Weird snow

I took half a supplement and used the headphones. I slept ok last night, but still not like that one night last week. I got up at 9:30. I juiced a lemon and got my day started.

I listened to an interview with Cilla Whatcot, a lady with a Phd in homeopathy. She said India was using homeoprophylaxis very successfully. She did an observational study with 500 people, treating them preventatively. Only nine tested positive for covid, only 5 had symptoms, and all were mild.

I read an article pointing out the inaccuracies of a book Bill Gates wrote on how to avoid climate disaster. It is unsurprising since he dropped out of college, with no degree in computer science, much less any degree in climatology or agroecology. All his solutions are geared around technology that he is funding and will profit from such as synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, genetically modified seeds and soil microbes. These are designed to produce higher yielding mono crops that can be sold to other countries, not unpatented diverse crops to feed the people who grow them. Gates promotes the Impossible Burger, a bleeding veggie burger based on GMO soy, as well as lab-grown cell-based meats, as the solution to sustainability.

Chris gave me a massage, and we showered and got dressed. While I was cutting up food trimmings to go in the compost, I heard what sounded like rain. When I looked outside, it was as if it had rained laundry detergent. The snow was in tiny clumps. I took a short video at the back door. It snowed like this several short times during the day. (It was 50 degrees outside. This was not ice.)

I made and ate breakfast. I chose a project for next Saturday. I measured pieces, and wrote a set of directions. I looked for flat magnets so I could try out the project, but did not find any. I sewed squares for the heart block. I got the middle top square wrong several times. I walked to the post office, picked up a DVD from Netflix, and brought it home to Chris. I poured manure tea in a hole some critter dug, and filled it with dirt. I buried food scraps in the compost pile, and brought in the chicken wire to form a circle (but never got around to that).

I listened to a video from the Bodyelectric summit. I had heart stew for supper, and made a salad from the leaves of the red beets. I worked puzzles while listening, then Chris wanted to work on taxes. I looked for last year's check register but did not find it. I went back to my laptop and went through the first tapping summit interview for today. Afterward, I made my evening drink, and we watched 3 or 4 episodes of Community.

I istened to a talk by Robert F Kennedy Jr. on the dangers of the CIA and how we are losing our constitutional liberties. Then I posted to my blog and got ready for bed.

The usual Friday

Last night I took a new sleep supplement. I did not use the headphones so I could see how effective the supplement was on its own. It gave me gas which hindered my sleep. In the morning I was really groggy and had a hard time getting out of bed. I did not get up until 9.

I juiced a lemon, read by the Happylight, and spent the rest of the morning deciding what to order to take advantage of online sales. I also ordered worms, which were not on sale. At noon I made breakfast, then cut squares for a heart block. We finalized the list, then went to Tooele for groceries. On the way back, we started the last CD. We stopped at the post office. When we got home, I put some food away, then took a nap, or tried to. Chris steamed beets and radishes. I heated heart stew for supper and planted a beet top in water to see if it might grow.

I listened to several presentations from the tapping summit. Then I made up more spice mix for breakfast tomorrow. I soaked the sprouts and ate some. I made my evening drink. Chris moved some money to Michele's account. Then we watched three episodes of Community. I posted to my blog, listened to a tapping meditation, and then took half of a supplement and got ready for bed.

Synthetic beef?

I took two capsules of the sleep tincture last night and breathed from the sleep jar. I put on the headphones and fell asleep, but woke up again when it cycled around to the beginning. I fell asleep again and woke at Reveille. I think I dozed off again, but woke with my alarm.

I got up to squeeze a lemon. I had trouble getting the veggie drawer open, and had to sit on the floor to fix it. Then I made the lemon juice solution. I read several pages by the Happylight. I tried going outside for some daylight, but it was far too cold.

I soaked the two batches of sprouts and changed the water in the sweet potatoes. One is sprouting roots and the other is sprouting a stem. I listened to the audios from the tapping summit for Day 3, and checked e-mail. I made breakfast around noon, and listened to part of The Highwire.

I paused it at 1 to meet with one of my tapping buddies. Then I went back to The Highwire. Highlights of today's episode:

Haiti and Africa have far lower rates of covid deaths than we do, and less robust health care systems. In the US, we are plowing under acres of vegetable crops from coast to coast, we are euthanizing cattle, and we are dumping 1000's of gallons of milk, yet the US is importing beef from Namibia. We're importing inferiour quality beef, and repackaging it as US beef. Too much power in too few hands. Bill Gates wants us to shift to synthetic beef.

Around 4 I bundled up and went to the post office, but there was no mail. However, I did find a package at my front door: a new sleep supplement. Since it was cold but not windy, I dug more dirt from the flowerbed, and buried more chicken wire. But then I was cold, so I came inside.

I read e-mail, and listened to a presentation of the power of magnets to rebalance the body on Bodyelectric summit. (usbiomag.com). I spent some time sewing shuttle blocks together, then auditioning red fabrics to go around them. I decided on a red, white and blue fabric that has never been right for any other project.

Chris came home around 6. He made his supper and then I made mine. I watched videos from the tapping summit and pieced online puzzles. I made my evening drink and we watched three episodes of Community. Then I finished a few articles, posted to my blog, and got ready for bed.

Haircut

Somehow I slept through Reveille this morning, and only woke up when I heard Chris take his shower. I put on the headphones and tried to sleep a little longer. I got up around 8 or so. My back was doing just fine after all the activity of yesterday.

I had a meditation and detox morning. I made coffee and that gave me the energy to clean house. I did not mop the floors, but I could have since Chris did not come home for lunch. I vaccuumed in the livingroom and the hall and the bedroom and the den. I took a shower and gave myself a haircut with the inch and a half clips. I vaccuumed up the hair for use in the flower beds. Then I bundled up and walked to the post office for the mail, but there wasn't any.

I watched the remaining videos from the EFT summit while putting together pieces of online puzzles. I started making breakfast for supper about the same time that Chris came home and made rice for his supper. He listened to Michele and her friends game online. I got chilly so I put on a coat. We checked the thermostat and it indicated a low battery. Chris did not think it would affect the output of heat.

While I ate my breakfast, I watched a QnA with Dr. Lyons-Weiller: (Ipaknowlege.org) Mutations are escaping detection by the PCR test so people infected by the mutations are not isolated. Scientists didn't think the synthetic mRNA could cause changes in the DNA, but a recent study suggests that it could lead to changes under certain conditions.

I made my evening drink, and soaked the sprouts. We watched three episodes of Community, then I brushed my teeth, and listened to an audio from the tapping summit. Finally I wrote my blog post and got ready for bed.

A visit to the school

Much to my disappointment, it was another average night of sleep. I was either too cold or too hot. In the morning, I put on the headphones and turned up the volume, but Reveille still got through. I did miss Chris taking his shower and leaving for work.

