Goodbye, Civilization

Thursday

We got up before 9. I brushed and swished and read e-mail. Then I took a shower and Chris showered after me. I packed my roll-on, but had too much, so Chris put the rest in his case. I ate oatmeal and the last apple, then put the last two bananas in my computer case. I wanted to vacuum the room, but Cecily said no. Chris packed the car and we all got in and went to the airport.

At RIC, Chris and Al got the luggage out. We hugged them and said goodbye. Then we went inside to check our big bags at the counter. After that, we stood in line at Security. When we got to the part where we show our passports, I got moved to a long line and Chris was moved to a short line (pre-check). I had to take off my shoes and put everything in bins to move through the scanner. Chris was waiting for me on the other side. I expected chaos from the news constantly reporting 1000's of canceled flights, but did not see any.

We moved to our gate and waited for an hour or more to board. I ate an oatmeal banana cookie and some cheese sticks. We boarded the first flight which was a small plane. First class was just the front of the plane. No video screen or perks. The trip took about 2 hours to Detroit and I read “The Real Anthony Fauci”. We deplaned in Detroit. I had ear pain from the descent. But it disappeared on the way to our next gate. We had 90 minutes to wait. Still no chaos of canceled flights. I think 6 were listed on the board. I ate more snack and read my book. Then we boarded a bigger plane - 2 seats on each side. At least we had video screens. Once we had taken off, I watched two movies, which made the 4 hours pass quickly. Code something and River Cruise. Anyway, as River Cruise ended, we were descending over Salt Lake City. We went through a black cloud hanging over the city. I think it was smog. And snow.

We landed around 6:30 local. We found our way to the baggage claim area and looked around for our plane's baggage. Basically we went where the most people were gathered. We stood and watched, then I spied one of ours coming out on a different conveyor belt. I ran over to get it and Chris found the other two on the one we had been watching. Then we struggled to get all our stuff across the bridge to the parking garage, only to be told to go back and down. After some false turns, we got to the ground level and the shuttle waiting area.

After some waiting, the shuttle came and lots of people got on. We were packed in. Then at station 5, we got off and walked to Chris' car. It was snowing. Fortunately the car started right up. We had some trouble finding our way out of the airport and paid $150 for parking. The GPS guided us back to Dugway. The snow stopped before we got there, but the roads were covered. We slid a few times on base getting to our house. We unpacked and read e-mail. Taps sounded. Chris went to bed. I stayed up to watch part of The Highwire, then posted to my blog and went to bed.

Last day with Faye

Wednesday

We slept in until almost 9. I got up to get myself ready for the day. I made lemon water and drank it. As soon as Chris got up, I was able to fill a tub with stuff from the closet, and go through a drawer of things I had put aside last time. I left a top and pair of pants in case I needed something to wear in the future. Chris showered and got online. I took pics of the two trombones and made sure each one had its original mouthpiece. I tried both mutes and decided I would never use the hat mute, but the other was kind of cool. I took everything I wanted out of the big trombone case so Faye could sell it on her yard sale.

Faye came over as I was having ham for breakfast. She brought an extension cord for the freezer. She and I tried to move the freezer but Faye got trapped in the corner and Chris came in to help her out. William came by to get stuff out of the attic. I had to stay in the kitchen or he wouldn't come in. Faye and I went through the book of estate credits and debits. Chris took me to the bank to make a deposit which included house cleaning money. I packed my suitcase with stuff Faye wanted me to take. I took pics of some things and sent them to Michele to see if she wanted them.

I tried to start the car, but it would not turn over. I went through the stuff in the Oldsmobile and through out trash and Dad's food bag. Everything was pre-wrapped so not the problem. I took some bags inside and Faye emptied them. I also checked the trunk and it was full of William's stuff. I sprinkled the interior with baking soda to reduce the odor.

I wanted a haircut but Chris said it was too late to stop by Great Clips. It was sad saying goodbye to Faye. I did not want to leave and go back to Dugway. I grabbed the leftover bananas and cheese sticks for snacks on the plane. We put the suitcases (including an extra one for the sheet music) in Al's car and headed to Damours for supper. I talked to Cecily while she cooked. The news was on and I hoped they would talk about the time capsule, but they did not. I showed her the pic of the Asian placemats and she really liked them. I think they match her plates.

Finally we sat down to a meal of meatloaf, potatoes, asparagus and salad. The others ate the last of the pie. For my dessert I put whipped cream on a banana oatmeal cookie and ate it. I talked to Al for awhile. Cecily went to bed. Chris sat in the den watching the food channel and his phone. Later I went to write my blog post. Al and Chris went to bed. Neither he nor I am looking forward to leaving civilization.

Cleaning the utility room

Tuesday

I heard my alarm ring and I shut it off and went back to bed. I got up later to brush and such. I read e-mail for awhile. I started listening to episode 3 on brain health. Later I paused it to pack and get ready to go. While waiting for Chris to shower, I dusted behind the couch and did all of one set of shelves in the den. Then we got in the car and went to my Dad's house.

Faye was already there, talking to herself in the utility room. I ate the last of the shrimp and steak. We moved stuff out, scrubbed the floor and put it back, but in a different arrangement. We cleaned out that filing cabinet and Chris moved the filing cabinet to the back bedroom.

I opened the doors of the Oldsmobile to let the musty odor out. Faye and I went for a walk. When I got back, I tried to start the car, but it would not turn over. Faye and I cleaned out the dining room filing cabinet and moved the keeper files to the bedroom. Some files went on the new bed for Kurt to sort through next time he comes.

Faye and I had some ham. She suggested a few things for me to do around the house. Then she went home. Chris and I were alone in the house. We snuggled for awhile. Then he got up to move the car and I got on my laptop to finish the interview I started this morning. I posted to my blog for yesterday. Patrick came home and got on that computer. Chris went to bed and l posted to my blog, then followed him.

A day at the Damours

Monday

I had left my nightgown at Dad's house. So last night Chris gave me a t-shirt to wear. In the morning when my phone alarm went off in the den, I tied a scarf around my waist and ran out to turn it off. I went back to bed and got up at 8:45.

I washed up and got dressed. I brushed and swished. I answered Facebook comments by typing my response into a document, then taking a pic and posting it. But then I discovered that I can copy/paste the text into the comment box. So much quicker.

I was still sore from scrubbing the bathroom floor. I read e-mail. I listened to an interview with a doctor who explained (among other things) that when covid came out, not only did the CDC say they'd pay hospitals extra for covid cases (defined as a positive test OR symptoms), but they also shut down elective surgeries which are the financial lifeblood of hospitals. Covid death was defined as a positive PCR test and no pulse rate. Administrators and doctors accepted these rules just to keep the doors open. Therefore we have inflated numbers of cases of infections and deaths.

Al and I went for a walk. We did 3 laps which equals a mile. I went back to listening to the interview. Dr. Fleming says the CDC is getting rid of the PCR tests because they have a new patented test. He did not elaborate on the new test. Cecily had the news on and they were constantly harping on cases of Omicron, and though they are so much milder than Delta, the infectivity will likely overwhelm the hospitals. (That is not what happened in South Africa, so why would it happen here?) On another story, the real time capsule was found at the base of the statue of Robert E Lee. The box they found last week is something different.

Cecily and Chris made supper: prime rib, potatoes, brussels sprouts, salad, and pop-overs. Nobody had dessert. I went into the den to read e-mail. Cecily came in to watch Wheel of Fortune. I listened to Dr. Levy talk about the benefits of nebulizing hydrogen peroxide for covid and leaky gut. Once a week for maintenance. She went to bed and I stayed up talking to Al. It was almost midnight when I posted to my blog and we got to bed. As soon as I laid down, I could hear my ears ringing. I chalked it up to the router being right on the other side of the wall.

