Making plans for tomorrow

I got up at almost 9. I started the supplements. I swished and trimmed some nine-patch blocks. (I remembered that in the past my back pain has disappeared when sewing). I turned on the router and played the rest of the Broken Brain docuseries. I swept the floor in the dining room. I soaked and rinsed the sprouts. I soaked nuts for tomorrow. When I had finished all the morning supplements, I made breakfast and took the meal supplements. I listened to the cancer in India episode. I had to watch the words on the screen because of the accents of the doctors. I took notes. I called my doctor to find out when my appointment is tomorrow. I asked if there was any advice the doctor had, but the lady said the doctor only works Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. I mentioned the message I left last Friday and she said she (the receptionist) wasn't there on Friday. She said to give her a call by 5 if I could not make my appointment tomorrow. So I called Chris and he said he could drive me. It was so easy that I am guessing he thinks I am seeing a spine specialist, not primary care.
After breakfast I went for a long walk. It turned out to be an hour, although I did stop twice to talk to a lady who was walking on her lunch break. On the way back, I picked dock and wild lettuce. When I got home, I put the leaves in water and sat in a chair with the chillow.
I tapped on anger and other stuff that came up while sitting against a heating pad. I looked up some stuff for Faye. I texted Michele. I called Dr. Lee to say I wasn't coming today. I meditated. Chris came home from work. I looked up the doctor's supplements on Swanson, but they did not have it. So I looked for something similar. I took a shower and put on vitamin patches.
I called Dad. While we talked, I trimmed the rest of the blocks. After the call, I practiced my trombone and flute. Jennifer texted me that there will be a brass practice on Saturday at the church. I ate some beef heart for supper and took the third set of mealtime supplements. I texted Beverly to ask her to drive me around tomorrow so I can make the deposit from church. I made tea and we watched two episodes of ST:NG. I looked up some of the actors while swishing. Then I posted to my blog and went to bed.
* Anita and Beverly sandwiched this small quilt top yesterday. *
