So many goodbyes

I did not sleep well last night. I got up with my alarm at 7:30. I took a modified supplement schedule. I vaccuumed the bedroom carpet because it had flecks of mud from picking blackberries. I turned on the router but did not have time to check e-mail. I sewed two dog beds shut and gathered up the third one which wasn't full yet. I started making breakfast. I packed what I needed for the first event and drove to the Tuesday group.
I actually arrived a litte early. I set up my chair while Anita was talking to someone. I handed her the dog beds, and also a bag of unmatched sheets and pillow cases. A few other ladies showed up. A new lady, who was a beginning sewer and now a quilter, showed us a lot of the things she has made. She's been very busy. Soon I had to leave, but not until I saw what Beverly was working on for a set of twins. Anita took a pic of me with the group, then I had to leave them for the last time.
I went home for breakfast. A lady from the dentist office had called me while I was driving, so I called her back, but she was on another call. I packed for the next three activities and went to Dinah's house.
I got there just before 11. Bertha let me in. Bertha, Rebecca, Dinah and I had a chat. Rebecca gave me a bag with an adult coloring pic and tiny colored pencils. There was also a colorwash postcard in there. I pulled out my frozen avocado dip, and gave Dinah the jelly roll that Carolyn had given me. I put my purse in the toy room and a pile of blue blocks on a table on the screened in porch. I signed them with a Pigma pen. Two other ladies showed up and we all sat 6 feet apart and chatted. The time flew, and soon the second wave of ladies came. Bertha and Rebecca left.
I had a nice chat with the second wave, and got a few hugs. Real hugs. And I gave them my blog address. But that time flew by, too. And the third wave appeared. We met them out front. I hadn't seen these ladies in months and they hadn't seen each other. But after the second wave left, the third wave (by far the largest) sat on Dinah's back porch and conversed.
Everything was timed, and supposed to be over at 2:30. But Lauri stayed late to talk to me. When she left, I bid Dinah farewell and thanked her for having the group over. I sat in my car and called Cecelia to say I was on my way.
I went to Cecelia's house with only one misdirection. She was standing on her porch waiting for me. I brought her quilt which I had covered up the writing with squares of fabric. She loved the result. She gave me a glass of tea and we had a nice visit. But all too soon, I had to leave for the church.
I arrived at the church a little early, hoping to get started showing Portia the ropes. Since she wasn't there, I put together the offering forms from 2020 and 2019, and left them in a desk drawer. Then she arrived and I showed her how to enter the data in ServantKeeper. In fact, I had her do most of it, and print the reports. I would have stayed longer but time was short. Once she had her keys out, I drove off, intending to get to the bank by 5 to make the deposit.
I did make it by 5, but I had to wait in line. By the time I got to the drive-thru window, it was 5:07, but they took my deposit anyway. Success! All activities done for the day, I went back to base.
While I made supper, it started to rain. I finished the last of the avocado dip because it wouldn't keep and was already turning brown. I made two eggs into egg salad, and had a few seed crackers. My scalp started itching again, so I put more coconut oil with baking soda on it. I put on an episode of the gut summit and laid down (so the oil wouldn't run off my head) to listen. I paused it when Chris called. We talked about the usual things. He said the air quality there was good most of the time. After the call, about 8, I drank magnesium water. I watched an episode of The 4400, then took the push-catch supplements. I downloaded pics from my phone and posted to my blog. I put aloe on the large mysterious bug bites that have appeared recently on my legs. I wondered if there were mosquitos in my bedroom.

This whole thing feels so wrong

I got up at 7:30. I started my supplement regimen. I went after the outside bins with a brush, intending to bring them inside. But there was a little bit of moisture inside so I left them in the sun to dry. I turned on the router and checked e-mail. I went through my surprisingly extensive collection of used wrapping paper, tissue paper and gift bags. I thought it might be a good thing to stuff in a bin because it is light enough that I will be able to lift it afterward.
At quarter of 10, I went to the dealership to have my oil changed and general inspection. The man who took my keys said it would take 90 minutes, so I sat in the waiting room to read. But there weren't many unread pages left, so I watched a renovation on TV. (I am glad it wasn't my house). ½ hour later, the man came back to say my car was done and nothing was wrong with it. I paid at the window and picked up my car. On the way home, I stopped at Thrift Mart to look for a reclining lawn chair. I did not find one, but I noticed the store had arrows in each aisle. I can't figure out why people think that's a good idea. (Gabby says it's because I haven't worn a mask long enough) Then I went to a $ store. I found a lawn chair there, bought it, and went home.
When I walked in the door, I checked my phone and at the exact same time, Lars called. We talked about church financial stuff and he said goodbye. Then I called William to tell him that the dealership put some expensive synthetic oil conditioner in my car. William said it wasn't necessary, but maybe just this once wouldn't hurt.
I made and ate breakfast. I opened the lawn chair and laid on it in the sun. When I felt I had had enough sun, I came in. I collated bags of bows, and used paper. I worked on the hall closet. Then I heard the rain hit hard. At first, it didn't bother me but then I realized I had left my car windows down. So I rushed out to put them up and got drenched in the process.
I changed my clothes and went back to sorting and packing.
Just after 3:30, I went to the post office and picked up two packages from Swansons. I was surprised that the inside of my car seemed dry. Then I met Gabrielle for a massage. Since I was her last client for the day, she talked to me for an hour about current events and how this whole thing feels so wrong. At this time last year, we would have thought such things would never happen. She spent the next hour giving me a massage and it felt like more than an hour, but when she left the room, I saw the clock and it was only 6. I got dressed and went to her office, where I paid her and we talked some more.
When I got home, I made egg salad and sat at my computer. Chris called, said it was 40 in Dugway this morning. I can't handle such low temps in the summer! I had to hang up with him so I could finish my egg salad and make a vegetable salad. After eating, I brought tubs in from the garage. I put bags of fabric scraps in one, and bags of unfinished or partial projects in the other. I watched two episodes of The 4400. I didn't feel so good so I took the charcoal binders early, and the magnesium later. Then I posted to my blog and got ready for bed.

Last Sunday

It took me a long time to fall asleep last night. I forgot to take my phone to bed, so I did not hear my alarm. I got up at 8, and followed a reduced supplement schedule so I could finish before church. I showered and got dressed. I washed the dishes in the kitchen sink. I checked e-mail until the 9:30 alarm went off. I took the last supplement and went to church.
I sat in my usual pew. I put on my lightest mask and talked to Barbara and Jim behind me until the service started. They were sorry to hear that we were moving. Then the service commenced in the usual order. My mask got awfully hot so I pulled down below my nose. The sermon was interesting. The pastor talked about Jesus having the first rewards plan. Afterward, there was communion, which went well. After the end of the service, the president asked the congregation to stay a little while longer for a QnA. Barbara announced that this was my last Sunday and Lars said a few words. It was nice and I didn't have to be on camera. I checked the recording later to make sure. When they stopped recording, Janet brought me her leftover batting. Jennifer brought me something I had lent her and some dried mint. Other people stopped to say goodbye.
When I left the church, I went to Publix for groceries. When I got home, I changed my clothes, put the food away, and made breakfast. I ate it while reading e-mail. It rained suddenly, and then quit. I sat outside and read a book. When I came in, I put on an audio and finished appliquéing the nine-patch to Cecelia's quilt. I put coconut oil on my scalp as a preventive measure against itching. I put all the gardening tools together in one place, and cleared some space on the patio table.
Then I went for a walk, and picked lots of big juicy blackberries. Sadly I got my shoes all muddy.
When I got home, I picked some cherry tomatoes. I made egg salad for supper, and ate cut veggies with some avocado dip. I listened to several tapping audios for sleep management. Then I called Chris and we talked. After that, I checked my phone for messages and found two. Why doesn't my phone tell me this up front? One was from Pastor Keith, so I returned his call. I got to have a nice chat with him and his wife. Then I watched an episode of The 4400.
I soaked my sprouts, and parsed out a week's worth of practitioner supplements. I wrote my blog post and got ready for bed.