Mothballs

Sunday

I got up at 8:30. I checked e-mail. I sorted through a stack of notebooks and paper that Faye left for me. Most of it was from classes in school and college. I got ready for church. Faye came over to pick me up. I ate some ham for breakfast. Then we went to church. After the service, we talked to a few people. I asked the trumpeters if they would like Dad's cornet books. They said they would. (Faye will have to deliver on that).

We went back to the house, stopping at Food Lion for cleaning stuff and moth balls. We had leftovers for lunch. I asked Faye about the shrimp in the fridge, and she said William brought it over for us to eat. So I pulled it out. It was a plate with shrimp, steak, green beans, a roll, and cookies. Patrick ate the cookies while I ate mostly shrimp. Faye and I had some steak.

Patrick left. Faye and I went through all the music. I collated the dance band music from the 50's. Faye added the cornet and accordion music. Then we went for a walk. When we got back, I got out the moth balls. There were two bags in the box. I went up in the attic, saw where the critters were getting in. I could not get to that spot so I threw the bag over there and it split. Moth balls went everywhere. I took the other bag outside and stuffed it into the opening in the rotted wood. Hopefully that will deter whatever it is that we hear chewing on rafters at night.

Chris showed up at 5. I packed a few things in my rolling bag and left the big suitcase there. He brought me back to the Damours in time for supper. We had soup with meatballs and glass noodles. The others had pie. Then Alfred and I talked for hours. I got to bed around midnight.

Christmas Day

Saturday

I had a hard time getting to sleep, then slept in. I got up to brush teeth and check e-mail. I posted to my blog for Thursday. I downloaded a Christmas image and wrote on it so I could post on Facebook. Facebook won't let me reply in text, only pics.

I heard a chewing sound above my head. I went up in the attic and the noise stopped. I told Kurt and he went up there. He stayed up there, quiet, in the dark, waiting for the sound to come back. And it did, but he wasn't able to see what made the sound.

I made banana oatmeal cookies and cheese sticks. I did not realize the bottom rack was in upside down and so was not level. The cheese migrated toward the front of the pan. So it was thin in the back and thick in the front. The back got really dark and crispy. When I finished, Chris started cooking a ham.

I went through a pile of sheet dance music from 50's. It looked like Dad collected all the music sheets from his dance band but never sorted it out by title. I did what I could, but there was no way to tell if all the instrumentation was there. Some of the pages were lacy with bug bites. I wondered if it was worth something to some collector. I kept a few pieces that sounded interesting or only had the trombone part.

Faye and Kevin came over. I talked to Kevin for a bit. Michele called and we had a nice chat. Faye and Kevin went to get Kevin's dad at the home, but he wasn't there. When they got back, we sat down to eat supper. We had ham, cauliflower steaks, potatoes with lemon, cheese sticks, and pie. Faye and Chris put the meal away. Patrick came while Chris was making whipped cream for the sweet potato pie. Patrick got out some food then joined in with the pie.

We sat around the livingroom and I handed out gifts I had brought. Faye did the same. Kevin wanted to go, so they left. Kurt stayed a little longer, but then he left, too. I brought in the bathroom rug that got cleaned yesterday, but didn't want to put it on a dirty floor. I scrubbed the floor in bathroom by hand with a brush Patrick found. Faye called to say there were gifts from William and Karen. I gave Patrick his and opened ours. There was a beautiful quilled card inside. I went back to scrubbing the floor. Chris came in to say goodbye and went back to his parents house. I scrubbed what I could without closing the door, then took a break to let the floor dry.

I posted to my blog, and wrote notes for next blog. Patrick got industrious in the kitchen, putting stuff away. I finished scrubbing the floor, then emptied the dishwasher as much as I could. I went back to my laptop. I read Kurt's history of property. It got late so I went to bed.

Christmas Eve brass quintet

Friday

I got so cold last night that I couldn't sleep. Maybe the bedroom door needs to be open for the heat to circulate. When I got up to go to the bathroom, the heat control read 65. But when I got up again at 8:45, the unit read 72.

I took some bromelain, then brushed and swished. Cecily was watching the Today show. I checked e-mail and tried to catch up. I made lemon water and drank two glasses of it. I took a shower and packed up. Chris took his shower and did the same. We left Damour's before noon.

We arrived at Dad's house. No one was there but I had my key. The house was all picked up. It looked great and I thought Faye did a beautiful job. But later Faye came over and said it wasn't her. Turns out it was Kurt who committed a neatness, nay, multiple neatnesses. I did a load of laundry. Kurt and Patrick came back before their movie at 4. I looked through papers in the filing cabinet, and some music that came from the attic. William came over. I had gifts for him and Karen. But Kurt had to carry them to William because he did not want me to get that close. He gave Faye a bag of gifts which I did not know about.

Faye and I pulled the green carpet out of the back bathroom and put it in the washer. When it came out, it still had a dirty path on it. So we hung it on the deck rail. I treated it with Lestoil and poured boiling water on it. I tried to scrub it, but scrubbing pulled at the fibers of the carpet. So I hooked up the hose and pressure-washed it, then left it to dry.

Chris made an early supper. Faye went home to eat. Then Chris drove me to church. He carried my trombone inside. We were greeted at the door. I unpacked the instrument and hung out with the other musicians. As it turns out, none of them had played recently so I did not have to worry about my lip giving out earlier than theirs. Then we went outside to play. Thankfully my stand-mate had clothespins to hold the music in place. We played one verse for each song, covering most songs in the book. A crowd had gathered of people taking pics and listening to the music. Chris took pics with my phone. Then we all went inside for the service.

We sat in the back and Faye joined us. She missed our brass quintet. The service consisted of carols and Bible readings. Afterward we exited through the front of the church to shake the pastor's hand. I talked to Kevin Beers, and Bobby G. Bobby told me he got distonia in his lips and could not play for a year. Yikes!

Chris and I went back to Dad's house. Surprisingly Kurt and Patrick were there, not out looking at lights. I checked e-mail, then talked to Kurt for hours. He had videos of birds eating out of his hand. It was after midnight when we went to bed.

Christmas dinner with the Damours

Thursday

I wore Cecily's nightgown and had hot flashes because it had long sleeves. It took me more than an hour to fall asleep. I woke with my ears ringing. I turned off the phone alarm when it rang at 7:30 and stayed in bed waiting for my morning cortisol rise.

I got up about 9. I took bromelain, then brushed my teeth. I stripped the bed and put the sheets and clothing in the hamper. I read e-mail and messages from the telegram channel. I watched Chris and Cecily make pies. Al and I went for a 1 mile walk. I listened to an interview.

I made and ate breakfast while the others ate lunch. I finished a Ben Greenfield podcast with Dr. Peter McCullough. I practiced my trombone and Cecily sang along. I reduced my unread e-mail to below 1000. I looked up images of sheet music and videos of Christmas songs, trying to match the key. I found a video that played 5 songs on piano, and found the notation for each one.

The food channel played back to back episodes of chef Michael challenging chefs making their specialty item. One item was called khachapuri adjaruli. It is a bread boat filled with cheeses served hot with an egg yolk and butter on top. It looked so good! And seemed simple to make.

Chris and Cecily worked in the kitchen making our Christmas dinner. I got to eat turkey innards while the others got white turkey meat. We also had peas and onions, rutabaga, rolls, cranberry orange relish, and a sweet potato for me. Then Chris and Cecily made whipped cream and they had pumpkin and pecan pies. Chris did most of the clean-up, but we all helped.