I got up after my alarm went off. I juiced a lemon and soaked the sprouts. I changed the water in various containers. I read by the Happylight, then turned on the router. I popped the blood blister on my finger from digging stones out of the flower bed.

I watched episode 10 of the vaccine summit: The recovery rate for people up to 70 is over 99%. For prevention, take vit A retinol, 2000 IU, C (buffered acorbyl palmitate) 4-6 grams, D3 - 5,000-10,000IU, zinc picolinate 25-50ml. Licorice root extract (glycyrrhizin) for high exposure 500 - 650mg, As the virus goes around, it mutates and gets weaker. Early vaccines will not prevent infection from the mutations. Sweden's overall mortality rate did not go above their previous year even though they did not mandate masks or lockdowns. Peptide therapy is very helpful. Herbal support: Lomatium, osha root, ashwagandha, turmeric, cayenne pepper. Add to quart jar of water 25 drops cayenne plus lemon juice, and ACV. Use fresh ground pepper with turmeric. Barlowherbal.com

After finishing the lemon juice, I made and ate breakfast. I read about global dimming- the amount of sunlight not reaching the earth because of light-scattering particles dispersed in the atmosphere, from industry and solar management operations. Military considers geoengineering as a force multiplier. The particulate matter being sprayed is a decciscant, reducing relative humidity in the air. The aluminum in it kills trees, increasing forest fires. It kills bees and adds to the rise in autism. The nanoparticles of aluminum are too small for air quality tests to detect. Energy companies use geoengineering to make more snow in the mountains to increase the run-ff which powers their plants.

At 1:30 I drove to the chapel and walked to the school. I signed in at the office. I talked to the lady in charge of the teen trauma event. Then I sat near the table with the brochures. It was a tall table, the kind people stand around. Two military people had unpacked brochures and freebies onto two tables. I met the head of ACS and talked to him about borrowing a headset with lights and sound to induce sleep. Why ACS has such a thing, I don't know. The colonel's wife started the event in the gym. The head of ACS used a t-shirt gun to fire purple t-shirts into the crowd, which wasn't all that big. After another speaker, and an orange contest, the kids were dismissed to pick up freebies. The lady in charge came out and we talked. Then I signed out and left the school, walking back to my car, and driving home.

It was a nice day, so I changed my clothes and went outside. I cut the tops off of some empty milk jugs and filled them with dirt from the flower bed. It wasn't nearly enough, so I pumped up the tire from the wheelbarrow and brought it out. It held a lot more dirt. I unrolled the chicken wire and weighed it down with the jugs of dirt. I filled the wheelbarrow, but hadn't emptied the flower bed. So I placed the chickenwire in the ditch as far as it was dug and backfilled over it. Then I could dig more. I unearthed a green pipe that seemed to be part of the sprinkler system, but turned out to be just an oxidized pipe. Not long after Retreat played, I left the job, wanting to finish, but afraid I might be sorry in the morning.

I listened to more videos on geoengineering: Chemical ice neucleation can create snow at 50 degrees. 70Lb perfectly spherical ice balls in 40 degree water washed up on shore in Michigan. They can do this anywhere they want, and have done so.

I heated some heart stew for supper. Chris steamed some broccoli and cauliflower. I listened to some tapping audios while I put a puzzle together. Then I made my evening drink and we watched three episodes of Community. We had a chat, then I brushed my teeth and finished another puzzle. Then I posted to my blog and got ready for bed.

Getting the garden started

Having done all the pre-bedtime things that I did Friday night, I was diappointed to not sleep well last night. Maybe it had something to do with only eating apples all day. I put on the headphones after Chris' alarm went off to block out Reveille when it played. However it was not blocked, and Reveille ricocheted around in my head until I finally got up.

I squeezed a lemon and drank the first round. I brushed my teeth and washed up. I read a book by the Happylight. Then I turned on the router and checked e-mail. I read all morning while doing online puzzles.

I listened to Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai: Pathogen comes in through the innate immune system, then goes to IFN (interferon) system, then to the adaptive immune system. But vaccines only trigger the adaptive immune system. IFN system 'interferes' with viruses, and makes epigenetic changes for next time and next virus. Some interferons inhibit autoimmune diseases. Vaccines bypass the IFN system. Immunological metrics are usually WBC count and CBC. It's time for an upgrade.

I made and at breakfast. Chris came home for lunch and took the afternoon off because he hadn't slept well last night. But if he took a nap, I did not see it.

It was such a nice day that I went outside for a walk to the gardens and back. I found a box on our doorstep. It contained chicken wire. I dug stones out of the flower bed in preparation to line it with the chicken wire. Before I finished, it was time to tap with Carole. We tapped for over an hour, half for her and half for me. Then I went back to digging stones. When Retreat sounded at 5, I came inside.

I finished an online puzzle that was really difficult. I listened to audios from the Bodyelectric summit, then heated supper. I finished the Bodyelectric video and turned to the Tapping World Summit, which started today. I was able to squeeze in one and a half presentations, then I made my evening drink and watched Community with Chris. He went to bed early, and I stayed up to blog and finish some audios before going to bed.

Back to the usual sleep

I did not have the super sleep of the previous night, even though I did roughly the same things the night before. I barely heard the 8:30 alarm go off and then I got up. I read from the book called Water from the Well while sitting next to the Happylight. I soaked my sprouts and seeds. I changed the water that the carrot tops are sitting in. I read e-mail until time to get ready for church.

I washed up and got dressed for walking to church. But Chris said he wanted to drive. So little bit later, that's what we did. When we got there, I talked with Jenni until the service started. Then I sat with Chris for the prayer, then stood to sing the songs, two of which I did not know. After the sermon, we had another song I didn't know, in fact no one seemed to know it. I talked with Jenni and Johnnie. Johnnie handed me a bag of red fabrics pulled from her stash for me to audition with my shuttle blocks. Awww! Chris wanted to game at noon, so we left. When we got home, he got on his laptop, and I washed 5 apples for breakfast. I heard it is a good detox to eat only apples for a day or two so I wanted to try it. Five small apples was enough, but strangely not very filling. Then I read articles from e-mail and saw interviews.

The weather was nice, so I went outside to stir the manure tea and clean up gopher mounds. I poured some 'tea' in some of the holes, hoping it would be the last straw for them. The temp dropped as I worked, so I came back inside and read more.

I found one of those cloth grocery bags, but it did not have corners so I sewed some in. I cut a small hole in the center of the bottom for a tomato slip. Then I rescued a toilet paper tube, crimped the bottom, and filled it with dirt from a dead poinsettia. I pinched a sucker from my tomato plant and applied a little bit of cinnamon to the bottom. I planted it in the tube and watered it.

