Lots of notes today

I went to bed pretty late, but slept ok. I got up before 8. I had changed all the plant water yestserday, so I fed all the plants today. I started lemon water, then brushed teeth with nasty-tasting neem stuff. I read Daniel chapter 8 to the end of the book. I pulled sprouts off of the sweet potato and the yam and stuck them in water. I cut up turmeric roots and put some in my teapot and the rest in the freezer. I made a sample of the bookmark project. I separated and took out the recycling.

I wrote checks. Chris came home with a form for me to sign and he turned on the router. I had deliberately not done that because I knew I would get distracted. But, thinking the checks were the last thing, I did not turn it off. He went back to work with the signed form and with the checks to drop in the mail. I composed and posted an announcement to the Dugway page about the book mark class.

I listened to Day 8 of the cancer summit:

Fasting for 72 hours has lots of health benefits, including gut repair. 90% of our energy each day goes to digestion. The body goes into autophagy - an accelerated healing process. It stimulates generation of stem cells, and repairs the immune system. The molecular structure of a certain body of water protected a group of survivors at Chernobyl. MRET enables proper hydration of each cell. It grows large limes, too. 200 genes expresiions can be chaged by molecular hydrogen.

Thimerasol in vaccines is 50% mercury. Mercury offgasses from a filling from the time it is put in to the time it is taken out. Implants should be ceramic. Even women can have elevated PSA levels so the PSA test is not specific to prostate cancer. AMAS test is good for early detection. Onkosure DR-70 test scans for 16 different cancer types. RGCC test looks for which anti-cancer drugs and targeted therapies your cancer is most sensitive to. ONCOblot tests for 23 types of cancer. In Philipines a doctor developed an HCG test, urine test, for cancer tumors.

One doctor says there's no essential oil that doesn't help with cancer. Frankincense is one of the strongest. Sunscreen keeps the body from making vitamin D, also can contain harmful chemicals. Zinc Oxide is better. BEC-5 (glycoalkaloids) for sarcoma and other cancers. No reoccurance after 5 years. It was sold over-the-counter in Australia, 70,000 people were cured, but association of dermatologists complained that it should be by prescription only. So it was, but then they did not prescribe it and no one could get it. Dr's who are inventors are punished, not rewarded.

I made breakfast and Chris came home for lunch. He did not have any mail for me. I went on to listen to The Highwire:

Three ladies were interviewed, all employed in heath care, all with a movement disorder that started after an injection of mRNA. They were very pro-vax, but now that they have lost their jobs, accused of faking a disorder, told it's all in their head, and broke from mounting medical bills, they feel they took one for the team but the team refused to even acknowledge their condition. Facebook blocked them from telling their story. They are contacted every day by people having the same symptoms. If the incidence of side-effects is so rare, then the maker should be willing to be liable for them. There was lots of anecdotal evidence of monthly cycle changes after getting the shot, or after a co-habiter got the shot. Even menopausal women are bleeding again. Who is collecting the evidence to see how widespread this might be?

After it was over, I went outside to filter the big pieces out of the woodchips I gathered yesterday. Then I unrolled burlap and tucked it in around the lettuce plants. I topped it with the big(ish) pieces of wood chips. Then I watered the grass and the plants. I also ran the hose in a gopher hole, hoping to fill it, but the water just ran and ran. Who knows where it goes?

I listened to Day 3 of the sleep series. Chris came home to change before going to Mass. I got ready to go to the garden, and then Faye called. We talked until 7. She has an appointment to see Dad tomorrow. I raked a load of wood chips and took them to the garden. I dispensed some compost tea. I got home just as Chris did with pizza. I put supper in the oven and talked to Chris. I resumed Day 3 until supper was ready. He said naps were really good, but not to go over 90 minutes. Nasa discovered 40 minute nap improved alertness 100%.

I listened to a pediatrician talk about what enviromental factors are making our children so sick. Then I made tea and we watched a DVD from Netflix called Dangerous Liasons. Chris said it was based on a French novel, and several movies were made from the same novel. It was pretty creepy. Then we looked up some of the actresses. Finally I brushed my teeth and posted to my blog. Now I can get ready for bed.

Replacing peat

I slept ok last night, without help from the headphones. They blink the whole time I am listening and it might be disturbing Chris. I was doing mental programming when the alarm went off at 7:30.

Being Wednesday, it was meditation morning: coffee, exercises, rebounding, tapping, etc. Afterward, fueled by caffeine, I cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen. I was still cleaning when Chris came home. He turned on the router, made a sandwich, put it in a baggie and took it to work with him. I showered and put on jeans because today is Denim Day, in support of people who have experienced sexual assault. I put on my earthing sandals and watered plants and grass outside. There was nothing in the trap and no more signs of gopher predation on my lettuce.

I checked e-mail and started watching news and health videos. I went outside to fill the baby gopher holes with rocks and dirt. I went back to e-mail until Retreat at 5. Then I went to the garden to lay out the big cardboard box and cover it with woodchips. It was a little too windy to rake up more. I also added some chicken manure to the bucket of compost tea. On the way home, I stopped in Coyote Run for wood chip fluff. Someone on the internet suggested it could be used in place of peat moss. When I got home, I made potting soil, then gathered up more fluff in the area behind my yard.

I listened to Day 2 of the sleep summit. I made breakfast and was eating it when Chris came home from work about 7. We discussed plants: the beet tops planted in vermiculite are sprouting already and one of the sugar cane sections is growing roots. Later I watched a video on de-Googling your phone. Then I made tea and we watched 4 episodes of In Search Of: Jericho, the ultimate disaster, Bishop Pike, life before birth.

I read and deleted a bunch of e-mails, then concentrated on my blog post so I could call it a night.

* I didn't take any pics today so here is a screen-shot from a video called "Do vaccines make us healthier?". It compares health outcomes in vaccinated vs unvaccinated children in one pediatric practice.

Is it lettuce or is it gopher bait?

I slept ok last night. I got up around 7:45. I watered all the plants, checked the worms, and sucked up a few gnats. I started the lemon protocol. I read more from the book of Daniel. I watched bumble bee house videos. I went to Pinterest looking for a small project for this Saturday and found a bookmark project.

Chris came home early to change, then went back to work. I checked the trap and put a flower pot over the hole. I watched the day 6 episode of the cancer series. I checked the trap again and it was buried in dirt. I pulled it out, cleaned it off and reset it. I made breakfast. I checked the trap again. It had caught a fat gopher. I left it for Chris. After reading more e-mail, I called the home my dad is in, but they were on hold with someone else, probably Faye. I called a lady in Tooele, but she didn't answer so I left a message. I called a number for a health company online. She wasn't as helpful as I had hoped. I guess they are not set up for health coaching.

I went to the post office, and all I got was an envelop for Chris that was probably junk mail. I watched Day 1 of the sleep summit. Faye messaged me about her call with the home. The nurse she talked to didn't know anything about his therapy, but he was awake and had an iv for hydration.

Later, while I watching a different video, Johnnie called and asked me to water her plants while she's gone. I went to Johnnie's house, and she gave me a tour of the plants and how often she waters them. We joined her husband on the back porch and watched a hawk grab a gopher as it came out of its hole, and fly off with it. She gave me a key and showed me her hexagon quilt. Brian showed me his dispenser for poison. I also got to see his mason bee house, and then I walked home.

I blended up two cans of sardines and poured a bit of the mixture into most of the gopher holes I could see. One of my lettuce plants was eaten to the ground. I put supper in the toaster oven, then made a salad. I read until supper was ready. Chris came home from work and made his supper. I started watching the next episode of the cancer series. Chris came to me to talk about an article I had sent him. We talked about it for a while, then I made tea, and we watched 4 episodes of In Search Of: auras, missing link, evolution, and time travel. During the first episode, the doorbell rang. It was Jenni coming to get some sweet potato plants. I had plenty and gave her a bunch.