Cecily retired to her chair. She wanted to hear more Christmas music, so I got out my trombone again and played with the video of five songs. It went well except for the last song, which was too high on the treble clef for me. Later she went to bed, leaving the food channel on. They were showing cookie challenges.

I wrote up my blog posts and got ready for bed.

It isn't looking at all like Christmas

Wednesday

It was another long night, but no hot flashes. We slept in late. When I got up, I irrigated my sinuses and did my usual Wednesday exercises. I cleaned the kitchen until Chris was ready. We showered and he squeegeed the shower stall. I cleaned the bathroom. Later I ate breakfast, and read e-mail. I was impatient for the time capsule box to be opened and contents announced on the news.

At 2 I went for a walk up and down Angarde. (I walked a mile in my own shoes). The clear sunny day which was not that cold seemed at odds with the nearness of Christmas. Then I practiced Christmas music on trombone. Cecily said she really liked it. I would have liked it more if it weren't interrupted by the need to turn pages.

I read e-mail all afternoon. Al ordered supper from Rosa's. He and Chris went to pick it up. Cecily made a salad to go with it. We prayed and ate. Cecily and I got steak sandwiches. She made au jus to go with them. I ate just the innards of mine. Chris packed up the bun for later. We also had onion rings, but they were breaded. After supper they had tiramisu while watching Wheel of Fortune. I went back to my laptop. I found it was rebooting itself. At least the reboot solved the problem of telegram videos not playing. I called Faye and we chatted about what to have for Christmas dinner.

I posted to my blog for yesterday while the grinch movie came on TV. I listened to a short interview: Group benefit from leaky vaccines has never been shown. Later I put on a glutathione patch and took magnesium and went to bed.

Slide oil and an empty tank

Tuesday

I got up late, not having slept well. I read e-mail until time for breakfast. I ate while listening to in interview:

Dr. Bark said when she was an attending physician, she was told that recently vaccinated kids had to stay out of the cancer ward because they might infect the patients. Older people get a 'boost' from being around grandkids with chicken pox, but now that all the children are being vaccinated for chicken pox, more older people are getting shingles from not getting the natural boost.

Al and I dropped Cecily off at Kroger. He and I looked for the music store I found online. He stopped at FedEx to ask. They said it was gone and gave him another address to try. He went to Kroger to find Cecily and I ducked into GNC. The guy could not help me find melatonin. I went to Kroger and found Cecily. Finally we all met and checked out. We went back to the house.

I went for a walk because my back hurt. Then Al took me to the music store. They were closed with a 'be back at 1:30” sign, so we went home. The others had lunch while I listened to another interview:

To rinse virus out of nasal passages, put 2 tsp Betadine in 6 oz water: in through the nose, out through the mouth, then gargle with the rest and spit it out. Randomized trial of 300 patients in each group, showed a dramatic reduction in positive pcr tests by day 3: from 303 down to 24 patients. The rinse reduced the chance of progressive disease by 75%. You can also use Hydrogen preoxide and Lugol's.

Our health agencies should have given us monthly updates on early treatment protocols. We learned in 2020 that the virus is not spread asymptomatically. Multiple tests on one positive person show up as multiple cases. All we had to do was keep sick people at home. WHO does not recommend asymptomatic testing. There are no documented confirmed cases of anyone getting covid twice. CDC admitted that their PCR test cannot distinguish between flu and covid. Hand sanitizer doesn't help because SarsCov2 is spread through the air, not on surfaces. There is no Harvard or Mayo protocol for treating covid early to avoid hospitalization. The pharma clinical trials recruited people unlikely to come in contact with covid. Although studies show a big reduction in hospitalization and death initially, that reduction went down dramatically in Sept when 99% of cases were Delta and most people passed their six month mark. Immunocompromised people get the least benefit from the vaccine. Covid stimulates fat cells to produce interleukin-6, which is inflammatory. The spike protein of SarsCov2 produces blood clots, raising d-dimer levels. Monoclonal antibodies are safe and effective but gov't is not telling anyone. They even prevent infection if given to people after exposure. It works in the vaccinated and the unvaccinated. Treatments are needed in addition to vaccines. Natural immunity is for life. After mRNA vaccination, spike proteins are produced in an uncontrolled quantity for an uncontrolled amount of time. 86% of reported covids deaths after vaccination have no other cause. Both vaccine and respiratory syndrome take out those teetering on the edge of death because of the spike proteins. There is a study in the Lancet about the vaccine protecting others showing 39% of transmission was from fully vaccinated to fully vaccinated. 3700 sailors on Navy ship were fully vaccinated, but still transmitted covid.

I called the music store at 1:40. They were open and had slide oil. Al took me down there and I bought a bottle. I asked about rust on the slide and she suggested rubbing it with lava soap. Al stopped at Publix and we looked for lava soap but didn't find it. I did find a bottle of melatonin, however.

When we got back, I practiced my trombone, playing Christmas music I got from Dad's house. Chris helped Cecily in the kitchen. I listened to interviews. Men came to pump out the septic tank. Then Cecily flushed all the toilets. She and Chris finished making dinner. We had pork chops, sauerkraut, rice, peas and apple crisp. For dessert they ate pecan pie.

I called Faye to make sure she knew I wasn't coming on Thursday. We chatted about other stuff, too. Cecily put on the food channel, then soon went to bed. I posted to my blog for yesterday and typed up some of this one. I continued to listen and to delete e-mails. One by one everyone else went to bed. Then so did I.

Looking through the music

Monday

I went to bed late. I heard Patrick still walking around after I turned off my headphones. Eventually I fell asleep. I woke up hearing Patrick turn on the dryer and go back to bed. I stayed on the couch until 8 or so. I got on my laptop to read the latest e-mail and finish up an interview.

Patrick got up and looked things up on the old laptop. Finally he took a shower, dressed and left for work. I put on a longer interview and worked my way through the file drawer of Dad's sheet music. I pulled out some I wanted. I arranged what was left into categories, like choral music, religious music, books of music, individual titles, accordian music, trombone music, music for other instruments, etc.

I played the trombone for a bit. I looked for sewing machine oil to use on the slide, but did not find any. I also looked for mineral oil, but none of that either. I looked through the baggie of old watches. I threw out broken stuff. I kept two: one had a broken band and one had a broken stem. I mended the robe I wore overnight. Chris called to say he was coming to pick me up. I finished up with the music, packed up the trombone and my carry-on, and put the sewing stuff away. When he arrived, he moved my stuff to the car while I packed my laptop. Then we locked the door and left.

On the way to his parents house, he told me that he had talked to the bank. They said all the banks got together and agreed not to accept cash deposits to accounts by people who are not the owners - UNLESS it is a business account. They would not make an exception, said each state has different laws in place. Chris outlined his plan to follow up.

When we got there, Faye called. I told her what I had done at the house. Then Cecily wanted to talk about supper each day for the next two weeks. She is planning Christmas dinner for Thursday night. Then I cleaned my slide and Al brought me some lightweight motor oil to try on it. He also had a gun-cleaning kit that helped clean the inside of the slide. The oil didn't help, possibly because there was rust on the bottom of the slide. Al had steel wool so I tried that. It made it worse. I cleaned it again and practiced for a bit. I tried the steel wool on the verdigris on the bell. It got the green off but didn't make it any shinier.

We went to Kanpai for supper. They serve a lot of food. I ate all of mine and I swear Cecily brought home as much as I ate. Al brought home almost as much. When we got home, Cecily turned on the Food channel, showing people making desserts. I looked up music stores nearby and found one near the grocery store. I listened to interviews while deleting e-mail, then brushing and swishing. Chris went to bed, and I posted to my blog, then followed him.