I called Faye who was looking for one of Dad's hearing aids in a large parking lot where they had taken a walk. We talked while she searched, but it got cold and dark so she had to take Dad home. I suggested she ask Patrick because he is good at finding little things. I read articles for awhile, then called back. Faye said Patrick suggested she look in the trash bag in her car and there it was. We both wondered how he knew. She should have asked him for lottery numbers! I talked to Dad for awhile, then to Faye again. They were eating supper, so I washed another five apples for my supper. I read about EcoATM, which has kiosks across the country. You can take your old gadgets there and the kiosk will evaluate them and offer you some amount of money. If the gadget isn't worth anything, it will offer to recycle it for you.

I listened to interviews while playing Solitaire. One was about the effects of 5G exposure on human cells. It can make a small dose of mRNA vaccine act like a large dose. Then I made my evening drink and we watched three episodes of Community. I wrote up my blog post and listened to the guided meditation from two nights before.

A REALLY good sleep!

My tapping buddy sent me a guided sleep meditation, which I listened to before I went to bed last night. I also took a capsule of a sleep tincture that Melanie's sells. I slept REALLY well, and did not want to get up in the morning. But when I did, I hit the ground running. There was no residual stiffness from lying in bed.

My day started with lemon juice, and I wondered if I were somehow getting that juice on my wrist. I put some salve on the rash and covered it with the sock (which I had not worn to bed). Then I sat down at my laptop to thank my tapping buddy. I also rinsed my sprouts, which looked rather anemic, started another cup of seeds, and changed the water that the sweet potatoes are soaking in. One has roots but the other doesn't.

Chris offered me a massage, which I accepted. He took a shower so I parsed out supplements for two weeks, then took my own shower. Then it was time for breakfast.

I chose some red fabrics, then packed up. Chris put my sewing machine in my trunk and I went to the chapel. I turned on the heat and set up my machine. I spread out the shuttle blocks and auditioned the red fabric. Jenni came and we had a nice chat, then Johnnie came. She worked on her hexagon quilt top while Jenni and I worked on baby hats. We had a good social interaction. Later Jenni sewed a stuffed heart with my machine while I trimmed the shuttle blocks.

When I got home, Chris brought in my machine. I dropped off the fabric bag, then walked to the post office and came back with a letter for Chris. I stirred manure tea, and poured some on the leaf pile. I emptied compost bucket, burying the peels. I listened to Sayer Ji talk about germ theory vs terrain theory. I heated supper, then washed a few raw vegetables. I had grapes for dessert. I looked for more ways to build a worm farm. Most use plastic totes and I don't want to punch holes in my totes.

I submitted a Swansons order, then watched part of an interview with Aldous Huxley from 1958. I made my evening drink and took a capsule of the sleep tincture. Then we watched three episodes of Community. I liked the musical sequences but I don't think Chris appreciated them. I skimmed through an article on the brain benefits of grass-fed raw milk cheese. Then I posted to my blog and got ready for sleep.

* Jenni showed me how to make a hat and I made this one. *

Trying different treatments

I used the headphones last night. I got a good night's sleep because there was no reveille to wake me up in the morning. I did the usual lemon protocol all morning. I read a book by the Happylight, then washed up and got dressed. I rubbed vit E and a tincture on the wrist rash. I read articles from e-mail and watched videos on the current state of affairs in Texas. One article had pictures of rashes people got from wearing a Fitbit, and they look like what I've got. They say it was due to the adhesive. If I had a fitbit, I would stop wearing it. Also airbuds were shown to emit high emf's.

I put some vitamin C on my wrist as I made breakfast. I watched part of the last trauma video as I ate. I got an old sock rom Chris and cut the foot part off. I put the sock on my arm to keep the C from smearing off onto anything else.

We packed the cooler and went to Tooele. We bought groceries in three places. I tried to buy a toothbrush with a rubber tip, but none of the three stores I checked had one. When we got back to post, we stopped at the commissary, but they did not have such a toothbrush either.

Then we went to the post office for the mail. When we got home, we unloaded the car and put the groceries away. I put the mail away. I stirred the compost tea and sprinkled some on the leaf pile.

I read articles, then heated leftovers in the toaster oven. Later I ate a carrot and cherry tomatoes and some grapes. I listened to the rest of the last trauma episode and played Solitaire. I have reached the last victory image on level 42, but I dont want to start over.

At 8:30, I made my evening drink using a chamomile/lavender tea bag. We watched three episodes of Community. I put more vitamin E oil on the rash and sat down to write my blog post. I re-watched some of the interviews from the vaccine summit. Then it was time for bed.

Growing cabbage from leaves?

I fell asleep listening to the headphones. I woke up when the tracks cycled back. I fell asleep again, but woke up with hot flashes when Chris' alarm went off. I stayed in bed hoping to go back to sleep.

I got up before 8 to make lemon juice. I rinsed the sprouts. I called up the next episode of the vaccine summit: The immune system is extremely complex. Viruses help us adapt to our environment. The current vaccines will interfere with their ability to help us, and set future generations up for sensitivity to viruses that haven't bothered us before. Autoimmune conditions will proliferate. Affecting the adaptive immune system without the intelligence of the innate immune system will upset the balance. Most people don't know that they have the right to refuse the experimental vaccine. An experimental vaccine cannot be mandated. Cochrane said you are 6 times more likely to transmit the flu if you have had the flu shot. Also you are 4.4x more likely to get a non-flu infection after the shot. Tylenol is deadly to the liver.

I made breakfast and ate it while watching The Highwire. It was short because the host lives in Texas and has been dealing with frozen pipes and power outages. He talked about the FDA not having a reporting system in place to record any adverse effects from the experimental vaccines.

I cleaned up mess on the back porch from the food waste container being blown around. I looked at a website for growing plants from the food waste (carrot greens from carrot tops, sprouted garlic, seeds from tomatos and peppers, cabbage from rooting cabbage leaves). All very interesting.

I went to the post office and retrieved the mail. I stirred the manure tea, which was partially frozen. I scooped out a little for my tomato plant. I watched videos on vermiculture, and composting. I heated supper and watched more videos. The bowl I had put in the freezer broke. I was surprised because I thought the water would expand upward and overflow the bowl if necessary.

I made my evening drink. We watched four episodes of Community. I listened to James Corbett talk about how to explain to people about the conspiracy of the one world order. He ended up by saying that no matter how much evidence you present, most people will conclude that it isn't true because they can't believe it.

After posting to my blog, I got ready for bed.

Oatmeal - not just for breakfast

Last night I had trouble sleeping because my back hurt and there was no good way to rest my legs to stop the pain. I was still awake when the Holosync track ended. The good part about having trouble falling asleep is that I slept through Chris getting ready for work in the morning.

I don't remember when I got up. It was coffee morning so I skipped the lemon juice and did the special exercises and rebounding. I put on a six-CD line-up and made coffee. Then I spent an hour tapping. Afterward, I started cleaning with the kitchen. When I got to the bathrooms, I used Coke on one of the toilets to get the ring-around-the-bowl off. I also put some vitamin E oil on the wrist rash. I vaccuumed the carpets and emptied the dust cup outside (in the snow).