I finished the rest of the cancer video, then typed up my blog so I could get ready for bed.

Rainy days are the best

I did not sleep well last night due to night sweats. But when they subsided, I wanted to stay in bed and enjoy its warmth. But it was time to get up. I did some mental programming, then got up about 8:15.

I drank several cups of water, then made lemon water and started the process 15 minutes later. I checked the worm and did not see any gnats. I swished while reading a book by the Happylight. I watered all the indoor plants. The ones outside were enjoying a lovely soaking rain - Yea! I read articles and listened to short audios and a meditation. At 11:45 I started making breakfast. Chris came home for lunch with mail from the post office. I read about examining the face, tongue and fingernails for clues to the state of health.

I kept checking Facebook for a message from a lady wanting plants. When it arrived, I took a container of yam plants, one of sweet potato sprouts, and a tomato plant with me. I jumped in the car and went over to the pavilion. She was there and very happy to get the plants, which she was going to give to her mother. We talked for a bit, then parted ways. When I got home, I called Faye. She only knew that Dad had been moved to room 100. I went on the institutions website and looked at their virtual tour. Of course it looked wonderful! We talked for some time and then she had to go.

It was no longer raining, so I went for a walk. I went to Coyote Run where a single tulip is blooming where a house once stood. I wanted to make certain it was real since it looked so out of place. Yep.

When I got back, I checked the lettuce plants. Some had been vandalized, so I sent Chris a message that we needed to move the gopher trap. When Chris came home, he moved the trap even before he changed clothes. He had trouble freeing it from the back yard because the stake was pushed all the way into the ground (which was why I didn't do it myself). Then he reset it and put it in a new hole in front.

I heated supper in the toaster oven. I ate it while looked at Youtube videos of how to build mason bee houses. I wondered if it would make a good Saturday project. I made tea and we watched four episodes of In Search Of: abominable snowman, DB Brown, Moses and the Exodus, Pompeii. Then, since the beans soaking in wet cotton balls had sprouted, I replanted them into soil. Finally, I wrote my blog post and got ready for bed.

* These are the beet tops that I planted in vermiculite at Chris' suggestion. *

Beet top smoothie

I did not sleep as well because of hot flashes. When I woke up, I did some mental programming. I got up about 8, just in time for the power to go out, again. I watered the indoor plants. I read the Bible, book of Daniel by the light of the windows in the back doors. Chris gave me a massage. Then we showered together in case there was not enough hot water. We got dressed, and I looked for a project for next Saturday in a binder I have had for a long time.

Finally we went to the chapel. My mask was in the wash (which we did not do yesterday). Eileen asked the chapel assistant to get me a blue one, which he did. I wore that during the service. We sang songs accompanied by Mike on guitar. The chaplain used his phone to stream it to Facebook for all the people at home. After the service, I talked with Eileen about table decorations for the tea in two weeks. She said if only 5 people are coming, then it might get canceled.

When we got home, the power was on. I made breakfast while Chris gamed with Michele and the other voices. I watched something from the lymph summit while eating and made a beet top smoothie with banana and half an apple. Then I watched an episode from the cancer summit while pulling apart dandelion blossoms. Chris did the laundry.

I put supper in the toaster oven. Then I put on sturdy shoes and went to rake up wood chips. I took them to garden to dump and spread some compost tea. When I got back, I ate supper and watched a video on ways to combat depression, Then I started the next episode of cancer summit. It was all about substances that kill cancer cells.

At 8:30 I made tea, and helped Chris put away the rice and bacon mix. We watched episodes of In Search Of: Mexican temples, lost colony of Roanoke, great white sharks, and one more. Then we made the bed with clean sheets. I wrote up my blog for today and we got ready for bed.

Powerless

I slept ok and got up just before 8. I checked the worms and saw they were ok. I left the vacuuming for later, and the power went out promptly at 8. I used the kitchen timer for the lemon water protocol. I should replace it because it isn't reliable. I read my book without the Happylight. I cut up the remaining piece of sugar cane and put it in water. I saved some for gopher bait. I watered all the plants inside the house and in the flowerbed. I put the narrow part of a water bottle upside down into a big plastic croissant container. I put a piece of cotton fabric through as a wick. I put the whole thing in a grow bag and filled it with water. I mixed up some potting soil to go inside. I punched holes in a round of cardboard to make indentations for planting carrot seed. But the soil did not hold the indentations. So I just scattered seed across the top and spritzed it with water, then covered it to retain moisture. I noted new holes in the back yard. I resolved to drop a sardine down the ones that seemed to go straight down forever. Maybe they are made by baby gophers.

I started making breakfast. Chris lit the gas burner with a match so I could heat water. The electricity came on at 12:03. Chris was not pleased because the announcement said the power would be on intermittantly between 8 and noon. That the announcement was wrong (there was no intermittant about it) reflects badly on his department.

After checking e-mail now that the power was back on and finishing off the blueberries, I watched The Truth About Cancer Day 3. Then I went to the garden. I already had a load of wood chips from yesterday. I dropped that off and laid down some cardboard. I also spread some compost tea and added a gallon of water and some sugar cane chunks. It was such a nice day, (not windy) that I stopped on First street and raked up another load of wood chips and dumped them onn the covered part of the garden. Then I went home, and walked to the post office, where I found two packages waiting. I took them home.

Chris cooked mushrooms for me, and also steamed carrots and beets. So that's what I had for supper, plus a piece of fish from yesterday, and a salad which included some of the beet tops. I watched a two-hour movie called Thrive II. It was kind of a documentary and very interesting. Then I made tea and we watched several episodes of In Search Of: psychic ghosthunters, Soddom and Gomorrah, King Tut.

Here are the notes I took today:

Cancer is an obligate glucose metabolizer (it feeds on sugar) and most oncologists have candy and cookies for their patients after treatment. Glutamate acts like fertilizer for cancer. If you block the glutamate receptor, the cells die. Flavenols reduce receptor ectivity. Sylvestrol is produced by fruits and vegetables in the last day or two as they ripen on the vine. It works to selectively target cancer cells. Mistletoe improves the immune system. Mistletoe therapy is second most studied therapy for cancer after conventional treatments, and the most prescribed therapy in Germany. AMA was found guilty in 1987 of conspiracy to eliminate chirpractic. Dr. Kelly was investigated for doing pancreatic enzyme therapy by 14 govt agencies because his patients were recovering from cancer. If doctors give standard-of-care and patients die, that's ok. But if they give something else, and patients live, that's not ok.

Protocol: 2 T of raw pork pancreas 7x a day to digest cancer cell coatings. Raw beef liver to improve imune system and return cbc to normal. Coffee enemas to get rid of the dead cancer cells. Hydrazine sulfate rechannels nutrition from cancer cells to normal cells.

Celery stimulates parasympathetic nervous system. Sunflower seed sprouts are more nutritious than the organic vegetables in your garden. B-6 stimulates seratonin. Coleslaw has anti-cancer effects. Hoxey formula, from the Hoxey clinic, can be done in a day in Mexico then patients follow the diet.

Sonaphi uses vocal biomarkers to diagnose health issues. They are testing an app for diagnosing Covid.

Gopher holes?

I slept well. I heard my alarm in the other room. Before getting up, I did some mental programing. I arose by 8:15. I started the lemon protocol. I did not read my book because we were to expect rolling blackouts, and I wanted to save it for then. I listened to interviews, and did puzzles. I learned about Zelikow being appointed to a covid investigation committee. He also presided over the 9/11 commission. He is a self-professed expert in public myths. Also, police in Manhattan are using a robot called Digi-dog. It is equipped with lights, camera, AI, and two-way communication.

