Visiting with Gwenda

I made lemon water, read the book, and watered all the plants. I decided to wait on the gopher mound until the grass dried. I started reading e-mail. In an interview, Dr. Jane Ruby said that on the Pfizer package insert, it claims that 50% of the people who got it between January and March 2021, got a placebo. I wrote up the post I would have made last night.

At 10:45, we went to the chapel. There were three songs before the sermon and one after. I knew two of them. The sermon was about Saul and David. Afterward, we chatted for a bit with the chaplain and his wife, then went home. We changed clothes. I ate a few seed crackers while Chris packed the cooler. Then we headed to Salt Lake City.

It took us an hour and 20 minutes to get to the Asian market. Chris stopped briefly twice so I could take pictures of flowers. Chris checked his phone and found Gwenda had just messaged him that they had arrived. We went inside the mall and saw Dale standing outside the restrooms. Soon Gwenda and their daughter joined him (and us). We walked around looking at the small restaurants to see where to eat. A lady sitting outside a pho restaurant told us what her favorite dish was. We thanked her but went to a Korean restaurant.

We were seated and looked through the menus. Chris explained to our guests what the different dishes were. We all ordered. The waiter brought us 8 small dishes of different kimchis. We tasted them and then our entrees arrived. It was all delicious. And the conversation was good, too. In fact, we talked so long that the waitstaff was waiting on us to leave. I gave Gwenda a piece of a geode. Chris paid the bill and we went outside. It was hard to say goodbye so we talked some more.

Then they went to their car and Chris and I went to the supermarket section to buy kimchi and sugar cane. But there wasn't any sugar cane. I did find fish eggs. But I didn't realize that the small jar was $50. Yikes! The only non-msg kimchi I could find came in a big box. We stopped for kimbap on the way out of the mall.

When we got home, an hour and a half later, I ate some of the kimbap. Jenni came over. She brought me carrot greens and I gave her empty boxes. She left and I dug up two gopher mounds and set traps. I watered plants in the flowerbed. I went to the garden to fertilize the plants. From there, I walked to Jenni's house but there was no answer.

I went home, and made tea. We watched the last two episodes of Person of Interest for season one. I brushed my teeth and got dressed for bed. I read more e-mail, then posted to my blog. I stayed up too late listening to two lawyers debate the legal issues of current events.

Catching up on mowing

I got up late. I read my book for over an hour. I dug up gopher mounds and set traps. I watered the outdoor plants. Chris gave me a coconut oil massage, and then I took a shower.

I made breakfast, and ate while I listened to a talk on the spiritual war going on. I mowed, finishing up the one side yard and starting on the other. I pulled weeds, and trimmed along the sidewalk. I pulled a dead gopher from a hole. Chris got rid of it for me and I reset the trap.

I came in to rehydrate. I listened to a man talk about how Trump had a plan for leaving Afghanistan which was working, albeit slowly, and the Biden administration would not listen to those who were planning it, canceled it without having a plan of their own. So the Taliban decided they could not work with the US if the Biden admin would not keep the promises of the Trump admin.

I went to the garden to water. Then I went to the pool. After water aerobics, Jenni showed me what she got at the craft supply resale store in Salt Lake City. When I got home, I changed into my nightgown. I made tea, and we watched two episodes of Warehouse 13. I got really sleepy afterward, so we made the bed and I laid down without posting to my blog. Soon Chris came to bed and we fell asleep.

The long-awaited massage

I was up late reading, thinking it would help me fall asleep faster. But RLS nullified any benefit. I laid awake wondering if RLS is a muscular thing or a nerve thing. Not having slept well, I stayed in bed late. My back was not back to normal. When I got up, I washed up and got dressed. I went outside to water the outside plants. Now that the sprinklers have been turned off, I will have to do this twice a day, plus hydrated the compost pile. I dig up a gopher mound. There were no gophers in the traps.

I washed most of the dishes in the sink and put the rest in the dishwasher. I wiped the countertops. I finished watching the video of new Citizens Vaccine Safety Review Board, which was convened by the Truth for Health Foundation to do what the FDA did not do before approving the Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine (whose clinical trials don't finish until 2023).

We went to Tooele and shopped. Then Chris dropped me off at Joanns. I bought two pieces of fabric at 50% off, then left the store right at 4:45. Jennie was waiting for me in the parking lot. She drove us to a spa. Although we were supposed to each get an hour massage at the same time, one masseuse wasn't feeling well and had to go home. So one person gave us each 30 minutes. We each had our own bathroom to change in to a robe. Then I relaxed in one room while Jenni got her massage in another room. Jenni went shopping while I got massaged. She came back and we talked to the lady at the desk while having a snack. Then we left. I thought we were going home, but she wanted to stop at Walmart. So we did. Then we went back to base, getting in about 9.

She dropped me off at my house. I made tea. Chris and I watched two episodes of Warehouse 13, which he found in the mail. Then I brushed my teeth and posted to my blog.

It's only mostly dead

I got up and realized I was still not up to the special exercises. I read while sitting against a heating pad until I finished the book. Then I showered and got dressed. I read e-mail until noon. Chris came home from work while I was making breakfast. I watched The Highwire, using my phone to take pics of the computer screen. Then I picked up the phone, and it was unresponsive. I plugged it into my computer in case it needed more juice.

Children are getting same vaccine dose as adults. The booster shot that the Biden administration announced will be available in September doesn't address the delta variant. 13,000 deaths afer covid vaccination have been reported to VAERS, but only one autopsy is available in the literature.