I learned something new today

I got up about 7:45, having slept through the night but awakened early. I brushed and swished. I lit a taper in order to light the citrus candle, but then couldn't blow it out because I was still swishing. I tried to blow it out with my nose, but that didn't work. I left the candle in the master bath. I gathered the laundry and kitchen towels, etc., and started the wash. I played CD's to check books. I taped thread spools while listened to the beginning of an interview with Andrew Wakefield. I read reviews of the books on CD to eliminate those that had bad language or raunchy themes. Very few made the cut.
At 11, I made and ate breakfast. I meditated while sitting against the PEMF mat. I tapped with some videos. I tried the CD player in my car. I had to read my owner's manual to get it working, but it did work. I brought in the house mail. I folded laundry, and put it away while listening to something from the SIBO summit.
I took a walk and picked blackberries. I found a way to walk around to the back of the patch to find more berries. When I got them home, I put them in the fridge. I saw Janet had called so I called her back. She had some leftover batting she wanted to give me. We talked for awhile, then agreed to meet in church tomorrow.
For supper, I ate the last of the lamb, and made a salad. It was mostly toppings because the only greens I had were a few leaves I harvested from the little plants outside. I listened to a Ben Greenfield podcast. I watched a tapping video and then tapped on my own for being overwhelmed with what all I could or should be doing to get ready to move to Utah.
I made a bottle of nasal rinse. I called Dad and talked to him and to Faye. I asked him what soil amendments would be good for tomato plants. He seemed to warm to the topic and made Faye find a certain book on the bookshelf. Faye figured out how to make the laptop speak to the printer, so all is well on that front. Then I called Cecelia to tell her I had covered some of the writing on the quilt. She wants the other writing covered too, and then I should bring the quilt to her house. Chris called while I was talking to her, so afterward I called him back. I asked him about amenities on post. There are no doctors, dentists, barbers, banks, car repair shops, or concessionaires. It sounds like a deadly dull place. I hope we won't be there long.
Then I watched an episode of The 4400. Finally, it was time to blog, invert, and get ready for bed.

Haircut

I slept through the night, mostly. I got up just before the 8:30 alarm rang. I brushed and swished. I listened to an interview from the SIBO SOS Summit. I packed up homeopathic bottles in the kitchen. I took a shower to get the coconut oil out of my hair and it was surprisingly easy. The itch was temporarily gone. I listened to an interview with Andrew Wakefield, who has made a movie called 1986theact.
I made and ate breakfast. I listened to a presentation on starting a business. I went to the post office, but there was no mail. Then I went to Great Clips. They required a mask so I put on the thinnest one. I explained to the lady who cut my hair why I needed it short and she recommended that I buy a product called KeraCare because it worked for her. We talked as she cut and I had her cut it pretty short, both for easy access to my scalp and because I don't know when I will find a new hairdresser.
When I got home, I got the house mail and left it in the chair by the front door while I transplanted a kale seedling. Sadly I left it there. I lit the citrus candle and put it in the master bath. I got out a suit case and started putting clothes in it. I tried on a bunch of tops so I could chose the best-fitting and best-looking ones to take to Utah and wear until our household goods arrive and our 'new' house is ready. I found a small CD player and tried several sets of batteries in it before I found a set that worked. I meant to try it in my car but got distracted.
I listened to another SIBO interview. I ate some lamb and the last potato. I made a salad, then had some coconut meat. I looked into the supplements recommended by a SIBO doctor. He was advocating for a high-polyphenol diet. I remembered my phone was outside, and went to check it. Chris had called so I called him back. He was tired so we did not talk long.
I prepared my magnesium drink and doused my head with coconut oil mixed with baking soda. Then I put a shower cap on my head and watched an episode of The 4400, which I haven't seen in a long time. Before the second episode ended, I went to the kitchen to take the 'push' supplements and discovered that I never drank the magnesium drink. Sigh. So I took that and skipped the 'push' supplements so I could take the 'catch' ones a little later. I looked up the ingredients of KeraCare and did not like a lot of the inactive ones. So I looked for alternatives.
Then I posted to my blog, did a little yoga and inversion, and went to bed.
* I saw this on Tuesday at the Sew Faithful quilters meeting. I guess once I move to Utah I won't have so many quilt pics. *

The coconut oil solution

I woke up in the middle of the night for no apparent reason. I kept trying to put myself back to sleep, but it was like a plane doing touch-and-go's. As soon as I reached the edge of sleep, I woke up again. I think it went on for hours. So I decided to sleep in. It was almost 9 when I got up.
My head was itching so I melted some coconut oil and put baking soda in it. It took me two tries because the first time I grabbed the Arm-n-Hammer washing soda. I used a basting syringe to insert it through the hair to my scalp, then left the oil on all day.
I put dried sumac seeds in jars for packing. I wiped out the oven, though it still wasn't clean. I listened to an interview with a former content moderator of Facebook. Apparently they are not unbiased. I searched for my rotary cutters, but could not find where Julia had packed them. So I used a ruler to draw lines I could cut with scissors. I started making two masks. I called the dealership to make an appointment for an oil change. I listened to another Zach Bush interview.
Then it was time for breakfast. I made and ate breakfast while listening to Sayer Ji. I also had time to finish the masks and put them in an envelop. (The mask factory is now closed.) I checked the tracking number of a Swanson package and it said the package was delivered yesterday. So I went to the post office to mail the masks and to ask for said package (since there was no yellow slip in my box.) The man found the Swanson package and gave it to me with apologies.
When I got home, I called William just to see what's up. He said 'Nothing', but then went on and on about something, which I can't remember now. I went through clutter on the diningroom table and recycled a bunch of it. The grass seemed dry, so I mowed the back lawn. Then I listened to a podcast.
For supper, I had a salad and some lamb. Chris called, and talked about the house we will be assigned to, and how he doesn't want the trip there to take any longer than necessary. I listened and played Solitaire. Later MaryAnn called. We had a nice chat.
Then I queued up Netflix. I was surprised to see that I had watched the last episode of The IT Crowd, so another choice had to be made. I chose a show called Inglesias, which is a comedy about a Latino history teacher. Then I took my supplements and wrote my blog post so I could go to bed - and hopefully get a full night's sleep.

What if the virus is a genetic code update?

I got up at 8:30. I prepared for coffee morning. I took morning supplements on schedule. I looked out the window and saw a long-bed truck piled with new wood. Later, I would see that same truck, but piled with old wood from fallen fences.
I meditated and tapped while playing meditation music. Then I listened to podcasts while cleaning the bathrooms. I mixed bleach and baking soda to make a paste. I put a plastic bag over my hand so I could apply it to the black grout in the master bath. But that didn't work so well, and I had to finish the job with my bare hand. I washed my hands well afterward.
When I cleaned the kitchen, I scrubbed the stove top. I tried scrubbing the oven as well, but it was too stuck. I smeared it with soap and left it for later. Then I made and ate breakfast. I got dressed and went to the post office. There was no mail. I checked the house mail when I got home, but there was no mail there either. I gathered all the recyclables and put them in the outside bin.
I listened to an interview between Jeffrey Smith and Dr. Zach Bush. Dr. Bush says viruses are genetic code updates and he plans to show that this virus is making people more resistant to environmental toxins, like glyphosate. Likelihood of dying from the process is determined by the amount of air pollution. Lots of other fascinating observations as well.
I took the cover off of a couch cushion and washed it in the tub, and let it soak. I sat with the PEMF mat behind my back and read some e-mail. I posted some quilt pics on the Sew Faithful facebook page.
The rain had stopped, so I went for a walk. I picked and ate wild blackberries. When I got home, I called Chris, but he was on his way to his boss' house for supper. I rinsed the cushion cover and hung it up. I crushed dried mint. I watched an episode from the gut summit, then one episode of IT Crowd. In the middle of it, Chris called. He didn't have much to say so I cast about for topics of conversation. Finally he hung up and I finished the episode. I wrote and posted my blog, then watched one more episode before bed.

Going away goodies!

