Leftovers with the neighbors

I stayed in bed late. I got up to brush and swish. I finished my book. I put on Day 5 of the tapping summit. I looked online for the best price on a supplement I want to buy. I cut some circles and sewed them to a black background using leftovers from Rebecca's project. I thought they would work with the stripe project. I did some very intense tapping on an old memory from Thailand that might be affecting my back.
When I needed a break, I texted Stacey to see if she wanted to go for a walk. While waiting for an answer, I finished the morning supplements. When I got her text, I put on my coat and walked over to her house. She and her husband were in the garage, decluttering or something. I gave her money that I owed from last time. She came with me and we walked around the circle three times. First we talked about my week and then we talked about hers.
She went back to helping her husband. I went home and made breakfast. I finished it outside because it was such a nice day. I also ate a piece of chicken with kimchi. I threw out the pico de gallo because the lid was puffed out. I listened to more interviews from the tapping summit and tapped more on my issue. At 5 Stacey invited me to supper at 6. I whipped up a batch of seed crackers, and left them in the oven to crisp up. Then I put some sweet potato and coconut cream in a small container to bring with me.
I showed up about 6 with the dish. Eric put leftovers on the table and she and I chose what we wanted. He heated them up. He went to watch football while she and I ate, then looked at the floor plan for a house they want to buy. We discussed how to renovate the bathrooms. Cecily would have loved it – plenty of opportunity to obsess. He invited me to supper tomorrow and asked what I would like to go with steak. I chose jicama and artichoke.
When I realized it was 9, I got up to go. She walked out with me and we talked some more on the sidewalk. Finally I went home. I took magnesium and valerian root. I watched an episode of Royal Pains. I took the detox supplements and sat down to write my blog post. Then I took the binders and got ready for bed. I was surprised not to feel any twinges.
* It might not be a perfect border, but it is not boring. *