My kingdom for some slide oil

Sunday

I had a hard time falling asleep last night, even with the headphones. I had put on multiple vit C patches in case I might be coming down with something. Then I found myself awake early, trying to recapture a dream.

We got up sometime after Cecily did. I felt better than when I went to bed. We had a relaxed morning. Cecily and Al and Chris went to Mass. I stayed behind to have breakfast and catch up on e-mail and to pack for a night. When Chris got back, he made himself a sandwich, then he drove me to Dad's house.

Faye was already there. Chris stayed for a bit and put the new plates on the Oldsmobile, then went back to his parents house. Faye and I went through drawers and cupboards so I could identify anything I did not want given away or sold. Since I cannot take much back on the plane, I had to be choosy. We push around the new bed in the guest room to make room for a filing cabinet. Faye told me it was my job to go through the filing cabinet and take or toss stuff. Sigh. We had a bite to eat. We looked for batteries to see if a tiny fountain worked. Patrick finally found some. But it did not function. Later she went home.

I made up the bed, but could only find the fitted sheet. I threw a pillow on top. I practiced Dad's trombone. It needed slide oil and what was in the case was all dried out. So I went searching for the other trombone. I had to call William to find out it was on the attic. But then I had a hard time finding it. When I did, I brought the trombone down and opened it up. But there was no slide oil inside. And that slide was in worse shape than the first one. I set up my computer and read e-mail while Patrick went out to eat. When he came back, he started a load of laundry and got on my old computer to look up used lottery tickets and bottle caps. I downloaded pics from my phone and cropped them. I dressed for bed and jotted notes for my blog, then posted for yesterday. I made Patrick put the old laptop to sleep and go to his room so I could sleep on the couch.

Visiting Michele

Saturday

I woke up early, having slept pretty well. I found the headphones were still on so I shut them off. I went back to sleep. I got up about 9:15. I took some bromelain. I irrigated my sinuses and then brushed and swished. I showered and dressed. I boiled water to make oatmeal for breakfast. I added raisins and cranberries. Afterward I ate an apple. Then I put two water bottles, some apples, and a container of fudgeballs in a cooler.

We got in the Cadillac and headed to Manassas to see Michele. I read more of “The Real Anthony Fauci”. We ran into traffic on i-95 but still got there in about 2 hours. She greeted us at the door wearing an Edwardian blouse and skirt that she had made. While John and Chris talked, she showed me the wardrobe of period-style clothing she had made, mostly by hand. It was impressive. Later the men went to a Guatemalan restaurant to pick up lunch. They came back with 4 styrofoam boxes. Chris had gotten me spicy shrimp, and it was hot. After we ate, I had to go outside to breath until the spiciness went away before I could put my mask back on. We had a nice chat and then Chris indicated it was time to leave.

So we got back in the car and headed to Richmond, but 15-20 minutes later, I realized I had forgotten Cecily's cooler, so we went back to get it. Then on the way back, I fell asleep. When I woke up, Chris was off the hwy because of a backup. We waited at stoplights in town, along with everyone else who was taking the alternate route. Although we left at 3, we did not get back to Damours' until 6:15.

Al was outside grilling chicken. Cecily was finishing up in the kitchen. We sat at the table and said grace. We had chicken, salad, broccoli, and rice. Afterward, Cecily served pecan pie, Chris' favorite. Then we gathered in the den to watched a baking contest and chat. Cecily went to bed. I read my book during commercials. I plastered my arm with vitm C patches. Later Chris went to sleep while I caught up with posting to my blog. Then I too went to bed.

Is it insured or not?

Friday

It was another long night. I did not have hot flashes, but could not fall asleep. For some reason it did not occur to me to use the mp3 headphones. In the morning the room gradually lightened. I heard Cecily get up and move around. I got up at 7:30 because I thought Chris wanted to get up at 7:30 to disinfect the suitcases as his mother wanted. But he didn't get up so I went back to bed. At 8:30 I got up and then he did too. I brushed and swished. I finished something from yesterday on my laptop, which had run out of battery power because the outlet is tied to the light. When the light is off, there is no power.

Cecily told me where to find oatmeal for breakfast. She and Al went shopping. I handwashed two of my masks and one of Al's and hung them out to dry. I went back to e-mail. Karen called about the house insurance. I talked to Chris and Al and Cecily. They suggested I call USAA to see if I can get a good deal, and that I would have to answer questions about the house and its construction. Ughh.

I got in an argument with Chris because he thinks I am overthinking it. Then he took a shower while I typed notes for my blog. We got in the Cadillac and he drove to Midlothian while I called USAA and got a quote. We went to a bank and they remembered me, even with my mask on. Then we went to Dad's house. I wanted to get Dad's trombone to practice for Christmas Eve, but the house was locked and I didn't have a key. I called Faye and she said there was no key hidden outside. She also said the tax commissioner said the house was insured as long as the bill was paid. Chris and I went back to another bank to speak to a manager, but none were there, only tellers. So we went back to Cecily's house.

Al and I went for a walk on Angard. I was wearing shoes Cecily gave me. So by the time we finished, I had literally walked a mile in her shoes! When we got back, Cecily was obsessing about supper. We chatted until Faye called. She had called State Farm and settled everything. She wants my opinion on stuff she is doing at Dad's house, so we planned to meet Sunday. Cecily finished making supper, with a small salad for me. We ate together, watching Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy. Sheldon's girlfriend is the new Alex Trebek. Chris and Al ate fruitcake. I jotted notes for my blog and ate a banana oatmeal cookie.

I spent some time on my laptop, watching the latest edition of The Highwire. I took some pics but no notes. Chris had already gone to bed when I finished. So I put the computer to sleep and got ready myself. I used the headphones and they were so effective that I never turned them off.

The Trip

Thursday

It seemed like a long night. I had trouble getting to sleep, and each time I did, some noise would wake me up. Chris' alarm went off at 6:30. We got up to shower and dress. Chris went downstairs for the free hotel breakfast. I ate cheese sticks and oatmeal banana cookies while listening to James Corbett's Solutions Watch. When Chris came back, we packed up our computer stuff and headed out.

He packed the car and we drove to the airport. We parked in a long term lot, and carried our luggage to the nearest shuttle pickup. When the shuttle came, it seemed pretty full. We were able to get on, but then at future stops we really had to squeeze together to make room.

We got off at the terminal and went to the kiosk for Sky Priority to print luggage tags then to the counter to drop off our bags. Then we got in the pre-check line for security. When we finally got to the man who checks ID, he said I was not eligible for pre-check so had to get in the other much much longer line. We were worried we would miss our flight. But that line moved pretty fast, even if it did snake across the second level. I got through Security first so Chris told me to go to the gate and tell them he was on his way. So I ran all the way to gate a-7, which was a long way because the gates start with a-23 or something like that. Anyway, I was huffing and puffing when I got there. But the lady wouldn't help me until I put my mask on, which I couldn't do until I caught my breath. By then Chris showed up and we boarded the plane.

We were in first class, which only meant that we were sitting in the front row of 2 seats on either side of the aisle. I hoped Chris hadn't paid a lot extra for first class. During the flight he watched a movie while I read a book called The Real Anthony Fauci. On descent, my left ear would not pop and it became quite painful. We landed in Detroit and walked to our next gate. That was also a long way. But we had at least half an hour to wait to board. I ate some cheese sticks and seed crackers and read my book.

We boarded an even smaller plane which had two seats on one side and one seat on the other. There was no option to watch a movie. I read my book while Chris napped. My ear did not improve. Finally, we landed in Richmond. We went to baggage claim to get our luggage, then went outside and called the Damours.

