 of the Tapping World Summit. When it was over, I went to the second interview which was with a Dr.Silas who was working with service members in Germany. Worked on my blog, We watched several epidodes of SG1. Then we stayed up for awhile, but Chris went to bed first. I went to bed at 11.

Congestion

Wednesday

I slept well, until I woke up congested. My throat hurt but I think that was because I was breathing through my mouth. I suffered for awhile, then remembered my breathe jar. I inhaled from it for a minute, then was able to breathe well enough to go back to sleep (between hot flashes). When I got up, I prepared for coffee morning, only to discover that Chris was still here. He just got back from working out with the colonel. He was tired and cold. I covered him up and let him sleep for a bit before I turned on my classical music.

He got up, took his shower and went to work. I did my exercises, then finished reading the book. I noticed that there are no more brown spots on my wrists. I finished with tapping and meditation.

When coffee morning was over, I cleaned the bathrooms. I was halfway through the kitchen when Chris came home for lunch. I kept cleaning, then vacuumed. I fertilized the plants and changed the water in the rooting jars. I took a shower. I washed my cleaning cloths, adding throw rugs and a shower curtain to make a bigger load. I gathered up paper and plastic bags for recycling.

Then I sat down to read e-mail. I finished the Day 2 interviews. I watched a liver video: radishes are amazing for the liver, plus blended lemons, ACV. For gallstones, take bile salts.

I took some bile supplements, then went walking around the neighborhood by myself. I didn't want to walk with the ladies in case I was infectious. Then I went to the library to return the book and get the next one in the series.

I went back to reading e-mail. I read that the Catholic service was canceled because the priest couldn't make it. Chris came home. He made his supper. I listened to the first Day 3 interview. I worked on my blog. We watched two episodes of SG1 early. So I went on to the second Day 3 interview. Then I looked up ways to clear congestion. Pressing on C2 works for some people. I looked up galbladder cleanses, trying to find one that didn't call for grapefruit juice or lemon juice. Finally I went to bed.

The Townhall

Tuesday

I got up before 7:30, having slept pretty well. I did the usual, then rinsed my sinuses and swabbed my ear canals. I read my book by the HappyLight, stopping before it was finished to save some for tomorrow. Then I got online and started reading. I ate two apples.

At noon I made and ate breakfast and ate more apples. I read e-mail, then went to Saronna's house to play. We did a wide range of music. I went home for a few minutes, then went to pick up Tonja. I took her to the gym. We, met Diane and Michelle for a walk. Then Diane went back to work. We listened to Michelle talk about a phone call she got. Then I took Tonja home.

I went home myself. I read online while listening to a podcast. Chris came home for a quick bite. Then we went to HQ for the townhall. I sat with Jenni. Michelle came and sat with Ravonna. Then the four people at the front (including Chris) spoke to various issues. It seems like a lot is going to happen on Dugway this year. Afterward, I spoke to the acting MWR director.

Chris took me home and then went to the club to talk to the commander. I started listening to Day 2 of the Tapping World Summit. I also looked through Telegram messages. Then I remembered my blog. So I was working on that when Chris came back. I finished up, and made tea. We watched more episodes of Have Gun Will Travel. It wasn't as good at SG1.

Chris went to bed and I stayed up to hear part of the next Day 2 interview.