I dug up some gopher mounds, and was surprised that my back felt better. I fertilized the plants. I listened to this weeks episode of Mary and Polly: Pfizer has licensed Comirnaty, which is probably the same formulation as the EUA Pfizer vaccine but is legally distinct (and not yet on the market). The one labeled Pfizer BioNTech is under EUA so is liability shielded. The vials to be labeled Comirnaty are not liability shielded yet so not released. FDA approved it without a meeting of an advisory committee. A group is going to buy a hospital in Germany to concentrate on treating vaccine injuries. They will advertise for doctors and nurses who are unvaccinated.

I cut up a large watermelon and put the pieces in a big tub which just fit in the fridge. Then I cut up the rind and carried the pieces out to the compost. Chris came home with a pizza. He cooked mushrooms and cauliflower for me. I told him about my phone and he tried to take it apart to get the battery out, but that didn't work.

After eating, I went to the garden to fertilize the plants. I kept an eye out for Jenni, but she did not come by. I drove by her house on my way home and still did not see her. When I got home, I put away the extra food, and went for a walk around the block. Then I made tea. I sent Jenni a message on Facebook. Gwenda messaged me and we set plans for Sunday. Jenni messaged me back and we set plans for tomorrow.

Then I took my tea into the livingroom and we watched two episodes of Person of Interest. Afterward, I brushed my teeth and sat down to write my blog. Chris brought my phone over to show me it was working again. He had plugged it into the wall outlet. I had to make good on my promise, but it was worth it to have my phone working again. I did NOT want to learn how to use a new phone. I stayed up late reading e-mail. Then I read a book and went to bed.

At least I could get out of bed

I read from a book before I went to bed, and I slept pretty well. The night seemed short. But my back was still hurting when I got up this morning. I double-swished as usual on Wednesday, but was unable to do the exercises. I decided to switch the Wednesday routine with the Thursday routine. I read a book while sitting against a heating pad. Then I moved to the couch to read, and fell asleep. I read some more and then went outside to read. I noticed the plants were wilting so I carefully picked up a water jug and poured water on them. I also turned on the hose and watered the plants growing by the house. I pulled a trap up and it had a gopher in it. I raked one gopher mound and flicked away the dirt from another.

In case Chris was trying to contact me, I went inside and turned on my phone and laptop. I did not see any messages, but started reading e-mail. There was a video from a nano researcher in Italy who said the nano lipid particle is playing a trick on the cell. Also, if you analyze a thrombosis, you can tell what caused it by what is inside. But whomever she contacted for samples, refused to send them, saying it was better not to know.

Chris came home for lunch. He brought me a package from the post office. He got rid of the gopher. After he left, I made up more mixes for seed crackers, and made a note to order more of the stuff I ran out of. Faye texted that William was sleeping after his operation. I talked to Faye for some time. Then I made breakfast for supper.

I put on my suit and went to the garden for the usual stuff. Then I went to the pool. They told me it was cold before I got in, but near the steps it wasn't so bad. My back felt fine while I was in the water. We mostly talked while kicking. Then we had to get out. I toweled off and chatted with Jenni in the parking lot. Then I went home and changed into my nightgown. I made tea, and we watched two episodes. Later Chris went to bed and I stayed up to blog.

It all started with the gophers

I got up at 8, dressed and went outside to dig gopher mounds. I got the traps set, but hurt my back. I laid on the lawn to rest, then managed to stand up. I came in, and read until breakfast time with the heating pad and Chillow. Chris came home with no mail. He made me promise to call him if I needed anything. I read a little longer.

I was supposed to play trombone with Sarona, but took my flute instead. We played bass and talked for almost 2 hours. Then I came home. I read e-mail and a study that re-analyzed the Moderna and Pfizer studies looking at all-cause mortality and health outcomes instead of just covid tests. They found that all-cause health outcomes were significantly poorer for vaccinated people vs unvaccinated people.

William called. He's having kidney stone surgery on Wednesday.

I whipped up a batch of seed crackers. While they baked, I drove to the library. I talked to Melissa. She ordered some of the books I requested. I checked out a book and the second season of Dr. Blake Mysteries. When I got home, Chris was home. I ate some supper, and listened to several newsy videos.

I went to garden. It was slowgoing, but I managed to water the plants at the end of the line. I did not see Jenni out walking, so I walked to the mulberry tree, picked a couple and went back to my car.

I drove home, and read more e-mail. Then I made tea and we watched two episodes. I brushed my teeth, looked at e-mail, and posted blog. I read a book for awhile, then went to bed.

Spicy Pickles

I got up about 8:30. I brushed and swished. Instead of reading outside, I dug up gopher mounds, set traps, and buried dog feces. I put the oven grills in a garbage bag on the back patio, and placed a container of ammonia inside. I wanted to put the racks in there, too, but they wouldn't quite fit. Since the garbage bag was white, I placed a black plant tray on top of it to collect the sun's rays. Then I fertilized the plants and pulled weeds around the rock pile. There were worms (or larvae) growing in the 5 gallon bucket, so I scooped them out and poured them where they could dry out.

I started making breakfast. Chris came home with boxes from the post office. After he ate lunch, he left. I put a check in the mail and walked it to the post office and sent it priority. When I got back, I read e-mail for awhile. I dug up more gopher mounds, moved the traps, then mowed the lawn until the battery needed recharging. Chris came home and made supper. I ate ground beef mixed with ground pork. I listened to a video until 7:23. I put on my bathing suit and went to the pool.

The water was cold so it took me while to get in. Jenni led us in exercises until time was called. Then we got out. I toweled off and put on my shoes. Three of us chatted in the parking lot. Then I went to the garden. I gave the last plants more water and fed them from the 5 gallon bucket. One of the sweet potato plants looked sickly and I suspected gophers. Jenni drove up. She gave me a jar of spicy pickles that someone gave her. I went home.

