Tapping World Summit

Tuesday

I got up before 8:30. I got ready for the day. I drank hydrogen water and mushroom electrolytes and lemon water. It looked pretty moist outside. I watered the plants on the porch. I dealt with a few gopher mounds. I was going to walk to the post office, but raindrops were appearing on the pavement so I drove. I mailed a check and checked for mail. When I got home, it still hadn't rained exactly.

I read e-mail. I ate some hardboiled eggs and avocado dip. I listened for the text sound but none came in. I tried sewing on a leftover piece of Jamie's fabric. Straight stitch was ok, but the zigzag stitch didn't stretch much. I looked up tension adjustments and didn't find what I was looking for.

I drank non-fiber water (no psyllium= no gel). Later I made and ate breakfast. I quartered the waistband and pinned it to the skirt. Then I went to Saronna's house with my trombone and music. We talked for some time, then played through the hymns and talent show entry.

I went home. I read e-mail. I watched a video on exercising for aging. I heated a rib for supper. I ate it at the computer. I walked to the post office, noting ant mounds along the way. I took the dead gopher to the garden. I found an ant mound in a secluded spot and laid the gopher down, hoping they will clean off the skeleton. I stayed to cut weeds in Jenni's garden.

When I got home, it started to rain again. I listened to Donna Eden's presentation. I went outside to read a book of short stories. They were not very uplifting. The light faded and I went inside to listen to another tapping presentation.

Jenni texted that she wanted to trade ones for 20's. I paused the presentation when she arrived. After she left, I made tea and worked on my blog. I finished that presentation and another one. Then I watched an episode of Call the Midwife and went to bed.