I took a shower and got dressed. I checked e-mail, and looked into why Facebook doesn't send me notifications any more. No idea. I watched a video on how American beef is being attacked so Gates can sell his fake lab meat.

I looked through my blog posts around Christmas for clues to what caused this rash on my arm. I saw that we went over to Brian's house to cut geodes and I remembered that he had a bucket of acid wash to clean off the geode pieces. Maybe I got some on my left hand and touched my right wrist? I looked up acid burns but all the treatments were for the initial event. I found a long post on what to try for irritated skin. One was an oatmeal poultice. So I followed the recipe, using ground oats, water and honey. I slathered it all over the red spots. Not having eaten today, I wanted to lick my arm.

I watched a video on bioethics - rationing medical care for people deemed less worthy. Age should not be a factor but they all mention it. And they want to do away with the hippocratic oath because the doctor's duty to society should be greater than his/her duty to the patient.

I made breakfast for supper. I watched a bunch of videos from the heath freedom summit: antibodies to measles has declined dramatically since the vaccine came out. Vaccine acquired immunity is not passed on from mother to child like naturally acquired immunity is. That destroyed natural herd immunity, and led to mutant resistant strains which are more virulent.

I made my evening drink. I used the rest of the oatmeal mix for a second coating. It stung a little. We watched four episodes of Community and I licked the oatmeal off my wrist. It was stickier than I thought. Then I write up my blog post for today and got ready for bed.

* At least with the poultice, I know where my next snack is coming from. *

Quilt Guild vs Townhall

I put on my headphones last night, but they shut off 10 minutes later due to low battery. That was odd because I had just charged it on Saturday. I woke early, hearing Chris move around the house. It seemed earlier than his usual waking time and my head was ringing from the router being back on.

I got up about 7:30 and started my day with a squeeze of lemon. I washed up and got dressed. I checked e-mail. I listened to a video of Dr. Anthony Phan who said he used to give his older patients flu shots, but so many reported getting sick afterward, that he stopped and started reading the studies.

I started making breakfast. Chris came home with packages from the post office. I finished breakfast and ate it. I charged my headphones and loaded the next track.

At 1 I tapped with Gail. At 2, I watched a video measuring years of life lost, which is small for the coronavirus because most people are elderly, but large for people affected by the lockdowns. CDC claimed the Pfizer vaccine was highly effective for those who had already recovered from covid, but Rep. Massey (R-Ky) found out that it wasn't true. He called the CDC to fix their assertion that it was effective, but they only restated it, still giving people the wrong impression. Previously infected persons were more likely to have adverse effects from vaccination, and those doses could have been given to those were never infected.

I bundled up and raked the leaf pile in the back yard to keep the composting process going. When I came in, I put supper in the toaster oven. I read some e-mail, then ate an early supper. At 5, I got on Zoom to attend the quilt guild meeting. Chris stopped at home to have a quick supper, then went to the townhall meeting. When my meeting was over, I tuned it to his, but it was essentially over.

I watched the next episode of the vaccine summit. She said the problem is that we are giving the covid shots to the most heavily vaccinated groups so we are seeing lots of pathogenic priming. We watched three episodes of Community. The last one was to be continued, but Chris signed out of Netflix anyway. Then I watched the bonus episode before posting to my blog and going to bed.

Gardening websites

I had a piece of onion tied onto my wrist to cover the rash. I took it off before I went to bed with my headphones on. I slept ok, but woke several times to scratch the rash. I woke up before my alarm went off but stayed in bed until 8. I got up to start the lemon protocol. I checked e-mail. I watched part of the Huntsville church service. They have a new pastor now. Chris went to work. I made and ate breakfast, and watched videos from one of the health summits. One doctor said that nanoparticles in the bloodstream could clog the smallest vessels in organs and capillaries. The pharma vaccine studies did not check for this.

I looked for ways to use all the little stones that the gophers dug up, like as a mulch, but everything I saw was for landscaping. I pryed crystals out of a geode with a wood screw while I watched a video. I looked through some garden websites to find a soaker hose and some other stuff, but there wasn't one that had everything I wanted, and I refuse to order from Amazon.

It was after 4 when I took a walk around the neighborhood. I thought of a few more things to look online for. When I got back, I raked the leaves into a taller pile. I heated some fish for supper and made a salad. I saw sites selling bags for planting vegetables in. I figured how much fabric I would need to make a 10 gallon pot. I solved for h (height) but did not know what units it represented. Chris suggested I use metric so I tried it that way.

I watched the next episode of the vaccine summit: Because of ventilator misuse and something else, medical error is now number one cause of death. Lumping numbers of cases together under one cause results in Congress giving money towards it.

I made my evening drink. We watched three episodes of Community. Then I brushed my teeth and listened to the last four minutes of the vaccine episode. I posted to my blog and got ready for bed.

* That pile of leaves with no snow is beginning to compost. *

Valentine's Day

For some reason I did not turn on the mp3 headphones last night, but I did fall asleep. I don't remember waking up during the night, only when I heard bloops coming from Chris' phone in the morning. Later he told me it was Herberth sending him pictures. He got up and took his phone out to the dining room.

I stayed in bed for awhile, then got up myself. I made hydrogen water in the salad dressing bottle. The pressure pushed the pop top up so I had to hold it down while the tablet dissolved. It worked much better than the bigger bottle with glass beads in it.

I read Phillipians 2 by the Happylight because the chaplain told me it was the scripture for today. I washed up and got dressed. I checked e-mail, then soaked seeds. I started cleaning the snow off of Chris' car. He finished the job and drove us to the chapel. We only had a few minutes before the service. Mike played his guitar for the first three songs. After the sermon, the last song was a recording. There wasn't much singing so I guess it was new to the others as well. I talked to Eileen, and then we went home

I made and ate breakfast, then listened to first episode of the trauma summit. Afterward, there were other, shorter videos. My back was feeling so good that I hung two pictures in the beddroom. I called Dad and Faye but no one answered. I went for a walk and suddenly my back did not feel so good. What's up with that?

When I got back, I called Faye and then Dad. Her phone turned low. But I got to talk to both of them. Chris cooked asparagus and mushrooms for me. I made a small salad as well, and added some fish. For dessert, I opened a coconut with a hammer. The kitchen floor needed cleaning anyway.

I watched the next episode of V-revealed. Then I made my evening drink and we watched episodes of Community. Later I looked up the theme song. Then I finished the bonus interview with Dr. Buttar: Autistic children have toxic mercury levels because they are poor excreters. Finally I posted to my blog and got ready for bed.

* My friend Beverly made this. Isn't it beautiful! *

Heart soup

Last night, after listening to the headphones, I slept ok. When I woke up, it was raining, but that soon changed to snow. I made lemon juice, then washed up and got dressed. I washed the dirty dishes in the sink. I drained and rinsed the seeds that were soaking overnight. I cut up the food waste in the compost container.