I checked e-mail. I made more spice mix. Then I made breakfast. I blended up some papaya seeds and forced it into a handful of empty capsules. I watered plants inside and out, and the compost pile.

Chris found a second gopher in the trap. He called his parents to catch up. I made list for shopping, and put on my shoes. When Chris was ready, we went to the post office where we picked up 4 packages, then toTooele. The mask mandate is over, but Chris said there was a sign on the door of Luckey asking people to wear masks. I did not see it even though I specifically looked for one. I wore it because it made Chris feel better. I went to Melanie's. I was able to get chamomile flowers which have been out of stock for months. And the clerk said she would bring me eggs from her mother's farm next week. Yay! As she was ringing up my purchases, she said I won a prize in the drawing two weeks ago: a bottle of probiotics.

Then Chris took me to Cal Ranch for the bucket I had put on the list. It was an amazing place! They even had live chicks. So cute! I really wanted one, but it is forbidden on post. So I walked around, looking at everything. So many kinds of animal feed and bedding. I did not find the kind of bucket I wanted, but I got a 5-gallon bucket anyway since they are so useful. I also bought some potting soil, which I had to pick up outside. I was thinking it would be light, but when I picked it up, it was heavy. Probably not what I wanted. I had to get Chris to pick it up for me.

Then we went to Macey's for the rest of the groceries. They had the perfect bucket. So, then we went home, listening to the book on CD.

Chris cooked fish for supper (mine) and ate pizza for his. I opened the boxes from the post office and put the items away. I raked wood chips and took them to the garden. I raked up another load, but did not have the energy to dump it, so I just went home. I read articles until 8 or so. Then I made tea and we watched 4 episodes of In Search Of: Noah's flood, Indian astronomers, psychic underwater investigation, Afterward we went straight to bed.

Castor Oil pellets

I went to bed late, but slept well. When I got up, I headed to the kitchen, stopping to sweep up gnats. I was dismayed to find adults there. I hope they haven't had time to lay eggs. I watered the plants with a bit of minerals. I read a book, then turned on the router and read e-mail.

From Yahoo News: "The Postal Service is running a 'covert operations program' that monitors Americans' social media posts". With a title like that, I had to read it. ICOP or Internet Covert Operations Program looks for inflammatory postings and shares them with other govt agencies. One wonders why this task was given to the post office.

I made breakfast and watched The Highwire. He interviewed Dr. Zach Bush, and then a permacultureist. Michele called called and we talked for some time. I put some vermiculite in water to soak. I went outside to water and feed the compost piles. I also planted all the lettuce and the broccoli, and picked a box of dandelion blossoms.

Then I listened to part of an interview until Retreat played. Afterward I hopped in the car and went over to Coyote Run to rake up wood chips and take them to the garden. Once there, I spread castor oil pellets over the exposted part of the garden and added some compost tea.

When I got home, I finished the interview, then went outside to fill in the mysterious holes that appeared since yesterday. There was more than a dozen. I put some perlite in most of them, hoping it would discourage whatever made them. Itching powder came to mind. I wonder what that's made of? I drained the perlite and spread it in the worm bed.

Chris came home with a pizza. I wanted the box. Then my timer rang and I pulled my supper out of the toaster oven. I continued to listen to interviews. Then I made tea, and we watched three episodes of In Search Of: Indian astronomers, Bermuda Triangle pirates, and Sherlock Holmes. I think I dozed off. Later I got up to brush my teeth and check on the worms. Then I posted to my blog and got ready for sleep.

Here are the notes I took today:

100's of scientists, including Madam Curie, died of effects of radiation exposure because they thought it was safe. Medicare reimburses doctors 6% over the cost of cancer drugs prescribed, encouraging the prescription of more expensive drugs. Oncology is very profitable. Oncologists get 'reimbursements' for treating a disease that they themselves diagnosed. The Fitzgerald Report of 1953 documented in the congressional record a conpiracy between FDA, AMA, and pharma to supress natural cancer treatments.

Dr. Sagura studied laetrile in mice and reported better results than he had ever seen from conventional therapies. Sloan-Kettering pulled him off the project and said he was no longer competent and replaced him with a doctor who said there is no scientific evidence that laetrile posesses any benefit at all. Cities are selling biosludge to farmers for their fields, but calling it free organic fertilizer. We have a pandemic of vulnerability. Oceans are warming at a rate not seen before.

Chemo and radiation do not kill cancer stem cells, which are responsible for metastasis. Curcumin targets stem cells. Vit C, eleagic acid, artemesenin, sulforaphane, DIM, quercetin, resveratrol, green tea, laetril, also target cancer stem cells. Some doctors use micronutrient therapy, including lysine, proline, NAC, trace minerals, EGCG. Cancer is a symptom not a disease.

The great escape

I checked the worms just before I went to bed and they were planning their great escape. The bedding wasn't too wet, so I just left the light on to discourage them. And I got ready for bed.

I slept well and got up around 8. I checked the plants and worms. The food seemed to be gone so I gave them more. I made coffee for meditation morning and put on music. I also did certain exercises for moving lymph. When I finished tapping and meditating, I cleaned. Chris came home while I was cleaning and started boiling beans. I was somewhat annoyed because I could not clean the stove while they were cooking. He went back to work and left me in charge of the beans.

I vacuumed and emptied the cup outside. It was quite windy so I did not do much outside stuff. I did water the compost piles and check on the lettuce plant that was in the flowerbed. No issues so far. I took a shower and sat at my laptop. I read e-mail and listened to various interviews while piecing puzzles.

At 5:45 I started making breakfast. Chris came home and I asked him about a video I had seen of a woman stopped by a police officer who asked her to get out of her car, and she said she had the right to refuse. Chris said he thought she did have the right.

I finished making breakfast. I watched a tapping video on emotional eating. Then I made tea and we watched three episodes of In Search Of: cryogenics, The great lakes triangle, and Bigfoot. I had to look up the agonic line. I also watched a video on dark circles under the eyes and potassium was recommended from beet greens. I looked up beet green powders but was not impressed by what I saw.

And then it was time for the nightly worm check and bed.

Quilt meeting

Last night I slept well. The extra melatonin seems to be helping. I got up at 7:30-ish. I drank several cups of water, then started the lemon water protocol at 8. I checked the worms and the plants, spritzing the mushroom box. I put the strawberry plant outside. I read a book by the Happylight. I called Faye and she said Dad was diagnosed with C diff. I turned on the router and ordered supplements to replace the ones that are low. Then I read e-mail.

I was listening to a talk on muons and how they were used to find empty spaces in Egyptian pyramids as I made breakfast. Chris came home with mail, but no packages. I ate breakfast and he made his lunch. I listened to other audios.

Sometime after 2, I picked up a gallon of water and went to Coyote Run to rake up wood chips. They were dry so not too heavy. I took them to the garden. I spread some compost tea and covered that with cardboard, then topped it with chips. The weather was so nice that I raked up another box and tub full from the smear across from the school. Then I went home. There were more holes in the back yard, but not like gopher holes. I had filled them all in yesterday and now there were more, or the old ones had come back. I filled them with pieces of dried cow manure and dirt. I planted one leaf lettuce in the flowerbed, to see what might eat it. The others I left on the front porch where they appear to be safe. I looked at videos on rooting sugarcane. I cut my cane into two, each with a node and stuck them in water. Then I watched more videos and ate some leafs and seed crackers.

At 5, I joined the RCMQG meeting on Zoom. I paused my video until I had finished eating, then let them see me. At the end of the meeting, I discussed Slack with Amanda to see if I could get on. It wasn't cooperating, but she said she'd work on it. I called Faye to ask for an update on Dad. We talked for an hour or more. They are giving him probiotics for the infection and he is eating well. She intends to bring him a card every day.