They drove up quickly and Chris put our luggage in the trunk. Luckily it was warm because Cecily made us take off our coats and put them in the trunk. She had sheets on the seats in the back for us to sit on so we wouldn't contaminate the car. She gave us hand sanitizer and laid out her plan for how we should shed all our clothing at her washing machine and walk immediately to the bathroom to shower, then later sanitize all our suitcases, watches, purse, masks, etc. I asked if we could stop for some distilled water, which they did. When we got to their house, we had to take off our shoes, then step on a sheet in front of the washing machine to disrobe. She had a robe and slippers for each of us to wear to the bathroom. Chris was able to get her to let him fish my toiletries case out of my suitcase. We showered and dressed in clothes she laid out on the bed. I guess they came from her closet. I made nasal rinse with the distilled water, added hydrogen peroxide and used it liberally.

Cecily made stew so we all sat down. Alfred prayed and then we ate. We talked for a long time. Cecily went to bed. Chris and Al drank wine and talked army stuff. Al went to bed. Chris got very amorous. I tried to cool him down by saying I was wearing his mother's underwear. Then I asked him about the affidavit I had forwarded to him. He gave me his responses. I sent him another article. I posted to my blog for yesterday and wrote down the events of today. And then got ready for bed.

Leaving home

Wednesday

Chris left early but I never heard him. I got up around 7:30. There was a snowfall overnight. I could not make out the thermometer. I made coffee for what is probably my final coffee morning of the year. I drybrushed, rebounded and exercised. I had special supplements to support the lymph system. I meditated and tapped.

Chris came home about 10:15 because the network at work was kerflufal. He worked from home, having meetings and such. But it did not seem to bother him when I sang along with the CD's and ran the vacuum cleaner. He also brought home the colonel's mask, so I mended it and gave it back.

I cleaned a little more than usual, probably to put off packing. I wrapped small presents in used paper so they would not attract undue TSA attention in my suitcase going through security. I ate some food that needs to be used up.

Dr. Paul Thomas, pediatrician, wrote a book called The Vaccine Friendly Plan which uses a different schedule than the CDC. He was asked to show that it was safer than the CDC vaccine schedule, so he hired an independent analyst and went through 10,000 patient records. Results showed that the more vaccinated a child is, the worse they do on all fronts: office visits for allergies, colds, neurodevelopmental issues and behaviour disorders, eye disorders, otitis media, dermatitis, eczema, uticaria, anemia, etc. After he published the results, the Oregon medical board took his license away. Addressing the mRNA vaccines, he said the body produces antibodies that attack the cells that are producing the spike proteins. Since the spikes get in the bloodstream and go all over the body, ending up in organs, those organs are the cells being attacked.

I got in my car thinking the 5 inches of snow would fall off if I lurched forward. But that did not happen so I had to do it the hard way. There was ice under the snow. I went to the post office to pick up mail. There were no packages. Then I went to Jamie's house to drop off the apartment key. She showed me all her Christmas decorations. There were a lot! They covered almost every surface, flat or vertical, in the livingroom.

I got home about 6. I taped my list back together. For some reason the tape keeps falling off. I packed my suitcase and chose my supplements and patches. I packed snacks and a more secure purse. I made more green mix for when I get back. I wrote a check for dues to the RCMQG since their online payment system wasn't working for me. I jotted notes for my blog while waiting for Chris to come home from Mass and being inducted into the Knights of Columbus.

Vaccine passports are going digital, will become a digital passport that includes your financial info as well. Why do vaccine passports have no sunset date? Because they intend to become permanent. Chris came home at 7:38. He changed clothes and we packed our laptops. Chris packed the car and we left our residence. Driving by the post office, I dropped a check in the mail. Then we headed the long way to Salt Lake City.

On the way, the temp dropped to 7, then went back up to 30. We checked into a hotel by the airport. We played on our laptops in the room, then retired for the night

Handing off the keys

Tuesday

I woke up hearing Chris come back from the gym. He went straight to the shower, then got dressed. I heard him rustling around in the kitchen getting the rolls and pulled beef ready to take to work for the party. When I heard my 7:30 alarm go off, I got up and he was gone.

There was a recipe for fudge balls on the fridge. I pulled out everything on the list of ingredients to make sure we had them all. It said to use low heat and I used the lowest possible, but it was still too much. It got kind of watery. So I put in ground chia seed. It went into the fridge to cool and harden.

I made more slime, this time using a high borax/low water recipe. It was lumpy because the borax did not dissolve completely. I left it to rest. Faye called and we talked about her work schedule around Christmas. I called Kurt to see what days and times he would be in town. I got an e-mail from Mindy saying she would meet me at the swap shop after her meeting. I got dressed and went there. I looked around for awhile, then checked our mail box. It was empty and I went home.

I made breakfast. Chris came home with the beef and rolls left over from the party. I looked through my blog to see when the numb hand thing started. I read e-mail, then took my trombone and went to Saronna's house. She had a guest. When her guest left, she got out her string base and we played Christmas songs. We also chatted till her girls came home from school. Then I went home.

I listened to an interview with a vaxx patient advocate. He said most people don't know that the drug companies have no liability if vaccinated people are injured by their product. The only way they can be sued is if the patient can prove that the company knew their product was harmful and did not warn the patient of the particular adverse event that they experienced. I had read earlier that such a rule led to pharma wanting to know as little as possible about the side effects of their product.

I called William to see what his Christmas schedule was. He said he didn't have plans but he would not come to Christmas dinner in order to protect himself. He said he could talk to me on the phone. I said then he wouldn't want a present from me cause it would be contaminated, but he said a present would be ok.

I separated the fudge into balls and rolled them in coconut flour. Mindy came to my house to get the keys to the swap shop. We talked for a little bit, then I realized I was late for walking. Jenni had texted me about walking in the gym because it was a very windy day and snow was forecast. So I drove over there and we walked the upper track. I don't know how many rounds we made, but it was 10 after 5 when we quit.

I went back to reading e-mail, dreading the packing process. I took a piece of stamp fabric and made a mask. Chris told me the colonel needs his mask mended and would stop by tomorrow. I made tea and we watched the last three episodes of BBT. Chris suggested I wrap presents tonight. I got on my laptop to look up my gift list and write it down. I realized I had neglected my hours of cleaning lists so I went to previous blog posts to get them straight. Then I wrote my post for yesterday and published it. I also wrote down the events of today (for tomorrow) and downloaded all the pics from my phone. I cropped them, then got ready for bed.

It starts with wind

Monday

Chris came home from the gym and crawled under the covers. I was already awake but did not want to cuddle up to his cold body. After he took a shower and went to work, I got up. I started a supplement detox and made lemon water. I finished listening to an interview with a lawyer:

Professor Boyle drafted the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act. He says we need to lodge complaints with locally elected prosecutors to convene a grand jury and return indictments for murder and conspiracy to commit murder, against people like Fauci, Baric, Daszak, Collins, Walensky, etc. The Federal courts are compromised. Biden's chief of staff was Obama's ebola czar. He covered up the origin of ebola from the testing of experimental ebola vaccines that came out of the Kenema BSL 4 in Sierra Leone, with funding from NIH and CDC .

I cut a piece of wire and made a hanger for the outdoor thermometer. Watching it blow back and forth in the wind made me think it won't last. I rose some yeast in a dish while filling the bread machine with ingredients. I made a dough, then shaped it into rolls for Chris' party tomorrow.

The thermometer blew down. I attached it to the lawn chair. I pre-heated the oven and later baked the rolls. Chris came home for lunch. I read e-mail until the rolls were done, then melted butter over them and covered them with a kitchen towel.

