The hero is home

I woke before the alarm went off, but did not get up until just after. I took supplements, then brushed and swished. I had to make more of that particular assortment for later. I mixed some vodka with tea tree oil for my scalp. I played the first interview from the tapping summit Day 7. I actually paid attention and did the tapping. Issues came up and I paused the audio to deal with them. I warmed up the glue gun, then hot-glued the slice in the rug. It should have been done months ago.
I took supplements at intervals and worked my way to breakfast. I turned the wi-fi signal on at noon. I washed dishes. Soon after, Chris came home. He set up his laptop and read e-mail while I made a grocery list. He showed me pictures taken at the gaming event he went to. I asked him why he didn't mind leaving me home alone for 4 days. He said it was because I hadn't had two episodes so close together.
Then we went to Publix, stopping along the way to get gas, and then cash at the bank. When we got home, we put the food away. Chris suggested we get my car washed, so I drove us in my car to the car wash. I selected the $10 one. We sat in the car watching the brushes and the soapy water cascade over us. When it was over, I drove to the post office for the mail, then home. Chris traded parking places with me because I didn't want to park my car under the tree since debris was falling from it. Chris wiped down my car with a towel.
He offered me a coconut oil massage. I opted for him to massage just my feet. It seemed to me that the last two episodes with my back were preceded by his massages. So he rubbed my feet. One thing led to another.... We fell asleep. When we got up, he washed the sheets. I had a piece of sweet potato with some of the jicama from last night. I also had chicken and kimchi for supper. For dessert, I opened a coconut and consumed the insides.
I watched the latest episode of TQS. I listened to the first interview of Day 8 of the tapping summit. I looked for the best price on a supplement, including tax and shipping. I also looked through previous blog posts to see if in fact I did get a massage from Chris before the other episodes, and found no evidence of that. I helped Chris fold laundry. Then we watched a Netflix DVD called Funeral in Berlin with Michael Caine. All the spy stuff was kind of boring to me.
We dressed the bed in clean sheets. Chris finished up at his laptop, laid out his clothes for tomorrow and went to bed. I stayed up to blog and take the last supplements of the day.
* Note to self, I can finally brush my gums lightly. My back gave me no trouble today. *
