Organizing cleaning supplies

Monday

I got up soon after 7, wondering why I never heard Reveille. I made lemon water but waited until 9 to start drinking it. I looked for projects that involves sewing and making a pom-pom.

Around 10:30 I went over to the MR house. It was so full of cleaning supplies that it was hard to see what needed to be done. I worked on the duct tape marks on the walls and windows. Jamie came over with more cleaners. She organized everything into groups by purpose. Those neither of us would use went into the swap shop pile. Then we made up one tub of one of each pile, so we could take just that to the next house. Then she helped me move swap shop stuff to my car and her truck. We went to the swap shop and unloaded. She told me about some drill attachments that she ordered, that were for buffing and cleaning all sorts of things. Hmm.

Then I went home for breakfast. I read e-mail as I ate, and looked through the products on sale. I made up two weeks worth of supplements so I could order more on sale. Swansons is giving 25% off the total order today. Then I jumped in the car to meet the ladies in front of the school. We walked around the block, then Heather drove up as we finished. We spoke about having a present-wrapping event, possibly as a fund raiser for the PTSO.

Then I went to the MR house because I had left my heavy winter coat there, as well as my phone. I called Jamie, but she did not want to come over. I worked for 90 minutes, finishing up the downstairs bathroom and scraping duct tape goo off of window sills, etc.

When I got home, Chris had supper in the oven for me: turkey and sweet potato. I ate while reading e-mail. I watched a video of a man playing a chocolate flute that he and his chef friend made. Then I posted to my blog for Sunday and wrote up Monday. I made tea and we watched four episodes of BBT.

Back in the raw

Sunday

We slept in a little. I got up to brush my teeth and clean up in the kitchen. I washed most of the dishes in the sink. I got a spasm while putting casserole dishes in the bottome of the dishwasher. As I worked, I listened to an interview:

Antibodies can only react to what is already inside of you, as opposed to t-cells which act as gate guards. T-cells have long-lasting memory. Antibodies cannot prevent infection. Mrna in shots instruct cells to make spike proteins which leads to antibody production. The number of dentritic cells (which stimulate t-cells) drops after the shot, hampering your immune system. The number of t-cells drops as well. Remaining t-cells are trained to recognize only spike from the original strain, so will miss variants. Boosters create more original spikes, which leads to more useless antibodies that can't recognize variants.

After I cleaned up in the kitchen, I made more seed crackers mix. I took a shower and got dressed. We went to church. I was supposed to read and then light the first Christmas candle. But I was too short to reach it at the proper angle, so the chaplain lit it for me before the service. During the service, I just walked up to the candle wreath, read the 3 paragraphs and sat down. We sang songs, had a sermon, and sang one more song. People congratulated Chris on getting the garrison manager job. I talked to Eileen for quite some time and then we went home.

I changed clothes and made breakfast. Chris got a bite to eat and gamed with the voices. I read e-mail and articles all afternoon. Faye called, and I talked to her until I suddenly discovered it was 4:30. I jumped in the car and went to the school. Diane, Jenni and Grace were waiting for me. We walked around the block talking. I told them to pray for the sauna, that Chris would read the articles I sent him and allow it to be open. Diane gave me a small piece of cake that she made.

When I got back, Chris made himself two turkey sandwiches. I had some turkey with cranberry sauce. Later we split the cake. I had one bite and decided it was too sweet. A man came by with a half gallon of raw goat milk. I paid him, then I searched high and low until I found the kefir grains. I soaked them in filtered water, hoping they were not too old and dried out. I listened to an interview with an attorney who wants people to file charges of crimes against humanity with local courts against those who contributed to the development of Sarscov2, like Baric, Fauci, Shi Zhengli and others.

I made tea and we watched four episodes of Big Bang Theory. I looked through pom pom projects online, hoping to find one that also had a sewing component. Then we made the bed with fresh sheets. I posted to my blog and we went to bed.

Turkey sandwiches

Saturday

I got up after 8. I looked online for a t-shirt I had seen at Bryce Canyon that was not my size, but it was nowhere to be found. Then I looked up articles on saunas and covid. I sent three to Chris. I also started a batch of bread in the bread machine.

Then I went to the MR house. Jamie was already there. I checked the vinegar gel in the toilet. It seemed to have done some good, but what was left was still stuck on good. She mowed grass and weeded the flowerbeds while I did the cabinets in the upstairs bathroom. Then she worked up there while I did walls and some baseboards. After two hours, I went home for breakfast.

I formed the risen dough into hoagie-like rolls and put them in the oven to rise. I made and ate breakfast. I read articles. Australia has purchased enough doses for each person to have 14 injections. Why?

When the rolls had risen, I pre-heated the oven and popped them in. I went to the swap shop to open it so Jenni could get in. I left her there while I went home to supervise the rolls and take them out at the perfect moment. I rubbed the tops with butter and went back to the swap shop. Jenni said Diane had been there. I picked out a black t-shirt for myself. Then Jenni rolled out a bike while I carried out a box of other stuff she picked out. Then she followed me to the chapel. We looked at wallhangings and paraments in the room next to the sanctuary. We did not find any Christmas ones.

We went home for a short while. I had been wearing shirtsleeves, but I got out my warmest coat and met her back at her house. We started walking and Diane joined us. When we finished the block, we kept talking, then split up and went home.

The rolls were still sitting on the stove. Chris had not tried one yet. I found them hard to resist, so he put them away. I read some e-mail, then got some leftovers for supper. Chris used a roll to make himself a turkey sandwich. I went through sales e-mails, deleting most but trying to decide if others were enough of a discount to be worth it.

Sometime after 8, I made tea. I played my trombone until Chris was ready. We watched the last episode of Warehouse 13, plus two episodes of Big Bang Theory. I posted to my blog but stayed up late reading articles. Then we went to bed.

The vinegar gel

Friday

I got up, drank some water and brushed my teeth. I swished while listening to an interview with a funeral director in London talking about how deaths of babies are up 10x, most deaths are in younger people now. Only one person this year had covid on their death certificate. Dr. is seeing shorter onset of symptoms in vaccinated children. Vaccine affects the immune system. Only tested in 2000 kids followed for almost 2 months. It is definitely not for those with auto-immune conditions.

I looked at Black Friday sale e-mails and ordered a carpet cleaner. I went to the MR house at 10:20 to check on the science experiments. The water in the toilet was below the ring, so the cleaner in the water wasn't in contact with the ring. I kept experimenting with other recipes. Baking soda with rubbing alcohol seemed to help with the tub. Jamie came with more cleaners to try. We talked for awhile, then she worked on the tub and I worked on the kitchen cabinets.

I left about 12:45. I made and ate breakfast. Chris pulled up one of the carrots in the grow bag. I dug up the ginger. Although it had sprouted and been a thriving plant all summer, the root was no larger than when I planted it. Then we went to the commissary because Chris didn't want to drive all the way to Tooele unless I had to have something the commissary didn't have.

I read e-mail most of the afternoon. I cooked up some vinegar gel and took it to the MR house. I spread it on the toilet ring with an old toothbrush. I checked upstairs and the bathroom was so clean it looked new. I cleaned some baseboards. I got home around 6. I texted Jamie about what good a job she did. Chris had supper in the oven for me. He was cooking cranberries on the stove.

At 8:30, I posted to my blog and made tea. We watched two episodes of Warehouse 13, which came on a DVD from Netflix. I nearly fell asleep, so Chris propelled me to bed. I put on my headphones and drifted off. I got up once during the night, but otherwise slept well.

Thanksgiving

Thursday

I got up without assistance, but still not like I used to. I got dressed and went through all the sales e-mails. Chris put a box of bananas in the car while I bundled up. We drove to the school for the Turkey Trot. The commander and his family arrived. A few others did too. At 9 they started walking around the school block. I waited for Jenni and we talked for the first round. Then she was done. I hurried to catch up to the commander's wife and children. We talked for half a round and were joined by a new lady. She's an interior designer and she has a source for raw goats milk. We completed the last of the three rounds. Chris passed out bananas and we went home.

At home, I snacked on dried cranberries and cashews while Chris cooked turkey innards. I ate the innards and wished there were more. I read e-mail and articles. I made triple cheese pancakes (which means the cheese stick recipe was made in rounds instead of strips). After the turkey came out of the oven, he put sweet potatoes in at a lower temp. I put in a sheet of seed crackers. I ate some turkey with the dried cranberries 'cause those were the only cranberries we had. I watched The Highwire, which I thought would skip a week because it landed on Thanksgiving.

