Conversations about gardening

I slept ok. I got up after 8 and made lemon water. I spritzed the mushrooms and checked on the worms. None had crawled out overnight. I used the MindPlace device one last time. I read a book by the Happylight. Then I turned on the router and checked e-mail.

Somehow I messed up the lemon water protocol. It got late enough that I just started making breakfast. While I ate, I watched an episode from the soil summit and took notes.

Around 3 I put a gallon of water by the door and packed up the MindPlace device. I had a hard time getting all the pieces into the black bag. I couldn't remember if the wall adapter came with it, or if that adapter belonged to us. I tried to look it up on the manufacturer's website, but it didn't say. I watched reviews for it online. In one of them, the reviewer unboxed the device and took out each piece. One was an adapter, but different. Oh well. I packed it all up and headed out to ACS.

When I got there, Mr. Kruse was in his office. I returned the device to him and we had a long conversation about a bunch of things, including gardening. He said there was more cow manure out by the gardens if I wanted it. After our conversation, I went to the garden to add a gallon of water to the five-gallon bucket.

By the time I got home, Chris was home and eating his burritto. I talked to William who is adding shale to the side of the driveway to support Faye's van. Then I made supper. I read about N protein, which is part of most coronaviruses and if added to the shot, would be more likely to confer immunity for most or all variants. The N protein sequence is more stable than the spike protein sequence.

I made my chamomile tea and we watched two episodes of The Indian Detective. Then we had a long talk, including gardening. Also, I had read an article saying that the commander at Fort Bragg made a ruling that troops without a vaccination card could not go in the dining facility. I was hoping Chris could confirm the story, but he did not know. He did say that the commander could do that as long as he provided an alternative, like a sack lunch.

Finally, I got to sit down and write to my blog while he went to bed.

I hope it isn't tornado season

I got up about 7:45, having slept ok. I made lemon water, checked on the worms, and spritzed the mushroom block. I dumped out the water and added new for all the things sprouting in jar lids. I searched for the bag of maskmaking supplies, but could not find it anywhere. I finished a mask using elastic and nose wire cut from a medical mask. I put it in an envelop and wrote several monthly checks.

When I went outside to mail them, I was greeted by great gusts of WIND!!! I bundled up and walked to the post office to mail the checks and mask, and to buy more stamps. The clerk and I talked about worms, then I braved the wind again to get home.

Now that my battery tester was back in business, I tested the old batteries, and put the backing on. I cleaned up all the battery packages and scooped all the good stuff back into the battery box and put it away. And there was the bag of mask supplies! Sigh.

I watched videos about fungus gnats. One recommended Mosquito Bits, which contain BT. So does BT corn which is GMO. I wondered if that was a good thing to use on vegetable plants. I meditated with Deepak, but the sound of the wind beating against the doors and windows kept me from relaxing. I did the next meditation with headphones to block out the sound. I started making breakfast and Chris came home for lunch. I mentioned that the wind was so strong it had me worried. He said it was no more than 45 mph. After he left, my tapping buddy called. We tapped together for the state of the world.

I chose a piece of origami paper from the generous supply that Karen and William sent me. I practiced folding a cross, the took a pic for the next class. I should have posted it right away, but figured I would do it later.

I looked at videos on biochar, and DIY auto-watering systems for plants. The wind died down. I heated fish for supper and made a salad. Chris came home and made his supper. I looked at soil amendments and net pots online. Then at 8:30, I made my evening tea, and we watched a couple minutes of Irregulars, but Chris didn't like it, so then we watched two episodes of The Indian Detective. He seemed quite enamored of it.

I read a few articles to clear out an e-mail, then posted to my blog and went to bed.

A helpful neighbor

Although it took awhile to fall asleep last night, I slept well. I heard my alarm go off in another room, but since Chris didn't get up, neither did I. It was unusual for him to stay in bed, so I stayed with him, just in case. After he got up and sat at his laptop, I got up and checked on the worms. I also checked on the musroom block and spritzed it a bit.

I sat in the recliner and read Phillipians chapter 3. The sermon last Sunday was from that chapter and since no one has mention that this is Palm Sunday, I thought today's sermon might be from Philipians also. I also read from another book while the Happylight was turned on. Then I checked and deleted a bunch of e-mail. Finally I washed up and got dressed for church. I searched for garden products online until Chris was ready to go.

We drove to church although it was nice outside and we could have walked. We had time to talk with Johnnie and Brian and Eileen before the service started. Some of the songs were somewhat familiar but the rendition made them hard to follow. The sermon was from Phillipians 3, and he reminded us about the Easter service being at 7am next Sunday.

When we got home, Chris got on the internet to game with Michele and some male friends. I dropped a bowl while making breakfast and it shattered far and wide. Chris came and swept it up. I am glad I wasn't barefoot.

After breakfast I read more articles from e-mail. Then I took a walk to the garden to check out my plot. Nothing had changed. When I got home, I took my battery tester over to Brian's house. I was mortified that I woke him up, but he said sleeping in the afternoon will affect his sleep at night. He examined my battery tester and determind that the batteries were good, but the dimple in the compartment was stove in. He bent it out a little and then it worked!

Johnnie suggested that he could fix the thread guide on my sewing machine. So I went home and got it. I also brought a piece of the broken guide. But he examined it and decided to go a whole different route. He took a corner support, and made it fit the spot where the guide broke off. He took off the top of the machine and engineered the piece to fit, even putting screw threads into the piece, and cutting a slot for the thread to slip in. And, while the top was off, he greased the main moving parts! When he'd finished putting the machine back together, I took the machine home, then brought back a sweet potato sprout for them to grow.

It was late for the eastern time zone, but I called and talked to Faye. Dad was finishing his supper. So when she had to put him to bed, I hung up and put my supper together. As I ate, I watched Huntsville's Palm Sunday service. With all the liturgy and hymns, it really hit the spot.

I read an article saying three million facemasks are thrown away every minute across the globe. Many end up in the enviroment and the ocean. I listened to James Corbett talk about Biden's plan to cooperate with the committee on internation foreign relations.

I made my evening drink. We watched 4 episodes of In Search Of... One was about the mystery of Oak Island, so I had to look it up afterward. It seems the mystery has not been solved yet and is an ongoing series on the History channel. Then I typed up my blog and got ready for bed, spritzing the mushroom block again.

* a sewing machine, barely alive. But he can rebuild it. He has the technology. He can make it better than it was, stonger, faster... *

Dirt is a deep subject

I took half a sleep supplement last night around midnight. I had trouble falling asleep, but not staying asleep. I woke up about 8 and Chris was already up. I ruminated until 8:30, then got up to make lemon water.

I used the MindPlace device and read a book for awhile. Then I plugged my headphones up to recharged. I checked e-mail for a bit until Chris was ready. Then we went back to the bedroom and he gave me a coconut oil massage. Afterward I rested whie he showered, then I got up to take my shower. While I got dressed, he started the laundry.

I read an article that said our money has lost 30% of its value in the last year because they printed 30% more. Every stimulus paid out will reduce it even more.

Then I watched several interviews from the soil summit. So many things were recommended that I didn't get them in full sentences: Indiginous microbes (IMO) is part of Korean Natural Farming. MAKESOIL.com to sign up to donate or receive kitchen waste. Chris Trump, endophytes and saprophytes, volcanic (basalt) rock dust, Matt Powers book explains all. Ancient forest humus, C-90, Marphyl, Boogie Brew Pro, SoilBalance probiotic, Xtreme Gardening Azos, Ultra- archaea, Mr. Fulvic, Boogie-Blue Plus, Growingyourgreens.com

I put on a light jacket and walked to the post office. There was no mail for us. I took the long way back and picked up some giant beans that fell from a tree. I broke them up and put them in the compost. I transplanted some tomato seedlings, and a sprouted pea. I opened the mushroom kit and left it to soak according to directions. I watered the compost pile and added food scraps from things Chris fixed in the oven. Then I started sewing a mask for Cherry.

Chris steamed green beans for supper while I heated some fish in the toaster oven. I also ate some of the pea and lentil sprouts. I read several articles, then meditated with Deepak. I listened to an interview from the peptide summit but it did not keep my attention. I sourced planting mediums and looked up some of the things suggested earlier.

As I put beans away, it occurred to me that they would go really well with ham. Perhaps for Easter? I made chamomile tea and we watched several episodes of Warehouse 13. Then we made the bed, I brushed my teeth, and I wrote my blog post for today.

Weather changes

I slept ok, but not as well as the previous night. I got up about 8:30. I made lemon water, and checked the worms and seedlings. I used the MindPlace device, then read by the Happylight Chris had the router on, so I sat down to check e-mail. I watched several meditation-type videos.