I got up at 7:30. I took the first supplements, and soaked the sprouts. I started making 2 masks, one for Jennifer's daughter and one for me that maximizes breathability. In other words, it won't protect me from anything but hostile stares.
I skipped the second supplement, and did the third, read e-mail, and then took the 4th.
I got dressed and went to the Tuesday group. As usual, we met outside in the parking lot. Rain threatened, but never really hit. Chris called to say his GPS wasn't working and did I-80 go through Salt Lake City? I repeated his question out loud and Beth knew the answer. Anita gave us each a word search paper. This one took a lot longer than the one last week. I gave away some wool fabric that has been in my car a long time. Susan gave me a pin cushion and a bag. Robin brought fruit and home grown veggies so we could have a farewell party for me. She even gave me all the leftover vegetables. Beverly gave me an etched glass with my name on it. She took my pic since I did not have a husband at home to do it.
I went home and made breakfast. I returned MaryAnn's call. While we talked, I finished the two masks. She wants masks, too, but of a different kind.
I went to the church as usual. The secretary was still there so we had a nice conversation. We hugged. After she left, I got started on data entry. Chris texted me that he'd arrived at Dugway. SK did not recognize one of the envelop numbers so I had to figure out how to make the assignation. Then I printed reports for this week and last week. I left a mask on Jennifer's desk.
I went to see Bertha. Rebecca was there because they were making cards together. I gave Bertha a set of placemats since she had admired them so much when I made them. We had a very nice chat, until I realized it was quarter to 5. Then I jumped up, said a hasty goodbye, and headed to the bank. I arrived at 4:59, by the skin of my teeth. I made the deposit and went home.
I checked e-mail for a few minutes, then took a walk and picked berries. When I got home, I made a salad for supper, and ate some lamb and small potatoes. I listened to an episode from the gut summit. I watched one episode of The IT Crowd, then made a new batch of spice mix. I watched another episode, then made six combos of 'push' supplements. I took one combo and sat at my laptop to blog and lean against my PEMF mat.

A helpful neighbor

I got up a little before the alarm went off, feeling well rested. I brushed and swished. I parsed weekly practitioner supplements and washed my dishes. I cleaned up fabric in the back room. I dusted Chris' half of the dining room table. I cut fabric to make a mask for Jennifer's daughter.
At 10 Julia came over to help me sort and pack. She even thanked me for letting her come. We went through stuff on and around the cutting table. She helped me make decisions and to tape and pack spools of thread. But at some point after 11, I started feeling weak and dizzy. I tested my blood sugar thinking it was low, but it was 116. So I told her I needed to eat breakfast. I followed her outside and we chatted some more, then she went home and I made and ate breakfast.
After breakfast, I went to the post office, but found no mail. I put a square of white fabric over the writing on the quilt and then sat outside and stitched it down. When I came in, rain was threatening. I saw Chris had called, so I called him back. He was in Cheyenne Wy, having driven 1200 miles in the last two days.
After the call, I went for a walk. The rain held off while I went up and down the hill and picked blackberries. Then I picked greens for salad and left them to soak while I took a shower and got dressed. I made a salad for supper, and also had some hummus on celery, and a bite of seed cracker.
I read e-mail until it was time for the Stewardship meeting. It was going to be in the church parking lot, but then hard rain hit and it was relegated to a call-in affair. So at 6:30 I called in. We talked about replacing me, and the proper procedure to count and record the offering. After the meeting, I rewrote a document on the counting process and sent it to the head of Stewardship.
Afterward, I put on a summit episode, and read e-mail. I took the evening supplements, and wrote my blog post. Then I got ready for bed.

Happy Father's Day

I woke up early, like 5:30. I saw Chris was up and reading e-mail. I went back to bed. I heard him moving around and then he left. I got up again when my alarm went off. I texted Jennifer to see what color she planned to wear. I took supplements and got ready for church. I watered the plants that Chris hadn't taken. I turned on the router so I could log in and turn off the signal. Then I sat down to read e-mail and rain thundered from the sky. I read e-mail until it was time to leave. Luckily, by then the rain had stopped.
I went to church. Traffic was almost non-existent. I met Ron in the parking lot and talked to him on the way in. Then I met Jennifer in the sanctuary to warm up our singing voices. Ed made sure we had microphones. I had practically ruined my voice trying to sing loudly, and chose the soprano line because I could sing it louder than the alto line. If I'd had known there were microphones... Anyway, after the warm-up, I put on my mask and went to talk to Susan. Then Jennifer called me over to change a few words in the last song.
All of a sudden, the filming started. I raced across the sanctuary to get to my pew. Yes, I have to sit in my own pew. There were announcements, and then the service began. I had to take my mask off and walk up front to sing. When I came back, I didn't put my mask back on. It was hot and hard to breathe through. During the sermon, the pastor said that 'fear not' appears 365 times in the Bible. (It was a long sermon and that was only one of his points.) But looking at all the masked faces, perhaps they needed to hear it again. At the end of the service, Jennifer and I sang one more time. And then the service was over. Several people spoke to me, but at a distance.
I went to Publix for a few groceries. I guess I should eat up whatever is left in the house. I made and ate a big breakfast. Then I laid down while listening to an interview from the Gut summit. My phone rang and it was Faye. She wanted to set up a Skype call with Dad. I didn't think that laptop would call my laptop when they both thought Fern was logged in. So Faye had to log out and create her own account. Then it worked quite well. I got to see and talk to both of them.
Chris called while I was trying to help Faye print from the old laptop. When the connection broke, I called Chris back. He was in his hotel in Independence MS after driving for 9.5 hours.
After the call, I went for a walk around the neighborhood and picked some blackberries. When I got back, I ate supper and listened to a Zoom chat on Facebook where the experts talked about what's behind the pandemic. I read e-mail afterward. Eventually I watched three episodes of The IT Crowd on Netflix. Then it was past time for bed.

Lemon was not the answer

I woke up a little early, but stayed in bed waiting for Chris to wait up. He gave me a coconut oil massage and then I took a shower. Chris took a shower and started the laundry. He put together some donation items. He took the Windows 98 computer and some other stuff to the thrift store. I put lemon juice on the permanent marker writing and laid the quilt out in the sun to fade. Chris came back. He said the thrift shop on post was closed so he took it to the one off post. When I became aware of which place he took it, I nearly fell over. I told him it hadn't been a thrift shop in years. But he didn't go back for it.
I whipped up a batch of seed crackers. I made up three batches of the dry ingredients for later. I also hardboiled 9 eggs. Then I made and ate breakfast. I did not sit outside because the reclining lawn chair was full of quilt, and the little stool was not comfortable. I called Cecelia to propose sewing fabric over the writing to hide it. She said ok on the back, and she would get back to me about the front. Then we chatted about other things.
I was going to listen to an audio from the vagal nerve summit, but since Edge updated itself last night, the audio would not play. I tried other browsers, but with no luck. So I spent the afternoon sorting supplements, throwing out papers and empty bottles. I packed the yogurt maker and threw out the non-functional unit.
I called Dad, and when he didn't answer, I called Faye, who didn't answer either. But she called me back later while she was driving. I told her I could wait until she arrived. I watched a video, or at least part of one, waiting for Faye to call. When I didn't hear from her, I decided to take my daily walk. On my walk I took pics of gladiolas blooming in the forest and picked some blackberries. When I got back, I made supper, which consisted of egg salad, celery with hummus, and seed crackers. I finished the video.
We started watching Legends at 7 so Chris could go to bed early. We paused between episodes for me to make my magnesium water, then watched the second one. Chris went to bed with a book, and I stayed up to blog. I also got a phone call from a charity. I did some yoga and inversion before going to bed.