Studies show open schools are safe. School is often the first place where sexual abuse is identified. Closing schools means millions of cases will go unrecognized. He provided examples to Fauci to stop closing schools. He was told he would be vilified for that. Kids have fewer Ace2 receptors in their noses so the virus has a harder time infecting them. They also have better immune systems. So vaccination is more of a risk for them than exposure to covid.

I made notes on cleaning toilets and tubs. Around 8 I went to the MR house. I put some heavy cleaning bottles in the toilets to raise the waterline to just above the mineral ring. I put polident tablets (which I found in the shed) in one, and a cup or so of cleaning vinegar in the other. We'll see in the morning which is effective. I made tea and posted to my blog. We watched four episodes of Big Bang Theory. I read more e-mail, then went to bed.

The usual Wednesday

Wednesday

I got up first thing in the morning by myself. Like yesterday, I supported my knees with my left hand, pushed off with my elbow and swung my body into an upright position. Maybe I could have done this a week ago.

Chris took today off and stayed home. But he was on his computer and out of my way for my coffee morning. I tapped with the daily tappings that one man is doing for the month of November. I wiped counter tops and basins and mirrors. And I vacuumed most of the carpeted areas in the house. My mop was over at the MR house, plus the spray bottle of hydrogen peroxide that I usually use. Sigh.

We took a shower. I read e-mail, trying to catch up. I walked to the post office. It was really cold and there was nothing but junk mail. I answered texts from Kurt. Finally I went to the MR house to clean for 90 minutes. I put the grill back on the fridge. I tried the Dremel on the toilet ring, but it didn't take it off. I cleaned two shelves in the utility room.

At 4:30 I drove to Jenni's house. We walked around the block. It was pretty cold but I was wearing my warmest coat. Then I went home and read articles. Chris went to Mass. I played an interview with a panel of doctors:

Dr. Paul Alexander: We have never boosted vaccinated people multiple times a year. We don't know how the immune system will react. The pharma companies did not study it. Dr. Peter McC: 28,000 people are listed as permanently disabled due to covid vaccine.

I made tea and we watched four episodes of BBT. I posted to my blog and read more articles. Then I went to bed.

The Steam Shot

Tuesday

Before Chris left for work, he watched me get out of bed on my own. Then he left, and I continued with my day, having two nanospasms. I made a fabric stain remover for my placemats, which have been stained for years. It seemed to work so I let them soak and forgot all about washing them.

I watched a video of clips of Biden, Gates and Fauci speaking at different times from early 2020 to present to show how they have changed their narrative. Fauci went from saying injected people won't get infected to saying injected people have just as much viral load in their noses as uninjected people so they can transmit the virus.

Immunity derived from Covid vaccines is too short-lived to be effective. Spike protein in some individuals will persist more than a year. So taking a booster every six months means the body will never clear out all the spike proteins. Thespike protein with accumulate in tissues, inciting inflammation.

I went to the MR house to clean for 2 hours. I worked on the louvered doors and baseboards and the vent plate of the fridge. I came home after noon. Chris was here with a big package that weighed nothing. I opened it and found 210 magic erasers. I put 10 of them in a bag for Saronna.

I made and ate breakfast and read articles. I took my trombone and went to Saronna's house. We chatted, and played Christmas songs in the key of A-flat. I came home and opened the Steam Shot, which got delivered to the front porch. I read the instructions and put water in it. I took it to the MR house and tried it on the various surfaces. It did not work on the ring in the toilet. It made the duct tape marks easier to scrub off of window sills. It worked on some parts of the tub.

I drove to Jenni's house and Diane met me there. The three of us walked around the block, noting the temp dropping. We agreed to meet at 4:30 tomorrow. I went home and read e-mail. When Chris got home, I asked if he was going to eat the last part of his steak and he said it was for me. I was happy to eat it. I looked at things that might make good presents online.

Chris asked about TV, so I made tea and we watched four episodes of BBT. Then I sat down to write my blog post. I wanted to check one of the numbers but could not find the interview that said it. Finally I went to bed.

The appearance of eggs

Monday

Chris got me out of bed before he went to work. I decided to walk in a circle around the house, which included walking out the bedroom back door and into the den back door. But it was still very cold out. I sorted clutter around the house. I picked up dessicated tomatoes, folded sheets from the garden, cleaned in the kitchen, emptied the top of the dishwasher, and soaked all my bathing suits to get the chlorine out. I hung them up to dry.

I looked at e-mail. CJ said she left a dozen eggs on my front porch. I went out to bring them in. I checked e-mail again. I made and ate breakfast, Chris came home long enough to make a sandwich. He put my shoes on for me.

I went to the MR house, finished mopping the floor in one bedroom, tried it on some duct tape residue, worked on the stove and behind the stove, and under the sink. Almost 3 hours later, I got a call from a man moving out next week. I went over to his apartment to give him a quote. He had a bike to donate to the swap shop so we walked it over there. I got our mail, and drove home.

Jenni called. I read e-mail, and ate a salad. I went to the gym. Diane didn't come, so I walked and talked with Jenni. She and I agreed on 4:30 going forward. I went home and ate the second half of my steak. I listened to a podcast by Shawn Stevenson. Chris came home. I read about a bison roundup this Saturday and the procedure for volunteering. It sounded a little dangerous though. I made tea and posted to my blog. We watched four episodes of Big Bang Theory. I read more e-mail, then went to bed.

Fingers crossed for banners

Sunday

Chris got me out of bed, and dressed. I bundled up, took a bag and the grabber, and went walking. I went down 5th street where the large family used to live. I picked up two bags worth of garbage, including a second bag to fill up. I have a feeling there is a lot more, but covered up with tumbleweeds.

When I got back, I had Chris check my hands for frost bite because it was so cold. I read e-mail until Chris offered me a shower. We showered in the hall bathroom. Then he helped me get dressed for church. I used dental floss in a needle to sew the backs of a pair of shoes that were too loose. Then we went to the chapel. The chaplain told us we did not need to wear masks as long as we stayed in family groups. News to my ears! Jenni and her husband were the only other congregants. After the service, we talked about the Christmas banners. Jenni looked in a side room and found some banners, but not the Christmas ones. She said the chapel had a storage room at the old clinic. Chaplain said he would look into it.

We came home and I changed clothes. I made and ate breakfast. Chris chatted with the voices, but did not game because Michele could not make it. We put jackfruit seeds in the steamer.

Pfizer changed their formulation so that it didn't need such extreme cold temps. However, that was after the trials used for EUA, so not tested on humans, but they are about to give it to 28 million kids.

My computer started doing strange things and not cooperating with my instructions. I had to reboot it. Chris put steaks in the oven. I went to the MR house and used the steam mop on the tub and one bedroom. When the water resevoir was empty, I refilled it, then went to the gym.

Diane was waiting in her car. We walked in to the gym to the front desk to sign in. Chris said we should do that. We talked to the lady who signed us in and she admitted she was afraid of losing her job because of her vaccine status. After a nice chat, Diane and I walked around the gymnasium, until 6 when the gym closed. We went home.

Chris had made t-bone steaks. I ate half of one, and some quinoa. I also ate some jackfruit seeds. They were like potatoes inside a shell. I listened to a talk, then laid down with Chris. Later I got up under my own power. I posted to my blog and made tea. We watched 4 episodes of Big Bang Theory. I read e-mail for awhile, and then went to bed.

Making Handwarmers

Saturday

I woke up needing to go to the bathroom. I tried to get up, but got a warning signal from my back. So Chris used the backboard to get me up. Later he helped me get dressed and I bundled up to go walking. It was freezing outside. I took the grabber and a plastic bag. As I walked, I picked up trash. I also got a pen and a pair of rubber gloves, which I washed inside and out when I got home.

I cropped pictures from my phone for close to an hour. The chaplain picked Chris up and they went to SLC to visit our next door neighbor in the hospital. Chris said since they were taking a gov't vehicle, they could not stop for kimchi.

I jotted notes for my blog. I got a message that Mindy could not run the swap shop today after all. I called around to find someone else, but everyone else had plans. So I drove over to the MR house and put the steam mop inside for Jamie, and went to the swap shop myself. Since I had inadvertently left the house locked, Jamie couldn't get in, so she came to the swap shop and brought me another box of craft stuff and some yarn for making scarves.