Aroun 11:30, I started making breakfast. I read e-mail as I ate. As 2 rolled around, I got up to check the grocery list. Chris took a shower and then he was ready to go. It was about 48 and sunny as we left base. But when we got to Tooele, it was snowing and below freezing. We shopped at the usual three places and the dollar store. Is it sad that a trip to the dollar store seems like a special treat?

When we got back to base, it was sunny and over 50. We stopped at the post office to pick up the mail. Then we took the groceries home and unpacked. I took a walk around the neighborhood looking for discarded drink bottles, but for once there were none. I could see piles of dirt that large trucks had brought to fill in where the houses had been demolished. A small dirt mover was parked in one lot.

When I got back, Chris was cooking supper: fish, mushrooms, rice. I made a salad. I looked for instructions for paperfolding a cross. I want it as a project for the Saturday before Easter. I followed one set of directions, but after putting in a lot of work, there was a step I could not figure out. So I went looking for videos. They were complicated. There was one that seemed doable, but it involved cutting the square of paper. Although not ideal, it isn't a dealbreaker either.

I watched some videos that Denise sent me. One was about the freighter in the Suez canal. In another Dr. Lee Merrit talked about mask myths. One study showed masks filter only the biggest particles and those don't contain live virus. It is the aerosolized ones that are infectious and they get through. A Korean study showed coughing transmitted virus into culture dishes whether the person was masked or not. Another study showed the viral particles traveled up to 27.2 feet by just breathing.

I put away the fish and mushrooms. I heated tea as Chris put away the rice. We watched three episodes of Warehouse 13. Then I brushed my teeth, and watched a few short videos before posting to my blog and going to bed.

That's a lot of missing money

I had a really good night of sleep after doing all the usual things. The unusual thing was wearing a multivitamin patch and a B-12 patch. I think I slept through Reveille and Chris getting ready for work.

When I left the bedroom, I found the worms climbing the walls. I opened the lid a little for them to dry out, hopefully not too much. I made lemon water. I looked for fabric for a mask and cut a strip which I soaked in hot water. I used the Mindplace device and then read for a few minutes. I put on new patches. Then I turned on the router.

I read e-mail most of the morning. I made breakfast around noon. Chris came home for lunch, so I listened to The Highwire with headphones: Rep. Dale Kobayashi told his story about getting small pox vaccine in 1964 and then getting encephalitis in 1971, along with 500 others who were vaccinated at the same time. He was at a peaceful gathering in Hawaii and the police came and arrested two people. At least one of them was wearing a mask, so I don't know why she was arrested. Blood clots resulting from AstraZenica was discussed. Their vaccine Covax was sent to small countries. DeSantis decried vaccine passports. Gottlieb said covid is spreading through aerosols as well as droplets so 6 feet is not very helpful. Virtual learning may cause more risk to mental and emotional health than in-person learning. Facemasks for children are damaging more than their mental health. Geert's warning has credibility even if he thinks a different kind of vaccine would be better. Early treatment cocktails should be used and are 80% effective.

I picked sprouts off of the sweet potato and put them in a bottle and photographed them. I planted one cutting which had roots. I listened to more interviews as I worked on a grow bag. I meditated while supper heated, but Chris came home and interrupted that. I finished off the jackfruit, then separated the rags from the rind for the worms. I started an interview with Catherine Austin Fitts. She said Rumsfeld announced that 20-some trillion dollars was missing from the gov't the day before 911. But of course that announcement got lost in the reporting of the twin towers. She discovered that money was spent on very expensive ufo research, how to adapt alien technology for our use, etc. Also, keeping the whole thing hidden is very expensive.

I boiled jackfruit seeds, and made tea. I sorted ornaments while waiting for Chris. Then we watched four episodes of In Search Of. One was about alien abductions. Afterward, I napped on the couch, then I brushed teeth, wrote my blog post, and got ready for bed.

One last time

I wore the mp3 headphones last night and got a good sleep. I got up a little before 8 and checked all the plants. I prepared for meditation morning with coffee, reading, Happylight and exercise. I put on the 6-cd line-up. After much tapping and meditation, I cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen and den. Chris did not come home for lunch.

I took a shower and got dressed. I spent way too much time looking for an American made cable to connect my laptop to the stereo for a louder sound. So many of the cables were made by Chinese companies. Then I walked to the post office to get the mail, which was all junk. I called the dentist to find out when my next cleaning appointment it.

When I got back, I listened to several interviews and took notes: GAVI (founded by Gates) doesn't pay taxes, and is criminally immune. That means no matter what they do, police are not allowed to storm the buildings and examine their computers. A few years ago Bill Gates applied to become a member-state of the WHO, but apparently was denied, so now he is striking deals with countries. Twice the WHO put out a medical alert on PCR test saying that the high CT rate is spiking false positives, which means they should only be used in conjunction with clinical presentation, but that did not stop them from pushing PCR tests as the best diagnostic test. AstraZeneca shot is not authorized in the US but for some reason we've already bought millions of doses. It is likely that the spike protein is causing blood clots.

I made breakfast for supper. Afterward, I meditated with Deepak. I read some articles and then heated tea. I removed the rest of the ornaments from the tree, and turned it on one last time. We watched 4 episodes of In Search Of.... One was on immortality. It was filmed in the 70's. Then it was time to blog and go to bed. But I couldn't resist piecing another puzzle.

Exodus

Last night I did not take a sleep supplement, but I did all the other usual stuff. The mp3 headphones cut out early. I guess they were not as charged as I thought. Eventually I fell asleep and slept well. I got up around 8, with music in my head but it was not Reveille.

On my way to the kitchen, I notied that the worms were escaping. Some were still alive, but others had dried out. I put them back, and left the light on to encourage them to stay hidden. I made and drank lemon water. I read a chapter or two. I used the Mindplace device. Then I turned on the router, and looked up escaping worms. One person told a story about 2000 worms trying to escape from a worm bed in the bathroom at Chrismastime when the in-laws were there. That made me smile. The problem was condensation on the inside of the lid. So I moved the lid off to the side a little bit and turned off the light. I also added some shredded paper.

I spread castings on all the potted plants indoors. I brought in the tomatoes that were outside being freeze-dried. I cut up some celery and put it out for the same experiment. I recharged my headphones with a different cord.

About the time Chris came home for lunch, I made and ate breakfast then meditated. I read about fungus gnats and watched several vides. I sprinkled diotomaceous earth on the soil in each pot.

I watched Brad's bonus audio 2, then walked to the post office and the swap shop. Eileen wanted a cow but I did not see one there. I put corned beef in the oven to heat. By the time it was done, Chris was home for supper. I watched more videos on growing mushrooms and cilantro, and building self-watering systems.

I watched an NTD newscast. They talked about the crisis of illegal immigrant children at the border and the press is being turned away. Millions of illegal immigrants have social security numbers and will receive stimulus checks. Michigan health department was taken to task for making false claims about vaccine safety: FDA approved a covid-19 vaccine (none are approved, only authorized for emergency use), they passed through the same threshholds of research and testing as previous vaccines (“Factsheets for Recipients” states that the vaccines have not undergone the same type of review as an FDA-appproved or cleared product.), they are proven to be “100% effective in preventing hospitalization and death” ( The FDA said “a larger number of individuals at high risk of covid-19 and higher attack rates would be needed to confirm the efficacy of the vaccine against mortality.” And there were participants in the vaccine arm of each trial that were hospitalized. )

It was almost 9 when I made my evening drink. I took ornaments off the tree while Chris got ready. We watched 4 episodes of In Search Of... Then I brushed my teeth and swished while typing up my blog post.

Garden in a bag

I did not take the sleep supplement before bed last night. I breathed lavender through my left nostril, and did yoga stretches. Then, in spite of lying awake for a while, I slept well after that. I got up about 8 with Reveille still rattling around in my head. I made lemon juice, read by the HappyLight, then used MindPlace to energize. Finally I turned on the router and meditated with Deepak.

I read e-mail, then put on an audio and started parsing supplements. Chris came home for lunch with mail. I made and ate breakfast, then watched propagation videos. I trimmed my tomato plant and stuck the cuttings in water. I also weighted a leaf onto soil. I added scraps to the compost pile, and put dirt in the rotted pumpkin, hoping the seeds will sprout. I re-figured grow bag dimensions, then laid out the drop cloth and cut it up. I sewed on two bags, then put supper in the toaster oven. I quickly walked to the garden and back. Chris was home, and had turned off the timer.