Chris gave me a massage, then I started writing a post for the next class project. I had to ask Chris a question, but he was at the commissary. I called Cecily to ask how to treat an oil stain, and she said she uses Spray and Wash for everything. I didn't have any so I asked Chris to hang my red top up to dry when it came out of the wash.

I took a shower and got dressed. I took notes on Dr. O'Bryan's talk. I checked e-mail, then listened to episode 2 of the Trauma summit.

I checked out the Baker Creek seed catalogue. I made and ate breakfast, then finalized my seed order. I finished and posted the class announcement. I wrote some e-mail responses. I read articles, then walked to the post office and came back with some letters.

Chris made heart soup for supper. I made a salad to go with it. I listened to the next episode of the vaccine summit. Then I made my evening drink and we dressed the bed. We watched 3 episodes of Community. Then I finished the vaccine summit episode and posted to my blog.

Notes: Vaccines still contain mercury but since they now use it in the manufacturing process, they can claim they don't add mercury anymore. This was brought to light in a congressional investigation. Babies are innoculated before they are able to sero-convert, so there is no benefit and those shots include mercury, formaldehyde, etc. A true vaccine does not need a booster shot because once the immune system is trained, you never need to do it again.

Zinc in the cell inhibits viral shedding. Zinc needs an escort like quinine (which is in HCQ, and tonic water). Supplements for the 4 phases: Prevention: Vit D, vit C, melatonin, quercetin, fish oils, rainbow diet, high potassium diet. Infection phase: mushrooms, berberine, echinacea, goldenseal (but not for escalating inflammation). For inflammation: NAC, glutathione, curcumin, bromelain. Recovery phase: anything already mentioned.

Marriage class

We turned off the movide andwent to bed early (for us). I played the headphones and did not fall asleep until later. I dreamt about Mom, encouraging her to go see a movie with a friend. Then I woke up breathless because the sheet was over my face. I remained awake until the 7:30 alarm went off. I stayed in bed, trying to think what protocol would fit a morning where we had to be somewhere at 9. I washed up and got ready. I posted to my blog for yesterday.

At 9 we went to the chapel for a marriage class. There were two other couples there. The chaplain did the talking and his wife ran the slides and videos. It was interesting. Then the couples split up for 20 minutes, then got back together for the last part. We stayed late to talk with the chaplain and his wife.

When we got home I made breakfast. Michele called. I listened to part of an episode about dangers of false positive PCR test results. Then we bundled up and went to gas station before proceeding to Tooele for the weekly grocery shopping. When we got back, we put the groceries away. Then I listened to an interview with Osha experts who were talking about the dangers of one-size-fits-all masking mandates. Then I read an article about flawed testing protocols.

I made my evening drink and we watched multiple episodes of Community. Chris agreed to watch the rest of last night's movie and let me know how it turned out. I finished listening to episode 4: things you can do to prevent and treat viral illness. And then posted to my blog.

Making 'tea'

I went to bed around midnight. I don't remember how well I slept. In the morning, I started the lemon protocol and checked e-mail while listening to a podcast on the epigenetics of being Driven, the hunter not the gatherer, adventure seeking, perfectionistic, type of person.

I took a break to look up manure tea. I found a 5-gallon bucket and put a gallon of water in it. I wasn't sure how to measure a gallon of manure, so I measured the depth of the water, and put a piece of tape at twice that depth. I let the water sit to evaporate any chlorine, then added enough manure to raise the level of water. Of course the dried manure floated so my crafty plan did not work. I added more water to fill the bucket. I probably should have started it yesterday because freezing weather is predicted for this weekend.

I read that activitsts in the UK are pushing to have breastfeeding changed to chestfeeding, also changing 'mother' to birthing parent. I made and ate breakfast while watching The Highwire: increased mortality in nursing homes following vaccination, heavy metals found in baby foods (a self-regulated industry), vaccine passports, Facebook ban on 'misinformation', etc.

I watched an interview with Paul Thomas, pediatrician, who did a study comparing vaccinated kids vs unvaccinated kids in his practice and the unvax kids had healthier outcomes based on doctor visits for a range of diagnosis. There was zero ADHD in the unvaccinated group, but more chicken pox. Anemia is more prevalent in vaccinated than unvaccinated. I listened to a discussion of vaccine news: vaccinated people can now skip quarantine for 3 months after last jab. Hmm, you'd think protection would last longer than that. I walked to the post office and brought home a package and a letter. Chris was home when I got back. He made his supper while I listened to a tapping audio. Then we got into a debate about an article I had sent him. I had only wanted a discussion. Then he had to go to mass. So I read all the comments on the article in case he wanted to continue after he got back. But then he said nothing about it, so I went back to reading e-mail.

At 8:30 I made my evening drink. We watched one episode of Community and then Chris wanted to try something else. He thought it was a series but instead it was a 2 hour movie. I found it hard to watch because we needed the subtitles to understand it. It took place on and around a dystopian Earth. Many different languages were involved. Anyway, I started falling asleep so Chris suggested we go to bed. It seemed late, so I just did my stretches and went to bed.

Must be a horse around here somewhere

Last night I listened to a radio show by a nun who said she wouldn't take the covid shot because aborted fetal tissue was either used or tested on to make every one of the shots on the market. Then I put on my headphones and went to bed.

I guess I slept ok, but had one of those morning dreams which I can remember later. I got up half an hour after my alarm went off. I prepared for meditation morning: coffee, exercise, drybrushing, special supplements, and music.

After much tapping, it was time to clean. I cleaned both bathrooms and the kitchen.I scrubbed the rings in the toilet bowls with a new pumice stone, but not all of the ring came off. I vaccuumed all the carpets, then too a shower and got dressed. Chris came home briefly for lunch. I turned on my phone and saw a message from Ms. Bacon, so I called her and she invited me to her office. I drove over there and we had a nice chat. A man came to fix her computer problems. Rusty stopped by and I asked him some gardening questions. Later Chris and Aaron stopped in to say hello and then they were gone.

On my way out of the building, I saw a poster for the community garden and it mentioned fertilizer. So I went to Self Help to check it out. Then I stopped at the post office for the mail. I went home to get dressed for collecting horse manure. The I went to the gym to sign up for the 5K trail (where I had stepped over horse poo). They did not have a sheet and said I should call Dispatch. I went home and called Dispatch. They gave me the numbers for MWR and Range Control. So I called Range Control. I explained what I wanted and he told me to call back after he talked to his boss who had to call Chris. When I called back, he said he remembered me and will never forget my request to go pick up manure. He is going to add it to his list of “You know you work at Dugway when...” He gave me permission, so I hopped in the car and headed over to the parking lot of the 5K trail. I saw a pile of dung as I was driving in, so I stopped. I tied a plastic bag around one hand and used it to place balls of dung in a garbage bag. I walked around and found 4 others piles. It was a good haul. Then I called Range Control back to tell them I was leaving the restricted area.