Civilian Award

I got up at 7. I brushed and swished. I squirted cleansing water into my sinuses. I got dressed and watered the plants. I filed more fabric from the sewing table, and sorted a pile of batiks and hand-dyeds in the sewing room.
I checked e-mail, and listened to an interview on relationships with Paul McKenna . Chris went to an awards ceremony. I took off my headphones and continued listening. I washed one corner of Cecelia's quilt, but the writing did not come out. I laid it out in the sun. I sang the songs for Sunday.
I had started making breakfast, when Chris came home. He had a Civilian award medal. I sewed a rip in my shoe. I
finished breakfast and the interview. I tried putting straps on the reclining lawn chair, but it wasn't enough. I researched how to fix the stim unit. As it turns out, there are two kinds of batteries inside. One is expensive but replaceable. The other is cheaper but soldered in. From what I read, even if I did manage to replace both batteries, it would then require reset codes.
Chris and I dropped off paperwork at the Housing office to let them know we are moving. Then we went for walk around the neighborhood. Afterward, I washed the straps of my black-and-white purse and left them to soak. Less than an hour later, we met Rob and Carla at a Mexican restaurant called Las Trojas Cantinas. They wore masks, but Chris and I did not. I got the shrimp in a glass with a long stem. We had a nice visit. They insisted on paying for the meal.
We came home around 7. I rinsed the purse straps and hung up the purse to dry. I brought in the quilt, not certain that the letters had faded. I ate three frozen strawberries, and watched a tapping video. Then we watched two episodes of Legends. Chris went to bed, and I stayed up a little longer to look at new EMS units that might use the pads I already have.
* This restaurant has a horse theme, but the word 'trojas' doesn't have anything to do with horses. *

6 month check-in

I woke up thinking about my friend in the retirement home. I felt badly for all the elders locked in their rooms. She is 90 years old and able to drive, but not allowed to go out of her room for months. I'd hate being confined to my room for' my own good' with no say in the matter.
I did some tapping and visualization. I got up, took the first supplement, then went back to bed because it was too early. I got up again later, took the next supplement, then brushed and swished. I got dressed and watered the plants. I checked e-mail and watched a video called “Who controls Bill Gates' family?”. She said it was the Bain group, pulling strings to control the world. Another lady did a video showing that Osha says cloth masks don't work, and oxygen deprivation level of 19.5 is considered bad, and the air inside a mask reaches that level quickly.
At 11, I made and ate breakfast. I played another video, probably an interview. Then I went to the post office, but there was no mail. When I got back, I read outside in the backyard for half an hour. Then I came in and listened to audios on releasing emotion. At 2:30 I got a call from Evan. We discussed moving and supplements. He suggested I re-test for mold in a month or two.
Afterward, I cleared more fabric from my sewing table and started sorting what's on and under the sewing table. I made a cardboard jig for pleating masks, and put it with my mask-making materials. I had lamb and potatoes for supper, plus two stalks of celery with hummus. I took a walk and found blackberries for dessert. When I got back, I ate three frozen strawberries while looking at my laptop. I made a nine-patch block and packed fabric while listening to an interview with Alan Dershowitz. Then I made my magnesium water and waited for Chris to finish up whatever he was doing. Then we watched two episodes of Legends. Afterward, he went to bed and I stayed up to blog and such.

Going to the dentist office - for the last time?

I awoke before Chris left for work. I did some meditation until he left. I got up around 7. I threw on some clothes and watered the plants before the heat hit. I swished twice and made coffee. I washed dishes and wiped the countertops. I listened to interview 2 with David Icke. What he says really makes sense of what's going on in the world, but I don't want to believe it all. 5G is necessary for autonomous cars, but I didn't realize that it serves the purpose of the 1% because then they and their computers can control where your car will take you (or not take you). They are crashing the economy, ostensibly to save old people from the virus, but if they really cared about old people, they would have put money into eldercare before the virus hit. They want everyone dependent on them.

I did tapping but no meditation because the interview was playing. Afterward, I took a shower and got dressed. I cleaned bathrooms, and mopped the kitchen floor. I took another whack at imposing order on the sewing table area. I took Vitamin C and colostrum, then went to see the dentist.
I pulled into a parking space, and there was a sign directing me to text them my last name and the number 5. I guess I was in the 5th space. So I did. And I waited. Finally I called to make sure they got my text. Soon a lady came out, all covered up. She put a gun to my head and took my temp. Then she quickly asked me a bunch of health questions, then invited me to follow her in. She took me to an exam room and directed me to gargle. Then she set up the x-ray machine. I swallowed two packets of Vitamin C and one of glutathion. Then she x-rayed tooth 13, said it looked fine, then said only the dentist could read the screen. She left, and then came back saying she needed pics of 18 and 19. I guess the dentist wasn't available, because the assistant took me to the front desk, saying the dentist would call me later. The desk lady said I didn't owe anything. I signed a release so they could send me records to whomever I chose as my next dentist. Then I left.
I decided to see if Goodwill was open, and they were. I walked around, looking at everything, but all I really wanted was a reclining lawn chair. And I wanted to buy it from a local business instead of a chain store. But they didn't have one.
I stopped at the gas station, then went home. I made and ate breakfast. I put together a Swansons order. I started listening to another interview with Judy Mikovits. Then Chris came home. I paused the interview and went for a walk. I saw beautiful pink gladiolas blooming in the woods, and picked a few blackberries here and there.
When I got back, I finished the interview with headphones on. Then I fixed a salad for supper, using leaves from the rooting sweet potato, the wild lettuce plant, and the medicinal herb that the Korean doctors gave me. I put away some fabrics, and looked for scraps to make a nine-patch block to cover the magic marker on Cecelia's quilt.
Before I realized it, it was after 8. Chris turned on the TV while I made my evening drink. We watched two episodes of Legends. Chris put away the loaf of bread from the bread machine and went to bed. I stayed up to finish my to-do list and blog.

Input with no output

Last night I finished the David Icke video, even though it meant staying up until almost midnight. Then I did 5 minutes on the inversion table and went to bed.
I got up at 7:29. I did the usual things, watered the plants, and listened to another interview by the same interviewer, Brian Rose. I took an abbreviated morning supplement routine and got dressed. I went to the Tuesday group. Like last week, we each brought our own chair and sat out in the parking lot. We had show-n-tell and we played a game. Robin handed out a word search puzzle. The first three people to finish, got a pack of playing cards with quilts on the back. Someone was giving out tomato plants. I wanted one but resisted.
Around 11 I packed up my chair and went home. I was hungry. But I was out of breakfast supplement doses, so I parsed out two weeks worth of supplements, and then made breakfast. I laid a number of the bottles aside as a reminder to order more. Then dentist's office called. She wants to x-ray tooth 13 tomorrow. So I put two packets of vit C and one of glutathion in my purse to take just before the x-ray.
I finished the interview with Dr. Sherri Tenpenny. I gathered my Tuesday things and headed to church. On the way I stopped at the Humane Society thrift store, but it was closed. Then I stopped at the dollar store. I got a cord with two male ends, hoping to run a CD player in my car.
I got to church just before two. The interim pastor was there and we had a bit of a conversation. Then I entered all the numbers into the computer. However, when I was ready to print the reports, there was no response from the printer. It used a wi-fi connection. I tried turning the printer off and back on. I ran a diagnostic. But then Cecelia arrived with a quilt that she had taken to her husband in the nursing home. The home had written his name and room number in magic marker and she wanted me to fix it if possible. We had a very nice chat. She was sorry we were moving.
After she left, I called Lars, and then tried all the wi-fi cord connections. Still not printing. So I took a pic of the screen with the report on it. Then I went to see Bertha. I showed her the quilt. She didn't think anything would take the markings out. She had some hair spray, but that didn't work. She also had a bleach pen, but that didn't work either. And then I had to head out to the bank. I reached it before 5, but it was after 5 until I got to the window. After making the deposit, I went home.
Once home, I made a salad for supper. I peeled an egg, but it was bad, so I peeled the last one and put it on the salad. I ate it while reading e-mail. I finished just in time to join the RCMQG for their monthly Zoom meeting.
The meeting lasted over an hour, and there was no clear end to it. Only nine ladies showed up, and then two dropped out. I stayed until almost the two hour mark, then took my leave. I had a quilt and a quilt top to turn in, so Kerry said she would pick them up off my porch. I hunted down the quilt, and then put the quilt and quilt top in a bag on the chair on the front porch.
I made lots of chia/flax mix. I stopped to make magnesium water and then sat with Chris. We watched two episodes of Legends, skipping a cross-over episode because watching all the cross-over episodes confused me last time. However, I was confused this time because changes were made in the episode I didn't watch. They must do it just to confuse me.
Chris went to bed. I finished making chia/flax mix and sat down to write my blog post.