I took supplements and ate supper. I watched gardening videos, mostly about planter bags. I made my evening drink. I saw the worms were trying to escape so I cut up some banana peels for them. We watched 4 episodes of In Search Of...with Lenard Nimoy. Then I brushed my teeth and sat down to write my blog post. I recharged my phone and headset. I watched the NTD newscast, then went to bed.

Spring snow

I took half a supplement last night and used the mp3 headphones, along with sniffing lavender with my left nostril. As usual, it took awhile to fall asleep, but I stayed asleep all night. I got up about 9. I made hydrogen water, but it took forever for the tablet to dissolve. I don't know what I am doing wrong. Then I used the alternate supplement routine instead of lemon water. I checked e-mail, then had argument with Chris over yesterday. It ended when it was time to get ready for church.

I got dressed while he took a shower. I got in the car and he scraped the snow off. (This is the first day of spring, right?) We went to the chapel with two minutes to spare. The chaplain spoke from Phillipians 3. After the service, I chatted with Johnnie and Eileen. Then we went home.

I changed clothes, then made breakfast and ate it while reading e-mail. A little after 3 I bundled up and took a walk around the neighborhood. It was chilly and windy. When I got back, I called Faye. Dad took a nap so I did not get to talk to him. Then Chris gave me a massage. I napped for a while, until supper consisting of corned beef and cabbage was ready. I got up and Chris stripped the bed and washed the sheets.

After eating supper, I cut up a cherry tomato and put it outside to try freeze-drying it. (This desert environment should be good for something). I listened to a session of Re:Union, then watched some gardening videos. I made my evening drink and we watched three episodes of Space Force. It was less violent than iZombie, but the humor sometimes escaped me.

We made the bed with clean sheets. I brushed my teeth, then sat down to write my blog. I got a little sidetracked reading about the documents leaked from EMA (European Medicines Agency). They had major concerns over unexpectedly low quantities of intact mRNA in batches of the vaccine developed for commercial production. The BMJ asked Pfizer, Moderna, Curevac, as well as several regulators what percentage of intact RNA was acceptable for mRNA vaccines. None offered specifics and one said the such info was commercially confidential.

Rain!!! Wind!!! Snow!!!

I took half a supplement last night and for some reason did not use the headphones. It took awhile to fall asleep, but then I slept well. In the morning, the wind was howling and then the rain hit. It was hard to get up knowing the weather was so bad.

I got up about 9. I made lemon juice. I changed the water and fed the windowsill plants. I used the MindPlace device instad of reading. Then I watched the last tapping of Brad's 5-day challenge. Afterward, I watched part of a session from Re:Union.

At noon I made breakfast and ate it. I took a shower and got dressed. I put together some stuff for the sewing project. I found a few things to do in the kitchen, then put two sewing machines and a bag of fabric by the front door. Chris put everything in the trunk of my car. I discovered it was snowing in great big flakes!

The wipers cleared the front window and I drove to the chapel. I parked, and pulled one sewing machine out and rolled it to the chapel door. I unlocked it and went inside. When I turned back to get the other machine, I saw Chris drive up. I had left the trunk open, so he just walked over and pulled out the other machine and brought it to me. I was so touched by his thoughtfulness, but before I could tell him, he shamed me for not scraping the rear window. I just stood there in shock. He took the other machine to the fellowship hall, so after a minute, I followed with the first one. He put the machines on the table and went home.

I hooked up the machines, then took out some graph paper. I used a highlighter to mark a square spiral on each half. I laid out a project for me, but then the girls arrived. Their mother wasn't far behind. I seated the girls at the unthreaded machines and let them practice sewing straight lines and turning corners. I chatted with their mother as I supervized them. Then I let them pick which style of pincushion they wanted to make, and some fabric. One worked on a tomato pincushion and the other did a square one. Eileen came and had a crochet project. We had a nice chat. Sophia wanted to make a strawberry to go with her tomato pincushion and she wanted beads to go in it. There were tiny beads scattered in my sewing machine case, so I let her pick them out and stuff them in a little triangle pocket that she made. She sewed it shut and attached it all on her own. When the girls were done, the family left. I talked with Eileen for some time and then we packed up and went home.

I stopped at the post office, then went to our house. Chris brought my machines in. I listened to parts of the talk show that I missed, then started another one. I heated some beef for supper. Chris steamed some cauliflower for me. I finished listening to another session, then made my evening drink. I signed into Netflix while Chris made his drink. Then we watched two episodes of iZombie. One episode had pizza in it so Chris paused it to get himself a piece of pizza.

After watching, I brushed my teeth and composed my blog post.

Shopping

I took half a supplement last night and used the mp3 headphones. I slept but it was hard to get up in the morning. Maybe I should take it earlier. I used the alternate supplement schedule rather than the lemon juice because it was quicker. I read by the Happylight, then watched Brad's Day 4 tapping video. I also meditated with Deepak. I read e-mail and articles. I made and ate breakfast.

After breakfast, I might have watched videos or something until 2. Then I got dressed. I watered the compost piles, changed water for one sweet potato and picked off a stem which I stuck in water to root. I sprayed the tomato seeds, and checked on the worms.

After Chris took his shower, we packed the cooler and went to Tooele. We started the book on CD over again. We shopped at Luckeys, Melanie's, and Macey's. Then we went home. We stopped at the post office where I picked up a package from Swansons.

After we put the groceries away, I laid down because I was so tired. But I did not fall asleep. I got up to make supper, and topped it off with jackfruit. I saved the rind for worms and compost. I watched an hour newscast. Then I made my evening drink. We watched two episodes of a zombie series (called Zombie). paints the title character (a zombie) in a good light. Had a discussion about how to choose what to watch in the future.

I brushed my teeth, composed my blog post, and got ready for bed.

* I wish these two hadn't met. *

Roast beef test

I forgot to take a bunch of magnesium before watching TV last night. But I slept ok (after the usual hour or so of lying awake). I heard Chris get up in the morning, and Reveille. I got up before 8 and drank a cup of water. Then I made the lemon juice solution. I turned on the internet and the Happylight and I meditated with Deepak (who is doing another 21 days of meditation series). From there, I went to Brad's five-day tapping challenge. I took a break to change the water in the windowsill garden. I watched another video or so, then made and ate breakfast.

Chris did not come home for lunch. I watched The Highwire. Dr. Zelinko noticed that longhauler syndrome virtually never happens if you are treated within the first 5 days of symptoms. Another study showed that people who recovered from infection and then got the vaccine got no added benefit from being vaccinated, but they did have a higher percentage of adverse reactions. A meta-analysis of symptomatic and asyptomatic people showed that symptomatic people transmit virus 200 times out of 1000, whereas asymptomatic people transmit 7 times out of 1000.

It was a nice day so I walked to the post office without a coat. It was windy but tolerable. There was no mail. I took the long way home. Not wanting to go in right away, I filled a bucket with rocks and moved it to the back yard. I also watered the compost piles.

I listened to Ron DeSantis' public health roundtable in Florida on science and covid response. It was very good. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-V7ZqnoKdUQ&t=6312s. I heated roast beef in the oven. Chris popped in to say hello before trotting off to Mass. I looked up what tumbleweeds are good for: tumbleweed shoots and bacon recipe. People are selling them on ebay. I used the MindPlace device for 20 minutes, then took the roast beef out and ate it, but nothing else. There is a stomach acid test that involves eating only steak and seeing how you feel 3 hours later. (I felt fine)

I read an article about employers replacing their workers with robots, but they call it RPA (robotic process automation.) “These are not your grandfather's old bots merely doing repetitive mechanical tasks. Sophisticated automatons armed with artificial intelligence have quietly moved up the corporate ladder to take over cognitive work that had been the niche of such highly paid humans as financial analysts, lawyers, engineers, managers, and doctors.”

I made my evening drink. We watched one episode of Lupin and discovered that it was the last one. Chris decided to try a pirate series. It looked pretty brutal, and it was, but it was almost like a documentary. Different historians narrated parts of the story as Spain fought with Britain and pirates looted their ships. Then I read some comments on a website, and posted to my blog, ready to go to bed.

More sprouts

No supplement last night, only stretches, and left nostril breathing. I forgot to turn the air purifier on. It took me over an hour to fall asleep, but then I slept well, so well that I wanted to go back to sleep when Chris got up for work.

It was after 8:30 when I got up. I made hydrogen water and took a bromelain capsule. I made coffee and checked all my sproutings for proper moisture. I relaxed during a session with the MindPlace device. Then I swished with coconut oil, drybrushed and exercised. I turned on the CD player and had meditation morning.

Afterward, hyped on caffeine, I cleaned the bathrooms, vaccuumed here and there, then cleaned the stove and counter tops. I washed dishes and the sprout containers. I also disassembled the Berkey and washed all its parts. I put them back together and filled it with water. Then I took a shower.