When I got home, I left the bag of dung on the front porch. I brought the mail in, and washed my hands. I read an article saying the spike protein itself can cause adverse events, whether from the virus or from the shot. Then I made breakfast for supper. Chris came home from work and made his supper while listening to Michele game online. I searched for the first episode of the vaccine summit, but it was over, so I watched the second episode. I paused it to watch episodes of Community with Chris, then finished watching the summit before posting to my blog and going to bed.

* I got this pic from the internet because it is forbidden to take pics on the restricted area. *

Radio wave power

I didn't fall asleep right away, but I think I slept through the night. I heard Chris get ready for work. I got up about 8, juiced a lemon, and rinsed the lentil seeds and pea sprouts. I planted another pea sprout. I turned on the router then washed up and got dressed. I read by the Happylight. I sewed up the holes in Chris' sweatshirt.

I checked e-mail until 9:30, then joined my tapping buddy for a session. I went back to reading e-mail until breakfast. Chris came home for lunch. He gave me a phone number for a lady who wanted me to call her. I read an article on how to mitigate the potential damage from mRNA shots. It was a lot of the same things used for prevention of viral infection. There was a video on free energy developed in Africa. He built a car that runs on radio waves. Then I read about the dangers and solutions to centralized internet. Even blockchain is now centralized and controlled by monied interests. The speakers recommended Qortal, a new and emerging platform.

I called the lady but she didn't answer. I walked to the post office to pick up boxes. Soon after I got back, she called and said we should talk in person tomorrow. I raked five boxes of leaves, which I covered with dirt that was dug from gopher mounds. Then I watered the leaves to start the decomposition process.

It was after five so I came in to make supper. Chris came home relatively on time.

I made my evening drink and we watched three episodes of Community. Then I brushed my teeth and wrote this blog post before going to bed.

Be careful what you wish for

I woke in the middle of the night and had a hard time getting back to sleep. Apparently Chris did too. He got cold and had to put on a sweat suit to stay warm. I heard him get ready for work in the morning, but I stayed in bed. I never heard my alarm because it was in another room. So it was almost 8:30 when I got up.

I squeezed a lemon. I read by the Happylight. I looked at gardening websites and ways to create compost from food waste and leaves. I read an article: IMF is promoting financial innovation in the form of using various nonfinancial data such as the type of browser and hardware used to access the internet, the history of online searches and purchases to determine creditworthiness. Then I watched a video of a guy who grew and foraged all his meals for a year (in Florida).

When the lemon juice protocol was finished, I made and ate breakfast. At 1, I chatted with a tapping buddy. She showed me her Rife machine. We didn't get much tapping done. Afterward, I read an article on affidavits showing that the capitol riot was pre-planned by certain people so not incited in the moment by Trump.

It was a nice day so I walked to the community garden to check out plot 19. It was unremarkable. But there were two plots side by side which had piles of mulch and several raised bed boxes. When I got home, I rested in the recliner and listened to an interivew. Then I went back outside where I raked up five boxes of leaves, covered them with dirt, and sprayed water over all of it.

I heard an interview with Dr. Shiva and RFK jr on Gates' influence on the world food supply. All WHO decisions go through the Gates foundation first. Gates paid for studies to kill invermectin and HCQ. Fauci committed $48 billion to NIH to pushing vaccines. All 48 billion went to vaccines, not treatments. Gates is taking over farms, developing farm robots, owns Impossible Burger and other lab-grown meats. He is buying politicians to mandate fortified foods in a third world country. Natturally grown foods don't need fortification but become illegal, and that means only processed foods will be available. It also shuts down biodiversity.

I made a salad for supper. Chris came home and made his own supper. I asked him to shake the bottle of dressing for me because the fats in the bottle were not coming through the spout. When he did, the top opened and it sprayed all over me. I had to take off my top to rinse it out and he was ecstatic!

From an article in Dr. Shiva's website: BMGF is looking to privatize farmers seeds. “He appears as the grand benefactor ready to swoop in and save the poor of their miserable conditions with technologies only he and his experts understand but are generous enough to make available to the masses...where the poor become ever dependent on the rich.” Gates has been, rushing to find substitutes for natural ecological processes and then patenting as has been the trend for making profits from life and its living processes...” She details how his philanthropic style is aking to the vicious monopolistic methods executed at Microsoft. Around 8:30, I made my evening drink. We watched several episodes of Community, finishing season 1. I brushed and swished with neem paste because my gums are swelling near the crowns. Chris told me he was cold last night and was going to wear his sweatsuit again tonight. He thought he might be coming down with something so I gave him C and D. Then I typed up my blog post and got ready for bed.

* I didn't take any pics today, so here is one from Saturday *

Amazon is watching

I listened to the sleep tracks last night, then took the headphones off and went to sleep. I woke once during the night, then early in the morning. I think I had a bad dream. But I stayed in bed until after the alarm went off.

Not having time for the lemon protocol, I used the previous one, that starts with hydrogen water. But even though I used only one tablet, it took a long time to dissolve in the bottle with no air. In fact, I had to shake it back and forth to break it up.

I brushed my teeth, washed up and got dressed. I read a few chapters from Exodus, not knowing where the next sermon would come from. I finished an article from last night about digital medicine, literally pills with sensors that tell the doctor if you took your medication. It was suggested for upping compliance, to monitor opiod use and clinical trial participation or as a condition for parole or release from a psychiatric facility. There was no mention of the safety of swallowing the sensors.

After reading an article on the rise in youth suicides, we bundled up and walked to the chapel. We had a few minutes to talk, then took our seats for the singing of songs, and then the sermon. Afterward, we had communion with little packages of wafer and wine. After the service, I talked to Elaine, and then to Rusty, who had a wealth of knowledge about the community garden and offered me one of his plots since he was only going to have two this year.

We walked home, and then changed clothes. I made breakfast, and watched the Huntsville service. I checked e-mail. Chris brought home a pizza from the Superbowl Sunday sale. I went outside to rake up boxes of leaves which I spread across the backyard, I also scooped up gopher mounds to sprinkle on top of the leaves to hold them down. It was getting pretty windy.

I made more mixes and refilled spices while listening to a talk on headaches. I planted a couple of pea sprouts and started some lentil seeds again. I made a salad for supper. I listened to several podcasts on detoxing and GMO's. I read an article on Amazon delivery trucks' new AI cameras that record the driver, the cargo compartment and the street (and homes) ahead of the van. One more reason not to order from Amazon. I made my evening drink, and Chris made his. Then we watched the last Voyagers episode, and one of Community. I swished while writing my blog, and then went to bed.

The last block

It was almost midnight when we went to bed. I was falling asleep without the headphones so I did not use them. But I woke in the night to use the restroom and had trouble going back to sleep. I did not feel like getting up in the morning, so I put it off until almost 8:30.