At 9 I made tea and we watched three episodes of In Search Of: Eden, Jack the Ripper, and Tunguska. Then I brushed my teeth and rubbed some ozonated oil on my head. I sat down to write my blog and then get ready for bed.

A windy afternoon

I took extra melatonin last night, did yoga stretches, dabbed Slumber essential oil and used the ASMR head tool. With the headphones on, I became sleepy quickly. I made some auto-suggestions in that state, but it was hard to remember what all my problems were since I was so relaxed and comfortable. I woke up several times in the night, so the sleepy state did not last. Still, I was able to go back to sleep each time. I heard Reveille and Chris taking a shower. But I was having a dream and went back to it.

I got up at 7:30. I checked the plants and worms. More dead worms. Sigh. I drank several cups of water, then brushed and swished. I read by the Happylight. I cleaned in the kitchen. I moved the bagged tomato to get more light. The CSM called to ask me if I could come to her office at 1.

I turned on the router and took out the food scraps while it booted. I took a health quiz and got the results. I finished listening to something from yesterday. How did the doctor cure the invisible man? He took him to the ICU.

I whipped up a batch of seed crackers and put them in the oven. I started making breakfast at 11:45. Chris came home a little early for lunch because he had a meeting at 1. I turned off the oven and went to work with him. Just before 1, he walked me to the CSM's office and introduced me to the secretary. He left and we chatted until the CSM arrived. We discussed gardening and I listened to her stories about her father. Then we walked down the hall together. She had to go somewhere and I walked home.

I researched perlite for gardens, then for gophers since I have two huge bags of it. No info on using it for gophers. I put some in a gopher hole, but wind had picked up so much that I stopped with one. Even though I was wearing a mask, I might be breathing perlite. I also filled in all the mysterious holes in the backyard that have no mounds.

I put on a news talk show and listened while I parsed out supplements and make up more mixtures. Then I put supper in a bowl and tossed it in the toaster oven. I also made a salad. Chris came home and fixed his supper. He called James to wish him a happy birthday. After eating, I listened to audios and did puzzles.

Chris made me aware of the time. I made tea, and we watched three episodes of In Search Of: Butch Cassidy, Next iceage, Killer ants. I suppse next we'll hear that Wuhan is doing gain-of-function research on fire ants. Chris stopped the video several times in order to talk about global warming vs ice age. Then I brushed my teeth, sat down to compose my blog post, and get ready for bed.

Somebody around here has company

On my way to bed, I spritzed the mushroom box, but accidentally picked up the hydrogen peroxide bottle by mistake. When I saw the foam, I realized what had happened and sprayed it with water, hoping it wasn't too late. Then I checked the worms and went to bed.

I guess I slept pretty well because I did not wake up when 5 Chinooks flew overhead. I got up about 8. I did the usual morning check of plants and gnats. I swept up a bunch of juveniles. I used the alternate supplement routine. By the Happylight, I read 2 Thessalonians 2. I forgot where I had seen the designation, but I wanted to see what they were talking about. I watched some videos on the topic, but was unable to make out the argument for believers being gone before the anti-Christ reveals himself.

I watched some gardening videos as well. One guy put a can of sardines (in water) in the hole before planting spinach. (Would it discourage gophers?) Then he recommended a foliar feed with liquid kelp. Also putting a tiny amount of powdered vitamin C can clear chloramines from tap water. 1T Epsom salts in 1 gallon of water, reduces pests and promotes germination of seeds

I washed up and got ready for church. When Chris was ready, we got in the car and went to the chapel. We had just a few minutes to speak before the service started. That's when I learned about the Chinooks. After the service, Chris talked to the chaplain while I talked to Jenni. Then we went home. While Chris changed his clothes, I talked to Michele and the other gamers. Then Chris took over and started the game.

I made and ate breakfast, and listened to podcasts all afternoon. I processed unread e-mail from 700 to 500. I was on a roll and couldn't stop. But that wasn't the plan. So around 5 I got up to see what was on the list of gardening things to do. I took a small pot with lots of tomato seedlings in it and gently separated the roots. I cut tops off of 4 water bottles and planted the tall seedlings in there, burying most of each plant. I also made a self-watering grow bag for another tomato. The bag is tall so I rolled it down like a cuff to fit the plant. As it grows, I can add dirt and unroll the cuff. Then I took my biggest grow bag and made a mix of whatever I had to fill it. Perlite, vermiculite, biochar, planting medium, garden soil, dirt from the flowerbed, and some compost. I planted the biggest sweet potato sprout in it and watered it. Chris had to bring it in, and I was pleased to see that the bag did not rip.

Chris steamed cauliflower for supper. I added a packet of salmon. I also made a salad. For dessert I had half a papaya. I watched a video on how to determin nutritional deficiencies by looking at the skin, nails, face, tongue, etc. I noted I might need biotin, B1, and A.

I made tea and cut up some rinds to make worm food. We folded the laundry and put it away. Then we watched three episodes of In Search Of, including witch doctors, the treasure of Troy, and haunted castles.

* Gallons of dirt for a sweet potato plant. *

Practice makes perfect

I got up about 7:45, thinking it was much later because Chris had been up for awhile. I checked all the plants and worms, added water where needed. I was going to put the strawberry plant out, but it was still cold outside. I checked the trap, but it caught nothing. I read a book and did the lemon water protocol.

It was time to get ready for class. I looked for my book on how to teach sewing. I looked for spirals online. I found one and e-mailed it to myself. Then I turned on the desktop computer. It was a fight to get it up and running. Then Yahoo wanted me to sign in, but I had forgotten my password. So Chris had me e-mail him the pic and he signed in and printed it out. He had to do it multiple time to get it centered without cutting off any edges. I took them all.

I looked up pattern pieces for a stuffed egg. I laid paper over my laptop screen and traced one. I cut it out and traced it on thicker paper to make two pattern pieces. Then I went to my fabric room to pull scraps of fabric big enough to use. I made a pile and put it in a bag.

Chris gave me a massage. Then I relaxed while he took a shower. Then I took a shower and got dressed. I made and ate breakfast. I packed up my machine and one in the closet. Chris put them in my car. I drove to the chapel and moved my stuff inside. The kids and their mother were arriving just then. I set up the machines but did not thread them. I had them sew on the spiral (it was a double!) with just the needle. Jenni came around then. She wanted to make an egg, too. So I let her sew a spiral while I had the girls tracing egg pieces. Then the mother wanted to try the spiral too. I helped the girls sew their egg pieces together, but they did the stuffing and whipstitching. Jenni did well by herself. The familly went home and Jenni helped me move my stuff to the car. I locked the chapel and we went home.

Chris was not home, so I unloaded the machines myself. I drank liquid some tea and coconut water. I read articles in e-mail. Suspects from the Jan 6 incident were being banned by judges from accessing the internet. Seems like a cruel and unusual punishment.

I went out to Coyote Run to rake up wood chips. They were a little damp still from the rain yesterday, which made them heavier than before. Even though I did not fill the box and the tub as much, it was a lot harder to move them. But somehow I managed to do it without pulling my back. I put compost tea on the garden and dumped the containers of wood chips. I went home, but there was still no Chris. I called him, and he was at the office.

I put the last of the fish in the toaster oven. I took food scraps out to the compost. The dead gopher was still on top of the pile. I came in and watched episodes from the superpower summit while the fish heated. Chris came home and made his supper. I listened to something from the sleep summit, then washed three small apples and made tea. I ate two of them waiting for Chris. We watched 4 episodes of In Search Of. One I had seen before, but it was new to Chris. I think he slept through it the first time. Afterward we made the bed with fresh sheets. Then I posted to my blog and got ready for bed.