Canceling appointments

I got up when I heard the 7:30 alarm. I was already mostly awake. I started with the usual stuff, and watered the plants. When I got online, I watched a short video about Tesla. It was interesting and showed Edison as a cold businessman.
I cleaned out the trunk of my car and vacuumed it. I wasn't sure what to do with the stuff that I took out. I listened to an interview on vagus nerve stimulation: electrical stim of tragus, humming, gargling, singing, or gagging very strongly.
When I finished the pre-breakfast supplement regimen, I prepared breakfast, using up the last of the 14 day supply. I ate breakfast at my laptop, then put on my bathing suit and read outside. I started a new book about the pelvic floor.
I called the chiropractor to cancel my appointment next month. I had to leave a message. I called the dentist to schedule one last appointment and cancel appt for August. She could not fit me in. I called the chiropractic office back. She scheduled me for one last appt and said I could pick up my x-rays. Then I talked to Kurt about masks and a possible relationship he might have. I had to go in the bedroom to get away from the noise of the AC system so I could hear. Not much later, Denise called and we had a chat, though not like yesterday.
I went to the post office and picked up the mail. I watered my plants again, because it was so hot and dry. I read some e-mail. Then I decided to mow the lawn instead of taking a walk. The battery lasted through the whole lawn, but then I plugged it in. My neighbor said hello so we had a nice chat through the fence.
I listened to part of an interview with David Icke. He had a fascinating view of recent events. He said the 1% are funding the riots in order to divide the populace so they won't realize CoVid is a conspiracy to advance their agenda and unite in rebellion. For supper I had celery with hummus, which is surprisingly filling. Chris roasted brussel sprouts, so I ate some of those as well. Chris and I talked about the new job and why he hadn't gotten other jobs he'd applied for. I ate nuts and coconut flakes.
I listened to more of the interview, sitting against the PEMF pad. Later, I made magnesium water, and sipped it while watching Legends with Chris. Chris went to bed and I stayed up to blog and such.

A brief look at my future

I got up at 7:30. I took the first supplements, then brushed and swished. I read e-mail until 10. I watched our church on Youtube. It went long and I was glad I wasn't there. Then I was hungry so I made and ate breakfast. I put coconut milk on the list and we went shopping at Publix. Chris didn't have anything on the list so the shopping went quickly. He wore his mask but I did not. That seemed like general consensus.
When we got back, we put away the food and I cleaned the cans. Chris put lamb in the oven for supper. I read outside, finishing book. Chris told me he was going to work to shred stuff. Finding myself alone, I called up the three songs on Youtube and started singing along loudly. Then my phone rang. I talked to Denise, whom I haven't talk to in a while. Chris came home before the call ended. Jim called, so after my conversation with Denise, I called Jim back. We talked for awhile, both sorry I was leaving. I picked up some scraps on the sewing table, and put them in the right baggies. Then I finished practicing singing.
Chris and I went for a walk and had a nice chat. We found some blackberries, too, and a few were ripe. When we got back to the house, we had some lamb and small potatoes for supper. I also made a salad with greens and some dandelion that I picked yesterday.
After supper, I listened to interviews: one was about an NTP study that showed cell phone radiation caused cancer in rats, but the FDA claimed it did not apply to humans, giving no reason.
Later Chris called me over to his computer to see the image of Dugway that he got from Google maps. It was nice to see that there are some trees and grass (where the sprinklers are). On the map, we followed the road to Tooele, and then Salt Lake City. I made my magnesium drink and then parsed out practitioner supplements for the week. Then we sat down to watch 2 episodes of Legends. Afterward, he went to bed and I stayed up to blog and do a list of pre-bedtime things.

Too hard to dig

I got up too early and went back to bed. I got up later to start with the supplement and brushing. I watered the plants. Then Chris gave me a coconut oil massage. Afterward we took showers.
I put the shovel and trowel and clippers out by the peonies. I read articles about the dangers of electromagnetic radiation and sent one to Chris.
I started reading stuff on the ICAN website. At 11:45 I made and ate breakfast. I read outside, nearly finishing my book. Then I put the peonies and implements in the trunk of my car. As I drove to the church, I sang loudly in the car as practice for next Sunday. I arrived a little early and pulled the plants out of the trunk. Cindy drove up to get a bulletin so we talked for a bit. Then Susan arrived. They were both surprised to hear we were leaving. Susan and I did some trimming in the flower bed. We made a decision on where to plant the peonies, but the dirt was too hard to dig. So she took the peonies with her to keep and plant after the next rain.
When I got home, I read a long document written to the Secretary of Health and Human Services detailing all the ways they have failed to promote vaccine safety, and indeed have hidden dangers in order to promote the use of more vaccines. I was impressed with how well the document was written and supplemented with the relevant links. I always thought the vaccine regulatory agency of the CDC was bad, but HHS...takes the cake. Then again, they have two diametrically opposed mandates: to oversee vaccine safety, and to defend the gov't against claims of vaccine harm. If they do the relevant studies to determine the safety of vaccines, that info could be used against them in court.
I took a break to go for a walk. I invited Chris to go with me and to my surprise, he accepted. We went for a walk up the hill, and found some blackberries. We had a nice chat, too.
As I continued to read, I also listened to an episode of Proven. When I finished reading, I made a batch of hummus and ate it with celery stalks. I had been putting it off because the tahini is so hard to stir. I also had a square of dark chocolate. I sat with my PEMF mat, and read through e-mail.
I washed dishes and everything used to make hummus. Then I made magnesium water. I sat with Chris and we watched two episodes of Legends. Then Chris got clean sheets from the dryer while I assembled and swallowed the next round of supplements. I helped him make the bed. Then he retired for the evening and I stayed up to blog and do a bunch of little things.

It could end all life on this earth

I stayed up too late last night reading comments in the nurse's video. So I slept in a little this morning. Still, I was up before 8:30. I brushed and swished, got dressed and watered the plants out front BEFORE they dried out. I repotted some kale plants, hoping that would improve their disposition.
I worked on the panel quilt top. At 11:30 I made and ate breakfast. Then I sat outside and read for almost an hour. Chris came out to tell me that the packers will be here on July 6th. Sigh. So when I came in, I sent messages to my quilt groups to let them know.
I listened to podcasts for a while. Around 3 I opened the front door to go to the post office and found an Amazon box on the door step. I brought it in, and then went to the post office. There, I found another package and a letter for Chris. When I got home, Chris handed me two new credit cards and told me to cancel them. I tried online, but that didn't work. So I waded through the phone tree until it told me that the account was closed. Huh. Chris added the cards to the shredding pile. I opened the boxes and put the contents away.
I decided to go for a walk. But then I saw my neighbor in her car, so we had a little chat. She offered to help in any way she could and I accepted, knowing I needed someone to help me make decisions on what to pack. Then I went for my walk, checking out the black berry bushes near the Space and Rocket Center. I also saw gladiolas blooming in the woods. The weeds around them were so high that I had to look hard to find them.
When I got back, I ate supper which consisted of eggs and a salad and a pomegranate. I cleaned up fabric scraps while listening to a 5G QnA. Arthur Firstenburg said the growing number of satellites is disrupting the global electrical circuit, which supports all life. He was also worried about the health effects of the phased array antennas in satellites and 5G cell towers.
I sewed a few half circles that were cut out from yesterday.
We watched two episodes of Legends. They were the most violent so far. Chris went to bed and I stayed up to blog and soak sprouts, etc.

Blackberries!

