First pass at playing trombone

I woke up early to use the bathroom and went back to bed. I tapped for a productive day. I got up with the alarm. I was worried that playing trombone would rub against my new crowns. So I got it out and played. It was ok, but I lacked stamina. Jennifer texted me that she wanted me to play for Easter. I replied that I needed 6 weeks notice. In the end, I agreed to do it, knowing that it meant not wearing my Easter hat, again.
I took supplements according to a condensed schedule. Then I went to see the chiropractor. I had to have my back stretched first. Then I was put in a room to wait. I brought him some kimchi and when he came in, he was so appreciative that I made a mental note to bring more next month. He adjusted my neck and back. We talked about keto and carbs. Then I went up front to make an appointment for April.
When I got home, I made and ate breakfast while listening to audios from the tapping summit. I looked online for the best price on my next supplement. I found a bucket in the garage and took it outside. I filled it with rain water and peels from a banana and an orange. It was what the Korean doctors recommended.
Even though it was raining, I went to quilting. I brought a handsewing project that I could work on while taking to the ladies. Finally the ball was ready to stuff, but I had no stuffing. I arranged the remaining pieces wondering if they would make another ball. The rain stopped and the sun came out. So I went home and took a walk. I stopped at the picnic table and read a book for half an hour. Then I walked home and checked the mail.
Chris came home while I was doing another tapping audio. He handed me a package from the post office. It was a supplement, which I put away. Then I listened to a 5G interview. I ate chicken and kimchi, then opened the second young coconut and consumed the water and meat inside. I read an article on the link between 5g and having serious symptoms from the Coronavirus. I stuffed the ball and sewed it shut. I washed the dishes in the sink. I peeled some turmeric roots from the freezer and made tea.
At 7 I skyped my tapping buddy. We talked for an hour, then got down to tapping. I brought up the incident from Thailand. After tapping, we made plans for two weeks hence. Then Chris and I watched three episodes of In Search Of because the internet wasn't behaving. Then Chris went to bed and I stayed up to blog and take supplements.
* Mom cut out and marked the pieces for this ball. *