I went to the apartment and finished the kitchen except for the floor. I did not have a mop or broom. I was going to do the blinds, but did not have anything to stand on. I tried getting into the company apartment and this time succeeded. I noticed the bed had no sheets so I pulled out a set and put them on. There was food in the fridge but it looked ok so I didn't touch it. I went out and locked the door.

I drove to the gym. Diane showed me how to do strength training. We did lunges and used machines for legs and core. Jenni joined us, but did arms. Heather showed up too, and did a cardio machine. Jenni and I tried the half balance balls.

I went home for supper, but then Jamie called. I went back to the apartment to meet her so she could pick up some of her cleaning supplies. We talked, then I came home. I emptied the goat whey into a smaller jar and cleaned the jar it was in. I called the lady who gave me goat milk and had quite a chat. I put some goat cheese in a tub, then practiced my trombone. Her husband came to get the jar and I gave him some cheese. I sat down at my laptop to listen to interviews while I cut out cardboard trees for Jenni. When I got tired, I ate supper.

Chris came home. I made tea and posted to my blog, then we watched 3 episodes of BBT. I went to bed.

A family Christmas sing-along

Sunday

When I got up, Chris was gone, presumably to the gym. I took bromelain and tweaked my blog post from yesterday. I finished listening to the reenactment of the Casolaro saga. I typed a reply to a Facebook post and took a pic of it to post on Facebook. It is the only thing that works since Facebook isn't accepting keystrokes. I washed up and got dressed. We went to the chapel just in time for the service. It was another Christmas sermon. Afterward, Jenni handed out gift bags. Johnnie told me they want to have me clean their house when they move and pay me with their riding lawnmower. Considering they will clean all the baseboards and floors first, it is a heck of a deal.

When we got home, I changed my clothes and made breakfast. I ate while reading e-mail. Then I went to the company house to take the comforter out of the dryer. It was still damp. So I put it on the bed and turned on the ceiling fan and crossed my fingers. I found the steam shot still in the master bathroom, so I put it in my trunk. After closing the front door, I spread salt over the icy sidewalk, then went home.

I read e-mail and listened to interviews. I wrapped some presents, then went to Jenni's house. I gave her one and one to Diane. Then we went walking around the school block. It was very cold. When I got home, I warmed up listening to more interviews.

At 6 we took my trombone and cookies and went to Saronna's house. I gave her a present, and Wilhelm put the cookies on the table. We talked while the kids acted out excitedly. Then she and I played while the rest sang (mostly our husbands). After more talking, the kids went to bed, and we went home. I started listening to an interview with a lawyer. I posted to my blog.

When Chris was ready, I made tea and we watched 4 episodes of Big Bang Theory. I was hurting so bad that I went to bed. I haven't hurt like than in a long period. Later Chris came to bed and I fell asleep.

I'll never wash that again

Saturday

Chris was supposed to go to the gym with the colonel at 8, but apparently things changed. So I didn't have the morning to myself. I got up to clean the kitchen and all the dishes in the sink. Around 10 I asked for a massage and he gave me one. Then I took a shower and got dressed.

I called Jamie and she said she'd be back on base in 30 minutes. I went to the company house to clean. I put the sheets in the wash, then wiped down all the surfaces. I tried washing one of the comforters. I scrubbed the interior of the stove. I tried using the Steam Shot, but steam did not help. A rough steel wool pad did. Then the comforter went in the dryer. I worked on baseboards. I called Jamie and she came over and helped me make the beds. But she said she needed more time at home, so she left. I got tired of waiting for the comforter to dry. I left it on a long cycle and went home.

I stopped at the post office and to lock the swap shop door. I made and ate breakfast, then went to Jenni's house to walk. Jenni wasn't home but Diane showed up. So she and I walked around the block, talking about weight training. Diane and I decided to do that every Monday. I went back to the house to get the comforter out of the dryer, but the front porch light was on. I rang the bell and knocked but no one came. I decided to come back the next day.

I went home. I read e-mail and listened to interviews. I ate supper.

They are not telling us which vaccine works the best or is the safest for which demographic. Studies show a very small mortality benefit for a few months. The spike protein can be found in the body up to 15 mo later. With getting a booster every 6 mo, it is impossible to clear spike proteins from the body. In Wuhan, the spike was made to be more dangerous through gain-of-function research. It damages heart tissue, brain and nervous system, causes blood clots, etc. Now we are doing it to ourselves through injections. It turns out to be a bad idea to have the body make the antigen. The human body was never designed to make antigens. Novavax is better because it injects a limited amt of spike protein for the body to make antibodies to. Vaccines in 5-11 yo's may prevent a case of sniffles, but there is no other benefit because they are not at risk for disease. Study found that kids 12-18 are 5 times more likely to be hospitalized from vaccination than from covid disease. Analysis shows you are more likely to die of vaccine in any age group than of covid. In every country that has started vaccination, covid has gotten worse. CDC admitted in October that they had over 41,000 breakthrough cases that resulted in hospitalization or death. In UK, over 80% of people dying of covid are fully vaccinated. Infection percolates for 3 to 5 days in the back of nose and throat. Use povidone iodine rinse regularly for oral/nasal decontamination to knock it out. That is far more effective than any public health measure including vaccination or ivermectin etc. Shedding of spike protein is likely for 4 weeks after vaccination, so be careful of close association or donating blood during this time. Some doctors are telling patients that there is no treatment for covid.

Dr. Carrie Madej said years ago she asked around about why get a tetanus shot every 10 years. No one ever died in hours by stepping on a rusty nail. She found out there is a big difference in fertility between tetanus-vaxxed and unvaxxed.

It was almost 9 when I paused a re-creation of the events leading up to the death of Danny Casolero. I made tea and practiced my trombone. Chris wasn't ready yet so I posted to my blog. Then we watched four episodes of BBT. I fell asleep on the couch. When I woke up, we made the bed and went to sleep.

The quickest filling ever

Friday

I woke up in the middle of the night. After going to the bathroom, I could not sleep. Mostly because of hot flashes. I stayed in bed until 8. I asked Chris about the roads, then texted the dentist that I was coming because the roads looked ok.

Chris and I got into a discussion. Then he took a shower and packed the cooler. We discussed all the way to Tooele. We stopped to watch a dozen deer run across the road. When we got to Tooele, we shopped at Luckeys' then he dropped me off at the dentist' office. I waited a little, then was taken back. The asst said the decay under the compromised filling was small and might not need numbing. She set me up with nitrous oxide and Netflix with headphones. The nitrous seemed overwhelming but she said it was really low. The dentist gave me shot in my jaw, then left while it took effect. He came back to drill and replace the filling. The drilling took longer than the filling. Although I felt nothing, the sound made me cringe. And then it was over. I asked him to look at tooth 19 - the reason I cannot chew on the left. He had the latest x-ray and said it looked fine, no cracks. I mentioned a few other teeth and they looked fine too. I went to the front to pay, then asked him why the filling failed in less than ten years. He said composite fillings only last 5 years or so. I could hardly believe that all fillings have to be replaced that often.

Chris was waiting in the parking lot. We went to Melanie's then to a Catholic church. The priest comes to post every Wednesday to say Mass. Apparently he told Chris to stop in sometime. Chris thought it would be quick, but it lasted an hour or more. The priest served tea and a snack. I could not eat the snack even if I wanted to. I was afraid to chew on the right because of numbing, and on the left because of tooth 19.

Eventually we went home. I hoped the numbing would be gone, but it was worse. The dentist must have given me a lot. I read e-mail for awhile, then at 4 decided that I could eat a banana without chewing much. I had to go through all my different contact lists to find out who agreed to mind the swap shop tomorrow. Then I looked for clues on the Dugway Facebook page. Finally I found the name and texted her for confirmation.