I got up before 7:30. There was no point in trying to sleep through the hot flashes anymore. I started my day with supplements, then brushing and swishing. I checked e-mail. I listened to several podcasts while wearing my airtube ear buds so I could finish the quilt top from yesterday. The speaker talked about asymptomatic vs pre-symptomatic carriers. I read a comment about how a FOIA request to the CDC for safety studies on a handful of vaccines turned up nothing. CDC said they couldn't find the studies.
At 11 I made and ate breakfast. It was sunny, so I sat outside and read. At 12:40, I put the book up and got dressed. I grabbed a can of coconut water and drove to the nutrition store where my massage therapist works. She arrived just after I did. We talked in the room, catching up on all the latest articles about the virus and such. Then she left, while I undressed and got on the table. She came back and gave me the usual massage for an hour. We continued our chat from before. Afterward, she left and I got dressed, then met her in her office. I paid and she thanked me, then got ready for her next client.
On the way home, I went to post office, but only found a letter. When I got home, I watered all my plants. I resumed listening and sewing. William called, but not about anything in particular. After the call, I made egg salad with kimchi juice and feta cheese. I also had a large salad. I took a walk, checking the status of the blackberries and finding a few ripe ones!
Then went back to listening: There was a Rev. Danny Jones who gave a great summation of the pandemic up to the first week of May. It was a month old so I don't know why it is just coming up now. Then it became an interview with a nurse that left Florida and went to NY to help out. She talked about patients labeled as confirmed cases even though their history showed two tests and both were negative. Positive patients were roomed with negative patients. People were intubated when it wasn't necessary.
Chris and I watched two episodes of Legends. Then he went to bed and I stayed up to blog, listen, and do a few before-bed things.

A LOUD DAY

I got up a little before 7. I started the brushing and swishing. I did my special exercises and heated water and made coffee.
I listened to a video that talked about the rise in autoimmune disease in children, which may be the result of having their immune systems tricked 72 times by age 18. They were talking about vaccination.
I did the usual Wednesday morning stuff. I meditated and tapped. I cleaned one bathroom, then took a shower. I cleaned the other bathroom. I got dressed and finished mowing the lawn. I also clipped some grass near the fence. Then I cleaned the kitchen. I listened to more of the interview and made breakfast. After breakfast, I printed copies of the offering sheet for church next week.
At 2, I met my tapping buddy for an hour of tapping and anger and sadness. Then she had to go. I walked around the house yelling at the top of my lungs. I thought it was good for improving volume. Then I practiced singing the three songs Jennifer gave me. Finally, I went back to listening to the next interview.
Chris came home with packages from the post office. I opened them and put the supplements away. He took my pic on the inversion table. I brought in the house mail. Then I trimmed the yard with the mower attachment. It worked ok, but not as good as the weedwhacker.
I listened to an interview and sewed blocks together until supper, which consisted of two hard boiled eggs mashed up with heart sauce, and a can of soup. Then I resumed sewing blocks together with sashing until Chris was ready to watch TV. At that point, I made magnesium water and put some vitamin C in it. I sipped while we watched two episodes of Legends. It seems to be getting more violent. Then Chris went to bed and I stayed up to take care of a few things.

The very good, very bad day

I had trouble sleeping early this morning because I kept alternating between too hot and too cold. So finally I got up. Chris told me it was only 7. I started my supplement routine. I checked e-mail. I spent some time watching a rabbit that came right up on to our back porch. For a moment I wondered if he was going to ring the doorbell and ask for carrots! But no, there was a dead petunia in a stack of pots by the door and he really wanted that. So I went out front and raised up all my live petunias in case he got the idea to go after them.
As soon as I finished the 4th supplement step, I went to the church on Jordan. The quilt group was sitting there on widely spaced chairs. I set up my chair on top of the steps. We took turns showing off what we had done. I finished the binding on the quilt. I took pics of the show-and-tells. Anita had a fun quiz for us and we all chatted. After most ladies had gone, I talked to Beverly. We said we could go walking together sometime.
But I had to cut it short, to get ready for church. I went back to base, and got stopped by the guard. She said my ID had expired 4 days ago. She confiscated it, and insisted I leave the base. I was really upset because I hadn't had breakfast and I needed to pee. I called Chris and he said to meet him at the visitor center. I got lost several times, so Chris was there before I was. There was no line and we walked right in. Wearing a facemask was compulsory, but the man let me take it off before snapping my new picture. Chris combed my hair as my request. Then the man made my new pass. We left with the new pass and got home with no trouble.
Chris said he got orders and will be leaving for Utah on the 21st. He talked to Transportation and they said there was an opening the first week of July. Chris said we could look for a date close to the end of July and then drive up to VA for beach week, but it meant adding two more days to the drive to Utah. I cried, thinking of all the long days of driving and leaving my friends. Then I made and ate breakfast, and started a video of a third interview with the Google whistle blower.
At 2 I gathered my stuff and went to church. I entered the offering data on the computer. I printed the reports. I wrote a check and left it in the safe for next week. Then I went into the sanctuary and practiced the songs for Sunday the 21st. I decided not to do the alto parts. Jennifer left me some stalks of mint in her office. I picked up the mint and left her some masks. Afterward, I called Bertha to see if she wanted me to visit.
I went to Bertha's house. We had a nice chat and she showed me her dragonfly quilt. She also gave me a bag of books on CD. I had left the mint in my car with the windows down so it wouldn't get too hot. But the rain hit hard and suddenly, so I rushed out to roll up the windows. Bertha and I visited some more, and the sun came out. Finally, I had to end our visit so I could take the offering to the bank.
I deposited the offering in the drive-thru at the bank. I asked if the local branch was open again, but they said no. I went home. As I went through the gate, the same guard checked my pass critically. I assured her it was a new card.
When I got to the house, I resumed watching the video. I made a salad for supper. The heart was gone, but the sauce was tasty on rice. I ate the last of the seed crackers and an egg. Somehow the grass was dry, so I mowed some of it, then had to plug in the battery. I clipped grass along the fence with hand shears. I raked up the clippings, then went back inside. I went through a few more e-mails and posted the pics I took at the meeting this morning.
When Chris turned on the TV, I went to the kitchen to make my drink. I also used the nasal spray. Then we sat down to watch two episodes of Legends. Afterward, he got ready to go to work tomorrow, and I stayed up to blog and get ready for bed.

A weird dream

I had a weird dream this morning: I went to the beach with my family, passing lots of houses, wondering which one we were renting. Then Dad parked on the street and went into a building to a room with lots of beds, but there were other people there. So no house, not even a private room! Faye pulled out a laptop that looked like Jaws had taken a large bite of it. She said Kevin fixed it for her so it still ran. Never mind part of the keyboard was gone. I wanted my laptop, but it must have been in the car still. Dad was gone (maybe to get luggage) so I was going to look for him, but then I saw Chris coming toward the room. By the time I made my way through the people, Chris was at the front of the room talking to a lady in sign language. But she blew him off and turned to talk to me.
I woke up to what sounded like someone shoveling ice. But when I got out of the bedroom, the sound was gone. Chris said it was a guy with a weedwhacker behind the fence. I told him about the dream, surprised that I still remembered it. I took the first supplement and typed up my dream. Chris took a shower. I started researching supplements online to find cheaper alternatives to what is recommended. I couldn't focus well, so it went slowly.
I finally made a list and ordered online from Wellevate. I listened to the end of a Proven episode. They were talking about frequency specific microcurrents.
It wasn't noon yet, but I read outside because it was going to storm later. In fact, I came in because I felt a few raindrops. Then I started the breakfast routine. I paused when Jennifer called to ask me to sing with her in church on the 21st, I agreed to sing, then resumed making and then eating breakfast. I checked e-mail, then posted a 'closed' notice to the Ace Acupuncture Facebook page. I also printed a paper for tomorrow.
I started a loaf of bread for Chris. I realized Chris was being interviewed on the phone, so I went outside to rake up cut grass. The wind was blowing. He came out to ask how I think he did. I thought he answered well. I noticed a bowl on the plant table was broken, so I brought it inside and washed the pieces, cutting my thumb in the process. I wrote a card for Dad and got it ready to mail. I tied up the plants in front so the wind couldn't blow them over.
Then I went to the post office to mail the card and pick up packages. When I got back, I opened the packages and put the new supplements away. I searched until I found my kite, and got Chris to get it down for me. I took it outside, but the wind had died down. And then the rain fell.

