Trying a new game

Friday

I got up after 8. I got ready for the day, but there wasn't time to practice. I went to the chapel for Math Morning. Randy brought his four kids. They each had a book or worksheets. I mostly worked with Moira. Keeping them quiet and on task was not easy. I kept them a little after 10 to finish the problems they were working on. Then I dismissed them and we turned off the lights and locked up.

I went to 650 to clean for 90 minutes. I did baseboards and vacuumed walls. I also scrubbed tub walls. Then I went home to have fiber gel and read outside for 20 minutes. It looked to be about 50 degrees, which seemed warm compared to the teens in the morning.

I made breakfast and ate while looking up how to clean gray off of toilets, then verdigris off of trombones. Chris had a meeting online, then we went to get gas, fill two water bottles, and get food from the commissary.

Following that, Chris drove us in to Tooele and I slept on the way. Yay! We shopped at Luckeys. Melanie's and Maceys. Melanie's didn't have much of what I was looking for. And we drove back to base.

I ate fiber gel and made a supplement order. I read e-mail, then put eggs and cheese in the toaster oven for supper. I looked at niacin/sauna detoxes and took notes. I made a supplement order. I worked on my blog. I prepared for Game Night.

I went to Michelle's house. She and I talked while Casey queued up the game: The Lighthouse. We continued to talk for some time, and then I started to play. There was no game to load, so I had to wait through the opening sequences. I saved it when I got to the lighthouse. I didn't know what I was doing, but I looked in each room and picked up whatever I could. I went in the baby's room and saw the dark being take the child. I followed him through the portal, but ended up back in the bedroom for some reason.

I looked through a desk and found a puzzle box. I opened it and wasn't sure what to do with the puzzle inside. Casey, Michelle and I worked on the combination to the safe and were able to extract a bunch of sheets. I started reading them, then realized it was after 11. So I shut the game down and we talked some more. Finally I went home.

Chris was still up and we were both tired, so we just went to bed.