Since no 'customers' showed up, I left the door unlocked and the lights on, and followed Jamie over to the MR house. She cleaned upstairs while I cleaned cupboards and window tracks. I also put the steam mop together and did a small part of the kitchen floor. It looked good! I also took it to the upstairs bathroom. I tried it on the bottom of the tub. The bottom was textured and it did not clean in the crevasses, but when I tried it on the side of the tub, the scum came right off.

By then it was after noon. We both left. I went home to make and eat breakfast. Chris came home a little later. He hadn't seen Melissa because she had just been discharged. So they talked to Mike, who was doing better after his stroke. I threw together stuff for the class and then read e-mail.

At 1:35 Chris put the sewing machines in my car. We went to the chapel and he took the machines into the fellowship hall. He left, and I set up for class. It was a little after 2 when Jamie texted that her daughter wasn't coming. Then Diane arrived with her son. She helped him make two handwarmers. Grace came, bringing some yellow fabric and brown rice. We used the rice for class instead of what I bought. She made a soap bottle apron and a hand warmer. Then she helped me pack up.

I went home, stopping at the post office to pick up mail and lock the swap shop. When I got home, I read e-mail, not wanting to go walking later. But at 5:30 I went to the gym. There was an ambulance out front, but I never heard anything afterward. I went to the cross-fit room with Jenni. Then Diane came. We did yoga stretches and chatted. Time went fast and then we packed up before they threw us out.

I came home and had supper. I read e-mail and articles. I posted to my blog. I made tea and we watched 4 episodes of Big Bang Theory. Then we made the bed with fresh sheets. I read e-mail for awhile, then went to bed. I was almost asleep with headphones when Chris came to bed.

Just another day

Friday

I woke up in the middle of the night. But Chris said it was 6:45 and I should get up. Using the board, he got me out of bed and I went to the bathroom. But he went back to bed. I took a shower in the hall bathroom because the tub is much lower and easier to step into. I got dressed and bundled up. I went for a walk and discovered a package on Johnnie's porch. I went home for her key and put the package inside. I hope freezing all night did not hurt it.

I posted on the local page that Mindy will have the swap shop open tomorrow at 10. I looked at pics of rice handwarmers online and downloaded a few. (I also came across ones made with vinegar and baking soda. Very interesting. ) I put the patterns on a thumb drive and moved them to the desktop so I could print them out. I also printed the soap bottle apron pattern for Grace.

At 11 I went to the MR house to meet Jamie for cleaning. She brought a lot of stuff, some from a previous house that she cleaned in SLC. She worked upstairs cleaning beddrooms while I did the kitchen blinds and the sliding door blinds, and duct tape marks.

At 1, I came home and made breakfast. Chris was still at the office. He got back about 1:45 as I was finishing breakfast. I packed the cooler and we left for Tooele about 2. But we turned right around and came back for the list, then left again. We shopped at the usual places, then headed home again.

We stopped at the post office, then went home to put away the food. I opened the swap shop so Grace could pick up a tv table. Then I went home to read e-mail:

The swine flu vaccine was shut down after 25 people died. But over 18,000 people have been reported dead after getting covid vaccines and the mandates continue. CDC has no evidence of even one recovered covid person getting reinfected and infecting someone else. So why is natural immunity being ignored?

I posted to my blog and made tea. Then we watched 4 episodes of Big Bang Theory season 5. I brushed my teeth and went to bed.

Dugway Town Hall

Thursday

I woke up in the middle of the night and had to pee. Chris brought me a towel for that purpose. I slept until morning. Chris got me out of bed with the backboard, helped me get dressed, then went to work. I went for a walk outside where it was in the 20's. I read e-mail and cleaned in the kitchen.

I decided to do coffee and detox morning and discovered that I could do it standing up. That meant that I could clean mirrors and counter tops at the same time. Chris came home early for a quick lunch. I got him to pick up a few things that were on the floor. I made breakfast and ate while watching The HighWire:

CDC is recommending all unvaccinated people be limited in their travels, work etc, even though they have no documented cases of a person with natural immunity infecting anyone else. FDA wants to release only 500 pages per month of the info the FDA used to conclude that the Pfizer vaccine was worth approval. It would take to 2074 at that rate. Fauci is now saying boosters are part of the regimen, so will need to get it to be fully immunized. Geert VandenBosche says we are putting out products without fully understanding how they work. Boosters can lead to Immune exhaustion.

Innate antibodies and naturally acquired antibodies protect most people. Innate antibodies generate immune memory so they can be produced very quickly when needed. Innate immunity explains asymptomatic infections. Innate immunity is the body's first line of defense. People with ebola die of the cytokine storm. Do not give infected people a vaccine that also induces cytokine storm. If Innate immunity cannot kill the virus, then the body makes antibodies to kill infected cells and this leads to naturally acquired immunity. Live vaccines activate innate immunity which is 'sterilizing', but covid ones are not. Had we done mass vaccination for the measles, we might be seeing similar outbreaks to what we see now. Its like loading your gun while you are already on the battlefield. Symptomatic infection creates better protection than asymptomatic infection. Innate immunity develops robustness over time, but if you give children the covid jab, then their innate immune system never learns to adapt to that. This makes herd immunity impossible to achieve. Those whose innate immune system is weak will have the most trouble with the virus.

Dr Ardis gave directions to finding the chart of FDA approved meds for covid - including ivermectin - and evidence that CMS is bribing hospitals to choose remdesivir, which is expensive and has a list of serious side effects like kidney failure.

I read e-mail until 4:30. I went to the library to pick out some DVD's for the weekend. I went to the MR house to see how one of the experiments was going. No efficacy at all. I tried to clean a baseboard with a swiffer as seen on the internet, but the baseboard wasn't flat so it didn't work.

From there I went to the gym. Jenni was there. We walked the indoor track for half an hour. Then I went home while she went to the community club. She texted me that my husband was at the town hall and it would not be on Facebook. So if I wanted to see it, I had to go to the community club. So I drove down there. Since there are no lights in the parking lot, I missed the entrance and had to turn around. Inside the lot I had trouble finding a space.

I went inside the club and everyone was wearing a mask. I put on one too, but it was hard to breathe. I found a seat and Jenni joined me. Chris started the meeting and the Colonel and CSM joined in. We got to hear from all the department heads. But I didn't hear everything they said because they were wearing masks while they spoke. I texted it to Chris but his phone was off. Jenni spoke up about it. Dugway has added a family doctor to the clinic, which hasn't been done for 19 years apparently. But he only takes Tricare.

After the meeting, I spoke with the head of MWR about playing Christmas music for the tree-lighting ceremony. Also two ladies volunteered to open the swap shop on a regular basis and gave me their contact info. Jamie and I made plans to clean tomorrow. I did not see Chris anywhere, so I went home, but he wasn't there either. I read e-mail for awhile, then texted to see where he was. Finally he walked in with a pizza.

We talked for a bit about vaccines. I asked the questions I wanted to ask at the Town Hall, like if vaccines are so effective, why do the states and countries with the highest vaccination rates have the highest case rates? Why are we getting a vaccine for last year's covid strain? He told me our next door neighbor was air-lifted into SLC for heart trouble.

Finally I made tea and we watched the last episode of Dr. Blake. It must have been extra long because when I sat down to write my blog, it was after 12:30. Chris fell asleep on the floor while I typed up my day. Then we both went to bed.

Payday

Wednesday

In the middle of the night I needed to get up, but got a spasm for trying. So I rolled over on my hands and knees, then stood up on the bed. Chris put his arms around my waist and set me on the floor. I did what I had to do and went back to bed.

Chris got up at 6, had breakfast, showered and went to work. I thought he would offer to get me up or to leave my phone where I could reach it. By 7:30 I needed to get up again. So I rolled over and stood up on the bed, then held on to the dresser to step down to the floor. Whew!

I made lemon water and got dressed. Trying to put on my shoes got me another spasm. So I called Chris. He came home to get me shod, then went back to work. I realized I couldn't do the special lymph-moving exercises, so skipped coffee morning. I took a long walk to the MR house. I spent 4 hours working on the toilets, floors, windows and blinds. Then I walked home.