It was a beautiful and I was glad to finally be ready to go outside. I took the long way to the post office, and then found there was no mail. I went home. I tried to run Qortal, but my OS was still not allowing it.

I put a celery bunch in water to start sprouting. I was going to juice the stalks but decided to wait until tomorrow. I wrote cauliflower on the grocery list so I can try that next week. I watered both compost piles. I called William, who I hadn't talked to in a while. Then I made breakfast. Chris came home from work. We had a discussion about current events. I checked my e-mail and came across the word 'shimbarin'. I tried to find a translation for it, but with no luck.

I turned my attention to articles in e-mail until almost 9. Then I made my evening drink and we watched one episode of Lupin. Then I read a few articles on growing vegetables from food scraps, and some e-mail, before concentrating on my blog post. As ever, I am eager to go to bed, although I will probably be awake for some time.

* Here's the bok choy. *

Moving Day

I did not take the bedtime supplement last night, but I did sniff lavender with my left nostril and put on the mp3 headphones. I slept pretty well. I did not hear Chris get up, but I did hear Reveille and my alarm. I got up about 8:30 to start my day.

I rinsed the sprouts, and made lemon water. I checked the worms but they were fine. The mushroom spores were growing in the oyster container, but I did not see any in the other.

I read by the Happylight, then my phone rang. I did not catch it in time, but I think it was a spam call by the number. I saw a message from my credit card company asking if I recognized certain transactions. One was unfamiliar so they cut off the card. I called the company and they gave me the number for the quilting company who made the charge for the transaction in question. I called and learned that it was something I had signed up for a year ago at a special price and it was renewing at the regular price. Having cleared that up, I had to then get the cc company to pay the second charge which they had denied because they didn't recognize the first one. It took longer than it should have, but there was no survey for me to register a complaint.

Because of all this, I was late dialing in to the Zoom call with the Tooele quilt group. I enjoying sitting in and seeing what kind of quilts and projects they do. I got the feeling this was their first Zoom call.

Afterward, I watched a video where an American guy in Japan explains how he can no longer mail packages at the post office without having an on-line account to register the package first. He is in Japan, but it could be a harbinger of things to come in other countries as well. They mentioned smart dust at the end and I had to look it up. I found a Forbes article detailing the benefits, and also the ptential risks if it falls into the wrong hands.

I made breakfast and watched several videos on what to plant in case of a crisis. I guess it depends on what kind of climate you have, but on the list were potatoes, beets, kale, peas, squash, corn, beans, cabbage, sweet potatoes, carrots, and lentils. I decided to upgrade the living conditions of the worms. I took a plastic bin and poked holes in it with a hot metal chop stick. Then I layered ripped paper, dirt, a blend of egg shells and lemon peels, and finally the worms - with all their previous bedding and food.

It was a nice day so I did not need a coat outside. Since it was windy, it still felt a little chilly. I walked to the garden, and switched out the tops of the buckets. I picked up some tree bark along the way. I picked up a package at the post office, ran into Brian on the way home. After a chat, he gave me a gopher trap. He showed me how to set it and I tried it. But when I got home, it didn't work. I had to look it up online.

I read some e-mail, then worked on getting Qortal to run. The OS is still trying to keep it from running. I snacked while participating in a Zoom call with the Rocket City Modern Quilt Guild. The president usually leads the meeting, but she had technical trouble and was dealing with a temporary (hopefully) case of Bell's Palsy, which is unusual in one so young.

I had some fish after it was over. I watched a long tapping video from a self-help summit, and then we watched two episodes of Lupin. I brushed my teeth afterward and swished while looking at another article. Catherine Austin Fitts wrote the Family Financial Disclosure Form for COVID-19 Injections, a downloadable form families can use to assess the potential financial risks of being injured by a COVID vaccine.

It was getting late so I concentrated on getting my blog post written so I can get ready for bed.

Gardening videos

I did not take the sleep supplement last night because I knew I would be awakened early by Reveille, or Chris' alarm. I didn't think I slept much, but I did not hear Chris get out of bed, so I must have been sleeping then. I tried to go back to sleep, but just stayed in bed until nearly 8.

I made the lemon juice solution. I read by the HappyLight, then used the MindPlace device. I turned on the router and watched one or two episodes from the brain summit. They recommended Brain HQ, and braintapresearch.com. The second one comes with a headset. I watched something about mushrooms and cardboard while listening to brain science. One way to relax is to breathe EO through the left nostril to activate left brain (and reduce right brain anxiety). The body needs calcium at night to wind down.

I made breakfast and ate it while watching gardening videos. Chris came home for lunch and asked me to make more bread. I started a loaf and watched more gardening videos. I also saw an interview with an Israeli woman who said their prime minister signed a contract with Pfizer to vaccinate the entire population with no consent, informed or otherwise. Unvaccinated people are being shut out of all community activities.

I opened a coconut and drank the juice, then scooped out the meat. I cut up the coir to use with the worms or the mushrooms. I watched a movie on medical racism, showing how people of color have been experimented on without their knowledge.

I walked to the garden with some castor oil pellets in my pocket. I buried some of them where critters had dug recently. I also readjusted the top on the five gallon bucket so it would be dry. Then I walked home. I put supper in the toaster oven. Chris came home and called Michele to ask her an immigration question. Then he left me to talk to her while he changed clothes. He made himself a burrito and rejoined the conversation.

After a bunch more gardening videos and a few notes, I made my evening drink and we watched a Netflix movie called The Dig. It was based on an historical event. After a few more gardening videos, I posted to my blog, and got ready for bed.

Sunny, but not terribly warm

I took half a sleep supplement last night and put on my mp3 headphones. But although they were attached to my laptop all day, they were not charged and soon the session ended. I had trouble getting to sleep. In the morning I dreamed that Chris and I got separated so I tried to call him, but found I had both of our phones in my purse. So there was no way to contact him.

I got up about 8:45 which turned out to be 9:45 in the new time. I tried the previous supplement routine, but ran out of time.

I read a book with the HappyLight and then checked e-mail. I read about places that are creating an animal records database. That means the population must register domestic animals and needs a permit to give someone a cat for instance. PA is hiring people to implement programs of Innovative research for mass depopulation of domestic livestock in commercial settings, and practical biosecurity immplemetation for commercial and backyard domestic operations. The author thinks that this is how the powers that be will keep us from raising our own animals while they get rid of commercially raised animals.

I got ready for church, and we drove to the chapel. I chatted with Eileen and Brian, then sat for the service. We sang two familiar songs and I stood through two others that were unfamiliar. After the service, I talked to Eileen, then we went home. Chris started gaming with the guys and Michele. I made and ate breakfast.

I read some e-mail, then made a pincushion and took pics of it for class next week. I planted tomato seeds by cutting off pieces of paper towel that had seeds dried to it. I placed the pieces seed-side down on dirt in a seed tray. Then I prayed it with water.

After reading some more, I took a walk out to the gardens. I found tunnels in the middle. I dug them up as far as I could with my hands. When I got back, Chris was ready for his haircut. He put a chair out on the front porch and I gave him a tonsure cut. He seemed to like it.

I heated some leftovers for supper. Chris made a roast beef. I read articles, and watched two interviews from the brain summit. I did one 16 minute session with the MindPlace device. Finally I made my evening drink. We watched part of the second episode of The One, but were not enthused. So we watched an episode of a French series called Lupin. Then I sat down to write my blog post and read another article or two.

The mushroom house

I didn't sleep well after doing all the right things. I don't know what the problem was. But I slept in the morning, and dreamed that I had brain surgery without anesthesia and fell asleep during it. When I woke up (but still dreaming) they told me I could go home. But I was dizzy and weak, which did not bother them. I sat around watching kids who were doing gymnastic moves, which just made me dizzier. I woke up for real before I left the medical place.

After I woke up for real, I ruminated for awhile, then got up to make lemon water, spray the worms, and changed the water in the windowsill garden. I noticed it had snowed overnight. I read a book with the Happylight on. Then I read e-mail.

It was after 11 tht Chris offered me a massage. I accepted, and afterward took a shower while Chris started the laundry. Then I made and ate breakfast. I looked at pincushion ideas to find one (or two) for the project next week. There was a cute mushroom pic on Pinterest, but when I clicked to look at it, Pinterest told me it violated their community guidelines. I took a break to make a batch of seed crackers. While they were baking, I cut up two boxes, and boiled the cardboard. I also used boiling water to sterilize two plastic containers. It warped them, but not too badly.