That was quick!

I got up around 8:15, having no idea what time it was but knowing that we needed to leave the house by 9. I took care of the plants and worms. Then I washed up and got dressed. Chris packed the cooler and we left.

It was snowing on the mountain pass on our way to Tooele. Chris took me to the dentist office then went shopping. The mask mandate was lifted earlier this week so I did not have to wear a mask in the office. I was taken to a cubicle where I explained that I thought I had a cavity due to pain with hot and cold liquids. I had a packet of C which I took, then she did the x-rays. A man came to do the cleaning. He said my teeth looked really good. Then the dentist checked. He said there was no cavity but the nerve is probably going bad. What!!!??? For me, it seems that capping a tooth is merely a prelude to a dead tooth. At least this one took a year. They wanted to send me to an endodontist for evaluation, but I decided to try to save it on my own, esp since the dentist didn't think a dying nerve could be saved.

Chris was sitting in the car with groceries when I finished. I asked him to stop at a massage place just in case they had an opening, but they did not. We rode back to post and stopped at the post office. Then we went home and unloaded the food. After putting it away, I made and ate breakfast.

I created puzzles from two pics I took. The site did not show them to me in the Last Created search, so I wondered if I was the only one who could see them. I checked my flowerbed and saw more gopher holes. I asked Chris to lay the gopher trap near the flowerbed.

I read articles and listened to interviews from the sleep summit. Then there was a website with facial recognition games. I beat the system by acting out different emotions. Faye called. She gave me Dad's room number and phone number. And the name of his roommate. Why does a man in quarentine have a roommate?

Chris made a pan of mushrooms for me. I heated some fish in the oven. I also had a can of soup for supper. I looked at articles on worm bedding, then went outside to gather up some things to add to the shredded paper. I also checked thr trap - we got one! I let Chris free it and drop it in the compost pile.

I read articles and their comments for way too long, then made tea and we watched 2 episodes of In Search Of. Then I read some more, and posted to my blog.

Moving Day

Last night, I put on the pm3 headphones to lull me to sleep, but they shut off shortly due to low battery. That puzzled me because I haven't used them since I charged them up. I slept and woke numerous times due to hot flashes. Then, around 6am, I started to get cold.

I got up around 8. I checked all living things for moisture and I added water where needed. I swept up juvenile gnats and wondered if they would ever be gone. If even one reaches adulthood, it can lay 300 eggs.

I listened to a video on intuition. I read about Ebola seen in Africa recently. 1000 people from all over the world report sleeplessness and other symptoms after over 100 satellites were launched in March. You can deter pests with peppermint oil in small spray bottle, sprayed around pots and garden edges.

I made and ate breakfast. I watched The Highwire: Rachel Maddow expounded upon getting vaccine for others. A bunch of somewhat famous people wished Del a happy birthday, "J&J" delivery was paused because of 7 cases of blood clots, yet over 2000 deaths have been reported for the other two vaccines.

I called Faye, thinking she was in the hospital with Dad. But he was at Laurels of Bon Air in quarentine. He is not allowed visitors for two weeks. Faye was at his house looking for labeled clothing and paperwork. She said he was alert this morning and more relaxed than usual. While she was talking to the doctor, Dad grabbed an Ensure and sipped on it. I watched videos and read articles and did puzzles to while away the rainy afternoon. It is a very rare event. I took pics of a stuff egg and posted it as the class project to the Dugway facebook page for this Saturday. The rain quit so I went outside. There was a very large box on the porch so I left it for Chris to bring in. I read my book for awhile, then watered a few things outside. I also spied gopher holes next to my intended flowerbed. It looked like they had tunneled under it and come up beside it, unable to get through the chicken wire. I seeded the area with anti-gopher pellets.

I put some fish in the toaster oven. I made a large salad. I ate while listening to Ben Greenfield's podcast. He talked about the benefits of high-dose melatonin. Chris came home late because of Mass. He brought in the big box, then he went to get a pizza. Later I made chamomile and lavender tea, and we watched 4 episodes of In Search Of (somehow they always leave the subject as a mystery). I looked up Michael Rockefeller and the Ogopogo monster. Then I took half a sleep supplement and got ready for bed.

Big decision

I slept ok, and did not use the mp3 headphones even though they were around my neck. I got up around 8. I walked around watering and checking. I swept up baby gnats. There was one dead worm on the floor. I made coffee and did lymph exercises. I did a lot of meditating and tapping.

Then Faye called. She said she had to decide where to put Dad next: at home with 24 hr nursing, or a rehab facility for 3 weeks. The doctors did not expect his sleepiness and weakness to improve. They said he has undiagnosed parkinsons and they canceled the EEG. I thought the facility sounded like it would give Faye a bit of a break. Then I called Al and Cecily. She said both her mother and his mother slept a lot just before they died. I called William and Kurt.

I had to hang up with Kurt to make a 2pm meeting to hand off some sprouts. I got dressed and went to the pavilion, but no one came. It was cold, windy and threatening rain. I left after 10 minutes. I put on a talk about container gardening while I cleaned the kitchen, then I took a shower. I also sorted the recycling and took out what I could not use for planting or sprouting.

I called Faye. I talked to Dad a little, but the only words I understood were “your sister and I “. I looked up sinemet, which Dad was now taking, and one of the main effects is sleepiness. After the call, I watered both compost piles and put compost tea on the flowerbed. I made breakfast for supper, and listened to a recap of the latest news. I hunted for a bag of cinnamon for Chris's shaker, but we were out, so I ordered more, plus some other supplements. I looked through my blog and then my Pinterest page and then computer files for a pic of a stuffed egg for this weekend. I ate pistachios while reading an article, then made tea. We watched 4 episodes of In SearchOf, and went directly to bed.

Cold morning

I slept well, last night and got up at 7:45. I made lemon water, swept up baby gnats, and watered plants. I recharged the mp3 headphones, and put some beans in water to soak in preparation for sprouting. I spritzed the second flush of pink mushrooms.

A truck with a trailer went around picking up tumbleweeds. I read a book, and then checked e-mail. One article said cookies are on the way out but UID2 protocols will mean your online activity will be tracked across all devices and shared with third parties. I listened to the tapping meditation. Lots of stuff came up. After a few more audios, I washed up and got dressed, and put the strawberry plant outside once it was warm enough.

At noon I had breakfast ready. Chris came home for lunch and asked me to make a loaf of bread. At 1, I went to the chapel. The chaplain asked me to help his wife with a tea party. And we discussed other things including tapping.

When I got home, I watered both compost piles, and pulled out two of the mushroom boxes. One had a worm in it (but where did the rest go?). I spritzed the cardboard in them, and put them in the car. I went to Coyote Run to rake up some wood chips which I took to the garden. I put the wet mushroom-infested cardboard down and regular cardboard on top. I dumped the chips over that. I also spread some of the compost tea. Then I went and raked up another batch.

I was home before 5. I read some articles, then put fish in the toaster oven. Chris came home from work and I told him about my day. I ate the fish and made a salad. I read articles until Chris came in the kitchen to get a drink. Then I made my tea and we watched episodes of In Search Of. At the beginning of one episodes, Nimoy said "what does it feel like to die?". I suppose now he can answer that question. Chris became very talkative. Finally I sat down to write to my blog and get ready for bed.

* In spite of the warm days, there is a cold wind that blows off of the snowy mountains. *

Where are the worms?

I didn't take any supplements before bed. I did do a little ASMR and some self-suggestion. It still took me a long time to fall asleep, but I slept pretty well after that. I woke when Chris got up, missed Reveille, woke up again when he took a shower. After he left, I got up.