I spent the afternoon looking at e-mail and tapping. I looked up sticky floors and how to eliminate pet odors. At 5:15 I put money in envelopes to pay Jenni and Diane for their help with the 2nd street house. Then I went to the post office to pick up the mail. I proceeded to the gym so we could walk or do yoga, because it was too cold to walk outside. But Jenni texted me when I got there, saying she wouldn't be ready until 6. Sigh.

I went back home. I opened the two boxes of supplements that came today and put them away. I jotted notes for today's activities. I drove back to the gym. When Jenni drove up, I gave her a Swap Shop flyer to put up at the commissary tomorrow. I also gave her money for cleaning. We went inside, but she wasn't wearing a mask and had to go back out to get one. Then we went upstairs to the indoor walking track which is 1/16 of a mile. We decided to walk for half an hour rather than keeping track of the revolutions. Diane joined us later, and after awhile, Jenni said she wasn't feeling well and she left. I gave Diane her money and we walked a few more revolutions, then went home.

Chris was still at Mass. I read e-mail for awhile. When he got home, he played his game. I posted to my blog, then made tea and we watched two episodes of Dr. Blake. I got sleepy and went to bed. Chris joined me later.

the science of cleaning

Tuesday

I got up after Chris left for work. It caused a spasm, but it released right away. I made lemon water and got dressed. I went for a 20 minute walk. I set up experiments with cleaners on a heavily encrusted cookie sheet found at the 2nd street house.

I drove to the 2nd street house for the final inspection. One of them told me that I didn't charge enough and that I did exceptional work. Jamie came too. After I signed the paperwork saying the house had passed inspection, she and I talked in the parking lot. I went to the Housing office to turn in the key. Jamie arrived to ask them to put her on the list of cleaners. I left to go to the Mustang Run house, arriving about 10:30. I worked on the stove and bathroom until noon, trying different cleaners to see if they loosened the dirt. I also looked in the shed to see what we had to dispose of. There were some cleaners in there so I brought them into the house.

I went home for breakfast. As I ate, I looked at e-mail. Then just before 1:30, I collected my trombone and book of duets. I went to Saronna's house. We played a few Christmas songs together and she fed the baby. We talked about playing for the tree-lighting ceremony and about cleaning.

I went to the MR house and mopped the floors with the spray mop. It did ok. Some spots needed scraping. I also checked the experiments in the bathroom and set some new ones. I left after an hour and a half.

When I got home, I signed into Zoom for the RCMQG monthly meeting. I sat through and even participated a little. They want to do their next meeting on Gather.town. We each have to sign in and get an avatar. Then the avatar goes around from group to group of other avatars and their chat screens come up when in proximity to my avatar. I'm not sure I am ready for that.

Afterward, I made a salad. Chris was already home and making his supper. I checked the latest telegram postings and listening to a talk on cancer. I wrote up yesterday's post and today's. I sat with Chris to watch Dr. Blake, but he was feeling talkative and he talked so much that there was only time for one episode. I got sleepy and went right to bed.

A bunch of baking

Monday

In the wee hours of the morning, I got up to pee. The price was one small spasm. I thought Chris slept through it, but before he went to work, he asked if he should stay home because of it. I had my phone (turned off for the night), so I told him I would call if I needed help. I tried to go back to sleep, but eventually got up, carefully.

I made lemon water and got dressed. I walked to Housing to make an appointment for inspection. It is set for tomorrow. When I got back, I finalized an order for steamers, and magic erasers. I made cheese sticks. Usually I spread the mixture across the pan and cut it up later. But this time I made it into little hot cakes, because I like the crispy edges. Later I whipped up a batch of seed crackers. While they were baking, I parsed two weeks worth of supplements.

Chris came home for lunch with flyers for swap shop that Diane had designed. He asked for bread, so I proofed the yeast in the pan, then added everything else and turned on the machine. I washed some dishes, and put others in the dishwasher.

I went to the MR house around 3. I finished sweeping the floors and cleaned the inside of the fridge and freezer. Rusty texted me about his house and cleaning in general. At 5:30 I parked by Jenni's house. She wasn't coming, but Diane came and we walked around the block. Then I went home. I had leftovers for supper while Chris took my car and put gas in it. I listened to a talk on vagus nerve and posted to my blog. Then I made tea and we watched two episodes of Dr. Blake. I got sleepy and went straight to bed. But it still took me awhile to actually lose consciousness.

Finishing the 2nd street house

Sunday

I got up by myself. I got dressed but needed Chris to put my shoes and socks on. I went for a long walk, except that I spied a package on Johnnie's porch, so I went home for the key and put the item inside her house. I continued to walk for awhile, then went home.

I posted to my blog then spent the morning looking at handheld steamer units. They seem to address all those hard-to-clean spots that take me so much time. But it was hard to find one without using Amazon or Ebay. Finally Chris indicated shower time. So he helped me shower, then took his own. I dressed myself, and then found I could reach my feet to put on shoes. I went back to searching, then we went to the chapel.

I talked to Eileen for a bit, then sat on the aisle so I could roll onto the floor in case of spasm. But that didn't happen. I was not able to sit comfortably, but I made it through the service, often changing position. Afterward, I chatted with Rick and then the ladies.

Then we went to the commissary. There was some arrangement that it would be open from noon to 4. We bought a few things to show support for them, then checked out and went home. I started making breakfast, then changed clothes to eat it. I jotted notes for my blog. I worked on e-mail until Jamie texted to say she was going to the 2nd street house to do the yard, and she wanted to look through the house. So I met her there about 3:15. We talked and agreed to do a group-buy on Mr. Clean erasers. She went out back to do leaves, while I removed the last few things and mopped myself out the front door. I went over to the MR house and took all the cleaning equipment from my car and put it in the garage. I stayed to clean countertops in the kitchen and put the stove on a cleaning cycle with a splash of ammonia. Then I pulled all the nails out of the walls.

I started sweeping baseboards when Jenni called to see if I would go walking at 4:30 instead of 5:30. So I took a break to do that. Along the walk we met Grace and Esther. We chatted with them. Jenni told them they could make a lot of money cleaning houses. I was afraid they got the wrong idea. When we split up, I went home and got a broom. Chris wanted to make an omelet and asked when I wanted to eat. I said 6, then went to the MR house and swept all the floors till I got to the kitchen.

I went home, arriving right at 6. The omelet wasn't done yet and he was also seasoning a cast iron pan in the oven. I looked at e-mail until the omelet was ready. I had that for supper. Chris finished up his 6 hour Sunday afternoon conversation. One of the reasons I cleaned on a Sunday was to get away from the constant conversation. I looked at steam mops and handheld steamers - so many to choose from. Then I made tea and we watched two episodes of Dr. Blake. I got a little sleepy, but it wore off and I stayed online after Chris went to bed.

I got out of bed on my own!

Saturday

I carefully got myself out of bed and into the bathroom very early this morning. I went back to bed and cuddled with Chris. Later I was able to get up again, but I did have half a spasm. Chris helped me get dressed and I bundled up to go walking. I walked to the 2nd street house and collected all the cleaning cloths and brought them home. I rinsed them out in the sink along with the pads from the swiffer-ish mops. Then I put them in the washing machine with a few light jackets.

I sat down to read e-mail and listen to a talk on cancer: mistletoe therapy is the second-most studied therapy after conventional therapies. pancreatic enzymes digest cancer cells, salvestrol from vine-ripened fruits and vegetables, 2 tbl of raw pork pancreas 7x a day: 4x on empty stomach, 3x with meals, to digest outer coating of cancer cells. Raw beef liver will restore CBC in 5 minutes. Hydrazine sulfate addresses cachexia. With cooked food eat fresh fruit fiber like blueberries, strawberries, apple pectin.

I made a salad and ate it, then met Diane at the Mustang Run house where she helped me carry in tubs of cleaners no longer needed at the 2nd street house. She went home and I went to clean the sink and mop floors. But I did not finish because I had to run to the Swap Shop to open it.

I opened the swap shop and carried in the 3-layer unit that was left in the 2nd street house. Someone had left a rolling chair and a tall broken lamp outside the door. I took the chair in. Diane came with her son. She brought stuff and put the items with like items. Just as she was leaving, Jamie came. She gave me a box of rolls of ribbon, and a box of rubber stamps. Then Melissa came. She brought kids hangers and watched Jamie bring in toys. She took some for her granddaughter. After she left, Jamie helped hang kids clothes. I found more kids hangers in the small section of the adult room. When she was ready to leave, I asked her to help me carry the lamp to the dumpster. But as she looked it over, she decided to take it and see if she could fix it. The legs were broken plastic so it seemed doubtful to me.