Before going inside, I checked the gopher trap, pulling out a live one. I ran inside to tell Chris. He dispatched it for me. I went inside. We tasted the pickles and liked them. I made tea and we watched two episodes. Then Chris went to bed and I stayed up to read and write to my blog.

Bread without the milk

I got up at 9. I read outside, saw gopher mounds. I came in, and read e-mail. I got washed up and dressed for church. I loaded the bread machine with ingredients, this time not using any milk. I quickly repaired the Aires pocket, then was ready to go.

We went to church. There was chatting before and after the service. The chaplain mentioned that I left the travel iron in the fellowship hall. Chris went to get it, then we came home and changed clothes. He gamed with the voices while I took my mower to Brian, who sharpened the blade and showed me how to get it off and on. I pushed the mower home. I made and ate breakfast, washed dishes, and read e-mail. I listened to various talks. I took a break to dig up gopher mounds, and set the traps. Then I mowed until supper.

Chris took the bread out of the machine. It had risen properly, for once. After supper, I went to the garden and fertilized the plants. I re-staked the tomatoes. I was told that we should heavily prune them to get them to bear fruit before the first frost. But I haven't the heart to do it. I headed to Jenni's house and met her walking. We walked around the block and to the garden. We visited her garden and I watched her prune zucchini. Then I went home.

I made tea and we watched two episodes of Person of Interest. Then I read e-mail for awhile and posted to my blog. I rolled out my legs with a special foam roller, hoping that would help me sleep.

Sewing and cheese day

I got up late, I dug up gopher mounds instead of reading. I checked e-mail for a bit, then Chris gave me a massage. I talked to Faye to make sure she was ok. I made breakfast, took my shower, then ate breakfast. I looked up how to fold a paper cat, and added origami paper to my sewing project stuff.

Chris cut the spaghetti squash in half and roasted those in the oven. He carried the sewing machines to my car, then rode with me to the chapel, and took the machines into the fellowship hall. On the way home, he picked up the mail. I arranged the project materials. Jenni came and got started on a tiny apron. Then Diane and Eileen came. Eileen had her own project, but Diane made an apron too. Saronna came with her two girls. I showed them how to make the cat. But then they wanted to make an apron too. I ended up doing most of the work for them and staying an hour late.

Jenni helped me pack up and put the machines in my car. Eileen had left a bag of dog droppings next to my car. I threw it in the trunk and went home. Chris was not there, so I emptied the trunk myself.

I read e-mail, and listened to interviews. Chris came home. He took the squash out of the oven. I had that for supper. He called his parents. I asked them to pray for Faye and William. I made cheese sticks by mixing grated cheese with an egg and spreading on a cookie sheet to bake. But eggs + cheese = omelet, right? I tried various toppings, but nothing was quite right. I put the leftover cheese sticks away.

I listened to an interview with a lady who survived MK-Ultra. I made tea, then we watched two episodes. We made bed together. I listened to a tapping audio, then posted to my blog. It got pretty late.

Preparing for class

I had a hard time falling asleep, but slept ok after that. I woke up to another cool morning. I read outside for half an hour. I started the Sunday detox protocol. I searched for a soap bottle apron pattern on my computer and then online. I downloaded and printed it, only to find that it was 5 pages of instructions but no pattern. I had to download that separately. I printed it then pasted it to cardboard and cut it out. Then I hunted some fabric and seam binding for the class. I added the craft iron and a pressing mat to the pile, then sat down to compose the class announcement.

I worked on e-mail for awhile, then made breakfast. I added to the shopping list, and packed the cooler with ice. We went to Tooele for the usual weekly shopping. When we got back to base, we stopped at the post office, then went home. There was no real mail. We unloaded the food and put it away.

I dug up gopher mounds, but could not find the tunnels. I set the traps and buried some dog droppings. I put supper together and ate. I listened to a newscast. Then paused it to put on my bathing suit. I took shepherds hooks to the garden, then went to the pool. People there warned me that it was cold because the heater went off during power outages. Jenni had us sit in the baby pool and do exercises. At least we didn't have to get fully immersed.

Afterward, I toweled off and left with the others. I gave Jenni a shepherds hook for her garden. I went home and changed back into regular clothes. I checked gopher trap but found nothing. I made tea, and we watched two episodes. I finished listening to an interview with a lady who escaped North Korea, went to China, was abused, fled across the desert to South Korea. Finally she came to America and went to top university. She is very disappointed that America is not the free country that she thought it was. I listened to other newsy stuff, like the Taliban mistreating women. I posted to my blog and went to bed (after midnight!)

Cold day in summer

It was raining and cold when I went to bed, and when I woke up. I stayed in bed late, and got up about 8:30, brushed and swished. It was too cold and wet to sit outside and read. I turned on the router and tried to find glass recycling centers in Tooele. I don't think there are any and they won't take it here.

I made and ate breakfast. I started listening to The Highwire. Then internet went out and came back on. Of 48000 kids who tested positive, no healthy kid died of covid. Covid symptoms are similar to Remdesiver poisoning. Remdesiver was undergoing trials with three other drugs and it got dropped for being too dangerous.

Kurt called about getting a car titled. Then William called about getting a good test on his EKG. I dug up gopher mounds and set two traps near one, and put dog droppings in the others.

I looked at the mower and tried to get the blade off, but I wasn't strong enough. I came in for supper. When Chris came home, we checked the mower together and confirmed that the blade was going the right way. The wind blew and the temp dropped. I put on pants, and drove to the garden. I moved the snakes, then drove towards Jenni's house. I saw her walking, so I parked and walked with her. It was very windy, and I wished I had a coat. I hugged myself the whole way. When we got back to her house, I ran to my car and drove home. I checked the gopher trap and there was one in. I called Chris. He took it out, killed it, and flung it away. It was too cold to reset the trap, so I put the tools away and we went inside.

