I broke the kitchen faucet

Saturday

I got up around 8. I took the special probiotic. I signed into Gene Monterastelli's Zoom on Resistance. I followed it till 10:30, then went to Michelle's house for celery juice. She was not there, so I juiced all the celery that was left: enough for her mother, for me and for Michelle to have later. I stopped by the post office and picked up the mail.

I went home and gave the mail to Chris. He was talking to Michele who was filling out some job application. It went long, so I listened to the Zoom link again.

At noon, I started making breakfast. Right as I finished, the zoom call took a 15 minute break. I ate while listening to some podcast. Then I paused that when Zoom was active again. Chris roasted bacon in the oven. I beat three eggs and made cheese squares. The Zoom call ended at 2. I found other talks to listen to.

At 4 I went to the company apartment to finish cleaning the kitchen. Jamie had unplugged the stove. Sadly, the kitchen faucet, which was hard to manipulate anyway, came apart when I tried to turn off the water. Somehow I got the water to stop. Then I had to use the bathroom sink for cleaning. I called Jamie and she came over. She couldn't fix it either. We made a plan for Monday morning. She left and I finished the kitchen. I decided to leave my cleaning materials there because it is close to an apartment we are signing for Monday afternoon.

I came home. Chris was cooking mushrooms. I read e-mail. When the mushrooms were ready, I ate some with the ground beef. I also made a salad. Then I listened to the next podcast. Finally I worked on my blog and made tea. We watched two episodes of WTR. Then he went to bed, with a book. I stayed up to read a little, then settle in the recliner with a sleep story. However, after 40 minutes, it reverted to just very faint music. I turned it off and went to bed.

Meringue cookies

Friday

I heard the 8am alarm ring, got up a little later. I took the probiotic, then brushed my teeth and got dressed. I read some e-mail, then hurried to the chapel for Math Morning. The others were late so I vacuumed, noticing that the janitors closet smelled like toxic mold. Uggh! Both bathroom lights were on so I turned them off.

When they arrived, I helped Moira with her math, which was converting decimals to fractions and back. Isadora worked with Sophia. I gave Saronna the math flyer and she agreed to make copies. When 10am came, we packed up and went home. Casey took the eggs from the fridge with him.

I read some e-mail, then went to Michelle's house for celery juice. She was on a call, so I made it myself, enough for both of us. Her mother showed me a dress and asked me to fix it. But the material around the rip was shredded so it would not fit her if I took the material I needed to mend it. Then I offered to make a skirt out of it and she thought that was a great idea. I wondered when I was going to have time to do that.

I took Michelle to the chapel and we threw out the expired food. Then we went to the club to pick up the archery painting mural. We took it to the gym. Michelle cut it down and wrote “Thank you Brittany”. She taped it to the wall under the front desk. Then she taped the cut-off part on the door to Brittany's office.

I took her home and I went home to make and eat breakfast. Afterward, I made a shopping list and we went to Tooele. I tried to sleep on the way. We shopped at the usual places and went back. We shopped at the commissary, then stopped at the post office for the mail.

We unloaded the groceries. Chris put them away. I ate a fruit from last week. Chris chopped up the jicama and I ate enough so that it would fit in the container. I read e-mail for awhile. I scanned some hymns into the desktop and enlarged them, ready for Sunday. I propped up the recliner so it will recline more. I helped Chris peel garlic. He made a ground beef 'stew', which I had for supper. I worked on my blog.

I got everything ready for game night. I brought a dose of the special probiotic as my 'offering'. Michelle was thrilled. She and her mother were in the waiting phase of making meringue cookies. She promised to never make them again. Casey watched on and off as I played the game. I am currently in Serenia, getting lost at every turn. However, I finally managed to carry a bubble to the water spirit. I went to the memory chamber and laid on the stone bed. I went into 'Dream', where the water spirit was supposed to guide me. I ended up in a flurry of colored blobs which I was supposed to change to the color white. But there seemed to be hundreds. I had to save the game and hope further investigation would yield an answer.

We chatted for another 45 minutes and then I went home. I had a meditation cued up, so I turned it on and sat in the recliner. However, it did not have the desired effect and I was unable to get comfortable. So I got up and went to bed.

Storytelling

Thursday

I woke up around 8, not having woken at all while Chris was getting ready for work. Very rare. I stayed in bed until 8:30. I took the probiotic. I checked e-mail.

I went to the company house to clean, for almost an hour. Then I went to Bible study at the Community Club. Afterward, I went back to cleaning. But Jamie was there and we did more talking than cleaning.

After noon, I went home for breakfast and to watch The Highwire. Chris was there and said he was going to read books to kids at the library. So when breakfast was done, I went over there. I was expecting lots of kids, but only Saronna's two youngest attended. I took pics and sat for two of the books. Then I went home to finish listening to The Highwire.

At 4 I went back to the company house and did windows, doors, and baseboards until 6:30. I went home and got my math flyer, then went to the library to make color copies. But she said they didn't have the capability to make color copies.

I put the last of the stew beef in the toaster oven to heat. Then I made and ate a salad. When the beef was done, I ate that while reading e-mail. I worked on my blog. I made tea and we watched two episodes of WTR. After that, Chris went to bed. I stayed up to listen to a podcast. Then I put on a sleep video and laid out on the recliner, hoping to fall asleep. When it was over, I went to bed.

A new library card

Wednesday

I got up around 8, having slept pretty well. I noticed the paused bedtime story was not what I thought I had played. So maybe I had fallen asleep in the chair. I took a dose of DB.

I made coffee, threw out the peas because they never did sprout. I exercised, meditated and tapped. I cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen. I washed dishes and whatever was around that needed washing. Chris came home for lunch. I vacuumed until he left, then mopped the kitchen floor. I took a shower.

I tried Arma again and was finally able to get through and report the shocking stove. I met Michelle at the gym. We lifted weights and worked out on the machines. Then we went to her house for celery juice. I rinsed the juicer. Then she went back to the gym and I went home.

I fertilized all the house plants. Then I took my Lutheran hymnal and trombone and met Keli at the chapel. We played through some hymns and decided to use only the Celebration hymnal versions.

She suggested I go to the library to make large copies. So I did. I met the new librarian. She had trouble with the copy machine so she took a pic of the hymns with her camera then printed them out on her printer. I walked around and looked at TV series. Then we chatted about ILL. But that didn't work out. I wanted to use the card catalog, and she referred me to a computer. But it required a library card number. Haven't seen my card in years. She looked me up online, then issued me a new card. At that point she had to know who I was. She treated me for formally after that.

I walked out with a new card. I went home to drop off my trombone. Chris was getting ready for Mass. I told him about there being no interlibrary loan programs. He left, and I opened a coconut and drank the juice.

Then I decided to go clean the company house for an hour. I pulled out the stove to clean behind it, but could not find a broom. I noticed the laundry nook looked cleaned so I called Jamie to find out if she had cleaned it. Then she asked me to pick her up, which seemed odd, but ok. I jumped in the car and went to her house. She was almost ready.

She got in and I headed back to the house, but she mentioned the apartment. Turns out she thought we were going to a quote in the apartment building. She had texted me the information, but not to my number by mistake. So we went to the apartment in question. We met the occupant and looked around his apartment. We quoted him $260 and discussed sign-over day.

I took her home and we chatted about her kids. Then I went home. Chris was back from Mass. We chatted, then I got online to read e-mail. I worked on my blog. Michelle texted me pics of her carrying a mattress home on her car roof.