I started the lemon water protocol as soon as I got up. I turned on the Happylight and opened a card I got from Linda and read it over and over, wondering when C started on the path of self-destruction. She had been a pillar of the commuity, held a full-time job and took raised three kids.

I read e-mail and drank lemon water. Chris gave me a coconut oil massage and then I took a shower and got dressed for the day. I made and ate breakfast while Chris went to the commissary for a few things. Then I packed up my sewing machine and a set of fabrics for the craft plus a set of leftover strips. Chris put the sewing machine case in my trunk, then followed me to the chapel.

He carried it inside to the fellowship hall. Everything was in good order, so he left. I turned on the heat and unpacked my machine and the stuff for the valentine project. I worked on the 6th shuttle block and finished it just as Johnnie showed up. As she and I were talking, Jenni came with her snake project. So I cut strips for another project as they worked on their projects and we had a good time chatting. We packed up between 4 and 4:40. The heat turned itself off, so it was time to go.

When I got home, Chris took the machine and tote bags out of my trunk. I changed my shoes, then went outside to rake leaves because it was unseasonably warm. When I went in, I called Dad, and talked to him and to Faye. I didn't understand much of what he said.

Chris had made bean soup while I was out sewing. I ate the soup for supper. I did some research to respond to Kurt's e-mail. I read other articles and the comments. Then I helped Chris dress the bed. I made my evening drink, and we watched two episodes of Voyagers. I posted to my blog and got ready for bed.

UK newscast

We got up just after 9. I put the sprouts in water to soak. I juiced a lemon, and drank the first100ml. Then I dashed off to brush my teeth and get dressed. When I got to my laptop, it was almost 9:30 and time for a tapping call.

During the call, Chris went to work. After the call, I finished the lemon protocol, and made breakfast. I read e-mail. Chris came home around 2. I got ready and we went to Tooele for the usual weekly shopping. On the way back, we stopped at the post office.

When we got home, we put the food away. I made a salad for supper, saving the seeds from the cherry tomatoes before adding them. I listened to an interview on adrenal health. Then I watched a newscast from the UK: A whistleblower in NHS says the Pfizer vaccine depresses the immune system for a week afterward, but no one is telling those people to quarantine for a week so they catch something and die. Death rates in the 60+ crowd has gone up since the vaccinations started. ENT nurse questions the safety of using a 6 inch swab up the nose. Cribriform plate is very delicate and can be damaged. It is the gateway to the brain. Flu has not been reported since week 13 or 14. Apparently wearing a mask stops flu transmission but not covid transmission.

I whipped up a batch of seed crackers and stuck them in the oven. Then I made my evening drink. Chris did not make one. We watched two episodes of Voyagers from a Netflix DVD. Chris turned off the oven when the crackers were done. After the second episode, I finished the UK news report, then wrote up my blog post for today.

* Through Aug 23rd of 2020. This graph shows the difference that changing how the CDC reports deaths due to covid made. Had they not changed it back in March, the total would be much smaller. The deaths WITH a positive covid test but not DUE to covid infection would not have been counted. *

Cold and windy

Thursday

I woke in the middle of the night with a touch of RLS. Eventually I went back to sleep. I woke with the alarm, feeling ok. I got up to start the lemon protocol. I turned on the router and dived into e-mail.

At 11:30, I made breakfast. I ate it while watching The Highwire. I learned that Fauci, through NIH, has given 7.4 million dollars to Wuhan for gain-of-function research. I read the comments and some people posted video links. One was about a doctor who explained through the use of study abstracts, how antibody enhancement can lead to worse outcomes when vaccinated people encounter the wild virus. He also showed how a person would get more spike proteins from the shot than from infection. A video clip showed Cuomo getting an Emmy but you couldn't see any writing on it. Supposedly it was for leadership during the pandemic.

I took a break in the afternoon to do yard work. But it was so cold that I had to satisfy myself with burying the food waste and gluing a plastic bag to the rake handle to avoid splinters.

I don't remember now what else I read. I shook the tomato flowers to move the pollen around. Around 6 I made a salad for supper and soaked the sprouting seeds. The jar is almost full now. Chris came home and made his own supper. I parsed out supplements for the next two weeks and placed an order with Swansons.

At 8:30 I made my evening drink. Chris had his own evening drink, with alcohol. We watched several episodes of Community. Chris became very talkative. We talked into the night and went to bed very late. So I skipped blog writing and and forgot to turn off my phone.

Growing up

Having followed the same protocol as yesterday, I was disappointed at not having slept as well as the night before. I waited until some time after the alarm went off to get up. I had forgotten to put my phone in airplane mode and had left it in the dining room.

I prepared for a meditation and detox morning: exercising, drybrushing, making coffee, swishing with coconut oil, and putting on a 6-CD line-up. While meditating, I remembered that it was time to write the monthly checks.

By the time Chris came home for lunch, I had cleaned both bathrooms and was working on the kitchen. He brought me a large box from the front porch. It contained extra filters for the air purifier. A man stopped by with the results of a water test. I stayed in the kitchen because I was still wearing my nightgown. When I finished in the kitchen, I took a shower and got dressed. I wrote the monthly checks. I turned off the heat and opened a window in each room I walked to the post office to mail them. When I got back, the temp was going down. So I turned on the ceiling fans and set the timer for 30 minutes. I watched part of NTD newscast, then, when the timer went off, turned off the ceiling fans, closed the windows and turned the heat back on. I went back to the newscast, which seemed pretty evenhanded, until the doorbell rang. A man came to put a new water filter in the fridge. It took him 5 minutes just to open the package because it was wrapped so tightly in tough plastic. After he left, I finished the video, and checked e-mail.

I played the audio from the Global Research News Hour while I made and ate breakfast (at supper time). Notes below. I scooped the seeds out of a papaya and ate the orange part. I researched vertical gardens, thinking that might be the solution to gopher predation. I came across a lovely arrangement, seen here. I was looking for something that uses stuff I already have.

Then I made my evening drink and rinsed the sprouts. We watched a movie called Runaway with Tom Selleck. (Hmmm, run away with Tom Selleck? But I digress.) Afterward, I brushed my teeth and wrote my blog post. I may read some more before going to bed.

Notes:

The Pfizer and Moderna shots are experimental products, not licensed, or approved, only authorized for emergency use. Such authorization is given at the lowest bar: presumed benefits must outweigh presumed risks. Therefore the less you know about a vaccine, the easier it is to get authorization. There have been 30 reports of Bells Palsy. Neither the lipid nanoparticle nor the mRNA has ever been licensed before. Each vaccine contains a variation of the spike protein, about 4000 nuecleotides. There are a number of amino acid squences on the spike protein that are identical to human proteins. Parts of the spike protein are toxic, so the spike may not be the safest part of the virus to use. Laws passed after 911 took liability from the designers, producers, shippers, and innoculators of emergency use vaccines. The lawmakers gave themselves immunity at the same time. Norway is sayiing people with a short time left to live should not get the vaccine. Covid is treatable. Ivermectin has now been recognized as an appropriate treatment by the FDA. (I think this was a Canadian show because at the end it was all in French.)