I drove home, then remembered that I hadn't checked the mail. So I walked to the post office and found nothing. Still, it was a beautiful day for a walk. When I got back, I scrubbed a cast iron skillet that had been thrown out at the 2nd street house. I put it on the stove to steam off. I went walking at 5:30 with Jenni and Diane. Both said they would see me in church tomorrow. When I got home I made a salad for supper. I made tea and we watched two episodes of Warehouse 13. I got really sleepy and went to bed without blogging.

How to turn a doughnut inside out

Friday

Chris brought me a towel before 6 so I could pee. Then around 7:15 I asked for the backboard to get out of bed. He helped me get dressed and I went for a walk. He went to work to do his sit-rep. He called from there and asked me to post to Facebook that there would be no power outages today or tomorrow. I also posted that the swap shop would be open. I posted to my blog for Wednesday. And I reviewed the swap shop poster that Diane sent and made a few revisions.

I got out a large bottle of Kombucha. Instinct told me to open it outside, which turned out to be a very wise move. I poured it into several smaller bottles. It was slow because of all the foam. I listened to a presentation and worked on the doughnut. Leaving a hole in the inner circle did not work, nor a hole in the outer circle. I tried cutting a slit in one side, but even that would not turn it inside out. It was so frayed that I had to cut another set of circles. This time I cut through the doughnut, turned it right side out, stuffed it and sewed the ends shut. Bingo!

I checked e-mail until I noticed it was after 10, which is when we were supposed to leave. I called Chris. He came home and packed the ice chest. We went to Tooele. Chris got texts saying the music teacher was flown to a hospital in SLC. I had to read them to him because he was driving. We got to the dentist late. I waited to be seen, then the hygienist cleaned my teeth. Later the dentist checked and said one filling was deteriorating and I need a new one. I went to check out. I bought a savings plan good for a year, and set new appointments.Chris took me to Melanies, then to Lucky's to get mineral oil.

We went home, stopping at the post office where Netflix awaited. At home we unpacked the car. I made and ate breakfast. I joined Diane at the 2nd street house at 3. I cleaned the back door and the counter tops. She worked on the floors and helped me carry out a tub of cleaner. She left at 4. I stayed and mopped until 5:30. I also tried wiping the stove hood with mineral oil. When I wiped off the oil, the grease was gone. Score!

Then I went to the gym. Diane and I set up in the cross-fit room. We started stretching and Jenni joined us. At 6 the attendant told us the gym was closing, so we packed up and left. I went home and took some mops inside. I stripped off the fabric heads and soaked them in a bucket of water. I heated bean soup in the toaster oven. My phone told me I missed a call from William so I called him back. He put Karen on and we chatted for some time. I made tea and watched two episodes of Warehouse 13 with Chris. I jotted notes for one blog post and posted another.

Scheduled Power Outage

Thursday

I was so tired last night that I fell asleep pretty quickly. I woke up a little before 6:30. I listened to Reveille play. I was going to stay in bed until 7, but I remembered that the power was scheduled to go out at 8, so I had Chris get me up. It has been 48 hours since my last full spasm.

I made warm lemon water. I drank it while tweaking my cleaning recipe list. Then I put it on a sticky thumb drive (don't know why it is sticky), and took it to the desktop to print out. I started deleting unwanted e-mail and the power went down precisely at 8. I jotted notes for my blog and put the laptop to sleep.

I walked to the library to return the Person of Interest DVD. I cut out two doughnut shapes and started sewing them together with big stitches on the machine. But my arm got tired after sewing around the large circle. I wrote several versions of a checklist for the cleaning recipes with boxes to check for what worked and what didn't. I started making breakfast. I made more spice mix. Chris helped me take a shower.

Power came on about 11:40. I ate breakfast and watched The HighWire: 75 cases of athletes dropping on the field in the last year in headlines. Chris and I drove over to the 2nd street house. Jenni was there with her van. Chris put the corner unit in. He lifted a tub of cleaners and put it in my trunk. He left, Jenni and I cleaned from 3 to 5:30. We went walking with Diane. Then I went home.

I ate apples and chunks of ham, and grapes. I got very dizzy. I used the blood glucose kit. 178. I ate some cinnamon and coconut oil, but that made no difference. I made tea and jotted notes for my blog. We watched one episode of Dr. Blake. I was still light-headed so Chris put me to bed.

Fasting Day

Wednesday

I went to bed with my mp3 headphones. I had replaced the ear bud with one from the original box. I woke up in the middle of the night to turn it off and wet a towel, then slept until 7ish. I considered trying to get out of bed by myself, but might ruin my record of almost 24 hours without a spasm. So I called out to Chris and he used the backboard to get me upright. I went to the bathroom, then got myself mostly dressed. Chris put on my socks and shoes. I bundled up and walked to the swap shop to lock it. Then I walked to Housing to turn in the key for the property that passed inspection. I extended my walk, cogitating on how to finish cleaning the house in 2.5 hours so that everybody gets an even $10/hour. I arrived back home after 8. Chris left me a lemon. I made lemon water and took vit C with it. I sat down to jot notes, but my back didn't like that, so I stood up and cleaned the stove top. I watered the plants. I refilled Chris' cinnamon bottle. I made more flax/chia mix.

Today's e-mail:

There is no covid-19 emergency among children so the EUA for injections to them is illegal. The efficacy study only looked at 200 kids. Article 3 of new WHO policy says attendance in school implies informed consent. All signatories to the 2005 health regulations will have to implement this by treaty obligation. So you have to take your kids out of school to prevent them being injected.

Top republican on senate armed services committee: The vaccine could render the military unable to accomplish its mission around the globe. 395,000+ across the armed services are leaving due to refusal of the shot. Mostly pilots, special ops forces, and 30% percent of the army. They are thinking of re-instituting the draft. A war with China would help sell that idea. Best time for China to invade Taiwan is in spring, and during Olymipics.

Pharma is testing a new Marburg vaccine as it is expected to be the next pandemic. Pfizer Biontech has a big plant in Marburg Germany where the first cases of Marburg were discovered. Ashley Biden's diary says Joe showered with her as a child. FBI raided Project Veritas (who had already turned over the diary without publishing any of it), saying PV had stolen her diary.

A lady from the vaccine trial explained that getting the second dose was required to stay in the trial. Because she reacted so badly to the first shot, they dropped her from the trial and deleted her information. There has been no follow-up in the past 9 months. She was no longer allowed access to the app for reporting adverse events. App had a list of symptoms and no way to report anything not on the list.

I read e-mail and took breaks to do odd jobs around the house. I submitted two Swansons orders. I folded sheets and blankets. I walked to the post office to get the mail. I vacuumed the den. I played songs from Phantom of the Opera and sang along. I meditated and tapped. I wrote down more cleaning recipes while listening to interviews.

At 5:30 I took my mat and drove to the gym. Diane was already there and Jenni had decided she was too tired. Diane led us in yoga moves and stretches. I had to be really careful, but I survived without spasms. We were in a raquetball court so it was hard to hear each other talk because of the reverberation. When my back had enough, we packed up and went home. When I got home, I went back to cleaning recipes. Chris came home from Mass. We talked about this and that. He suggested that I divide the cleaning payment among my team and not take any for myself. I acknowledged his suggestion. I made tea and we watched the last two episodes of season 5 of Person of Interest. That's all they made. I brushed my teeth, and downloaded a ton of pics from my phone. I deleted some and cropped the rest. Then I posted to my blog and went to bed.

An exhausting day

Tuesday

During the night I woke Chris to bring me a towel to pee on. Then I stayed in bed, dozing on and off until 7. He used the board to get me out of bed and helped me get dressed. While I was holding up my foot for him to tie my shoe, my back seized. And here I was hoping to go 24 hours without a spasm. I put on my warmest coat and walked to the post office. I brought back the mail from yesterday, then went for a longer walk. It was longer than yesterday's.

When I got back, I read e-mail. Diane texted that her husband wanted to see the swap shop. So I walked down there and unlocked the door. I came home, then made and ate breakfast. I printed the cleaning recipes that I had collected. I drove to the 2nd street house at 11. Jamie did not show up until 11:20. I cleaned cabinets, and various windows while Jamie washed the blinds in the tub and moved the fridge. I cleaned behind it while she wiped it out. Jenni came at 3:45 and did baseboards on three sides of the living room. I took nails out of the walls and Jamie mopped the bedrooms. She left at 4:30, I think. I was exhausted, but I stayed until 5:30 with Jenni. My feet hurt from climbing the ladders to wash walls, and squatting to wash base cabinets.