I drove to Jenni's house and waited for her to come out. Then Diane joined us and we walked our usual mile. It was extra cold but only half my face could feel it. Then I came home. I heated goat milk to 180, then added lemon juice and vinegar. I guess I stirred too much because the curds were really small. I poured it through a sprout bag and left the contents to drip.

By then the numbing wore off. There was no residual discomfort at all. I ate meat and vegetables. I listened to a video while processing through telegram messages. When Chris was ready, I made tea and we watched four episodes of BBT. Then I downloaded 70 pics from my phone and cropped them. I typed up today's events and posted for yesterday.

Burnt cookies

Thursday

I woke up in the dark with rls. Thankfully it was mild and went away. I woke again at Reveille. Chris went to work out with the colonel. I got up to listen to the bonus interview for episode 9:

Dr. Joel Hirschhorn: Fauci has a way of controlling the whole medical establishment through NIH grants. Over 500,000 lives could have been saved if he hadn't intervened, trying to stop promising early treatment protocols. Only independent physicians could give the early treatment protocols. Viral replication is stage 1. It is easy to stop there. So many credentialed doctors agreeing on the big answers. Israel's gov't signed an agreement with Pfizer to only use that one. 90% were vaccinated. Their hospitals are filling with patients with side effects. Worldwide, at least 100,000 people have died of side effects. (this interview was done months ago).

People go into the hospital with blood problems less than 14 days after getting vaccinated (so are considered unvaccinated). Nurses and doctors around the country are risking their jobs to not take the vaccine. The vaccine might make sense for the elderly, but no one else, particularly not children. Natural immunity is different and better than vaccine immunity. 27X more effective. There are tests for natural immunity and cards should be provided for that. Natural immunity can be harmed by vaccination. If everyone gets vaccinated, no one will have natural immunity. Early treatment would have allowed everyone to have natural immunity. A doc in Canada used D-dimer test on 900 vaccinated patients. Over 60 percent tested positive for microscopic blood clots. We don't know the longterm consequences of that. We can trust the data coming out of Israel and the EU, but not the U. S.

Catherine Austin Fitts: $21 trillion is missing from the federal govt. In 2018 FASB56 was passed saying the govt can keep secret books and they don't have to admit that they keep secret books. Since 2000, the IQ of the average American child is down 7 points. The vaccine passports are not being run by health agencies, they are being run by financial agencies. Quality control of food has gone down so beware of what you eat.

“AI Superpowers” is a book about how China and the US are in competition to take the lead on AI. The winner will not be who has the best hardware or software, it will be who has the most data. If you can digitize everything with nanoparticles, you can generate the most data. They need the 5G smart grid in order to handle that amount of data. An all-digital currency will give them control. Technocracy will general great wealth, but they are setting up a system where they don't have to share any of it. The vaccine program is about getting people's bodies compatible with heavy metals. Deterioration of population health is directly related to ingestion of heavy metals. From VAERS data we can see that some batches of covid vaccine are far more associated with adverse events than others, so 'they' are experimenting with formulations. They had smart dust 20 years ago. High tech can be weaponized by small groups of people, which is why 'they' want central control. Also they need a central bank for the planet to interact with other planets. We have to resist an all-digital system and support independent media.

The rain turned to snow. I made banana oatmeal cookies flavored with vanilla. They were a little underdone so I left them in the oven. I made and ate breakfast. I cleaned off my car. I went to the apartment to clean at noon. Jamie came later. She did the bathroom and I worked on the kitchen. She left at 2:30? and I made a list of things I wish I had brought, and left at 3:30. I tried the company apartment but could not get in to see what shape it was in.

When I got home, my cookies were out of the oven and burnt. There was a roast in the oven so I assumed he preheated the oven not knowing the cookies were still in there. They were hard enough to break a tooth. I put one in coconut milk to soften it.

I watched The Highwire: Australia is denying people lifesaving surgery if they are not vaccinated. “The welfare of humanity has always been the alibi of tyrants.” Christine Anderson. No placebo-controlled study on vaccines ever. Fauci unblinded controls for AZT studies, ended them early to avoid seeing the long term effects. 330,000 people were killed. He suppresed drugs doctors were using effectively to treat HIV. Death from remdesivir looks like death from covid. Fauci did illegal AIDs trials on children from orphaages. Cynthia Farber found the cemetary (Gate of Heaven) where Fauci buried the bodies in a pit covered by astroturf. He also tested the drugs on pregnant women to see how much they could survive.

Marburg and Ecoli both use bacteria in the vaccines. The board of directors of Pfizer have at least 70 members of CCP.

Chris came home from work. He said the cookies were burnt when he found them. He steamed cauliflower and sauteed mushrooms. I ate some of the roast and listened to interviews while going through e-mail. I finally got the unread number under 1000. I posted to my blog. I made tea and we watched four episodes of BBT. Then I went right to bed.

A long day of interviews

Wednesday

I slept pretty well, and woke up when Chris' alarm rang at 5. He went to the gym. I woke again at 6:30. I stayed awake until he came back at 7:30. He was cold and tired. He crawled into bed with me. (there's a cure for hot flashes) After awhile, he got up and showered and went to work.

I got up and prepared for coffee morning. I paused several times to get a tiny thorn out of my foot. Finally I just left tape on my foot, hoping eventually it would stick to the tape. I completed my exercises, etc. I did some tapping. Later I cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen. I wrote a check. I finished listening to episode 8: Dr. Ardis: Early treatment is common sense and critical to staying out of the hospital. This is the first time in history that people were told to wait until they got sicker to go to the ER for treatment. Ivermectin is not even on the database of side effects. In 18 countries Ivermectin has been shown to be safe and prevent or reduce transmission. Corporate pharmacies are telling employees not to fill prescriptions for ivermectin and HCQ. Try a compounding pharmacy. Synergyhealthdpc.com will give you a phone consult for a fee and direct mail the prescriptions. Also myfreedoctor.com. Ivermectin and HCQ are not anti-viral drugs, they protect heme from spike proteins. Apple pectin helps with detoxing.

CBER held a meeting with heads of FDA in Oct of 2020 to discuss safety and monitoring of covid injections. They decided to use CMS data to do their 7 day rapid cycle analysis. Slide 16 of the presentation included 22 bullet points of serious adverse events they expected to be reported, like death, acute demylinating diseases, 5 blood clot disorders, Gullain Barre syndrome, miscarriage, auto-immune diseases, etc. Not a single one was listed in the risk section of the fact sheets that FDA put out with the vials in December 2020. Sheet is revised monthly and now lists blood clot disorders. The day J&J was pulled for 6 blood clots, VAERS data showed 167 for them. Pfizer and Moderna both had 300+, but Fauci wasn't going to pick on them because of his financial interest in Moderna. It should be illegal that CDC owns patents on vaccines. 21 of the 22 adverse events have shown up in the VAERS database. Multi-system inflammatory syndrome in Children (MIS-C) was on the list, and never existed before 2020. Over 4000 reports of it as of September 2021. Pfizer document lists exposure of a pregnant woman to a vaccinated person as a reportable serious event. Vaccinated people shed spike proteins along with other toxins from sweating and breathing. Shots contain 50 billion mRNA particles, which is more than you would encounter naturally.