I was going to go for a walk, but Faye called. So I talked to her and Dad for awhile. Then I put on my shoes and went to the post office for the mail, which was slight. When I got back, the cardboard had cooled somewhat. I layed the cardboard in the plastic containers and put tiny pieces of mushroom ends in each layer. I labeled the boxes with the type of mushroom and put them in a dark place. I gave some of the extra cardboard to the worms.

I heated some fish, bok choy, and mushrooms for supper. I finished the notes from Dr. Schmidt-Krueger, but couldn't find a pic to go with it. I listened to a summit while piecing puzzles, then stopped at 9 to make my evening drink.

We dressed the bed, then watched the very last episode of Community. Afterward, we tried an episode of The One, which is about dating matches made by DNA. It was ok, but I am not hooked on it.

Dr. Vanessa Schmidt-Kruger talks about Pfizer vaccine studies

** On 30^th^ January 2021 the German Corona Extra-Parliamentary Inquiry Committee interviewed Dr. Vanessa Schmidt-Kruger, a Cell Biologist with over 20 years’ experience in molecular medicine working at the Max Delbrück Center for Molecular Medicine (https://www.mdc-berlin.de/person/dr-vanessa-schmidt-kruger). It was translated from German to English. These are the notes I took:

Specific regulatory guidance for mRNA-based vaccines has yet to be developed. Pfizer is using a different method to produce RNA for mass production than they did for the initial trials. The mass production RNA is not as clean. BioNtech has admitted there are DNA contaminants. Many different outcomes after vaccination are possible depending on where the DNA lands. But it must hit a dividing cell to contaminate it. Therefore it is not recommended for pregnant women.

They have not done a transport verification study. The integrity and quality of the RNA varies from batch to batch. The lipid nanoparticles get into all cells, not just the muscle cells. Lipids in some batches are contaminated too. The EMA committee issued complaints about 20 points in total regarding Good Manufacturing Practice. Pfizer has until July to address these issues. Of the three levels of doses tested, the benefit was the same for all, but the higher doses had more adverse events. They skipped a correlation test which would have documented that. Nevertheless, the highest dose is being used for the public. The Pfizer vaccine arrives dehydrated and has to be mixed with saline. They didn't test properly whether a second dose actually raised antibody titers relative to the first dose. Because the different vaccines are being mixed (i.e. the two shots are not from the same company), we can't tell what the effects of one vaccine over another are. She has not investigated Moderna and Astrazenica yet.

LNP's (lipid nanoparticles) are a problem because of their size. They interact with cell components. For awhile, the affected cells are full of spike proteins. That is a temporary genetic modification. T-cells are formed in response and signal the cell to commit apoptosis. The cationic lipid component has a positive charge, and that is very very toxic. They can react with the negatively-charged DNA and amino acids. Cationic lipids can destroy mitochondrial membranes, leading to oxygen radicals not being disabled, which they otherwise would be. The resulting oxidative stress either kills the cell or turns it into a cancer cell. This technology is used in cancer treatments because it can target cancer cells locally, but in a vaccine the effect is not localized. LNP's were found in many organs after just 15 minutes. Cationic lipids were still in the plasma 12 days later. Half life in the liver is 3 weeks. 2 micrograms of RNA were used in that test, but the vaccine dosage given to the public is 30 micrograms. There is no information on the effect of LPN in excreted matter on the environment (i.e. will they be filtered out by sewage plants, and end up in the drinking water? Would stomach enzymes break them down? Could they cause anaphylactic shock in those who drink?)

Myofascial degeneration was seen in mice given three shots. They lost weight and showed signs of subcutaneous inflammation and hepatocellular periportal vacuolisation. The vacuoles commit apoptosis. The presence of cationic lipids in the vacuoles can be confirmed by autopsy. Pfizer found a moderate to strong reduction in red blood cells and reticulocytes, particularly sensitive to oxidative stress - leads to hypoxia. They also saw inflammation of the perineural tissue of the iscias nerve. In a healthy organism, the liver will completely regenerate. Dr. VSK is extremely critical of the EMA for not investigating any of these things that they found were not investigated in human beings in the clinical study. It would have been easy enough to measure all the blood parameters, but it wasn't done, or results were hidden. So we don't know if the same effects are in humans. Subjects suffer from lymphopenia in 1 -3 days, but we don't know why.

A pharmacist died after vaccination and her organs were harvested for transplantation. We don't know the implications of that. Cremation should not be allowed when the deceased had been recently vaccinated. That destroys evidence. They did not investigate the Syncytin issue in pregnant women. Long-term studies and studies on possible autoimmune conditions were not conducted. They didn't investigate whether the vaccine can be transferred to the foetus. This mechanism crossed the blood-brain barrier, so LNP's can damage the brain. Damage can occur as long as lipids are there, which is 4 to 5 months. We can't say whether the RNA in one vaccine can cross-react with another vaccine. Further discussion that there are other viruses present. The wider picture hasn't been taken into account.

Mushrooms

I spent so much time trying to type notes on an interview transcript last night, that I decided to save them for their own post.

Chris got up early and went to work. I slept late and got up after 8. I made lemon solution and used the MindPlace device. I also read a book by the Happylight. I went to turn on the router and discovered that Chris had left it on from when he checked e-mail before work. I turned on my laptop and had to let the unavoidable 'upgrade' finish. I looked at Facebook to see if anyone had posted the interview from yesterday. Chris came home from work. I finished reading the letter that the vaccine expert wrote to the WHO and others explaining the dangers of vaccination during a pandemic. At the end, he recommended vaccines that induce a NK response instead of an antibody response. I sent it to Chris for his opinion.

I made breakfast. Chris told me that the letter did not fully explain the conclusions and that it should have. I thought it was too long and technical already. I checked my e-mail and deleted a lot of it.

I put on shoes and we went to Tooele, finishing the last CD of the recorded book. We shopped at Luckeys, then Melanie's, then Macey's. Finally we went to Home Depot for gardening stuff. Chris was impatient with me stopping to look here and there so he went and sat in the car. I enjoying shopping at a leisurely pace and checked out. When I got to the car, Chris loaded my purchases in the trunk. Then we went back to base.

We stopped at the post office for mail, and went home. We unpacked the groceries and put them away. I went back to taking notes. Chris cooked some mushrooms for me, cutting off the very bases so I could try growing more mushrooms. I had mushrooms and bokchoy and fish for supper. I watched videos on growing mushrooms and took notes. Then I made my evening drink and we watched three episodes of Community. I watched more mushroom videos, then posted to my blog and went to bed.

The problem with vaccinating during a pandemic

Last night before bed, I took half a sleep supplement and then used the mp3 headphones when I laid down. I think I slept ok until the trumpet played at 6:30. Then I heard Chris take a shower, and later my alarm went off.

When I got up, I saw that it had snowed! I made lemon juice. I changed the water and added minerals to all the plants in my windowsill garden. I sprayed the worms to keep them hydrated. I read a book by the Happylight longer than I intended. Then I read articles and listened to podcasts from my e-mail.

I made breakfast then listened to the Highwire: Eugenio Serbez interviewed Fauci and asked him the hard questions. It really made him sweat. Then G. Vanden Bossche, one of the greatest international vaccine developers, (vaccines are his life's work), wrote a letter to all authorities, scientists and experts around the world to stop the vaccinations because they are dangerous when used in mass vaccination campaigns during a viral pandemic. Young people can rely on innate immunity while older people need protection. These 'vaccines' are not the right weapon for this fight. They are prophylactic vaccines which need to be used BEFORE exposure. They don't prevent infection, just disease (symptoms). Pandemic mandates are giving the virus time to escape. The virus can and will invade while your body is busy building antibodies to the vaccine. Because defenses are not fully formed when infection hits, the virus learns to adapt. It can mutate within 10 hours. We no longer have a good match with antibodies to current variations. This is driving immune escape and resistance to the vaccine. If you don't kill all the virus right away, the survivors mutate to a resistant strain. Antibodies appear after the virus is shed, and they are moderate and short-lived. Antibodies are not responsible for elimination of the virus, they are just the clean-up crew. There is increasing evidence that NK (natural killer) cells kill the cells that are replicating the virus.

We have gone to war without understanding our enemy. We don't understand the weapon we have created. It creates long-lived antibodies with high specificity for the virus that outcompete our natural antibodies. Natural antibodies have broad specificity, and so they work against variants. Immunizing is like installing new software on your computer. It will be recalled every time you meet a new coronavirus, creating the highly specific antibodies which compete with the natural ones.

