Another chilly day

I listened to a paraliminal before going to bed last night. But it did not help me sleep. I woke early and could not go back to sleep. I got up about 8 to squeeze a lemon to make lemon water for the morning. Chris called my attention to the frost on the trees, so I took a pic. I washed up and got dressed. I answered an e-mail, then listened to a paraliminal. I read more e-mail between bouts of lemon water. Then I listened to several other paraliminals, being today is the last day they are freely available.

I responded to e-mails from Kurt. I made and ate breakfast. I found a recipe for cardamom bread online. I started a round of dough in the bread machine. I read e-mail until it was done. I made 6 ropes of dough and braided them into two wreaths. I left them on the stove to rise. Chris had a casserole dish of heart and onions baking in the oven.

I listened to a presentation of graphs of countries showing that mask mandates and lockdowns did not change the curves. I made more green powder mix, more spice mix, and more flax/chia mix. I considered buying supplements now on sale till Dec 31st.

At 4, Chris took the heart out of the oven and I put the bread wreaths in. I went to the post office. It was about freezing out. There was a supplement in a padded plastic bag and I brought it home. I had to walk carefully to avoid the ice. When I got back, I sat by Chris who was watching the last hobbit movie. When the bread was done, I took it out. I rubbed butter on one wreath and ghee on the other. The ghee made a much nicer finish.

I read more e-mail until supper time. I ate heart and some seed crackers, seaweed, and jackfruit. My stomach felt too full. I listened to a debate between a biologist lawyer and pediatrician about vaccines.

Chris finished watching the second Tron movie. So I made my evening drink and went to the living room. We watched two episodes of RoD. Then I sat down to write my blog post.