When I got home, Chris was home. He put supper in the toaster oven for me. I ate and read e-mail. I listened to Dr. David Martin talk about the real culprits behind current events, people and groups who pay to keep themselves out of the public eye.

One is Dustin Moskowitz, co-founder of Facebook. Another is Cold Spring Harbor Labs, which has an EUA to use Crispr technology for editing the human genome as a joint project between USA and China.

I made tea and we watched two episodes of Person of Interest. Taps played an hour early, which is interesting because Reveille and Retreat play at the right time. I got really soporific and dressed for bed. But then I wrote a blog post and checked e-mail one last time.

* How can they call shots for kids safe and effective when the studies haven't been completed yet? *

Out, Out dang spot

Monday

I woke up twice in the night and needed to pee. Chris put a garbage bag and towel under me and then took it away to wash. Around 7 I had to go again, but it was also time to get up. I tried to get up on my own but I got a spasm for my effort. So I put on an Attends just in case, and he slid me out of bed and stood me up. As always, I was amazed how easy and painless the process was with the back board.

I bundled up and went for a long walk, probably most of an hour. I thought about how I could use the backboard on my own. I visited the greenhouse to see what shape it was in, then walked behind the housing area. I noticed a lot of tumbleweeds and Chris said his team picked up 19 tons of them in the last two weeks. Boggles the imagination.

I sat down with the chillow to check e-mail. But my back spasmed. It seems when I relax, that's when the spasms get triggered. I wrote a check to the church, then walked down to the post office to mail it.

I spent some time searching the house for my folding cardboard mat which is gridded. But it was nowhere to be found. I looked for the reacher, but did not find that either. Housing called to say the inspectors noticed tumbleweeds in the house I plan to turn over this afternoon. So I called Jamie to tell her so she could evict them.

I looked up my meds to see which ones were anti-inflammatories. They are labeled 'for pain' but I am not in pain except during a spasm. I made breakfast early so I could take one. I dropped a lid from a supplement bottle and Chris came home to pick it up for me.

I ate breakfast perched on the edge of my chair. I got a call from a company that needs a room cleaned regularly. Kristen had given them my name. I said that was fine and it sounded like they would get back to me later.

I drove to the 2nd street house, arriving at 11. I thought Jamie would be there but she came later. I started cleaning in the kitchen, trying out combinations of coconut oil and baking soda, WD-40 and dryer sheet, an iron with a wet cloth over it. Nothing took the orange grease spots off of the wall. But the iron and wet cloth took some paint off. Jamie brought her steamer and we used it on the range hood. It did make most of it come off easier. It did not work on the wall behind the stove. We started to get in each others way, so I turned my attention to the kitchen blinds, which were grimy on both sides. When she was done, she pushed the stove back in place. She took down blinds and soaked them in the tub. I started washing walls and windows and doors at the height I could reach without climbing a ladder or stooping.

At three we went to the Valdez house for inspection. Jamie had cleaned it herself. It was beautiful and it passed easily. Then we went back to cleaning. She left about 4. I stayed until almost 5:30, then drove to the gym.

I went up to the walking track and perched on the edge of a chair. I got up several times and sat back down. When it looked like no one was coming, I started walking the track. Then Diane joined me and we walked around several times, wondering where Jenni was. Then we discovered her walking 10 yards behind. We stopped for her to catch up, then proceeded to walk and talk. Finally Diane had to leave, so we all walked downstairs and outside. We talked about when to meet again, for some yoga and then went home.

I drove home without incident. I ate some fish eggs and seed crackers and took a Naproxen, same as with breakfast. I heated some potato and bean soup in the toaster oven. I read e-mail for a while, then made tea. We watched two episodes of Person of Interest. Then I got dressed for bed, brushed my teeth, and read my telegram feed before posting to my blog.

Making warmer plans

Sunday

Chris got me up with the back board. I made and drank lemon water. Chris put bean soup on the stove to cook. I sat in a chair with the heating pad but my back spasmed. It made me think that inflammation is associated with triggering the spasms. Chris got me dressed and I went for a long walk, over a mile.

When I got back, I sat to read with the chillow. Jamie came by to get the key for the 2nd street house. I started making breakfast. As I ate, I read e-mail, then looked up anti-inflammatory foods. Many are in my breakfast already, but I ate a few more. I researched cleaning combinations of Dawn, h2o2, baking soda, and ammonia. Faye called. She talked about the crop walk, and the yard sale. I talked to her until Jamie called to say she was done cleaning for the day. I went back to finding more ways of cleaning grease spots on walls, and stoves, etc.

At 5:27, I bundled up and went walking with Jenni and Grace. It was so windy and cold going around the school block. Brrr! Then we walked down to the gym to see if we could walk inside tomorrow. The gym lady mentioned that she has massage chair that she wants to sell. When I got home, I tried to look it up, but there were too many models.

When Chris was done with the voices (8 or 9 hours worth), he put away the bean soup. I made tea and jotted notes for my blog. We watched two episodes of Person of Interest. Then I posted for yesterday and wrote this post.

Sewing class

Saturday

Chris got me out of bed around 8 this morning using the back board. I made lemon water and cleaned things in the kitchen. I listened to a link to a live presentation in Florida by top doctors:

Natural immunity is robust, durable, and broad-spectrum so no benefit from injection. Don't get another test. It takes up to 15 months for the body to clear the spike protein caused by each injection. The paper that comes with flu vaccine is covered in writing, but the one that comes with the covid vaccine only says “intentionally left blank” and nothing else. Rabbinical court decided there shall not be covid vaccination in girls and women because it causes cycle disruptions which may be a sign of fertility affected. Long-haul covid is very rare after early treatment. Natural infection causes a gentle rise in spike proteins, but injection causes a bolus of spike protein intravascularly. Natural infection makes IGA, but not with injection. Shots don't work on the strain that is circulating now. We have drugs to treat inflammation and blood clots, therefore we can treat the disease caused by the virus. Myocarditis in vaccinated kids is 6x the risk of severe covid in unvaccinated kids.

I paused it to walk to the post office around 10:15 because I had a spasm from sitting with the heating pad. When I got back, I turned up the volume so I could work on breakfast while listening. But eventually I had to sit down again. The CSM texted me that she wanted to work in the swap shop. So I walked to the post office again to unlock the swap shop door. When I got back, I asked her if I could post on the local page that it was open. She said yes, so I did.

Then I got together everything I needed for sewing class. Chris helped me put it all in my trunk. We drove to the chapel in separate cars. He helped unload and set up the sewing machines. Then he went to the commissary while I set up everything else and sorted the fabric I brought to find wof strips. The start time came and went, no one was there. So I started on my own project. Then Diane and Grace showed up. I had forgotten my sample pillowcase but they remembered the pics I posted with the class announcement. Soon Jenni arrived as well. I showed them how to measure and cut the fabrics. I showed them how to pin and sew the bands. I showed them how to do a french seam. And they all completed the project. I took a pic of each of them. Diane finished first and went home. But Jenni and Grace helped me pack up and load my trunk. I locked the chapel and we all went home.

When I got home, Chris was doing laundry. He unloaded my trunk for me. I sat down to look at e-mail. He put supper in the toaster oven for me. After I ate, I walked to the swap shop to lock it up. The CSM had done a good job of reorganizing the items. She also sent me a text saying we need more child sized hangers.

When I got back, I finished something I was watching. Chris was ready to watch TV, so I made tea and sat on the edge of the couch. We watched an episode of Warehouse 13. I got extremely sleepy, but did not want to lay down yet (because getting up again is so hard). We took a break to made the bed, then watched an episode of Person of Interest. I sat down to crop all the pics I took today and write my blog post. Now I can go to bed for the night.

Getting vertical

Friday

I heard my alarm go off at 7:30. It had been a pretty good night. No spasms at all. To keep my progress going, I did not try to get up on my own. I asked for the backboard and Chris used it to stand me up. Perfect. In my head I heard Olivia NewtonJohn sing " Let's get vertical, vertical. I wanna get verticaaaal. I wanna feel my body walk." I walked to the bathroom. We took a shower together. He helped me get dressed.

