Today I awoke late, partially because I had no place to go and partially because I didn't sleep through the night. One of our neighbors decided to hold a party at 3am. WHY?!!!!
Anyway, I communicated via SKYPE with my father-in-law, my brother and my sister. It was really nice and free, too. Then I finished a purple silk vest that my daughter requested. Here is a photo of her wearing it. Then I made 8 more on-point floral blocks and I have them ready to tape to a wall for color.
I am mentally ready for tomorrow, when we will go to Mr. Kang's warehouse to buy fabric. I am envisioning something bigger than Mary-Jo's and cheaper, too. I can't wait!
