Back to ST:NG

I got up just after 8. I lit the candle and put it in the bedroom. Then I got dressed, and brushed my teeth. I deleted the first round of e-mail. I got a text from the Korean doctors saying they did not need me to come this week. I read a few e-mails, and drank some protein water. I also ate the colostrum mix. I picked up my purse and a book, and paused for a moment, thinking I was missing something. I drove to the chiropractor. It was then that I realized I did not have the stim pads. But she had extra's. I waited my turn in the hallway, reading my book. Then she took me to a table to have my back stretched. She placed stim pads on my back to deliver electric shock. After 12 minutes, she came back to let me up. Then I waited in the hallway again to see the doctor.
When he called me in, he asked how I was doing and I mentioned my foot. He told me to buy an L-shaped item to keep my foot at a 90 degree angle while sleeping. He said WalMart had the best price, but that involves the most walking as well. He told me to get new shoes. He adjusted my neck and back. We discussed nutrition. I gave him a pot of lip balm and he seemed to be pleased to get it. When I checked out, there was no charge.
When I got home, I finished my book and moved the candle to the bathroom. Then I made and ate breakfast. I went for a walk, taking a different route so it took longer. But I walked slowly, and picked dandelion. When I got back, I looked into mmst silica and ordered a product. Then I looked into how to use the task scheduler to make reminders appear on my computer screen. It took a long time to find a way that worked because Microsoft inactivated the simple ones. Finally I found some code I could copy/paste in a small space to do the job. It seemed like there must be a better way.
I moved the candle to the fabric room. Chris came home from work. He had not gone to the post office, so I went. On the way back, I stopped at the library to drop off my book and the books on CD, and pick up the next book in the series. When I got back, I opened the box from the post office. I put liver and onions in a dish in the toaster oven. I ate some seed crackers with salsa. When the liver was hot, I covered it with kimchi. I ate that while reading e-mail. I found the Netflix series that I hadn't finished months ago, but by then my computer was not making any sound.
At 7 I blew out the candle and sat down for tapping. My tapping buddy was online soon and we did our usual tapping and talking. We worked on frustration with the speed at which everything is changing. The message I had scheduled earlier came up several times because I set it to repeat once an hour. I made a note to change it now that I know it works.
Chris called up ST:NG on Netflix. I commenced binding while we watched one episode. When it was over, Chris made his lunch and went to bed. I stayed up to blog and finish my vitamin water.