Then I sat at my laptop to read e-mail and use a heating pad. And for some unknown reason, my back went into spasm, which is like having a charlie horse in my lower back. Stopping it instantly becomes my top priority. And I did stop it. But it was touch and go after that.

I researched DIY enzyme cleaners. I had some fermented lemon peel so I filtered that and put it in a small spray bottle. I walked to the post office to get the mail, then went to the house on Mustang Run. I sprayed trouble spots here and there. Then I went to the 2nd street house. Diane had just arrived and was cleaning the bathroom. She said the door was open. Sigh. I started spraying in the kitchen. Jamie arrived with some cleaning things. Lots of cleaners were already here, and we discovered that the fridge was full of food, even take-out and leftovers. The lady hadn't moved all the far away. Why did she leave so much?

Anyway, I cleaned things that I could reach without straining up or down: walls, door jambs, counter tops, blinds. I soaked the oven filter in hot soapy water. I started the self-clean cycle. I tried numerous cleaners on the orange grease spots, but they did not come off the wall. My enzyme spray stopped spraying. I guess I didn't filter it enough.

Jamie and I divided up the food. I called Chris to come get the food, then went home with him. I decided not to chance the drive into Tooele, and Chris said he didn't feel like it either. He laid down and went to sleep. I made breakfast and ate it. Someone contacted me to drop stuff off at the swap shop, so I walked down there and opened it. Saronna messaged me that her family tested positive for covid. So I put together a package of vit C, D, quercetin and zinc. I drove over there to deliver it. Her husband came out and we chatted for some time. Then I drove to the swap shop to lock it up and went home. I did not have any trouble getting in or out of the car, though I did take it slowly.

Chris was up and feeling better, but running a temp. I whipped up a batch of seed crackers. I put them in the oven to bake. Then I made a salad. Diane called to see if I wanted to go walking and I realized I had totally forgotten. So I jumped in the car and drove over there. She and Jenni were waiting. We walked a mile around the school block. After more chatting, Diane left. I took Jenni to the 2nd street house to get the bottles of bleach. She likes them and I don't because I prefer ammonia. She gave me a package of lidocaine patches. When I got back, the seed crackers were done. I ate some with hummus. Then I had some pineapple and read e-mail. Chris wanted to watch TV, so I made my tea and we watched the end of yesterday's episode and two more. Then I watched New World Next Week. I posted to my blog for yesterday, then jotted notes for today. Soon I will hit the hay and hope to get vertical in the morning.

An answer to prayer: the house passed inspection

Thursday

I tried to get up around 7:30. It did not go well on my own. I called out to Chris and he tried to help me by arranging things for me to lower my feet to the floor. But my back spasmed every time I tried. So he went to EMS and got a back board. He laid it in bed next to me and I levered myself onto it. Then he slid it to the bottom of the bed and the foot lowered to the floor. He raised the head of it and then I was vertical! I was so happy. But then I went to the bathroom and had another spasm trying to get up. I walked around the house with a walker. Chris helped me get dressed. Then I took my phone and a handbag with a contract and walked to my 9am meeting. I was hoping to drive, but clearly sitting was a bad idea.

On the way Jaimie called for an update. I talked to her most of the way so I did not have a chance to call the Housing people and tell them I would be late. They were waiting when I got there. We all signed the contract and the man paid me. One guy walked me back to the shed to see what was in it. Garbage. But anyway, we concluded business and they drove away as I walked away. One man stopped to offer me a ride, which I had to decline. He told me they would replace the floor so not to kill myself cleaning it.

I went by Housing to schedule an inspection for the Valdez house on Monday. When I got home, Chris was in a meeting. I had a drink, then picked up some DVD's and walked to the library. Melissa chatted with me for some time. I told her about Chris' interview today and she said they would be stupid not to hire him. She also said she has a rug shampooer if I need to borrow it.

From there I went to the post office to pick up the mail. There was also a heavy package. I had to leave it there for Chris. When I got home, I made breakfast and ate it perched on the edge of a chair. I listened to Chris answer the first two questions of his interview. Then I walked up to Rusty's house with the keys.

I started taking pictures in case we disagreed on whether the house was up to par. When I heard the people drive up, I walked out so they would know I was there. They came in and took a bunch of pictures. I pointed out the stuff I was unable to scrub off. The lady admitted that the house was above standard. She asked that I call Maintenance about the broken stuff so that fixing those things would not come out of their budget. She said the carpet in the den would have to be replaced because of the pet smell. Since she knew this beforehand, why did I have to spend so much time cleaning it? My prayers were answered and the house passed inspection. I walked to Housing to turn in the keys.

I formalized my list of things that needed fixing and called them in. Chris thought that didn't sound right, so he contacted one of his team and had someone else deal with that. I checked my blog to see what hours I and others worked on the house. It came out to 80 hours which is $10/hour. I put each person's share in an envelop.

I listened to The Highwire: vaccine victims told their story, one lady in the trial spoke about how she had adverse reactions and reported it, but no one would listen. She filed a VAERS report but it was deleted. Her info was deleted from the trial results since she was unable to take the second dose. Her husband spoke to the committee to recommend for children, urging them to not approve it. Kids will be getting an outdated vaccine which is for the strain that went around last year. None of the doctors on the CDC committee who recommended vaccine for kids, actually treat patients. There are no randomized trials using the delta variant. So any reports of safety and efficacy are for the original strains or legacy variants. Same viral load of delta in vaccinated vs unvaccinated. So vaccination will not provide a safer work place. What helps is that people are more likely to stay home if they are sick. You get more spike protein from the shot than from the infection.

I drove to Jenni's house. I paid her and Diane for cleaning Rusty's house. We walked around the block, then stood chatting for a bit. And we went home. I listened to the rest of The Highwire, and a few short videos. I posted about the sewing class for Saturday.

Then I made tea and we watched two episodes of Warehouse 13 which came in the mail. Chris paused it several times to talk. We were both falling asleep. I got up to use the bathroom and check e-mail. Then posted to my blog and got ready for bed.

One way to start my day

Wednesday

I took an oxycodon at 10 last night, but it did not help. I went to bed around 11:15. My back went from ok to easily triggered spasms. I got shivering fits which did not help. It was a very long and painful night. Chris slept in because he planned to telework so he could be here all day. He got up around 6:30, showered, and went to the office to get his work computer.

We spoke about my condition. He placed towels for me to pee on. He got me some methylcarbomol. I suggested we call EMS to help me get vertical and then see if I needed to go to the hospital. Since I wasn't dressed, I asked for women. He called and soon a lady came over. She stood by my bedside and talked to me until a team could get here. Good thing it wasn't an emergency. Then 6 or 7 people came with a backboard. They helped me onto it, then slid it off the end of the bed and into an upright position. I was glad to be vertical, but my back was iffy. The ladies helped me into the bathroom. They gave me a shot of something that sounded like tramadol, but was non-narcotic anti-inflamatory. I said I needed one of those boards and they said they had extra. I decided not to go to the hospital. They assured me I could call any time of day or night. We both thanked them and they left. I hear they live for this kind of thing because they get so few calls.

So I walked around for a bit, then sat to read e-mail. But trying to get up afterward was problematic. I got dressed and walked in tiny steps to the post office to pick up the mail. I was able to take larger steps on the way back.

Chris called people and had meetings online, and handled issues. I ate something so I could take another med that they recommended which I had leftover from last time. He and I went to Rusty's house to get all the cleaning stuff out. He drove it home while I walked. Then he took the Rainbow back to the swap shop. I walked to Mercedes house for a 1pm appt. Chris drove over there to give her back her sweeper, then went back to work. She and I talked and the housing people showed up. They looked all over her tiny house. Lots needed fixing or replacing, but they insisted that it all be cleaned anyway, and the leaves raked up (even though leaves are still falling). Finally we all signed the cleaning contract and I put the money and key away for safe keeping. M had to stay for the next guy to arrive, but I left and walked to Housing to schedule a time to turn in Rusty's house, then went home.

I made and ate breakfast, feeling better. I read e-mail, getting up periodically to keep my back from stiffening. Chris cooked fish. I chanced sitting in the car and drove to Jenni's house. I was a little early, but she was ready and we walked. Diane caught up with us near the end. When we got back, Jenni had to go, so I walked another round with Diane. I asked for her help with cleaning and she said she could come on Friday.