I made tea and we watched two episodes of Person of Interest. Two actors looked familiar so Chris looked them up while I brushed my teeth. I read more e-mail, then posted to my blog.

The storm

I took the Chillow to bed, but it ran out of cool. I woke up at 5, turned on the ceiling fan, but didn't fall back asleep until after 7. But then I got a full sleep cycle. So I woke up again after 9. I kind of rushed through meditation morning to make up for time. Chris came home early for lunch (uggh). After he went back, I cleaned for longer than usual - not sure why it took so long. I took a shower and got dressed and cleaned the basins which were soaking in soapy water.

I turned on the router and checked e-mail. An ICU nurse did a presentation on the evidence that we are being lied to by the media. She pointed out that if you are under 70, you are less likely to die of covid than of the flu, but you won't hear that on the news.

While I was listening, Eileen texted about having no electricity. Power over there was out due to the storm. Chris came home from work. I went to the garden to fertilize. Tomatoes were topheavy and falling over. When I got back, I checked e-mail while listening to documentary about vaxxed vs unvaxxed children. The unvaxxed ones were so much healthier and recovered quicker.

I read on the local Facebook page that people were wondering when the power would come back on. I told Chris and he checked with his team. I posted the answer.

Then I made tea and we watched two episodes of Person of Interest. Chris went to bed and I stayed up to blog and read a few more e-mails. Newscast said Red Cross cannot accept convalescent plasma from people who have gotten the vaccine because the vaccine wipes out the antibodies making the plasma ineffective. Dr said no vaccine has ever stopped transmission.

Quilt guild meeting

I got up at 9:30 after being up late and waking up multiple times. It was overcast and looked like rain. (Faye said she was sending rain.) I started reading a book outside, then got up and watered the plants outside and checked gopher traps. I spent quite some time digging up tunnels and trying to trap the owner.

I parsed supplements and soaked a new shower filter. Chris came home briefly to tell me there was no mail. He left to go to a barbeque at CYS. I made and ate breakfast. I listened to newsy stuff while piecing puzzles. Jenni called to see if I would like to be a bagger at the commissary. I declined.

I paused an audio to go to the library and return two DVD sets and turn in a list of book titles that I would like to read. The lady in charge said she had a bag of dog droppings for me at her house. The wind blew fiercely as I walked home. I put away all the gopher chasing equipment. I went next door for the bag of droppings. Gophers beware! I finished an interview with a doctor about covid risks. He said it is unethical to mandate vaccines to college students and covid-recovered in America when there are older people in poor countries around the world who have not been able to get vaccinated.

I ate something, then signed in to the RCMQG meeting on Zoom. I had no trouble getting in. I listened to them chat among themselves until Amanda started the program. Elaine gave a presentation on how to make curved blocks. Then we saw the entries for the strip challenge followed by show-n-tell. When the meeting was over, most ladies signed out. But Danica stayed on and we talked for a long time, until the call dropped and that was probably due to her phone battery.

During the meeting, Chris cooked a blend of ground beef and sausage. So after the call, I ate some of that. I also went outside to put up my car windows, but thankfully they were already up. It had rained and looked to rain again. Then I heated the tea and we watched two episodes of Person of Interest. They were a little more violent than yesterday. I finished a video from earlier, then got ready for bed.

Talking with Family

I got up around 8. I read outside, then watered plants. I made another container of green mix. I dusted AV stuff and used vinegar/water spray to clean the laptop and TV screens. It did not seem to work on the TV. I read e-mail, and listened to tapping audios. I made breakfast. Chris came home with the mail but did not stay long.

My phone rang. I didn't catch it in time and saw an unfamiliar number. So I checked messages and there was one from Faye from a few days ago. So I called her and she told me about her infected bug bite. I sat outside talking to her and sewing up the bottom edge of the lounger and securing the ties.

William called and I talked to him until he left to help Karen. I got out the mower and finished the side yard. It was hard to get a good cut and I wondered if the blade was on backward. I came in for a drink and to continue reading e-mail. The counter of unread e-mail is only three digits and I have now exceeded that.

I made a salad for supper and also some seed crackers with avocado dip. I listened to several things, then put on my suit and went to the pool. Jenni was there and we did our water exercises. The kids were a bit rambunctios and the lifeguard made them leave early. When we finished, I got out and dried off. Jenni and I talked in the parking lot, then I drove to the garden. I gave extra water to the smallest plants, then went home.

I made tea, and we watched the first episode of Chicago PD. It was quite violent so we switched to Person of Interest. That was much better, though not as good at Dr. Blake. Afterward, I brushed my teeth and swished while listening to podcasts about the suspicious death of a reporter on the Octopus story. Finally I posted to my blog and went to bed. This time I had the fan on instead of using the Chillow.

* This was one entry in the strips challenge for the RCMQG. *

Finally, they've fruited

I had to get up in the middle of the night to get the Chillow. When I woke up, Chris was working on his campaign for this afternoon. He came back and gave me a massage. I took a shower and then he did. He put the sheets in the washer. I got dressed for church and read e-mail until it was time to go. I listened to an interview about the California wildfires, saying the forests need to be thinned, but well-meaning environmental groups keep standing in the way, claiming cutting is bad for the wildlife. Aren't fires bad for wildlife?

We drove to the chapel. We talked briefly then sat down for the service. It was the usual songs/sermon/song. Later I chatted with Eileen and Jenni while Chris talked to the chaplain and Rich. When the clock passed noon, Chris was ready to go, so I said goodbye and followed him out. We drove home and he changed clothes and started gaming with the voices. I changed clothes, watered my plants, then made breakfast. I read e-mail, then went out to deal with gopher mounds and pick up stones in the lawn and carry them to the back.