I made tea and we watched two episodes of WTR. Do you suppose Chuck Norris is serious about martial arts, or is he just in it for kicks? Chris went to bed, but I stayed up to read and then resume listening to the bedtime story. When it appeared to be winding up, I paused it and went to bed.

Jamie comes to move furniture

Tuesday

I got up soon after 7. I drank a dose of Dr. Biome and got dressed. I read e-mail, then took the regular supplements. I read more e-mail, then parsed supplements for the week. I put together an order for more supplements, but the Swansons website would not cooperate.

At 10:30 I went to Michelle's house for celery juice. I cleaned for an hour at the company house, then went home for lunch. I was able to submit the Swansons order. I read e-mail and Telegram messages.

I spent two hours at the apartment, and got shocked by the stove and range hood when I touched them with wet hands. Saronna came over, loaded a basket with the food and helped me put the blue mattress on the bed. I put some kitchen stuff in a box for the swap shop.

I went to the company house to get the stepladder. Jamie called and said she would like to get started carrying stuff to the swap shop tonight. I put sheet sets together and bound each one in a pillowcase. There were lots of cases and flat sheets left over. I took some stuff from the kitchen so Jamie could take the rest.

I dropped off the swap shop key, just then realizing I could have left it in the house for her. I went home where Chris was making his supper. I told him about the stove. He said to send an e-mail about it to his work address. I jotted notes for my blog. I made a list of my cleaning hours so far, leaving out sorting stuff for donation to the swap shop. I tried to log into Arma but it would not accept my password.

I made tea and we watched two episodes of WTR. Chris went to bed. I stayed up to listen to a bedtime story. I don't think I fell asleep. After what seemed like an hour, I paused it and went to bed.

Swap shop, swap shop, swap shop

Monday

I got up at 8. I took the special probiotic, then half an hour later, took my usual supplements. I checked e-mail and messages. Before nine, I went to the apartment to spray the tub and get the toilet ring soaking. Then I went to the company house to clean. I was there for two hours, but spent half an hour helping Jenni roll a mattress home on an office chair. Michelle pitched in. Jenni gave me an envelop of cash to give to the rental guy.

At 11 I went to Michelle's house for celery juice. She was at the gym and told me to help myself, so I did. As I was cleaning up, Isadora surprised me. I had forgotten that it was spring break.

Then I went to the swap shop to unlock it so Maintenance could get in. I also got the mail, and chatted with the postmaster. I went back to the company house for another half hour. Then I went home for lunch, just missing Chris.

I made and ate breakfast and read e-mail. At 2, I went back to the company house to clean. I scrubbed the air intake in the kitchen and turned the heat back on. I finished cleaning the fridge and pushed it back in place. I cleaned the baseboards in the three bedrooms and mopped the floors. Then I shut the doors.

At 4:45 I went home to rest. Someone messaged me that they wanted to stop by the swap shop at 5:30. I drank a can of Olipop. I tried to read e-mail but the connection was up and down.

I went to the swap shop. There were bags of clothing laying outside the door. I dragged them in and put them in the appropriate boxes. I untied a rug and laid it out so people could see it. Then I looked at the volunteer book.

Then she and her husband arrived with three boxes of discarded library books. We chatted a bit and she left. I turned out the lights and went home. I was so tired that I just sat in my car for awhile. Eventually I went inside. I looked at messages and Chris came home.

We chatted and then I got a text to meet the rental guy at the apartment. So I drove over there. He asked me to help him move the mattress to his truck. So I did my best, breaking three fingernails in the process. Then we both drove to the swap shop. I opened the doors for him. This time he carried the queen size mattress himself. We left it propped up against a set of bed frames. I thanked him and he left.

I went home. I worked on my blog and made tea. We watched two episodes of WTR. I tried to change the sound files on my ipod. After clearing it, it said it was empty but it still played the file I wanted to get rid of. The file did not show up in the directory. I tried filling it with other files, but it said there wasn't enough room. Huh.

I plugged the long headphones into my laptop and queued up a bedtime story. I sat in the blue recliner and hoped to fall asleep. I tried laying back, but then the street light hit my face. So I sat and listened for an hour, then went to bed.

Sauna instead of gaming

Sunday

I got up at 8 to take another Doctor's Biome. I saved a tiny bit to put in my fermented coconut milk. After half an hour, I took my regular supplements. I read e-mail and articles.

At 10:30 I went to Michelle's house. She was juicing celery. Then Jenni showed up. We each drank a cup of the juice. She also gave us each a piece of her fiber cake. Then we sat and talked for an hour. I went home and ate the 'cake' with some guacamole. I watered all the plants, then started on breakfast.

After eating. Chris called his parents. We both talked to them, then I had to dash to the back to get dressed for church. I took my trombone and went to the chapel. Michelle followed me in with her snack.

I went up front to assemble my trombone. I talked to several people. Then the service started. We sang some songs with the overhead. Then he preached from Nehemiah. Then I played two hymns on my trombone. Saronna did not come. I assumed the kids were sick.

I stood around talking for some time. The chaplain wanted to speak to me and I can't remember why now. By the time I got home, it was after 3. I read messages. Chris told me that we weren't gaming tonight. I prepared a bowl of supper. Then Michelle texted that we should meet at the sauna at 5. I ate, then put on my bathing suit and grabbed a towel and bottle of tea.

I met her in the sauna. It was already 180 and went up to 190 while we were in. We did not stay an entire hour. We talked in the locker room as we cooled off. Jenni never showed up. Then we went home.

I changed out of my suit. I looked into cabbage juice. I worked on my blog. I ate a grapefurit. I made tea. We watched two episodes of WTR. Later Chris went to bed. I stayed up till 11. I jotted notes for what I want to do tomorrow. Then I went to bed.

Incomplete sets

Saturday

I got up after 8. I took the second dose of Dr.Biome. I read messages for half an hour, then took my regular supplements. Faye sent me a link to Dull Men's Club where they were talking about how the long months/short months of the calendar line up with the white keys/black keys on the piano, starting with F. Very interesting comments.

I got dressed. I parsed out a week's worth of breakfast mix. I went to Michelle's house where the three of us juiced celery and drank it. We had our picture taken. I went home. Chris gave me a massage. We talked for awhile, then took our showers. I made and ate breakfast.

I went to the company house to clean around 1:40. I worked in the empty bedrooms and the bathrooms. A man came to visit who had lent the furniture, washer, dryer etc to the company. I thought he was going to take it all, but he didn't. I asked him for a list of what had been rented.

Saronna came by with a wagon and her boy. They loaded it with food, went home to unload, and came back for more. I told them to get some of the cleaners and shampoo and stuff. After they left, I went through the list to make sure we had all the rental stuff ready to go. I noted what was missing. Then I went to the apartment to look for them. I did find a mug, but nothing else that went with the sets.

I went home to look for white wash cloths that might match the missing ones. I also went to the swap shop, but did not find matching mugs or silverware. Then I went back to the company house to return the mug and match up sheet sets.

The rental man came back. We talked. He really didn't care about matching sheets and towels. He asked if I knew anyone who wanted to buy the furniture. I suggested advertising on the Dugway 24/7 page. I also told him he could leave stuff for the swap shop.

I went home. I worked on my blog and made tea. We watched two episodes of Walker Texas Ranger. Then we dressed the bed with clean sheets. Chris went to bed, but I stayed up to watch a tapping video. Then I went to bed.

Shopping in town

Friday

I got up after 8, got dressed, and took one Dr Biome. It's a probiotic. I bought enough of them for one month. I went to the company house to throw the last load in the dryer. Then I went to the chapel for Math Morning. Casey came to help but no students came. We talked about math, physics, climate change, etc. At 10 we locked up and left.