I drank a lot of water, then made lemon water for later. I sucked up gnats, noticing that there not as many as before. I watered plants as necessary. I rinsed the broccoli sprouts, hoping to save them from the gnats (which usually kill them before they get big). Strainers were not keeping them out, so I covered the sprouter with cloth. I went through the mushroom boxes and gave them some air and water. I added some fungus slurry to one box, just as an experiment.

I read a book by the Happylight. Then I started reading e-mail. I had a message from a lady here who was interested in having a sweet potato plant. According to Messenger, she tried to call me at 1am and I didn't answer. Go figure!

I listened to the tapping meditation for the 7th day. I listened to interviews while doing puzzles. One was about an 'agrihood' in Austin Texas where the tiny homes surrounded a farm. Those who buy a house in the agrihood share in the farm and its produce.

After Chris made his lunch, I made breakfast. Later, I walked to Housing to deliver a sweet potato sprout. She was very happy to get it. When I got back, I listened to an interview from the sleep summit. I swept up gnats again, mostly juveniles.

I sat down with my seed packets and some paper to plan my garden and see what needs to be done right now. I transplanted some seedlings into larger accomodations. I figured out some numbers for amendments. I made a mix for the compost tea here at home. I watered compost piles. Then I went to Coyote Run and raked a batch of wood chips. I took it to the garden. I added amendments to the compost tea there, and put down more cardboard.

When I got home, I listened to another interview from Day 1 of the sleep summit. I heated fish and made salad for supper. I did puzzles while listening. At 8:30, I made chamomile tea, and listened to Chris explain his npc's. We watched three episodes of In Search Of. I swept up gnats again. I searched the tub for worms, but did not find any. I listened to the ballad of Andrew Cuomo. I wrote to my blog and got ready for bed.

Mom's birthday

I took half a supplement last night, but did not sleep as well for some reason. There was no grogginess in the morning. I got up soon after the alarm, hearing the wind pushing at doors and windows. I drank magnesium water. I brushed and swished while vacuuming up gnats. So far there is no reduction, so I wondered if I am sweeping up the same ones every day. I read the Bible by the Happylight, hoping to catch the right passage for later.

I watered the plants and listened to an interview: A vaccine pass is not about vaccines, it is about tracking. Otherwise they would allow proof of immunity. UN has set a goal of having a digital ID for every person on the planet by 2030 . Biden is spending 10 billion dollars for vaccine access and confidence. FDA website is very specific about how the new vaccines should be administered (swirled not shaken) but is that being done in drive-thru sites?

Israel has one of the highest vaccination rates, but is seeing renewed and sustained increase in all-cause mortality since February. Russia now has develpoed a vaccine for cats and dogs. Volcano erupts, but PM of Saint Vincent said only vaccinated people could board cruise ships to escape.

Chris indicated the time, and we left for church. We talked to a few people before the service started. Then we sang, and the chaplain gave the sermon. I don't think it was one of the ones I read. Afterward we stood around and talked more. When we got home, it was after noon. Chris changed his clothes, got a bite to eat, and sat down to game with his friends. I made and ate breakfast. I read articles from e-mail. I watered the compost, then did some tapping. I drove over to Coyote Run and raked up a box and tub of wood chips. I took them to the garden. I spread some compost tea, then put down cardboard and covered it with the chips. It went so well that I raked up another batch.

When I got home, I called Faye. She was with Dad at the hospital. He just got back from an MRI. I tried to talk to him, but he kept falling asleep. She mentioned looking for a 40hz lightbulb for the effects it might have on his brain. I looked online, and found an article that said a 40hz tone played on a subwoofer could help Alzheimers as well. I used the link to a frequency generator and listened to the tone through headphones while doing puzzles. It didn't seem to do anything for me.

I put the leftover omelet in the toaster oven to heat. Jenni wanted some coathangers, so I rounded some up and waited for her to come over. When she did, we talked for awhile and I gave her two sweet potato plants as well. After she left, I ate supper and read an article: more side effects with Moderna than Pfizer. I also opened a coconut for dessert. The power went out twice.

I listened to another interview (on dental issues), made tea, and watched three episodes of In Search Of. One was about psychic detectives. Aren't they worried that someone will think they did it because they knew things no one else did? I vaccumed up a new crop of gnats, then posted to my blog and got ready for bed.

Vexxed

Last night I took half a supplement and went to bed. I slept ok, but was really groggy in the morning. I got up at 8:30. I made lemon water, and vacuumed up gnats and spritzed the worms. I watered the plants on window sill. I made a lid for the Home Depot bucket by covering a round pizza insert with a plastic bag and sewing all around it.

I forgot to read. I looked into chakra toning. I deleted a bunch of e-mail, and listened to some audios. Chris went to the post office to pickup the yellow slip package. It had superfoods in it. I made lists of garden stuff, seeds, young plants, etc. Chris offered me a massage and I accepted. Afterward, I took a hot shower. It felt good to be hot but without the flashes. I dressed, then made and ate breakfast. As I read e-mail, Chris left for the office. Netflix asked me how I liked Vexxed. I did not remember seeing it, so I watched part of an episode until I was sure I had. There was a reason I never finished the series. I pureed a bag of old mushrooms, added some rice, and left it to grow. I listened to the Corbettt report. Biden is spending money like there is no tomorrow. I continued to watch just one more interview until Chris came home. I snacked on pistachios.

Then I went outside to pound charcoal into small pieces, blackening my hands in the process. I put some on each compost pile, but most of it went into the Home Depot bucket. When I came in, Chris was talking to his parents on the phone. I told them about my dad. Then I washed my hands, but could not get all the black off. Chris had baked fish at a low temperature all afternoon. I ate some for supper, along with some Korean spicy cucumbers.

I made tea and we watched four or five episodes of In Search Of, going back to season 1 to pick up any we hadn't seen. Chris brought in the strawberry plant, but left the kale outside. I fell asleep on the couch, but got up later to brush my teeth and soak the sprouts. Then I posted to my blog and went to bed.

And the unexpected happens

I did not sleep well last night because of the hot flashes. We stayed in bed until 8:30. As soon as I got up, Faye called to say she was in the emergency room with Dad. She took him because he was too weak to stand up, but the hospital could find nothing wrong with him. I called William and Kurt to let them know.

I checked e-mail and read articles until breakfast (for lunch). I made and ate breakfast and meditated. I added items to the grocery list. I swept up gnats, then emptied the vacuum cup. I did not see any dead bodies. Patrick called to tell me that he thought Dad wasn't sleeping well.

Chris packed the cooler and we went to Tooele, listening to the same book on CD as always. We deposited a check, then went to Home Depot. I needed potting soil but could not resist a few plants. I also got more charcoal and a fivee gallon bucket. Then we went to Lucky's. At Melanie's, they only had one thing I needed, but a lady was offering free Bemer treatments so I accepted. It is supposed to increase blood flow. I noticed tingling in my toes right away. It was relaxing, but I wanted to see how I felt later. A friend of hers who does Foot Zone therapy told me how much Bemer helped with her migraines. She offered me foot zone therapy in exchange for EFT sessions.

Finally we went to Macey's for the last of the groceries, then went back to base. We stopped at the post office and picked up a package of soil amendments (called Boogie Brew). Once home, we brought in the food and bags of garden soil. I watered the compost piles. I heated some potatoes for supper. Chris made me a mushroom and cheese omelet. After supper I went to the garden. I dispersed some compost tea on the soil, and added a gallon of water for next time.

I posted to my blog for yesterday, then looked up foot zone therapy. I made tea, and we watched 4 episodes of In Search Of. After brushing my teeth, I wrote my blog post for today.

The pick of the crop

I slept really well after a few mental suggestions. I got up with my alarm, feeling pretty good. I made lemon water, and read my book. I checked the plants and vaccuumed up fungus gnats (which I did repeatedly throughout the day). I read e-mail and listened to some tapping audios. I vacuumed again. I looked up how to sprout potatoes, and set them in an egg carton in the window I separated young yam and sweet potato sprouts into small empty supplement containers. I took a pic for later.