I looked up recipes for sinus rinses. I practiced singing loudly the songs Jennifer sent me. I am afraid I can't project like I used to. I heated a small amount of water and put a packet of nasal rinse mix in it and added a little xylitol and citrus drops. I squirted it up my nose and saved the rest for later. I rubbed glue on the edges of the broken piece and pressed it to the bowl, eventually tying a strip of fabric around it to keep the pressure on while the glue dried.
The rain had stopped, so I went for a walk. I saw some people had nice displays of plants around their houses, probably in preparation for the yard of the month judging. When I got back, I had supper, consisting of the last piece of heart, and a large green salad followed by a fruit salad.
I sat against my PEMF mat and listened to a visualization meditation online. I took notes on some open windows so I could close them. I deleted unread e-mail from last week. I saw Chris turn on the TV, so I made my evening drink and sat beside him. We watched two episodes of Legends, Then he went to bed and I stayed up to blog.

Amazon Empire

I got up at 8:30. I had slept more than the previous night, but still not a good night. A little bit of RLS kept me from falling back asleep. I started my day with supplements, then brushing. I checked e-mail, then showered and scrubbed the grout. Afterward, I dried off and got dressed, casually.
I watched a two hour documentary by Frontline:
Jeff Bezos started Amazon as a book seller, then branched out into so many other things, like collecting data. Amazon developed Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud storage and sold it to the CIA, then a lot of other companies jumped on board. Echo was developed because Bezos saw talking computers in Star Trek. Any time you ask it a question, it makes the algorithm better. They use human beings to annotate the discussions that Echo or Alexa hears, to 'improve the algorithm'. Echo products moved into everyday life, mic-ing every part of your life. Amazon bought Ring, and now gets police departments to recommend it up to people in their community. Ring cameras were just outside, but now there is an inside version as well, and has been hacked to terrorize residents. Amazon designed a facial recognition tool and sold it to police departments. But it is not perfect and is being field tested on the public. It is less accurate on faces with darker skin. Now selling to DoD. Amazon is investing billions in new movies, and streaming services. Amazon pays nothing in taxes. Jeff Bezos has his own space company.
After the documentary, I started watching our church service, which was live earlier. There was an echo in the sound, like having double vision. That made it harder to understand the sermon. I paused it to make breakfast. Then I checked the weather, and decided to read outside while I could. When I came in, I listened to more of the sermon until Chris was ready. Then we went to Publix for groceries. When we returned, we put the food away. I watered all the plants out front and picked a small ripe cherry tomato. Then I finished the church service. I put on an interview from the 5G summit (about the benefits of fiber optics), and listened as I worked on the binding of the quilt.
I opened my sinus rinse kit and read the instructions. I heated some distilled water while getting the bottle ready. But then the water was too hot. So I was trying to cool it down when Faye called. She told me about the weekend that she and Dad had. He'd fallen and cut his hand. She had to take him several places and finally the emergency room to get stitches.
After her call, I had to heat the water again, but this time kept it short. I added silver to the baking soda solution and found the procedure surprisingly easy. Then I had supper: heart, and a big salad using greens and some leaves from outside.
I sat in my chair with the PEMF mat behind me and ate supper while watching another interview.
After Chris beat the bad guys, he came into the living room. I made my magnesium drink and we watched three cross-over episodes, one from Flash, one from Supergirl, and the last from Legends. They were linked so that it was all one story. Then Chris went to bed and I stayed up to finish my day.
* The binding is almost done. Just a few more inches. *

Useless eaters

I had a bad night. I kept waking up, partly because my head itched and my ears were ringing. So when morning came, I stayed in bed late. I still got up before Chris. I brushed and took the first supplements. Chris gave me a massage, and then he took a shower while I stripped the bed. He then did laundry.
I watched a series of short videos on the dangers of too much iodine and all the sources of it. I also checked e-mail. At 11:30 I made breakfast, then read outside in the sun. After I came in, I watched interviews from the 5G summit. Martin Pall spoke about 5G and autism. He said current levels of radiation (without 5G or the expansion of 4G) are reducing pregnancies in the population. S. Korea is only able to replace 40% of their population. EMF causes early onset Alzheimers, trouble sleeping, problems with sight, ringing in the ears, fatigue, and heart palpitations. In rat studies, subsequent generations were lessened and there was NO third generation. EMF's decrease brain function the longer exposed. It may already be too late for the people on Earth
I sent an e-mail asking if I could take off my mask during the sermon tomorrow. The reply was that congregants were asked to wear a mask at all times. I decided to return to church when breathing freely was not frowned upon.
I folded the laundry and put mine away. I ironed washed fabric. I sat with my PEMF mat in a straight-backed chair while watching some informative video. I checked the mail and found a DVD from Netflix. Chris and I went to the back yard to zip tie the fence post to stabilize the gate. I watered my plants, then took a long walk up the hill. I saw 3 rabbits and a deer. I also picked some weeds for supper.
When I got back, I listened to a talk on the one world agenda and the elite taking control of the world, then eliminating 'useless eaters'. I supposed that would be me since machines will be doing all the sewing. I sewed binding while it played. Then I ate heart and salad for supper. I left out the iodine supplement.
I started watching a documentary about Amazon and Jeff Bezos. I paused it when Chris turned on the TV. I sipped magnesium water and we watched two episodes of The Ladies No. 1 Detective Agency. Then we dressed the bed in clean sheets. Chris went to bed, and I stayed up to blog and invert.

Supper at the post office

I woke up in the wee hours because of the fury of the rain. Eventually I went back to sleep. I got up about 8. Chris was starting a telecon. I spent the morning going through my supplement routine and
listening to interviews from the 5G summit. Because I now have an extra-cord for my headphones, I was able to make a red binding for the quilt. I used a 2 inch strip so it would be quite narrow. I watched part of a TQS show. I read e-mail. I saw a video Kevin made on Facebook.
I made and ate breakfast. It was still overcast, so I went for a walk. When I got back, I asked Chris to put the two big bags of fabric in my car. I checked e-mail and started a video. But all of a sudden I realized it was 2 and I was supposed to be meeting Anita. So I jumped in my car and rushed over to the church on Jordan. I carried the bags up to the top of the steps. Anita let me in and we each carried a bag to the quilting closet. Then we stood there and talked, mostly about masks. Finally we walked out, but talked out there as well. When Tommy arrived, we parted ways.
On the way home, I stopped at the post office. There was no mail. But I saw the biggest dandelion plant by the sidewalk. I picked some leaves for supper and went home. The sun was shining, so I sat on the lounge chair (with the footstool under it) and read outside. Later I came in to listen to another interview and sew binding to the quilt.
Chris went out to socialize with friends. I ate supper, then started handsewing the binding while listening to Dolores Cahill. I left some binding for another day.
Chris came home thee hours later, while I was listening to a series of talks about iodine in cosmetics. Chris was home in time to fight the beast (or whatever the game sent after him). Then I whipped up some magnesium water and sipped it while we watched two episodes of Legends. Chris was very friendly after having beers with his friends. But I fought him off long enough to get my blog written.