I drove home. Chris was having dinner at the colonel's house. I ate some fish. I read e-mail. I got a cleaning contract ready for tomorrow morning and left it in my car, being optimistic about tomorrow. I posted to my blog and jotted notes for the next day.

Based on CDC's own numbers, for 18 hospitalizations that covid vaccine will prevent, 43 more hospitalizations will occur from all causes. Wearing a mask increases your viral load.

The best bad day I ever had

Tuesday

I got up about 8. I made lemon water, and read e-mail. I listened to Catherine Austin Fitts: Every implication of the financial coup is being blamed on the virus, even the depletion of our pension funds and social security.

I went to Rusty's house to scrub the grout. I tried different cleaners and different scrubbers, but nothing was quick or easy. Then Brian called to say he had stuff to take to the swap shop. He came by to get the keys. When I saw him, I jumped up and ran to get the keys. They slipped from my hand and I stooped to scoop them up... and my back spasmed. I dropped to the floor. Brian was watching from the window of the locked front door. After a minute on my back, I scooched myself over to the door with my elbows and managed to turn the knob. He came in and told me how amusing it was to watch. We were not amused. He brought my phone over and I called Chris, but he did not answer. I called his office and a lady answered and said he was out. However, she got in touch with him somehow because it wasn't long before he arrived.

We talked about my options. Past history told me that I had a choice of living on the floor for a week, or calling an ambulance and riding through the 80 twists and turns of the mountain pass to a hospital. I told the guys that maybe just laying on a stretcher that rises up might get me on my feet. Brian went home and nailed some 2x4's to a piece of plywood and brought it back. I nudged myself onto it while texting with Jaimie and trying to contact Saronna to tell her I wouldn't make our playdate. Brian came back with Chris and they raised the head of the board until I was vertical. It worked perfectly and painlessly! I was amazed, and able to walk without pain. Much better than the two options I have used in the past.

Chris and I walked home because I was afraid to sit in the car. I felt pretty good. I made breakfast. Chris brought in a package on the front step. It was a watch battery. He installed it in my back-up watch. I did not understand why all three batteries did not come together. He rubbed arnica cream on my back. Then, he went back to work.

I sat down to use the heating pad and read e-mail. The heating pad would not turn on. As I was eating, my back spasmed again. I forced myself to get up. I got my phone and called Chris. I ate standing up while I waited for him to arrive. When he did, I had him get the heating pad going and bring me a better chair with higher arms. He wanted to stay but I told him to go back to work. I told him Brian needed to stay nearby in case we had to do it all again. He said the EMS folk were just sitting around looking for something to do so we'll call them next time.

I finished breakfast and e-mail. I looked for my meds but could not find them. It was clear that I should be moving around rather than sitting. So I walked Kristen's package to the post office and mailed it. I walked to Saronna's house and stood around chatting. I brought some finger lights for her kids. When she sat to feed the baby, I left and went to Jenni's house. By then school was out. She was up for walking, so we walked around the school block. Then she let me try out her massage chair. It was great! I thanked her and walked home.

I stopped to get a drink, then walked to Rusty's house where Jaimie was finishing up the floor. We talked about this and that. She gave me the key to Wilson's house so I can turn it in. Finally I walked home. Chris was getting his supper. I ate some cayenne cheese sticks from yesterday, and lots of cherry tomatoes. I have been eating them every day since they started ripening in Aug. They were very prolific!

After supper I read e-mail for awhile. Jaimie came by with the vacuum cleaner that Mercedes lent me. Michele called to talk to Chris. I got to talk to her as well. Afterward, I made tea and we watched one episode of Person of Interest. He rubbed Icy Hot on my back. Then we searched the house again for meds and found them, mostly outdated. However, the lidocaine patches were not in there. I took one pill. We watched a second episode. Then I sat down to type up my blog. Chris went to bed, and I went later, in pain, and hoping to be fine by tomorrow.

An answer to prayer

Monday

I got up around 8. I made lemon water. I mended socks and pants for Chris. I emptied the dishwasher and did a few other errands. I met Gary at his place at 8:50. But the housing people said this was the pre-inspection and not the time to sign a cleaning contract. He made another appt for Thurs and I went home.

I read e-mail for a bit, and watched air fryer videos, then I went over to Rusty's house with the Rainbow vacuum. I did the living room rug and thought it might look cleaner. I tried scrubbing some of the black grout. Around noon, I went home to get a ladder and stayed to have breakfast and read more e-mail.

After breakfast, I went back to the house. I set up the ladder, but could not get the light fixture down to clean it. Then I got a call from Mercedes who wanted me to clean her house because she is moving. So I went right over. She showed me what she had cleaned already. But what she hadn't cleaned was pretty bad. Yikes! I quoted her $400. She used to clean houses so she gave me some tips. She showed me a vacuum/shampooer that she'd bought and really liked. I took a pic of it, and then she asked if I would like to borrow it. Yes! She made an appointment with housing to check out on Wednesday afternoon. I agreed to return the machine to her then.

I took it to Rusty's house and did the livingroom rug. It did look cleaner, but the carpet did not feel wet. I called Jaime to see if she wanted to try it. I went home to get some baking soda and tools. I went back to scrubbing grout. Jaime came over. She said she has a cleaning machine just like it. It also works on bare floors, so I used it to mop up the dirty water from scrubbing the grout. Jaime got the light fixtures down and washed them. I put them back up. We scrubbed grout until I realized it was almost 6:30.

I dashed out to my car to go visit Jenni. On the way I remembered that Chris had told me to get the next season of DVD's at the library. Because they were closing soon, I dashed in to pick them up. Melissa helped me find them and said I could go without checking them out.

I drove to Jenni's house knowing I was late and she might be walking already. But no, she was at the commissary. She arrive back in about 5 minutes, then got ready to walk. We walked the usual route. Then we each went home.

I sat down to read, then whipped up a batch of cheese sticks and threw them in the oven. We watched two episodes of Person of Interest. I read way too long, posted to my blog and went to bed after midnight.

Halloween

Sunday

I got up around 8:15. I got out my two watches and examined them for type of battery. They were hard to read and I could not get the backs open. I went through my battery box and found two button batteries, but they were the wrong size. Sigh. I really don't want to go to Tooele just for that.

Dr. Zelenco: Influenza is more dangerous to children than covid. What happened to influenza last year? His patients all tested negative for flu and positive for covid. It seems unnatural for flu to disappear for a year IF the flu is a natural thing. A burger place in Ca was shut down because they refused to check vaccine passports.

I got dressed. We went to the chapel with enough time to chat. They played praise music but I could not sing with it. I really miss singing hymns. The sermon was about David and Absolom. One more song and then more chatting before we all went home.

When I got home, I changed clothes and made breakfast. I read an article showing a few batches of vaccine are responsible for most of the adverse events and deaths. I listened to Pfizer whistle blower who showed pics of glowing liquid in vials, said the vials go through quickly at her plant and there is never a hold for investigating problems (which is very unusual since it happens with all their other products). The glowing can be seen as the vials travel the conveyor belt. No other product has ever glowed. The people in the mixing department do not know what they are mixing to make the vaccines. It is unusual for them not to know what they are working with. I searched for the finger lights that I give for Halloween. No luck. I looked for an online store where I could get batteries and garden stuff. I placed an order. I read e-mail. Jenni wanted to go walking at 4, so we did. Grace and her friend came along as well. Then Jenni showed me stuff in her house. We talked some more and I went home.

I had a bite to eat. I searched again for the lights. Finally I found them in a drawer in the sewing room. It was almost 6. I tested them all to see if they were good. I pulled out those that were not so bright. I cracked open a few to scavenge batteries. But they were tough to get back together. It was after 6:30 when I put some toys out in a basket. But I did not turn the lights on. I hoped I would hear the kids in the street and then offer them some. I was worried that my front porch had too much stuff on it to be safe.

I washed the shower curtain that Rusty left and hung it up to dry. I pinned the blue hat to the medium hoop and started embroidering. The foot got caught in a pin going to the next line and ripped the stabilizer. I had to pin new stabilizer behind it, then finished stitching out. It was acceptable. I took a pic of it, then walked to Brian's house to give it to him. I stayed to chat for a bit with Johnnie, then came home.

I made tea and we watched the last episode of Person of Interest and the third episode of Sisyphus. I dozed off. When it was over, I drank the rest of the tea and moved to my laptop. I caught up on e-mail and posted to my blog, then jotted notes from today.