He is worried about a global issue. Mass vaccination helps the virus gain function, becoming a killer, turning millions of people into a gain-of-function laboratory. Mandatory vaccination is detrimental on an individual level and a societal level. We are turning people into asymptomatic carriers with long-lived supression of their innate immune system, against any variant. You are left with no back up immunity other than the specific one you were vaccinated for. All while highly infectious strains are circulating. We have not seen all these variants pop up with previous viruses because immunity was low enough that the virus didn't need to escape. Variants are coming from Africa, Brazil, and UK where the vaccine trials were conducted. Infection curves are not being properly analyzed. He fears for his children and future generations.

Israeli gov made a compact with Pfizer to vaccinate their entire population. There was no informed consent, and no risk-benefit analysis. No tracking of adverse events. A human rights group formed, but they are being censored.

I put some ginger in a bowl of warm water. Then I took a walk to the gardens to make sure everything was ok there. When I got home, I watered the compost piles. I planted the ginger in a used salad container in the dining room. I watched Dr. Sherry Tenpenny talk about the 10 ways an mRNA vaccine could damage the patient.

I put some bok-choy in the steamer. I used the light and sound device for about half an hour, then had supper. Chris came home with a box of pizza, probably left over from lunch. I took some more notes: Lung size and function is correllated with longevity better than blood pressure or cholesterol. I made my evening drink, and put away the rest of the bok choy. Then we watched three episodes of Community. Chris nearly fell asleep. I typed up my blog and we got ready for bed.

Cholesterol is now good

I took half a sleep supplement last night, did yoga stretches, and went to bed. I skipped the mp3 headphones because Chris wanted to cuddle. I guess I slept ok, but still wished I could have slept longer.

I got up and prepared for meditation morning by making coffee. I used the light and sound device, but at first it did not work. I thought I had broken it, then discovered that the wires to the headphones and glasses were switched. Whew! I meditated and tapped. When the coffee was gone, I cleaned bathrooms and in the kitchen. Chris came home for lunch, bringing me a box from the post office marked 'Live worms'. But I think it was only the castings that did not arrive last week.

I took a shower, and watched the next episode of the cardiovascular summit:

Cholesterol can be high due to stress or diet. Transfats confuse the body and become inflammatory, which can inflate cholesterol numbers. If cholesterol is high and triglycerides are normal, chances are cholesterol is due to stress, so drugs won't work. If both are high, then its probably carbs. Cholesterol is used by the body to make hormones and cortisol. Statins interfere with that. Your body needs good oils to maintain the nervous system. Not enough oils leads to MS, alzheimers, parkinsons, etc. The doctor takes 1000mg of anchovy/sardine oil a day, 1 T of coconut oil, and black currant seed oil. He uses calcium for fever blisters and poison ivy. Avoid sunflower and safflower oil, only ever eat organic chicken, and pasture raised cows. Mid-back pain can be caused by what you're eating. Most cholesterol is made by liver rather than from the diet. 25% of cholesterol is in the brain. Cholesterol below 160 is on the cusp of being too low. Statins lower LDL, which is a kind of soap. LDL carries fat-soluble vitamins to the cells. HDL carries oxidized fats back to liver. Statins lower CoQ10, and are an antibiotic. Cod liver oil had longest history of studies helping human health. LDL goes up with you lose weight. Can't lose weight with low LDL. To promote autophagy, take resveratrol, EGCg, carvacrol, turmeric, rosemary, ginger, citrus bergamot. High blood pressure is worse for the heart than cholesterol. Eat two farm-fresh eggs a day to lower lipids. Take Vit C and magnesium for heart health. Get out any heavy metals. Body has a 2 to 1 ratio of calcium to mag. Mag is usually deficient. Garlic is very good for circulation. Dice small piece of ginger in hot water, drink and eat - no circulation worries. Cayenne pepper is also good for circulation and inflammation.

The weather wasn't much better than yesterday. I took three gallon jugs of water to the garden. I emptied them into the 5-gallon bucket. I also put in clods of cow dung that were too hard for the rototiller to chew up. I covered it with cardboard and a plastic bag to keep it dry (in case of rain, ha ha). When I got home, I added water to compost pile in the back. Soon after, the emergency warning system sounded. It is loud and annoying. I always wonder why the dogs don't bark at it, but they bark at me if I even open the back door.

I read articles, then made breakfast for supper. I skipped the half a banana and drained a coconut, then smashed it on the floor to access the meat inside. After I ate it, I went back to my laptop. I read a local news station article about deaths in Utah after vaccination. I jotted notes for my blog. I made my evening drink, and we watched three episodes of Community. I finished up my blog post, and got ready for bed.

Gluten can be bad for your heart

Last night I took half a supplement and went to bed and used the mp3 headphones. I went to sleep, then woke up and took the headphones off. I am not sure when I woke up in the morning. I got up soon after the alarm went off.

I made a lemon juice solution. I soaked the sprouts. I used the MindPlace device to experience a relaxation track (while having the Happylight turned on). I spritzed the worms, and added water to the vegetable tops growing in water.

Today's episode of the cardiovascular summit:

Gluten can affect the heart and gut and cause nutritional deficiencies. It can affect intestinal microbes. Homocysteine should be under 9. You can lower it with B12, folate and B6. Cardiology is a relatively new field, that wasn't needed before modern foods and lifestyle. Wheat, barley, rye, oats, corn, rice - all grains have glutens - a family of proteins found in grains. Gluten is a slow poison. Food sensitivities can show up as much as three weeks later.

Chris came home for lunch. He put fish in the oven for my supper, then made himself lunch. He hadn't gotten the mail.

I listened to interviews, then turned my attention to gardening videos. I took a break to walk to the post office to get the mail. Then I watered the compost pile. I filled three jugs with water for the community garden, but it was cold and windy. I looked up the weather for tomorrow and it seemed much nicer, so I decided to wait. I went back to watching videos on gardening, growing mushrooms on coffee grounds, making biochar, and growing plants from food scraps, etc. There was one from Australia on what to bury in the garden. His wife hit a kangaroo and he buried it beneath the banana trees and got a bumper crop of bananas.

I had the fish for supper. Chris came home and made his usual burritto. I made my evening drink and he poured his. We watched two episodes of Warehouse 13. We had a long talk. Then he went to his laptop and I sat down to write my blog post. I finished reading an article about the adverse events in pregnant women whose doctors are recommending that they get the shot.

Heart health

I woke up feeling fine after going to bed very late. I expected to be sore, if nothing else. I started the lemon protocol, and sat through a 'trance' session of the MindPlace. Afterward, I put on some interviews from the Cardiovascular Summit and parsed out supplements for the next two weeks.

Notes: The eye is a biomarker of degenerative diseases. Cataracts are a symptom of mortality risk. Macular degeneration and glaucoma also indicate a vascular risk. We must stop the processes that lead to these conditions. Take vitamin A in the form of codliver oil. Whatever helps your eyes, helps your brain. Nitric oxide is the singular most important thing for endothelium health. Royal jelly helps, as does arginine and citruline. Possibly sam-e, resvertrol, and lithium orotate. Antioxidants like spirulina, and blueberries help. Activate the parasympathetic system: meditation, deep breathing, good sleep. Autophagy and mTor happen during sleep. Laughter and play are important. Leaky gut = leaky heart and blood vessels. Round-up is everywhere, even in shower water. It breaks down endothelium. Corn-fed cattle have much higher omega 6 levels, which is not good for your heart. Chickens are given antibiotics from the day of their birth to avoid infections under crowded conditions. Glyphosate blocks vitamin D conversion, so supplementation with D3 is necessary. Glyphosate shuts down bile production. Tudca is good for the liver, which is good for the heart.

I made and ate breakfast. Chris came home with the mail at lunch time. He asked if he could use my vacuum to clean a house after work. I offered to help. After he left, I made more chia/flax mix, and put on another interview.

There is more lymph than blood in the body. Bananas and dairy make lymph thicker, while cranberries and celery make lymph thinner. RLS is a symptom of the body trying to move lymph.

I quit reading e-mail, and collected cleaning supplies. At 6 I called Chris and he said he was going to be late. I had a bite to eat. Chris came home to change his clothes, waiting for his boss to text. I moved my extra sewing machines to the guest room to make room for the new worm farm. Chris' boss texted, so we loaded the cleaning supplies in the car and drove over to the house. It was a house used for people visiting the post or needing a place to hang out with their crowd. But it had been closed for covid. So I guess it had been dirty for awhile. And the water was turned off. I cleaned in the kitchen with spray cleaner. I scrubbed the oven door and inside the fridge door. The men ran vaccuum cleaners. Then his boss called it quits. So we packed up. I took a 5-gallon bucket over to the garden which was nearby. I was going to put water in it, but the garden water was turned off. Sigh. I walked back to the car and we drove home.