Such a nice day

.Apparently the combination of supplements and sleep tracks worked. I slept through the night and woke up with my alarm at 7:30. I had no trouble getting out of bed and starting my day. I made a lemon juice solution. I washed up and got dressed. I read by the Happylight. I rinsed and cooked the lentils that refused to sprout.

I turned on the router and checked e-mail. I read articles, and watched a video of Barbara Low Fisher. I looked through my blog for a pic of my sewing machine to send to a guy who sells parts. I played Day 4 of a meditation and breathwork series. I sanitized two masks. Yesterday I had put a seed mix in a mason jar with a sprouting lid to soak overnight. Today I rinsed the seeds and set them to drain. I watched a movie called “Thrive” at Thriveondotcom:

After finishing the lemon juice protocol, I made and ate breakfast. I watched a video of our post medic talking about deciding to get vaccinated. Another e-mail from the same source informed me that all rent on post is going up.

I assembled ingredients for the bread machine, then walked to the chapel. I gave the CD of hymns to the chapel assistant. When Elaine arrived, we discussed music and tried playing a hymn together on the piano. She suggested that next time I play trombone. We discussed current events and had a lovely chat She gave me a ride home.

It was such a nice day that I turned off the heat and opened some windows. I raked several boxes full of leaves and dumped them in the back yard. I spread them around and put dirt on top to hold them in place. Some of the grass under the leaves was still green and I glimpsed dandelion in there.

At 5 I went inside. I rubbed some vitamin C on the rash. I was making supper when Chris came home. He turned on the heat, and closed the windows. I made a salad for supper. After cutting up a carrot, I stuck the carrot top in a saucer of water to sprout. After a few more articles, I made my evening drink, and we watched three episodes of Community. Then I wrote my blog post thinking of getting ready for bed

A very interesting interview

I fell asleep after taking off the headphones and I slept through the night, and through Chris' alarm, and through Reveille. I woke up when Chris took his shower. What a restful night!

I got up to juice a lemon. I read a book by the Happylight. I listened to an interview with a virologist. My notes are at the end of this post. I boiled water and poured it down both sink drains. I watched a presentation on homesteading (Day 6).

I watched a video on hand pollination, then tried it on my tomato plant. At that exact moment, Chris came home for lunch. A few minutes later, I met with a tapping buddy for an hour. Afterward, I made and ate breakfast.

I watched more videos from Day 6, but they were not remarkable, so no notes. I needed a break, so I went outside to rake leaves. I dumped them in the back yard where nothing grows and covered them with a little gopher dirt so they won't blow away.

After more reading, I made a salad for supper, and watched a short video of silver threads found in an unused covid test swab that move. Dr. Lorraine Day said if you have to wear a mask to contain the covid in your saliva, then a buccal swab should be enough. They should not have to swab so far back in your sinuses to get a sample. Is there some other reason for doing that? She says they are implanting something.

I made my evening drink, and we watched multiple episodes of Community. Then I posted to my blog and did a little more reading before going to bed.

Synthetic RNA is wrapped in a lipid shield that will allow it to enter every cell of the body. Naturally produced RNA doesn't last very long because it is broken down by enzymes meant to do just that (because free RNA is a danger signal to the immune system), but encapsulation in lipid nanoparticles attacted to PEG, protects the synthetic messenger RNA in the shot. It could theoretically last for months, or longer. Blacks and Hispanics typically have a harder time breaking down mRNA. The spike protein contains pieces of HIV, ACE-2 receptor of coronavirus, and a gamma retrovirus envelope that is cross-reacive with our human syncytin. People with pre-existing autoimmune disorders will be particularly affected. If luciferase is added, the synthetic mRNA lights up so you can track it. It shows up in the spleen and brain. The inflammatory cytokine storm that occurs after injection can go anywhere in the body. XMRV's are associated with the development of ITP. Wearing a mask after injection will drive inflammation.

One size doesn't fit all in any vaccine strategy. When forcing a gene-therapy on an entire population, millions of people will die or get deadly diseases like ITP. Because of all the toxins in our world, our brains already have some inflammation, so we have pathogenic priming. Stress is immunosupressive. Longhaulers is caused by the HIV part of the Sarscov2 virus. That part is also in the spike protein that the injection causes human cells to produce. Syncytin is an endogenous retrovirus envelop encoded in the human genome. Immediate reactions to the injections are almost certainly caused by PEG. Long term effects include shaking, tics, severe headaches, microvascular diseases like tumor growth, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, kidney disease, inability to sleep, etc. Treatments include metal detox, inflammation prevention, quercetin, cinnamon bark, berberine, burn ketones, glycine, maintain nutral urine PH, MCT oil, type 1 interferon in a spray keeps virus from replicating in nasal passages and throat and help degrade RNA for people who can't degrade the RNA, peptide T, nebulized hydrogen peroxide, activation NRF pathway with molectular hydrogen.

Hurting for Hymns

We got up at 8:30. I made and drank hydrogen water, then read by the Happylight. I checked e-mail, then washed up and got dressed for church, but with walking shoes on. We walked to the chapel, not far behind Johnnie.

When we got there, I talked to Eileen, but all too soon it was time for the service. We sang songs which were a little hard to follow. The chaplain gave the sermon and we sang one more song. Eileen said the guitar player sent a message at 1am that he couldn't do the songs requested. So we were singing the emergency fill-in songs. I said I might have some hymns on CD.

We walked home, stopping at the post office for me to take a pic of the poster about the community garden. I made and ate breakfast, then watched the Huntsville service. It was especially good, but it was the pastor's last Sunday. Starting next week, they will have a new pastor.

I read e-mail, and listened to interviews. I looked up free hymns and found a file of 200. I burned them to a CD which already had something old on it. Chris sent me his comments on the swap shop proposal. I made the changes and sent it back to him so he could send it to the medic for his approval. I also put the next track on the headphones. I put on a coat and went outside to rake up leaves to make into compost. Mostly the leaves were stuck in the grass, but I got a few.

I made a salad for supper. Chris browned some ground beef for me so I put some on the salad. I found the interviews from Day 6: the first one was on mistreatment of food animals so go vegan. Another was on covid vaccines: not well tested, not shown to stop transmission or to keep you from getting asymptomatic infection. Once vaccinated, you can't get unvaccinated. If you have a reaction, the medical staff may not know how to treat you because they don't understand how the new vaccines work. No one in the process has liability.

I made my evening drink. We watched several episodes of Community, stopping to look up familiar actors and actresses. Then I wrote up my blog and got ready for bed.