Chris came home for lunch and I made breakfast. I posted the pic of sprouts to give away to good homes. I sat on the front step and removed stickers and tape from boxes in the recycling. I flattened them and put them in my car. I raked up a box and tub of wood chips out at Coyote Run. I took the chips to the garden and spread them on cardbard. When I got home, I took a short walk.

I made a salad for supper. I ate half, then responded to a request and delivered the two best plants to a neighbor. I finished eating supper, and listened to interviews. I took notes from bichar activation videos. I made tea and we watched 4 episodes of In Search Of. We went to bed and fell asleep. In the middle of the night, he got up to turn the lights off.

Time to pick

I got up just after my alarm went off. I made coffee and did exercises designed to get lymph moving. I put on the CD line-up. I meditated and tapped for over an hour. Then I cleaned the bathrooms and the kitchen. I also vaccuumed here and there.

The oatmeal container was now full of coffee grounds and tea bags. I put it all on a baking sheet and put it in the oven to sterilize it. I sat on the porch and pounded charcoal into small pieces, getting myself black in the process. I took a shower and put on clean clothes. I walked to the post office and came home with several packages and some ads. One package had a cable to hook up the laptop to the stereo so the laptop sound would come through the speakers. But no sound came out. I called William, but he didn't know what the problem was. I meditated with Deepak. I watched a number of mushroom videos, to find out how to get the pink oyster mushroom to keep growing. I added coffee grounds to mushroom houses that I made weeks ago. And I made some more, using scrapings from the oyster mushroom's substrate.

I watered compost piles and gave them some compost tea. I made breakfast and started to eat. Chris came home, made his supper, and watched Michele game online with her friends. Since the pink mushroom really needed to be picked, I asked Chris to cook it for me. He fried it in bacon fat with another container of mushrooms. It tasted great. He told me that a lady he works with wants to talk to me about plants and that I should call and schedule a time with her.

I listened to an interview while piecing puzzles. It was almost 9 when I made tea. We watched three episodes of In Search Of. Then I finished the interview and pieced more puzzles. Finally, I made myself post to my blog, check the plants and worms, and go to bed.

Mystery sprouts

I slept ok, woke up when Reveille played, but went back to sleep. I got up just before 7:30. I checked the worms and the mushrooms. I drank a cup of water, then made lemon juice. I cleaned out some of the jar lids for sprouting. The watermelon seeds were warm so I guessed that they were composting, not germinating. But whatever was on the cottonball did sprout and I wished I could remember what kind of seeds I put there. I threw out the tops that died.

I read a book and did some tapping. I washed up and got dressed. I turned on the router. I checked e-mail. At 11:30 I started making breakfast. Chris came home for lunch around noon and asked if how I felt about going back to Korea. I just laughed because he had to be joking. I listened to a video on basil. I clipped some off and put sprigs of it around my sprouting plants. I listened to a tapping meditation and one from Deepak.

Eilleen was going to come over to pick up her mask. While waiting, I put Christmas decorations away and disassembled the tree. After no word, I took a walk, then went to the garden to spread compost tea. I drove home, and after Retreat, put some cardboard in the car, and found some wood chips to rake. I took them to the garden, laid down cardbaord, and topped it with chips. Then I went home.

I put an egg and some mushrooms in a bowl in the toaster oven. Chris came home. I read e-mail, then checked supper. The egg was not cooked, so I reheated it and read more e-mail and listened to an interview.

At 8:30 I made tea and we watched several episodes of In Search Of. The last one was about Coral Castle. So I spent an hour reading about it online. Then I posted to my blog and went to bed.

And it seemed like such a nice day

Last night I checked on the worms and the food seemed low so I sliced up some banana peels. Then I took half a supplement and went to bed. I slept ok, but a piece of film falling from the window woke me up. I thought I heard Chris sleeping beside me, but also there was activity in the common area. When I felt beside me, there was no Chris. I went back to sleep, and Reveille woke me up. I didn't really go back to sleep after that.

I got up after 8. I drank a bunch of water, then checked on the worms, the mushrooms, and all the plants. I think the beet and the bok choy aren't going to make it. Then I started the lemon water at 8:30. I brushed my teeth and read the book for half an hour. I drank distilled water and turned on the router. I looked for sticky traps online, but couldn't avoid Amazon. I made a fly trap out of vinegar and soap. I potted a tomato clipping that rooted.

I listened to an interview while laying out two weeks worth of supplements. I read that TSA can (and does) confiscate cash from some travelers without charging them with a crime. The TSA has never caught a terrorist. The power went out during the interview, but I didn't notice until it was over. I called Chris and let him know. I made breakfast and the power came back on. It went off, and back on again. But the internet did not come back up. Chris home made lunch. Then the internet came on.

I watered both compost piles. It was such a nice day that I walked around and picked up a volcanic rock. When I got back, I sewed another grow bag. Then the wind got stong and gusty. I made myself go to the garden where I spread some of the compost tea on the soil and added some chicken droppings to the bucket. I thought about raking but it was just too windy. When I got home, I read e-mail, but had to keep running outside to catch stuff blowing around.

As I heated supper, I listened to an interview with virologist Knut W: the new vaccines are ok but we don't really understand the nanoparticle technology. Vaccines aren't the way out of this crisis because they come too late then we have variants. One way out is to decrease co-morbidities. Lockdowns increase comorbidities. Another way is to reduce number of cells that get infected, perhaps by nutrition.

Chris told me the wind advisory was over 35mph until tomorrow morning. I made tea and we watched three episodes of In Search Of (season 5). We could hear the wind gusting outside. Then I dozed on the couch for a while before getting up to brush my teeth and write this blog post.

Easter!

I slept ok last night, just worried about getting up so early. I heard Chris' alarm go off and 5:30 and he got up. I guess he got on his laptop. I went back to sleep. He woke me at 6:34. It took me only a few minutes to muster the will to get up. It was dark outside. I washed up and put on pants. Usually I would wear a dress on Easter, but it was going to be cold (45).

I put on my warmest coat and got a scarf. It was dark as we drove up to the chalplains house on Commander's Hill. Two seats were saved for us up front. After the opening prayer, daylight was much increased and I felt so much better. We sang some unfamiliar songs. Then the chaplain read a scripture from Luke which talked about taking your seat at the lower end of the table so that you may be moved up by the host. The sun came out from behind the clouds right near the end of the sermon. Afterward, the chaplain's wife invited us all (maybe 10) to come in for coffee and tea. Jenni and I followed her in. Then some other people came. We stood around chatting. Everyone with a cup had their mask off. So apparently the virus can tell who has a cup and who doesn't. Smart virus.

Eileen showed me the flowers coming up around her house. Then Chris, John and I left, and we were the last. When we got home, I started a loaf of bread at Chris' request. Then I whipped up a batch of seed crackers, and made more mix while they baked. I unpicked stitches in the mask Eileen gave me. I took out the short elastic and put in longer pieces. I stitiched it back up and thought it looked better than before.

I deleted e-mail while listening to the Easter service in Huntsville. Then I made breakfast. Afterward, I listened to a meditation by Deepak. William called to tell me he was getting rid of some of the dining room chairs. I called Faye to talk to Dad, but he didn't want to talk and he was making less sense than usual. I went back to my sewing room and finished a couple of grow bags with handles.

It was about 5 and still such a nice day. I put on shorts and went over to Coyote Run to gather up more wood chips. This time I took them straight to the garden. I also added two gallons of water to the compost tea and spread some. Technically I had done what I set out to do, but the gettn' was so good that I went back for more. I raked up another box and tubfull. Then I went home to get cardboard. I had to strip the tape off of some boxes and cut them open. Then Chris went with me to the garden to lift the box and the tub.