Chris fixed himself supper while I read articles. He also made a big bowl of popcorn. I made my evening drink and we watched two episodes of Warehouse 13. Then we brushed our teeth. I sat down to write my blog post and got caught up in reading e-mail.

Getting the garden started

I took half a sleep supplement, and listened to the mp3 headphones in bed. I slept just ok. I got up around 8:30 and juiced a lemon before realizing that Sunday needs a different schedule. I went to the alternate one and put the lemon juice in with the tea. I used the MindPlace device on a trance setting. Then I read the Bible. I was wondering which of Joseph's sons the story would follow, but it turned out to be the end of Genesis and the start of Exodus and the story of Moses.

I got dressed and checked e-mail. After Chris got ready, we drove to church. Since it was the first Sunday of the month, we picked up little communion cups with crackers at the table by the front door. Chris loosened the top cracker part. Then we talked with others until the service started.

After the service, I talked with Eileen and then Rusty. He said he'd be at the gardens later. Chris left at noon to game so I had to walk home, which was no biggie. When I got there, I started making breakfast. I ate it while listening to something, then changed my clothes, and put a shovel in the back seat of my car.

I drove to the community gardens. There was a man there working on his plot. I watched him struggle to use the tiller as I raked my plot to remove last year's dead stems. I decided that tilling (for me) might be a bridge too far. Rusty showed up with his daughter and another man. They got shovels and wheelbarrows out of the shed and proceeded to fill the barrows with dry cow manure. So I got the last barrow and used my own shovel to fill it. That was a mistake because I could barely move it. But I got it to the garden and spread it, then went back for more. This time I did not fill it as full. With a third load, I was finished. Rusty asked if I wanted to use the tiller but I told him it was too much for me. So he did it for me. I thanked him and he went off with the other man. I raked my garden flat as much as I could without stepping on it. Then I put away the barrow and rake, and took my shovel home.

I called Dad but no one answered. I added some food scraps to my compost pile and some to the worms. I checked e-mail until Faye called. I talked to her and to Dad. Dad said he hasn't started his garden yet. Chris made onion soup so I had that for supper while doing puzzles. I listened to an interview on Quortal. I looked up how to buy qort on Discord, but did not find the kind of instructions I needed.

I made my evening drink and we watched three episodes of Community. It is surprisingly good at times. Then I wrote my blog post and might have gotten ready for bed ( or listened to something first).

Teaching the kids to sew

I used the sound and light machine on a meditative setting last night with the red filters. Then I went to bed and used the mp3 headphones. I did not sleep all that well, due mostly to hot flashes. I stayed in bed late, getting up at 9.

It was really windy and the doors and windows were shaking. But it was a warm wind. I started the lemon juice protocol. I used the sound and light device on a rejuvenation setting without the filters. It was only 24 minutes, so I also read the Bible for a few minutes with the Happylight on.

Then I brushed my teeth, and got materials together to make today's project. I had to make another one in order to be certain I had everything a person might need. I decided to use netting for the back, since it allows the magnets to be closer to the metallic surface, hence a stronger attraction. I cut three, which turned out to be the perfect number. I searched through my fabric collection for lightweight scraps.

Chris offered me a massage and I accepted. Then he took his shower and afterward, I took mine. I made and ate breakfast while checking e-mail. Chris put my sewing machine in my trunk and went to work. I finished an article, then got ready for class. I cut some strips for the shuttle project. I drove to the chapel, stopping to pick up the mail.

When I got inside, I turned on the heat because the room was cold. I set up my machine and laid out the strips for the shuttle project. I did not like how some of the strips came out - too much dark blue. I resolved to cut more. However, Johnnie knocked on the door and I let her in. Then a little later, a new lady knocked on the door. She had two kids and a third in a stroller. I let them in. She introduced them all, and we had a nice chat getting to know each other. Her girls were very excited to do the project and the mother was excited for them to learn. Since I only brought one machine, they had to share, but they were exceeding well behaved. The mother said they will attend from now on.

After they left, Johnnie and I packed up. I went home and put stuff away. Then I went for a walk down by the gardens. There was a pile of what appeared to be cow manure nearby. I came home, watered my compost and got on my laptop.

Video: Representatives of the German Bayer company were secretly members of the SS and had built a large underground unit of spies. People were sent to Auschwitz without the slightest idea of why they were sent. The Germans diluted their food with chemicals to cause infertility. An account was written by nurse who had to take care of the human guinea pigs, results of all the experiments on humans. Bayer sent medicines with no labels and these were injected into people so their decline and death could be observed, after which their organs were harvested for inspection. Bayer bought 150 women and experimented on them with medicines. Some medicines changed men to women and vice versa. Experimental vaccines were sent to the camp and used on political prisoners. The plan was to sterilize non-German people to use as slaves for about 30 years. Then the Germans would be rid of the inferior people and claim the countries land for themselves. Bayer was part of I G Farben, a stockholder in Standard Oil, and contributor to Hitler's campaign. Bayer used Auschwitz population for experiments in genetic modification, chemical experiments, pharmaceuticals, vaccines. Some of the scientists were tried at Nueremburg, served short sentences, and relocated to the U.S. In Operation Paperclip, giving them new identities and positions of power in NASA, CIA and others. Bayer tightened control over the world food supply with the purchase of Monsanto. I heated some fish for supper and did puzzles while listening to videos from the author of End of America - 10 steps to fascism, and we just reached step 10.

I made my evening drink and we made the bed. Then we watched three episodes of Community. I brushed my teeth and sat down to listen to the rest of the cardiovascular summit episode while doing puzzles. Finally I had to pause it to write my blog post and go to bed.

They're here!

I did not use the light and sound device last night because it got late. I took half of the sleep supplement and went to bed with the mp3 headphones and fell asleep. I woke up with them on and took them off, then went back to sleep. I was still a little groggy when I eased into consciousness in the morning. I stayed in bed late, then got up about 8:30.

I had a discussion with Chris about EUA's, which put me behind on everything else. I asked him to cook some fish that came yesterday, and he said I needed to call the company and refuse shipment because the dry ice was gone by the time it arrived. Then he took a shower and went to work.

I called the fish company to report the lack of dry ice. She said it arrived on time and I should have checked to see if packets were still frozen. Which is what Chris said. But she offered to reship on Monday. I looked up next weeks weather and told her Tuesday would be colder.

I checked my e-mail and saw that the worms had been delivered. I threw on my coat and walked down to the post office. There were two other packages as well so I wished I had brought a tote bag. I chatted with the clerk, who said she would like some worms. Then I carried the three boxes home. I unpacked the worms first and put them in a box with the shredded paper that they were packed in. I put a paper towel on top and spritzed it with water. Then I unpacked the other boxes. One had crumpled paper in it, so I wetted that and added it to the worm box.

I called Maintenance to report the low battery in the thermostat. First I got put on hold, then a lady took my details and said she would send Maintenance an e-mail because Maintenance is closed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Soon after that call, I got a call from Maintenance and that lady said someone would come by soon. I was on the back porch getting some manure tea for the tomato plant when the man arrived. I led him to the thermostat (which was no longer reading 'LO'). He pulled the front part off and exposed two AA batteries. Then he left to get some new ones. Soon he was back, replaced the batteries, and was off to his next job.

I made and ate breakfast. I read articles in e-mail and started a puzzle. Chris came home from work and was ready to go to Tooele. I added some things to the list, opened some windows and asked Chris to put the tomato plant outside. Then we went to Tooele. We talked instead of listening to the book on CD. It is the last CD so I guess we are saving it for later. He said I could be the worm whisperer.

We shopped at Luckeys, then Melanies. I told Melanie that I was going to have a worm farm and she said she wanted one too, but her husband felt differently. Then I went to Joanns to find stronger magnets. I got a sheet that might do. I had to wait for someone to come to checkout. After checking out, I joined Chris at his car and we went to Maceys. We got more groceries, and three batteres for the battery tester.

We talked on the way home. We brought the food in and put it away. I watered the compost piles. I cut up the magnet sheet to see if it was strong enough. I put the new batteries in the battery tester, but it still did not work. Chris put fish in the oven for me, and brought in the tomato plant.

I listened to an episode of the Cardiovascular summit. I ate supper, and started a puzzle. Chris laid down and said to call him when I was ready. I finished the puzzle, put away the fish and made my evening drink I told Chris I was ready to watch, but that he could go to sleep if he wanted. He chose to get up and we watched several episodes of Community. Then he was really tired so he went to bed while I stayed up to blog and watched a few short videos on how the CDC is misrepresenting the numbers in the vaccine adverse event reporting system.