I came in for supper. I ate while listening to the Awareness Foundation Covid19 Roundtable. There were 14 doctors weighing in on common questions. They discussed the post-vaccination adverse events, then called for better studies and to halt the rollout of the vaccines until better data can be obtained. They said the FDA and CDC are not following their own rules.

I paused it to go see Jenni. She was already walking. So I parked and joined her. We went around the block and back to my car. Rusty stopped to talk to us. Afterward, I went to the garden to give extra water to the plants. I was so very pleased to see small green tomatoes clinging to the vines!

It was after 8:30 when I got home. I made tea and we watched two episodes of Dr. Blake, finishing season one. Chris went to bed, and I finished the roundtable, then wrote up my blog and got ready for bed with the Chillow.

The haircut

I got up late, and read outside. A hummingbird hovered until I looked up, then zoomed away. Did he want me to follow him? I trimmed two sad-looking tomato plants. I intended to rip them out and use the pots to plant peas, but I just couldn't do it. I found another big pot and replanted the peas and other sprouts. I set both gopher traps.

I got ready for my Saturday massage, but I was wearing B12 patches so Chris suggested we wait until tomorrow. We talked for a long time. Then he took a chair outside, and I cut his hair. I made it shorter than last time. It took me two tries to get it as short as he wanted. I told him he deserved a professional haircut, but he liked the one I gave him.

I made and ate breakfast, albeit really late. I read articles and listened to interviews. Michele called with a sewing question, then kept me on the phone until she finished sewing the nightgown. And then it was time for supper. I ate a bit, then mowed for 15 minutes.

I put on my suit and went to the pool. Jenni was not there so I did laps by myself. The last of the kids left and I had the pool to myself. I was tired after 20 minutes, so I dried off and left early. Lifeguard was ready to go. I went to the garden and fertilized the plants. I also pulled some weeds. I discovered a white potato plant growing between two vining plants. There was evidence of gopher activity, but they had not chewed on my plants.

I stopped by the post office, and found nothing important. I came home and changed into night clothes. I made tea and we watched two episodes of Dr. Blake. Then we stayed up for a while before I posted to my blog and got ready for bed.

Not just for making candles

I read a book while sitting outside with my bare feet in the grass. When I came in, I spent the morning scrubbing the oven and burner grills, soaking them, and scrubbing again. I looked up other ways to clean them. I read e-mail for a bit, watered the plants, then made and ate breakfast.

When Chris was ready, we packed the cooler and went to Tooele. We shopped at all the usual places and the farm stand. They had tomatoes and I bought 4, and a jar of salsa. At Melanies, I got a jar of tallow. I always thought that was for making candles.

We went back to base and stopped at the post office, then came home. We unpacked the food and put it away. Chris cooked a package of chicken legs that Jenni gave me. I listened to the cyber symposium showing with forensic files that when Dominion came in and 'updated' files on voting machines, partitions were added and files were deleted. This was in Mesa County.

I ate chicken legs and salad for supper. I put on my suit and met Jenni at the pool. We did water aerobics, then sat in the baby pool and talked. For some reason the lifeguard never called time. When I finally asked, it was 8:15. I dried off and went home.

I made tea and we watched two episodes of Dr. Blake. I read e-mail for awhile afterward, then went to bed.

A new covering

I woke up several times during the night. But I think I got enough sleep. I got up about 8. I got dressed and read outside for half an hour. It was a book called “Thank you for Being Late”. The part I read was about the increasing rate of change outpacing our ability to cope with change.

I watered the plants. I measured the lawn chair and took the green outdoor fabric to my sewing room. I trimmed it up and sewed around it twice, then zigzagged around because it was unraveling. I sat on the chair and picked off the stitches that held the ties. I shoved the cushion into the new casing and laid it on the chair, intending to finish the rest of the sewing by hand.

I turned on the router and jotted notes for my blog while I waited for it to initialize. I posted for Tuesday. I made and ate breakfast. Chris came home for lunch and went back to work.

I watched The Highwire: Dr. J Barke said delta is more infectious but not more deadly. There is no PCR test to differenciate between delta and the original. The sample has to be sent to a lab for genomic sequencing. HCQ and ivermectin protocols work well and are constantly being updated as new data becomes available. People should increase vit D status, lose weight, and get healthier. The fed govt has refused to provide audited financial stmts as required by law since 1998. In 2018 a law was passed allowing the govt to keep whatever portion of their financial stmts private. 21 trillon dollars is missing from the fed govt. Retirements have been stolen so either retirement age needs to be increased or life expectancy needs to be reduced, and that is what has been going on.

I listened to other interviews for the rest of the afternoon while piecing online puzzles. I ate some fruit, then signed into Zoom to tap with Nell. We had a nice chat as well. Then I rushed off to meet Jenni. I parked at the garden and walked to her house. I rang the bell, then knocked on the door, but no one answered. So I walked back to the garden, gave some plants extra water, and went home.

I made tea and we watched two episodes of Dr. Blake's Mysteries. I read a bit of e-mail, and watched a few short vidoes, and then was shocked to discover that it was midnight. I looked up Jillee's process for cleaning the oven. I boiled water while heating the oven to 150. I put the water and the burner grills in the oven. I also put in a dish with a cup of ammonia. Then I got ready for bed.

* Before and after*

Extra pool time

I got up about 8, I read outside for half an hour. A hummingbird came by once. I made coffee and did special exercises. Then I meditated and tapped for a couple hours. I watered some plants, then cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms. I ran the vacuum in the livingroom.