I went by the apartment to pick up towels and bedding. I brought it home and started a load in the washer. The ladies came over for celery juice. It took both packages of celery for 3 cups.

After they left, I cleaned up and started breakfast. I listened to a QnA with Dr. Ealy. After eating, I went to the company house to see if the furniture had been taken. I also dropped off some laundered bedding.

When I got back, Chris was home. We got ready and went to Tooele, listening to a new book on CD. It made me sleepy. We shopped at Luckey's and then Melanie's. After Macey's, we went back to base. We stopped at the commissary for a few things, then went home. We brought the groceries in. I laid down, hoping to sleep, but it didn't work. I took the rest of the towels and some boxes to the company house. I folded what was in the dryer. The furniture was still there. Sigh.

When I got home, Chris was making supper. There was asparagus, mushrooms and sweet potatoes. I also ate some liver and cheese squares. I read e-mail and Telegram messages. I worked on my blog.

Then I got ready for game night. I had already given the water jug to Michelle. I just packed the juicer and a bottle of magnesium tea. When I got there, she put the game on. We talked as I played.

I linked from Serenia back to Tomahna to read a journal about Serenia. Then I linked back to Serenia. I walked around, getting lost at every turn. But then I started running into figures who gave me clues as to what to do next. When 11pm came around, I was trying to give a bubble to a water sprite. I saved the game. We talked until 11:30, then I went home and to bed.

Another juicy day

Thursday

I got up after 8. I got ready for the day. I read e-mail, then went to the company house, hoping to meet the lady in charge. But she had already finished organizing things for the furniture rental people to come get. She had put up two beds and the third bed was stripped so I took off the three duvet covers and put them in the wash.

I went to the library to return SGA and choose our next series. I chose Walker Texas Ranger. As I was checking out, Jenni came in and asked if Bible study was in the library because no one was at the club. I said no but I would go home and check my messages.

When I got home, I had a message from Ginger saying she would be late to Bible study. I texted it to Jenni, then rescheduled the celery juicing with Michelle. I went to the club to meet them. Kim came too. We read and discussed chapter 4 of Esther.

Afterward, I invited Jenni to join us for celery juice. I went home and juiced a cup of celery. I drank it. Then Jenni and Michelle came. Michelle had more celery. We juiced it all and they each got a cup or more of the juice. We discussed doing it again tomorrow. And other dietary practices. They stayed and talked until Chris came home for lunch. But he didn't stay long. And we continued to talk. I told them I needed to eat breakfast. And they stayed while I made it and ate it.

Then I remembered I had to change out the laundry at the company house. So we all left. I threw the duvet covers in the dryer and put sheets in the washer. I went home and listened to the end of The Highwire. Then I went back to put the next load in, but I had forgotten to turn on the dryer. So I turned it on, put the wet sheets on top and threw the last load in.

I went to the commissary for more celery for tomorrow. I stopped at the company apartment to check it out. I took my groceries home and jotted notes for my blog. I went back to the beginning of The Highwire to see what I missed. Then I went back to the company house to put the duvel covers back on. 1Hr of cleaning and duvet re-covering.

I tapped with an audio. I threw tumbleweeds out of the back yard. I drank some whey, then went to the Bushcraft Cooking class: we made orange cake, a pizza roll and a banana with melted cheese and chocolate chips.

When I got home, I cut open the chocolate orange and ate it. I did another tapping round with Brad. I posted for Math Morning. Could be interesting tomorrow because the school principal sent out an e-mail about it. I worked on my blog post for yesterday.

We watched the first episode of Walker Texas Ranger. It was really long. Then Chris went to bed and I stayed up to read messages.

Celery juice

Wednesday

I woke up early. Chris was gone exercising. I used the mp3 player again, but I still did not fall asleep. Then he came home and took a shower and got dressed for work.

I got up and prepared for coffee morning. I checked the radiation from the CD sound system, and from my PEMF mat with the meter. The mat had a very strong RF field, but then it should, right?

I meditated and tapped. I cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms. I vacuumed carpets. I took a shower. I went to yoga. Ginger came, too. The instructor led us in several yoga flows, then we did lots of stretching poses on the floor. Some were not good for my back. Thankfully this was the last punch on my card of 10.

I went home, watered plants, and changed shoes. I met Michelle at the gym and we went walking around the block several times. When I got home, I hunted down the juicer. I made celery juice. Michelle came over with more celery, and we made some for her. We talked until Chris came home. She talked to Chris, and then he went to Mass. We kept talking. She agreed to come back tomorrow for more juice.

She went home. I emptied the pulp into the compost. I took old potatoes and coffee grounds to the garden. The plot was not covered in leaves as I expected. Some plots were covered in tumbleweeds. I had to pick my way through them to get into the back gate.

Chris was home. We chatted. There was no coconut to open so I drank the can of coconut water that I keep at the head of my bed. I worked on my blog and made tea. We watched the last two episodes of SGA. Atlantis came to Earth. But what happened to Todd?

Chris got his suit ready for tomorrow, then went to bed. I stayed up to listen to some tapping and a guided visualization, then I went to bed. I got very close to sleep very quickly, but just couldn't cross that threshold.

Old mp3 headphones vs new mp3 headphones

Tuesday

I got up around 7:30. Nature saw to that. I cut a piece out of an old red shirt to cover the nightlight. I will appreciate that at 11pm. I used my new Trifield meter to measure the electrical field coming off my new headphones. I also measured the old headphones. They are about the same, but the location of the field is different. One is at the back of the head, and the other is in the earbuds.

I watched some neck rotation videos, and other podcasts. I tried eating a piece of bread to see if I would react to it. I listened to Mike Adams talk about Oregon using CAFO laws to put small farmers out of business.

I made and ate breakfast. I listened to the next episode of the long tapping video. I cleaned out the two vacuums from the library. I think they work fine.

I watched the quilt guild meeting on Zoom. I had a panel with me to show, but Zoom could not find my camera so there was nothing to show. Other people had nice things to show. The program was about quilted garments.

I made a salad for supper. I walked to the post office to get the mail because the weather was so nice. When I got back, I ate the salad. I started reading e-mail, then that e-mail disappeared, leaving the next one in its wake. I hadn't touched anything! Chris came over to look. And that e-mail disappeared. Chris said it might be one of the open tabs. I closed some of them.

I posted to my blog. We watched two episodes of SGA. Chris went to bed. I stayed up to read. Then I took an old mp3 player and attached headphones to it. I used it in bed, but got tangled in the wires. It did not put me to sleep.

She and me and Broadway

Monday

I got up after the 7:30 alarm. I got dressed and took supplements. I watered the plants. I read e-mail and listened to the audios that came with them. I parsed out supplements for the next week, and set aside the empty bottles for reordering.

The library messaged me that they needed a vacuum so I took one over and brought back what didn't work. Chris was home for early lunch. He gave me copies of the math flyer. I took them to Saronna to give to the principal.

I went home, made and ate breakfast. I watched interviews, and read messages. I chose hymns for Palm Sunday and Easter. The current hymnal doesn't have the great Easter songs so I chose alternates. I scanned them into my computer and enlarged them and printed them out.

I listened to a long tapping video. I opened a package to find a Trifield meter. It measures electric, magnetic, and RF radiation. I disbursed project items related to the strawberry. I looked for the triangle piles from Project Night but they were no where to be found. I sewed hexagons leftover from the project. I had supper: liver and salad.

Before 7, I went to band practice at the chapel. I looked for project triangles there, but with no luck. What could have happened to them? I found some Broadway books with a piano score, so I took the into the sanctuary.