When we got back, I had some corned beef for supper. I listened to an interview while doing puzzles. I started looking at memes on Telegram. I made tea, and we watched three episodes of In Search Of. Then I brushed my teeth and sat down to compose my blog post. I got caught up reading memes on Telegram again. Finally I posted to my blog and went to bed.

Raking Coyote Run

Chris was already up when I got up. I spritzed the mushrooms and the worms. I made lemon water. I read from a book called The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work. I brushed my teeth and swished while deleting a bunch of old e-mails. The power went out. Chris called around to see what was going on. The power came back. More calls. Then he gave me a massage. Afterward, he showered and then I did.

I made breakfast and read e-mail. I posted to my blog for yesterday. I threw some things together in a bag and went to the chapel. Although it was a warm day, the fellowship hall was cold, so I turned the heat on. I took some purple and white fabrics from a bag and cut strips. Johnnie and Eilleen came. We worked and chatted. No one did the project. After Johnnie left, I talked to Eileen until she left. Then I picked some plastic bottles out of the trash so I could put plants in them. I went to garden to add a gallon of water to the compost tea and spread some on the ground.

I came home and unloaded my project stuff. I put a box and a tub and a rake in my car. I drove over to Coyote Run where there was a smear of wood chips. I raked up enough to fill the box and the tub. When I got home, Chris emptied them for me in the back yard. I heated supper in the toaster oven and meditated. I ate supper, and read e-mail. I remembered that I forgot to go to the post office, so I jumped up and did that. I came back with a box of chicken droppings. It's good to have friends in farm places.

I ate a small salad and finalized some garden amendment orders. I made tea, and we watched one episode of Warehouse 13, and then one episode of In Search Of. I put my laundry away and helped Chris make the bed. Then I cleared more e-mail, before posting to my blog and going to bed (after the obligatory checking of the worms and mushrooms.) Tomorrow will be an early day.

Waiting for the Easter Bunny

On Friday, I stayed in bed late. When I got up, I sprayed the mushrooms (sprouting!), worms and plants, I could not find Chris. Then I saw he was standing in the front yard on his phone waiting for the Easter bunny. I kid you not.

I read a book for half an hour, then brushed my teeth. Michele called, so I had to spit out the toothpaste I was swishing. Chris, who had given up on the Easter bunny after 90 minutes, saw something out the window and ran out to see the bunny and dance. He was supporting the alphabet agency that sponsored it. I wished I had a pic of him dancing.

After talking to Michele, I read e-mail, then made breakfast and mediatated. After breakfast, we went to Salt Lake City for kimchi. I had to read a lot of labels to find a good one. Then we went to a nearby shop for kimbap. We ate it on the way to Tooele for the usual groceries.

When we got back to base, we stopped at the post office and got a Netflix DVD. Then we took the groceries home and unpacked the food. I was really sleepy, perhaps from the kimbap or the book on CD, and I laid down. That woke me up and I sat at my laptop to work on e-mail and do a tapping audio.

I heated corned beef for supper. Afterward, I put a bunch of coconot shell shavings in the toaster oven to kill mold. I wasn't satisfied an hour later, so I threw it all out. I made tea, and we watched two episodes of Warehouse 13, and I fell asleep on the couch. Eventually I got up and went to bed, where I hovered on the edge of sleep for sometime.

Pounding carbon

I slept with my socks on. I didn't realize until I woke up in the morning that I had never taken them off. I must have slept through the hot flashes.

I checked on the worms and the plants. I made lemon water, then took a shower. I picked off sprouts from the yam. These were already rooted, unlike the sweet potato sprouts which needed to be rooted after picking. I looked them up to make sure I knew which was which, but neither looked quite like the ones on the internet. I read that the IMF is diluting the worlds five major currencies in a move similar to printing money. I also added a pic to yesterday's post.

At 11:30 I started making breakfast. I sat down to eat while watching The Highwire: Digital vaccine passports can be seamlessly tied to GooglePay, credit score, etc. We are creating a world where only the viruses that can jump seven feet, or travel mainly by aerosol will survive. Only the superhero viruses that evade spike protein immunity survive. Vaccines that only reduce symptoms enable super-hot viruses to transmit, whereas otherwise they would kill their host and themselves.

It was a warm and lovely day. I walked to the post office, but there was no mail. I drove to the garden with a gallon of water. I poured some of the compost tea around the sides of the garden. No one else was there.

I watered my compost at home and added compost tea to them as well. Then I sat on the porch and pounded charcoal into small pieces. I got so blackened that my shower was invalidated. It was hard to get the black dust off.

Chris had put corned beef, cabbage, and potatoes in the oven before he left in the morning. It cooked all day. I was waiting for him to come home and take it out of the oven because it was heavy. But my stomach got the better of me, and I took a chance and liberated it from the oven. I put some in a bowl, and Chris appeared with a pizza. When I inquired, he said he had to support his MWR folks.

I ate supper while watching another soil video. Then I watched NTD news while piecing puzzles. I meditated with Deepak. I remembered reading that some churches will require people to have a vaccine card in order to attend confession. But I couldn't remember where I read it.

I made chamomile and kava tea. We watched three episodes of In Search Of. Then Chris went to bed early. I listened to a talk while piecing puzzles (too many of them are pictures of food and it makes me hungry). Then I posted to my blog, checked on the worms and mushrooms, then went to bed.

Surprise wood chips!

Last night I watched an Australian news cast called Weekend at Bidens. Clearly they don't think much of Biden and friends. Then I watched Sheryl Attkisson talk about all the untrue stories that the media published while Trump was in office. When something or someone is censored, we should look further into why the corporate interests don't want us to have that information. There should be a firewall between the newsreport and how the reporter feels about it. Big Tech has done a bait and switch, getting us to communicate via their platforms, and then turning to censor free speech and collect information.

I didn't get to bed until after 1am.

I got up a little after 8. I made coffee and did exercises. I read a book by the Happylight. Then I meditated and tapped for an hour or so. I cleaned the bathrooms. Chris came home for lunch. I took some time to clean the kitchen and scrub the sink. It was a nice day so I opened the windows and turned on the ceiling fans. I went to the garden to spread more manure since another load had come in. I met two ladies who were each going to plant today or in a week. Seems too early to me.

When I got home, I raked up leaves and tumbleweeds for the compost pile. Then I saw wood chips on the ground from when the chipper/shredder was there. Raking showed me that there was actually a good bit left behind. I collected the chips for my compost pile, though I would have like them as mulch. It tired me out so I went inside and meditated, trying to catch up on the Oprah and Deepak meditations. I walked around the nearby streets looking for more woodchips. A big truck came to dump dirt next door where the house was torn down. It looked like good garden soil, unlike what was spread at some other former house locations.

I read that 102 vaccinated people in Washington state tested positive for Covid. Eight were hospitalized and two died. Other states reported breakout cases as well. We don't know how long such immunity lasts.

I made breakfast for supper. Chris was late due to Mass being moved from Thursday to Wednesday. I listened to a podcast and pieced puzzles. He came home and made his supper. He watched Michele game online then called her. I joined in the conversation. Afterwards, he filled a pot with cabbage, potatoes and corned beef. But in opening the corned beef, it dropped and blood went everywhere. He only saw and wiped up what was right in front of him. But I could see it around the kitchen, on the walls and on the fridge. I wasn't too happy about having to clean the kitchen again.

I made tea and we watched two episodes of In Search Of. The second one was about the Amityville house. So then I looked it up online to see if there was any new info or theories. Finally I got around to writing my blog post so I could go to bed. Late but not as late as yesterday.