I read e-mail for a bit, then walked to the library. I turned in the book from yesterday and Blindspot. I checked out another book and chatted with the librarian. I headed out at 5:30. When I got home, I mowed in the shadowed side yard. When I looked in the garage, there was only one bag of salt left. The water softner must have been really low.

I tuned in to Frankspeech.com, but there was not much going on at the time. I put on my bathing suit and went to the pool. I gave Jenni back her jar. She led Heather and me in water aerobics. Some people were having a party at the pool, so it did not close at 8. I guess they stayed until it did, but the air was cooling down so I got out and dried off, then went home.

I made the usual tea. We watched two episodes of Dr Blake's Mysteries. I think I dozed off. So when it was over, I went straight to bed and slept pretty well.

Stocking up on salt

Even with the updated mp3 track and the chillow, I did not sleep well. Hot flashes had nothing to do with it since the Chillow lying on my ribcage kept them away. I got up about 8:30, deciding sleep was not coming back. I brushed my teeth and got dressed, then read outside. I only meant to read for half an hour, but it turned into more than an hour because I wanted to finish the book. For once the hummingbird did not come by.

I sat down and wrote a second part to the trombone solo for Memory. Then I discovered that the band arrangement part was good enough so I made a copy of that page. I turned on the router and started deleting messages I knew I wouldn't read. Chris came home early and reminded me that the plants needed watering and that we needed another bag of salt for the hard water processor. I watered the plants and drank more lemon water.

After breakfast, I went to Sarona's house to play trombone while she played string bass. Her kids entertained themselves mostly so we got more playing in. We also did a lot of talking. On the way home, I went to Self-Help and picked up three bags of salt.

I went home, and checked e-mail. Later I mowed for a bit. I came in and had supper. I listened to Frankspeech.com which is running a 72 hour marathon on the evidence of election fraud. Chris took the three bags of salt out of my car. I drove to the garden. I fertilized all the plants, then met Jenni for a walk around the block. When we got to her house, she invited me in. I talked to her husband about DnD games. She gave me a package of frozen turkey legs since they only like white meat. I walked back to the garden to get my car.

When I got home, I made Nighty Night tea. We watched the last two episodes of Blindspot. Chris went to bed. I brushed my teeth and watched more Frankspeech. A mathematician showed how the voters rolls precisely followed the census curve in each state. The odds of that happening by chance are astromical. Then I posted to my blog and went to bed.

Chillow strikes out again

Even though the Chillow kept all the hot flashes away, I still had trouble getting to sleep. I got up before 8, and read outside. A humming bird swooped by several times. Once, there were two birds. When I came in, I updated the tracks on my mp3 headphones.

I practiced piano while waiting for the router to connect. I skipped the lemon juice. I made breakfast. Faye called to see if I got in the mail what she got in the mail, and we discussed it. Afterward, I ate breakfast. I placed the gopher traps and flattened some mounds. I listened to interviews, then checked the traps. I caught part of a gopher. He got away, but left some fur. I reset the trap and dug up some of the ground. I planted onion sets that Nell sent me.

I looked up chords for a song, then made a copy of the trombone solo so I could write in the chords without defacing the book. I mowed in the back with the weedeater attachement since the weeds were so high.

I made a salad for supper. Chris cooked ground beef and mushrooms with squash for me. After eating some, I put on my suit and went to the garden to add extra water. Mindy gave me a spaghetti squash and a zucchini. I finished watering and drove to the pool. Jenni was there with Heather. I got in and started treading water. We talked most of the time. Heather said the dry sauna was really nice and she wished it were open. When we got out, the air was cool, so we wrapped up in our towels.

I went home. I put the tea on to heat up while I changed out of my suit and put on my nightgown. Then we watched two episodes of Blindspot. Afterward, we got nice and cozy for awhile. Then I posted to my blog and got ready for bed and took the Chillow from the fridge.

Revisiting the chillow

I brought the chillow to bed last night and listened to my mp3 headphones. I had no hot flashes, but sleep did not come easily. I got up at 8:30, and read outside for an hour or more. The usual hummingbird came by. I watered the plants, and got dressed for church. I read e-mail until 10:45.

We drove to the chapel. As we walked in, we saw the communion cups. We each got one, then talked to people until 10:59. We sat and the chaplain started the service with a prayer and three songs. I knew two of them. He gave a sermon on not bearing false witness. We had communion and sang one more song. After the service, we stood around talking. Then we went home.

I called Michele and we had a nice chat until time for the game to start. Then I changed clothes, and made a low-phytate version of my breakfast. (It's just not the same without the chia seed, flax seed and cacao nibs). Later I read e-mail all afternoon and didn't realize the passage of time. Chris finished gaming with the voices. I pre-raised some yeast and started a loaf of bread, hoping it would rise better (it didn't).

I mowed in the side yard, enjoying making lines in the grass. I hated to stop, but I ran out of time. I walked to Jenni's house. We walked around the block and talked. Then I went to my garden and gave some plants extra water. I also moved the snakes. Jenni drove up to work on her garden. We talked a bit, then I walked home.

I made tea and sat with Chris to watch two episodes of Blindspot. Then I moved to my laptop to read e-mail and post to my blog. I decided to use the Chillow without the mp3 headphones.

Sewing class project

I got up late, then read outside for too long. I watered all the plants. Then Chris gave me a coconut oil massage. He showered then I showered. I read e-mail, and searched my sewing room for the pattern for the dinosaur. I could not find it, so I printed a new one. I made and ate breakfast. I whipped up a batch of seed crackers and put them in the oven. I set the timer and asked Chris to turn off the oven when it rang.