At 7:05 Keli came and no one else. So the two of us played Broadway tunes for half an hour. It was so much fun! Then we practiced two hymns for Easter. She agreed to play for the Easter service.

I came home, worked on my blog, and made tea. We watched two episodes of SGA. Chris went to bed. I read a little bit online, then tried reading a book with the red lamp. Nope. It was much easier with the incandescent lamp, but it was giving off an electrical field so I didn't get too close to it, according to the meter. It also registered off-the-scale RF pulses coming from the router, which is next to the TV. Around 11, I shut the book and went to bed.

Green eggs and cheese

Sunday

We stayed in bed late, and got up after 9. I read online. I ordered seasoning mix. I searched Pinterest for new ways to fall asleep. Chris gave me a massage, then we took our showers. I made green cheese squares. I made and ate my usual breakfast.

I got dressed for church and went to the chapel. I showed the snack to Jenni. She wanted one right away, but did not want to know what made it green. (It was chlorella.) Then the service started. We sang three praise songs, then he preached from Nehemiah. Afterward, Saronna and I played two hymns. The copies were good so we played well. We all chatted for a bit, then the group broke up.

I came home, read online, then changed clothes. I helped Chris fold laundry. I read some more. Then we ate supper. The family game started at 5. James told me up front what strategy to use. I took notes. Then John got on and we attacked ghosts which were attacking us. We were victorious. I ate frozen blueberries while we were gaming,

I jotted notes for my blog. After the game, I finished ordering a shungite necklace, supplements, and a bag of Italian seasoning mix. I completed my blog post for yesterday. I heated tea. I added magnesium and salt to the larger cup.

I crocheted as we watched two episodes of SGA. Chris put tea tree oil on the itchy spot on my head. We made the bed with clean sheets. He went to bed but I stayed up.

Diane's last day

Saturday

I got up before 8. I took supplements, and brushed my teeth. I looked for some stiff junk mail to make templates from but Chris had taken out the recycling. While looking for something else to use, I saw dust on Chris' computer desk. He was gone as was his laptop, so I dusted the area and a few others that I saw. Then I enlarged and printed out some hymns for tomorrow.

I pulled some cardstock from my stash and made the square and circle template. I sat down to check e-mail and saw that my cousin's wife had passed away. She'd had cancer. Then I worked on my blog. Chris came back from gaming over an hour late. He fixed breakfast, then he and Michele chatted over the computer about applying for a job at Dugway.

I went to the company house. I gathered up the sheets and towels. I did not touch the bed that was not stripped because it had personal items on it. I made up the beds with extra sheets. I wiped down the kitchen and bathrooms. Then I took the dirty sheets home to wash.

When I got home, I put the towels in the washer with the pillowcases. I used the last of the laundry liquid, so I made two more gallons. Then I made breakfast mix for the next week. Chris and Michelle kept talking so no massage.

I made and ate breakfast and jotted notes for my blog. I headed to sewing class early. I got the machines set up, then waited. Moira came in and got started picking fabric, then tracing the square and the circle. Then the other kids arrived. Later Casey came with Isadora and then Diane. They all made a butterfly. Jedediah wanted to make something too, but I think he wanted to sew an airplane. (I am still looking for the right pattern for that).

The ladies wanted to go walking, so after class, I went home. I folded the company sheets and took them back to the company house. Then I met the ladies at the commissary. Jenni was bagging. When she was done, we walked around the block, taking extra turns. Mostly I talked to Jenni because Diane and Michelle were ahead. When we got back to the commissary, Jenni had to bag again. We agreed to meet at Project Night.

At home, I cut stack-n-whack triangles from the panel block. Then I ate supper and worked on my blog. At 7, I went to the chapel. Everything was already set up from earlier. The Lunas came and worked on monitor covers. Jenni came and made a strawberry coaster. Casey and Cedric came and worked on sonar.

It was after 9 till we packed up and locked the chapel. When I got home, Chris said it was too late for two episodes, so we only watched one episode of SGA. Then he went to bed and I stayed up to read. When I went to bed, I used the headphones. But they didn't put me to sleep.

Hot springs

Friday

I got up after 8. I noticed the headphones were blinking. I could hear the ocean waves still going. So it must loop over and over. I turned it off. I got myself ready for the day. Something made it take longer than usual. Then I hastened to the chapel for Math Morning. Saronna and kids walked up as I pullled up. We settled into the fellowship hall and Casey arrived. I worked with Sophia on her rectangular prism worksheet. Another family came with their little boy. They didn't need math, just to talk and play with Jedediah.

We ended promptly at 10 because we all had other things to do. I went home and got the snacks ready. I put on my bathing suit and clothes over it. I packed a towel and water shoes. Diane came over to pick me up. She got a chance to talk to Chris while I finished up. Her son and Cedric were in the back seat.

We met Michelle and Casey and Isadora at the gas station. We followed Michelle all the way to the hot springs. I don't remember the name, but they were just deep holes in the middle of a field. The roads were unpaved and muddy. There were puddles everywhere. We had to park and walk.

The first hole we parked pretty close to. There were rocks to leave our clothes on, but it was chilly and undressing wasn't easy. AND, the water was only tepid. The rocks in the water were slippery with algae. Other people were there and we chatted. They said the temp was hit or miss.

We could see another hole within walking distance but it was too muddy to walk across the field. So we dried off and got in the car. We drove to a parking area and walked a different road to get there. This one was hotter and deeper. There were more people, but not as chatty. It was nice. All too soon the others wanted to leave. So I got out and dried off as much as my already wet towel would allow.

We walked back to the cars. We drove to a gas station and then a restaurant. Keep in mind I had been handing out snacks all morning. But Casey wanted a burger from this special place. And since they had an elk burger, I ordered too. My purse was in Diane's trunk, so she paid for mine. Michelle didn't order so when we went back to the cars, Diane gave her boiled eggs.

They had a wall of fame and a wall of shame. They have a 4lb burger with 1lb of fries. If you can eat all of it in half an hour, you go on the wall of fame. Michelle said she would pay to see me do that. But I declined because I had already eaten.

The two cars drove back to Dugway separately. We had another nice long chat, but this time Michelle was in the back seat instead of the boys. Diane dropped me off at my house. Chris had supper waiting for me. He couldn't eat it because it was a Friday in Lent, so I told him how exquisitely delicious it was.

After eating, I read for a bit. The new mp3 headphones had arrived and I read through the directions and plugged it in to charge. Then I laid down for a nap. I heard someone knock at the door. After they left, I heard Chris on the phone. Curious, I came out to investigate. He said the soldiers camping on the airfield were dropping off their extra food. I suggested the swap shop, but it needed refrigeration so he took it to the chapel.

I laid down again. Chris promised to wake me at 8, but it was 8:15 when he came in. I hurried to get dressed and get notes ready for game night. When I arrived, Diane was already there. I started filling the water container because Casey shouldn't have to do it. Then Michelle took over and Casey called up the game.

I knew exactly what I wanted to do, however the game developed a glitch and the same mangree responded to two different names. So I was unable to call the last mangree to move him around. I tried all the permutations but to no avail. I tried resetting that puzzle by going back to earlier puzzles and proceeding to that one. But no, the glitch persisted. Finally I had to go to an earlier saved game in which I hadn't been to Spire yet. THEN, it worked perfectly. I finished up Haven and went back to Tomanha. We all wondered if I had to go back to do all the puzzles in Spire. But I tried going to the bookcase in Yeesha's room and finding the ladder down. This time, there was a linking book to Serenia down there. So I linked. I explored the new world a little bit, got lost, and found myself back at the linking site. I decided that was a good place to quit, so I exited and saved the game.