I caught up on messages in Telegram. I raked up 5 boxes of leaves and dumped them near the compost pile. I watered them down so they would not blow away. I found a pile of nails and staples near the driveway. I could not understand how they got there. But I picked them up and threw them away. I took a shower and got dressed. I noticed that some toes on my right foot had no feeling in them. I listened to the bonus episode:

Steven Petty, Certified industrial hygienist: He has testified in numerous cases as an expert witness. If masks worked, we would see cases decline when masking is mandated. Hierarchy of controls shows PPE is the least effective and masks are below even that. Gaps around the mask delete any effectiveness they might have had. He would never use a mask to prevent asbestos fibers and they are much larger. Some studies show 10 - 15% effectiveness but with much better-fitting masks than people wear, usually on mannequins, without a proper control group, or with confounding variables. A study in monkeys showed that virons from sick monkeys were mostly aerosolized and only a tiny fraction were droplets. Droplets drop to the floor in minutes, but aerosols stay in the air up to 50 days. That destroys the 6 foot rule. Aerosols get deep into your lungs, but droplets are filtered out by cilia. N95 are bottom-of-the-barrel respirators, not masks. He wore a respirator on a plane and they threatened to throw him off because he wasn't wearing a mask. He had to wear a mask inside the respirator to stay on the plane. Study on adverse events of masking showed masks are a perfect breeding ground for mold and bacteria. Dilution, filtration, and destruction are effective: fresh air, high-level filtration systems, bi-polar ionization, aerosolized hydrogen peroxide, UV systems, etc.

I got ready to walk. I drove to the post office to drop off the check. Then I went to the company house to make up the third bed. But the key was not in the lock box. I think there was someone inside. He did not answer the door even though I rang the bell and knocked. I left and went to Jenni's house. We talked until time to walk. We went to my car and I pulled out handweights for both of us. We met Diane coming downhill. Then Heather drove by, but was too busy to stop and walk with us. The three of us continued around the block. Jenni told us the base was closing down until noon tomorrow because of snow coming tonight. When we got back, we agreed to meet tomorrow even in the snow. Then Retreat sounded and we stood at attention until it was over.

When I got home, I whipped up a batch of cheese sticks. Chris came home from work, surprising me because I thought he was going to Tooele with the commander. But somehow it didn't work out. He heated turkey soup for supper. I read articles and started episode 9 of Covid Revealed:

Dr. David Martin (also patent lawyer): Universal vaccination will fuel escape mutations. CDC owns a patent on SARS coronavirus. 4100 patents on vaccines, drugs, treatments for coronavirus have been filed since 2003. Moderna never produced a safe and effective anything prior to 2019, but were given the rna sequence for spike protein a month before the outbreak in the wet market. Moderna came out of 10 years of research of Darwinian Chemical Systems, who was showing how rna writes into the genome of an organism. Can human DNA be recreated in the event of extinction through a computer code that could be injected into an organism to restart evolution? The code in the injections is for what we think a broad-spectrum spike protein would look like. Hopefully your body responds to the manufactured spike as if it were foreign. But since your body produced it, that might not happen. In 1990 Pfizer started filing for coronavirus vaccine patents. Number of life insurance claims paid has not increased, in fact it decreased during the pandemic, even though we are told so many people are dying of a novel virus.

I paused it and made tea. Chris fixed himself a drink. We watched the last episode of Broadchurch and two episodes of Big Bang theory season 8. We had a bit of a chat. I listened to more of episode 9. Chris went to bed. I realized I had jotted notes from today into yesterday's notes. Then I posted to my blog and went to bed.

Another bunch down

Tuesday

I fell asleep without the headphones. I did not wake up until Reveille, and dozed off again. Next I heard my phone alarm at 7:30. I got up soon after. I plugged in the new router and listened to episode 7.

Dr. McCullough: 84% of deaths reported to VAERS after vaccination have no other explanation. America was prepared mentally and psychologically (by?) to lose people to the vaccine. We didn't lose nearly as many to covid as the early predictions said we would - even without early or proper treatments. Studies reviewed at the meeting on Aug 23, 2021 showed there is no mortality benefit from Pfizer, not even for legacy variants. To be effective, a vaccine should have at least 50% protection and last at least a year. Pfizer fails on both accounts according to Israeli data. CDC and FDA should have publicly reviewed the data every week: how many vaccinated, how many breakthrough infections, how many adverse events. Monthly reports of what's the most effective vaccine and how it can be most safely administered. No press briefings to date, just unsupported talking points. Surgeon General was on TV saying vaccine-acquired immunity is better than natural immunity but 16 studies show just the opposite. The covid-recovered were excluded from the clinical trials, as well as suspected-covid-recovered, covid-positive, suspected-covid-positive, pregnant women, and women of child-bearing age who can't guarantee contraception. Data show vaccination has no benefit for covid-recovered. Miscarriage was as high as 80% for women vaccinated in their first trimester. Pregnant women who get covid have better outcomes than non-pregnant women! We should stick to the exclusionary criteria of the randomized trials. 60-80% of children in the vaccine trials had serious side effects. As a cardiologist, he says the last thing you want in a human heart is spike proteins. From shot #1 to shot #2 of mRNA product, there is an 80% increase in safety risk. We don't know the safety risk of getting the third shot. Israel is over 90% vaccinated. But their post-vaccination peak of infection is worse than their pre-vaccination peak. People who did not want to get vaccinated but were coerced, are far more likely to report it to VAERS. We should not vaccinate for a <1% outcome. Although the data do not show it, he has a sense that his vaccinated patients had an easier time if they got covid.

Dr Hooker: natural immunity is 13x better at preventing transmission than vaccinated immunity. A leaky vaccine will never lead to herd immunity. Gibraltar is 100% vaccinated, but still has breakthrough infections. Israel signed an agreement with Pfizer which limits the data they can report. FDA is revoking the EUA of the PCR test at the end of December. With no approved test, the case numbers will go down, which would make it look like the vaccines were effective. Delta is probably a result of poor public health policy.

Nebulized hydrogen peroxide is good for prevention and treatment. Do not nebulize with pure distilled water, put salt in it. Dilute food grade hydrogen peroxide to .1 percent solution.

I took breaks to get the bread machine started, and to make a lemon version of oatmeal banana cookies. Later I made a cheese version. Chris came home for lunch, bringing a pile of boxes from the post office. I made and ate breakfast. I sifted through current event articles. I raked up several boxes of leaves and wet them down. I went to the Housing office to return the MR key. I gave it to the lady sitting outside on her break. We chatted for awhile, then I went home to get the swap shop flyers. I went to the library to return some DVDs and pick up another season of BBT. I dropped off some swap shop flyers outside the library and chatted with Melissa. Then I went walking with Jenni. Heather drove by and promised to walk with us tomorrow.

I went home. I mended 5 or 6 pairs of his socks and 1 pair of pants. Then I checked e-mail. I called Faye and put turkey soup in the toaster oven for supper. I listened to the bonus interview:

Dr. Lee Merritt: You do not need a huge number of people to run a world-wide conspiracy. Just a few at the top. We should have done a lot of autopsies at the beginning, just as they did in 1918. Back then, they found blood in the lungs. Bayer was telling people to take lots of aspirin for fevers, and it made some people bleed out. They tried to prove transmissability, but could not.

There is no viral isolate of covid. It was computer-generated from fragments found. The gov't could have told people about the demonstrated benefits of vit D for immunity, but they didn't. Doctors who found helpful protocols for prevention or treatment were demonized. Several countries have shown that ivermectin works. But when people order it from overseas (where it is sold otc), the U. S. post office seizes it. She prescribed Vioxx when it first came out, but after only three weeks she could tell it wasn't safe. But it took the FDA three more years to figure it out.

I started smelling something really bad. I wondered if somehow it was me. I did not realize what it was until I lit a burner to heat tea. There was a big flash of flame causing me to retreat quickly. But then it was over and just the little burner flame was left. The smell wasn't immediately gone however. But it must have been the gas because I did not smell it again after we watched two episodes of Broadchurch. I had posted to my blog before watching TV, so I went straight to bed.