I packed my machine and some fabrics. Chris took the machines out to my car. He followed me to the chapel. After bring the machines inside, he left for the commissary. I set up the machines. Johnnie came with her own project. Then Saronna came with 3 of her kids. She had a basted quilt to handstitch. I showed the girls how to make the dinosaur. I had them stitch on the line instead of cutting on the line, but it wasn't great. The older one wanted me to do the legs for her. The younger one did it all herself, but I had to add a little stitching because she did her pivots with the needle up. Anyway, they were happy with their projects. Johnnie went home early when she finished her project. Saronna left with her kids while I packed up and loaded my car.

Chris unloaded the machines from my car when I got home. I ate some seed crackers and sat down to read e-mail. Kurt called. He was with Faye and they were filling out the form I had already mailed. I read e-mail, ate a small cantaloupe and a cob of corn. Chris made mushrooms.

I undressed to get my bathing suit on, but then decided to go to the garden instead. I redressed and walked there with a baggie of fertilizer. I made three jugs of nutrient water and divided them up among the plants. I refilled the jugs and did some weeding, then walked home.

I made tea and we watched two episodes of Blindspot. Still violent. Then we made the bed with fresh sheets. I read e-mail for awhile, then posted to my blog. I looked for duet sheet music from the Phantom of the Opera, but did not find any.

Hitchhiker

I got up very late since we went to bed so late. I read outside for longer than I intended. Chris went to work to finish something. I read articles about whistleblower risk assessors in the EPA being pressured to downplay risks they find in new chemicals.

I made and ate breakfast, and listened to a newscast. I generated a shopping list low in lectins, oxalates and phytates. Chris finally came home with beer. Then I packed the cooler with ice. Chris put fish in the oven for me.

We were headed to Tooele when we picked up a man with an empty gas can and took him to town. He was quite a character. We dropped him off on a side street where he indicated. We shopped at Luckeys, then at the farm stand where I bought corn and a cantaloupe. I shopped at Melanies (who for once had coconut milk) and then at Macey's. Then we went home, stopping by the post office where I picked up two packages. One of them held green fabric for the outdoor lounge.

Chris cooked the corn. I had one cob and fish. I also made a salad. After eating, I mowed the back yard and side yard until the battery ran down. I plugged it in to recharge, then made tea. We watched two episodes of Blindspot. I thought we were done with it, but there was another DVD. Sigh. We stayed up on our respective laptops. I blogged and went to bed.

Another one bites the dust

I read outside, then checked the gopher traps. I caught one, but could not get it out of the trap without touching it. I dug up another mound and put the dead gopher and trap in it.

I read e-mail for a while. I walked to the post office to make sure my envelope had enough postage. I found there were two boxes waiting for me which were too heavy to walk home with, so I left them for Chris to find. I think he enjoys bringing me boxes.

I read e-mail till 11:30. Then I started making breakfast. Chris came home for lunch. He brought me the two boxes, and freed the dead gopher from the trap. I watched The Highwire. It was about protests all over the world. I posted the next sewing project to the Dugway page. I had the last of the fish and a salad for supper.

At 6 I got online with Nell. We tapped for an hour then talked for 23 minutes. I drove to the garden, then met Jenni and we walked around the school block. I left her at her house and walked back to the garden. I gave extra water to the plants that needed it the most.

I drove home and made tea. We watched two episodes of Blindspot. Chris talked to me for a long time about work and such. We went to bed about midnight. I was too tired to blog.

Diving lessons

Wednesday was meditation morning. I read outside, and fed the plants. I made coffee, exercised, tapped, etc. Chris came home for a brief time around 11:15. I told him some things I was thinking about and he said they were good ideas and I should put them in an e-mail to him. He left, and I finished my morning routine. Then I cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms. There wasn't time to vaccuum. I took a shower and got dressed, then turned on the router. I met with Dr. Danenburg. It was only a half hour introductory call, but it went on for almost an hour.

Afterward, I checked e-mail. I vaccuumed in the livingroom, but it didn't smell right so I opened the lower panel. The beater bar and belt seemed to be fine so I put it back together.

I dug up some gopher mounds. I put both traps and a rubber snake in one area. I listened to This Week with Polly and Mary. They addressed the pandemic of the unvaccinated. The CDC has skewed the numbers by counting all the unvaccinated who test positive, but only those vaccinated who get hospitalized or die. Also, the category of 'vaccinated' contain only those who had both shots and are 14 days past the second one. Anyone partially vaccinated or who tests positive less than 14 days past the last shot, is thrown in the unvaccinated category. Since the first shot only induces binding antibodies and the second one induces neutralizing antibodies, those who only have the first shot are more likely to get infected.

I also listened to a live conference called Stop the Shot untill it ended. One of the doctors said it was impossible to tell if the vaccines are effective or not because the PCR test is so unreliable.

Chris came home from work. I found some shoe strings and walked to the garden to tie up errant tomato branches. I also watered some of the last plants. Of my three snakes, I could only find two and they were not where I left them. I wondered who had been in my garden. When I got home, I changed into my bathing suit and went to the pool. Jenni was in the water with 4 other ladies. I joined the class. It ended early so I asked the lifeguard to show me how to dive. All I wanted was to use the diving board, but he had me do several kinds of dives off the side before he got on the board. And then he did a jump and flip, not the kind I had in mind. I did a simple one and then we were told it was time for the pool to close. I got out and dried off. I talked to Jenni for a bit, then came home.

I changed into dry clothes and made tea. We watched an episode of Warehouse 13 and one of Blindspot. Then I brushed my teeth and sat down to write my blog post and check e-mail one last time. I also composed a reminder e-mail to Chris so he would have it in the morning.