We all chatted as I played. Michelle let Diane do laundry. Then she went back to the hotel. At 11I quit the game and went home. My mp3 headphones were charged so I put Sleep Suite on them. They started playing right away and were much too loud. I pressed the button to lower the level, but it didn't work. I got out a magnifying glass to read the instructions, which confirmed my action. BUT, then it worked. (headshake) I wore them to bed, and listened for a long time. Then I turned it off (or thought I had), took the headset off, and tried to sleep.

Baking snacks for tomorrow

Thursday

I woke up early. But I stayed in bed hoping to go back to sleep until about 8. I got up and did stuff. I checked e-mail. I ate some walnuts. I got dressed and went to Bible study at the Community Club. Diane came as well. So did Summer and Saronna.

Afterward, Diane and I went to the swap shop so she could get stuff for tomorrow. Then I went home. I made breakfast and watched The Highwire. He talked about geoengineering. Chris came home for lunch.

At 2:30 Diane came over and helped me make a flyer for Math Morning to go in the school. Towards the end, Michelle and Jenni showed up. Then we all went to the gym to walk the track. We walked and talked a long time.

Then we went to Michelle's house so she could give Jenni and Diane some essential oil drops. We talked again. We decided we need snacks for tomorrow's trip so Diane drove me home so I could get started. I started whipping eggs for seed crackers and someone called me about a cleaning job. After the call, I finished the recipe and put it in the oven for an hour. Chris came home from work. I told him I was going to take a nap while they baked.

I called up the Rejuvenation audio and settled into the recliner with a towel over my eyes. Sadly it only ran for half an hour. But I was drowzy and comfortable so I kept hoping to sleep. Then Chris dropped a bottle and it shattered on the floor. I got up and found him a dustpan. He swept up the pieces.

I posted announcements to the Dugway Facebook pages for Math Morning, sewing, and Project Night. When the seed crackers were done, I turned off the oven. I read some e-mail, then whipped up some cheese squares, but smaller than usual because we only had two containers of cheese.

I put the cheese in to bake. I ate some liver for supper and tried the seed crackers. I listened to New World Next Week. When I pulled the cheese squares out, I ate the crusts. I heated tea and we watched two episodes of SGA. Chris went to bed and I stayed up to read.

A good group in the sauna

Wednesday

I woke up hearing Chris in the shower. That meant I had slept pretty well. I went out to the kitchen and turned on the den light because the dimmed LED's in the kitchen gave an odd light, like daylight during an eclipse.

I charged the Kaatsu device with a rubber band to hold the charging cord tight to the port. I made coffee and did exercises. I meditated and tapped. I washed dishes and cleaned the kitchen.

Chris came home for lunch late. He had some things to talk about. That made me late getting to the vacuuming. So I had to rush through it and take a quick shower. I got to yoga late, but they hadn't started yet. She took us through several flows, then a restful floor pose. I asked afterward if she heard anything moving in the ceiling and she said she hadn't but she would listen for it.

When I got home, I watered the plants. I opened a coconut and drank the juice. I put away the dishes that were drying on the stove. Then I went to the gym to work out with Michelle. I signed up for the bushcraft class, then went home.

I read e-mail for awhile. Then I put on a bathing suit and filled some bottles with salt water. I went to the gym to meet the ladies, including Diane who was back for a visit. I paid for the bushcraft class and was told they needed 6 people to sign up by Friday or the class would be canceled.

The four of us went to the sauna, which was about 120F. But it heated up to 180F as we sat and talked. I drank my bottles of salt water and kept wiping the sweat off with a towel to get rid of the toxins. We talked about the latest on Dugway and in northern Virginia where Diane now lives. She said everybody she runs into here asks her why she came back. They have a hard time believing it is just to visit.

When I got home, Chris was finishing up his supper. I took a shower and put on my nightgown. I worked on my blog. I made tea and we watched two episodes of SGA. He went to bed and I stayed up to finish a documentary. Then I put on Sleep Suite with headphones and settled into the recliner. I let it run for quite a while. I got drowzy and went to bed.

I took a nap!

Tuesday

I woke up early hearing Chris. I did not get up until after 7:30. I listened to Sleep Suite in the den, but ended up turning on an interview on top of it. After 8:30, I took a break to wash up and get dressed and brush my teeth. I added up cleaning hours: $11/hr? Vastly underbid. I made notes for my blog.

At 9:30 I went to the cleaned house for inspection. I re-oiled the sink. I checked around for anything I missed. The inspectors showed up. They asked for a spot-cleaning on windows, but otherwise were impressed. I stopped by Housing to turn in the key.

When I got home, I put Jamie's share of the money in an envelop. I ate some kimchi. I read articles online. There was no reaction to the kimchi. I made and ate breakfast.

At 2, I went to Saronna's house. We played through some hymns from the chapel hymnal. We picked two for Sunday. Keli's husband came to fix the garage door. Her alarm rang and it was time for her to get her kids from school. So I packed up and went home.

I read articles and listened to podcasts. I used the Sleep Suite Rejuvenation to take a nap. It worked well. Then I went in the back to work on the panel stack-n-whack blocks. Chris came home from work. He found me there and guessed I was doing stack-n-whack. I was impressed! As he made supper, I sewed about 8 blocks. I also made a butterfly, our sewing project for this weekend.

Diane texted that she was coming to Dugway tomorrow. Yay! I made and ate supper. I ate something from the back of the fridge. Kinda made my throat swell. I kept an eye on it as I jotted notes for my blog. I also worked on yesterday's post. Then I made tea and we watched two episodes of SGA. I wonder what we'll do when season 5 is over.

Chris laid out his clothes and got ready for bed. I stayed up to read. Then I put a long cord on my headphones and turned off all the lights. I settled into the recliner and listened to Sleep Suite for some time. I don't know if I fell asleep or not. At some point I got up and went to bed. Can't wait for the new mp3 headphones to arrive.

Dimmer LED's

Monday

I got up at 8:30, having woken up several times but stayed in bed hoping to go back to sleep. I took supplements and brushed. I sent messages by text and messenger. I read articles online. I ran to the swap shop to open it for Kim since someone locked it after we were there yesterday.

At 11, I met Jamie at the latest house. We talked for a bit. I oiled the sink and it looked so much better. Then she worked on the leaves and I mopped all the floors and out the door. We talked a little longer, then I went home. It was after 12:30. I fixed breakfast and resumed listening to Mercola talk about the silent epidemic of excess iron.

Two men came at 1 to put dimmer switches on the LED lights. I had been told that wasn't possible, but I guess it is. I read e-mail as they worked. Later I went to Housing to make an appointment for inspection. I took a piece of liver to Michelle so she could try it. We went for a long walk with her dog.

I went by the swap shop to make sure it was locked. I came home and got on the internet. Then I got a message from someone who wanted to pick up a baby thing at the swap shop. So I ran over there and opened it. I worked on cleaning the windows in the swap shop doors. They came, they looked around and got what they wanted, then left. I finished up and went home.

I checked e-mail. I got my own supper. I went to band practice at the chapel. Saronna brought her kids and Keli came to play piano. We had a good time playing Palm Sunday and Easter hymns.

I got home around 8. I worked on my blog post about Sunday. Then I made tea and we watched two episodes of SGA. Chris got ready for bed and I stayed up to listen to some interviews.