The easiest audit

I got up soon after 7:30, and brushed and swished. I finished two masks while listening to a 5G interview. I mowed a little, but the grass was wet and ran down the battery. I plugged in the battery, the took a shower. I wrapped two onion juice packets in newspaper, and went to the chiropractor.
When I got there, the lady at the desk pointed a temp gun at me and took my temperature. I passed with a 97. In the waiting room, I read until she called me back. She strapped me to a table and my back got stretched for 12 minutes. I read again in the hallway, then was put in room 2. I read again until the doctor came in. I gave him the onion juice and told him the Korean clinic was closed. He said how much he enjoyed the bamboo salt. He adjusted my neck and back. I checked out and got a return date of two months. I guess I must be doing better.
I went home, and started my breakfast routine. As it progressed, I listened to Chris' top secret interview, that is, the one for him to get top secret clearance. After breakfast, I listened to Day 2 of Proven.
At 1:10 I headed out Gate 9 to meet Carole. I missed my turn and had to take the next exit and turn around. I went in the wrong entrance to Bridge Street. That made it hard to find the perimeter road, but when I passed it, I made the turn. Then I ended up in the wrong parking lot and had to drive around more to park in the right place.
When I went into the hotel, Carole was waiting for me. We found seats at a table. She laid out all the paperwork for the audit. Since she had already gone through all the transactions for the year, and found that the books were perfectly balanced, there wasn't much for us to do. She showed me all the documentation, and I signed the form. Then we chatted for a while, enjoying talking in person.
When we got up to go, we walked out together to the parking lot. We parted company and I walked down the row, looking for my car. When I got in, I realized I had not memorized the route for getting home. I called Chris, but he didn't tell me anything I didn't already know. So I tried to go back the way I came - without getting lost. I ended up going by the space and rocket center and around to Gate 8.
On my way home, I stopped at the post office. There was no mail. Then I went to the library, but it was still closed. Then I went home, but along the way I saw where bulldozers were digging up trees. It hurt my heart to see it. I snapped pics as I drove by, hoping at least one would be good enough to use.
I took my mid-afternoon supplement, then checked e-mail and finished mowing the lawn. An hour had passed since the supplement, so I proceeded to have supper - the same as yesterday. Chris was on a late telecon. I put on a podcast, and listened while I went through 2 bags of fabric that I'm going to donate tomorrow. We watched two episodes of Legends. I rinsed the sprouts. I took the next supplement. I resumed listening while Chris went to bed. I posted to my blog and used the inversion table before going to bed.

The long and winding talk

I used the inversion table last night before going to bed. When I woke up at 8, Chris had gone to work. I took the first supplements, rinsed the sprouts, heated water for coffee, and emptied the fruit fly trap. Chris had taken out the garbage so there should be a reduction in fruit flies soon. I did my lymph-moving exercises and swept the kitchen floor. I drybrushed, and checked my e-mail looking for meditations. I tapped and ranted for over an hour. I listened to an interview with a Google whistleblower. Then I started cleaning the bathrooms. I watered plants, and heard a neighbor tell the maintenance person about smelly water backing up in his yard. I resumed cleaning. Then the neighborhood alarm sounded, announcing a tornado warning. As usual, we had blue skies and calm weather. Chris called, but I didn't hear the phone over the alarm. I called him back. He wanted to get our neighbor to participate in his background check. I returned to cleaning. Then I put om my bathing suit to lay out in the sun, but just that quickly clouds came up and the rain started.
I cleaned in the kitchen while listening to an interview from the 5G summit on the desktop. I washed dishes and countertops, then made and ate breakfast. After the rain quit, I went to the post office, but there was no mail for us there. I called Anita and made plans to give her the dog bed scraps. I listened to a meditation while laying on my PEMF mat. Then I talked to Beverly while looking at dark fabrics in my collection. I returned Faye's call and took pics of dark fabrics for Kurt.
Finally the sun was out so I sat on a foot stool and read as the sun sank in the sky. Then I ate beef heart and salad for supper.
I listened to another speaker while working on masks, one of which is for Jennifer. I had given her one, but her daughter took it and she wanted another one just like it. When Chris came into the living room, I put the masks aside and made magnesium water, and took the last packet of lypo-mag-threonate. We watched two episodes of Legends of Tomorrow. Then Chris and I talked for a long time. After he went to bed, I posted to my blog and went to bed myself.

Catching up at church

I used the inversion table last night to relax my spine before going to bed.
I got up before 8 the next morning, and started supplements. I rinsed sprouts, and listened to 5G interviews. The long headphone extension allowed me to quilt while listening. I brushed and swished, then switched to our church service on Youtube. It seemed to go on for a long time. I made and ate breakfast. I read outside for a bit then took a shower. I printed papers for the account, then went to church. The secretary was still there, so I talked to her before she left. Then I talked to the new interim pastor.
After he left, I got to work. I finished the usual weekly reports for today and the last two weeks. Then the organist came by and chatted with me. Finally I got to work on hard questions like figuring the percentage of contributions made automatically.
I called Bertha to tell her I could not come by today, then went to the bank to deposit the funds.
When I got home, I got the house mail. I watered the plants before I went inside. I read e-mail, and watched a video of an Italian member of Parliament asking for the arrest of Bill Gates for crimes against humanity. I ate some pieces of beef heart with kimchi, and finished a 5G interview. I made a salad, and started another interview. I paused it to walk to the back of the neighborhood to check the progress of some flowers and berries.
When I got back, I resumed listening and learning about 5G. At 8:15, I made my magnesium drink and we watched the last episode on the DVD. Then we finished listening to the book on CD. It ended at 10pm. I rinsed the sees which are beginning to sprout. I brushed and swished, then wrote my blog post for today.

What I heard today: Neither Swiss Re Insurance nor Lloyds of London will insure 5G companies. The Smart Region Initiative was created to usurp local power and institute technology like 5G. Club of Rome wrote a book called Limits to Growth about the planet can only support so many people. Opportunity zones: Tax cuts and Jobs act of 2017. Just another way to spread scientism, transhumanism, technocracy.
There are new light bulbs that emit RF radiation so you can turn the bulbs on and off with your cell phone. It's like having another wi-fi signal in the house. Imagine a whole house full of such bulbs. PEMF mat helps improve rouleau in the blood.

5G: fiberoptic cable is orders of magnitude faster than 5G and the radiation is contained. Pulsed EMF affects water in the body: eyes, heart, kidneys, blood. It affects mitochondria and causes fatigue. Electrosmog affects blood sugar so it's particularly bad for diabetics. The stress response to RF releases sugar into the blood. It was called microwave sickness during the 50's. When telephone operators got it, it was called neuroasthenia. Later, called screen dermatitis. These are all sensitivities. Put those sufferers in a clean environment and their symptoms start to go away.
Swiss insurance company put out a press release about 5G There are 4000 papers on the therapeutic effects and 14,000 papers on the detrimental effects of pulsed frequencies, depending on the specific frequency. High amounts of pulsation with 5G causes problems. milimeter waves are absorbed by building materials, so the signal has to be made stronger.

Zoom, zoom

I took the first supplement which was hydrogen water and protein. I made up a week's worth of practitioner supplements. Then it was time for the second round which was bromelain. I used the next hour to make up two week's worth of my supplements. I put aside those bottles that needed reordering. I left the individual dose bottles open thinking I would pick up more supplements this afternoon. I also washed all my water bottles and some dishes.
I took the third round, then sat at my laptop and dialed into the Monday morning quilters meeting. There were only 7 of us. But we had a nice time talking. 40 minutes later we were all bumped off the call. I printed out Vanco papers for tomorrow.
I started reading e-mail while listening to an interview. But then Chris started talking in his meeting. I could not hear my interview or concentrate on e-mail. So I put on my shoes and went outside. I put the recharged battery in the mower and started mowing where I left off.
Later Chris came out to tell me my timer was ringing. So I came in and started the breakfast routine. Chris took the beef heart from the fridge to prepare, so I went back to e-mail until he was done. Then I went back in the kitchen to make and eat breakfast. After breakfast, I finished mowing the back yard. Then I sat down to dial into another meeting with a different quilt group. I mostly listened, and opened the headphone extension cord that I had ordered. After almost an hour, I made my excuses and left the call. I puttered about for a few minutes and watered my plants. Then I went to the post office with a large bag to carry all the boxes. Only there weren't any, just one supplement in a mailer. When I got back, I handed Chris his mail. Then I searched for a certain article to send to Kurt, but I couldn't find it anywhere. And then our internet went out.
I took the two charcoal bags from the bathroom and put them outside in the sun. I went to the kitchen to check on supper. The beef heart was finished. I put two pieces in a bowl with some feta cheese and the cherry tomatoes that I picked today (Yea!). They were quite good. I looked again for the article. Then I took a break and read outside. I also picked some dandelion and made a salad with the greens in the fridge.
I started listening to an interview with Dr. Martin Pall. Then Chris got ready to watch TV. So I made magnesium water and took my place on the couch. We watched two episodes of The Ladies No.1 Detective Agency, which were on a DVD from Netflix. I rinsed and drained the sprout seeds, then Chris went to bed and I stayed up to finish my day.