Filling out forms

I woke up early, and drank a lot of water. I thought it was too cool to sit outside so I went back to bed for half an hour. I got up and dressed. I cut a little more hair off, always finding something uneven. I made lemon water. I read outside for half an hour, then had some lemon water before going out back and finishing the book. The lounge was very comfortable. But I could hear some scratching under the siding nearby. I knocked on it several times, but nothing ran out.

I turned on the router. I wrote a check to the church. I started reading e-mail. There was a tapping video and then I listened to a talk on covid and the variants. Cell-mediated immunity is better than antibody-mediated immunity. But then the internet went out. I wrote up my blog post for yesterday. I took another urine test and the leukocytes were lower.

I was making breakfast when William called. I guess he had nothing else to do. Finally Chris came home so William hung up. After Chris went back to work, Faye called. We went through some forms together.

I dug up some mounds and set traps. I made copies of the forms we filled out. Faye called again to ask about using a thumb drive. I walked to the library to return my book. I got another book by a different author since Stuart Woods main character likes to sleep around. I talked to Melissa while she checked out the book to me. She agreed to bring me more dog droppings.

When I got home, I did some more digging and trimming. Chris came home. I fixed a salad and had some leftover fish. He made his own supper. I sent Jenni a message to meet me at the garden, thinking she was walking at 7. I drove to the garden and fed the plants. Then I pulled weeds. By 7:30 I figured she wasn't coming. I decided to go home at 8, and that is when she showed up. Apparently she sent me a message but I had already left. Anyway, we walked around the block, and then I went back to my car. Rusty was there tending his garden. He gave me some peas and a pepper. Then we went home.

It was 9 by the time I made tea. Chris said there wasn't enough time for two episodes so we watched one of Warehouse 13. Then he went to bed and I stayed up to blog and check e-mail. I went to bed about 11 and did not need my headphones to fall asleep.

Sunshine and rain at the same time

I got up late, feeling like I had been awake all night. I brushed my teeth and went outside to read. Then I turned on the router and read e-mail. I Iistened to a video called “Agenda: Grinding America Down”. It was about how the socialists have been implementing their goals for taking down America which were developed in the 1950's. I made breakfast just as Chris came home for lunch. After eating, I put on my bathing suit and headed out. But then Faye called about a form. As we talked, I watched raindrops appear on the back patio. By the time the call was over, the rain had stopped. I laid out on the lounge. After the call, I got dressed and walked to the post office. I could see darkness coming from the east, looking to overtake the post office. I picked up my mail and ran home to avoid the storm.

I looked at the first hundred pages of Dad's health records from the rehab center. I saw they were giving Dad his supplements each day. He was becoming less mobile and responsive over time.

I went outside and clipped grass around the sidewalks. Then I came in for supper. I watched part of the AFLD's summit: One doctor showed his math for determining that 4x as many infected people died from covid in America as in other countries because early treatment and malarial drugs were discouraged or outlawed here. A pediatrician said kids don't die of covid and masking hurts them physically and psychologically.

I paused the summit to put on my bathing suit. I drove to the gym. Jenni was already in the pool. I got in and we did some water aerobics. I dove off the diving board and hurt my toe. Then the manager called time. So I got out and toweled off. I walked with Jenni to her car. Then I went home.

I heated the tea that was left over from breakfast. We watched two episodes of Warehouse 13. I posted to my blog and then read some e-mail, but shut down the router about 11 and went to bed.

Another storm this way comes

I went to bed around 11 the night before. I fell asleep ok, but did not stay asleep. We got up around 8. I read outside for 45 minutes. I heard an alarm going off in the distance, so I told Chris about it. He knew what it was and called someone to report it. I forgot to water the plants. I asked Chris for a coconut oil massage, and he gave me one. He took a shower, and then I took one. By then it was 11:30 and there was no church because the chaplain was out of town and could not make other arrangements. I laid outside on the chaise lounge. I heard the kid from next door talking to other kids as they cut through my yard to get to the park. I came in. I cut my hair with the new comb, but it did not go that well. I made and ate breakfast while reading e-mail. Chris started gaming with the voices. I finished the last of the watermelon. Later I walked to the post office. On the way back, I saw a storm coming from the south. I mowed until it arrived, then sat at laptop to read. Later I parsed two weeks worth of supplements, then ate supper. By 7 the storm was over. I went to the garden. I watered the plants, then met Jenni and we walked around the block. We came back to the gardens and looked at hers. Then I gave her a ride home. I went home, and heated tea. I placed a Swansons order. Then we watched two episodes of Blindspot. I hope that was the last of it because of all the violence. I got dressed for bed and wrote my blog post.

Another wet day in paradise

I got up about 8:30, read a book for an hour, then watered the plants. I made lemon water, and washed some dishes that were in or near the sink. I used a urine strip test and it showed high leukocytes, but everything else was normal.

I soaked my foot because the big toe was still sore. I listened to news videos, and pieced puzzles. Chris took a shower, then used a needle to pry the skin on my toe open again. He dug out some tiny specs. Each time we think he got it all, but then it heals over and remains painful. I continued soaking my foot. I also wrote my blog post for yesterday and jotted notes for today.

I made and ate breakfast. I made more spice mix, then laid out in the sun. It felt so good I could have fallen asleep, except for the threat of sunburn. Chris roasted zucchini in the oven, plus tiny potatoes. I mowed until the battery needed charging again. I came in for supper: corn and mushrooms, seed crackers and blueberries. I listened to interviews and pieced puzzles.

Rain came down amidst thunder and lightning. There was no going to the garden or to the pool. Jenni called and we talked for awhile. I listened to more interviews. Finally I made tea, and we watched two episodes of Blindspot. Then I posted to my blog and pushed myself away from the laptop before getting too involved in reading e-mail. I got ready for bed and put on my mp3 headphones.