Training our new volunteer

Sunday

I got up at 8:30, the new 8:30, which feels a lot like 7:30. I watered the plants and took supplements. I read online for awhile, then parsed supplements for the coming week. Afterwards, I cut some stack-n-whack strips from the stack of pinned panels.

At noon I made breakfast. I got dressed for church and took the trombone and cheese squares to the chapel. I laid them on the back table, then warmed up the trombone in the fellowship hall.

The chaplain had us sing three praise songs. Then he started streaming the service on Facebook. Afterward, Saronna and I and Sophia played two hymns. When the service was over, I chatted with Saronna and the chaplain about Palm Sunday and Easter.

I went home and checked messags. Our new volunteer texted me that she was at the swap shop. So I jumped in the car and met Kim there. I showed her around and told her what she needed to know to be a volunteer. We sorted and hung some clothes. Jamie came by. She was bringing loads from the house we are cleaning. So Kim and I left the swap shop unlocked when we were done.

I got home at 4. Chris was baking cauliflower steaks. I ate liver and vegetables, in addition. Then the family game started at 5. We ran into child ghosts, but survived. But then we killed the big bad ghostmaster and all the little ghosts became wraiths.

I jotted notes for my blog. I finished the blog post for yesterday. We watched two episodes of SGA. Chris got ready for bed. I stayed up a little later, but not as late as usual.

Cleaning the sink

Saturday

I got up at 7:30, took supplements, and watched the Myst IV walkthrough long enough to figure out the rules of the puzzle I needed to solve. Makes a lot more sense now. Then, I got dressed and went to the company house to get the laundry started.

When I got home, Chris was talking to Michele over the computer. They were going to watch a movie 'together'. I got on my laptop to read e-mail messages and articles. I could hear that the movie wasn't working out. So instead they watched Mike play a game. When that was over, Chris gave me a massage, then took his shower and I took mine.

I went back to the company house to change out the laundry. I went home and made breakfast and ate while reading.

I went to the new house to put cleaner on the sink. Then I went back to the company house to put the last load in the dryer. I came home for an hour, then went back. I was surprised that the dryer wasn't done. But I cleaned the bathrooms till it was. Then I dressed the beds. I swept and mopped the floors.

After that, I went to the other house. The cleaner hadn't done anything. The only thing that even kind of worked was the paint scraper, and it scratched the surface. I washed the windows in the screen door. I tried to get a hold of Jamie, but she wasn't answering.

On the way home, I stopped at the swap shop with my little bucket of cleaners. I scraped the tape off of the doors and gave them a good cleaning. It took an hour, but they looked so much better!

When I got home, Chris had finished cooking liver and mushrooms. I washed my hands and ate it with rice. I jotted notes for my blog. I made a salad and listened to a presentation on gut microbes and probiotics. I finished my blog post and made tea.

We watched two episodes of SGA: the last of season 4 and the first of season 5. Afterward, we dressed the bed with clean sheets. Chris turned in and I stayed up to order a remote and finish listening to something.

Breakfast without power

Friday

I got up at 7:30. I took supplements and checked e-mail. I got dressed and went to Math Morning at the chapel. Casey arrived at the same time I did. Moira came running up. We set up in the fellowship hall. The rest of the Clark family arrived. Sophia worked with me on worksheets. Casey worked with Moira. The boys had their own books to work out of. Then around 10, we packed up.

They went home and I went to the company house to get the laundry started. But the beds were not stripped and they had personal items strewn on the rumpled covers. I decided to come back later. I stopped by the post office on the way home to get junk mail.

I got a text from Michelle asking if I had a wrist brace. So I went rooting around in the closet and found three. I was going to clean at the house near her anyway so I drove over to Michelle's house to deliver the wrap. Isadora put it on and it fit. Then we talked about other things. The power went out and we went on talking.

Finally it was noon, so I went home to make breakfast. But I had no power. I called Chris and he said it was widespread. Even Tooele lost power, but they were back up. A team was coming out to find out why our power wasn't back on. So I made breakfast, skipping the parts that needed power. I sat down and ate while looking out the window. Then I sat at my laptop to jot notes for my blog. That's when the power came back on.

When Chris got back from the office, he questioned the need to go to Tooele. Since I could wait on the things from town, we agreed to go to just the commissary. We shopped, then came home and put the food away.

I fixed the pair of Chris' pants on my sewing table. Then I laid out the stack of panels that were meticulously pinned together. I straightened one edge, then went to the desktop to check on how wide the strips should be. But it was down due to the power outage.

While waiting for it to come back up, I mixed up a batch of cheese squares with bacon and put them in the oven. I heated ground beef for supper. I made a salad. After eating, I cut the crusts off the cheese squares and offered some to Chris. He said no. “Who are you and what have you done with my husband?” He said he couldn't have bacon on Fridays in Lent. In my mind I thought “Sucks to be you” as I ate them myself.

I listened to an audio on restoring receeding gums. I jotted notes for my blog. I got ready for Game Night. I took the water jug and some goat cheese for Michelle and Isadora. I went first to the house to spray something on the sink grit. Then I went to Michelle's house.

I knocked on the door and went in. I gave Michelle the two containers of goat cheese. I sat down while we talked. Casey put the game on.

I took my character back to the landing spot in the forest and proceeded to the hunting blind. I was expecting lots of clues, but I didn't learn anything I needed to know. I found my way back to the lake and had to solve the bridge puzzle again to get across. THEN, I noticed a hut to the left of the bridge. I went in and it was full of clues. I didn't find them all on the first go round, but they were the clues I needed to deal with the camudile. I had taken a pic of a set of instructions for the sound system, but didn't really understand what those were meant to do.

I concluded the game half an hour early, but we ended up talking 45 minutes late. So it was almost midnight when I got home. And Chris was asleep. I quietly got ready for bed and joined him.

Tumbleweeks are flammable

Thursday

I got up at 7:30, having slept pretty well. I took supplements, brushed and swished. I changed the water that the carrots grow in. I sewed a button on Chris' shirt. I watched a video on the widespread use of nanoparticles. I submitted my cleaning hours for February. I listened to the next tapping audio. I made more spice mix. I finished the tapping video. I put some eggs in the toaster oven. When they were done, I ate about half and left the rest in the dish.

I went to the house to clean. It looked like someone had been there, but the big items were still present. I cleaned in the bedroom and did baseboards and closets. I worked on the mineral buildup in the kitchen sink and bathroom, to little avail.

I went home for breakfast. Chris was there but he didn't stay long. I ate while watching The Highwire. Del interviewed Ron Paul. I checked e-mail as it played. I got one from ArMA saying my work order had been marked resolved.

About the time it was over, I filled the black pot with 4 quarts of goat milk and turned it on low. I went to the swap shop to see if they had a DVD player with a remote, but none of them did. I checked the bathroom in the furniture room to see if the toilet had been replaced. But none of the work I asked for had been done. Hmmm.

I went to the library to return a book that Chris brought home but I had already read. We chatted for a bit , then I went home to stir the milk. When it was ready, I poured in the vinegar and it cheesed. I turned it off and covered it and went back to the house to clean.

When I got there, it looked like the car next door was on fire. But on closer inspection, it was a smoker grill next to the car. I parked as far away as possible. I could see that tumbleweeds were piled next to and under the grill. So I went I got inside, I pulled out my phone and told Chris about the tumbleweeds and my concern that they might catch fire.

I went back to cleaning. Later I saw the car next door drive away. No more smoke. Then the police arrived to check it out. I mopped a floor and then saw the police were gone. Later someone was carrying tumbleweeds across the street to the large pile. I finished up and grabbed the cleaners I needed for tomorrow and went home.