His second shot

I used the sound and light device last night with a shorter program and the red filter. Then I did my yoga stretches, and went to bed. I used the mp3 headphones and for some reason turned them off in the middle of a track. Was it the first time around or the second? I fell asleep, then woke again with hot flashes. But inspite of not sleeping through the night, I was able to get up just after my alarm went off at 7:30.

I refreshed the water in the sprouting vegetables. I soaked more sprouts from my years-old collection. I read a book by the Happylight. I turned on the router and checked e-mail. I watched the second tapping video from last night, which was about sleep so I should have done it last night.

Chris came home for lunch, and let me know that there was no mail at the post office. I listened to The Highwire. I learned that nanofibers found in some masks are similar to asbestos ilbers and may have a similar effect. A professor was attacked for telling his students to read mask studies and make up ther own mind. Apparently critical thinking is a no-no. Almost 1100 deaths have been reported to the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System. Johnson and Johnson shot is said to be 66% effective, but broken down by age group, it turns out to be only 42% effective for the over 65 crowd - those most at risk. We still don't know how effective it is at preventing transmission, or asymptomatic infection. Adenovirus vectored vaccines may only work once because the body becomes immune to the adenovirus. 450,000 lives could have been saved by budesonide. Budesonideworks.com

It was another nice day, though not quite as warm as yesterday. I opened some windows to let in fresh air. I took food scraps out to the compost pile. I heard the Fed-ex truck stop and then ring the doorbell. When I got to the door, there was a large box of frozen wlld-caught fish. I unpacked the box and loaded all the fish into the freezer, then put the box outside. I dug up prickly weeds in the back yard, and stirred the compost pile.

I searched the house for magnets for the Saturday project. What I found was not strong enough. I tried to cut up a fridge magnet, but the pieces were still not strong enough. I tried making a version, but it fell off the fridge.

I listened to a tapping audio, then made and ate supper. Chris came home. I watched a video presentation. Chris left. I listened to part of the last tapping audio. I watched a newscast about newsanchors resigning because they are asked to report things they don't think are true. Chris came home, having got his second shot. He said he felt fine. But we watched three episodes of Community and he didn't seem to enjoy it like he usually does.

I nearly fell asleep on the couch. I got up and brushed my teeth, then wrote my blog post and cropped all the pics I took today.

A gorgeous day!

I used the lights and sound device last night. It started with blue lights which bothered me because I am trying to avoid blue light at night. I slipped a rectangle of red film between the glasses and my eyes to filter out the blue. I laid back in the recliner to let the lights and sound (kinda like a heartbeat) do their thing. Chris went to bed. I sat through at least half an hour, but got restless as it did not seem to be putting me to sleep. I turned it off and went to bed. It took me a while to fall asleep, and later I woke with RLS.

I would say it was not a restful night, but when I got up about 7:45 I felt pretty good. I drank a bottle of molecular hydrogen, then made coffee and put on music. I did my exercises. I paused when my phone rang. It was Habitat trying to get me to agree to monthly donations. I finished the exercises, finished a book with the Happylight, and moved on to meditation and tapping.

Hyped up on caffeine, I switched into cleaning mode. I did both bathrooms and the kitchen. Chris came home for lunch. I vaccuumed. After he left, I took a shower and checked e-mail. It was such a nice day, that I turned off the heat and opened a bunch of windows.

I listened to a tapping audio from yesterday's episode, then I went outside barefoot. I raked up leaves in the side yard and back yard. It was almost 80 degrees, but there were icy patches in the back yard. Weird. I added ground up lemon peel and egg shell to the flowerbed. I picked up tumbleweed pieces and put them in a box and smashed them down with a smaller box. They were too prickly to be put in a bag. Then I dug up dead prickly plants in the back yard. It is supposed to go down to 34 tonight. I don't know how anything survives these temperature swings.

I came in and listened to another tapping audio. I closed the windows and turned the heat back on. I made breakfast for supper and Chris came home. I listened to the first tapping presentation for today. Then I worked on puzzles. Michele called Chris and then wanted to talk to me, but not about anything in particular. She will start working midMarch.

At 9, we sat down to watch two episodes of Community. We heard Taps play, which was uncertain because Retreat had not sounded today. We both wondered how you mess up an automated system like that. Then I sat down to write my blog post and try the light and sound device again (but on a different program).

Unexpected growth

Last night I took melatonin at the start of watching TV, and then half of the expensive supplement just before bed. I also breathed essentials oils from the sleep jar, and listened to the mp3 headphones. I slept pretty well.

I got up before 8. I squeezed a lemon, and changed the water in all the rooting vegetables. I noticed that the cut-off cabbage end was sprouting! I read a book by the Happylight. I turned on the router and read about Presearch, a decentralized search engine that is entirely free of Big Tech, and does not track your searches. I signed up and tried it out. I did not sign up to be a node, however.

I made breakfast. Chris came home for lunch and brought me a package from the post office. I saw footage of nursing home residents being vaccinated against their will, which was unsettling. I listened to a presentation from the Food Sensitivity summit.

It was surprisingly pleasant outside. I moved a couple buckets of rocks to the back yard. I raked a pile of leaves and moved them to the compost pile. I raked some mounds to flatten them. Then I put my tools away.

I listened to something I don't remember now, but I pieced puzzles as I listened. I read an article about J&J planning to test their new vaccine on newborns. Since newborns are not at risk, what parent would hand their infant over for an experimental drug study? How could they determine efficacy on a group that so rarely tests positive or gets symptoms?

I read the manual for the sound and lights system for brain wave entrainment, which I got from ACS yesterday. Retreat did not play at 5. At 5:10, they had a test of the emergency warning system, which usually runs at 4 on Wednsedays. I put food in a bowl in the toaster oven to heat. Chris came home from work. I ate supper while reading articles about the Act of 1871 wherein “The Constitution for the United States” was changed to “THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES”, which is a corporation governed by a CEO, the POTUS and somehow replaces the constitution we thought we had, even though it seems to only apply to the District of Columbia. It was repealed in 1874 and then parts of it were re-enacted. Not sure what that was all about. Then I read that Deagle.com is predicting a 70% drop in the U.S. Population by 2025. I was unable to got to that page for more information.

We watched the last Voyagers episode and packed up the DVD to send back to Netflix. Then we looked up one of the characters. Afterward, we watched one episode of Community. I had a splinter in my finger from a tumbleweed so Chris took it out. I brushed my teeth, then sat down to write my blog post.

Extra crispy

Last night I took half a supplement, a sniff from the sleep jar, and put on my headphones. I remember taking them off when the track ended, but then I slept really well for awhile. I woke up in the middle of the night. I fell back asleep, woke again when either Chris' alarm went off or the trumpet played. I dozed again and got up sometime after my alarm went off.

I started my day with lemon juice. Since the sun was coming in so strongly through the kitchen window, I sat and read a book by the Happylight. I learned that Jacob married Rachel only a week after marrying Leah. And Laban treated him very unfairly throughout their lives together.

I washed the dishes in the sink, and put away the ones in the dishdrainer. I emptied the food waste dish. I changed the water in the small lids where vegetable tops were growing. I wrote some checks for this month and put them in envelopes. At 10:30 I headed to ACS and dropped the checks into the mail. When I got to ACS, knocked on Greg's door, but there was no answer. I went outside and waited for about 10-15 minutes, then went back inside and knocked again. Again, no answer. I saw a tall kiosk by the library with a sign that said those books needed a good home. So I looked through them and chose one to take home.

When I got home, I tapped for disappointment, then did the tapping meditation that went with last night's episode. I made breakfast and ate it. Chris came home. I told him what happened and he, asked me to file an ICE report. I was reluctant so he suggested I call Greg and arrange another time. Chris went back to work and sent me Greg's number.

In the meantime, I read e-mail and learned about the Ubuntu Liberation Movement where they are looking for one small town for a cooperative experiment. Chris called to say the Greg gave the headphones to Rusty. I made seed crackers, refilled some of the participating mixes, then went to ACS to see Rusty. He gave me the headphones, and we talked a long time about current events and gardening. He told me the average date of last frost here is in June. Bummer!

When I got home, I immediately took the seed crackers out of the oven. They were a little crispy. I put rocks in the bottom of a plastic container and covered them with paper and dirt mixed with potting soil. I put rocks in the outdoor food waste bucket to keep it from blowing away.

I heated supper in the toaster oven. I made a small salad with sprouts and cut-up beet greens. I listened to Day 8 of the tapping summit while piecing puzzles. When I closed my eyes, I saw puzzle pieces! I made my evening drink and we watched two episodes of Voyagers. I got dressed for bed, and then posted to my blog.