I collected the curds from the milk and put them in a sprouter to drain. I sieved the whey and collected three bottles of it. I put almost half of the cheese in a jar for Michelle. I worked on e-mail and Telegram messages. I worked on my blog. I noticed Jenni hadn't posted for the swap shop so I called her. She was in Tooele having doctors appointments. She had forgotten about the swap shop. She offered to change nights and that was ok with me as long as she posted that to Facebook in advance.

I made a salad for supper. I read about peptides. I posted announcements for Math Morning. I finished my blog post. I heated tea and we watched two episodes of SGA. Then he got ready for bed. I stayed up to listen to Sleep Suite with headphones. After awhile, I turned it off, shut everything down and went to bed.

Dusting; something I rarely do

Wednesday

I got up before 7:30. I made coffee and did exercises. I watered all the plants. I meditated and tapped. Then I cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms. I took some extra time to dust. Then I vacuumed the carpets and took a shower.

I told the yoga teacher that I wasn't coming. Michelle invited me to the gym to work out. I communicated with someone offering to volunteer at the swap shop, then realized it was 1:30. I jumped in my car and headed to the gym.

She got me started on lifting weights. We ended with the usual leg workout. She talked about her job. Then we went to her house. She had gotten goat milk for me. I took the 4 bottles home and put them in the fridge.

I opened a young coconut and drank the water. I finished the tapping audios for today. Michelle texted me a link to an MP3 headphone that did not have bluetooth. It sounded great, but when I tried to order it, they only took payments through Paypal.

Chris came home from work, then went to Mass. I listened to Tucker interview a psychologist. Then I started the next set of tapping audios.

After finishing the first one, I took a break to put the clean dishes away. I worked on my blog. I made tea and we watched two episodes of SGA. Chris finished watching whatever movie was on his laptop, then went to bed. I stayed up to listen to brain wave entrainment Sleep Suite on my laptop, then I went to bed.

Townhall

Tuesday

I got up after 7 and got ready for the day. I posted to Facebook, looking for volunteers for the swap shop. I started one of the tapping audios left from last night. I used the time between tappings to look up numbers for the list of hymns that Jenni gave me.

Facebook logged me off. I tried to get back on to see if anyone responded, but my password didn't work. I tried changing to a new one, but that didn't work. They sent codes to my e-mail but those didn't work. They promised to send codes to my phone, but those didn't arrive. Then I got an e-mail saying my account was shut down due to suspicious activity. I was given a link to respond to that, and I did, not particularly politely.

So, I thumbed my nose at Facebook and went to the house to clean for two hours, finishing the kitchen and utility room. except for the kitchen floor.

I came home for breakfast. Chris came home for lunch with a package. It held vacuum cleaner belts. Saronna texted to say she couldn't play today. Steve called to offer help at the swap shop. Then I spent way too much time looking for a new pair of mp3 headphones without bluetooth. The only one I found had only 256mb of storage.

I went back to the house to clean. Jamie was there and we talked for awhile. Then we cleaned in separate places. She moved stuff to her trailer and took it to … the swap shop? Idk, but I finished what I planned to do and she didn't come back. So I went home.

I heated beef and beets in the toaster oven and made a salad. Chris was home a little early, but rushed through supper so he could go to the town hall. I rushed through my supper too, but left later.

I parked and walked in with the new librarian. Then I sat with the colonel's wife. The colonel, CSM, GM and deputy GM sat up front. They chaired the meeting and answered questions. Department heads talked about slides shown on the big screen. It was slated for an hour but went 2 and a half hours. Afterward, I went to the moderator of the FAcebook page to apologize, but she said she never got the responses.

When we got home, I heated tea. I uploaded a pic of the eagle panel to the kaleidoscope program to see how it would do as a stack-n-whack and what size the pieces should be. Chris changed out DVD players because he had trouble getting the DVD to load. But the new(er) one did not have a remote control. Then we watched one episode of SGA. He went to bed, but I stayed up to blog and tap.

Audios and interviews

Monday

I got up before 7:30, anticipating the time change this weekend. I took Methylene blue and put on an NAD patch.

I listened to a tapping audio for Day 7. I paused it to read a Telegram message and got caught up in the comments. They were interesting, but it took up the rest of my morning.

At 10 I went to the new house to clean in the kitchen. Ugg! I cleaned counter tops and the inside of the fridge. After 2 hours I came home and made breakfast. I finished the tapping audio and the associated tapping meditation. Then I started one with Georgi Dinkov on the benefits of carbon dioxide.

I went to the house to clean for another two hours. I cleaned behind the fridge and the stove. I swept up the mouse dirt above the cabinets. I ran the dishwasher. I hand-washed the part of the floor.

I went home and finished the earlier interview and started This Week with Mary and Polly. Chris came home and showed me that his shirt was missing a button. Sigh. I heated some ground beef in the toaster oven and made a salad. Jenni called while I was washing lettuce. She invited me to the Spring Expo. We talked about it for awhile. Then I finished my salad and ate while listening to the first tapping audio for Day 8.

I composed a request for volunteers for the swap shop. I worked on my blog post. I made tea and we watched two episodes of SGA. Then Chris went to bed and I stayed up to tap.

Oatmeal cookies

Sunday

I got up around 8. I pulled two bananas from the freezer. I took my morning supplements and watered the tower garden. I listened to the next day of tapping audios. I made more breakfast mix, then made up a week's worth of supplements.

I squeezed the banana from the skins and mixed it with oatmeal. I threw in some vanilla, salt, pecans, etc. I put the cookies in the oven. Then, because Chris had pulled out the bread machine, I filled the container with bread ingredients.

I made breakfast, and ate while listening to the next tapping audio. I realized the bread machine didn't sound right so I checked and I had forgotten the liquid. There was no milk, but I found whey in the fridge so I used that.

I got dressed for church. I took the cookies and large print hymns with me. When I went in the chapel, I complimented the men on how clear the sidewalk was. I put the cookie box on the table. I unpacked my trombone. I chatted with the chaplain. A few other people came. Then he led us in three praise songs. I had heard one of them before.

He preached on Nehemiah. Then Saronna came up front and we played two of the large print hymns. Then he prayed and the service was over. I chatted with Saronna as people ate cookies and left. The chaplain asked for the recipe. Then we left. When I got to my car, the windshield was covered in snow, but it wasn't snowing. The snow must have come from the roof of the car. Luckily, the wipers made short work of it.

When I got home, it was almost 3. Chris was not gaming because John couldn't make it after having a sleepless night. I changed my clothes. I finished the last tapping audio for Day 6. I finished watching the RFK jr, movie, too.

I suggested to Chris that we call Jessica and Gabriel. But they did not answer. I listened to Sayer Ji talk about eating to cure cancer, about 2 hours. Then I took pics of my panel project. I downloaded bwe files to my mp3 headphones. I worked on my blog.

We watched two episodes of SGA. Chris laid out his clothes and went to bed. I stayed up to read.

The day turned from windy to snowy

Saturday

Chris got up at 4:30 to play DnD. It was very windy. I went back to sleep. I got up at 8 and he was back. I took supplements and checked e-mail. I put carrot tops and papaya seeds in the dehydrator to dry. I finished a tapping audio from the new set. I read Telegram messages.

Chris gave me a massage and I made breakfast while he took his shower. Then I took my shower. I ate breakfast while watching the RFK JR. movie.

I gathered fabric and such, and went to the chapel. I had to leave from the garage because the front door was blocked by tumbleweed. I unlocked the doors of the chapel and the girls came in. They had walked, but their mother and younger brothers came in the car. I enlisted their help in setting up the machines.

Then I showed them how to get started on the strawberry coaster. Mariah came. She knew how to sew, but the quilting part was new. When she finished hers, she helped the girls with theirs, since I was busy with Wilhelm. Then Jedidiah, who is two and a half, said he wanted to make one too. I wasn't ready for that.

Mariah left and everybody helped put things back in order. They went out the side door and discovered that the world was covered in snow! I went out the front to lock that door. When I got to my car, it was snowed in. But it was a dry snow, so I turned on the windshield wipers and it cleared easily.

I drove home slowly. I picked up the snow brush and cleaned off my car. I went inside for a few minutes, then came back out and had to brush off my car again. I went to the company house to make the bed and fold the towels and sweep the floors. I was going to clean the new house, but decided the snow was falling too hard. So I brushed off my car with the broom went home.

I watched more of the movie. I heated steak and rice and mushrooms in the toaster oven for supper. Then I had to pause it again. I dug out my car, and went back to the chapel for Project Night. I unlocked the doors and sat, wishing I had remembered to bring a project. Then Mery and Stirling arrived with their machine and stuff. He sat at one of my machines and worked on something. She had rectangles of fabric to hem. So I helped her do that. Casey also came with his project, but it was electrical and had fallen in the snow so it didn't work. I asked him about Knife Night and he said it went well. Stirling said he'd like to try it.

Anyway we sewed on. Casey left after 8. Stirling broke the needle so his wife found him a new one. But in putting it in, he dropped it into the bobbin area and we had to take it apart to get it out. Then we finished hemming and cleaned up, putting most of the stuff back in the closet. We walked out the front door and locked it. Then we went home.

I got the big water container and and some tea. I went to Michelle's house for Game Night. We talked and I played, but not very successfully. She looked up hints for me. Then she had to lay down. I tried a little longer, but it was close to 11, so I shut the game down. Casey microwaved some grapes for me so I could see what plasma looked like. But it didn't work well. I thanked Casey and went home.

I worked on my blog, then went to bed.

Haircuts

Friday

I got up around 8. I hadn't slept well, but for no particular reason, even with the mp3 headphones (although the right hand earbud wasn't working).

I watered the plants and got ready for Math Morning. I texted Casey, then headed out. I stopped at the swap shop to replace the key. I went to the chapel and opened the doors. I turned on the lights and settled down with a book called Vedic Math.

Casey came in, and then Saronna and her kids. Sophia sat by me for help with a math problem. Then she drew pictures on the dry erase board until her mother gave her an old math book. Then she sat by me and we worked on proportions. But she said cross multiplication wasn't what she was taught and now she can't remember how she was supposed to do it.

At 10 we packed up. Casey left. I followed Saronna out and when the kids got ahead of her, I quietly told her about yesterday and how badly I felt pretending I had dropped the key. She said she wholeheartedly endorsed my plan because it was important that the kids not know.

As she walked home, I drove home. I scanned hymns into the old computer, deleted black marks, then printed them out in a larger print (so I can read them on Sunday morning). It took about 15 minutes per hymn. Chris came back from whatever meeting he went to, and fixed pizza for lunch.

At noon I made and ate breakfast, viewing some of the tapping audios from yesterday. Then I went to the company house to start the laundry. When I got back, I went to Greatclips.com and added my name to their list. Chris wanted his name added too, but it wouldn't let me.

He packed the cooler and we headed to Tooele. He wanted to talk about my character in his new game, which won't start until we finish the game with John. Then we listened to the book on CD. When we got to Tooele, we shopped at Luckey's and Melanies. We went to Macey's next. He shopped while I went to Great Clips but my name had been deleted because it had been over half an hour. Sigh. I added my name and his.

We sat and waited for half an hour. I watched another man get his hair cut the way Chris does. I watched as the hairdressers finished with one person, then swept their area before getting the next person. I wondered if our wait would go faster if I volunteered to sweep the floors.

After getting our hair cut, we went back to base. We shopped at the commissary and went home to unpack the groceries. I finished the tapping audios before they were taken down. Then I went to the company house to throw the wet wash in the dryer. I also wiped down the kitchen and bathroom. Then I went to the new house to see what state it was in. He'd left some big things behind. But what I was interested in was the coffee pot. I checked all the cupboards and shelves for stuff and found some lids, and trash.

I went home where Chris had cooked rice, steak, mushrooms, and cauliflower for supper. I ate and listened to the first tapping audio of the next day. Then I worked on my blog and heated tea. We watched two episodes of SGA. Chris went to bed so he can get up at 4:30am to game with the guys. I stayed up to finish the first tapping audio and check Telegram messages.

A difficult sign-over

Thursday

I got ready for the day, then looked into LED research on melatonin production. I went through the tapping videos posted yesterday. I made up a contract and went to the sign-over at 11. The occupant wasn't ready. I took him to post office to get a money order, but all he had was a credit card and they wouldn't take it. Then I took him to the ATM. He got enough to pay for cleaning, but not for his rent. Then we went back to sign the papers. The Housing people were still there, but had to sign quickly so they could go to their next inspection. He seemed overwhelmed, but after making some suggestions, I left. I went home to make breakfast and listen to The Highwire. I also prayed for him. I cooked some eggs by cracking them into boiling water. Men came at 1 to check the LED lights and dim them but there was no dimmer switch on the fixture.

I finished watching The Highwire and eating eggs. I started checking e-mail. I looked through my picture files and found the sewing project I wanted. THEN, I remembered that I had printed it out over a week ago. I found the pages and saw that I had written instructions on the templates. I pulled some red and some green fabric from my stash, and followed the directions. Then I took a pic of it and made announcements of the class to both the community pages.

Saronna called around 4:30 to ask if the swap shop was going to be open. Jenni usually opens it at 3 but she decided to start opening it at 5. I told her to post it to the Facebook page, which she did, but not until 5. So I went down there to open it. But I didn't have the key with me because I had hidden it in the hallway so Summer could use it. And I didn't want all those kids standing around to see where it was. So I walked up to the door, and pretended the key was suddenly missing. I told them I must have dropped it outside. So they all went out to help me find it. I grabbed it from its hiding place and went outside to look, dropping it behind my back. Then I picked up a piece of trash and threw it in the dumpster. That's when Sophia found it. So we all trooped in and I unlocked the swap shop and the furniture room.

Anka and her kids showed up so the place was busy! I was hoping to find a quiet moment to return the key to its spot, but that didn't happen. Jenni showed up at 5. So I just said goodbye and took the key home with me. I should be able to return it tomorrow morning.

When I got home, I created announcements for Project Night and Math Morning, finding a pic to go with each one. Then I went back to reading messages and e-mail and articles. Then at 5:45 I remembered that there was one tapping meditation left for Day 3. So I called it up and started listening to it hoping it wouldn't end at 6 when the Day 4 audios come up. Chris came home and made his supper, then asked about his knife-in-progress. So I paused the meditation to talk to him. Then I was able to finish it even though it went past 6.

Chris said he was going to leave at 6:30 for Knife Night. So I asked him to call up Netflix on the TV so I could watch the last season of Royal Pains. And he did, then Casey pulled up to collect him. Off they went.

I didn't intend to spend all evening watching episodes, but I did. My stomach wasn't feeling well after eating the eggs so I only had a light supper, in front of the TV. I think I watched 4 episodes before Chris came home.

Then I made tea and added magnesium. We watched one episode of SGA. Then I got him to put some tea tree oil on the itchy spot on my head. I sat in the bathroom for awhile and then felt better. Chris went to bed, but I stayed up to post to my blog.
